I have never owned or driven an Infiniti vehicle but based on positive recommendations by a few of my friends in the auto industry I wanted to find out for myself what they are like. Arriving at the dealership I was greeted by a salesman and I explained to him that I was interested in a used SUV that provides third row seating and my budget requirements. He was pretty clear with my requirements. He said he had a few on the lot that would fit into my budget. After driving the JX35 I was certain this was the car for me. From the comfort of the seat to the little gadgets I found my self in a vehicle that I enjoyed driving. On top of the vehicle I really appreciated the low pressure sales process. I was allowed to take a vehicle for a test drive and inspect the car. When it came time to negotiating the price I explained that I wanted to stay under a certain value to stay in my budget. I also asked about the in house financing and I was told a very low rate would potentially be possible. The salesman actually said maybe 2%. I needed to know at this point if I should get my own financing or go with the Infiniti loan program. I went through the preapproval process at the end of the afternoon and as an afterthought I asked what the loan percentage was. The percentage was not 2% as earlier indicated so I asked if they could look around for another lender with a lower price and the salesman said he would and I was happy that they would try to get it lower so I would not have to spend my time looking for financing. I also indicated how much I was willing to put down. Satisfied with the process so far we agreed that I could come back the next day to finish to accommodate my schedule. At the end of the evening I was told to show up the next day with a check for X amount of dollars and my trade in. I asked a few times the dollar amount to confirm because I didnt want to make any mistakes so we were all clear. The next day I arrived with the bank check in hand and my trade in cleaned out. I was greeted by the salesman and he confirmed everything was good. I handed him my trade in title and bank check as discussed the day before. Next I met with the finance person while the salesperson started the plate transfer. I immediately felt comfortable with him The new XJ35 was perfectly cleaned and ready to drive away. He went through the usual sales pitch of warranty and other add ons. He mentioned the monthly payment but it was not what we discussed the day before. I then asked what the interest rate was and if they found a lower rate. His response was no because he was not asked to find a lower rate and that they generally use Infiniti because it's better for them and proceeded to try to distract me away from asking for additional financing options. I then asked him to review the price of the vehicle, my trade in vehicle price and the amount of the check I was supposed to bring in cash. There was a $3k price difference because they made some math mistakes the night before and my trade in price ($3K) was not supposed to be included in the cash difference meaning the bank check I brought with me. Now the price of the vehicle per month is over my budget per month and I already have what I thought was a check to cover the difference. This is what really upset me- The embarrassment of getting put on the spot over additional money after I repeatedly asked if we were all set and then being pushed into a higher financing rate than I needed to pay. I feel like I lost control over the negotiation because of lack of my own lack of preparation. I would have provided my own financing if I had known there would be no more additional options. Also being told they would look for lower financing and not doing so they could keep the financing in house. I left the financing table immediately to discuss this with my sales person. He discussed what happened with his manager and they said there was nothing they could do and It was up to me to cover the difference. They acknowledged they made the mistake and they agreed it was messed up by them through their own miscommunication but they would not make good on the deal. After leaving I called their corp. headquarters to find out if they could push the sale and they said all they could do is open a case and then look into it. I'm extremely disappointed that the deal did not go through. I spent a solid 2 days at the dealership between commuting, test driving, discussing the purchase, going through the purchase and cancelling the purchase. The sales guy was very pleasant during the entire process and I feel bad for him. I feel like the numbers guys screwed us both over. I really expected to be driving out of there with a new car. Out of principle I'm going to shop somewhere else after walking out. I'll probably cross post this same thread so hopefully other people can learn by my mistakes and be more prepared when buying a vehicle. I don't want to use the salesperson's name out of respect. Sorry if this sounded more like a rant than a review. I wanted to also mention that the price on the vehicle was fair. I have been doing a lot of research and it was reasonably priced.

I was at another dealer working a deal on a new QX50 and I wanted to certain color that they said they didn't have in stock but could get one but they were trying to push me into one they had on there lot, So I called the Infiniti of Norwood and spoke to a salesperson named Roger and asked if he had a QX50 white on chestnut and they did have one. I then told him the deal I was getting at the other dealer and if they could do it on the one I wanted, after a few min he then called back and said ok it sounds as if we can do the deal and off I went! The salesperson had the car waiting out front for me and it was exactly what I wanted we then proceeded to do paperwork and I was back the next day to pick it up. I must say it was a very easy smooth process.

I recently purchased a Q50 and the entire process from the time I inquired about a car online through to my visit to the dealership to delivery was handled with the highest level of knowledge, personalization and professionalism. I was never pressured, Michael Howard educated me on the vehicles, the differences, had everything set up for test drives and upon delivery had everything ready and walked me through all the functions and features of the vehicle. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the entire process and good experience.

I went into Infiniti with the intention of possible leasing a vehicle. As I am very new to the whole car buying and leasing experience, I had tons of questions I needed answered and process iwanted to be walked through. Eric did an excellent job answering all my questions, followed through when I was confused, researched questions that he did not know the answer to ( which I was very grateful for since it shows that he wasn't all about just telling me anything for the sale). I left there with still a few questions and over the course of the next few days he emailed me with the answers and suggestions to the rest of my questions. As far as the prices!!!! He was able to get it down to a comfortable monthly payment level for me. Really went above and beyond. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been bringing my car here for 5 years, I'm a 6'3" guy. The one time my wife brought the car in by herself we had a very different experience. The car was in fine working order but after an oil change we were told the car could not get a safety inspection service due to faulty front end parts. The car had 60,000 miles but has never had any issues. We declined the work and as soon as we leave the shop the car is now making obvious noises in the front end. I firmly believe these people damaged the bearings in the front end so that they could get the repair job. Further they said the car could not be inspected due to an airbag sensor. It took me 30 seconds to google airbag sensor and reset it myself. The dealer wanted 45 minutes diagnostic time just to figure if there was a problem. Stay clear of this dealer!!! I did send the GM a letter to tell them of my experience and recieved no response.

I recently purchased my leased SUV from Michael at Inifinti of Norwood --Love the brand but love the staff even more. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive as always...no hassle no pressure. My transaction was completed quickly, Michael handled everything. As promised I received an email within 2 weeks --title transferred, updated insurance, new plates, and registration done--ready to go! I think I was there for 40 minutes tops. I went and had my tires replaced at a local tire shop to drive and save a few dollars. When I left I my front end felt out of balance, and I had a warning light on my dash. Infiniti of norwood fixed what turned out to be a tire pressure sensor and rebalanced my tires, all at a reasonable cost and very quickly Next time I'll service at the dealer.

I bought a traded in, barely used Toyota from this dealership. I worked with Sales Consultant Jon McGaw and his managers. They facilited a very easy, fast and comfortable purchasing process. We negotiated a great deal. Jon extended himself to me to reach him personally with any problems after purchasing the car and has already been very responsive. You know, I love to read Yelp reviews and do all kinds of homework before I go anywhere. And quite frankly, Infiniti of Norwood had some negative reviews which made me a bit apprehensive but hey, everyone deserves a second chance...I guess. So I went in and met with Eric. Glad I came here despite the negative reviews. Eric made the car buying process a bit less stressful and was very patient and accommodating. Rare, especially from car salesmen who are sorta sleeze buckets anyway. Took some time to get the right deal but Eric was there making sure I got what I wanted at numbers I was somewhat comfortable with. I'll continue to recommend anyone in the market for a new car to come see Eric at Infiniti of Norwood before looking elsewhere.

I just left dealership after I had to call Police. I was contacted by an employee of the dealership that wanted to purchase my Infiniti. I went to Infiniti of Norwood to conduct transaction and Eric Amoah and two other employees all dressed in Infiniti of Norwood uniforms boxed my car in n and aggressively demanded money from me right in front of my wife and kids. They locked themselves in the showroom and would not come out until the Police arrived. The officers instructed Eric to move his vehicle from behind mine so i could leave the area. My two children were frieghten as Eric and 2 other employees surrounded me demanding I give them $500 and they would move their vehicle. When i advised them i was contacting the police they retreated to the showroom, until they seen police arrive. I am sure the dealerships owner is unaware of what their employees are doing, but this is definitely a horrible representation of a professional business. As I business owner myself I would never want my company or employees acting in this manner.

I bought CPO Infinity Ex35 in that dealership. It was really good experience. I'm not easy buyer, so conversation was pretty long. Jon is very patient person and good salesman. I didn't experience any pushing how it usually happens when you dealing with most salesmen. And the car price also was good the same as my trade-in vehicle price.

We weren't looking to necessarily buy a newer vehicle right now, but the lowest price on a very-low mileage 2011 Nissan Murano SL (by almost $5k!!!) within 50 miles of our home got us in the dealership all the way from New Hampshire. We were immediately approached by Yaro, who understood and respected that we weren't buyers right now but that we did see the value of this vehicle compared to every other used 2011 fully-loaded Murano in the area. Really no pressure at all, no sales gimmicks, no "I can only get you that low price with x-numbers down, if you buy today" nothing.We did decide to take it for a test drive, as even though we were interested in buying closer to 90-120 days from now, it had everything we were looking for (including the color that my wife loved). We both loved the test drive and decided that we would at least get an idea as to the trade-in value of our vehicle and a ballpark on the monthly payments. Yaro was quick to introduce us to the Sales Manager, Adam Goldstein, who looked over our older Murano with high mileage and gave us a quote on our vehicle for trade that was a lot higher than what we expected.Given that the numbers looked good on the trade and the already unbelievably low price on the '11 Murano, we decided to take the next step and be a bit more serious about moving up our purchase timeframe. Again, no real sales pitch from Yaro; he listened to what we were comfortable with, we knew the value of the vehicle we wanted to buy and how aggressively priced it was, as well as the add-ons we were interested in. We definitely wanted to see the final price with those extras, the monthly breakdown, etc. before committing. Yaro had us meet with Mike Sweeney, the business manager, who again was laid back and completely respectful of where we wanted to be on a monthly payment. My wife and I went back and forth about an extended service contract, but Mike never pressured us or gave us an aggressive pitch for that contract or any other add-on.Once we saw the breakdown, it really became a no-brainer. But we still weren't sure about moving up our timeframe to purchase even though everything was falling in place. We asked for a little time to go across the street to the deli just to get out of the dealership and really have a chance to talk things over privately. Mike gave us some menu recommendations there and the next thing we knew, Adam had come over and offered to buy us lunch. Maybe it was just a good sales hook to make sure we came back across the street, but he really didn't have to do that and the fact that he did, really helped cement for us that this was a different car buying experience.Needless to say, we just picked up our new-to-us Murano and couldn't be more happy with the entire process. We didn't have to haggle, the staff were all professional and really seemed to go out of their way to make this a transaction we were comfortable with, and I still can't get over the price of our new car, as well as the value they gave us for our trade-in! In fact, the biggest barrier in this transaction was really us being more comfortable with moving up our purchase timeframe. After having passed on the service contract initially and researching the cost of repairs on this newer Murano, we did contact Mike prior to the vehicle being delivered to see if it was too late to reconsider that add-on. The price was really good (they offered both a program through Infiniti as well as through CNA) and we didn't like the prospect of repair charges for our vehicle. Even though all of the paperwork had been completed two days prior, Mike contacted the bank to hold the financing so that we could make our final decision. We're both very happy to now have our new Murano warrantied through 125,000 miles!If you made it all the way through this lengthy review, I think you probably realize that we would highly recommend Infiniti of Norwood. I really can't say enough about how they treated us. The bottom-line is that our purchase was price-driven, we knew this was a good deal; to have the benefit of working with such great professionals was the icing on the cake. Thank you guys!

\I went to a local Nissan dealer to have my winter wheels/tires swapped, but they had problems with the TPMS. I then went to Infiniti of Norwood to have them do the TPMS, whereupon they said they were going to charge me $125 to do just the TPMS...ironic, since I paid $60 to do the entire wheel/TPMS swap just the prior season at Infiniti of Norwood!!! When confronted, the service person I dealt with said it was the Service Manager's decision, not his -- and they eventually relented and agreed to do it for the low, low price of $60. Yeah, right.I also find it ironic that, for some reason, they didn't tell me that Infiniti USA would be contacting me about my service experience, like they did every other time I had my vehicle serviced. Maybe it's because they tried to rip me off, I called them on the carpet, and was quite candid about my displeasure at their trying to fleece me?!?Absolutely disgusting. How many other poor suckers have they gouged? I don't know, and I don't care. See ya, Infiniti of Norwood.

Went out looking at multiple vehicles recently... Infiniti G37x, mercedes C300, BMW 328 xdrive, and the Lexus IS350.. All of the vehicles had things that I liked and also disliked. It was pretty much a toss up. Pricing was pretty much all in the same ballpark. Gabriel from Infiniti of Norwood was the deciding factor.. From the second I met him to the time I found myself driving off with my new G37x not once did I feel like I was being sold something. He did not apply large amounts of pressure but rather showed me another side of sales which i have never been accustomed to. He truly believed in his product and got me to do the same through his passion for the vehicle. Infiniti of Norwood you have a great salesman in Gabriel. Make sure that you are able to retain him or you will be losing a great asset to your dealership...

I live in New Jersey, but had to go all the way to Infiniti of Norwood in Massachusetts as they were one of the few dealerships in the Northeast that had a G37 coupe with a manual transmission. I was a little hesitant to drive for 4 hours, but I did it anyway. I made an appointment using their online chat system. When I arrived at the dealership, they had the car I was interested ready for me. We took a test drive right away, went inside, and did the negotiations. I walked out in less than an hour being the happy owner of a 2010 G37 coupe. Paul Aoun was a great person do deal with and was very friendly. We negotiated based on the final price of the vehicle - they did not try to play the "how much can you afford to pay a month" card. I usually don't leave reviews, but what really motivated me to leave one was this. When I came home later that night, I realized that I had left my laptop in the car that I traded in. Needless to say, I did not want to take an 8 hour round trip the next day to pick it up. I called up Paul and he said he would ship it out that day, at no cost to me. The laptop arrived the very next day. This kind of customer service is what would make me come back to Infiniti of Norwood and recommend it to others.

Signed a lease and picked up my new infiniti this weekend. Initially contacted an online sales consultant who quickly answered my first email and invited me down to visit. Upon my arrival, the online rep. (Teresa) came out and talked to me for 10 minutes or so and introduced me to the salesman, Jason C. As we waited for the test car to come back, they were both very friendly and offered me some beverages from the lounge. The lounge has snacks, sodas, juices, water, etc...leather seats and a big tv. It was a hot day and the AC was already on when I got into the automobile. Jason let me experience the car for myself. One suggestion I have, is to perhaps demonstrate some of the less obvious features of the car during the test drive. For example, I didn't know about the lumbar support on the car seat until I went to pick it up. Just small things like that, especially if you're new to the brand and may be easily impressed by the little things. Also, a potential buyer may become more pumped about an automobile if he/she sees the enthusiasm of the product in the salespeople.When I got back from the test drive, he did not pressure me at all to go back inside and talk numbers. In fact, I was the one to suggest we do. When it came down to talk numbers, again it was a pretty comfortable atmosphere and not much pressure at all. He was respectful to the idea that I was considering another brand and not once did he try to talk me out of it. Jason and his team accepted my counteroffer to get me where I felt was fair based on my research and a payment I was comfortable paying. I suggest everyone to utilize their online resources... truecar, edmunds, and a leasing calculator to get comfortable with some numbers before walking in the door. Most of the time, the numbers shown in the negotiation process are not very transparent.When I came to pick up my car, Jason showed me around the dealership, the lounge, and the service area and made me feel comfortable for my future service visits. He even showed me a youtube video around Infiniti Personal Assistant. After that, he spent a good 15 minutes walking me through the features of my new car and answering my questions before I drove away. Overall, it was pleasant experience.

The negative part of this review is mostly based on my experience with Kenneth Hubbell, one of the Sales Managers. I was treated extremely disrespectfully by Mr. Hubbell, to the point that I assumed he had another buyer, and/or wanted out of our preliminary deal so that he could get a higher price elsewhere. I could not imagine any other rational explanation for such horrible behavior.A day prior, Adam, the other Sales manager, admittedly would not go down a penny on the internet price of this pre-owned car, after learning I might have a trade in. I came back three times in good faith, ready to close the deal, without any movement whatsoever, or any direct explanation from the manager. Michael Howard, and Eric in sales were both friendly, courteous and helpful. My only complaint with Michael, my main sales contact, was the complete and quite atypical rigidity in the negotiation process, over which he may or may not have had control--it was quite frankly, hard to really know his part in that.In spite of the situation, because I knew this was an especially hard to find color with the specific options I wanted, I accepted the deal. There was not even as much as an agreement to swap one new tire, given it is an AWD car with one mismatch.I was told by both Sales reps that if/when I'd come down with a deposit of $500 on the car, it would be "held" for me, while I took it to my mechanic to be checked out.When I arrived ready to buy the car, sign an agreement, hand over a deposit, so that I could take the car to my mechanic early the next day, Ken Hubbell, the Sales Manager, looked me straight in the eye, and rudely told me he would not hold the car under any circumstances...that it was not his policy, and that he "might be able to sell it tonight," and why should he hold it? He further went on to proudly say "that was the way I do business."Clearly not the way most customers want to be treated, especially after quite an unfavorable negotiation process.I would think that placing some value on quality customer service would matter in this day and market, but not so at Infiniti Norwood. After this experience, I would have to rate Infiniti of Norwood on my top 5 worst customer service experiences, ever. If I could have found the same car elsewhere that evening, or even a private buyer for my trade in who would have paid the same money the next day, I would have happily walked away. Instead, I purchased the car, because I wanted it, and was made to feel that my ability to purchase was at risk if I didn't do it immediately. I would NEVER recommend this dealership, as long as they, or their employees are forced to stand behind or comply with a Sales Manager like Mr. Hubbell's hostile behaviors. Mike in Finance was, on the contrary, quite honest, personable, straightforward, and worked hard to get me out of the office as quickly as I requested. I also thought he appropriately responded to my disgruntled feelings, as did Adam. It's a shame when good people have to bear the brunt of their superiors' limitations. I still have yet to have the car checked out by my mechanic, and do sincerely hope that when I do, I will find everything I was told about the car to be safe and true.

We had been looking for used FX 35 in a particular color, Infiniti Norwood had it. Our 1st attempt to inquire about it, it was Sunday at 3pm. The salesman was not really interested in getting the sale, but we saw online there were 2 available. The following week, we saw the car was still available online and called again. This time was connected to Mike Sweeney. Limited for time due to vacation the following week, Mike went over and above the call of duty. We live about an hour away, Mike met us with the car to a location closer to us. We took the car out for a test drive, and was very pleased with the car. We went to Infiniti of Norwood the following day and purchased it. Mike was very professional, made sure the car was clean, took the time to explain details of the car. At the time we took the car (Saturday), there was a problem with the keyfob and windshield needed repairing, and couldn't be done then. Mike came to our house to get the car the following week to make sure the work was done. We don't know of any salesman or dealership, who brings the car to show you, then comes to get the car to get these repairs done. Mike is a very conscientious, straight forward, knowledgeable salesman. He really is very familiar with the cars and Infiniti. We think he is a "valued" employee. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.

From the start, Jason was great to deal with, then I was introduced to the single biggest ass**** I have met. Adam is the guy that gives all car dealers a bad name and as a result I walked out. I was speaking to Jason a few days later and he asked for another chance to earn my business. Since Jason was so professional and easy to work with I agreed, with the condition they kept Adam away. This is when I worked with john. John is a sales manager and like Jason was really easy to work with and couldn't apologize enough for my prviously poor experience at the dealership. John was straightforward and while I could get the original deal I was looking for John thought outside the box and as a result I'm writing this from the very comfortable heated seart of my new m37. I was very busy with work and had to fit in looking for a new vehicle at the same time. Jason and Kevin were able to meet my needs in handling all of the details via email. Because I lived too far away, I wanted to hammer out the details before driving there. Jason went far above and beyond his duties. He actually offered to drive all the way from Norwood to my job in Boston so I could sign all of the paper work on a Friday afternoon. Everything we discussed prior to signing was in the paper work; no gimmicks, no hidden fees, no bait and switch, no upselling. Very classy individuals and top notch service. I will certainly be recommending them to all of my friends and family and look forward to purchasing my future vehicles there. My experience with Infiniti of Norwood was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in my 40 years of buying and cars. I have been attracted to the infiniti line for years but it always seem to be just out of my reach. When I heard the advertised special on WEEI for the G25x Sedan, I figured it was like all other deals and they only had one car at that price in ugly green. Well, I was wrong, they had plenty of inventory to choose from and the the price and the deal was exactly what they said it was and no other dealer could come close. The sales person and sales manager were the best. they didn't push me and let me take my time at my pace to decide on the purchase and color and options. I don't think I'll be buying a car frrom anyone else in the near future.

I sort of stumbled into leasing a new car with Infiniti of Norword. I sent a contact me email to the dealer and they responded back to me within 20 minutes. I told the internet guy what I wanted to pay and put down. He took that info and passed it along to Eric Amoah my sales rep. After a little back and forth we settled on a down payment and monthly payment. It was exactly what I was looking for. I had several months left on my lease and the dealer took it themselves allowing me to get in a brand new car with everything I wanted. I knew I was going to get another Infiniti but I didn't expect to get one for another few months. Infiniti of Norwood pretty much forced me to get it earlier because the deal and service I got in the sales process was just too good. I spent a total of 45 minutes in the dealership once we had the numbers settled through phone and email. The business manager Tom was also awesome. As I told both Eric and Tom, I couldn't wait for the 39 months of my lease to be up so I could work with them on a new deal. This dealer is, without a doubt, the best I have ever worked with. I have had some bad experiences with Ira Audi and this experience with Infiniti of Norwood was amazing. I highly recomend this dealer.

I found Infiniti of Norwood to be typical of what I would call an old style auto dealer. If you are somewhat unsophisticated about the car buying procedure you will walk out thinking you got a great deal. And there is certainly something to be said for that. However, if you know that the sales price and the trade price are really two different deals, you will know you got a good price, but not great by any stretch. And if you want to know what the bottom line is and then think it over, I would recommend that you do not even bother with the visit. You will get the old style come back when you are ready to deal line. The bottom line is I was ready to buy and ended up somewhere else.

I own a Infiniti G35X and found out a couple months ago that the driver's seat had something wrong with it. I called the Infiniti Consumer's number and told them about the problem. They told me that the power in the seat was gone and because of that, there was a chance that the air bag would not go off if I got into a crash. Infiniti told me that I could get it fixed right away for no charge because of my car's low mileage. I took the car to Infiniti of Norwood because it was the place where I bought my first Infinity cars. I was very pleased with the service department there and they were very nice. When I found out on an Infiniti forum that my car had an open recall I called a few Infiniti dealers in the Boston area. When I called Infiniti of Norwood I had a very welcoming conversation with a woman in the service department. She ensured me an appointment for the next day as well as a loaner car (which none of the other dealers could do). So needless to say I was pumped.I show up at the dealership around 8:00 am and drove right into the service bay (which was AWESOME because it was freezing outside). Now this was my first experience with an Infiniti dealer, so I didn't know what to expect.I was greeted by a friendly service writer named Chris, we sat down and went over all the information needed, and even had time to chat about baseball (go Phillies!). 10 minutes later my loaner car was outside running and as warm as could be.Mid afternoon I received a call from Chris with all the info about my FX. He also let me know that my car was being washed and vacuumed! I showed up to the dealership later that afternoon to my car waiting in the service bay as clean as I have ever seen it!I know that reputation is everything at a dealership. Infiniti of Norwood deserves 5++ stars for the service and the way they treat their customers. I am thankful I drove out if my way to find a rare gem of a service department. I attribute the fact that rarely does anything fail in the car to the regular maintenance schedule which Infiniti recommends and the quaklity of the work performed here.I took my first Infiniti to the selling dealer and was completely turned off by the arrogance of the service staff there.Infiniti of Norwood is the place to go.

She is very knowlegeable about the Infinity. I have been going to Norwood Infinity for many years. This is my third Infiniti. She is also very pleasant to speek to and when she delivers the bad news she does it in a very pleasan way. I do feel that a charge for diagnostic evaluation of the problem is not fair for old customer.

I have had my 2003 Infiniti G35 serviced at Norwood since it was purchased. Kerry has gone above and beyond many times in order to make sure my car was 100% to my satifaction. Just as an example, my drivers side back door had some corrosion on the pillar, it was not coevered by warrenty, She contacted corporate infiniti and had them come out and look at the issue. SHe had them replace the entire door at no cost to me. EXCELLENT service.My experince has always been above anything I have had elsewhere.

I submitted a request for a lease quote from Edmunds.com. I was happy to do this on-line since my visit at Infinity at Norwood a year ago was so unpleasant with an unfriendly sales group who ignored me for over 20 minutes. They were, however, enjoying each other's company but completely ignoring the intruding customer. When the salesman called me about the lease, he told me that this dealer was top-ranked in customer service but when I asked by whom, he did not know. He also promised to call me back with a price at a pre-arranged time and he never called. I called him later in the day and he vaguely remembered but offered no apology. His price was higher than other Infinity quotes but my main reason not to shop here (it is the closest to my home) is all because of the poor sales experience that seems to be repeated here in my two attempts to buy there. This is not a customer-focused dealer.

This was the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. I attempted to iscuss some issues I had with his dealership like incomplete paperwork, loss of a payment I had made, and extra fees being tacked on. His curt was response was to tell me to go elsewhere. Everyone was very friendly until they have your money. I would rather buy a used car off of e-bay from an unknow than to give my business to this sleazy manager. I strongly recommend that you look at other dealerships.

I bought 5 cars in the last 11 years from Norwood rt-1 dealers and I can say the buying experience at Infiniti of Norwood was the best. The sales person Jason Cultrera was great to work with, smooth negotiation..treated with same attention and respect Before and After selling the car. I found some minor issues with the car after taking the delivery and Jason got them taken care by the service team immediately. I am impressed with the after sale attention they give to their customers. They are about 45 miles away for me and needs to pass other Infiniti dealers, but looking at their customer service, I feel like going there for all servicing needs. Highly recommended.

I negotiated the price and options before arriving at the dealership. I received the price that I wanted and it was honored when I arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership the car and the options were prepared exactly as I specified. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I bought a used 2009 M35x (former rental) in March of 2010. Overall experience was very good. I've had bad experiences with car dealerships with their deceptive practices and hidden charges. Coming to Infiniti of Norwood, I was expecting the same or worse, but I left there feeling that I got a good deal and they were reputable. The staff was sincere in getting my business by treating me with courtesy and respect. The sales manager, Adam Goldstein was helpful in getting me a good price, but the kudos go out to John McCarthy, the used car manager and in the service department Chris Musone, who went above and beyond AFTER the sale. We all want a good price and are happy when we get it, but it's the treatment after the sale which can make a customer a loyal customer. The business manager David Bingham was professional and made the financial transaction go very smooth and gave me a very good rate to boot.I even had a chance to speak to the general sales manager, Ken Hubbell, a few days after the sale and he was friendly and informative even though I was not there to buy. Overall a very good experience with my purchase and I highly recommend them.

I had ranked the Infinity M37x at the top of my list for a new car. Behind were the Acura RL, Audi A6 and Lexus GS. After test driving the car, I said I was interested in purchasing. Yaro immediately started by telling me the car was just out this week and selling at $1,000 over MSRP. That the price was firm. I said it was over my budget and that I would offer 2% above Invoice and a fair trade on my Lexus. Yaro went away and came back with a very high number and said it was "good for today only". The Sales Manager then came out and looked at my spreadsheet and said I didn't know what I was talking about. In a very demeaning way, he stated that the Invoice prices on NADA , Kelly and Edmunds were not accurate. (It was, in fact, calculated absolutely accutatly according to my Lexus dealer). After dissapearing for a while, he came back and said he could do 3.5% over HIS invoice and countered with a ridiculously low Trade-In. I said it was still way out of my budget and would have to pass. He said I should "step up" and pay the difference. I said no thanks, stood and offered my hand. He looked at it, turned and walked away. The next day, I went to the Lexus dealer. With very little discussion, they accepted 2% over the NADA Invoice for a GS 350 and gave me $400 less on the Trade-In that I asked for. I was treated respectfully and they took the time to explain the difficulties in determining how trade values were determined. The explanation was sufficient for me to compromise on the trade number. I purchased the car that day. If I was treated the same way at the Infinity dealer, I would be driving the M37 today.

This is the second Infinity I've bought at Norwood. (I'm keeping the 2000 Q45 for a third car)(I bought my first Infinity at Inskip and put 337,000 miles on it, then donated it) I checked your web site for availability of used M35's which made you my first stop.Your prices are very good, but your sales person made me comfortable and was totally professional.The choice to buy from Arthur was easy.When I get 100,000 + miles on the M35, I hope your service staff can match the professionalism of Arthur.(They did a great job when I last needed work done on the Q45)

First of all, I sent a request for a valuation of my trade in, a 2007 Lexus ES350. The reply I got told me if I wanted to get fair market value, go to NADA but if I wanted TOP DOLLAR I had to go in which I did. I had seen an advertisement that included"ALL WHEEL DRIVE, LEATHER, MOONROOF, ALLOYS, BOSE CD CHANGER,CLIMATE CONTROL....THE LIST GOES ON AND ON!!!"When I got there the car was a "BASE" NO OPTIONS. Then they offered me 20% LESS than NADA trade in value. They knew I was driving over an hour to get there and fealt they didn't waste my time.STAY AWAY.The next day I bought an 08 Infiniti M35 WITH Bose and nav for $3K less at IRA toyota in Nashua. Thanks IRA.

I leased my 2007 M35X from Norwood, even though I don't live near them, because they were the most straight foward and aggressive of the four Boston area dealers I talked to. Their initial offer was fair, unlike other dealers that started very high, and they worked hard to get the business. My lease is now up and I was thinking about a buying the car off lease, but they made me aggressive offer on new lease for a 2010 and then competed with my local dealer to get the business. They are great to deal with.

Didn't feel like the salesman knew enough about the car. My questions were not answered. I feel like the keys were handed to me after I bought the car, and was left to figure out how to work it on my own. Was very discouraged to find that the car did not have a spare tire, and that I was told to go online to find one. I feel that if you are a salesman, you should have knowledge of what you are selling, not just trying to "close the deal".

We picked up our new M35X last Wednesday and so far we both love the car. It really has it all over the 2008 Cadillac C.T.S. which we just traded. Our salesman, Mike Sweeney spent a couple of hours getting us familiar with the car, which we needed because of the programming involved. My infiniti lease was coming to an end and I had been looking around at all of the infiniti dealerships in the Boston area. After visiting several of them, test driving both the G and the M, I went back to where I leased my previous infiniti at infiniti of Norwood. Knowing what I wanted, I found them to be the most up front and efficient during the negotiation phase. They knew I had done lots of looking around and we quickly arrived at a deal for a new M which wasn't even close to the best offer from the other dealerships.Save yourself a lot of time and money and go directly to infiniti of Norwood.

Was able to walk in with an old car trade it in and leave with my new car in about 3 hours total. Can't ask for much more than that. I probably could have gotten a slightly better deal if I wanted to beat them down on price over a longer period, but did enough research to know that I was getting a very good and fair deal. Only caveat, despite what your salesman tells you on the test drive, you do need excellent credit i.e. 720 score to qualify for the Infiniti finance extra special loans. Overall, great car buying experience, got what I wanted at a fair price in a very short period of time.

The team at Infiniti Norwood was spectacular. I started looking at FX35's at dealerships within 200 miles of my home - to find one with the options I liked. There were several available. But when I visited Infiniti Norwood they took the time, and low key approach, to answer all my inquiries about the vehicle. Even though I wasn't in any rush to get a new vehicle, after a couple of visits and calls I decided moving ahead with the Norwood team was an easy decision. They answered all questions, suggested a few things to consider as I evaluated all my options, were available when I needed them (including quick email responses over the weekend - very attentive), and met all my needs. In short, it's almost like buying your next vehicle from a trusted friend. Give them team a shot at your business - they earned mine. And by the way, I traveled 100 miles to their dealership because it was worth it.

Kevine Lepine is the sales person that I spoke with by phone initially, and then dealt with throughout the transaction of purchasing a new 2008 Infiniti M35X at Norwood Infiniti. I also had spoken with several other Infiniti Dealers in the Boston area, but none were as thorough in their understanding of the detailed questions I had as Kevine was, and none were as able to answer questions relative to other competitive models I was considering. Kevine followed up in a timely fashion but was never "pushy" in my dealings with him. Infiniti of Norwood earned my business because of two important factors with all new car purchases: (1) Knowleable Sales Staff and (2) Superior Pricing.I had been shopping for a car with all wheel drive and I visited; Audi, Lexus, Subaru, Acura and lastly the Infiniti dealership. In my opinion, the other manufactures paled in comparison to the Infiniti G37X and the quality of service that Infiniti provides. I took 4-weeks to shop all the brands and Infiniti has the customer experince and sales training down to a science.I visited three Infiniti dealerships; (1) Infiniti of Nasuha, NH, (2) Herb Chambers in Westborough, MA and (3) Infiniti of Norwood, MA. I liked the sales people at all the Infiniti dealerships. They were helpful, attentive but never brought up pricing or tried to capture me in the Sales Manager's office like many of the other car dealerships had tried.I did all my shopping at Herb Chamber's Westborough Infiniti and Jim Whamsley did a great job showng me all the features of the G37X. They provided a great price on the car, but were extremely low on the trade-in value. I explained that I had another offer that was $3,400 higher for my trade-in and the Sales Manager at Herb Chamber's of Westborough named Paul Martineau was honest with me and said, "If my own mother came in and had a trade-in offer $3,400 higher I would tell her to go to Infiniti of Norwood and buy the car there".Jason Cultera at Infiniti of Norwood was in contact with me when the color car I wanted was not in stock at Westborough or Nashua. He secured the G37X I wanted to purchase and went to the Sales Manager, Adam and got me a trade-in price that was excellent.I drove to the dealership 3:30 PM on a Friday with my checkbook and my car that I was trading in. Jason and Adam looked at my trade-in and we quickly closed the deal. Jason had prepared the insurance, secured new license plates and had the car waiting out front when I arrived. The paperwork was completed promptly and I was driving my new car down the road at 5:00 PM. While I waited I connected to the WIFI, drank a cold drink and closed a business deal at the same time. Perfect!!Infiniti of Norwood is a quality dealership and I highly recommend it to customers that value great service and like getting a super value on the pricing too. Jason did a great job and I had to go back inside and tell Adam the Sales Manager what a pleasure it was to purcahse the car at Infiniti of Norwood.Infinti has a great brand and I am very pleased with the G37X. The car handles the curves like it is running on rails and the 7-speed transmission and 330 hp is fantastic!Definitely buy an Infiniti and to be honest all the Infiniti dealerships were great, but Infiniti of Norwood has the superior pricing.

I bought a FX35 from Infinit of Norwood in late 06 and the transaction was terrific so I returned as a repeat customer for another new Infiniti. The secord time around was a disaster. They insisted on delivering the car to me (G35XS) and they screwed up all the paperwork which I had to over-night back to them at the expense of $20 which the dealership wouldnt even re-imburse me for. Nor did they re-imburse me for my inspection sticker. That was just the beginning. When I traded in my FX35 lease they agreed to pay off my excess mileage charges which equaled $600.00. A couple of months later Infinit of USA started threatening me by fowarding me to collections because of the excess mileage charges. This was just the beginning of a disaster of deal. These people are highly unethical and will stop at nothing to squeeze every dollar out of your wallet in this tough economy. It was such a dramatic difference from my experience with the a few years ago. With car sales way down, they now do WHATEVER it takes to make ANY profit. Stay away from this place, FAR AWAY.

I was looking for a new G37 in late 2007. I had tried several local dealers in greater Boston and was not making much progress. I called Infiniti of Norwood and told them what type of vehicle I had to trade in, what I wanted and got an approximate price. I drove to the dealer and it was a great experience !! I was met by Yaro, a sincere and hard working sales person. No high pressure, no different prices other than what I was quoted and I was signing the sales agreement within 30 minutes.A great experience !!!!Even though Norwood is not close to my home and other Infiniti dealers and closer, I chose to bring my car to Norwood for service and I am glad I did. The service reps Christopher Musone and Stephen Salemme are great. car is always ready when it is supposed to be and they make you feel at home while waiting.I would never go anywhere else to purchase an Infiniti.

Well, I was a little concerned when the car I purchased was shaking when I would step on the brakes. At first, I thought it was just b/c it was new to me but it gradually b/c more apparent that something was wrong. I called up Kerry, the service manager, and asked her if I could get my car looked at and explained the problem. She said that it was probably something with the rotors and I could most certainly drop it off the next morning for service and someone would drive me to work (I only work about 2mi down the road). When I arrived in the AM, I was greated by Steve. He took my keys and got my paperwork done. He asked if I would be waiting and I said that Kerry said the valet would drive me to work. Steve said the valet wasn't in but he would get me a car. After double checking with Kerry, which took only about 2 minutes, he set me up in an g35 loaner to get myself to work. Steve called to let me know my car was ready and what service was done and if I had any questions to contact him. I picked up my car after work without any problems and dropped off the loaner. Kerry even called the next day to follow-up and make sure my problem was fixed to my satisfaction!

Chris was courteous and worked diligently to find me the car I was looking for. Chris was knowledgeable of the car and its features and took the time to explain in detail how the tech package worked. Due to some confusion at the time of sale, the car I purchased did not include a Sirius radio as had been requested. Once notified, Chris assured me that Sirius would be installed at no cost. They picked up the car at my office and returned it that same day with the Sirius installed. The experience was hassle free.I would highly recommend Chris Chase as he is an extremely motivated salesman trying to please his customers. Recently, I was there for an oil change and Chris made a point to come see me to make sure I was pleased with the vehicle. Its this type of extra care that made my experience pleasurable.

Mr. Esteve was very professional and helpfull in helping us pick the right infinity for our needs. Mr. Esteve was very informed on the different models. He did not rush us as we had lots of questions. He let us browse the lot with out being pushy. He took the time to explain all the bells and whistels of the FX35. On the date of our pick up he was off but called me to inforn me that Chris Chase would take care of us. Mr. Chase treated us as if we where his clients. Dealing with Chris Chase was a good experience, he was friendly, patient, informative and very precise. I cannot speak for the rest of the staff, as he was the person I dealt with. He offered information on all aspects of the vehicle and we had a pleasant test drive of the car.

Staff was very friendly,the salesman was great, tried to accomadate as much as possible.Great atmosphere when I first went into dealership and also no pressure from anyone at the dealer.The price was very reasonable and was competitive if not better than others.I would say the experiance was very good.

Prior to my purchase, I also visited another Infiniti dealership, who although the staff were friendly & helpful, the dealership was not interested in entertaining competitive price adjustments. Eric & Yaro both delivered outstanding premium service by listening to my needs and offering reasonable choices. I am 100% satisfied not only with my Infiniti, but also with the level of excellence provided by Infniti of Norwood! I use to dread visiting dealerships.
