Of course I schedule an oil change on the first day they have a new system in. I came in on the first of Sept. And I was headed to the Mazda shop and luckily someone inside told me they were servicing next door. A few customers came in pretty upset... seems to be the normal for any type of service now days sadly, but they handled it great! I asked a gentleman at one of the desks about emissions since I needed to get one done. He was so kind to search and find a location for me! Thank you and I'm sorry I didn't get you name! It took about an hour and service was great. Thank you!

We purchased a CX-5 from Jim Ellis Mazda last month. Lisa Taylor was the sales rep who attended us and was very good. But our purchase had couple of issues which could have been avoided - first the dealership almost sold us a car which was already sold to another customer. The reason sited for this mistake was that the car was already sold but not tagged in the system. Mistakes happen, we understand that and we were patient and got another car delivered after 2 days. But then later we found out that the car loan amount for was not car price we agreed but instead the MSRP (almost $3k higher). The whole finance process they have is quite black box and they don't show the clear loan amount when you sign the contract and if you don't buy any add on then your questions are not very well answered. Once we figured out the issue they offered to correct the same. But here again the dealership manager was less clear in his communication and not acknowledging that they have done a mistake. After multiple follow ups we had to get this issue resolved. The larger issue is that through this whole issue we didn't even receive an apology. Really disappointed with their service. I would recommend using a different Mazda dealership.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Staff was professional and courteous. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands the whole experience.

Absolutely loved the way they took care of me and my car. Can’t say enough about it. This was my first time there. Hope they keep up the excellent service

Great service. Prior to my appointment I called and talked with a service representative about an issue with a USB port. I guess there are 2 USB ports and one of the two works better with Android phones. Prior reps were not familiar with this little nuance. As far as the appointment for the oil change and tire rotation, it all went as expected. I've always had a good experience going here.
