The Dealership was very helpful and provided quick feedback to my inquiries about vehicle quotes and available options. The sales person was very helpful and responsive to my needs and price points. The experience with your company was very pleasurable as normally at other car dealerships I feel like I spend the whole day there trying to buy a car, but not with you guys I was in and out of there within an hour everything went smooth as butter. Picked up a new Chevy Traverse drove it 600 miles and the touch screen dash controls went out took it back to the dealer and was told I needed to make a appointment for service. Fair enough so I set up a appoint for the next day. Dropped the car off did not hear back from the dealer that day called at the end of the day and was told they had not looked at it ? The next day I called to inquire what was going on at 4 pm and was told that they had to order parts and If the parts come in the next day they may be able to fix it . I asked for a ETA when the car would be done and was told when they get the parts it will be done . I was told they are real busy and that was the best they could tell me .Dont buy a car from these guys and dont take your car there for service.

Great job by Randy Jordan and the used car guys over at Joe Lunghamer. It was my son's first car buying experience. It was such a calm atmosphere compared to some other dealers that deal with used cars (take a number anyone?). Don'the let the location fool you - top notch attention to detail. Worked with us on price and quickly and efficiently got us the car and got us on our way. Didn't feel like I was dealing with the stereotypical "used car guys". I got that strong feeling at other used car dealers, but not at Lunghamer. Great job guys.

I was looking for a decent winter vehicle on Craigslist and came across a 2004 Grand Cherokee Mike Abbo had just posted. I called Mike but the dealership was closing soon so we scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning. I arrived before they opened and Mike showed up on time. The test drive went well even though the Cherokee had a few issues (needed tires and was showing two engine codes). I felt it was still a fair deal and decided to buy it for the advertised price of $2,999 without negotiation. We then headed into his office to finalize the deal. Mike had his manager do the paperwork and and comes back 30 minutes later with "The Final Numbers" handwritten on a sheet of paper. He points out a $169 "Documentation Fee" and a $455 "Dealer Mark Up Fee". That's right... a dealer mark up fee!! What the xxxx is that? Mike tried to get me into negotiations as I has walking to the door but I had zero interest negotiating north of the full advertised price. I don't know if this is standard operating procedure for them or not but my first experience with Lunghamer Buick GMC is certainly the last.

I would like to say im very unhappy with the Used car department and the Service department. I just bought a 2008 GMC Sierra last monday from the Used car lot. during the test drive all was good, Truck checked out good from what i could tell in the 10 min drive. So i decided it was the truck and went ahead and bought it. from there on went down hill. When they brought the truck back out to me the starter started making alot of grinding noise on start ups. So i told my sales guy that i will still take it today but if it gets any worse that i will have to bring it back to get repaired even though it made it through their Used vehicle inspection with it making the awful noise. So a day later i bring it back due to the noise and they tell me that i will have to pay for it out of pocket even though i bought the truck one day ago and it had a 30 day warranty, So i then i told them that if they dont want to take responsibility on the repairs that i will be returning the truck, From there the Used car manage authorizes the repair and come to find out they sound me the truck with THREE OPEN RECALLS ON THE TRUCK STILL. So what ever, they took care of them then. Come thursday i come to pick the truck up and the porter drives the truck to the front for me to take. When i jumped into the truck to take off, i noticed the service stabilitrac, service tire pressure monitor system lights were on along with the wipers freaking out and my key fob not working anymore. So i jump back out and explain to them what is happening and they pull it back into the shop to check it out and 20 min later they come to me saying that what the did to the truck had nothing to do with what was happening and told me i will have to pay for further diag. So i go back to the used car manager and tell him and he then goes back and authorizes the repairs after convincing him that the truck was just bought one day ago with no issues. So more days go by and i dont here anything back from them so i decide to stop up there on Saturday to see whats going on and the service department was already closed so i went to the cashiers desk to see if the work order was closed out already which it was on friday. shaking my head and i got no calls about it. So come to find out when they performed one of the recalls it consisted of permanently removing a module and wiring the wires together and ended up shorting out the body control module causing all my issues. And they wanted to say the truck came in with those issues even though they caused it. So now that i have the truck back after alot of complaining that they should have taken responsibility of from the beginning might have kept me as a customer but not anymore. i will move onto another dealer. I hope no one else gets screwed over like i almost did.

I went to service at 5 pm today .. I brought my 2015 Silverado LTZ in for a oil change .. I wait outside the door for over 7 mins .. The total srrvice was empty with cars someone sitting at every desk I pull to the front .. Stood there for over ten mins no one help me .. I ask can some one help me please .. One gentleman said I will find someone .. Another 5 mins no one came I ask for the manager I was told he was gone for the day .. Customer relations guy came out with a forget what happen let's move on ...I said do all customer get this treatment . Not wanting use the race card .. He had no explanation.

I did my usual u/hood inspection prior to bring my unit in for service. I did my usual u/hood inspection after service. The difference was that the paint had been damaged on my hood. The tech apparently still had a tool in his right hand when he closed my hood causing a cluster of paint chips exposing the primer. The upset in the paint was still visible.

I came in with my daughter and grandsons, both to have my car worked on and for her to pick up a loaner. The service person took the time to get her and the kids settled (with car seats) which was greatly appreciated and another gentleman finished my checkin.

My last visit with you guys was quite unpleasant. The tech insisted there was a 30 minute wait time and I ended up being in there for almost 3 hours. If he had just been honest I could have walked to work or gotten a shuttle and not missed almost a half day's work. Every time I asked it was just a few more minutes. Not to mention the additional cost of repairs... never heard of a headlight melting into a harness before and neither the tech or the service manager bothered trying to explain it to me. The service manager's response was 'stuff happens'. A $200 repair. I don't mind the cost of maintaining my vehicle but the service and the service manager was very unpleasant. I purchased my car from this dealership. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE BACK... EVER.

My car and I were towed to Joe Lunghamer by AAA because it was the closest Chevy dealer. So I didn't really choose the dealership. I was greeted immediately by a very professional and sympathetic service advisor, given a very pleasant shuttle ride to my home (and back when the car was repaired), and the repair was completed quickly and thoroughly explained to me. I will definitely consider Joe Lunghamer for future services and even future vehicle purchases or leases.

4.5 hours if labor $50 for part but over the phone quote $600 (more than printed price). Female called for better rate and was quoted $500 her husband called back quoted$450. 10 year customer disappointed and very displeased!!!

Purchased a used Cadillac Deville on line with out seeing it, just by what the salesman had described to me. I was very impressed as this car was exactly and more as described, and detailed to perfection. I would not hesitate on buy another car from them, and it was a great buying experience, The salesman also filled the car with gas, and put new floormats, just like buying a new car. Thanks guys.

I bought an used car from this dealer last year. The salesman did not even check one thing I asked for before purchasing the car. I did buy the car anyways because I needed it so bad. He said that my first oil change would be free. when I tried to get this service later, he didn't even cooperate with me. He set an appointment without checking the guy who is supposed to do the work. He didn't bother calling me that the guy had left. I had to drive there to learn that my oil change would not be happening. He didn't care, no apology, nothing. He didn't even look at my face. I have never seen such an unprofessional attitude before. I am not willing to do any bussiness with this salesman and dealership what so ever.

Went in for brake service on a chevy that is certified by GM & Dealer. Put a little over 4,000 miles on this car and the brakes go bad. Turns out the Rotors have gone bad. We were told that %40 of the brake pad was left, would we like new bads. You would think that after a little over 4,000 miles there would be more than that left on the pads. When I took the car in for service Eric wanted $50 for the inspection. Now that it is under warranty no cost for inspection but $65.00 for barke pads, how convenient? My worst experience was talking with Eric. He had no concern about my concerns about my car. My wife bought this car not that long ago and I just bought a car from the same sales person. When I called the salesman, Randy he told me to call the Service Manager with my problem, which I did. Well as you can tell things didn't get any better. So when a salesman telles you your car is certified you better find out what that really means. To the Service Department, you have lost me as a customer.To the Sales Department you also have lost my business.Unhappy CustomerJohn

The knowledgeable and caring staff make car buying very enjoyable. Once my wife determined the option content and color Bruce found the car and had it delivered and pristinely cleaned and ready to roll in less than 8 hours. All my questions and most importantly my wife's questions were carefully listened to and answered completely. Bruce Litvin completed the sale and personally put the tags on the car. As the dealership was closing he stayed late just to help her activate the On-Star! Bruce Litvin at Joe Lunghamer delivers and I believe this care should be returned.
