Russell in the service department is so amazing. Everyone I have ever dealt with here has been the kindest and the most understanding and as a Mom of 4 children I feel like they care about our safety and our hectic lives. Most dealership employees can by sneaky and try to work you out of your budget but Britney was super understanding and helped me find what I need! Great customer service! If it wasn't for Danny Jones, I wouldn't of given JGC a 2nd chance. When I started to have problems with my silverado, he did everything he could to keep me happy and the cost down, especially when I blew 10k in 2 weeks. I always see Danny Jones no matter what. Even for the little things like, tire rotation, out of balance tires, oil changes, mechanical checks before long drives (SC) & (MI). No matter if it's something little or major, I know Danny Jones will take care of me. For example when I lifted my truck and put 35s on, I started to have a lot of issues. So I would swing by to see Danny Jones, to get his input/ thoughts on what could be wrong. I recommend Danny Jones to all that I know who drives a chevy product.

I drive 100+ miles daily and needed an oil change in a bad way. I went to Jim Glover Chevrolet as I was passing through Tulsa. Their Service Consultant Danny Jones was absolutely amazing! He got the job done quickly and efficiently, was very nice, helpful and made sure all my needs were met. I would most definitely drive 45 minutes to Tulsa just to have him Service my car again!

I had an appointment I called and arranged last week for 1:00 pm today. I was called to verify appointment this morning by your representative. I showed up 10 mins early to make sure I am on time and I was told my name wasn't showing up on the roster. I then waited nearly 3 hours to get my oil change. That was not a pleasant experience. I got called on the intercom and nobody even acknowledges to me about the wait or thanks for my patience. My 2 kids sat patiently with me for almost 3 hours and no one can say thanks for coming.

While getting my tires rotated and oil change I was informed or a recall. They said that they could do the recall work as soon as the other work was done and I would not have to come back. This is great because I live over 50 miles away. Great service and Joe is great to work with. Thanks Guys

Jennifer, Ryan and Brittany were terrific! Jennifer was knowledgeable, friendly, showed us vehicles we were interested in and explained different packages, low pressure. Ryan was courteous, personable, and went well out of his way to deliver our vehicle. Brittany was professional, explained options clearly, and got us in and out of finance quickly. She was also very personable and friendly. Overall, very nice experience. I just wish I could have made my shot for tags and taxes!

I have received such awful service as I've received from Jim Glover service department. They have had my Nissan for 4 days and will not even return my calls. Both my husband and I have been calling for 4 days and they will not even return our calls. Every time we call we are told another lie about the person who we are supposed to talk to being really busy or unavailable and that they will have him call back right away. We have never received a call back and I am at the point I'm going to have pay another towing fee and have my car hauled somewhere else.

The shuttle took me to work while my car received service. The shuttle picked me up at the end of my work day to return me to my car. They are busy & therefore I was having difficulty getting ahold of my service guy by phone. But they have this nice online service request that allowed me to get through & get scheduled with my service guy a few days later. The whole experience was great!

My check engine light came on and I just pulled in and within an hour and a half they had fixed not only the sensor that set off my check engine light but had helped me with 2 other service issues I was having but hadn't attended to. They even gave me a ride to and from an appointment I needed to be at.

The Air Conditioning unit on my 2010 vehicle went out. Because this was an "emergency car purchase of an 'economy" car I had purchased the Millennium warranty at the platinum level. While I will start saving money now to AVOID purchasing an economy car in the future, I was glad I had the warranty because the repairs were quite expensive. Additionally, I would like to think a larger vehicle would have been less likely to fall apart with the low mileage I had on this vehicle. Again, so relieved to have purchased the warranty, but unfortunate that I had to use it for a unit I had never had to replace on any other vehicles.

My experience with David Duncil and the others at Jim Glover Chevrolet was above and beyond anything I expected. I have never received that kind of attention to the details as I have with them. They went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal and the best financing I could (even better than their bottom line) and to make sure I received my new truck as quickly as possible. David drove 700 miles and flew back just so I could get my truck days before I would be able to go get it myself, saving me lots of time. I was very impressed with all of them I dealt with and would highly recommend anyone in the country looking for a vehicle to contact them.

When I was shopping around for a vehicle in December 2015 I decided to drop by Jim Glover as I had bought cars their in the past. I was interested in something sporty. I was approached by a sales person by the nam of Derrick Dearman. I told him what I was kinda interested in. He told me we just had a trade in on a real cool black BMW 750 LI. I thought I really don't need that, however after test driving it I thought I don't need to drive further. During the whole process Mt. Dearman was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very polite, kind, attentive, and treated me with respect and in no way pressured me while there. That I do like. Since the buying of my BMW I have contacted him on some things I needed done to my BMW. He assisted me with my concerns getting everything I needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who might wanting to buy a car to contact Mr. Dearman. In all honesty I felt like I was part of the Jim Glover family and I really appreciate his dedication. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Jim Glover. I was assisted by Internet Sales employee, Nathan Williams. He was helpful in selecting an affordable vehicle for me when I thought I wouldn't be approved. He also made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle, and didn't blow me off once he made the sale. He was very friendly and had a great attitude. The finance guy I worked with, Corey Reich, was just as awesome. He helped me feel comfortable during the financing process due to his positive attitude and helpfulness.. He even got me a lower APR rate, which made the experience that much better. Once I know of a family member or friend that looking for a vehicle, I will be referring them to Nathan, and Corey, if possible.

I had the best car buying experiencing in my life at Jim Glover in Tulsa Ok. With having credit issues, its always a little intimidating when purchasing something new but the New Car Sales Manager, Cass Filhiol treated us with the up most respect. I did not feel ashamed or unworthy because Cass and his team made me feel like I did not have to settle with just having a car but I could have a car that I was proud of. They made my buying experiencing stress free and was upfront about what they could do for me. After getting a brand-new 2016 Malibu LT, I will be a life time customer with Jim Glover. Last year when I was looking to purchase a car I was unsure what it was that I was looking for. One thing I hate is buying a new car too many dealers like to play games. Jim Glover is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone from Cass, Sean Hightower to my salesperson Christian S. Made it so easy. My car listed for almost $27K. I deal was so great I feel like I stole it. I refer all my friends and business associates to go there. I love the no BS just a great deal. Now for the service department. Karissa is the best ever. She saw I was waiting and walked over to see what was wrong. She checked it out and I was in and out of there. She made me feel as though I was a very important person. I went into Jim Glover just to talk about my options for getting a car. I even went to the pre owned section they had. Not in a million years did I think I'd leave with a new 2016 Camaro!! We were on our way home from Texas, and had been researching dealerships. We came across Jim glover and decided to stop in Tulsa and see what would happen! We were greeted by Ryan, and quickly handed off to kirstohper redd(I think was the young mans name), while Ryan ran an errand. Both were great guys and helped us out thoroughly. Even though those two gentlemen were helping us, we had the pleasure of having Cass Filhiol with us the entire time. He did the estimate on our dodge caravan, and was with us every step of the way! We ran out of time at the dealership, and headed on home, but Cass still kept in touch everyday until they delivered us our brand new 16 Tahoe to our home which is 3 hours from Tulsa!!!! I would gladly go back and buy another vehicle from this dealership and the men we dealt with, especially Cass!

Well there is a first time for everything. I have never written a bad review before, but I feel the public should know the purchasing experience from Jim Glover Chevrolet is riddled with miss information, bait and switch tactics, and a waste of valuable time! I am beyond disappointment with this dealership. I will never recommend them to anyone and will let those I know about my experience! I contacted Jim Glover Chevy. I explained upfront that I had been a victim of identity theft. I gave the salesman full disclosure of my finances... I own my home, current car, and boat outright. I have a small loan paid on time with 10 months remaining. I have no other debts. He assured me I could be put in a new car without any issues. I let him know upfront I didn't want to make a down payment.Folks, it didn't happen that way. I wanted a small second car (Spark) just to get back and forth from work.. Derek told me I could get in a LT without a problem. The short of it... they wanted a down payment for the LT or no down payment for an LS. I chose to go with the LS and they changed the condition to an LS with a $1000 down payment. The topper is: because I now have no credit history, even though I paid my house, car, and boat off early they bumped me into a higher % rate. This beats all. It would have been nice for the finance manager or new sales manager to speak directly with me during this process. The highs and lows of being told approval would not be a problem, only to find out differently were unnecessary. A simple straight forward "we can't help you at this time" would have been appreciated.Again, when a Jim Glover Salesman opens his mouth..... don't believe him. From my experience, they are just interested in making the sale for themselves and NOT in the best interest of the consumer. I WILL BE INTERESTED TO SEE IF THIS REVIEW MAKES IT ONTO THEIR DEALERSHIP REVIEW WEBSITE.

Simon worked to give me a great deal on the exact car I wanted. There were none in stock, so he found one at a different dealership and got it sent to Jim Glover for me. Upon arrival we were helped by Cristian Sanabria who did a great job of taking care of us. The manager on duty, Cass Filhiol sealed the deal, constantly checking on us and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is in the market to buy a car. Every other car deal I've ever made, I drove away a little unhappy over something. Not this time. I brought my 2013 Silverado in for service and as always greeted with a smile and was shown briefly where the waiting room was and explain about how long it would take and they would notify me when ready and it didn't take that long and I was out before you know it.The service team is the most friendliest people you have on staff. I would rather buy a vehicle from your service people than your sales people .and if you really care you be watching your sales people and PRAISING your service dept.there the one's that keep me coming back

so back in april i came in for an oil change and new tires...31/2 hours to do...wrote a review and got a quick and satisfying response from the service manager. offered a free oil change next time i came in. I didn't want a free one, just wanted them to know about my experience.Thought i would give them another try. the oil change only took 1 1/2 hours( which I think is a little long) but acceptable.When I went to get into my Freshly detailed car, there were oil fingerprints all over the steering wheel, and side door panels (they are grey, easy to spot). not only on the inside of the car, but outside as well,it looked like someone was leaning on the car and sweat on the glass and down the side of the car.Went to get a towel from my service advisor(Bryan) which he had, and I wiped the car clean myself.Don't know about Next time...

Was met by Vance told him that I was just looking, really didn't want to talk to a salesperson. Found a truck that caught my eye. Another salesperson came back and asked if he could help me I said I had been talking with Vance earlier. So he went to the front and sent him back. Long story short I took the truck for a test drive, that's all it took. The sales team was great. Needless to say I drove home that night with a new truck that I like very mush.

A couple a months ago I brought my truck in to have nitrogen put in tires because they were low. the adviser advised me it be few minutes the tire rack was busy...one hour later I checked back and he checked said a while longer...hour and fifteen later total two hours and fifteen later I got my truck with the proper tire pressure. I was happy with the last service. I will not use the other service adviser again..

Bought 3 vehicless from Jim Glover & loved them all. Bought 1 from Keystone Chevrolet & it was a lemon from the minute we drove it off the lot. Service & dealership refused to make it right. Wanted to sign us up for a new loan. Kept it a year with constant problems & constant trips to keystone service dept.no work done cause it didn't happen there so they didn't see it! Just drove into Jim Glover to look around cause knew we were upside down on credit note. My husband found a new vehicle he could just dream about. The salesman said lets look. I called on a Saturday to check on tires, they had to bring from another warehouse, so I made an appointment for Monday morning 10:00 or 10:30.I arrived at 10:05 and was greeted somewhat, and directed to the service adviser I had talked to the previous Saturday. The deal was done , and they took my car back to get started.At 1:00 I was starting to get a little impatient, so I went to ask about my car. "It's on the rack, shouldn't be long" was the response I got. At 1:40 I finally got my car back. 3 1/2 hours to change oil and get new tires? The bill was about $50. higher than I thought it should be, mounting and balancing...(Labor $50?)I jumped into my car because I was Late for an appointment (about an Hour), and hit my knees and my head. the seat was pulled all the way forward... Will Not happen again I assure you!

I recently had an oil change and my tires rotated. I made my appt online and when I showed up they got my vehicle right in. I was told where the waiting area was and that I could help myself to any beverage I enjoy. There is quite a wide selection available. After about 30 minutes, Joey the Service Advisor came out and said my car was ready and explained what was done and if any other services were needed which thankfully there were not. He led me over the cashier and asked if I had any questions. I appreciated the friendliness of all the people I encountered.

From the purchase to service over the past 5 plus years have been pleasant for the most part. A solid five star gold rating. Let's face it nobody; wants to take their car or truck in for service but the Jim Glover customer lounge makes the experience more pleasant. The service loaner program is amazing and was a factor in choosing a GM dealership for the purchase of my 2010 Silverado. If my next auto purchase is GM it will come from Jim Glover Chevrolet. I love not wasting my time. The regularly scheduled maintenance did not take too long. The waiting area is spacious and not congested. Magazines and news on the radio allowed me some down time that I really appreciated.. Just perfect.I hate that this survey asks for a specific name. This service took place weeks ago and I have absolutely no idea who I worked with.

I bought a 2015 Trax and I was told I would get 4 free oil changes. I'm old fashion and so after breaking in the first 1000 miles, I changed my oil at 1393 miles because I was told they wouldn't do it before 3000 miles. I went ahead and had my brother do it and went with Valvoline (dexos) Full Synthetic 5W 30, and now they want to charge me full price for full synthetic!?!? I understand paying the difference but come on. I just called and asked about my tire rotation and he told me that they don't even balance them! Whenever they asked if I wanted the extended warranty it was $2000 with a $200 deductible for 72,000 miles. When we went through the AA Federal Credit Union, it cost $1249 with not deductible for 80,000 miles and for 6 years. I'll NEVER buy another car from Jim Glover! Plus, when you go up there you'll see a group of sales men and ,to me, that already makes them look bad... like you're going to get mobbed! Spread out, fellas!

Do yourself a favor and visit this dealership first!! From the moment I contacted our salesman, Vance Gaut, he bent over backwards to find the truck we were looking for, get the financing we needed and out the door all in one easy deal. My husband and I drove 3 hours to do business with Vance and Jim Glover Chevrolet and we will continue to make all of our purchases through them. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My husband & I were looking at Camaros on January 1, 2016. We were promptly greeted by our salesman, Michael Phipps. He was great to work with, and very helpful thoughout the sale. Our New Car Manager was exceptionally helpful, and worked hard with us to successfully close the deal. He even ordered pizzas for us while we waited for our current car to be looked at by service. I am a diabetic, so this was extremely helpful to me, going above and beyond the expected courtesy.Brittany Watkins worked with us in finance. When I called Jim Glover to ask if they had the exact vehicle I was looking for, Jason was quick getting back to me. The only dealership that actually had it on the lot! Between Jason and Jeremy they had me fixed up with a new car including finance! It was all done in one afternoon and I drove away in a new awesome 2016 Chevy Equinox. Very happy with it and will shop with Jim Glover in the future! :-)

Needed a new 2015 white Chevy Colorado truck with no money down, $1,000 for my trade in, low interest 4.9% long term loan - 72 months, low payment $424 with gap insurance, 100,000 warranty and no maintenance. All this and I was treated kindly and with respect, they are true professionals, everyone at Jim Glover was very kind. Everyone. I purchased a brand-new Chevrolet Cruz in 2011 and by the third month of owning the vehicle I had begun experiencing consistent delayed/jerky shifting (automatic transmission). I have taken the car to the Jim Glover dealership numerous times regarding the issue and each time I have been dismissed as "an issue typical to that make/model of vehicle". Since I purchased this vehicle it has undergone several recalls and repairs, such as: the replacement of a CV Joint, a Transmission Torque Converter, and most recently a Transmission Control Module. My last service visit consisted of my vehicle having to be towed, then it went missing for two days, even though it was incapable of moving under it own power and had in fact been sitting on the repair lot. To sum that up: the service & parts employees were too lazy to go find it until I was completely stressed and throwing a fit thinking my vehicle was indeed lost/stolen. Next, after two days of missing work, I had to beg for a loner vehicle (having never been offered one), and a sales manager had one brought to me - only to later receive a phone call telling me I had to bring it back so that it could be exchanged for another loaner?! Finally, the Parts & Service Manager (Jason, I believe) is one of the most inconsiderate and rude gentlemen I have ever dealt with, making several hateful remarks and threats of not repairing my vehicle. And to-date, I have yet to receive the promised phone call from the manager of Jim Glover Chevrolet - who I was told was just too busy to speak to me due to all his meetings regarding the expansion of Jim Glover into the Nissan market (by his female assistant).Today, my vehicle sits on the lot of Jim Norton, where it is again being repaired, this time for a Transmission Control Module; even though I was assured by Jim Glover when the Torque Converter was replaced that, that was the only issue with my car. Oddly enough, now there is also a crack leaking water/coolant which isn't covered by my remaining power-train warranty that comes to almost $500 for repairs on top of the on-going transmission issues?!I have been told by General Motors Customer Service that my vehicle should have been diagnosed as damaged from day one and replaced - but now I own a vehicle that is almost 5 years old, the same on-going issues as day one, and nobody in the GM Family wants to acknowledge the error! General Motors blames Jim Glover, Jim Norton blames Jim Glover and of course Jim Glover continues to tell me the same song and dance: "There's nothing wrong with it!".I will very soon have a 5 year old vehicle that will be outside of all warranties, and with its repair history I'm quite sure will become a very expensive, very bad decision on my part to purchase from Jim Glover Chevrolet. I can not express my unhappiness, and my complete disappointment in how I've been treated and dismissed having bought a brand-new vehicle from your dealership. I bought a damaged good, and instead of replacing the damaged goods when it began showing signs I was dismissed and now nobody wants to take blame - unfortunately for me, whether it's drive-able or not, a payment is still expected. Shame on you Jim Glover Chevrolet, you're eager to sell but not eager to do what's right and replace the damaged goods you sold me. I do not recommend the Chevy Cruz make/model and I do not recommend Jim Glover Chevrolet.

I took my Stingray in for the 2nd oil change and general inspection. Called the day before and arrived early to minimize the wait time. The 1st time it took about 2 1/2 hours, that was a year ago. This time it still took 2 1/2 hours. Way to long to wait for such minimal service. Also, I called back to see if the air filter box was checked for oil in it, and was told they would check with the tech who worked on the car. Never heard back. I would go here for service again.

I always have liked my experiences at Jim Glover. Originally I got a Chevy Spark and was surprised at how easy it was to get started with my first "adulting" purchase. Everyone was helpful and answered my million questions I had. Which brings me to my second time coming back. I was having issues with the car itself and was considering trading in for awhile. Went in for an oil change and came out with a Chevy Cruze. The car I secretly always wanted but wasn't sure I could get. Vance was my sales person and he was very personable. I was really happy with how he treated me and my husband throughout the purchase.

We bought a new pickup at Jim Glover Chevrolet. We shopped for the pickup at five different dealerships in Oklahoma before we bought. I want to say that Jim Glover Chevrolet not only made us the best deal by far of any of the dealerships, but Jim Glover Chevrolet also had the very best staff of any of the dealerships. Jason Cleary was our salesman and I have never dealt with a more honest and straight forward person. I will go straight to Jason on any future vehicles I purchase. I want to also mention Sean Hightower who aided us in the purchase of our pickup. I must say that Sean and Jason were very pleasant to deal with and they both did exactly what they said they would do. I couldn't have asked for two better guys to deal with. Thanks Jason and Sean.

We brought our 2011 Tahoe up for cracks in our dash, Bryan looked at it and told us what the cost would be and said he would call when the parts came in. A wee or so later he called to say he had the part and we scheduled our appt for service. My husband took the Tahoe in early the morning of our appt and a few hours later I got a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Everyone was so courteous, would definately refer friends to Jim Glover.

I bought my Equinox a year ago the 22nd of December. I have been really happy with it and the service at the time of purchase was amazing as well as every time I have taken it in. Matt Hancock was my salesman and he di an amazing job. Mike in service has taken care of everything I have needed at the time I take it in. I am always amazed at the efficiency of your service department. When I lined up at 7:45 am on Saturday there were about 7 cars ahead of me. Though my appointment was at 8:00 a.m I settled in for a long wait. To my surprise I was finished and pulling out of the service department at 8:49 am! This service included a oil change and tire rotation! Always very surprised with my service experience!

I pulled into Jim Glover Chevrolet for an oil change. I love how every time I go there, everyone smiles at you and waves, kind of like you died and went to heaven and that instant you realize you went up instead of down! What no one knows is that day was one of my personal worst days and I was very depressed. A very KIND looking gentleman (an angel-going with the heaven thing) was waving at me, but I caught a look in his eyes, so I stopped. I said (really being silly) is there anyway you could trade my Cruz for a new one, with no down payment and title and tax paid and cut my payments in half? I was actually making a joke - which is how I deal with depression. His name is Isaac Dennis and he told me to "just pull up and lets talk about it". WOW, so I thought why not? Well this was a VERY good day! Everyone made me feel like family. I visited with Isaac for awhile and he actually talked to JIM GLOVER in person and said lets put this retired teacher in a better Cruze! Isaac let me look at several and this one Cruze just kind of wanted me. It was brown, and my old Cruze is red (I like red). Isaac was very professional, but at the same time we connected on a level that I was treated like a person (not just someone trying to make a sale). I was invited to throw a football into the trunk of a pickup or get into the cash box. (Later James Mize told me I should have picked the cash box. I was offered the best coffee ever while I waited for Isaac to offer my deal. OMGosh! He returned and said the brown Cruze was mine and here is the offer! Later I was introduced to James Mize who was so friendly and very professional!! We both like to watch The Voice, I was wearing my Blake Shelton t-shirt! I told him I was amazed at how well he could Multi-task, talking and doing paperwork at the same time, even cracking a few really funny jokes!! One being about the money box. I was telling him how I threw the football like a softball! He asked me why I didn't get in the money box? I said the football was a bigger prize. Not making the goal, he said wellllll if you had been in the money box, at least you would have something!! The way he said it was funnier! BTW: I still think I could of accomplished the throw, if I had thrown it like a football!!So, my experience was one of the best days of my life!! A very SPECIAL thanks to Isaac Dennis and James Mize (and I do apologize for calling him Mike instead of James! Opps! That was the best day I had in a long time. My Cruze even has a CAMERA so when I back up, I can just look at my TOUCH SCREEN on the dash to see if I'm going to hit anything! I give Jim Glover a very special thanks to having a staff that really cares about their customers and realizes a poor credit score does not reflect a bad person, just a person that went through some very hard times. THANK YOU. I appreciate all of you and I can hardly wait for my FIRST FREE oil change. I didn't spend anything out of my own pocket that day AND yes, my tax and title were paid! The sales department is wonderful; however, the service department....I've taken my car to the dealership for car care since I got it 4 1/2 years ago. Ever since, the service department service has gone downhill. After my last oil change, I even had the guy from the service department call me and tell me I HAD to give him a positive review. Um, what?! The straw that broke the camel's back was last weekend when I took my car in because it died without notice. I received a jump to be able to start my car. I took it in the dealership to get it checked, as well as an oil change. It was 2hrs before the service department was due to close. Had my car not died, I wouldn't have chosen that time to take my car in. I have never had someone try and change my mind about getting any service done, like I did that day. He even wanted to talk me out of getting my oil change saying I only got it done 2000 miles ago (although I try to get it changed once every 3 months and it was time). I'm not going to force anybody to get business. I left without getting an oil change because he made me feel like an inconvenience. I ended up at Sears and had my car worked on there. Unless there is something that requires me to go to the dealership, I will not return.

I had to take my truck back once to fix a bad miss and I know that no one is perfect so, with that said they did get it fixed and it has been a week now and my fuel milage has increased at least a 3rd better. I keep my milage between fill ups on an app. on my phone and normally I run 2 tanks a week but this week I've only use one. I've noticed an increase in power from the way it normally runs. I run a small business working out of my truck and during the time my truck was down Jim Glover supplied me with a loaner pick up. That save me from loosing two weeks worth of income and i really appreciate that. I would do business with them again.

I was thinking about buying a new car, and stopped by Jim Glover. The selection was great. I drove the new Camero and if was awesome. The new features made driving a pleasure. Chevy has really made car care and driving easy. The rear camera showed the radius of the car for backing out, and how close you are to the car behind you. The speedometer was on the glass. That was unexpected, and I loved it. My salesman was Tony Fryer, he was so nice and such a pleasure to work with. He had a lot of knowledge about the car. He showed me features that I would have to read the manual to find. The entire experience was great. Tony was the perfect salesman. I will definitely come back to buy, and tell all my friends to ask for Tony.

I happen to come into the lot on a day they were serving free BBQ. What a plus. The food was great. I am interested in buy a new car, and test drove the a brand new Camaro. This car is awesome. If you have not rode in a new car, please go and test drive. They have so many new features it blew my mind. The two features that stand out the most were the rear camera for backing up, and the speedometer in the window; wow! Tony Fryer, was my salesman. The was soooooo nice and helpful. He has a great things to say about the cars and the dealership. I will be back to buy soon.

Whenever I go to Jim Glover for service on my vehicles, I am called by name. The service people are extremely professional. I especially like going to Mike Williams. He is like a member of my family. I had the best experience in buying a car that I wanted. The staff were very patient, helpful and excited for me and with me during the process. Alan was my salesman and he was honest, patient, listened carefully to what I wanted and help me obtain the car I chose. The finance staff were very patient, direct, and compassionate as they worked with me. I had concerns on the payment amount and they worked very hard and quickly to help put me at ease. They were able to alleviate my concerns and Ieft there feeling very satisfied and happy with my purchase. The experience was above and beyond what I expected. I will purchase all my cars here.

I went into the Jim Glovers Website asked about a truck with in an hour Simon Lun had send me an email saying he was at our services. We then came into the dealer ship & again Simon Lun helped us by looking everywhere for a 2500hd, he went beyond any other sales representative has ever gone for us. After speaking to him & finding out more about what we needed the truck Simon found us the most beautiful 3500hd which we fell in love with automatically. i came in for a safety recall and check engine light...i was told it would be $200 to evaluate the check engine light...i was asked if i had recently filled with gas...i said no, but then remembered the times i had gotten a check engine light based on a loose gas cap...I (not the service manager) then remembered to check the gas cap... it was loose,,,service mgr did reset the check engine light...he did fix the safety recall on the spot within 45 min...i did, however, raise an eyebrow that i was the one who had to think of the loose gas cap problem...still it was great that i got the safety recall problem dealt with while i waited...larry hochhaustulsa ok

From the first time I came in for service, Danny Jones has made sure that I am completely taken care of. He goes above & beyond his service manager duties to provide me with the utmost service. Because of his exceptional way of doing business & treating his customers, I have become a loyal customer to him. I only deal with him upon arrival to the Service Department. (Granted I will work with other service managers if Danny's not available, but I always ask for Danny first.) Danny gives me the feeling of a small town, family feel to my service when I'm there. I feel he treats me like a friend/family. What I have found in Danny Jones is what anyone (especially any woman) wants when it comes to servicing their vehicle. I can completely trust Danny to make sure my vehicle is serviced properly. If there are ever any issues, I let him know & he makes sure to have it fixed promptly. Jason Cook is another exceptional asset to Jim Glover's Service Department. Jason has worked on my car multiple times (my car had a crazy issue that took time to solve). Through everything, Jason has shown he is also another I can completely trust to service my vehicle properly. Anytime Jason's involved, & Danny's unavailable, I ask to speak to Jason directly. Danny Jones & Jason Cook are, in my opinion, two of the very best; & I feel Jim Glover should recognize just how blessed they are to have these two working for them (if they don't already).

I called Jorge Rodriguez in service to ask about a simple issue with my truck. He knew what needed to be done and said just stop by the service station. He met me the same morning , immediately installed the new part and didn't even charge for labor. All the employees were extremely friendly and it was an overall pleasant experience.

Great salesman. Great Chevy suburban. Beyond awful Customer service department. Make sure you do not get Mike Williams. Nothing will EVER get fixed, literally ever. Everything that I needed fixed came back to me still broken. They said it would only take two days, it took over a week. Mike said he would call me when a part came in and it never did. Go elsewhere if you plan on utilizing the customer service department.

My first time experience was great. James Mize-Finance manager was very nice, he explained every piece of paper and what was going on at all times. He was engaged and help me understand every detail. One thing that is difficult for me is purchasing a vehicle. There is always high pressure sales for a certain vehicle the dealer chooses. This wasn't the experience I had last night. I was notified by mail that my 2011 HHR needed a new ignition and I called and spoke with Cherise, at Glover, and made an appointment. She was very personable and polite and took my appointment, a couple of days later, my appointment was moved up when she said, come on in, we can fix you up today. Matt met me at the car lot entrance and guided me to my destination. Cherise checked me in quickly and made sure I was comfortable. Luther came in and was very nice also. I, like most people who work, truly appreciate the timeliness of my appointment and how quickly your crew was able to change out my faulty ignition. Before I knew it, it was done and I was on my way. I did not have to mess with a loaner car, and was able to make my late afternoon Friday meeting with more than enough time. Even though I did not buy this car at Glover Chevrolet, Glover will be the first place I go when I am ready to buy my next car.

I don't know about you but I was never a fan of having to take my car in for any type of routine maintenance. I no longer worry about that with Jim Glover. I don't mind ever having to take my car in because i know for a fact that Danny Jones will take the absolute best care of me. He does everything with a huge smile on his face! I came in with my daughter to purchase her first vehicle. We bought our Hundai Tuscan here and came back because of the great service. Derrick Dearman showed us our options and we decided on a 2010 Nissan Altima for her first car. Initially, sales person was friendly, however, very unprofessional sales manager. Overall, there just seem to be some sales practices that were questionable (perhaps unethical). Customer service definitely needs some revamping. No listed purchase price on used lot should be a RED flag. I asked for price on vehicles...never received a clear answer...was told "it depends" Beware of 'smoke & mirror' tactics!!

I had just purchased a 2006 Corvette from an individual and only 1 key fob worked. I took it in, talked to Jorge Rodriguez and asked how quickly he could get it fixed. He said would be less than an hour. When he checked he found a recall on the lights and asked if I wanted to get it done while I was there. I said I had an appointment and he said he would make it happen in less than an hour. In about 50 minutes I looked and saw my car on the service drive and went outside. He said he had been looking for me. What a great surprise. Great job Jorge and Jim Glover Chevrolet Service Team!!

I dont normally complain about things, but my attempted car buying experience with Jim Glover was so bad I felt a need to share my story. Who would ever suspect a GM\Billy Caperton of providing horrible customer service and setting such a poor example for his employees. Thats exactly what I encountered at Jim Glover Chevrolet of Tulsa. In an attempt to a purchase a 2014 Corvette online/internet, I spoke with the internet salesman on several occasions to make sure the car had everything I wanted and was completely ready before making the trip to Tulsa from Dallas. He communicated the vehicle was in great condition on all occasions. I arrived to finalize the deal and had already begun to sign papers before I was finally informed by the financial manager, who indicated he was not aware of the issue until just that moment, that there was undisclosed damage to the back end. He stated the GM was the only person aware of the issue and that he had not shared it with anyone else. The GM came over as we were looking at the issue and basically told me if I didnt like it, I could just go somewhere else. He stated in Oklahoma he had no obligation to disclose information concerning vehicles. I have never experienced this level and lack of customer service. I asked questions about why I was not told about the issue during the several calls I made prior to coming and why the damage was not on the CarFax. Again, the GM was very dismissive and even seemed to get angry that I asked these questions. He basically told me, in so many words, that it was no big deal and I could just go somewhere else. I told him it was a big deal to us as my girlfriend and I had both take a full day off work and had driven 4 hours to get here. He never once said Im sorry for the inconvenience, I understand your frustration or I apologize for the miscommunication. He only stated again, you do not have to buy here if you do not want it, go somewhere else. I know that just because someone has the title of manager does not necessarily mean that they have the skills or competencies to do the job. There was no attempt to de-escalate the issue, or to resolve the problem in a way that would be satisfactory to both of us. He never attempted to continue to make the deal once this information had been disclosed. Im not sure if he treated us this way because I am African American or if because my girlfriend and I are an interracial couple or if he is just this disrespectful and dismissive to all of his customers, but his behavior was completely unprofessional and outright rude. What a price to pay for being willing to drive four hours to do business with someone and purchase a vehicle. On top of that, I had to provide a $500.00 deposit to hold the car, now Im getting the round around for my refund. Just to let you know, I definitely plan to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey and post my experience on social media.

I went in to Jim Glover Chevrolet on Saturday January 3, 2015. The plan was to trade in my Camaro I had bought from Jim Glover Chevrolet in September of 2014. I didn't want to trade my car in but because my son had broken his back and was unable to ride in it any longer I had no choice. I have had 2 other other cars from JGC and I looked forward to buying my third. I knew I would be upside down in my trade but JGC used car finance department treated me horribly in this experience. We we back and forth and they offered the lowest amount towards my trade I think I have ever seen. They kept me there for 3 hours, I kept asking for my keys to leave and they kept trying to keep me there to work another deal and push the sale through. They ran my wife and my credit and had me financed before we even had agreed on price, trade in value, or anything. We were willing to pay $100 more for different car. But not willing to work out trade in. Poor decision buying here. My sales man was very nice but the used car finance people were not anyone I would ever want to deal with again. I left that day and went to another dealership in Pryor Oklahoma who took much better car of me, got me financed with my credit union here Tulsa. They made me a much better deal for my Camaro and have now earned my business for life. I am reposting this review because my first review was written while I was being held hostage in negotiation at JGC in the used car office and they said that wasn't allowed. I stand by my reviews and warn people not to deal with JGC. They might want to do you right, but when it comes down to it, its not about helping people who have been repeat customers. Shame on you Jim Glover Chevrolet. Dad didn't do it.

What a great place...I was returning home to Pennsylvania after my dad's funeral...stopped to fill up well after midnight when my dad's car started having transmission problems!! After a harrowing night (I was traveling alone) I did have some trepidation - had been away from home for a month caring for my dad in Lubbock - and now had to find a decent place to get this MAJOR repair work done! Bryan Nolen was so kind and helpful - even after the transmission was done; he heard an engine noise and had me wait for a very brief time while the car was checked out again! The atmosphere at this dealership is so professional and the service outstanding...I made it home to PA without further incident...extremely grateful!

I went in to trade my dream vehicle in that I bought 3 months ago. It killed me to do it but I had because my son broke his back about a month ago and he is unable to ride in the Camaro because it's too rough and bumpy and causes him great pain. I have put less than 6000 miles on the car and I came to JGC to see if they could help me out. They had a great vehicle that we wanted and my saleman Mr.Hines was impeccable but the finance dept. we're unwilling to work with me on my trade. I am in a pickle and I understand the trade in would be a little upside down but they were unwilling to work with me on trade in value. The finance dept. has no lost JGC a customer for lifeZ and for the record Dad Didn't Do it this time at all.

My seatbelt got stuck and I called Taylor, because he sold me the car, and he got it in the shop and me a loaner in about ten minutes. The train I called Taylor first is because he was so professional and genuinely concerned with what I needed and wanted in a car. I had the best experience at Jim Glover in Tulsa off Skelly Drive. My salesman was Eddie Enloe and he was so helpful and kind. My husband and I had some credit issues, and Eddie was able to get us a decent rate on a brand new car, with no money down. Eddie went over the entire car with us and how it operates. We went to Jim Glover expecting to be hassled, and to leave empty-handed because that is what had happened at many dealers before them. That is NOT what happened. Justin Carr and Bruce Gramm helped us through the whole process without pressuring us, and without being dishonest. Everything they have told us has been true thus far. In the end, we left with two 2014 Chevy Cruzes, and we could not be happier with the customer service we were provided.

Overall the buying experience was good, feels like a large dealership with high volume of sales/service. You are almost shuffled along a process with others, almost like a "get in line and wait" feel. There are long "waits" in between each step of the process. The one thing that stands out the most though (and why I returned to purchase my second car here) is that they really want to make sure you get the vehicle that you want. There is no pressure to sell what they need to sell feel. They are really good trying to know about what you want and what you need and finding the car that fits both.

Had my car in 2 weeks ago for a check engine light on they found out what it was and said it would be fix while I had it in for some body work. Went to pick my car up today and it wasn't done. They said oh it will be the 30th I said not good enough. Then I get a call back he didn't have the part, again I called not true he told me Monday he had it and it would be fixed. They had my car 5 days and didn't do as I was promised, lied to again. Now all the sudden they didn't have the part cause I was put off till the 30th plus I now have a tire problem which wasn't there before I took it in.

Though tiring, our experience buying our new truck was amazingly different than what we have experienced anywhere else. We had already had a disappointing experience with a used car lot and a shady salesman. I had my battery replaced, my compressor on my air conditioner, and the turbo replace also. I could not have asked for a more helpful and polite service man in Kevin Thames he was so kind and even though I was unsure he put my mind at ease. Spoke with Joe Gibson and he was so very kind and with the two of them I was very comfortable knowing they were taking care of my Cruze. I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze about nine months ago. I paid extra for an extended coverage plan that included free oil changes. I took my car to Jim Glover and the attendant informed me that my plan had expired. I was disappointed, but needed an oil change. They told me the price and I left my vehicle with them. After not hearing back I went back to check three hours later. They had forgotten about my vehicle! The attendant apologized and said they'd do it for free. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way. Latest thing we had with Jim Glover was some warranty work. As always, they do a wonderful job. Good loaner cars and this time they caught a water pump problem that would have been out of warranty in just a couple of hundred more miles. Ryan McCauley is a wonderful salesman. Ask for him. Hands down the best internet sales experience ever. Extremely surprised and delighted by how well the internet sales team works, they do a better job than most online companies selling small items, these people manage to sell a car over the internet, and do it in a way where you don't feel like a number or just a sale. We appreciate all the hard work of the I.S.T. as this was our second car. While driving home one night my car "stalled" and my engine light came on and my light read "Reduced Engine Power". I immediately stopped at an O'Reilly's and had them read the code. They told me it was a foot pedal accelarator sensor and when they looked up the part it was a "dealer only" part. He then recommended I take it to a mechanic he knew that could tell me more. I took my car over there and he told me that when you replace that sensor it is better to replace the one under the hood too and gave me an extimate of $1,000.00 or more. Well, since I am a single, self-supporting woman, I couldn't afford that and since when I turned my car off, the code cleared and my car would run fine, I kept driving my car. The "Reduced Engine Power" and engine light would come on sporatically... sometime not for a few days and sometimes every day for awhile. I finally got tired of it happening when I was trying to drive home (to Adair, OK from downtown Tulsa) in Tulsa traffic. It was during one of our ice storms this year, when I called the Chevrolet dealership in Pryor and talked to Jason he said he would have to arrange for me to get a loaner car and for me to call back. I waiting a few days since I wasn't going anywhere in the ice anyway. I called him back and left a voice message. No return call. Several days later, I called again and left a voice message. Still no return phone call. A few weeks later, after work, while on my way home, I couldn't go more than 10 or 15 miles and the "Reduced Engine Power" would come on and I had had enough. I called Jim Glover Service department and Kevin Thames answered the phone. I started with "I've had a really bad day and I'm sorry if I get short wtih you, but please help me." Kevin very calmly asked "What's going on and what can I do to fix it?" So I explained about the "Reduced Engine Power" and calling the other dealership and the no return calls from them and the estimate I had gotten for the repairs and he immediately looked up the part and told me the part was only a little over a hundred dollars. He then told me to drop the car off the next day between 4-7 and he would have a loaner car ready for me. I breathed a sigh of relief.... The next day I dropped my car off and as Kevin promised they had a car waiting on me. When I explained to Kevin that I might put more than the 125 miles daily limit on it since I live 64 miles from work one way, he told me not to worry, he would take care of it. The very next day, before noon, Kevin called and said my car was ready!!! I was amazed at how fast they fixed it. I went over on my lunch hour, turned in the loaner car and picked mine us. That's been almost a week now and my car is driving wonderful and no engine light is on, no "reduced engine power" is happening and I'm a very HAPPY and SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Thank you Jim Glover for hiring Kevin Thames!!!! He is good for your business. I will be back when I need service and I have and will continue to tell everyone about the great, fast and friendly service I received at Jim Glover Service Department.

Brad and Jody made sure to find what I was looking for. Jody even stayed after hours since I had to leave to go to Meeting and come back late but he set up features on the car and made sure i understood how to use the features. Jim Glover is the absolute only place my family will ever purchase a vehicle from. The sales team was outstanding and did a wonderful job making it run very smoothly. We always get great deals and are always treated amazingly when dealing with Jim Glover. I just don't see how they could do a better job. We got a great deal and the service is fantastic. There is no reason to shop anywhere other than Jim Glover.

As always, My experience was top notch. Kevin Thames met me on the drive. Kevin was friendly, attentive to my service needs, and quickly wrote up my service order. In the waiting room, I was able to connect to the free wifi provided. The coffee and donuts were a bonus. Utilizing the wifi and enjoying the coffee and donuts made the wait time, which was short, go by quickly.

I had done some research on the Jim Glover website before making the appointment with Richard Rispoli. I was in the market for a new car for my 25 year old daughter. After looking at the new models, we were convinced that a silver Cruze was the perfect choice. However, when we drove into the lot, my daughter spied a lime green Spark. She immediately decided that she wanted to test drive it rather than the Cruze. Richard found one for us that had all of the bells and whistles of a luxury automobile. My daughter now has the benefit of OnStar, Satellite radio, bluetooth capability for her iPhone, and the option to purchase a navigation system ap on her phone that will integrate into the car. An additional plus is that the Spark takes up very little room in the garage!! We love it!!

The Bodyshop at Jim Glover has had my car since November of 2013 to repair damage to the frame, hood, both driver's side doors, and wind shield. today is 2/20/2014. They have told me my car was ready three times now. First time I went to pick it up the hood was not straight, paint on my head lamps, there was sanding dust from front to back inside and out. my grey leather was now tan from a thick layer of dust. the second time I went to pick up my car(after I was told it was ready) The battery was dead, my hood was still not straight and the sunroof would not close. the inside had an over powering smell of whatever they used to clean the inside, it was so overpowering that it stuck to my clothes. After contacting J.Glover with in thirty minutes I was told my car was ready for pick up. That was yesterday, The body shop asked me to call them thirty minutes before I would arrive so they could wash my car. today when I went to pick up my car, the hood was still not right. Now I am told it will be Monday before I can get my car. Mr. Glover has offerd me A free oil change for my trouble and wait. I am thankfull for the loaner vehicles they have allowed me to drive, and the future oil change but, I do not think that makes up for the lack of quality workmanship they profess to turn out. Brenda Barricklow is the shop Manager and I believe she is as frustrated as I am. She is only as good as her techs. After seeing my review, The G.M. from Jim Glover called me and asked if he could make things right? Ofcourse I gave them one more chance. They did fix a few issues with my car but, the paint is not correct. I had called Mr.J.Glover and asked for a better trade-in price on my car. He said HE and the G.M. would sit down with me and my wife. when it came time to set the meeting he was not available. We were sent to the sales floor where a team of salesman did there song and dance, assured us that we would take home a new truck because jared told them to do what it takes even if they lose money on this deal. NO SIR! that is not what happend. the bait and switch did not work. After coming home and looking at there web sight, the very price they had quoted us,(the price that we were told was the sorry for the bad taste in your mouth price) is there sale price to everyone. Brad Sexton the sales manager Told me he would get with Mr. Glover the next morning and see if he could put us in the new truck, He told me to my face I will call you at 11:ooam or 11:30am. He did not call. At 1:30pm. I called him. To his credit he did put together a diminished value letter for me like he said he would. The very letter Jared said he would put together. I hope this is all easy to understand But the piont here is, stay away from Jim Glover Chevrolet!! I also did not recieve the letter for a free oil change that Jared had promised.

As always, I was running late on a Saturday afternoon to get my Equinox in for an oil change. This time I also needed to have the tires rotated. The service personnel said I was just in time to get everything done, even though I know that they know I am always pushing it on time, and not to worry about it! I was in and out in well under an hour, which is even more impressive given the fact that they were very busy as it was the first nice weather day in several weeks.I am always truly impressed by the family atmosphere that radiates throughout the entire dealership, and how much effort is put forth to make everyone feel relaxed and have a great experience, regardless of the reason for the visit. I appreciate everyone there and hope they truly know how wonderful they are to do business with!

I went to at least 15 different dealerships and none of them could get me into a vehicle. So a friend of mind suggested Ryan Kallam at Jim Glover. When I arrived there I ask for him, he came out and asked what I was looking for and with in 15 minutes found the right truck for me. And I drove out with it 30 minutes later. Kevin Thames was our service person. He was great! The only negative thing that I could say about the whole experience was that we had to wait for quite a while. We came in from Pawhuska for an oil change. I know that it is first come first served, so the wait didn't bother us. They also were cooking food, so we were served lunch. What a perk! As far as the service, Kevin is awsome. He always finds a coupon to help hold down the cost, plus he takes the time to talk to us when they are finished to answer any questions that we might have.

After buying a car that I wasnt ready to buy. I stopped by while I was in Tulsa and drove a Malibu I love it and the deal they made me for my truck site enseen i feelt like it was fare so I took it home. I got one key and one key fob with it and when i took my truck back I asked saleman about the other key and key fob. Saleman says they only come with one so i had to buy another key but fob was way to much. So two days later driver information center says key fob battery was low and started only working here and there with me living out of town I waited for my oil change to come due and ask service guy to replace key fob battery. After getting oil changed (which was in a good timely matter on a Saturday and busy) service guy told be battery didnt help something inside it was broke. I asked how can it be broke when it was telling me low battery so I tried to find saleman that sold me the car but could not find him and I had to be somewhere so I left. After thinking about it I e mailed Jim Glover Chevy about it and was contacted quickly about my concern from John Hibbert. This man took care of everything for me even send me text because I could'nt take phone calls at work and now I have 2 key fobs that works great. Jim Glover did'nt have to do this as it was a few months but that shows me that there do take care of there customors. My next car or truck will come from Jim Glover Thanks John Hibbert

My wife and I went to this place I called ahead of time when we got there our hopes sank I was not able to get the truck I wanted Mr. Hancock our sales man didnt seem to care about us or what we wanted he pulled up in a black 2011 silverado and said this is the only thing I can get you approved for as he smacked his gum every 5 seconds my wife an I were in a bind my vehicle was totally broken down and would have cost me the price of a new one to fix so went along and did the deal signed the paper work and I drove off in the sun set... 3 weeks later before I even had a chance to pay on it I was call at 7 pm the night before my birthday to have the truck back the next day and the only way to keep it is to get another co signer this place is not the place to do business if your the common working man they will only hit ya when your down

From the initial call to schedule service to upon completion and checking out everyone was very friendly helpful in every way. The only reason for 4 1/2 stars is because only one other brand took it a little further. That was Nissan next door. When vehicle was taken in for service and left there for pick up the washed and vacuumed the vehicle free of charge every time.

I recently called about a car they had for sale on the internet. We spoke to 2 different salesman's on this vehicle. One of the salesman's seemed a little confused on the facts on the car. After speaking to management, they cleared up any confusion on the vehicle. At the end of the day we where a little too far apart to make a deal.

First of all I called a head to see if an appointment was needed and it wasn't, however the person did inform me on how the service dept. operated and when the best time to bring my car in would be if I did not want a long wait and that was most helpful because I did just as they had said and true enough my wait was not long at all. The service attendant met me as I drove up to the entrance, I explained that I had a discount for the service needed and there wasn't any problem with that and the service was performed in a very timely manner and I was off and on my way.

It was a dark and stormy day....too wet and rainy for ducks to fly.....I was surfing the net in search of a possible new vehicle.....and then.....there they were "JIM GLOVER CHEVORLET". I submitted a request online. I got a reply,,,then another reply..and then "A phone call" from Jason C. I went.. I drove.. I laughed.. I said no... he left.. he came back.. I said ok.... I threw a football... I met with Steve (finance).. I laughed some more.. I cried internally as my hand cramped from signing my life away on all of those forms.... I took all of my belongings out of my old vehicle (bless her heart)and into the one I purchased and waved to the old girl fondly as I drove out of the parking lot... never to be seen again....... They promised it a good bath, some TLC and then a good home. I trust they will do just that. All is well in the land of Chevy. (It Was Just Fine.. No Fuss..No Muss.. in and out in a couple of hours.. :)

We drive from Glenpool, OK to Jim Glover each & every time we need a vehicle serviced simply because of how we are treated. Both Mike Williams & Chris Allison, Service/Parts depts. work with us each & every time we need anything at all. None of the salesmen pressure us when we are out looking at vehicles, yet will come check on us without hassling us like some dealerships do. They will drive us around the lot, answer any questions we might have, offer a drink to us and simply take care of us. We love the fact Jim Glover is a Christian & believe that makes a difference at least to us & our entire family. He's not ashamed to add the reason why his family celebrates Christmas, Easter or supports the veterans who serve(d) in our military. He also takes care of his employees. We would drive 100 miles just to come here to have our SUV serviced. They always have at least 1/2 tank of gas in their vehicles for us to use & ask that we fill it back up to that point when our vehicle is ready which is fine. There have been times when they have waited for us to come in after work, then offer to take us home to Glenpool from there if we didn't have a ride! I don't know of any other dealership who takes such good care of their customers like Jim Glover. If you are looking for honest people who will work with you, then go to Jim Glover. They will treat you right.

I communicated with Jim Glover's internet sales. I was told they would be able to get me into a new 2013 Chevrolet with only a 2k miles or so. I informed the salesman that my truck was a 2008 with 90k miles. He said no problem, I called him back later to tell him what the pay off would be since it was 2k higher the Kelly blue book trade in value. He left me a message saying they could definitely work with me and get me in the price range I needed as there were various discounts that would apply to vehicles such as this (loaners that were new with a few thousand miles). When I arrived he showed me a black vehicle and said I know you wanted a black one, I said no, I specifically said I did not want a black vehicle. He then showed me a very nice silver vehicle. I liked it so he said they would evaluate my trade and start on the paperwork. After an hour, he approached me and told me they would not be able to get me in the payment I wanted, but there was another lender they were going trying to contact but could not reach them. He left again, and came back around 45 minutes later, saying there was no way they could do get me in that vehicle as they were only giving me 8k for my truck. I said the book value is 10, and he came up with an excuse why they could not give me more but he would try. He returned again saying he had another vehicle that he could get me into I said how many miles and he said he did not know that 'they' just handed him the info. Now this young man had informed me that he had been salesman of the year a couple of different times, yet he did not even know what this next choice was. I told him to just give me my keys and let me leave, I then said the reason we use the internet is to make sure all of the leg work is complete prior to arrival to skip the typical sales hassle. He did not want to return my keys and wanted to keep asking if I was sure I did not want to look at another vehicle. I was raised where a mans word was his bond, not a line of bull. This was just another typical sales tactic to get you into the dealership only to put you in a lower class vehicle at the most price possible. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, as a matter of fact, I observed other customers receiving similar treatment. Why not just be honest with me and say no we cannot help you out versus have me drive 100 mile round trip and waste 4 hours of my day. I had heard Jim Glover was a great place to buy a car....I disagree....

I was shopping both Chevy and Ford for the best product and price available since I get a Supplier Discount at both dealers. After speaking with Simon Lun and driving a few vehicles at Jim Glover, I decided to see what my options would be with the Chevy Silverado LT. We hit a few speed bumps in the approval process but with a little persistance and patients we were able to get the deal done. On top of that, there were a couple of minor flaws in the paint but Jim Glover was able to get those fixed while putting me in a service loaner for a couple days. Overall probably one of the better car buying experiences I have had, and I have had many.

From my first phone call with Bruce, he was helpful, resourceful, and very knowledgable about my options for financing. When I arrived at the dealership, he had a salesman waiting to work with me. Brian Nolan did a fantastic job of listening to my needs (& wants) and showed me only vehicles that were right for me, versus trying to show me the ones with the highest profit margins, or the autos that don't sell as well & pushing them to move inventory. I have purchased at least 10 autos in my lifetime so far & all from large dealerships. I have never returned to the same dealership twice because I every transaction was stressful, full of issues & flaky information or answers to questions. This is my first experience with Jim Glover and for the first time in 25 years of auto purchasing I felt like my needs and wants were as important to the team at Jim Glover as they are to me. I can also say with great satisfaction that Jim Glover is my dealership from now on.

When I took the car in we were not really sure what was making the whining noise. once they diagnosed the problem the worked as fast as they could to fix the issue. Unfortunately my transmission is a hard one to get a hold of. Shonna Wade did a terrific job of keeping me informed. Also the job that they did on tinting my windows was excellent. I could be happier with the service and quality of the work performed there.

My Grandaughter took her auto in because she was having ignition key problems. She was told she might have to pay 200 to 400 dollars to resolve problem. She told me about it and I ran a check and the auto had a recall that would fix the problem. I went to the dealer and talked to Walter Wyrick and told him to check on the recall and please get the car in and take care of the recall. Mr Walter Wyrick is a professional, very polite and it was a pleasure to work with him. This is not the case with the Maintenance personnel. I had a spare key made and my daughter used it to go to the hospital, when she arrived she couldnt get the key out. We had the car towed to the dealer and they charged the battery and told her that the battery was the problem, I knew better but I bought her a 150.00 battery any way. The next day she called and said the key was stuck again. I got the car to the dealer and should them the old key worked fine and the new one was bad, the key people disagreed. Mr Wyrick had them make a key it didnt work, another key was made and it didnt work. The key department was very rude saying it wasnt his machine. A key was made using the factory code and now all is well, after a 50 dollar tow charge 30 dollar key charge and a 158 dollar battery and several trips to the dealer ship. Thank god for Mr Wyrick. I know the mechanics as some of them came from Aubreys Chevrolet, I wlll say no more about that I would recommend you for buying a car but beware of the Maintance department.

I had to leave my car over night and was provided with a loaner. I was treated with courtesy by all staff I had contact with. I was taken care of promptly and am extremely pleased with the repair to my car. Always a pleasant experience when I have been to the dealership.

I live in Missouri but found the Mustang on Glover's lot that was the color combination I wanted. We traded photos back and forth as I had a Shelby to trade. Excellent team to work with. Not a lot of going back and forth. Traded a lot of cars over the years but never one over the phone and by sharing photos. After we reached agreement on price I drove the 5 plus hours to Tulsa. Great place, friendly, helpful people from the sales team on the lot to the mechanic who had my car on the lift awaiting my inspection. Transaction was fast and painless. Just watching the way people at this dealership interact with customers including myself I could tell the that the leadership team has set created a very customer driven culture.

I called and explained door handle broken on HHR, your service manager had one in stock and estimated at least an hour for installation. I drove directly there, and service drive was fuller of cars than I'd ever seen it! I'd brought some work with me to spend the time, and was I ever surprised when my car was ready in about 1/2 hour! Plus, y'all have always been exceptionally friendly and efficient, and it's all genuine. You really know how to treat customers.

From the moment we made the appt. with Mike Williams to bring in 'Ms. Diamonds', our 2010 GMC Acadia to Jim Glover; the whole experience was a positive one. Living in Glenpool, OK we could go somewhere alot closer; however, the exceptional quality of care and customer service received at Jim Glover Chevrolet makes the difference. We were given an suv that was comprable to our Acadia, which made me feel very safe and secure to drive while ours was being worked on. And it included 1/2 tank of fuel! An extra bonus and one we were grateful to receive. The work on our vehicle was done correctly and we haven't had anymore trouble with it. They also took care of the recalls and changed the oil at the same time. The whole experience was wonderful and we left knowing we will come back to their service dept. again when the time comes. P. S. We love Mike Williams and Chris Allison and everyone else who took care of our vehicle. Thank you.

I am a resident of Van Buren, Arkansas, and my wife and i visited Tulsa for our anniversary. It's not too far from our home, and Tulsa offers many shopping and dining venues that are not available in Van Buren. I frequently watch Tulsa's Channel 8, and have noticed the competitive dealerships in the Tulsa area, not to mention the size of the lots. On the day we decided to leave, we made a drive downtown and stopped at your dealership. I had been in thoughts of trading my 07 Durango for a newer vehicle, but selection is limited in the River Valley. Without intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day, we met with salesperson Jeff, the owner's son, and Cass Filhiol. At the end of the day, I gave the bottom line price I was wiling to pay for a 2013 Silverado LT. Jim Glover met my bottom line price, and refused to quit negotiating until I was satisfied. Worked out a deal for trading my Durango without the vehicle being on sight, and left with the perfect 2013 Silverado. Must have been fate!!!

Salesman helped us find just what we were looking for quickly. There was not "a lot" of back and forth on the pricing. We told them just what we could do and we were able to quickly come to an agreement. This was the shortest amount of time I think I have spent purchasing a vehicle. It was actually enjoyable, next time I will not dread the idea of having to buy a new car now that I know where to go.

I've been a customer of the Jim Glover Service Department since I moved to Tulsa in 2003. Driving a 97 Blazer, a 16 year old vehicle with its share of problems, brought me back on a regular basis for maintenance. Over the past couple years I've been working with Shonna as my Service Consultant. She has been fantastic with straight forward quotes, double checks on appropriate fixes and flexibility with loaner vehicles (even when I called at 30 minutes to closing with a driver side window that wouldnt roll up and needed a car for the weekend). She's always come through for me, so when the situation arose that I was able to purchase a new Chevy I gave her a call. She put me in touch with David Duncil who continued the Jim Glover experience that I was accustomed too. When I first talked with David over the phone I made it clear what model I was looking for and what extra features I wanted. He was set up a test drive for me, and when bad weather hit was flexible with a reschedule to the next day. From the moment David and I met in the showroom he was the consummate professional. He worked with me on my particular needs and the extras I wanted, didn't try to push or change my mind toward anything more or less. The entire sales experience was one that turned the "salesman" stereotype on it's ear. Even when faced with unexpected details, like my abnormally high down payment, the positive attitude never falted. Working with Robert Stinnet in the Finance department was the final piece of a well thought out and executed customer service experience. My questions were many, often showed my inexperience with purchasing a new vehicle and at the late hour could have easily frustrated even the most experienced finance manager. But Robert walked me through my options, didn't shy away from the questions and helped me find the warranty and financing information that worked for me. And the icing on the cake was my new car detailed, fueled and waiting for me to drive home even with the lateness of the hour. The sales experience at Jim Glover reinforced my trust in your organization and the knowledge that I'll be treated fairly with future business, be it maintenance on my new Equinox, my old Blazer or any potential purchases in the future.

We were referred by a friend and told to ask for Ryan. However, he was busy with another customer and we were introduced to Jesse Nolen. Jesse's enthusiasm for both Jim Glover Chevrolet and for providing us with great service was immediately recognizable. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He listened to what we were looking for and did a great job of showing us the cars that fit our needs.We were on a schedule the morning we came in and did not have a lot of time but Jesse did everything he could to speed up the process of the sale. My experience was great. The salesperson (Ryan I believe but I can't quite remember) listened to what I was looking for and found me a vehicle that actually surpassed my needs and we managed to come to a price that was within my needed range. It took us way past closing time to finalize everything (I showed up close to dinnertime to begin with), which shows their commitment not only to the sale but commitment to getting me in a new vehicle.

I've used the service department several times, for oil changes, tire rotation and general maintenance questions, since I bought my car at Jim Glover in 2011. Any time I have had Kevin as a service helper he has been great. He always answers questions and gives explanations without hurrying you through, despite how busy they might be at the time, and gives out his business card to call him with any questions you might have later.

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years with the last 6 of 7 being a GM product. I was extremely pleased with the experience that I had with Jim Glover Chevrolet and my latest truck purchase. It was far different from the normal high pressure that you get from the average dealership where they sell you the vehicle they need to move instead of what the customer really wants. After researching multiple trucks we decided to look at the Ford F-150, and the Chevrolet Silverado to compare the differences. We also had done research on the other dealerships in the Tulsa area. We had previously done business with Jim Glover Chevrolet in 2002 and found them to stand behind the product that they sell. We found Jim Glover Chevrolet to be community oriented, Christian based, and a solid company to do business with, and a company that has been around for several years. I was pleased in the way that my wife and I were treated while evaluating trucks at the Glover dealership. Both the salesman David Duncil, and sales manager Cas and assisted us with the purchase on our 2013 Silverado. There was no high pressure from the salesmen, and they did NOT try to push a vehicle on us. They ask us what we were looking for in a truck and answered any questions that we had about the vehicle. They helped us located the truck that we wanted and were looking for. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership, and based on my experience I will also do more business in the future with Jim Glover.

I had been working with another dealer for at least 2 weeks trying to find the right truck and get a deal put together. Within 4 hours of first setting foot on your lot I drove away in my new truck. I am happy and love my new truck. BTW, I am an electrical contractor and will be buying more trucks. Want to guess where I will shop???

I was interested in purchasing a Hummer and located one at this dealership that was listed on Auto Trader.com. I contacted the internet sales person on 12/18/2012, by the name of Sean. He was very friendly in explaining that they no longer had this vehicle available, but did have another Hummer available for sale in a different color. I asked him about the price, he indicated that their price was 21,900 but they could work me a deal and get me top dollar on my trade in for my 2011 Camaro. I was pleased with hearing this so I scheduled an appointment to meet with him. However, I ended up having to cancel that appointment as I am pregnant and was put on bed rest for several weeks. My husband and I were out and about that following weekend, the first saturday of 2013...anywho we decided to stop by and take a look at this Hummer since we were close by. We stopped in and was greeted by a salesperson (can not recall his name) but he was friendly upon meeting. We told him we were interested in the Hummer and would like to test drive it. I also explained to him that I had previously talked to Sean about the Hummer and the price, he indicated that was okay and would be right back with the keys. The first issue started upon entering the vehicle for our test drive, there was absolutely no gas, I was actually afraid of running out so I just drove it around the parking lot. When I explained this to the salesperson he acted like it was no big deal and did not offer to put anymore gas in to allow us to test drive it on an actual road or the highway. None the less, I was still interested in purchasing this vehicle, I asked him about a carfax and he said sure they had one and it would be no problem (although I never did see one). We then went inside to work out the numbers......after waiting for what seemed like forever, we were approached by the salesperson and an additional salesperson or manager of some kind. They presented us with the numbers listing the Hummer price at $26,900...of course I was shocked as I had originally been told the list price was $21, 900. The salesperson indicated that "Sean" must have misspoke and could not believe he told me that price......which I thought was absurd as I had previously done my research and priced used 2008 Hummers and knew this was way over priced. I asked if they could ask Sean or if I could speak to him, all they told me was that they could see where he had logged our call in the computer on 12/18/2012 and never offered to let me talk to sean. I then explained that I was not comfortable with that price and we would need our keys to the camaro (vehicle were hoping to trade in) so we could leave. They came back with another offer of 24,900 for the Hummer, which I said "no way", as I knew it was still overpriced and to be honest by then felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Upon further investigation you can clearly look on their website right now or on Autotrader.com and the same white Hummer is listed for $23,999. The sales people I spoke with (with the exception of Sean) seemed to play too many games, provide poor customer service, and a general overall bad experience.

Went to Jim Glover's to buy a used car for my daughter who is in college. Told them I was looking for used car between 8 and 10 thousand. Showed me a wrecked car and I said this car has been wrecked. And salesman, I didn't get his name unfortunately, said, Buddy you need to up your price if you don't want a wrecked car. He was rude and unhelpful. Informed me that it was 2012 and back in the 70's or 80's you could a good car, even a new one, for that but not now. I'm older, so he thought he was reaching out to me, I'm pretty sure. Of course, I am aware that it is 2012. I went to Bob Moore Nissan next door, they politely ran 3 carfaxes on the cars I liked within my range and none of them were wrecked. I bought a decent car for my daughter. I will not go back to Jim Glover's. I make 160 thousand a year and can afford a new car, but that wasn't my need at this time. I am very disappointed in businesses that don't train their personnel.

let me clarify, Everyone at the dealership was friendly,The problem is internet sales are very misleading. My wife and I are looking for a GMC Terrain.The idea was we could buy a slightly used one with greater upgrades in trim level for about the same price we could buy a base model . Advertised on the net was GMC Terrain stock # 60852 - 2012 model SLT with only 18,000 miles . when we went to look at the dealership Nathan showed us 2 different Terrains with much higher mileage and lower trim levels. We were informed that the one we wanted to see was being used by one of the managers wives and would be back after the labor day weekend. I told Nathan we were not interested in a car with over 30000 miles on it and he told me it would be in the next day.The next day I called only to find out she would be keeping it until next Monday. And so goes the old bait and switch. Update- We were contacted by the GM and a week later the car was returned- We were offered a fair deal on the car but it had accumulated over 2000 more miles on it and we chose not to accept ,I appreciate the second chance offer but will continue to look

I was in a unfortunate Lemon situation with a previous vehicle and was intending to use the dealer I have been using since the start since it is conveniently by my home. To my disappointment that dealer did not want to help me order my new Camaro. I gave them several opportunities and they sat on their butts and did nothing. I gave Jared a call at Jim Glover the next day and he took care of me immediately. We placed the order within days and he was able to take a very complicated situation and make it easy for the customer. When my Camaro arrived he was thoughtful enough to leave all the plastic and the stickers on the Camaro like I asked. To me it is a true gift to take those off of you own vehicle. It's like unwrapping the best present ever. I am only 21 and I plan on buying from Jared and Jim Glover Chevrolet for a very long team. Jim Glover Chevrolet shows how truly Chevy Runs Deep.

In regards to my April 20 post for the Nissan Murano. ......if i could delete my post I would do so. Jared Glover, Adam Clinkenbeard, Billy Caperton, and James in new car sales made our problem go away with ease. I truly hate to complain on companies, but Jared Glover got the ball rolling and Adam C helped please us as soon as we got there. We ended up getting a super deal on a brand new vehicle......they made everything soooo much better and we truly thank them for taking the time to help us! Thank you!

I bought a use car from this dealer and after 4 weeks I didnt receive the title because my address was wrong, so I called 3 times, asking about what was going on with the title and they say hoo we will call you later,well they didn't, after two trips to the dealer I got the title, so now I can pay the tag plates.I ask them what about the address in my account; is going to be wrong too! and they say : sorry is not our problem call to the bank that owns the credit, but they never told me any information about who owns the credit!They call me back and fix the problem,(thanks). I'm just feel that wasn't the best solution, wait until they hear complaints.

Great experience and superb customer service from John H. John went above and beyond to retrieve a SUV from another dealership in KS and deliver to our home in Lawton. John did all of the work over the phone and with email and we signed the paperwork in my living room. I didn't even think this would be an option. To top it all off, it saved me a bunch over what the local dealer wanted for the EXACT same vehicle. A simple phone call can open doors and save you money.

Great Dealer, Found a truck i wanted via the internet, Drove 2 and half hours to dealer. Didnt like truck that I picked out when i got there because it had a bench seat in front, which i didnt notice in picture. They had a similar one with 3900 miles that was a loaner, that they were able to throw in tinted windows to sweeten the deal, because we were gm employee pricing and price wouldnt have mattered on the 3900 mile truck or one with 3 miles on it. Will definately go to them again when its time to purchase next vehicle. Thanks alot Jim Glover Chevrolet

Jared Glover, our sales rep went beyond expectations on our purchase. My wife wanted to buy me a new car for my 50th birthday, as a suprise. Jared set up with her that he would bring three different models to our home, on my birthday and I would choose the one I wanted. A special edition was announced for this car to come out very soon. I mentioned this to my wife. It was a 2012 model and this was August Information was not even available on the Chevy web site. Jared dug in did research and found they would start production the Monday after my birthday. He got on the phone and made an order for the car. He then printed pics of the proto types of the special edition and showed up on my birthday, as a complete suprise to present what my wife had ordered. The car began production the following Monday and Jared contacted my wife daily with the status of the order. When it arrived at the dealer he immediately sent her a photo of my car being unloaded off the transport and began detailing the car for delivery. I picked up the car one hour later. Everyone at the dealership made a big deal about the car and the way my wife did this. It made the whole experience special.

When my wife and I decided to trade in our vehicle, I honestly believed the chances of being able to do that because of the negative equity we were carrying on our Kia, were next to impossible. Ben Glover called me at home. We tried to get the deal done with minimal down payment, and at a payment we could handle, but to no avail. I had pretty much put the thought of trading out aside, yet less than a week later Ben called again. He told me that he had researched and worked on the deal all week, because he believed there was a car deal in there somewhere. Ben was right. Not only were we able to trade out of our Kia, but we got into a brand new 2011 Malibu LT, fully loaded with only 2000 down, at a very good payment! Thanks to his persistence the deal was finalized today! The Malibu absorbed much of the negative equity we had been carrying two cars ago. As I got out of my old car and stepped onto the lot, a member of the staff was quick to meet me and open the door into the showroom. They were both polite and friendly, and helped finance a price and vehicle that I liked and would fit my needs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pain free car purchase.

On June 13th, we received a call from Benji Glover in answer to a credit application and vechile inquiry we had submitted through the internet. We were looking for a compact truck, four door, 4x4. We went down that very afternoon and were happy and excited to find a beautiful 2005 Chevy Colorado, I fell in love with it. We test drove it and found it to have an engine miss and the engine light was staying on, however we were assured the truck had gone through a complete check and inspection and that it was probably something simple and would be fixed. we agreed on financing and on payments we could afford and left happy and confident that we were going to have an awesome truck. This would be the last time we were happy at JIm Glover Cheverolet!!!June 15th, got the call from the service department truck was ready, "no more engine light", the engine miss was gone! June 16th, drove the truck to and from work approx. 40 miles engine light back on returned truck to service department on June 17th.between June 17th and June 23rd made several calls to inquire about process on truck received no return calls only the one from the service department on the 23rd saying truck was done!June 24th got in truck to drive to work it had a squeal now that it did not have before. Called service departmant, was told maybe some antifreeze from repairs they had down had gotten on the belt which could cause the noise, was told to drive for the day if it continued bring it back on monday because he didn"t have anymore loaner cars. (friday)June 25th called service again to explain that squeal had not gone away and the engine light had returned and that the truck had now started shifting itself into 4 wheel high without being prompted. We were told again there was no loaner avialiable and to drive the truck until Monday and bring back in. So we continued to use the truck that day that afternnon with my 3 year old grandson in the truck it totally lost power and died!!!! we were able to finally get it back to my driveway were it stayed dead for the remainder of the weekend!!!!Monday June 27th, found transportation part way to Jim Glover and walked the remaining way to the dealers to tell them to go tow their "Damn" truck out of my yard!!! I also at this time stated I was not happy that I had not heard back from my sales person since the day I bought the truck!!! At this time they introduced me to "James" the sales manager with internet sales. When I told him what had been going on he told me Benji Glover the person who and sold me the truck and then totally forgotten about me would be removed from my sale and James himself would handle it!! I was told they would not sell me a truck that was not running and if the Colorado could not be fixed to my satisfaction they would find me another truck to "my liking" "I would not have to settle" !!!!!!!!Between June 28th and June 30th I left messages for James and received no return calls. On the 30th I got a call from the finance company wanting to finalize the loan I explained the situation and was adviced not to continue until I had in writting that they would be willing to replace the Colorado with something else to my liking!!!I immediately called James to find out if I indeed was getting the Colorado or what!!! It had been 4 days since I had again returned the truck and 17 days since I had purchased a truck that I still did not have!! JAMES said he had been out of town and did not know anything about the truck. He would go check and call me back ( this was around noon) I tryed calling back around 3:15 the receptionist said he did not answer the page I left a message NO RETURN CALL!!! I HEARD NOTHING FROM JUNE30TH TO JULY 11TH !!!!!ON JULY 11TH, I called and asked for the general manager I left a message on his voice mail (Billy Caterton) I have still never heard from that man!!! I then called Chevy District specialist department and explained what was going on and opened a case with them. Davon with Chevy contacted James and was told he would get with sales manger and get back with him, he did not call Davon back that day so Davon said if he would call me back by 3pm the next day!! July 12th, James called Davon admitted to lack of communication and that he was having trouble finding a truck to match the Colorado criteria we did a conference call and set up an appointment for 5:30 the next evening to discuss what he could come up with for alternatives!!July 13th, ONE MONTH from the time I purchased the truck I get a call, not from James but from the service manger telling me my truck is repaired and ready to go!!!! We go that evening first to the service department the manager there apologizes and explains that he was told they were selling us something else so dont worry about the Colorado!!! He thought we had bought something else, he was not aware we had been driving a loaner for a month!!!! We then go see James who says at this time Jim Glover has decided "Not" to sell us the Colorado!!! However he had nothing with the same criteria to show us so he gets us in a truck and drives us around showing us Trucks not at all to what we want. Some of them still had the trash in them from the previous owners!!!! He is showing us FULLSIZE, 2 & 4 DOOR, NON 4X4 trucks!!! and telling us to pick one!!!!! well what are we to do so we pick three possibilities and ask him to get the particulars on them he says okay I will call you tomorrow!!! July 14th, waited all day for call James calls about 4:30 asking are we still planning on coming in at 5:30pm we ask for what he say" so I can get you in one of those trucks" we say did you get info he says NO!!! we say we will be in tomorrow, he says okay see you tomorrow evening!!! we call back saying we will see you tomorrow at noon!!!!! July 15th, at noon we went there expecting to have information on options, instead James tries to sell us a new Colorado, not 4x4 with higher payments then we can afford and still has no info on the used trucks he had previously showed us!!! At this time we are also told they can no longer let us use the loaner and a decision needed to be made today!!! Talk about pressure!!! We opted to get our deposit back and went next door to the Nissan dealer and within 3 hours we had a new truck costing thousands less then a Colorado and with payments and an interest rate we could live with far below Jim Glover !!!I will never deal with JIm Glover or refer them to anyone!!!!"LOVE MY NISSAN"

This is the first time that I have ever bought a brand new car. I was really nervous because I have always heard how pushy salesman can be, but Jim Glover's put those rumors to rest. Jarred Glover made this experience very enjoyable. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. He made me feel like I knew him and could trust him with this big decision. Well the story goes that I went to another Chevy dealer in the area andI was not impressed with their customer service attitude during the price haggling, so I left a bit discouraged.Then I remembered an advertisement for Jim Glover Chevrolet that I had saw on the TV about a big 4th of July blow-out with fun for the kids and other incentives. so, I drove about 15 more miles away from the other dealer and ended up in the Jim Glover car lot. I was greeted imediately by a salesperson before I even got out of my vehicle. I explained what I was looking for and Mr. Jared Glover showed me what they had available that day 1st by showing me the up front stock, then we got inside one of the ones I liked and went on a test drive. Mr. Glover explained to me about the ECO-Cruze and all its features. Then I was still no sure about the color I wanted, so he had me drive through the parking lot to see the other cars that were brought in that past evening and even drove through the back of the service area to see if any other vehicles had been moved back there. He stated that he could only make a deal with the current stock he had that day. So, I decided the car that I test drove was the one I wanted. It did not take long for the pricing to be determined between my trade and the Cruze I wanted. I enjoyed the festivities that they had going on and everyone was friendly and respectfull. I appreciate this experience and will seek them again when I am ready to buy another vehicle in the future. I also would refer anyone I know to check them out if they were interested in a new car!

I traded in a 2008 Trailblazer, for a Chevy Colorado. It had a miss in the engine, but having a good amount of car knowledge I knew this was nothing serious and they said they would fix it and give me a call. Well when I returned to get it the check engine light came on and it still had a miss. I drove an hour and half to come there and this was a huge waste of time. I told them that I no longer felt comfortable with the deal and wanted something else or my Blazer back. Well they had nothing else I really wanted but refused to give me back my Blazer. So I was forced to pick something which I did, a 2010 T&C minivan. About three weeks later I received an email that the payment on my blazer was due. I notified Jim Glover via facebook and asked when it would be paid off. Jared said he would take care of it. Well the next day my husband received a call from LeAnne saying that WE HAD to make the payment. That they had sold our blazer at an auction and had not been paid yet and that it was our responsibility. I posted on Jim Glover's facebook page that this was not okay and I wanted to know how they could sell a car they don't even own, since it still had a lien on it. They removed all posts with in minutes and blocked my ability to post on their page. I then spoke to numerous people. Including Wells Fargo whom I had my loan with for the blazer. They advised me to get a lawyer since they did not see how Jim Glover could sell my car since they gad yet to pay for it themselves. After talking to a few different people, the dealership said they had our blazer in the back ready for delivery to the purchaser (so they had sold it but yet to deliver it).I told them I had been advised to get a lawyer, they then said we could have our blazer back. When we got there to make the swap they offered us $825 cash plus gas money plus no payment for 60 days if we would keep the van and be happy. But we refused all their offers and took our Trailblazer back and will NEVER do business with a company like that again. We have great credit and their monetary offer was not what we wanted. We just wanted to uphold their end of the deal which they did not do once in our dealings with them. Motto should be "Dad won't do it and Jared can't either." For real this was a horrible experience.

we began searching for a new chevy cruise right about the time the car was introduced. i had gone to several dealerships in the area with the initial thought of an ltz version of the cruise. i needed to do some refi one other loans so the ltz was slightly off the mark for my budget. i went over to jim glover chevrolet and right off the bat the guys were fantastic. my first contact was josh richmaond, we began to search the lot for that just right cruise, we talked some about price and particular financial needs. i didnt want to settle for a lower end version, but i couldn't get into the ltz. then at the last moment josh showed me the lt/rs in the show room. the car really sold itself on the package and value. i said i would like a blue one and josh came up with it. cass came in the deal to really work on price and i really felt comfortable and like the guys were actually on my side. on my side to get the best deal possible and the best value. they hit a homerun. i believe the entire experience was honest, friendly and fair. thank you jim glover chevrolet for being my number one and thanks guys, (jim and cass) for being the best of the best!

Follow-up Review, If you read my previous posts I have been dealing with Jim Glover Chevrolet on the purchase of a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, for the past week. I have had many ups and downs in trying to locate and acquire possession of this awesome ride. As I endured the ups and downs so did the dealership, through all my upsets and disappointments I was treated as I was the only customer they had. I felt completely at ease after speaking with Jared and the fact that he was on top of making me a completely satisfied customer. I have dealt with many dealerships in the purchase of vehicles, yet I never felt as if my problems were theirs as I did at Jim Glover. Service experience was beyond exceptional. Dealership went out of thier way to make sure our travel commitment was met while servicing our vehicle for an emergency road repair while on a long distance trip. Diagnosis was fast and price was fair. Could not have had a better experience while enduring the travel setback. I'd recommend Jim Glover service and thier friendly staff to anyone.

I had an horrible life change with a bad divorce which took my nearly 900 credit rating to a lot lower. I was TERRIFIED to try to purchase a car and had "shopped" for over a year avoiding the DREADED credit check *SHUDDER*. But, I finally took the plunge and e-mailed with Jim Glover Chevrolet after spending a lot of time researching the HHR made by Chevy. I explained my credit situation and they actually did a thorough check and I was given a VERY fair interest rate. THEN when we went to sign the papers, they found an even LOWER rate! We were THRILLED!We went in planning to be a HARD SALE and Robert even BEAT the price that we were hoping for when we went in. Everyone was so nice. Everyone was SMILING and helpful. Not one employee would walk by without making sure we were comfortable and being assisted.We LOVE our new HHR LT with the GREAT Eco Engine and we LOVE the price we got and we are THRILLED with the warranty and we felt like family when we were there.Most of all, *I* was treated with dignity and respect and kindness, when inside I had felt like a failure and someone with little dignity because what a divoce did to my credit rating. I walked away with a new car AND feeling like I was OK again. The fear and shame is GONE and I got a GREAT interest rate because they listened and looked into everything thoroughly. I gotta tell ya, my husband and I both have had to purchase cars in our lives. First I need to mention I replaced a 2009 BMW X3 with a 2011 Chevy Equinox, because frankly it is a better vehicle. The lease process was very painful. Nobody knew what they were doing (at least that is what they said, but a lease trainer from New York happened to be in town and helped with the paperwork). After we agreed upon a price including adding in all the taxes, fees etc., I was sent to financing, where I had to wait over 3 hours. Finally after looking at the paperwork I noticed the price was several thousand dollars higher than we agreed upon. What was done was, they started with the final price with all fees, added about a grand for good measure and then itemized and added the fees back in. I wonder how many people this has happened too before and they just happily signed the papers. My guess is a lot. There was quite a bit of dancing around my questions until I finally said I am not going to do this. They redid the paperwork again with my payment going down more than a hundred bucks a month. I was tired at this point and signed the paperwork so I could get the vehicle and get home, which was over a hundred miles away. A day or so later I looked through the paperwowk and noticed that they still beat me out of a thousand bucks, getting the vehicle for list price instead of invoice as agreed. A week later I get a call from the dealership telling me the paperwork was wrong and they needed to add 2500 to the buy out price. I refused and said they could have the vehicle back unless they took 2500 off of invoice price. They later agreed and I met my sales guy halfway between my house and the dealership to sign the new paperwork. I always liked my sales guy, and bought him dinner that night, but of course the paperwork wasn't as agreed. They took 2500 off of list price and not invoice. I decided not to argue as I still consider that a good deal and signed the paperwork, but hear is an even bigger problem...Allied has no record of the transaction whatsoever. My temporary tag expired yesterday(I paid for all the tags and taxes in cash which is common on my past leases). I spoke with the finance department several times last week and Friday I was told some mistakes were made on the paperwork sent between them and Allied and they would FedEx me a tag out Friday so I would have it. It either didn't happen or they didn't pick Saturday delivery. In any case I happen to be at my winter home where I only have one vehicle and I cannot legally drive it. Allied has no record of the transaction so they won't accept a payment which was also due yesterday. I planned on going back to Arkansas for Christmas this week, so I guess my only next step if the tag doesn't show up tomorrow is to rent a vehicle and contact my lawyer. I need to mention my sales person was actually very nice and I think embarrassed about how some of the others involved handled this. I understand mistakes, because I have made my share of them and have been amicable through this whole process, but if I wasn't completely stuck and now have a fear of my execellant credit rating being affected I would consider this incident comical...didn't mention how the head sales guy showed me a completed survey form and said if I filled mine out that way he would personally buy me another tank of gas. Is that even ethical?...Update. I received a new paper tag this Monday morning. Financing said it was specifically sent for Saturday delivery, but the label clearly states Monday AM. Had a lot of calls by several different people from the dealership after contacting Chevy direct. I have a lot of promises and will base my final rating on this dealership when I have a metal tag, know where to send my payments and all promises are kept. My hopes are that this deal truly was a series of a ton of mistakes as claimed by the dealership and not an ethical issue. I would definately like to hear some experiences from others and be sure to look through the numbers on your paperwork.
