Jimmy Smith services my '11 GMC Terrain (purchased from them) and my '09 Hummer H3T. They perform both the routine maintenance as well as major work and recalls. Matt Tannehill was my service advisor for major engine work on the Terrain. I was offered a "loaner" vehicle (a 2015 Terrain) without having to ask for one. Completion of the work was delayed due to a part not being sent with the repair kit, but Jimmy Smith kept me informed of the status and the loaner vehicle removed any inconvenience associated with the delay. They have also performed work on my Hummer which was later the subject of an official recall, then assisted me in obtaining reimbursement from GM. Overall, they are a great dealer who never disappoints.

I have been using Jimmy Smith for all my GMC vehicle repairs for 10+ years. Recently there was an issue with the engine oil pressure switch going out for the third time in less than a year. Jimmy Smith's Service department recognized this as a recurring issue, discussed the problem and there was never a question of what did I do or sorry you have to cover the repair cost. Going to the Dealership with this issue i knew that Ms. Melissa Sawyers would work with me. After this repair was completed there was another issue with the truck which required towing, Melissa worked with me to get a reliable towing company and Jimmy Smith covered the cost (it was determined there was a failure of a GMC warranty item). Whenever I bring my 2003 Sierra in for Service I have the highest confidence that Melissa will identify what maintenance actions are required in addition to the oil change. My experience with some of the other local GM dealerships for maintenance was not what I expected from a GM maintenance facilities. You can count on Melissa when it comes to vehicle repair/services that you will get the best service/cost for repair available. Also Donnie the Service Manager backs up Jimmy Smith's warranty repair's, will take the time to discuss what the mechanics found, and what needs to be accomplished for the repair.

Your salesman, David Moore, negotiated with me in the purchase of a 2014 used GMC Sierra 4X4. David was very courteous over the phone, and was very truthful in describing my vehicle. I am very pleased with the price I paid, and the condition of my vehicle was exactly as described to me by David. I drove 2 1/2 hours from my residence to Jimmy Smith's dealership, and upon arrival, David was there to greet me in front of the store. I felt right at home, and David introduced me to everyone, as well as the owner Mr. Smith. If ever a friend of mine ever needs a GMC like mine, I will have them call and ask for David Moore.

First time car buyer (2015 Buick Encore). I went to Jimmy Smith Buick GMC, and this dealership really is your neighborhood dealer. My sales consultant, Mr. David Moore, was very knowledgeable and courteous. The purchase process was seamless. There were no "run arounds" with this purchase. Purchased my 2012 GMC Sierra from Jimmy Smith the sale was smooth and painless and I got a great price on a great truck. After 60,000 miles I still love the truck. I bring my truck in for regular service and I never have someone try to sell me service I don't need and I get in and out fast. What more can you ask for?

My salesman Milton was helpful, easy to talk with, and made me feel at home and pressure free. He answered my questions honestly and even took the time to find out an answer to my question that he didn't know! It was nice to feel like he was actually trying to help me find the car I wanted.The managers were all great and gave me fair trade value. My experience with Jimmy Smith dealership was excellent at the time I purchased my GMC Truck. The sales and financing personel were very helpful in finding and making my Truck deal. I have had and over all good experience with them, up until recently. I took my Truck in for service and to my disappointment, I found the dealership had replaced several people. The friendly and helpful people I had come to rely on were no longer there and the service was not the best. Even though I am very happy with my new GMC Truck and would buy another GMC vehicle in the near future. I am a little Leary of the service dept. I would take along look at your personnel changes, because change is not always a good thing for business.

It was a pleasant experience from the start. I saw my 2011 Buick Regal on the internet and went straight to Jimmy Smith dealership. Chris our salesman told me everything about the car and looked into the car fax for me, he made it very painless. It was a very stress less experience. Also the service center is very special, they always make you feel important and get your car in and out. I will continue to service my car there , and to come back one day to purchase again . Purchased a used Pontiac Grand Prix from Jimmy Smith and was one of the easiest car buying experiences. Good selection, salesman was professional and not pushy. When coming back for service everyone was friendly, the service was performed quickly and would recommend this dealer in every way.
