I went on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in and told it would be around an hour and a half. I wasn't paying attention to the time and it was done. I watched a football game and had some coffee. Staff was very friendly and the amenities provided were excellent. I will continue to service my Avalon here for the duration of my ownership of the vehicle.

Too often women are treated much differently from men especially around cars, condensing, ignored or like we are ignorant. I have never experienced this at IGH although I have at other dealerships which is the reason I choose to drive across town to do business. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Mary Loken was very professional yet warm and friendly. I will continue to return.

The car was completed in a reasonable time. Sara Snyder was very professional and courteous. SaraSnyder was friendly and knows her job. I did not wait for a long time. No wasted time. Waiting lobby room needs improving. No cookies. No rolls. White Bear Acura or Inver Grove Honda has cookies and rolls.

Service at this dealership is exceptional. It is easy to get an appointment when you need it, even at the last minute. The service is very fast and the waiting area is comfortable for reading, using your computer, having coffee or pop, etc. The service advisors are incredibly polite, friendly and efficient.I am always impressed and take all of my cars here.

I had a crease in the driver's seat. It was not covered by the extended warranty, but Steve said they would fix it as a goodwill jester. They also gave me a no charge rental. I only put 8 miles on the car, but I would have had to take a cab to pick up my car. Inverted Grove Toyota is the best.

Service staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Lost hub cap after service, not sure how. Inver Grove heights service team are replacing hub cap with no questions asked. I couldn't ask for more. Definitely my Cities go-to Toyota dealer.

We have been bringing our cars to this dealer for a long time. Services have always been fantastic and detailed list of the checkup is always provided. They can improve on the wait time. It often takes an hour or more for an oil change, even with appointment, and 2 hours for new tires installment is way too long.Prices are comparable with other auto services.

I asked Mike Ivey to change the rusty bolts holding the license plate. This was an afterthought. He had it taken care of and told me the bolt broke. As far as I know, there was no chaaarge for this work.

When I bought my car at Inver Grove Toyota it was a great experience and everything went very smoothly. Since then I have only returned for routine maintenance because the car has been really reliable and problem free. I have never been in a more customer-friendly area to wait while my car is being serviced. The drinks and snacks and the pretty fish are much appreciated.

I brought a 2014 Venza from Dameon and it needed a couple repairs (new vent switch and some body work). Everyone in the Service Department did an Outstanding job! I took my 2014 Toyota Camry for Oil change with tire rotation. Service was completed withing 1 hour but after the service, my car alignment got changed and started moving to left side. when I went back, they mentioned that we are not responsible for alignment issue but other option can be do the wheel alignment which i need to pay my hand. I decided not to visit/recommend this service center again.

First and foremost main reason I decided to make my purchase at that location was because of Patrick McDaniels, he is a great salesman. The first visit he spent 3 hours helping me get all the information I inquired while knowing from the start I'm not here to buy. I told him from the start I'm just trying to get more information, I was very impressed that it's not commissions that gave him drive that he was sincere in helping me get all the info I needed. Now that's what I call great customer service. The team worked hard to help me get approved and made sure to get me exactly the color and model I wanted. Had it picked up from another location. Brought my leased car in for 1 year check. Expense covered by my Toyota Care. Work was fine. Given a complimentary car wash. I had an appointment but the wait was over an hour. Service person apologized for the long wait. I was surprised it took so long when I had no problems. Service person turned off my automatic headlights and my husband started driving in the dark!!!! And service switched my radio station.

After researching and shopping for my new vehicle for several months I was more than ready for the process to be over. I ended up in the unfortunate position of needing to buy when the 2016 models were few and far between or waiting for the 2017 models to come in. I was frustrated and not wanting to wait any longer. Along comes Jake who e-mailed me with the exact vehicle I was looking for. After a bit of back & forth I was able to close smoothly on my new Tacoma within a few days. I leased a Honda Civic and absolutely hated it. I got stuck every snowfall last year. I wanted out of the lease and into an all wheel drive vehicle. I was only a year and four months into the lease, which made things difficult. The sales person I dealt with, Chuck, was amazing. He understood where I was coming from and didn't judge. He got me into the very last 2016 Rav4 on the lot. Now I know I won't get stuck this winter and my family will all fit. Thank you, Chuck, for all of your hard work. I really appreciate it.

Dameon helped us for our second Toyota Purchase as our lease was ending. Everyone on the team was amazing... not only did we trade in the lease that was over but we also leased another vehicle. The staff here is friend, knowledgeable and NOT pushy at all. Another bonus is that the building has a great kitchen that has popcorn, cookies, beverages, a play area for small children. I brought my Toyota in for some major engine repair work. Afterwards, I noticed the car was running rough from time to time. IGH Toyota kept digging until they found a sensor that had been banged up during the engine work. Each time I brought my car in, the staff was friendly and helpful, provided us with a loaner car, and there was NO CHARGE and no haggling over the repairs. I won't bring my car anywhere else for service. Thanks, Mike Ivey and staff for your work!

It isn't as much fun buying a car because you have to (ours was totaled by another driver). But we had a very good experience at Inver Grove Toyota. Our salesperson, Bryan Schyultz, was great to work with. We had seen a used car on line and were the first to see it. Bryan made sure that it was one of the first ones through the detailing the next morning and when we came back to see it to make a final decision it was sparkling. It drove great, looked great and they gave us a very good price. Very happy with the experience.

I am super pregnant, and my mom needed a car stat. She had a very specific model and timeframe in mind. I went to one other Toyota dealership and called three others, and did not have the type of confident experience that you want as a car buyer- hello, this is the second most expensive thing I'll own!Adam was on point right away. Straightforward and flexible, he answered all my questions and was very responsive. We basically negotiated the car on the phone! The visit to the dealership was just for paperwork. He proved to be equally effective in person, and my mom drove off in the car she wanted- even though it just came on the lot the day before. I found that IGH was able to best meet my needs by delivering the 2016 Tacoma vehicle options and price I desired. They helped me with consideration of the financing options. They helped me find a solution to the financing that was most desirable for me, However the one flaw I saw was in the secondary people who prepared the final paperwork. She talked so fast about the tire insurance that I was not given any time to think about what she was offering. I agreed to the insurance but resented how it was presented. I think the type of tires on my Sienna van should have been explained regarding their vulnerability to wear and failure. I sold insurance for over 20 years and spent a lot of time helping my clients understand the benefits and features of what they were buying. I felt the presentation was based on fear, failure and very little on the benefits of owning the insurance. This benefit was merely a tool for risk management. If I had time to think I would have opted out of the insurance. I could afford to manage the risk. .

I had never been to the Inver Grove Toyota dealership before and when I walked in I was greeted in a genuine and courteous manner at the front desk. My salesman was Jim Hayes and from the get go I felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, calm and up front with me. First off, Bryan Schultz did superb job of handling our vehicle search, answering our questions, letting us know about vehicle pricing and completing the paperwork for the purchase of our Sienna. We'd recommend working with Bryan to anyone. We did our research beforehand on different model levels, pricing and even pricing on extended warranties. That helped us and Bryan not take up each other's time trying to decide things and took much of the 'mystery' out of the car shopping and buying process. We were a little surprised after we had completed the terms of the purchase that we were visited in quick succession with someone suggesting vehicle accessories we might be interested in (we purchased a 3M film hood & fender protection), then someone pointing out vehicle service agreements (we already had a price quote from another Toyota dealership) and then the finance office where we experienced the only bit of sales pressure concerning a flat tire/ding removal warranty that was pushed pretty hard at us. We didn't purchase that. That pressure in the finance office is the only reason we didn't rate our experience 5 stars. Again, Bryan Schultz took excellent care of us.

I called Darin a few days ago and told him exactly what I wanted and how much money I had for a down payment. Darin found me EXACTLY the car that fit my budget and exceeded my dreams. He found me the colors I wanted interior and exterior. That was mandatory. He also told me what my monthly payments would be. No surprises!. I had two other priorities...4 wheel drive and a GPS. Three days later, I am driving my dream car. I love this Rav4. They keep improving the Rav all the time. Darin spent a lot of time showing me all the new gadgets, apps, GPS, etc. I am one happy gal! Thanks Darin. This is my family's seventh vehicle bought at IGH Toyota from Darin. We appreciate the extra time Darin spends finding us exactly what we want. My husband and i were around the corner at a used dealership but we were not impressed with the service nor the car options they had. They tried to forced a car we didn't want so we left and drove down the block to Toyota not even thinking that we will leave the night with a fairly new truck because of our credit history. But sure ebough, Aminah came out stepped up and lead us to our new/used truck. Although it took a couple of hours, it was a success. I loved that everyone chipped in and helped the deal work out. To find out the next day, my apr was dropped a couple of points! Win win. I would say, Aminah and the folks at Inver grover Toyota went Above and beyond- had courtesy customer service- And Gave the best respect without considering our credit rating, background or presentation. I contacted them through the Internet and advised them I was interested in a used vehicle on their lot, I provided a link to a very similar vehicle at another dealer and asked if they would compete, I got a couple responses from sales people, ranging from come talk to me to go buy the other one that price is good. Lindsay Wagner texted me as said she thought she could come close to that price, that I should come in and check it out. I did, and she was right they came way down and I got the car I wanted. Can't say enough good things about the service provided by this dealership. had put through an inquiry online, and Vera got back to me extremely quickly. She handed me off to Lindsay Wagner. Lindsay knows her stuff about the features of the vehicle, and was just extremely friendly and professional to work with. Lindsay went out of her way (took an hour that she didn't have to) to walk us through everything important about the vehicle before we drove off the lot. Alex in the business office was also very professional and crisp with the financing process. I also felt as if the dealership was extremely fair in negotiating the trade in value of my used vehicle. Jim greeted us warmly. He sat us down and asked what we were looking for. We weren't sure so we looked at a few cars on the floor. Then we sat down again and made a decision on what car to test drive. He got the car, went with us and explained all the features, and when we got back we were ready to see about the price. We had a trade in and got a price for that. Then we worked on the price of the car and a few extras. We reached an agreement and we were good to go. Jenny sold us a few more options and the last guy (Larry???) worked with us on financing and warranties. We left the car and it was ready to go the next day with everything we wanted. Then Jim showed us how to use all the features ad we were off in our new car. Very efficient, very smooth.A nice experience all the way around. This was our first purchase on a Toyota. It went very well.

Overall I had a great experience at Inver Grove Toyota. I stopped in for regular service one weekend on my Sequoia and decided to walk around the lot looking for any slightly used Tundras for sale (they had one listed on their website). After not finding any, I walked back in and was greeted by Perry asking me what he could help me find. I mentioned I was looking for a used tundra to look at and test drive and he knew right away he didn't have any available, but was able to check for any they had purchased at auction the day before. He had one from that auction that met my needs and put a hold on it for me so I could get first crack at it when it arrived. When I stopped back the next weekend, he mentioned a second Tundra had arrived and I ended up purchasing that one as it was a better vehicle (condition, less miles, etc.) After a short negotiation on price for the vehicle and trade-in, we came to an agreement and finished it with a handshake. He quickly (while also helping someone else purchase at the same time) got me going to financing/paperwork and was able to get me out the door in my new vehicle. He even tracked down the second set of keys for me since I didn't get them at the time of purchase. Overall, the only thing that could have been better was the detailing of the vehicle by service, but it was still really good. Pricing was mostly competitive. Thank you again! We will definitely be back when the wife starts looking for her replacement vehicle.

My experience with Inver Grove Toyota was probably the greatest experience I have had with any dealership. What I did not experience was that salesman trying to ram anything down my throat for the sake of making a sale. What I experienced was not a salemanship but more of a "friendship". The guy whom I eventually closed the deal with was Perry Smulders. I went into the dealership looking for a second car. I knew exactly what I wanted. So when Perry asked, "can I help you", I told him exactly what I had in mind and to my surprise, he stated "I have just the car you want". I was expecting the sales pitch of "I have a better car" or "you don't want that, this is what you really want". Low and behold, Perry delivered. It came down to the exact same exterior color I desired. It even had more amenities than I was looking for and the cost still remained slightly lower than what I was initially willing to pay. No pressure whatsoever. Just like dealing with an old friend. What stood out the most for me was sincerity in which Perry sought in ensuring that I had a very pleasant experience. The staff actually cared.

I went to Inver Grove Toyota today to look over the new Hybrid Toyota vehicles. I was casually looking at them outside. Aminah Smulders, a new car sales associate, asked me if she could help. She is a wonderful listener. Immediately, she knew that I would only consider a Hybrid vehicle. This limited the selection choice almost immediately. I was torn between the new Prius and the RAV4 hybrid. I am a senior and a retired US military person. I do have some back problems. She was very sensitive to that. She listened. After ten years with a Prius, we came together with the conclusion that a RAV4 hybrid might be better for me. Then we talked about colors and such. We narrowed it down to silver, white, and black. The process was flowing beautifully. This is a new car purchase, certainly you want to be happy with your choice. I wound up with a RAV4 hybrid Black/Black. I couldn't be any happier. My trade in was fairly assessed. Financing was a breeze. Certainly, there are a lot of numbers to compile and transcribe. Larry Corbin, another employee, did a fantastic job of helping me with the paperwork. I love the attention to detail!

I went outside this afternoon to look at new Toyota vehicles. A young lady by the name of Aminah Smulders asked me if she could help. We casually looked over a large inventory of new vehicles. I felt very comfortable. She knew that I was a hybrid fan and wouldn't consider anything else. That did narrow things down quickly. Then, we talked about the colors. As much as I love silver, I found myself drifting towards white or black. Then, from out of nowhere was a black/black RAV4 Hybrid. I fell in love almost immediately. I had a trade in that needed to be assessed. I was given a fair amount for my trade in. The paperwork was completed in record time. I appreciated the attention to detail with this process. The dealership has a nice service area. The people that work here are very friendly. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased at this location. If they need a car and or maintenance, I would highly recommend my family and friends to visit Inver Grove Toyota. I am a retired US military guy, I've traveled a lot, this dealership is awesome! Being nearly 60 years old I have had the opportunity to have much car work done in many different shops and dealerships over the course of my car ownership. I drive nearly 40,000 miles a year and have seen the inside of many different garage repair shops. I have been in shops where I knew that they would always find about $300 worth of "required" repairs. It seemed like that was their magic revenue number. It was just like clockwork. I never had trust in their word. Then I became a Toyota owner about 5 years ago and am delighted in the quality of the vehicle and the level of service. Since I live in Eagan, I have been taking my Sienna to this dealership from day one. I have complete trust in the service staff and mechanics. Rarely is there a problem, but if so, then they take the time to show me what it is and why I might want to fix it. Trust is a rare thing to have nowadays, but I have complete trust in these folks. You can rely on their word!

When I first saw John I though t wow he is tall but he still managed to fit in the backseat of the Camry for the test drive. I was worried about buying a Toyota it would be too small but if he could fit back there surely my 3 daughters could. John was professional and courteous and told me about all of the features. I would recommend Inver Grove Toyota to anyone unless your a Packer fan then you should buy a Volkswagen!

Worked with Chuck Paciorek for the 2nd time in 2 years, leasing another NEW car. He was thorough and to the point, and always willing to show me as many options as I asked for. When admitting I wasn't necessarily ready for a purchase based on my credit, he helped explain which programs running would fit my situation, and allowed me to test drive a few cars. We went to check out the RAV4 with no intention of buying the same day. I had 2 other SUVs I was thinking about trying. I even told Bryan, our sales associate, we did not plan on buying that day. He took it in stride and continued to answer our questions about the RAV4 , leasing, financing, and checking if the exterior and interior color choice we preferred were available for purchase. He spent a lot of time with us. Much to my surprise, my husband and I decided simultaneously we would buy the RAV4 we wanted. We had purchased a 2003 RAV4 at this dealership so we had a history with this dealership - positive, obviously, since they had the car we wanted, history of great service, and staff that were pleasant and knowledgeable we were confident that we made the right decision that day. I went to the dealership knowing pretty much what I wanted from the Toyota website and about what it should cost from various online sources. Inver Grove Toyota had several like that on the lot. Brian and I took one for a test drive and it was enjoyable and without sales pressure. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and the price was what I expected. Financing was quick and easy and zero % is difficult to beat. The car was prepared and ready the next day. Overall a very good low stress experience and I am happy with the outcome. . They were outstanding. The service across the board was terrific and was not at all pushy or salesy. They are the most transparent and up front dealership that I have ever been. I had visited over 5 dealerships in addition and they were the one that made me feel at ease immediately. Casey was my associate and he was exactly the type of rep I needed. I was out looking at cars last week in Inver Grove Heights, and stopped in at Toyota and met a very nice, non-aggressive, polite and sincere car salesman. I just purchased my second RAV4 from Chuck at Inver Grove Toyota. I called him at home and he got out of his "lawnmowing" clothes, met me at the dealership right away, and had found the exact RAV4 that I wanted before I even got there. I came into Inver Grove Toyota for service on my 2013 RAV4 LE, but walked up to the showroom to look at the RAV4 Limited for my future lease next year. Derek approached me and I stated I was getting service done and that I had one year left on my lease. He mentioned that they were having great deals on RAV4 leases and he wanted to know what I currently was paying per month on my 2013. I told him and he said that he could probably get my into the 2015 RAV4 Limited (two models higher than the LE) without a huge increase in my payment. Within 1 1/2 hours, everything was finished and I drove away with my 2015 RAV4 Limited. Derek was great to work with and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Inver Grove Toyota and Derek to all my friends and family.

I came to Inver Grove Toyota after having a bad experience with Maplewood Toyota while bringing my Mom's 2014 Camry in for service. The Service department at Inver Grove Toyota surpassed all of my expectations including putting me in a 2015 Camry for the day so I didn't have to wait. I myself was driving a 2012 Camry at the time and when I went to pick up my Mom's car I decided to look at a new vehicle, and that is when I met Jessica. I described to Jessica that I was contemplating purchasing a new vehicle and I was concerned about financing because of past credit troubles. Jessica assured me that she would do everything she could to help me get into a new vehicle if that was what I really wanted to do. She put me in touch with Lindsay who does sales and told me she would start working on the financing portion of it.I am pleased to say that I went back this morning, and within 3 hours I drove off of the lot in a brand new 2016 Toyota Camry SE Special Edition that I never thought I would be able to do in a million years! Our visit was for a couple different models of cars and the visit was awesome. Derek Erickson has just a great personality and we got along with him right way. No pressure. IGH Toyota Scion is a decent place to buy a car. There was no pressure, either during the test-driving/searching process, or during the buying/signing process. We did not finance, so not sure about that.We were glad we got Tyler as our sales rep. He is an easy-going, genuine guy, who responded quickly to phone calls and emails. Will look him up in future for help with the purchase of a good used car, whether a Toyota or Scion or whatever.

I just leased a 2015 Toyota Camry XLE and I love it! This is my 3rd Toyota lease and the 2015 is the best so far. At first, I wasn't keen on the front grill of the new Camry. I was leaning toward a sporty Jetta. Lucky for me, I felt as if I would regret not sticking with Toyota and so I stopped by Inver Grove Toyota to give the Camry one more chance. I was fortunate to be approached by a great salesperson, Darin Wald. He was serious about showing me the Camry. He didn't challenge my dislike of the grill. He offered a test drive. During the ride, he didn't prattle on so I'd forget I was doing business. When I told him what it would take for me to get the car, He made it happen. The finance woman (forgot her name) was equally great. I was taken aback that she didn't lie about my credit score--as is the usual. I always check and print my score before shopping, and until Inver Grove, I'd end up walking out on a bad interest rate offered up by a dishonest finance person. I dread the lease-end process as I've always disliked car salespeople. I'm glad Inver Grove was a great experience. I will get my next car from Inver Grove. If you want a professional salesperson, see Darren Wald...and hopefully the same finance women.

My daughter needed to get a car, and she'd decided on a Scion. We have a local dealer in Minot, ND, but the price and selection weren't what my daughter had in mind. We were in town to visit another daughter, and Inver Grove had one of the Scions my daughter wanted to look at. We called en route, and spoke to Dean Rothenbacher. He answered all the questions she had, and told her it would be available for a test drive when we got there. She and my husband took it out, while we waited in the comfy customer lounge. Dean and my daughter came to a mutual terms, and we were in and out quickly. My daughter got the car she wanted, at the price she wanted, and with a wonderful experience. We were us for a family reunion from Minot, ND. My daughter had did her homework for the car she was looking for, and price point. We'd gotten everything ready for her personal loan. We came in early morning, We spoke with Dean Rothenbacher, regarding a specific car she'd had her eye on. He had the car prepped and ready, she took it out with my husband, and then me, and decided this was the one. My husband and Dean struck out the fair terms, and we were on the road with her new car, and a thrilled young adult a short while later. They cleaned the car, as well as our new Suburban. I stopped at IG Toyota, just to see what was out there, I had a idea what I was looking for. I wandered the lot for about 10-15 min and nobody came out to talk to me. I wasn't upset as it was a Saturday and I was DEFINITELY not buying a car! I was getting into my car, and I saw Chuck Piciorek approaching. We exchanged pleasantries and I told him what I was needing in a new vehicle. Chuck guided me to a Scion xb that was right in my price range. Was just what I was looking for, we took a test drive, showed my wife the car at her work, and did the paperwork. I worked with Jim Hayes to buy a used Ford Explorer. I live quite a distance from the dealership and Jim was very patient over the phone in answering my many questions and he was key in helping me get there so I could test drive it, as my car broke down and I had no way to get there. I like that he was low-key and not trying to pressure me. I wanted some additional work done and rather than having to drive back, he worked it out so I could take a loaner home and they could do the work right away for me so I only had to make one trip back. The service I received from Jim was excellent!

My wife and I were in the market for a well maintained, low mileage second vehicle, and didn't want to spend a whole lot.We saw an ad for an older model RAV-4 and drove down on a rainy Tuesday evening to check it out. I contacted Inver Grove Toyota to get information and pricing on a Highlander. I wanted specific information and details and was not getting answers to my questions. I followed up a couple of times, and was given an offer of $100 over invoice. I said that would be great, but what would the out the door price be? That question was never answered. I was told that they would not be bidding for my business, they were very busy and that they had very few of the Highlanders in inventory. So, the way I took this is that they don't want to take the time to answer questions, they are too busy and don't have enough inventory. Other dealerships managed to take the time to answer my questions, so I will give them my business and I would suggest that you all do the same.

I recently scheduled an oil change at Inver Grove Toyota because it was closer to my house than the dealership where I'd purchased my 2012 Scion a year ago. The process of scheduling over the phone was very easy, but my experience during my visit was really amazing.From the minute Paige, the service technician walked up to greet me in my car, I felt more like I was coming back to a familiar service department than checking out a totally new one. The waiting area was very spacious and comfortable, and even though only plate glass separated it from the main entrance of the service department, the environment in the waiting area was virtually soundproof.Based on this experience, I will definitely be returning to Inver Grove Toyota for future service needs. I'm also likely to consider them the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

When I finally found a best price for my vehicle on TruCar, Inver Grove Toyota (not a TruCar dealer) honored 3 different incentives (Vehicle, Dealer, AMEX) and beat that deal with another 10% of the difference between their offer and my research. I walked in ready to battle, and left with a new car.They also gave me a reasonable trade in for my old Toyota which becomes a much better deal as the trade in value is deducted from the purchase price before taxes. I could have sold for more personally, but then would have had to pay tax again on that sale, plus the hassle of advertising and dealing with disreputable buyers on the internet. The tax savings improved the deal about $1,000.Also received an $800 discount (prior Toyota owner) on 6 additional years of bumper to bumper warranty. I don't usually buy these, but the net price to me of $1,600 for a total of 8 years protection (plus free road side assistance) seemed reasonable.They still do the "back room approval" of your offer, and a second salesman comes in to sell you rust protection and various high margin options. I don't care for that tactic, but it was easy to say "no".On an individual basis, Jim Hayes was wonderful to deal with. Excellent at follow up, and was always ready for us when we came into the dealership.

I just bought a new 2015 Toyota Camry from Patrick Albien and the expereince was truly amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helped us out with any questions we had. I have bought several vehicles in my lifetime and with Patrick's help he made it by far the most fantastic experience I have ever had. The dealership was great. My kids were able to play in the kids room they have with a slide and all! Larry helped us in finance and did a great job. Overall I recommend this dealership to everything and especially Patrick. If you go in ask for Patrick and you will see why I enjoyed this car purchase!

I would like to thank all of the service crew for always taking great care of us. I've been bringing been my vehicles here for many years. Let me tell you why: From right when I drive in they have plenty of people to get us started. They have always been able to get us out of the car and start on the work right away. When we sit in the waiting room its great. All kinds of snacks and work stations to sit at if you need it. On major work they take of us with a rental. Their have also been times they drive me to work while they work on our car. They inspect the vehicle and let us know if it an immediate problem that way we can budget for another time if needed. They have never just done work with out our permission. They always walk us to the cashier an d say goodbye to us. With that said I bring all my vehicles in to Inver Grove Toyota.

Fred Rich gave my wife and I an honest and stress free approach to car buying, he was extremely knowledgable of all vehicles we looked at and was truthful in pricing of the Tacomas my wife and I looked at! Since buying my Van here two year ago I have had all the service done there also. Luckily almost all the little stuff was fixed after I bought the Van (agreed to before the sale). But I was especially surprised when I had it in for an oil change almost a year later and there was rust showing from one of the paint repair spots. I mentioned this in passing and to my surprise, they actually stood behind this repair and had it fixed again. now this was a used Van with over 100000 miles on it. The workers have been polite and efficient. Only one major repair and the price shocked me. I thought it would be twice as much, but they explained that they were able to repair the bearing on the car and the savings were passed back to me. Super happy. I plan on taking it for my future work from all the good experience I have had. I know they own the Maplewood dealer also, but my great experience has been at this location.

If I could marry these guys, I would. Every single one of them. I have never felt so comfortable, cared for or respected at a car shop before. Best of all, I wasn't made to feel as stupid and irresponsible as I deserved to when I towed my car-cass in, kicking and screaming (me) because nobody ever told me you had to change the oil in your car or you'll blow a gasket. Blow a gasket? I thought that was only what happened when cartoons get really frustrated and their faces turn red and hot and steam starts coming out of their ears. Guess what? That is an actual thing that happens to your car engine too! It LITERALLY blew a gasket, turned red and hot and steam came out of not just its ears but pretty much every orifice it possessed, I'm sure it was really frustrated too, just like those cartoon characters, I know I was! I guess I learned my lesson about not putting duct tape over the annoying Icons that light up and don't go away. They actually mean something!!! But I'll tell you this, not once did anyone make me feel like a blonde (I am, even naturally!) ditsy-do but they actually took the time to teach me what to do when I found my next car. I hope I can take better care of it now that I'm educated on basic car maintenance! I know I will never make this mistake again, since these nice men took the time and energy to teach me what to do. They gave me something more valuable than the remaining balance on my car loan, knowledge and options on what kind of car to buy next. I couldn't be happier than with the service I received from everyone at this quality establishment. Thank you, guys! I'll be back soon with those Girl Scout cookies I promised!

I went to this dealership hoping to knock it out of the park by making a GREAT end of year deal. I was in no particular hurry to buy a car and so made up my mind to only buy a car if I was offered a deal could not refuse. I worked with salesman Tyler Le. He was the best. Smart, helpful and professional. In short, I don't think this would have happened without a top notch salesman on my side pitching my offer, but I ended up driving away with a 2015 Avalon which I think is going to meet my family's needs perfectly. In the past year and a half I have experienced the WORST luck any person could be dealt with my (then) car. Repair after Repair, dollar after dollar with no avail or resolution in sight. It is at that point that I took the advice of many and decided it was time to call it quits and move on to a better investment and more reliable vehicle. After deciding I wanted to go with a Toyota , I made the trip to Inver Grove Toyota where I met Master Certified Salesman Jim Hayes. My nerves and fears were immediately met with comfort and relaxation due to Jim's down to earth demeanor and strong knowledge of the trade. There was never any point in time that I felt rushed or pressured, or as if my concerns and standards weren't valid. I felt valued and cared for the entire time (I was there for 3+ hours).Jim helped me find a 2011 Camry that was a perfect match for my style and price range. It is at that point that I met Bob Herrmann in the Finance Department. Like Jim, Bob was incredibly down to earth and assured me things would work out, even though my credit situation was less than perfect to say the least. Through his hard work and commitment to me as a customer, I was financed at an affordable rate and on my way.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was my first time leasing a car because I was tired of going through the hassles that my old car gave me. I had the pleasure of working with Donna Bohn. She was very helpful in explaining all the details with what I needed to know with leasing a car. The payments were well explained and affordable. I got an appointment the next day, everyone was super friendly, the waiting area was really nice. It had a t.v., fish tank, free snacks and drinks. It also had a very nice play area for kids! I visited this dealership on Saturday, January 31 just after noon to purchase a 2015 Toyota Corolla for my wife. Prior to this I spent the previous two months researching the various models and options, discussing with my wife. On Saturday we were in agreement as to which model and options we desired. When I arrived I was paired with Fred Rich, who did an excellent job describing the various features and demonstrating how to use them, an example being using the Bluetooth hands-free to make telephone calls. Fred was outstanding; very patient and knowledgeable. Once Fred and I agreed upon a price, the trouble began. All I wanted was to purchase the vehicle and leave. If I had been accommodated, I would have that vehicle in my garage at this moment. Unfortunately, this did not come to pass because other employees, in a colloquial sense couldnt let it go and though I was very specific that I wanted to sign and be on my way and kept trying to sell me things I did not want, even though I was very vocal that I did not want any additional items; wanting to just purchase the vehicle and go. I mentioned several times that I have an Autistic son with a Service Dog and I did not want to spent any additional time than was necessary. Fred and I had agreed on a price, so I was ready to wrap it up and leave. It was the behavior of Jenny Schaffhausen that was the last straw. I told her even before she began speaking that I had no more time (It was now almost 3 PM) and that I was not interested in anything other than purchasing the vehicle and leaving. Ignoring me, she simply talked the dealership out of the sale. I told Fred that though I appreciated his time, the sale was off and I thanked him and left. Jenny and Greg should apologize to Fred for costing him this sale. Inexcusable. I then purchased the identical vehicle from Mike Dockendorf for nearly $800 less.

Jim and Greg helped my fiance and I lease a new car after a weekend when both of our cars broke down. Mine was down for the count so we decided to make the call and get me a car that wasn't old enough for me to take out for a beer. We talked it over and decided that the 2014 Camry was a great deal for us so we made the drive from Maple Grove to IGT and were in and out in about 2 hours. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas.I am 100% satisfied with the service we received and the car itself and will be staying with Greg, Jim, and IGT for the long haul. I am very happy I made the call (even though I was, admittedly, intimidated by the whole idea) and I just want to say thank you to Jim and Greg for helping us get the car we needed at the price we could afford. I recently took my 2014 Toyota, Prius with all the bells and whistles, to Inver Grove Toyota to see if they could get me out of the high payments and into a lower-priced Prius. Well, guess what, they did just that. I was able to lower my payment by almost $150, so I was delighted. I'm now into a 2010 Prius and achieved what I wanted with help from Brian Schultz and Larry Corbin. They both worked very hard to make it happen. Everyone at Inver Grove Toyota was nice, polite and courteous to me and I appreciate them very much for all their work. Because of them, I was able to drive home in my "much-less-money-per-month" Prius. Thank you very much Inver Grove Toyota.

We recently leased a 2014 Toyota Camry. Dameon Trigo was the sales person through a instant chat that I started. We discussed our budget (which wasn't much) He was able to tell me that he could be within our budget and to come in and see him. We did all of our paperwork online so when we did come in everything was approved and ready to sign if we purchased the vehicle. We were looking at 3 vehicles that evening and we never once felt pressure from Dameon, he was very knowledgeable about the Camry's and very funny. He just made our experience with Toyota an Excellent one. They gave us the best value for our trade in and it was truly a fun and painless experience. There were no surprises when the final paperwork was delivered, Dameon got us in the vehicle at the price we needed to be at. I am loving my Camry :)

I ended up with a used Toyota Highlander that we really like, only problem with this vehicle was that the inside was filthy, hadn't been cleaned. I mentioned to my associate and he assured me that he'd facilitate a thourough detailing, when that happens I'll be 100% pleased.

Two days before Christmas, I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry for my son from Fred Rich and it was one of my best car buying experiences. He helped me get exactly what I wanted for my trade in (2006 Toyota Solara). The F&I guy, Larry was also phenomenal to work with. I had such a disappointing experience at this dealership. I was ready to purchase a car that day, and thinking that the dealership would be ready to get a fast sale, I visited IGH Toyota. Both the sales person and his manager absolutely refused to negotiate - even one penny. They told me they wouldn't do it and thanked me for coming in. I've never heard of a car salesperson who doesn't negotiate! On top of that, I did have a car for trade in. They offered me significantly less than the Kelly Blue Book value for a dealer trade in, stating "There are a lot of scratches" (one teeny door ding), and all the prep work they do for used car sales. The next day, the sales person called and asked how my car search was going. When I mentioned I bought a car that same day from another dealer, he asked "Oh, so they saved you a few bucks, huh?" and when I mentioned they had actually come down quite a bit more than that, he said "Well, good luck then" and hung up the phone. I may have been ready to buy a car that day, but I certainly wasn't desperate enough to give Inver Grove Toyota my business!

I had a bad experience with a mechanic and an older car a few years ago. When I bought my car from a Toyota dealer (in another state) I promised myself I would only go to that dealership for service. It was scary when I moved to MN having to pick a new place for service, but Inver Grove Toyota makes me feel like my car is at home and well taken care of. The facilities are clean, updated, free coffee and snacks while you wait, service is quick, etc... Everything you'd wish for in a service center.

In 2010, I bought a 2008 Avalon from an elderly woman in North Dakota. Since my purchase, I have had all my service needs (tires, oil changes, etc.) professionally met by the service department at Inver Grove Toyota. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Inver Grove Toyota, the service representatives have consistently provided exceptional service at a reasonable price. This is the first Toyota that I have ever owned, and my next vehicle will definitely be a Toyota from Inver Grove Toyota.

After not having a great experience with another Toyota dealership we came across Inver Grove Toyota. It's not close to our house, but after my first conversation with them, I knew we would buy from them. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair and just down right good people is what we would say. Linda, our sales person, was FANTASTIC! She was able to go the extra mile and find the Sienna we wanted, even though it was in a different state! She arranged for it to be delivered and she was the one who actually delivered it our house some 40 or so miles away on her own time! Just awesome if you ask me! We would totally recommend Inver Grove Toyota and Linda to anyone and everyone we know! Just a wonderful car buying experience and a 10 in our eyes!

I am new to the area and went in to Inver Grove Toyota by following quite a few good reviews on them and I was glad to find out that the reviews were so true! I received a very warm welcome from Linda who helped me very patiently to get the 2014 Camry without making me feel crunched by my budget limitations. The whole process was dealt so smoothly by the entire crew that I was immensely impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. The description of this experience would be incomplete without mentioning how Linda actually went out of her way to help me get everything done as smoothly as possible. I was looking for a Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. No dealership had what I was looking for so I decided to get a highlander limited with a couple of extra bells and whistles on. Vinny helped me find a vehicle that would work for me. He did a very good job. When I picked up my car everything was on it as promised. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went though all the buttons with me. Love my new SUV!!!

I brought my vehicle in for service and it cost $600 to fix the problem but they did not remedy the underlying cause even though there was a service bulletin from Toyota to do so. Two months later my car was having the exact same issue and the service manager refused to take responsibility for their obvious negligence. If you want to pay a ton of money for a 'free' cup of coffee and the chance to look at a sweet fish tank, this is the place to go. If you want your car serviced properly, I would look elsewhere.

We came to the Inver Grove Heights dealership to drive a used vehicle. The car we were interested in had already been sold but Randy and Bryan assured us we could look around and find something comparable to try. There were so many great cars but when Bryan talked to us and did a needs and wants analysis, he quickly narrowed down our search and put us in a vehicle to try out. We really liked it. He made sure it was the right car for us and also gave us other options in case "used" was what we truly preferred (because that is what we said we wanted). When we crunched the numbers the new car was a really great buy! The car has every bell and whistle we were looking for. They were so accommodating and quick. Randy made sure the process was a smooth one and entertained us while we waited for the amazing Aleaha to work on our financing. She is friendly, succinct and speedy (you have a star in that one)! I appreciate that everyone was so welcoming and accommodating and really made it known that they were they to serve us. I have purchased enough cars in my life to be very sure that this is not the case in a typical car purchase, so I really felt great when I left IG Toyota and I am sure to return. I am a busy mother of three young boys. I hate buying cars. I hate smarmy dealers and haggling over price. However, my experience with Linda at Inver Grove Toyota was a true pleasure. We very much appreciated the efficient and effective manner of service. The van was ready to go as soon as we go there; the dealership evaluated our trade in while we were test driving the new vehicle. When we returned, there was no haggling. She understood we were busy and gave us the best price she could and told us if there was anything further she could do, to let her know. We then went to another dealership and it was the typical "waste your time" experience.This was, by far, the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience to date. What a pleasure it was to not have to waste time waiting on things. Truly, well done Linda.

I had a very fantastic experience, (except for my trade-in price), which was no fault of the employees, I found a suitable Camry on their web-site and when I got there, spoke with Vinny. The vehicle had been moved from its original spot but he (Vinny) spent extra time to locate it. Most dealers would ask me to come back another time because I went late, but the paper work was completed and I drove my new old car home. I am satisfied with everything, especially the price and the customer service.

The service team at Inver Grove Toyota is fantastic! I actually made the mistake of buying my Highlander from another dealer, but never again. The service team at Inver Grove has shown me that they know how to take care of clients, even when they weren't their own. John Kellogg and Steve Edmondson, listened to my concerns, and didn't pass me along like the other dealership/repair place. They fixed my car, gave me a loaner. I would buy a car from Inver Grove Toyota because the people are honest, and their word means something.

I purchased a new Prius V last week. The extended warranty was way over priced and when I wanted to cancel it this week they were very rude and down right insulting. The twin cities Toyota dealerships together have fixed really high prices for extended warranties. If you find out how much they cost in other states you will be surprised. Hope Toyota makes this standard so we don't get squeezed by these dealerships. The cancellation policy on these extended warranties is not clearly explained. If you decide to cancel your monthly payment does not go down. The principle comes down and you pay off the loan faster. I wish I knew this before I signed the dotted line. My sales person was really good, but the rest of the place feels really unpleasant. The business managers are so rude, pushy and unpolished. Go check the lounge and you will get the idea. I own a Hyundai and Nissan and this was my first Toyota. I am sorry I switched. These dealerships treat you way better and you don't feel like you are at a bus station.

My wife and I stopped in to IGT to look at a used 2010 Rav4. We had been to several dealers testing Nissan Rogue, Honda CRV and Mits Outlander. We walked onto the lot and were greeted by Adam. We test drove the Rav4 and Adam went over the features on the Rav4 and answered all our questions. We wanted to test drive the KIA Sportage before making a final decesion. Adam was very professional and put no pressure on us to skip the process or slam a competiter. I told Adam when we would test drive the vehicle and to contact us on Saturday. He contacted us on Saturday and we set a time to meet and confirm the vehicle was still available. Adam had the vehicle ready for us when we arrived. One final test drive and that was it. The vehicle was certified and had a 7 year warranty on the drivetrain. It also had a one year bumper to bumper warranty. They had 1.90 apr on the loan for us which was lower then anyone in town.Everyone at IGT was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. From Jessica who took our credit application and got our financing set up to Larry who completed the paperwork. Our overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend IGT.Bob & Jackie Dettloff

Hello! I just wanted to highlight my experience with Inver Grove Toyota/Scion. I had been looking to purchase a Scion XB for about 3 years and I have had quite a difficult time finding the right car for the right price. I finally found a 2009 Scion XB that fit both of those credentials. I went to some other Toyota dealerships before I went to Inver Grove and I didn't really feel like the other dealerships were interested in my needs. When I went to Inver Grove Toyota Jim was nice enough to meet me in the parking lot and take me to exactly the car I was looking for. We then talked for a bit before I took a test drive. Jim was very polite...even making sure to tell someone that called him on his cell phone that he was on a test drive and he would call this person back. After some negotiation and working on my trade-in I was able to purchase my car with Jim. He made the entire process extremely easy and always made me feel like I was the most important person throughout the experience. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Inver Grove Toyota as well as hopefully sending Jim some referrals! Thanks!!!

I purchased a used vehicle from Keith (Vinny) on my very first day of shopping and first visit to IG Toyota. Vinny knows his business and my first impressions were excellent all the way around. I have learned that quality salespeople will only work for a quality dealership. No games and straight forward business. I want a salesperson that values my time and Vinny gave me his full attention until the sale was closed and I was on my way. I have a strong feeling IG Toyota will take good care of me if/when I exercise the extended warranty I purchased. The lovely administrative staff person that wrote up the paperwork, explained the warranty and accepted my personal check was super warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Mgmt, sales and admin had to stay late on a holiday Friday night to close my sale and get me on my way. I am trusting that the service staff will be just as experienced, friendly and responsive if I need them.

We are very satisfied with our purchase of our Camry. We couldn't ask for a better experience in dealing with Inver Grove Toyota starting with Bradley Bolz in sales and Larry in finance/business. Brad did a great job getting us the best deal for the new camry and our trade in and also spent time reviewing all of the new features on the camry (technology has changed since 2001 when we purchased our old camry). Larry in finance/business reviewed all the documents ( had to sign more documents than when we purchased our last home) with us, made sure we understood them, and helped us make the most cost effective financial decisions. Inver Grove Toyota gave exceptional customer service to us while we looked for a new minivan. We first, found a used Toyota that we test drove there. Then after looking at the numbers they gave us, I realized we wanted to go with a new minivan. We knew exactly what color and trim we wanted, so I went online to their website, found the one we wanted, and selected to get an "ePrice". That's how I got connected with Linda. Linda promptly gave me a call to talk about the van. It turns out they had just sold their last Red Sienna. We really wanted Red and were willing to wait, but we ended up not having to. Linda searched around the area and ended up finding the van we wanted around 200 miles away. They contacted the other dealer, arranged to get the minivan here so we could take it on a long driving vacation. The extra coordination and care that Linda took to get the vehicle showed us she really cared about getting us the vehicle we wanted. We will go back there first next time we need a vehicle even though there are other Toyota dealers closer.

We had an excellent experience while dealing with Linda for our new 2013 RAV4. We had decided on the car before going to the Inver Grove and were just there to negotiate on the price. I should say they did give me a pretty good deal. These guys are here for business, treating customers as their first priority. I had booked for a color which was not readily available. Linda kept following on this issue till a car was delivered. The car delivery was again a very good experience. She made it a point that finance, old car sale & delivery of car was easy. I would have to say that I expected a lot more headache. This was my very first car purchase. The folks at Inver Grove Toyota had sold the car that I was initially interested in. However, they were very quick to find me a similar vehicle that was in really good condition. I did not have to haggle a lot. They worked with my outside financing without trying to push their own financing down my throat. They replaced the brakes on it before I picked it up, and had it fully detailed. They also are taking care of renewing my tabs since they will expire before I can get my title. I am just really pleased with the service I received, and would definitely consider them for my next purchase down the road.

We went to Inver Grove Toyota to look at a car to replace our 2003 Prius which we had enjoyed tremendously. We were thinking of trying out the Camry as we thought it would be less expensive than a new Prius. Darin Wald met us at the door and was our salesman. He was pleasant, patient, easy-going, friendly, and not at all pushy. We went on a test drive, and he answered all our questions about the hybrid model as opposed to the standard model, showed us how the fancy electronics worked, etc. We went home to consider it, and then came back the next day with the intention of purchasing a Camry. As we walked in, however, we asked Darin about the Prius and learned that it is less expensive than the Camry, and of course it has fantastic mileage. He again went with us on a test drive, again answered our questions, and was tremendously helpful. And we drove home with a new Prius, which we like very much. I came in again in a day or so later to meet with Darin so that I could get my smartphone coupled with the bluetooth system, and he again was most helpful. I should also add that we got a very good value for our trade-in. We would be happy to work with Darin again and to recommend him and IGT to anyone. (The only downside in the whole experience had to do with the man who helped us with the loan. He had a hard time understanding that the car would be in my name first and then my husband's second (it's not that unusual, is it?), and he was too pushy about selling warranties, finding it hard to take no for an answer.)

Our experience was very comfortable and effective.We were shopping for a replacement vehicle for my Florida home. We had specific requirements (must hold 4 sets of golf clubs, something that sits high for long driving trips, $20000 or less). We had about 8 potential vehicles on our list including 3 Toyota's. We were there to test drive all of the vehicles today and then narrow it down to the 2 that best meet our needs. We were treated as if we were the most important customer's of the day. Mike Althoff gave us the time we needed and let us drive three different vehicles. We ended up really liking a 2010 Venza so went and got my wife to test drive it. Mike was a real professional and we bought the vehicle that day....A very positive experience with little price haggling. Our Journey with Toyota of Inver Grove, MN started on my birthday 1/3/13...cool numbers, right? It was a great day! We must have gone to five dealerships before entering Toyota. My husband and I were looking for a car for me. I wanted something really cute, small, good on gas. I was interested in the Yaris. We met Chuck Paciorek on the lot. First let me say that Chuck is not a typical "car salesman" . He LISTENS and as a result we ended up in a RAV4 with 4wheel drive! You see how good he is??? We were looking at the YARIS! He heard "good on gas, small, cute, bright color" and he delivered good on gas, perfect size for a middle age mom, SAFE (especially in Minnesota with all the snow)!!! I cannot tell you how much I love my RAV4. I really would have been disappointed with the Yaris, not because of the car itself, because I am in a time of life to need more of a car. Chuck saw that. The second part of our journey was on 4/13/13. My husband had purchased a Chrysler 200 2012 (in 2012)and while a nice car it just wasn't good in the weather. Since he had the experience of driving my RAV4 he came home one day and said I think I want a RAV4. So on 4/13/13 we had an appointment with Chuck and drove away in another RAV4! My husband is SO happy! We traded in the Chrysler and financed the rest. That brings me to the second name from the above survey. Jessica Braun handled that and she just made it FUN! She was very proficient at the paperwork, explained everything and dealt with me (I was grumpy because I was ready for lunch...I swear I am like a toddler sometimes). WOW I am still cant believe the car we bought. After my car died on 2-19-13 (Literally!) We decided to go into this dealership. Bruce welcomed us right away and sat down and asked some questions about what we could afford while we were completing the application. He then put us in the waiting room and drove up with a 2011 Toyota Camry. We took it for a test drive.I thought there was no way we can afford this or get approved.We dont have the best of credit due to medical bills. We hve been turned down Literally by everyone. Except by those scam artists at Carhop. Within a few minutes Bruce introduced us to Paul in finance. He came through for us and got the financing we needed. I cannot tell you what it feels like when someone goes out of their way to help someone out. Within an hour we were on our way home with our car. I look out at it everyday and I smile. Thank you to Bruce and Paul for making this possible. You have customers for life!

What a great experience to shop for and buy a new 2013 RAV4 from Darin Wald! We researched Toyotas as much as we could beforehand and came to the dealership for the first time, ready to see some inventory. Darin met us last week when we arrived and worked with us efficiently until we drove away with our new car. He answered our numerous (!!!) questions with solid information, showed us the service center, explained two models as we narrowed our search, took us on test drives, gave us time to consider our options and supplied us with the best deal. Inver Grove Toyota seemed to get out of their way to get us the best deal possible on our used car. We were fully expecting to come away with a different car, but were pleasantly surprised when we also got an extended factory warentee as well. The customer service was excellent, all of our questions were answered honestly and completely, and we were never pushed into any decisions. We would definitely go to them again, and are very happy with the entire experience.

A family member purchased a Rav-4 last summer (2012). The deal was great. Service has been a run-around. We realized the other day that the tabs were 4 months expired. This dealership never mentioned anything about the tabs to my family member when this vehicle was purchased. Whenever I have purchased cars, either new or used, the dealerships that I have personally dealt with ALWAYS provided the first issue of license plates or tabs. My family member was never informed about when the tabs will expire when the vehicle was purchased. We never received a tab renewal notice in the mail. We had to scramble at the last minute to get funds to purchase the new tabs, once we realized they were 4 months expired.GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE involves taking care of customers, and supplying plates, or the first license plate tabs, when they purchase the car. The dealerships that I deal with always inform me UP FRONT that the tabs will be due at a certain time, and that they will call me when they receive the tabs. An employee at the DMV confirmed this fact for us, that IT IS THE DEALERSHIPS RESPONSIBILITY to take care of this with the purchasing customer when it comes to tabs and/or license plates. That confirms what I have always experienced. My family member was told by this dealership that they do not to that when we called about this today. This is simply NOT TRUE. In all of my vehicle purchases at other dealerships, they have ALWAYS - without fail - taken care of this for me. This could have cost us a lot more money, had we received a ticket. We are choosing not to do business with this dealership in the future.

I went 3 times for the same car, and they continued to be friendly the whole, frustrating time. The reason I didn't give 5 stars for the buying process is because there was oil for an old repair on the underside of the engine that should have been cleaned off before I took the car to my mechanic, causing much more research and time on my part that I felt should have been necessary. Also, they spray the top of the engine with something (silicone) to make it shiny. It looks like a greaser from the 70s, and I hear from mechanics that they hate it both for the feel and for the deteriorization that it eventually causes to the rubber/plastic parts.All that said, Lindsay was WONDERFUL! She was patient both with all the hoops my mechanic had us jump through to make sure the car was in good condition and with my lagging schedule (I was later than we wanted me to be). My trade was in rough shape, but she helped me get a good amount for it. (My mechanic was very pleased, and, I think, amazed.) Scott the mechanic was very helpful and personable as well, both to me and during the call between him and my mechanic. I hate car buying because I feel it's a 'me vs. the salesman' situation, but I'd definitely go here again.

I was referred by a friend to the Toyota dealership to work with Linda Cichanowski. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was friendly and very easy to work with. It was the easiest and fastest process for leasing a car that I have ever experienced. She was very thorough and gave me feeling that I was getting the best deal possible. I was not thinking that I was going to leave there that day with a new Rav4 but I did. Everything only took a little over two hours! It was a great experience! After purchasing cars at all most every dealership in the Twin Cites, yesterday I bought a new Tacoma at Inver Grove and had the best experience of my life. From the initial phone contact with the receptionist, being transferred to Mike Althoff and meeting the rest of the staff once arriving at the dealership I just can't say enough about the way I was treated! Tom Flanagan was at Southtown Toyota when I bought my 1999 Tacoma and I have to say they are fortunate to have him as Sales Manager. I was referred to this dealership and will be sending everyone I can to them in the future. Very impressed!

I've had nothing but bad luck with cars so I wasn't exactly pumped about car shopping yet again but I was ready for something new. I had no idea what I was looking for this time around but Liz knew exactly where to start.I told her how much I could afford and a few things I wanted to get from new car (low miles, better gas,etc)She took me through all of my options and explained each one in detail so I knew exactly what I would be getting. Looking for a new vehicle is a joy when you are being taken care by Darin. He first listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle, in this case two, and then we narrowed down the choices to a few to test drive. After deciding on models, it was really just a question of color. All of our questions were answered promptly by Darin and if he didn't know, he asked someone else that did. I have had my new Toyota Rav4 for almost one week now and I love it! Ramon was a true professional. A few months ago, I was looking for a used vehicle. I went to 5 other dealerships before we visited Inver Grove Toyota. I was greeted by the receptionist Karen. She quickly sent Mr. Ramon Tosca to see me and my family. He greeted my family and was extremely friendly and curtius. Ramon asked many question about what our needs for a vehicle were. He proceeded to rapidly find the vehicle that met our exact needs. He was not pushy or short with us in any way. He introduced me to Mr. Flanigan. After we agreed on price, thanks to Mr. Tosca and Mr. Flanigan we were decided on the purchasing this new used car. Mr Tosca took additional time to inform us of the specific options on the car and showed us many details personally. I was treated warmly and feel like we recieved top sales service as I have never received in the past for other dealerships. We met with Mr. Paul Kunz the finance manager and he got us the best possible rate. He explained the process easily and without any issues. Walking out of the finance office we were warmly greeted by Mr. Jeff Sterns. He continued to share the same helpful and friendly assistance. He thanked us for purchasing a vehicle from his business. He shared how much it ment to him that we felt taken care of and had a love for the car that we were purchasing. He told us to see him if we had any questions on the car and to see him in his "FISH TANK" office.We were most impressed with Mr. Tosca's honesty and caring sales assistance. We would most likely of walked away from the dealership as the others we had visited but for his top notch assistance. He also has a great sence of humor. We have refered others to see Mr. Tosca and wish for our friends and family to have the same terrific experience. I came in on a Saturday morning somewhat frustrated becasue of previous day at another dealership. I decided to give another dealership a chance before bought a different brand of car. I ended up purchasing a new car and was very happy with the vehicle. Any questions I had were answered quickly and I did not feel any preasure to make a decision immediately. I ended up very happy with the car I got and have already recomended this dealership to some of my freinds.

My partner was very happy to be able to get out of her lease 2 months early if she purchased a new car. Ramon Tosca stated that she wouldn't have to pay those last payments and not to worry about the overage on the milage. They would take care of it. It did sound too good to be true, and I guess it was because 3 weeks after purchasing a new vehicle she received a bill for $2,100 from Toyota Financial for mileage overage and for the extra set of keys that she, in fact, DID return.She was interested in a Prius C, the inexpensive Prius. Ramon misled us and said it was really hard to get a Prius C because they couldn't ever keep them on the lot. In a future conversation with Amanda, the manager, she said this simply wasn't true. That if my partner wanted a Prius C, they would've found a way. Too late. She already bought a Prius V and signed the papers. Amanda wasn't able to do anything for us after the fact unless my partner wanted to take a $6,000 hit. I guess she did do something, she told us to go out for dinner and send her the receipt. That was it.We are Wisconsin residents. The woman working in Finance when talking about WI law regarding license plates stated "That is the only good thing about Wisconsin" and "Sorry, I just can't stand your governor." It was very unprofessional and left us speechless.We were purchasing a vehicle, not having a political discussion.Ramon Tosca, the salesman, continually ripped on another dealership in the Twin Cities area, Walser Toyota. We found this to be very unprofessional as well.I also find it interesting that Ramon talked up the vechile and warranty. Yet, the Finance woman when trying to sell extra warranties started talking down the vehicle and how much it's going to cost to replace parts and how the warranty doesn't cover much.This was a very bad experience and I really wish it could've been resolved.

As a first time car purchaser, I had no clue where to start with browsing et alone a vehicle purchase. I had been to 3 dealerships prior to my trip to Inver Grove Toyota in one day and was completely frazzled. Darin, the sales associate, greeted me and listened to my vehicle needs, my interests, and my concerns. Since I was purchasing my first vehicle, I was a bit flakey about a commitment so I had to come back in multiple times to look at the vehicle again, but all 4-5 times I came back in, Darin was there to assist and answer any questions I had. I also had a trade in so during one of my visits, Darin pulled the Used Car Sales Assoc., over to meet and chat with me about my trade in. Each time I came in, I was greeted with kindness by Darin and all the people I worked with at Inver Grove Toyota. I greatly appreciated the kindness, honesty, and sincerity that Darin and the staff at Inver Grove Toyota portrayed as they helped me with my first purchase. Inver Grove Toyota was wonderful to work with and always maintained their high level of professionalism; which is why I will be referring all my friends and family to Inver Grove Toyota.

My husband and I settled on a used Toyota 4Runner and after looking around, found one we both liked at Inver Grove Toyota. I hate the entire concept of purchasing a car; salesman pressure, etc., and was apprehensive to begin with. The guy I dealt with was great. I told him I would be out of town but I was interested and if the car was available on a particular date, I would come test drive it. I asked him not to email me before a particular date and he did as I requested! Once I came down to test drive and met with Brad, it was a very laid back environment and I felt comfortable doing business there. Came back a few days laters to make the purchase and the entire deal went smoothly and was a pleasure. I know they are in the business of selling cars so there was that aspect, however from previous experiences I've had at other dealers around the country, this would rate in my top 2! I'm surprised the other reviewer had a completely different experience because I only experienced professionalism at every turn!

I was shopping for a 2012 Sienna of a specific color exterior and interior. Many dealers offered prices $200 to $300 above "dealer invoice". Linda's offer was several hundred under any other dealer. I reserved the minivan with a credit card via the telephone. Linda said she would have the vehicle ready the next day. I was able to arrange a ride for Friday, Linda's day off. She offered to come in that Friday so she could meet me and take care of any issues to complete the purchase. After the purchase, Linda has been in frequent contact with me as have several people from the dealership via telephone and email. They always ask if I have any problems, to please let them know so they can take care of them. Linda has significant product knowledge that I have not found in other Toyota salespeople.No problems so far, the Sienna performs extremely well and the experience I have had with Inver Grove Toyota and especially with Linda and her pleasant and up front method of selling will bring me back. I will also recommend Linda extremely strongly. She is one of the best salespeople with her knowledge and openness that I have ever worked with.

Linda (sales) and Jenny (parts and accessories) were great to work with. The sale was smooth and straight-forward. I was given fair market value for my trade. FJ's are in pretty high demand, so not a lot of room on sticker price. Linda was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I ordered accessories from Jenny and she was great to work with, too. I buy a lot of vehicles and I recommend this dealership.

I live in Montana and called Bridget for some help and advice on a new Tacoma: she was recommended to me by a friend who lives in the cities. Even knowing that she would probably not get a sale out of helping me she went above and beyond to do so anyways. She was incredibly knowledgeable, truthful and so helpful with the whole process. I only wish I lived in Minnesota so I could have bought the vehicle from her.

Purchase was in august 2010Price was good - they matched the price of other dealership.Bridget is very nice, patient and knowledgeable.Customer service was great up to the point of us leaving the deposit and ordered it - then non - existent. I had to call numerous times to find the status of the car.But the worst came during attempted trade - in and signing of the papers.We had a appointment with Bridget - but she still had us wait for an hour before we talk to her (she had other possible clients). For trade in and signing - all the information was supplied to the dealership - but none was entered in, thus another 1.5 hours before they gave me ridiculously low price for trade in and another hour before papers were signed.And the lowest point came during final delivery. We had 3 adults and 2 kids with us and again we had an appointment. We waited 2 hours for Bridget to see us despite numerous attempts to find somebody not that busy (she was again busy with potential customers).Finance office was great - fast and efficient.Bottom line - if price is utmost important - great dealership. Maybe I just was unlucky - coming during busy time.

I bought a new Camery from this dealership which was a good experience. The salemen helping with the purchase was great. Then I decided to look for a 2nd car for my wife. After working on a used Toyota a price was offered accepted then the dealership took back the offer. thus the car agreement fell through. No reasonable alternative was offered. The way it was explained was they were not interested in selling a car at that rate when summer months were so close they could keep it and make more money on the vechile then selling the convertible in Jan. There was a trade in involved which again they offer me a price on that car and when it came to the final arrangements to purchase they lowered the price of the trade in by $1000. When you feel like you have been treated excellent you tell one person maybe (however in this case I have told at least 10 of the treatment at this dealership regarding used car sales). I had started to refer people to this dealership but that has stopped. Currently one of my referrals bought the other is hesitating to make a decision based on my experience. I have also sent two people to other dealership where they have been treated very nicely and the dealership has honored there quotes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We told Pat what we wanted and didn't want so the sale went fast and smooth. They explained in detail the features of our new Toyota and even helped us input #'s on the phone. It was raining the day we were there and they had 2 men standing at the door with umbrellas...how cool was that. Looking forward to going back for the free cooffe, oil change and tire rotation and of course seeing Pat, Wayne and Jessica in the finance dept ( I think that was her name). Our experience overall was fantastic just like the new Toyota we purchased. Thanks everyone......you guys are awesome.

We recently purchased a used Toyota Solara from Darin and Tom at IGT. It was purchased "As Is" and had nearly 100k on it. We drove it for about 500 miles before learning that it was consuming quite a bit of oil. We monitored it and after learning it was more serious than we thought, we returned back to IGT and had their service dept (which is very nice by the way) take a look at it. The said it needed an O2 sensor (free of charge) and they would start a monitoring program for the oil, to come back after 500 miles. We returned after 500 miles and they found it to be a qt low at that time and did some testing. To make a long story short, IGT took responsibility (even though there was really no way for them to know about it beforehand) and purchased the car back from us at full price. This now was about 2 months later. We could have really been stuck with thousands of dollars of repairs. You don't find customer service like this anymore, and it was unfortunate we couldn't find another car their to replace this one, but I would highly recommend Inver Grove Toyota to anybody looking for a vehicle and truly thank them for the kind service.

Tyler was very professional. He has a very likeable personality. He does definitely not fit the old stereotype of an "used car dealer". I liked that he was not too aggressiv. He let me go when I wanted to go to check out another car at his competitor. He was very helpful even with my unusual request(make DVD player code free so I can take the car to Switzerland when my job assignment in the States is done).Ann took care of the papaer work. She explained to me all the option that come with a certified used car from Toyota. I felt informed, not cornered.Very nice job, very nice store, excellent service. Tyler was a fantastic sales representative who was helpful, creative, and very responsive to my needs. He was also very pleasant to deal with. The only negative with the dealership -- and it has nothing to do with Tyler -- is that after you say you're going to buy the car, they put a full court press on to sell expensive and unnecessary add-ons like rust proof, water guard etc. That notwithstanding, my experience was very good and Tyler was great.

I would like to share the great experience My wife and I had buying our new RAV4 at Inver Grove Toyota. Bridget Quin-Enstrom made the buying experience was very enjoyable. I found Bridget to be very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot, both new and used. She was very patient with me and my many question as we narrowed in on the car we finally ended up buying for my wife. The dealership was very competitive with pricing the trade-in and I was very pleased with the price of the new RAV4. But what really was impressive is Bridget's knowledge of the leasing option and that she explained how leasing the car may save us money in the long run. We did end up with a lease, fist time ever, and thanks to Bridget, it will save us money. I would recommend Inver Grove Toyota, and Bridget in particular.

I contacted the dealership through email to begin with to inquire about their inventory of RAV4s. Their were very quick in responding and following up on all of my questions. My husband and I made an appointment to come in to test-drive their one available RAV4 with 4WD. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy at all. We did all of our negotiating with Tree who was very professional and friendly. Eventually we agreed on a price and bought the car. Tyler was there to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle and answer any other questions we had about servicing, etc. Overall, it was a very painless process and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Linda was friendly, interested in hearing what we wanted from a car BEFORE she suggested one, did not try to sell us things we did not want, and shared (appropriately) with us a little of who she is, thus humanizing the transaction. We loved the "soft sell" approach. Generally I get a terrible stress stomach ache when we buy a car, but this experience was pretty painless. Thanks, Linda! Just wanted to let everyone know what a fantastic experience we had at Inver Grove Toyota-My salesman Kole was extremely knowledgeable about all the makes and models-He was very patient with the process and did not pressure us in any way. When we took delivery of the vehicle Kole was very detailed and thorough with the cars features to make sure we understood and could operate them all. Everyone that we had contact with were friendly and receptive to us. Dave in finance was informative and personable. The dealership was clean and well laid out and very comfortable to be in. We also felt the end price of the vehicle we purchased was more than fair so were extremely pleased about that! Heard very positive dealings with your dealership from our friends. So, we thought wewould give you a try. When we arrived we were meet by Kole. What a knowledgeable salesman, he knew everything we asked about the car we purchased. His knoweledge helped us make the decisionto purchase a Yaris when considering other makes easy. My wife and I stopped by Luther's Toyota on Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010. We had just come from the Nissan dealer across the street, talking with a sales guy whom I was not impressed with. We had done research on the Altima and Camry and told my wife I think we're better off looking a the Camry. We drove into the Luther lot and was met my Wayne Holten, great guy, very professional and opposite of our previous sales guy experience. If your looking for a great car, knowledgeable and no pressure salesman, we recommend requesting a visit with Wayne (Johnny Carson look alike). He found us the car my wife had wanted, at a reasonable price, with a few laughs thrown in. I typically don't like dealing with salesman, but highly recommend seeing Wayne. Straight shooter, honest. Dealing with Lindsay was a GREAT experience. She really worked well with us and tried to give us exactly what we were looking for. She was very welcoming and never once appeared to be getting upset with us. I would highly recommend Lindsay as a sales person when visiting Inver Grove Toyota.

I had such a good car buying experience at Inver Grove Toyota. From Wayne in sales to the staff in the finance department, it was excellent how they treated me. Wayne even made a special trip to deliver the car to me. Consider me a very satisfied customer. I've heard that you should never pass on a chance to make a good first impression.That must be their mission statement at Inver Grove Toyota. Thank you

Having shopped at 4 dealers before coming here I was getting nowhere with trying to trade in my vehicle and getting a new one that would work for me. One other dealer seemed to want to get me on my way without making much attempt to find me a solution.Inver Grove Toyota from the outset was professional and friendly. You get the feeling these guys know what they are doing from the moment they meet you without a touch of that 'car-sales' feel that you get from most dealers.The salesman ( Wayne ) from 1st talking to him seemed like he was going to find some way to get me a deal that would work for me...almost had the feeling like it was personal with him. And Dan in finance discussed multiple options with clarity and expertise, including high-mileage lease ( which I didnt think was possible ).I ended up getting more than I expected at a fair price and a great price for my trade.I would highly recommend these guys if you need a vehicle...if they cant get you a deal that is attractive to you, I'd bet no one could.As a matter of fact I'd have recommended them even if we couldnt have reached a deal.

I've purchased 5 cars over my lifetime and by far-and-away, this has been the best car-buying experience either I or my husband has ever had. Mike Althoff was friendly, efficient and professional. I received a big smile-producing dollar amount for my 8-year-old trade-in and good advice about how to configure the options I wanted most for my new Prius without paying more than I wanted to--and get options I didn't really care about. Inver Grove did after-market leather and seat heaters and gave me a new Camry loaner to drive. I loved the seat heaters and was tepid about the way the leather was fitting on two head rests, a door and part of a seat. I called Mike and left a message stating my concerns about the leather. He called back the next day and said, if I'm not happy, bring it back and they'd re-do it. I did and it was perfect. Prior to the Prius brake recall, I called Inver Grove's service. It was in the midst of the accelerator recall. I spoke with Steve within a couple of rings of the phone, he listened to my concerns, patiently explained that there currently wasn't a recall, but that what I was experiencing seemed to be related to a software fuction for the anti-lock break and told me that he was documenting my concerns and would send them to Toyota for me. I received an e-mail from Mike Althoff the next day after the Prius recall was announced, stating what the recall entailed and telling me my options for service. I clicked on the link to Inver Grove's Web site, clicked on the service menu (I noticed prices were listed for common services) and was scheduled for my recall work at a day and time convenient for me. I was in-and-out of the service in 40 minutes with a free car wash and flowers to boot. There's been nothing that I haven't really liked about this dealership and I personally visited the manager to let him know that and to congratulate him (this intentional customer care comes from the top down). I've NEVER done that before.

My wife and I were interested in a used Cadillac SRX that they were selling (they had it on the lot since another customer had traded it in). We contacted the dealership, and stressed repeatedly that we were NOT interested in any cars with REAR-wheel drive. We were told by Greg Gagne that this particular car had FRONT-wheel drive (he supposedly verified this with a phone call to a local Cadillac dealership), so we made a 40-minute drive to see the car. We completed a test drive, and had agreed on a tentative price pending a review of the Carfax/Autocheck. They were slow in providing the paperwork, and we finally discovered why. We had asked to speak directly to the Cadillac dealership and provided them with the VIN #. The Cadillac dealership (the same one that Greg had supposedly spoken with earlier) told us that this car was a REAR-wheel drive. Greg ASSURED us that the Cadillac dealer was not correct or being disingenous. We contacted a 2nd Cadillac dealership to verify using the VIN #, and they also told us this car was a REAR-wheel drive. He also told us that NO 2006 SRX's had FRONT-wheel drive, only ALL-wheel drive or REAR-wheel drive(which made us question if Greg had really spoken to him).We spent a significant amount of time with this dealership, and we were very disappointed with the end result. Greg was either a) disingenous, or b) did not know his merchandise that he was trying to sell us. Either way, this result was unacceptable. If not for our independent verification, we would have walked out the door with a car that was NOT what was represented to us. Buyer beware!!!

My past experiences with automotive salespeople has been less than satisfying; I've been pressured, belittled, schmoozed and worse. As a result, I have never really felt that great about the car-buying decisions I've made; in fact, I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth time and again.My experience at Toyota was the complete opposite of this. My salesperson, Mike, was fantastic. He was extremely respectful and I never once felt pressured. In fact, when I asked to have the night to mull over my decision, he encouraged it. When I decided to buy my Scion, he walked me through everything step-by-step, making sure that I understood everything and was comfortable.Jessica and Ann, the two finance managers I worked with, were equally excellent and enthusiastic. Upon buying my car, I was also introduced to the general manager, who was very friendly. I got the overall feeling that these people really like their jobs.I've had my new car about a week, and I absolutely love it. I feel great about my decision, and would definitely recommend this dealership. Pushy salespeople, take note!

Bridget was a pleasure to work with which was refreshing after dealing with other dealerships. She was energetic, polite and knowledgeable. She helped us understand why the vehicle was priced the way it was and didn't get annoyed when we sought to negotiate the price. I would definitely work with Bridget again and will recommend my friends to see her when they need a car. Great job!

I've always dreaded the hassle of purchasing a new car. Shook my self-confidence to the core. But all the people at Inver Grove Toyota, and especially our sales person Wayne Holten (a deadringer for Johnny Carson!), made it a relaxing and confidence-building experience. No "vultures," no surprises. Seems to be a dealership that prides itself in customer service and satisfaction. I feel we got a quality car at a great price from an ethical company. And that's what it's all about. Since our purchase, we've had follow-up phone calls on our level of satisfaction from the manager, from Wayne, and from Toyota headquarters. We feel like VIPs! We'll definitely go back to Inver Grove Toyota for our next car purchase.

Leased a 2010 Sienna. My first experience with leasing. Wayne and the entire staff were very helpful and patient with us. Customer service is obviously number one with this dealer. The whole experience was A plus. I highly recommend this dealer.

I leased a new 1010 Camry. Linda was top notch to work with. She explained all details thoroughly. I had a price point for the payment and Linda worked really hard to meet the number! This by far has been my most pleasant car purchasing experience and I have had many! Thanks Linda!

I had a great experience with inver grove toyota dealership they was very friendly and met my needs for my new car I did the cash for clunker to buy my new toyota prius and I am very happy with my car my salesman tyler le did a very excellent job on helping me through the whole process , he is a very good salesman very polite and helpful I would recommend this dealership and to use tyler as the salesman to buy your next car.

I lease. This was my first experience with this dealership. Every part of the transaction went smoothly, with no pressure and no surprises. The salesman was professional in every regard and was willing to answered all of my questions. The finance person was made the final chapter of the experience very easy for me. Very pleased with the sales and service staff. We got the vehicle we wanted at at the price we wanted to pay. They also where very fair on the value of our trade in. The finance department was very friendly. Very accommodating and patient with us. I would definitely buy from them again.
