Used car lots get a bad name. Jerry is an honest business man and there are no high pressure sales tactics. I am very happy with the truck I got and the deal I got on it. If you are looking for a vehicle I would check this place out.

We were looking specifically for a Honda CR-V, and J & M had a nice selection considering it is not a Honda dealer. The car we chose looked and drove like it was brand new! However, with credit issues, we weren't sure what to expect. Leave it to Jerry - he got the job done! We were able to get a great car at a great price, and also a fair trade-in allowance on our old car. I would recommend J & M to anyone!

Easy process. Minor concerns with the 2012 GMC Terrain (smoke smell), but Jerry made it right with ZERO issues. Was hesitant to purchase from a smaller lot as we typically can go to the larger dealerships with our excellent credit. But gave it a shot and am very impressed and pleased with our purchase. Jerry provided prompt service with excellent communication. Will be considering Jerry when we purchase our next auto.

When it came time to trade vehicles, I told Jerry what I was looking for--not one time but twice--he had what I needed. He explained the importance of adding GAP Insurance, a 2-year warranty and thru his contacts, with several lenders, was able secure great financing. I was very satisfied with the entire 'deal', If the need arises, will I depend on Jerry at J&M Auto Sales in Lbanon again. You betcha,

Took a test drive of a nice, low mile, 2007 Buick Rendezvous. The owner, Jerry, isn't your typical "let me ask the manager" wheel and deal pushy salesman. When you are the owner, I guess there is no need for that sort of thing! I typically hate buying cars. Jerry was honest, upfront and worked hard to make me a great deal. And he threw in an addition 3 months on the included free no-deductible warranty. Needless to say, I purchased the SUV. And I'll be referring others to J & M. Thanks Jerry for the pleasurable transaction!

After checking out a vehicle on the lot, and showing interest in buying. The owner chose to quote me a price from one of three web sites that he had it listed (The highest price!). That same day he changed his price on Cars.com to reflect the higher price. I chose not to buy .... Bad for business, three months later the car is still listed at that price and has not sold! Don't get me wrong, I know the guy needs to make a buck, but not like that. I found a much better deal on the same style vehicle (mint condition) for half the price thanks to cars.com.

We were looking for a van and I found one at cars.com. I e-mailed Jerry that morning, we test drove it that evening and drove home with it. I was worried about our credit, but Jerry helped us out admirably. He was very professional and extremely patient. If they can finance us, then they can finance anyone. Also got a 2-year warranty! We went in initially looking for a car that would be easy on gas since I commute to work. We originally had a vehicle in mind we were interested in. After talking with Jerry and going over financing options, It was determined we qualified for a much nicer and newer vehicle than we thought was possible. We were able to get a payment with in our price range and the entire process took less than two hours. We drove away with a new car that day. I had heard good things about J&M before we went there and I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a quality car.

After days and hours of searching, I finally found my new car. I purchased a 2006 Mazda and it was in excellent shape, with one previous owner and for the mileage I couldn't say no. He's a very nice guy, Jerry is. I can tell he cares instead of a dealership where they want your money and then there's all the hassle. My aunt and I spent about 45 minutes with test driving and purchasing. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Went looking for a Vehicle back in 2006 and came across this place on Lebanon st. Went in and was very Welcomed, test drove a few of his Vehicles all that i test drove met my standards very clean and well maintained. So I drove off with one in 2006 and my daugther totaled it about a yr after i had it. I was so impressed with the service i got went right back and got a jeep. Drove it for 5yrs no problems at all the whole time i had it. Paid it off this year and guess what? Went right back up there an traded it in for a car. Only reason was the gas prices. Now i drive a car that get about 40 miles to a gallon. VERY SATISFIED. Had a friend just buy one off him also.

I'd been shopping for several months now looking for either a Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had been to several dealers looking and found nothing that met my expectations in buying a newer vehicle than my current one. I visited this dealer in Lebanon Indiana and found not only 1 of them but several of them, all that were at or below book, I'd been doing my homework, so I knew the values pretty well. All of them had New tires and brakes and were extrememly clean in detail, I was a bit surprized why this country store had better inventory than the big city players. The owner then explained to me that he personally buys and sells them, hand picks the vehicles himself and he was very picky. I could see this then. I was over come with joy to find my Jeep Wrangler and bought it that day. You should give these boys a try.

My wife and I stopped by 9 dealers last week and only 3 came out to talk to us. We were more inmpressed by the small lot in Lebanon that had nice clean cars. We talked to Jerry the Sales Manger there about financing and our options, he showed us a couple fo really nice Honda's that he had. My wife decided on the Accord and we bought it. Very easy to deal with here. I'd recommend him and the dealership to anyone, great place.

Found a great Honda here in Lebanon Indiana, I'd been looking for awhile. It only had 46,000 miles on it, was very clean and had never been in any wrecks. I couldn't belive my eyes when I found my Ford Truck on a lot in Lebanon Indiana. I'd been looking for about a year or so, and couldn't find a clean late model F-250 that wasn't beat up and needed lots of repairs anywhere. I ran across this ad and decided to give it another go, I'd almost given up, but I said what the heck and came to Lebanon. My wife bursted with excitment when we saw this truck, the owner let us take it out for a long drive and I checked everything out, this truck needed nothing at all, it had new tires, brakes and was as clean as it was new, I also looked at his other inventory just to see if this was a fluke, but they all had been given attention to detail just as this one. Looked for cars in my price range and found several on Cars.com. My wife and I visited about 5 dealerships before making our purchase at J&M in Lebanon. They made the process so easy here, only had to deal with 1 guy who made the decesions. They also saved us on financing on the truck. I looked at several vehicles on his lot to see "What shape" they were in, all seemded to be very nice and faily low mileage which is what I perfer and he perfer's to sell. I'd reccommend this Dealer to anyone. Very Helpful, Kind and easy to do business with.

I shopped around Indy, Carmel, Lafayette and found many Honda Vans, but the price, condition, miles wasn't what I was looking for. I found this little dealership in Lebanon and went to check out a van they'd just gotten in. It hit all the must have's. The salesman whom is also the owner was very fair with me in price and even financing, he got me a better rate than my own Credit Union could give me. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I bought a truck earlier in the year from J&M Auto Sales in Lebanon Indiana. I recently went with my friend to another dealership, he is about 24 years old, the dealership miss treated him and me very badly. He had cash to buy thier car. He got angry with the salesman and salesmanager for making a bad comment about him, we left. I realized then just how great I had been treated a few months back with J&M Auto Sales and its owner. I am trying to get Jack to make the drive with me there to look for a car for him. I love my car...thanks J&M Auto Sales.

Went to J&M Auto Sales yesterday and looked at a 2005 Jeep, it was really a clean vehicle, just what I've been searching for. The owner also showed me some other inventory, all of course in my eyes were extra clean. The paint all looked almost perfect and the interior was really clean on the 5 vehicles that I looked at. I test drove the Jeep and plan on coming back in 2 weeks if he still has the vehicle, I am waiting on a check from my old car.

We went to J&M Auto Sales in Lebanon a while back while searching for a good Used Van. We had looked at several places and we not satisfied with what we found there. We got on google and found this dealership in Lebanon and decided to try it, we are so happy with what we found. The dealer gave us all his records that he had on it, and even gave us a 90 day warranty that is good nationwide with a zero deductable, as he puts these on every vehicle he sells. I would recomend this dealer to anyone who's looking for a honest, friendly dealership to do business with. I have told all our friends about them already.

A car this dealer called "great", "clean" and "no problems" ended up meaning the car had clearly been in an accident (mismatched paint and remaining damage to the body) and mechanical problems so deep he wouldn't let you take it for a test drive off the lot. And that's after it had to be jumped because the battery was dead from disuse. Suffice it to say I walked away. You should too.
