We were looking for a new car. Test drove 3 different models and decided on a Chrysler 300. Our salesman Levi was very pleasant and knowledgable . Drew went out of his way to find our car quickly since they didn't have the color we desired on the lot . DJ was very helpful in the finance dept.. I've purchased several vehicles at Jacksons in Sullivan over the years, loaner car is a real plus when needing work done to my vehicle, and the entire staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with .

Drove close to 3hrs to buy a 2015 Mustang of my dreams. I was afraid of being disappointed by yet another dealership, but my salesman Eric was amazing! From getting the door for me, listening to my concerns, and just making me feel comfortable. He was truly working hard for me! And guess what I got the mustang thanks to Eric!! Truly love the car and my salesman at Jackson Ford. I cant quit looking at my pony and smiling! He took the time to explain the car to me in detailed and just showed he cared. Trust me not all dealerships are like this and there are not very many Eric's out there. If your looking to buy give them a chance, cause like me you might just leave surprise! He even let us take the car to go eat. it was perfect eating and discussing the car in a different environment. Ask for Eric Courtney, tell him Jared Clodfelter sent you, he will treat you right! well just finished a washer hose repair on a car supposed to be cpo,still waiting for factory floor mats that are to be included on cpo units took car back to satisfy a detail issue and got it back after business hours because i am not a volume customer they sold me a car alarm i did not want and would not come out and say it was on there now i am stuck with it my second experience certainly has been a disappointment have to go mop garage floor now lost all washer fluid while ago do i send you the bill or mail to chrysler?

We can only give you people the absolute best recommendation for a place to look for a car. Don Bush very graciously pulled 4 or 5 vehicles inside for us to look at , His sales manager, Aaron, was also very much wanting to work with my wife and I in finding a replacement car to drive.. I have nothing but very good memories in dealing with these two real gentlemen. Unfortunately we had already found a better buy which they couldn't quite match as I told the lady who called today and asked about our trip.

Had a simple window problem, clicks half way down. They ordered the part to fix it, try jamming it into place and then realize it was a part for a super duty, not an F150.. Second time they ordered the part, it was the SAME PART! Ordered it a third time, and it wasn't long enough. After 3 times tearing my door apart, trying to fix it, failing, and putting the door back together, I find out they put the door together wrong and the door won't open. After 3 times trying to fix the door locking mechanism, they just simply are buying a new door.. This is a 2015, brand new truck and they can't fix a simple door after 8 times in the service shop. Horrible place.

I will start by saying that my 2008 Ford Taurus is d best vehicle so far. Have driven it for 7 yrs now, no problem, have gotten my money's worth tripple. We took our car in because the tire pressure light had come on twice within a week. We had no appointment but they got us right in and found the problem ( a piece of steel in the tire ) and fixed the tire. My only complaint is the time it takes. This is my third oil change and it takes at least an hour each time. Not a big deal when you drop your vehicle off but it is if you're waiting. I had a 7 AM appointment and left at 8:15, and I was the only customer in the waiting room.

I am always very, very pleased with the service and attention I receive at Jackson Ford. However, this time, I even asked afterwards if the tires had been checked and aired, and was assured that was taken care of. 2 days later, the low tire pressure light came on. My right front tire only had 23 PSI, while the other 3 tires had only 25 PSI. I don't think anyone checked the air in any of my tires. Sorry to complain, but this was something of a surprise to me, as I'd never experienced anything like this in the past.

Eric Courtney is the BEST!!! I went to Jackson Ford looking for a new vehicle, told Eric what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in, and he found several cars for me to test drive and choose from. He never pressured me into buying a car. He made the experience easy and stress free. My wife took 4 months looking for the perfect new car, she started looking at small SUV's and switched to used Lincolns and Eric Courtney our Jackson Family sales representative was very patient and helpful. When she finally decided on a new Buick he found just the right car and had it brought over from another store (this was the second or third vehicle he had brought over from another store). No pressure just straight forward information and more patience. I have bought cars in six different states and one other country and this was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had!

Charlie Cole was great! He kept me informed and got me a car to drive overnight which accommodated my having had back and knee surgeries as I don't fit the little cars. I spent $1,400 and it was worth every cent because of him.

2012 Ford Fusion - Came in for an oil change. Despite the later afternoon time, every effort was made to get me in and out in good time. Service rep came to me personally after it was finished to review everything on the work sheet that had been done, as well as to spend a few extra minutes informing me of the best time for the next change. Staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly whenever I've been there. My sales rep even stopped by just to say hello and inquire as to whether everything was ok with my current vehicle. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with!

I would NEVER recommend buying a car here. My son recently graduated from college and was shopping for a used Ford Fusion and found one he liked at Jackson Ford. I spoke with Brett Hatfield several times on the phone about it and we agreed on an "out-the-door price" of $21,000. I even clarified specifically with him that the out the door price included the price of the car, taxes, license, title, and all fees. He confirmed it it. My son went to purchase the car on May 12, 2015 he was there for 4+ hours and finally completing the purchase with the finance manager and guess what the paperwork was for $24,000 less a $3,000 down payment! Seriously!?!! I warn you to stay away and avoid the same disappointing experience we had. Buyer beware!!!

I have always come in without a appointment and they always are ready to service my vehicle even though it is not a Ford. Work is done in a very timely manner and all work is explained. Service staff is always very professional. I started going to Jackson Ford for all the above reasons, I have not owned a Ford in years but the purchase of a new vehicle next year will put Jackson Ford high on the list for a new Fusion. Of course depending on how will we are treated and Price during sales. If sales is as good as service they are working the right combinations.

I had two vehicles getting worked on. One was a spark plug repair on my truck. The price was reasonable and did not take long, a day I believe. My other vehicle was my SUV that had a air suspension issue. The price was high I thought but it needed fixed so I paid the bill. I was told about the credit from CITI bank thru Ford for a high cost repair such as what I had. It was easy to apply and qualify. If not told about this option I might not have had the repairs done. I like the line of credit for repairs because it can only be used at certain Ford dealerships and only for repairs. Overall my vehicles were fixed and the service dept did not have them for very long. Im pleased.

When I went to pick up my truck it was extremely cold and windy. It would not start. Rocky, one of the service reps, got a boost pack and went out to help me get the truck started. When that didn't work at first, he got a can of starting fluid, which did work. Rocky went over and above to help me out. He deserves to be recognized for his efforts!

Driver's side window wouldn't go up.....Stopped in ....needed service then....They were able to get the part.....Fixed the window ....3 1/2 hours later,We were on our way to Springfield and back to Huntley....More expensive than I expected ...So is every thing these days.Staff was great! I have a 2002 Winstar with over 180,000 miles on it. I love the way the seats on arranged and the features it has so I want to keep it as long as possible I take it in to Jackson Ford and they perform a check-up telling me if there are any items needing immediate attention and any needing to be watched. You would think with such an old high mileage car they could constantly be trying to tell me I need work done. They don't. They have only made a few minor repairs over the last few years. I trust them completely.

Every dealer has their "thing" they do to make their customers feel appreciated, Some dealers offer free soda, coffee, hot coco, some dealers offer popcorn, some dealers offer doughnuts/pastrys, some offer free car washes with every service...Jackson Ford has everything in place, they have an automatic car wash, they have a beautiful new showroom with a kitchenette area,,,,But they don't offer free beverages (only coffee, yuk!). They don't have popcorn, doughnuts or pastries, they don't offer a free Carwash with every service...They DO have a fair price for Oil Changes, which is why I get all my oil change there, but a free Carwash and a beverage and a snack while I wait would really set this dealership above and beyond all others...Also, since I do get all my oil changed there, for all my cars (even my mom ford car), I have had them mark my air pressure as "good" in all 4 tires, yet the air was very low in 2 tires... So I am not sure their oil change guys are really checking everything they are marking as good....Overall when there is a problem, they take care of it and when doing a service other than an oil change, they do a a good job and it's always been good quality work.

The salesmen and general manager refuse to help you with your brand new vehicle. They are extremely rude and ban you from calling and stepping foot on their property over the phone because you said you would turn them into ford corporate and write online reviews. Their vehicles are overpriced and they don't explain the details of your vehicle. Very poor customer relations I do not recommend buying from jackson ford in decatur.

Service was quick and at a good price. Had a problem with low tire pressure 2 days later and took it to them to see what was going on and they quickly aired up the tires more to see if that helped and it did. I didn't even have an appointment and they provided great service.

NEVER have had a better car buying experience than we did at Jackson Ford in Decatur, Illinois ! We drove over 4 hours to see a pre-owned Ford Explorer that we saw on Cars.com after calling the dealership to schedule an appointment. Of the many places I had browsed for a new vehicle, jackson ford had the associates that cared enough to involve me in the car buying process. Other dealerships in the area either seemed to busy or thought to themselves I wasnt worthy of there business...Looks can be a small part of it (jeans and a raggedy shirt on my day off when i am a inclined to spend a pretty penny and have the assets to back it up). Jackson Ford allowed me to get the vehicle i up most desired, and funny thing was it wasnt even on there lot. They went out of there way to get the vehicle, establish the financing (while giving me every rebate they had) and drive off the lot happy, and assured.
