Finally figured out how Jim marsh Kia was able to get my financing through about 2 years ago when I bought my jeep from them.... Not only did they cut my warranty down to 2 years from 3, which they told me upfront about and I was ok with it. But they cut of my gap insurance from the deal. Without informing me or most likely because they didn't know because they had me come in so many times to resign paperwork that they just were oblivious and they had shuffled the paperwork through so many people they just lost sight of it all.Nonetheless, this incompetence on there end and there willingness to do anything possible on there end to get the deal through from there end has left me without gap insurance coverage after my insurance company just declared the jeep a total loss.With all this said and brought forward I urge all friends, family and anyone to NOT purchase any vehicle from this shady dealership ever again!

In 10 years of taking my Jeep to JM, I never had a bad experience. Always honest with me and the situation at hand. If it does not need fixin' they leave it alone. Other dealerships will try to take advantage. I cannot remember the employee's name I dealt with but he was great. He did say that he had just arrived at that position at Jim Marsh.

15,000 mile service and a sunroof complication was solved by Todd Gerstenberger. The car service was just what we expected. But the big thing was Todd getting the info to submit a claim to KIA for a sunroof that broke on a trip.

The process of trading in my old car for a new Sportage SX in Burnished Copper (the new color being offered this year) was very easy. I got a good trade in offer and the paper work was completed quickly. I drove off with my new loaded dream car! Thanks Jim Marsh Kia Mitsubishi. The last time I was in a Jim Marsh dealership was back in 1961 when my parents new Rambler station wagon quit blowing cold air in Vegas in July. We went the the Jim Marsh Rambler dealership on Boulder Highway and they fixed it quickly and got us back on the road again enjoying air conditioning. It is good to know that Jim Marsh is giving the same good service now!

Todd Gerstenberger is by far the best Service Manager on the planet and the crew is amazing as well. Todd goes out of his way to help, explain and listen when it comes to my service needs. He does whatever it takes to make me feel important and the team fixes anything and everything without any problems. Todd is an amazing asset to Jim Marsh Kia and because of him I drive out of my way just to make sure he is my service guy. I had the most professional,friendly experience buying my used cay on 8/9/16. From the very beginning Tommy was so attentive to my desires. Not pushing one way or the other. Test drove a couple cars. Found one I liked.. Did the numbers. Financing. I love the show room. The antiques. I actually finished the book cases around the fireplace 15 years ago when Mr.Marsh first opened that showroom. You just don't feel like your in a car showroom. All the people working there are positive happy people. The Marsh family. I see it. Anyway then the engine light came on called talked to a few people there. Was referred to Bobette. She said bring in when the lights on. I did. She said she'd call later. She called early afternoon. Says it's fixed . The keys will be in the sales dept till 9:00. Came and picked it up no bill. Runs perfect. Couldn't be more satisfied Mr Marsh. Thank you. Honored to be part of the Marsh family.

Service is great. Prompt, professional, comfortable waiting area. Only problem is with car wash, they leave water spots on vehicle, and in this heat, by the time you get home the dried water spots are "very difficult" to remove!!!!!!

I will admit they were very nice and seemed very honest at first, the day of the sale everything is always good. It's what happen after is when you see peoples true colors. I originally went in to support my wife in buying her a new car, which did not work out. They insisted on me trying to get a new car and guaranteed that they could get me into one even though I was not looking for one. I am currently working on my credit and I was very upfront and honest about my situation but they insisted. They also Guaranteed that they are not like any other dealership, once they get you a deal and you drive off they never call you to return the car or reverse the deal. They assured this never happens and just continued to fill my family with what turned out to be false hope. So of course the opposite happen. After having the car for almost 2 weeks they called me in to say they had a great offer for me and to come in right away because it needed to be done that day. So I come in and they tell me that they could not get the deal to go through and they could not come up with a reason as to why. They originally tried to blame me, the person who did not ask for a deal in the first place, and accused me of giving them a different salary amount then what I actually made. I asked them to show me the paperwork and they could not, and advised they had no idea as to why this happen. OK, things happen and I can understand that. They just were not upfront about it, and then tried to blame me and then did not care to even try to work anything out or nothing at all. The way it was handled was so disrespectful and humiliating. I even recieved a congratulations call, I recieved a thank you letter and survey from them and I recieved another letter stating they have 3 days left in the month and will do any and everything to get me in a car. Which was wierd because I just bought one. I don't see how they can be great and friendly and learn about someones family and situation and then after you make your sell treat them like dirt. It was probably one of the worst experiences i have ever been through. Dont get me wrong, I understand me not getting approved was my fault and me having to work on my credit. Which ius why I did not want to try to get a car in the first place. Its the way i was handled and treated during and after was disrespectful and will stick with me for life. I dont like putting bad reviews on anyone but this experience effected me and my family and I felt I had to share my experience.

My vehicle was in your body shop with two different claims. Aricelli Was absolutely FANTASTIC. She worked with me on both claims and had all information available whenever I contacted her. One of the claims had a delay in approval and she provided all information concerning her contacts with the other parties insurance company. I also contacted them and as if by magic with a veiled threat of insurance commission complaint an approval was received by you the next day. Whatever aricelli is being paid, she is underpaid. She has been a wonderful customer service person.Thank You.

I contacted them late on a Saturday, only about 15 minutes before closing. We got the deal in place and I came in Monday and got everything done. Staff was great. I've bought a number of new cars from various dealers over the years, and this was definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. My only complaint (and it's a minor one), is they were selling so many cars, it took a while to get me in to the finance guy to finish the paperwork!

I love the look of the place - old school cowboy. The staff are actually in a good mood every time you see them. They are busy, its incredible the amount of accidents in Las Vegas. Ron Twist picked me up at my home as my old car is inoperable. This was my 1st new car in 17 1/2 years. He paid special attention to my requests regarding price, color & features. It was actually a pleasure to be making this investment which was stress free. He spent extra time tracking down the vehicle I had seen on the Marsh Web site and even though he was due to leave work at 3:00, he stayed the extra time until I drove off the lot well after 3 p.m. It was a pleasure to visit such an interesting showroom with all of the western antiques and a true pleasure during the whole car buying process.I did not feel any pressure at any time throughout the transaction. We worked with Sal and Arsenio. Both were very professional. They worked hard to resolve issues with the Voice recognition which had been password secured. The service said that I was stuck without the use of the Bluetooth, as there is no way to by pass the password security. I called Mitsubishi Help who gave me the protocol for deleting the previous owner's password. I took them 5 minutes to give me the information. Sal, Arsenio and I went to my vehicle and in two minutes had the password cancelled

After being rejected by 2 GM dealers, I took a last ditch effort to get a new vehicle. Jim Marsh was advertising great discounts and with my previous vehicle badly upside down I needed a lot of discount.Ron Twist was my salesman and was great. I went in looking for a Soul and selected one on which Ron went to work getting a deal. He and I have a few things in common (hometown, music, etc.) so we had no problem killing time while finance did their thing. Then Sean did the paperwork and I drove home in my new Soul. For what more could I ask? And I like the car, too.

my husband and i had been wanting a kia and knew that we wanted a soul. we just wanted the best deal for our budget and we definitely got that. monthly payments were a huge concern and we started to realize owning wasn't an option. however, cash and his associate (i totally am blanking on his name), took all of our questions about leasing and our options going that route. they were so patient with us and it was so late but everyone was happy to help us fully understand what we were getting into as this wasn't our expected route at all. they matched our payment budget with leasing and everything went perfectly smooth after that filling out our paper work (the associate that helped us with this was also wonderful) and once we made the deal and got well educated we were out in an hour. i love our new car and i couldn't be happier.

It was the second car I bought from them, against my better judgment. I bought a close out 2015 model O[ptima LX for $ 22.220.-and instead of getting a discount like every other cardealer would do,they jerked the price up to $ 30.600.- with unnecessary things I neither wanted nor asked for.If you are a senior citizen like me,they take you for anything you got ! This was by far the worst experience in car buying in my life and I bought over 40 cars.They were rude and impolite and never even offered me a testdrive. I will never set foot in that dealership again as long as I live !!Now the sevice department keeps calling me all the time , that same service dept. who made me come three times all the way from Summerlin for an oilchange on my first new Kia.Be smarter than me and stay away from that dealership if at all possible !!

What a GREAT dealership. Very professional, friendly, straight forward, NO BS, Ron Twist was our sales person. He was great to work with, he was straight forward no games just down to earth great guy. The whole staff was great to deal with also. We traveled 200 miles to buy the last AWD Kia Sportage they had in stock. We were pre approved by the dealership. When we got there there was a mix up & they didn't have any AWD Sportage. Well the Internet Manager Ms Baber got on the phone & we ended up with an upgrade model EX for the same money we thought we would be paying for LX. So we felt we ended up with a better car, we even got our first color choice. So we were glad it worked out as it did. We love the car & the deal. If you don't stop at Jim Marsh Kia when car shopping you lose.

After several horrid experiences at two other car dealerships (not Kia dealerships), I went to Jim Marsh Kia. I was treated with respect.. Sales consultant Tommy Chandavong and his associates (I am sorry I don't have their names) were a pleasure to work with - professional, knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions. I recently took my Volvo to California for the weekend and when I got back my low coolant light came on, so disappointing for a vehicle I have only had for 10 months. Since I had lost confidence in it I started looking around for what my options were being only 10 months into my 39 month lease. Allen Yarborough explained to me that I do have options and I shouldn't feel stuck with the vehicle just because I had a lease. Luckily Jim Marsh Kia not only got me out of the lease but got me into a more comfortable vehicle with more features for a cheaper lease payment. I am so happy with my new Kia Cadenza.

veryone at Jim Marsh Kia made us feel at home. There was no pushy sales pitch, just honest people that explained the Kia Soul 2016. Originally I had contacted them through the Costco auto program. Melinda the internet sales person was fair and honest about the pricing. When we went to the Dealership, Amy King was so nice as a sales person, walking us around the dealership until we found the color we wanted with the options. Originally we had gone in to lease a Kia Soul, but Sean in Financing explained how a purchase at 0% was a better option for our lifestyle since we plan on keeping the vehicle for a long time. And Allen Yarborough, the GM, promptly greeted us and answered our questions -- he made us feel like family. There were no lies or sales tactics, it was honest communication about the vehicle. And we got the perfect 2016 Kia Soul. Amy King has followed up to see how we like the vehicle and if we had any questions.

I came here after going to another local Kia dealership. Without going into too much detail, the experiences were polar opposites. At the first place, I had to wait for 30 minutes for an employee to approach me and see if I've been helped or if I needed any assistance, and it only went downhill from there. Jim Marsh Kia on the other hand was such a refreshing experience. David was super helpful, but not overly pushy. All of the employees I've dealt with felt like they genuine cared not only about making a sale, but about earning my business. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

My wife and I were looking for a practical SUV as our family vehicle. We had been looking seriously at the Ford Flex but after two meetings with salesmen we just could not get the price we wanted. We decided to check out Kia before we sucked it up and paid for the Flex. We went in and met with Warren who listened to everything we wanted and found the SUV that fit our needs and then some. The price we were originally quoted was nowhere near what we wanted HOWEVER Warren and Kahn O worked with us and negotiated down to a price that we were all happy with. We are now proud owners of a fully loaded 2015 Kia Sorento. To top off all of this, Julia made sure that before we departed the dealership we were fully aware of all the features that come with our Sorento. All in all a great experience and we are quite happy we didn't settle for the overpriced Ford Flex!

I have purchased several autos over the years. My experience at Jim Marsh KIA was by far the easiest experience so far. The sales person, Sal Saker, was informative and knowledgeable, as were others involved in the sales process.. The 2014 KIA SOUL I purchased has a GPS and other systems I'm not too familiar with, I'm told that one Julia Warga will brief me soon on how to use them. Purchased 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. First time ever buying a car that we had a pleasant experience and it didn't take 8-9 hours to get out of there. I have been calling these people for at least 3 days now and left multiple messages simply to make an appointment to get my car worked on. No one has called me back. This is after finding out about a week ago that they do not even have a technician to work on Suzuki cars until the 8th (over 10 days after I first needed it to be serviced) because the one technician they do have...is on vacation. When I expressed how this didn't make much sense to not have someone to work on cars for over 10 days.

I was there to get an oil change on my 2014 Kia Soul when I got a call from Khan. He said he thought he could get me into a 2015 Soul Exclaim at a better percentage than what I was already paying. He hooked me up with Tommy who showed me some of the new models and I found one I loved. Next thing I know I'm driving off in a new Soul Exclaim! The staff here is always super friendly and they make it way too easy to buy a car. I went in to get one car serviced and end up in a brand new car with no money down and $24 in my pocket (they put me in the Fun Machine wind tube thing). They basically PAID ME to drive the car away! I'm already trying to talk my in-laws into trading their cars to get one from Jim Marsh Kia.

I bought a new car from Jim Marsh Kia back in Nov. I negotiated a price (not monthly payment) for the car that I was happy with. Ahmed (on of the sales manager) spent an hour trying to sell me a warranty, and even printed a sales receipt showing me the cost. (of course the monthly payment went up) I explained that I didn't want a warranty. He then printed the receipt that he claims I agreed to. He tells me to initial here and sign here. (He doesn't bother going threw the contract with me) I asked what was this $1,465.00 for? (It wasn't on the first receipt.) He said, "That's what you agreed to. You didn't want the warranty, so that's what you agreed to!" Instead of looking at the final cost, I looked at the monthly payment. (it was the same) I signed the form, not knowing that it was not the primary agreement. (I should know better) When I got home, I looked at ALL the paper work. Sure enough, the $1,465.00 was for a "Polysteel" kit/warranty and nitro. (non-cancelable) I contacted Jim Marsh Kia the next morning, and was told to come in the next day to talk to Ahmed. I tried to get the $1465.00 back, and even tried to return the car. They said all they could do was give me a 3yr maintenance package. If that wasn't enough... Warren (Sales Manager) told me he would pay for the registration. I never got it. The window tint was torn when I bought the car. They said they would fix it. I had to take it back twice, and it still has bubbles in the tint. On top of all that, I found out my NEW car doesn't have a SPARE TIRE! Over the next few months I tried contacting different people to get my money back, spare tire, or even the registration fee. I made approximately 20 calls to Jim Marsh Kia, and they all said they would call me back. Only 2 people called me back. (One was to tell me he is no longer a manager, but he would pass on the information.) I tried twice to make an appointment with the GM. They never would make an appointment. They said I could leave a message, or next time I'm there I could just ask for him. He didn't respond to my 1st message. On two different occasions I asked for him, but he was not in yet. I left messages both times. He finally called me the last time, but I wasn't home. I was still driving home from the dealership. Once home, I called him back, and left another message. No return phone call. I tried making another appointment. I was told by Kristina (I believe she is his secretary) that I would have an appointment with her, and she will cancel the warranty. I went to the appointment to be told the warranty could not be canceled. The only thing she could do was give me a "good will" amount of $300.00. I tried again to get a spare tire, but she said they couldn't do that. I could use the money to purchase the spare tire. I took the money and RAN!!!! I would NEVER recommend Jim Marsh Kia to anyone!!!

After trying to get issues resolved through traditional methods, phone calls, visits, I took to social media to voice my final concerns. Received a reply to my concerns from the GM, Allen Yarborough. An invitation to speak directly with him. Long story short, Mr. Yarborough has some serious anger issues. He was extremely angry I had the audacity to call Kia Consumer Affairs when he wouldn't return my calls (mind you, we hadn't yet spoke, and he asked me to call him). This man is a bully, pure and simple. I went to his office with an idea and he shouted at me, constantly interrupting. This man is a dinosaur. He had a golden opportunity to move me from a detractor to at least someone with a more passive opinion. Heck, had he ever tried to act like he had the smallest interest in helping rather than leading with his anger I might have even become a promoter. I love my car, I think my sales guy Warren was a nice enough guy. But their back end, their TCB skills, and their leadership is horrible.

AFTER I WAS TOLD THEY COULD PAINT THE REAR DOOR WHILE I KEPT MY CAR TILL THE DAY OF INSTALL SO I WOULD NOT NEED A RENTAL ! THE NEXT DAY WAS EVEN WORSE THE SHOP EMPLOYEE WAS RUDE AGAIN ! SO THEN I CONTACTED MR MARSH DIRECT AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM WITH HIS EMPLOYEE AT HIS BODY SHOP MR MARSH ADVISE ME HE PERSONAL WOULD LOOK INTO MY MATTER AND CONTACT ME BACK GUESS WHAT ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND NOT EVEN A RETURNED PHONE CALL OR A EMAIL OR A TEXT OR EVEN SMOKE SIGNALS! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MR MARSH AND HIS BODY SHOP. ALL I CAN SAY IS THE WAY THE OWNER OR BOSS TREAT A CUSTOMER IS THE WAY HIS OR THEIR EMPLOYEE'S WILL TREAT CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THAT IS THE WAY THEY SEE THE OWNER OR BOSS TREAT CUSTOMERS ! I HAVE LIVED IN LAS VEGAS 49 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREAT SO POORLY BY A CAR DEALERSHIP ! JUST KNOW I WILL TELL EVERYBODY THE WAY I WAS TREATED AT YOUR DEALERSHIP AND ILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM YOU ! JUST THINK IF I HAD BOUGHT A CAR WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD MOSTLY SELL THE CAR RATHER THAN DEAL YOUR EMPLOYEE'S AND OR CUSTOMER SERVICE !

I brought my car into service here after it only having 35,000 miles. It was having issues with the transmission. I left it with the dealer on Saturday. The advisor Todd told me that if it might have to stay until Monday. I told him I needed the car to get to work. He said he would call me if it was going to have to stay until Monday. Never heard from him called to find out that they closed at 2pm. Tried calling many times Monday morning at 7:15 when they opened at 7 and the recording kept saying they were closed. I finally found a ride up there to hear that my car was in with the transmission guy. That they were waiting to hear from Kia engineering. They would not give me a rental or loaners because Kia doesntt offer that. Then they offered me to drive my own car and they would car me when they heard back from Kia engineering. I didn't hear back from them so on Wednesday I called Kia customer service and they told me that would contact the dealership and let me know. On Thursday I called Todd and left him a message and never heard back from him. I then called the service manager Bryan and left him a message and never heard back from him. I then finally heard back from Kia customer service at 3pm on Friday. They told me that the dealership was waiting for me to bring the car back so that they could find out what is wrong with it. Also that if I wanted a rental car I would have to be at the dealership. I then left work early to drive 30 minutes to the dealership. When I got there they again told me that they don't offer rental cars unless I paid for it. I called customer service back and they spoke with the dealership and then they told me that they were going to contact their district manager. They came out about 15 minutes later saying that they would not approve it because they had enough time to look at it. Then Todd tried telling me that I didn't bring it into the dealership until 1pm on Saturday when I actually have to witnesses that picked me up from the dealership at 745 am. Then Todd told me that he never said he was waiting to hear back from Kia. Now after leaving it there all day they called me at 3pm and told me that its having an issue with the transmission and that they are almost sure that they will have to replace the transmission, but before the determine that I have to pay 189 dollars to have the transmission serviced. But that cant guarantee me that is the problem. They will also not refund my money if that doesn't solve the problem. They don't want to help me and they dint want to fix my car when it is clearly a problem that should be fixed by the warranty. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for service. I cant comment on the sales department but SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE. All I wanted was my car to be fixed after I purchased it new from Kia or give me transportation so I can get to and from work.
