The process was smooth, typical car sales tactics, no complaints there! Got the car for a great price and was happy. My only complaint is they did not have the car ready. It needed standard things( oil change, detailing, and new tires), I had to make another trip to have those services done.

Jason Kim was extremely amazing he was very upfront and honest with me. He worked effortlessly to get me a great deal on my dream car and he did all of this with a smile on his face. Walked into the dealership looking for a REDSPORT q50. I spoke to a sales man called Anthony. Nothing but the best service! Felt like family, I was greeted accordingly and he made the job so much easier. I received a great deal on my car purchase. Spoke to Antonio a finance manager, and again nothing but excellent service! I will definitely be coming back here for all my future purchases, and maintenance! I will be recommending them to all friends and family.

After I picked up my new QX80($76,000) purchase. I noticed a vibration/Shimmy on the steering wheel when driving it home. I took it to service the next day. I brought the car there with 50 miles on it. So beside the vibration issue there were also white spots on the roof of the vehicle. They said when they remove the protective plastic that sometimes it cause these white spots. They called me two days later to pic up my vehicle, they said they changed all the tires because they were faulty and causing the vibration. As far as the spots on the roof they said they couldnt fix that because they did not want to risk damaging the other parts of the roof. I mean does that even make sense? So I drive the car home and still feel the vibration. Look I usually dont waste my time writing online reviews but I have to write this because I want people to know where not to go.

I leased an Infiniti QX60 in July. Deal was made contingent on dealer absorbing any/all extra mileage on my trade-in Infiniti. One month after deal was consummated, I received a bill for $1700 for "excess mileage" from Infiniti corporate. I called Craig and Bob from the dealership about the letter. Craig (the Finance Officer) told me to "throw the letter in the garbage", that this was a standard letter from Infiniti and "not to worry about it". Two months later, in September, I received another letter requesting $2000 (which included penalties and interest). I called Craig again, and again he told me to "throw the letter in the garbage". Last week (mid-October), I received a letter from a collection agency telling me that if I didn't pay the excess mileage fee (now $2200) that action would be used against me. I called Craig, Bob, and even the dealership VP - Jeff Lieberman, all of whom did not return my call. They should be ashamed of themselves. Craig outright lied to me, and is now avoiding my calls. I will now sue the dealership in local court. I was warned about Infiniti of Englewood by an associate from another dealership who warned me that they "are under indictment for stealing cars from the port (50 of them) by Infiniti Corporate". Based on the low-ball cost of their offer to me, I was lured into this horrible deal, and my credit is now being affected by them. Lying, then running away from the truth - this is what you will experience from Infiniti of Englewood!!!

I have been a continuous customer at Infiniti of Englewood and haven't received anything but great outstanding service from this dealership and service manager there at this dealership. Carlos vasquez has been my key contact at this dealership and all my vehicles service needs and the attention to detail on my car has been immaculate. There hasn't been a time were my service hasn't been done right I have approximately 9 years receiving service from this dealership and truly can not say anything wrong with it from them giving me loaner to the minimal like arranging service appointment. Carlos truly thanks you and continue to do the work you do at Infiniti. The reason I continue bring my business this dealership is because of the service carlos bring to me every time I show up even for as small as an oil change. thanks again and sometime not everyone can appreciate quality and service

First online review I've felt compelled to write. Just purchased a used 2014 Q50. The process was very smoother and better than I expected. I dealt with BY as the salesman and Mike as the manager. I was a bit hesitant going to this dealer based on some reviews I read. That hesitation was completely unnecessary. The used Q50 I liked had a few gouges in the rear bumper and some rash on one of the rims. Mike assured me that he would take care of both. I stopped in later that week to find that both the bumper and the all the rims looked brand new. They were either polished up or swapped but either way I was very happy. On further inspection I found some damage to the front bumper that I missed the first time. I also noticed some stone chips in the paint on the hood. I asked Mike and BY if both could be taken care of. Again, the answer was no problem. I couple of days later both were repaired and looking good. I was surprised at the amount of work that they were willing to put in on a USED car. The car now looks like new (the exterior could use a detailing to get the paint perfect but hey, it's used). Right now I can say I am very happy with the purchase and the treatment I received. Also the price I paid couldn't be touched by any other dealer from Brooklyn to North Jersey (literally a few thousand less than any other dealer). I can't speak for service as I haven't dealt with them yet. I am visiting them next week so I can update this review after that.

Hi all. I just wanted to say few words about my last visit to this dealership. I went there few times cause its the closest one to my home. And this is in particular regarding the person, Carlos Vasquez. My breaks were shaking, so, every time i break, the car would be shaking. I had it a little from the beginning, and it was a little bit, and only on high speeds, so i never payed attention to it. It got worse and i went to the dealer of Englewood. carlos vasquez told me that i need to change both of my breaks, i got 17k on my car, and infiniti would replace my front and i would need to pay 300$ for my rear replacement. When i asked him why infiniti would cover front and not rear he couldn't explain to me. I had to call another dealership, of Ramsey, and the guy there explained why they covered the front. So, this carlos telling me i need to change rear pads. I went and bought them on internet, then went to my own mechanic to replace them. And when he replaced it, i asked to see the old once. There was plenty left of the break, and i asked mechanic, how much miles do you think i still had on them, he told me at least 5000....So my question is why would carlos tell me that i need to change them like NOW ! This dealership is ripping people off, i mean there is no trust to these guys. Its very sad that these days people only want to get your money and forget about a good service. And then they bother with phone calls and text messages to rate them and actually asking for a 10 on every question...unbelievable.

Below is an actual email I have sent to multiple people in the dealership to give you an idea of the scammers an customer service. I've had numerous problems. Spent over $40K on a car and my temp plates expired despite me calling multiple times. They kept my down payment and never reimbursed, I spent 6 hours in the dealership despite preworking the deal on the phone the day before."I'm not sure why I got a text that said "we also need proof from your credit card statement that $500 was charged". This is borderline ridiculous that I had to create a chase bank online account just to provide you proof that you charged my credit card. Isn't this something you keep track of when you take someone's money? Or maybe one of the 10 emails or 37 phone calls since December, where I was told "it will be done today" isn't enough. (attached are just some of the emails).At this point I am sooo sick and tired of calling requesting, writing emails, getting car rentals in a blizzard, having to pay tickets for driving a car that had no plates, still needing to come to the dealership to get my second key and my car detailed. This is absurd. Please send this Again - I have been promised reimbursement of my non license plate ticket (took months to send them and temps expired) and car rental. I'm not sure how you plan to compensate for inconvenience of 37 phone calls...calling from Japan to try to resolve this... fights with my wife because she couldn't drive to work after the cop threatened tow her car. I've sent all the receipts multiple times including the ticket I received...I'm done!Attached is your proof that you charged my credit card that has since changed by my bank."

From the moment we decided to visit Englewood to the moment we drove away in our new QX50...everything was fantastic. Juliet Kim was an great sales person. All the managers were extremely professional. We got a great price and a couple of added throw-ins. Yesterday, I brought the car in for a service. I received a new QX60 as my service car. My service was completed a day later. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The white glove treatment the entire time. So, do you self a favor and visit this dealer. Especially, if you live nearby.

I've been going to Infiniti of Englewood for several years now and the quality and customer service just keeps getting better and better! An example of this unparalleled customer service is when I had a tire blow out on the way to the airport. Instead of me having to miss my flight, Infiniti of Englewood traveled to where my car was parked and had the tire replaced. When I returned from my trip, it was like nothing ever happened. That's what I call great quality and customer service! Carlos Vasquez (service manager) is fantastic and always makes sure customer issues are addressed and strives to exceed expectations with every time. I can't imagine another dealer being even close to the quality and customer service that I've experienced with Infiniti of Englewood. Thank you for everything!

This is our first Infiniti. We dropped in for 2 test drives and were sold. We ended up buying a 2016 QX50. The drive Powerful and ride Very Smooth. The sound system with Bose speakers.. the best around. We chose the midnight Garnet with Chestnut leather interior. A very pretty car. We were lucky to have Juliet Kim, as our sales person. She was very professional, very knowledgeable and attentive. Everything she told us was delivered as promised in a timely fashion. From beginning to end, we could have not asked for better total experience.We got a great price, deal and best value for our (leased) trade-in.We highly recommend Juliet Kim and the dealership.

Buying the car was a good experience with professional personnel. In my experience however, the only dealer service that could botch an oil change on their own product, and then antagonize the customer when he returns to have them correct the problem they created. Never even had the courtesy to apologize for their error.

After having (2) prior G37x leases with this dealer, I decided it was time to own my next car. After extensive searching online, I did not know what to expect after finding a leftover 2013 M37x w/Prem. Pkg on their site.Through the dealer website I was able to easily setup a test drive appointment with Ally - who had the car ready and available for a test drive the following day.She introduced me to Ray, who showed me the car's ins and outs and rode with me in the test drive. Ray was honest and up front about the car's price, and sounding to good to be true, I took advantage of the deal and put down a deposit.Even after thinking about the car for the next 5 days, I was at ease with the initial experience with Ally and Ray - in addition to having (2) prior leases here and my experience with the service department.Ray prepared all the paperwork and got me in touch with Mike, who was able to assist me with financing and payment options. He was very patient and polite during the entire transaction - which was such a relief. In the background, Dennis was getting the car inspected and following up with the service team to ensure it was ready for me.Additionally, Ray assisted with grounding my prior lease and wished me well as I drove off.Now having driven the car off the lot, I can say the experience was truly remarkable. Everyone exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend considering your next car at this dealership.

I was interested in purchasing a Pre-Owned G37x. Set up appointment to view car. Met with Ray who is a consummate professional. We talked about the number and came to a very fair offer. The car was ready in less than 36 hours as agreed. Ray was always going the extra yard for me on the little things which is important! Without writing a five page review, let me just say that I have dealt with this dealership for the past 16 months. I have had nothing but bad experiences especially from their service department on more than one occasion. There is a serious lack of communication all around - from delivery/pickup times, cancelled appointments, wrong address', overcharges etc. In addition i have friends that have also had bad experiences w/ their service dept as well. I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but they have been through several service managers as well as general managers and nothing has changed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership!!!!

In a matter of 2 1/2 months I have leased 3 cars from Infiniti of Englewood. My sales rep was Ray Broomsfield Sr. He was east to talk to and very open to our needs. The Infiniti showroom is beautiful and the lobby is great. Nice big tv to watch while you wait and free coffee and water bottles. Everyone at this dealer is nice and always looking to help out. We got a great deal from Ray B. The negotiation process was pleasant and stress free. When we came to pick up the car, we were pleasantly surprised (based on previous experience at other dealerships) that they did everything they were supposed to do and the car was ready to be picked up and it had exactly the options we ordered (including an aftermarket option which we really wanted). Was searching for a used Infiniti G25x or G37x. Looked at their online inventory and found one of each with low mileage and in my price range. Despite all of the other previous negative reviews of this dealership I decided to take a chance since their prices were lower than any others that I had seen listed in this area. Sent in my contact information and completed an overly detailed trade in assessment (including my VIN # and my own evaluation of various vehicle appearance and system conditions on a 1 to 10 scale) online via their website. I was then contacted by phone by Ally Franciline who went over what I was looking for and was told by her that I would be receiving a phone call with my trade in price shortly. I did receive a call from a man named George who refused to give me any numbers, not even a ballpark range for my trade without seeing it first. What was the whole point of that complex online trade in form then? Then I realized why 1/3 of this dealership's reviews were negative and decided to go shop elsewhere... Ended up buying a Certified Pre-Owned Acura instead!

I went into this dealer not expecting to get an Infiniti but was driving by and stopped in to check out what they had to offer. I was introduced to Mike and he was super cool. Not aggressive or pressuring. Just a cool, easy going guy who knows Infiniti and cars in general. I fell in love with the Q50 then expected to put up a haggling fight but was fortunately disappointed lol I told them what my budget was and they worked with me above and beyond. I would recommend this dealership and Mike to anyone. They made everything extremely simple. Mike in finance was also incredibly helpful and put in the extra time which he did not have to do at all to advise my boyfriend and I in our auto finances. Definitely a pleasant surprise. We went to lease a QX60, It was an excellent experience. Dennis was very patient and main reason we got the car from Infiniti of Englewood. Me and my wife agreed that Dennis was a very good salesperson. A week later i went to pick up the plates and the maintenance contract that was promised to me. i got the plates fairly quickly, but for maintenance contract, Looked like I met a different Dennis there. He asked us to wait as he and the finance guy were with another customer. Finance guy got free and we went in to his office to ask for the maintenance contract, he was ready to help and trying to find it for us, thats when Dennis came in with another customer and literally kicked us out of the room saying that this can wait and the new customer can't as we were not scheduled. I agree with the fact that the other customer was waiting for an hour or two for his meeting with the finance guy, but the way we were told to go out was not pleasing at all. IT WAS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. i could have easily created a mess of situation but I did not. Again, i agree that we were not scheduled and the other customer was (we did not know that) but the way we were treated was not right, it was an insult and I did not expect that professional like Dennis. Even worse, Next day he emailed me sorry and trying to blame it on me, when i expressed my disppointment. he mentioned that respect is earned. JUST WOW. Sorry Dennis, You are very good sales persona but you failed miserably at after sale service. "A Disappointed customer"

After visitng a few Infiniti dealerships, I decided to stop at INFINITI of ENGLEWOOD . I was greeted by MIKE MACHADO right away. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained all my options clearly. Sales experience with Mike felt like I was having a conversation with a friend about buying a car. Mike did not rush me in to making a purchase. One of the managers at the dealership named Jason Bivone also came over to talk to me. He stated that the dealership was under new management and he will make sure I had the best experience possible. I called about 4 weeks ago regarding Stock #: U4073T 2007: BMW 3 SERIES 4DR SDN 328XI AWD and was told car was already sold. I just looked at website again and the same car is still listed!!! I can understand a delay of 2 or 3 days BUT FOUR WEEKS!!! Obviously the dealer is just trying to generate sales leads. A very poor business practice...I suggest you stay away!

Our experience with this dealership started off good, but turned to fantastic when they gave us a deal we were extremely happy with. However, after we signed off on the price and were in inventory searching phase, we hit some "speed bumps" which led to some frustration for us. However, at this point, Ms. Juliet Kim came to our rescue. Despite her busy schedule, she was extremely accommodating, professional and efficient. She knew the product well and communicated very clearly. She was straight forward and transparent. She returned our calls within a reasonable time and was extremely polite, friendly and respectful even when we were exasperated. This is despite the fact that she most likely did not make any profit from the sale (we know because the price we got was THAT good!). She managed to get us a car that was not even on their lot within days! When going to this dealership, just make sure you look for one of the long time professional consultants, like Juliet. This site will give you an idea of who is who. Surprisingly, Juliet doesn't have enough reviews although she is one of their best consultants. Also, if you decide to shop around, just give them a call before you make a final decision on a dealership to pick. Don't make assumptions. Overall, this review is for the end result. Ultimately, we are extremely satisfied with the deal these guys gave us and with the service provided by Juliet. She was a thorough professional! Financing was also easy and hassle free thanks to their finance manager. He was also very straight forward, friendly, helpful and not at all pushy.

I ve met with Taz at the beginning of the February 2015 in the dealership to discuss a problem my wife got because of the obvious negligence from the dealer. Briefly the dealership allowed our relative to terminate existing lease for FX and open another lease for JX for my wifes name without her being present or even knowing about it. Its ridiculous case. No one can get $50 from bank teller without ID however the dealership let another person get $50,000 car for my wifes name even without asking persons ID. We know for sure that our relative didnt use any fake ID. Dealer even didnt ask for any ID. Thus, now we dont have a car but have financial obligation for this car. When I brought this issue to Taz he replied that we have no choice but to pay $700 a month lease for the car we even do not have or drive. He even refused to discuss further how the his dealership processed this lease for my wifes name even without verifying who is who. He never returned any calls we left with secretary and his mail box was always full from angry customers. He didn't care about us as customers.If you want to get in big financial trouble go to Infiniti of Englewood. Taz is the person that doesnt care about you but only about making his commission. Look at the rating for this dealer on the Internet. Its lower than 3. Thats how Infiniti customers vote.

I leased cars from this dealership on my name ONLY. On May 2013 my young daughter who drives my car stopped by Infiniti of Englewood to change oil. Sales person approached her and offered to terminate a lease for Infiniti FX and start a new lease for Infiniti JX without me being present or my written permission. They even didn't ask any ID from her they just told her to sign all the documents as me. In reality you cannot get $50 cash from the bank teller without ID, but Infiniti of Englewood let take $50K car to a person without any ID for another 40 months. This case would never happened if they do required ID check and verification.To settle the issue we had an appointment on Saturday, Jan, 31 with Taz Abousamak (general manager) email: mottazabousamakatyahoo.com t. 201-568-1200 ext. 1608.We provided him all the documents we had about this case. We asked him how it could happened that our daughter who is a young student was able to sign a lease agreement, pass verification and financial check, and get brand new $50,000 luxury car and leave dealership. He couldn't explain how this weird situation happened but he promised us to find out and let us know. We even tried to contact the owner of the dealership but he never returned our calls. Obliviously the dealership doesn't want to cooperate. We never heard from them again. Every day during weeks we called to dealership but they never pick up the phone and mailbox is full so we can't leave a message. Secretary at the dealership accurately takes our messages and promise that they will contact us. Nobody contacted us from dealership about our matter for two months.We have filed complain to BBB but they ignore our complain and advised contact their lawyer.I do not recommend to get a lease or purchase a car because they can use your personal information against you and put your family in financial trouble.This is what happened to my family.

I recently bought a 2010 acura zdx with approx 37k miles on it, used car from infiniti of engelwood NJ., because of location and affluence in the area. Its prominence as a high end infiniti dealership, I expected nothing but quality from them BOY WAS I WRONG. Let me say the salesman i bought from was great and easy to work with. we came to a deal and figures i was comfortable with and i made a deposit for pickup. The car was supposed to be prepped and checked for safety upon my pickup and completing dealer financing. this is where you should stay away from this dealership. When cpmming to a deal they wanted to charge 1k for a prep fee. I said i never herd of this and they quickly backed away on that if i agree to use deler financing, which was ok with me. The first issue, i was told i was approved with financing wanted ot have all my numbers in order when i picked up the car. Called multiple times left messages to get my finance rate they completely ignored me. Finally the answer was you have to wait to talk with the finance manager to get your interest rate. That was absurd and should have alarmed the bells. If your apporved for credit they tell you and know your rate!!!Upon going to the dealership to pickup the car, I asked the finance manager what the original warranty from the manufacturers began (in service date). I was given a date June 2009 and told i should seriously consider an after market warranty sold b infiniti. I later found out the acura manufacturers powertrain warranty on the car was actually in service date of march 27 2010 giving me an additional nine months of warranty. This either "error" or lie got me to buy an extendeded warranty after much pressure from the finance manager for 2400 dollars. I later cancelled after learning that i was mistold information. Stay away from their financing as its a trap to sell you products they make more money on. This was very deceitful and horrible experience.The car when I originally inspected hadn't been cleaned, which i was told would be prepped and a safety check done (this is where you should never go to this dealership). Note i was told the car was in excellent shape when asking about any damage, car facts had zero accidents etc. inspected the car and due to lighting didn't notice what later would truly dissapoint me.When i got home I noticed a dent golf ball size on the door line with paint wear, a dent on the hood on the front contour, a dent on the front fender, badly worn breaks, bad tires cracked and worn, and no fluid changes or oil change. I noticed this all within an hr and called the salesmen who said he would have his sales look into it and sent pictures etc and they didn't deny any of this said they would see what they could do. This all indicated a an inspection never took place, safety specifically and never prepped properly for sale. I would never expect to have a car from infiniti in engelwood nj, (that cares about their reputation), to be sold in this condition and such a safety issue i could have been in an accident!!!!!God forbid I could have been killed driving a car in this condition and they did no safety check. This is unbelievable and why you should never buy from there!!!!!!!!I returned the Monday, next business day and was ushered to service. The finance manager in sales admitted no saftey check had been done and they would see what they could do on the issues and dents etc.I went to service where they admitted no safety check had been done also. This is red flag and horiible!!!! They did a saftey check and found breaks faulty, imagine sending a car on the road in this condition!!! I told them about the dents and tire issues and they sent me home saying they would look into it.Finally after many calls two days later i was told they would replace front and back breaks, which should have been done before delivery but that's all they would do. I had to wait four hours and travel back to the service department which wasn't a picnic. I tried calling the general manger Jeff, multiple multiple times and leaving messages with secretary telling service to have him contatct me no response. So now my recourse for this HORRIBLE customer service is to write a truthful review and warn people not to go to this dealership!!!!THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CLAIMED THE TIRES HAD 8/32 TREAD, but when i had them independently tested they said they need be replaced by two Michelin dealers and there pretty much shot and shouldn't have been sold that way and 5/32 was the tread. For the dents and damages on the car that weren't disclosed originally, they (sales) will not respond as i tried contacting them on working with them for a solution. Just getting the cold shoulder. No repsonse to email etc. I have tried for almost two weeks contacting the general manger Jeff Liebler and he just ignores my messages. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE and Their REPUTATION to me is the worst i ever dealt with. Incompetant management!!!In conclusion this is horrible to receive a car in this safety problems and put on the road, let alone an infiniti dealership sell a car with out disclosing or fixing damages to the body. Don't shop at this dealership plain and simple as i will now be seeking legal remedy because they don't wanna have the courtesy to as much call me back. Horrible business practice!!! Horrible experience. My safety at risk and they could care less!!!!!

I visited the dealership on 12/16 late in the evening to lease a Q50 AWD. The process was hassle free and a deal was reached very quickly with Ray. I went to pick up my car several days later on Saturday and everything was prepared. Ray and the dealership were very patient as I had trouble getting a hold of my insurance so I could add the car to my policy. In the end, Ray ended up staying late to help me and show me the features of the car. Went in at 2pm, trying to get a deal on a QX56 and got out around 5pm without a car and without talking to a sales consultant. Our Sales consultant went out to bring in the car that we inquired about, then reappear about 3 hours later to say that he took the wrong keys. Not professional at all . This dealer is NOT FAMILY-FRIENDLY. My kids were exhausted from waiting and kept quiet so they don't disturb others. Just a horrible experience.

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM INFINITI OF ENGLEWOOD AS YOU CAN! Every department in this place is a disasterfrom internet sales to sales to the finance department to the service dept.they are all terrible to deal with!!I saw the car that I wanted online. The Internet Sales Manager told me that he had the car in stock and would have it at the dealership for me at 4pm when I arrived. I was coming from an 1 away so I wanted to make sure that it was there. When I arrived at the dealership at 4pm, the car was nowhere to be found. I was then thrown to a regular sales person and we had to go searching for the car. The car should have been in a lot that Infiniti shares with Nissan in another town. We needed to stop at the Nissan dealer to pick up keys in case WE needed to move the cars around to get to the car that I wanted. The sales person went inside the Nissan dealer and comes out with the entire pegboard of keys (literally 50 keys)!! Needless to say, the car wasnt at that location. So we then proceeded to try to find the car by driving passed the service dept. lot, a parking garage, and then finally a piano store parking lot. After driving around with the sales person through 2-3 towns and going to five separate locations to find the car (and wasting over an hour of my time), they finally found the car in a parking lot of a piano store! I understand that space is at a premium in Englewood, but they should at least know where their inventory is. By the time that they finally found the car, it was already nighttime so I couldnt see a thing. The salesman then drove me to an Exxon station down the street so that I could see the car in better light (I had to use the flashlight on my cell phone to see certain parts of the car)!! After all of this, I ended up purchasing the vehicle anyway because it was exactly what I wanted.After negotiating, there were two items that Infiniti was going to fixthe scratched rim and the scratch on the bumper that I was specifically told would be touched up. I was told that I could pick up the car on a Monday (I purchased it on a Wednesday). What a surprise, the car wasnt ready on Monday and wouldnt be ready to be picked up until Wednesday. Wednesday came and I asked the sales person at least 5 times over that week if the car was ready and he said yes. I told him to have the car at the dealership for 4PM. I arrived at 4:30PM and not only was the car not there, but neither was the salesman. So much for having the car ready for me at 4PM. The salesman finally showed up with the car 45 minutes after it was supposed to be there (it was washed but never cleaned on the inside and it came with tank of gas). What a surprise, the scratch was never touched up. Then I was told by the salesman that he had the touch up paint for me (for ME to touch up the scratch MYSELF) but that someone had stolen it. So not only was the scratch not fixed, but he didnt even have the touch up paint. He then proceeded to tell me to go to another Infiniti dealer to buy the paint so I could touch up the scratch MYSELF and then send him the receipt so he can cut me a check! The salesman also told me that he was able to get an extra key. While I was waiting in the showroom, he asked me for the key, which I gave him. He went outside and came back in and asked me for the other key, which I gave him. After I drove an 1 home, I realized that the extra key that he gave me didnt work because it wasnt for my car!! Neither the key nor the key fob was for my car! The best part about it was that the salesman knew when I was at the dealership that the key didnt work but yet he still gave it to me and didnt say one word that it didnt work. I called the salesman up and told him about the key not working and he said that he didnt want me to leave the dealership with that key. If that was the case, why on earth did he give it to me and let me leave with it!!As if all of that wasnt bad enough, then I had to deal with the finance guy. I had a bank check already made out to Infiniti of Englewood per the salesman instructions, but I was told by the finance manager that they would prefer that I pay that money towards the bank then Infiniti this way Infiniti can make their money. So I told the finance guy why would I want to do this if the interest rate is going to be the same and my monthly payments would be less if I gave Infiniti the check. He then THREATENED me by saying that he wouldnt sell me the car if I didnt do it his way or if he did sell me the car, he was going to sell it to me for list price rather than what the salesman and I agreed upon. So I had to put down an amount that the FINANCE GUY SPECIFIED and then finance the rest otherwise he would not have sold me the car or he would have sold it to me for thousands of dollars more than what was already agreed upon.After all of this, the salesman that I was dealing with said that he would get me a correct key. I specifically told him numerous times that I needed a key fob and a key. After trying to contact the salesman (he wasnt at work all week), I called the Sales Manager and of course he didnt answer his phone and his voicemail was full. So I hung up and called back and spoke to the receptionistshe paged him twice and he didnt answer either page. So I left my telephone number for him to return my call and he never did. I was able to get in contact with the salesman that I was dealing with so I asked him if he would be at the dealership that Saturday and he told me yes. I specifically told him to have my registration, key fob, AND KEY ready for me when I got there. After driving an 1 to the dealership, when I arrive there, the salesman had the key fob and proceeded to tell me that the key that was in the key fob doesnt work for my vehicle. So I asked him why not and he said, They wouldnt let me cut you a key. So let me get this straightthey will allow him to give me a key fob thats worth hundreds of dollars but they wont allow him to cut a key for me for $23? Makes no sense at all but after all that I have gone through with this dealership, it didnt surprise me. I was then told by the salesman to go FOUR lights and make a left to go to the service dept. to have the key fob programmed and a key cut. So I drove through the 4 lights and made a left and there was no service dept. I then looked up the address for the service dept. and put it in my navigation system. Turns out that the service dept. was actually FIVE lights from the dealership, not four as the salesman indicated.Once I finally arrived at the service dept., they programmed the key fob and cut the key. I was then told by the service advisor that my car was washed and was out front. So, I went to check out and the cashier then told me that it would be another 10 minutes because they were still washing my car. Ok, fine, not a problem. I gave her the $23 and her walkie-talkie went offthey told her that my car was already washed and it was out front waiting for me. Ok, perfect, only if it were true. I go outside and my car was waiting there for me which was great, but of course it was never washed.Stay as far away from Infiniti of Englewood as you canas you can see, every department in that place is terrible and their customer service is non-existent!! They give you excuse, after excuse, after excuse and they are the most unorganized dealer (or any place of business) that I have ever seen. If this wasnt the exact car that I wanted, I never would have bought it from there. I would NEVER recommend that anyone buy a car from this place or have your car serviced there unless you want to have a bunch of headaches and deal with a bunch of nonsense.Will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and NJ Office of Consumer Protection

I walked in without any expectations or intentions, just wanted to check out the new digs and the new cars. My sales person mike was super friendly and helpful, showed me the car I need instead of the car I thought I wanted. He walked me through all the choices and features, helped me with filling out everything. The finance officer was very knowledgeable and friendly, he explained everything in plain English. Deceiving & unknowledgeable staff. Just interested in making the sale. I was given information that proved false about the auto.I had two G-37X cars previously & was looking to purchase the new Q-50. The salesman told me that the car had all the features of the G-37X plus more. Not so. It has much less. The salesman told me it had power memory drivers seat, power tilt/telescopic steerring wheel, CD storage recording, camera with warning beeper, etc. All was on the G-37X. I did not go for test drive as I had two previous cars. The financial guy was curt & rude. Surprises came up with hardly an explanation. I paid for the car & got init to drive home & slowly discovered the shortcomings in the amenities. The car is good but however I was lied to by a staff that was a combo of not knowing their product & just plain rude. I will not buy another auto from this dealer after this third one as the staff has changed & not for the better.

My buying experience with this dealer was beyond poor. My vehicles delivery was poor as well and I am still waiting for a owners manual and new tow hitch, as the one I own on my truck is cracked. The day I purchased my car, the dealer had my husband and I waiting 3 hours after the approval. The dealer delivered my car to me without detailing, worn tires and the outlets in the truck were not working. I live in NY, so as of today I have made 4 trips to NJ because I had to take my truck back twice for services. I noticed how bad the front tires were when I looked at the vehicle. I brought that to the attention of my salesman and finance manager, both of them told me if the truck passed "their inspection" that they were not required to change the tires. I took the truck home where my brother and husband we able to look over the truck, the tires were so worn they were leaning in. When I took the truck back to the dealer the next day they looked over the truck again and agreed the tires were worn and they did change them and gave me a wheel alignment as well. At this time they also fixed all the outlets and had a outside vendor come in and paint the spots on the truck that needed TLC. After taking the car home yet again, my husband and I noticed where they wet sanded the trunk but DID NOT buff it to make it shine. I purchased the truck on September 23rd, on October 10th I returned to the dealer because my temporary plate was expiring on October 12th. When I arrived at the dealer inquiring about my registration that I still had not received, my salesman Ray Broomfield told me there was nothing he could do, that he didn't know what to tell me. I then asked to speak to the Sales Manager who then attempted to tell my husband and I the same thing, only we were not excepting that answer. After calling Infiniti Consumer affairs and waiting at the dealer for more than 6 hours, they gave me a copy that was faxed to them from Hunnington, NY. They had just gotten my registration on the 18 day of me having my temp plate and if I had not gone to the dealer I would not have been able to move my truck that Sunday, October 12th because my temp plate would have expired. I went to the dealer for a dealer experience, the experience I had at this dealer was LESS than poor to say the least AND I am still not done dealing with them. I have owned 3 Lexus vehicles and each time the experience was exceptional. I regret this purchase and will never buy another car from them. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to transport dogs to the ASPCA. BEYOND DISGUSTED!!!

Their facility is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The negotiating process was clear and no-nonsense. We quickly reached an agreement on the pricing. Ray was great sales person did not make me feel pressure to buy the car. He was helpful and friendly. However, when I reach the finance department it seemed that extra cost appeared and the explanation was a joke. The finance person waited for everything to be signed to then say that the car had no warranty. Now after just one week the car is making noises that I have to deal with. If known beforehand I wouldn't had purchase it. Then the finance person used sarcasm as if he was questioning my intelligence. Therefore, I only could Thank Ray for his friendliness and politeness and his professionalism.

Worst experience ever. Stay far away from this place. Bought a used jeep from them and have had nothing but problems and Jeff and taz refuse to handle the situationHave several emails from Jeff and taz saying they would issue me a refund and my original discount they promised me but never gave me. They took so long to get my plates my temps expired and I couldn't even drive my new car and had to find a ride to work Jeff assured me I would be getting a check with my plates but of course there was nothing and I call and email every day with no response Jeff and taz, where is my money!? I will post up emails they sent me showing how they SAID they would take cars of me but now will not even answer me!! Jeff and taz.. Where is my original $500 off and where is my $500 Jeff promised after my Newly purchased jeep had a problem that same day of Purchase!! That's after they had it for over 3 weeks of repair!!! Jeff and taz what's your response!!!

Ray is a pleasant salesman to deal with , but as a whole this dealership not very professional. The service center is a joke. There is no room to drop off your car ..... I.m sure there are much better dealerships to buy your Infiniti. As soon as they make the sale they forget about you. .. ....Only a few cars in stock at dealer.. You have to drive 5 miles to see dealer stock. VERY DISSAPPOINTED...should have leased Cadillac....much better dealership. This is my first and last Infiniti .

I had a very simple issue....I wanted the delivery of a second key for my car. The salesman said it was on his desk and would mail it to me. 2 months later, no key, no salesman, no response to numerous calls and emails. the supervisor's mailbox if full every day (wonder why)What should have been a simple follow up has turned into a nightmare.

Approximately four years ago my significant other and myself purchased a QX 56. I must say the dealership along with the sales representatives and the service department are the BEST....!!!! When I call for service they inquire how soon would you like to come in, I say yesterday and they I am accommodated; if not the same day the following morning. There have been times I was not able to bring my vehicle to the service department and they offered to pick it up from my home and or place of employment. If there is any a time I have a concern, The manager, Carlos V. Has handled every situation personally. I have not experienced a problem that was not easily and expeditiously remedied. Infiniti of Englewood was chosen by us on Infiniti of Manhattan. Yes, I travel to NJ and I lived in New York. I have and will continue to recommend my friends and family to enjoy this wonderful experience called INFINITI.

Please do not bring your car for service. In three different occasions that I brought my car for service, they found issues and took a loner. Simple issues that should have been fixed in two or three hours took me three of four times bringing the car back to the dealer since the dealer was not able to solve the issue the first or second time. I always had to call the service department for the status of my car, they never call me back. I will never use this dealer again to repair my vehicle. Really disappointed and very unprofessional.

Car purchasing experience was smoothe. After they, they dodged all my calls regarding plates and registration. Haven't been able to get a hold of my sales rep who also isn't returning calls, and the sales manager told me he'd personally take care of the matter, and he still hasn'tanswered or returned my calls. So now I get to keep my brand new car parked and miss work until they decide to answer me.

Although I had to drive about 1.5 hours to get there - I was truly happy with all the experience > a real high end dealership! found the car I wanted with the price I wanted! and it all wrapped in a very professional, kind and respectful personnel. Although the car I bought wasn't a new Infinity (I wish I did...) - yet - it was all done and felt like I'm a new car buyer, with the high end experience expected in such dealerships! Would highly recommend doing business with them, and will probably be a returned customer in the future! And by the way - their new showroom is amazing and don't skip their top notch coffee / cappuccino maker machine - you'll thank me!!! :)

Where do I begin. Basically I knew what I wanted. These days cars sell themselves. So customer service and dealer attention and responsiveness after you sign on the dotted line is what really maters. Well after I signed it was as if they never knew me. The never got my out of state (NY) registration. I started calling them 1 week before temp was to expire. No one returned my calls. Then the head of sales, Taz, and my salesman Dennis called 2 days before expiry and said they would cover any fines if I get any. Meanwhile state law requires a registration or you get arrested if driving unregistered car. Plus insurance premiums go up if there is a break in registration. Then they blamed the expediting company they have. Then they said they will make arrangements for a loaner if I don't have one in time. Bottom line that it should not take more than 1 week to get the registration. 3 and a half weeks later I was still waiting. Put me through so much unnecessary anxiety and stress. And if it wasn't for me calling them and pressing them I would have never gotten it. Also, they promised to pay me previous car's last lease payment in the form of a check to me. I was told check would be in my possession 2 weeks after signing. 6 weeks later and a couple of unreturned phone calls and still no check. Service dept is also terrible. Had some accessories that I ordered come in late and I had to take my car to service to get installed. Made the apt 1 week in advance and was told it should not take more than an hour. Show up and there are 30+ cars being serviced or waiting to be serviced. Took 3 and a half hours. So much for making appointments as walk-ins seems to get more attention in a very crammed service station. Never will I get service done here and never will I ever do back to this dealer. In fact, even though I like my QX60, I may never go back to Infiniti because if this dealer.

Ray Broonfield is an extremely courteous no pressure salesman. Delightful to talk to attentive to my needs and very thorough and professional. He spent quite a bit of time with both myself and a close personal friend that was with me the day we came April 18 2014.. I test deove 2 different Q50 models. Even though I was not "sold" on the car Ray did not persist in "pushing" that model on me. I eventually got the year end 2013 G37x model which i am overjoyed to have.

We had made an appointment to see a specific listing from Cars.com, and when we arrived, we were told that the car was at their other building. We went to the other building, and the receptionist called the person whom we made the appointment with, who turned us over to a sales associate, David, who brought us into his office and basically interviewed us. He informed us that the price of the car was predicated upon financing, and that a cash sale would be at a higher price, which he declined to state. I asked to see the car, and was informed that it was at another building, and would be brought over. He left the office, and left us waiting for some time until my patience ran out, and we left. What a waste of our valuable time!

I tried to buy a vehicle out of state, so I started with an online request. I was immediately contacted by Sheila. She was my main contact throughout the process (of which never came to fruition). I cannot to begin to explain the frustration of dealing with her. I do realize they are salesman, and you need to proceed with caution, but these people are something else. I will say that the price of the car was VERY fair, but that is where it stopped. I finally decided to accept their price, but before travelling 2 hours to get the car, I wanted it in writing. That was like trying to get water out of a rock. Finally I heard from Jason Bovine, he did give it to me in writing, but there were extremely high fees along with it. They were charging me a fee of $1295 to "prep" the car. Another fee of $349 (documentation), which I high, but standard. I then was told I could not buy the car unless I financed through them. If I did not finance through them, they would not sell me the car. So I asked what the specifics were (fees, %, term of loan). As much as I tried, I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. I asked to speak with a finance guy, got nowhere. Everytime I spoke to Sheila, I was told that "they were the best in the business". I finally gave up because I was not going to go into it blind and also travel 2 hours and not know what deal I was going to get. Very very shady. You have been warned.

I went to this dealership to lease the new coupe. I had a horrific experience with the rude staff like rey and was baffled with the finance manager as he was no help whatsoever. I ended up leasing the car but couldn't even see the car since they showed it to me in a dark garage. Overall bad experience and will not be returning to this dealership anytime soon. The only person I liked was their sales manager at the time JD which did help me get a fair price on the car. Other then that I was horrified with my experience and they also cashed my sister's deposit check and never refunded it back as she didn't end up leasing from them. Some people need to get fired asap.

I was in the market for a certified pre-owned car and the entire experience at Infiniti of Englewood was a headache. I decided to buy from them because they had the car I was looking for in stock at the best price I could find in the tri-state area. However, it was all down hill from there and if I had to do it all over again I would have purchased from another dealer. During this experience, I found that there is more to the car buying experience than just price. Things like ability to return phone calls, delivery date of vehicle, service and general organization throughout the dealer are more important. Once we agreed on the deal, I felt like they were just placating me when I brought an issue to their attention that they agreed to address at the time of the deal but never fixed relating to the car. It was only through my persistence that they finally fixed issues with the car. I had to be on them with follow up phone calls and had to check their work to make sure it was done correctly. Even basic things like parking at the dealer to shop are a nightmare. The on the street parking is horrible and/or not available and the parking lot at the dealer is WAY to small and is basically a train wreck. There is a valet that hangs out in an idling car at the driveway entrance but the whole parking situation really sucks.

He's very impatient with pretty bad attitude. He didn't keep us informed of what we're supposed to know such as when we should get the titles, permanent license plate, when to get maintenance and etc. He only gave us half a tank of gasoline when the service promised a full tank. For insurance, yes, he did help us get insurance coverage, but it's not the coverage we desired. And he was just rushed to send us away with a not-even-thoroughly-cleaned-up Infiniti G37x. The fact that the car interior wasn't cleaned-up the way it supposed to be was disgusting. And afterward when we called to ask him about the title and stuff which he was supposed to tell us beforehand, he was very impatient and made us wait for 20+ mins which was very not professional and rude. It's just unbelievable that a decent size Infiniti dealership would give a crappy service like this. We only spent one day to put down deposit and got the car and paid everything in full the next day we visited and that's how he treated sincere customers like us??

When I first came into Infiniti of Englewood I had no intentions of getting myself into a different car. After meeting with Ray and talking about the possibilities I had of getting myself into the car I truly wanted, we came up with a plan in which I was very satisfied with. Thanks to Ray, today I am driving comfortably in a G37x, all black, just how I wanted and also looking forward to the new QX by the middle of next year. I came to Infiniti of Englewood to lease a new Q50 that I've had my eye on for a while. I was greeted by Jack, who helped me a great deal throughout the entire process of leasing my car. Not only was he very professional, but he broke down every single detail of my leasing process and everything I wanted to know about the car, matched the lowest price that I received from another dealer, and did everything he can to make sure I was genuinely satisfied with every aspect of the lease. I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a car salesman throughout the entire process. My car was also ready on time, and the temporary plate was on the car and insurance was handled before I even got there! Even after everything was signed for, he followed up and wanted to make sure that I did not have any questions and made sure everything was to my liking. Once again, I want to thank Jack for the great experience and also Jason for all his help. These guys showed me that buying a new car isn't such a hassle after all!

I went here to check out a used jeep and was treated excellently by Jack throughout the whole process. He gave me a great price and broke down all the costs without slipping in any hidden fees like most dealerships. They even worked with my banks interest rate by matching it which made the process go much smoother. The car was detailed and looked amazing the day I came to get it with a temporary plate already on the vehicle and insurance handled so I wasnt left waiting. I would recommend doing business with them again.

The second I stepped foot into this dealership I cannot explain how comfortable they made me feel. Right off the bat the salesman, Leon, and I clicked. He was more than friendly and helpful. He knew the very first day I wanted to just look at the car and talk numbers. I told him any deal offered to me I wanted to go home at night and sleep on it and he respected that and agreed that is the best way. Leon, and also the manager, knew this car inside and out, and sold me on all the details. We negotiated a very, very fair price that was in my range and we were able to close a deal with ease. Never have I ever felt so comfortable and relaxed at a car dealership as this is my 4th time purchasing a different car in 10 years. They were not pushy and respected the fact that I wanted to think over the offer before signing any papers. Not only did I get a great price for a brand new Infiniti Q50, but I received A++++ service from the entire sales staff and especially Leon. I highly recommend this dealership!!

I went in with a "free" oil Chang and came out with a very loud sound coming from my engine. Called them and asked what did they do to my infiniti? Advised to bring it back in and now said I needed wheel barring on the 2 front tires. Call it intuition, but got the strangest sense that something 'shady' happened to my car. Can't prove it. But when that inner voice tells you to follow your gut feeling, believe it. I will NEVER go back to this dealership no matter what is 'free'. NEVER!!!!!!

Avoid this dealer, they are totally deceptiveI was offered an early termination on my lease of a G37x. All conversations were by phone or email. I was assured that the new G37x had every feature as my current G37x. After I signed all the docs and we went to get the new car, the salesman said he forgot to tell me that a few things are not on the new car such as the built in hard drive to record all of my cd's. Very cool feature. Worse yet, the salesman George T. inspected the vehicle and said I was good to go. He never mentioned another inspection would be necessary. Thinking I was all set I accepted the lack of the hard drive and drove away. One week later I get a bill for over $1000 from Infiniti for damages. I contacted George T, my salesman, who denied everything. I spoke with the manager one time and he promised to call me back. They will not take my calls nor call me back. STAY AWAY as this dealer is dishonest and does not value their customers.

I brought my car in to this dealership to find out what was causing the problem with the startup. The first time was almost three weeks ago. After four days, a service manager named David told me the problem was due to the installation of the new battery, which was installed by Pepboys. They had charged me a fee of $135. A week and a half later, the same issue occurred. On my way to work, I got in my car and surprise...the car wouldn't start. So I got a boost from a neighbor and drove back to the dealership. The same manager, David, told me he will have his guys recheck my car and he will personally call me back in two days to let me know the status. Well I never received a call. In fact, i had to call him again 4 days later and I was transferred to his voicemail. I called the front desk and they said he's assisting another client and he will call me back. Again no call back. I called again yesterday and again the call went to his voicemail but this time I was unable to leave a voice message because his inbox was full. I had called the front desk again and had requested for her to call him over the speaker so I can speak to him directly. Finally, it worked and I was transferred to his phone line. David proceeded to give me the story about how the battery I bought at Pepboys wasn't designed to fit my car. Told me it took a few days for them to figure this out. So I had asked why did it take the Mechanic so long to figure out such a simple problem? Why did it take a total of three weeks to get an answer for a battery problem? He couldn't provide me a definitive answer on the reason for the delay. But this delay had wasted my time as well as screwed up my work schedule. I never had a problem with my Infiniti car until this situation. I really like my Infiniti car however the customer service that is provided at these Infiniti dealerships leaves a lot to be desired.

after reading all the negative reviews, I was originally skeptical about this dealership. I got an internet quote from them for a new card, which was followed up with a phone call from Sheila. She persuaded me to make Infinity of Englewood my "last stop" for car buying. I am sure glad she did. When I arrived, I knew exactly the car and the options I wanted to purchase. I was greeted by Sheila, who took me to Dennis Lutz. I laid all my requirements on the table and mentioned several proposals I received from other dealerships. Without going into usual let-me-go-to-the-manager routine, He gave me a much better deal within 10minutes. I was out of a dealership within 45minutes with signed papers (including my trade in). They did not have a car in stock, so we set up a pickup day. When the car was not ready on that day, Jason the sales manager offered to bring the car the following day to my house and pick up my trade in, which is exactly what we did. It was my best car-buying experience and I highly recommend this dealer

We recently bought a 2010 M35X at a dealership of yours, Infiniti of Englewood in NJ. I am disappointed to report that the whole experience was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. For being a luxury high end dealer the customer service is better at DMV. First off the car we had requested to see (the one we ended up buying) took about 30-40 minutes for them to locate. When they finally located the car we had to drive with some random employee who cursed the whole time. While I am not one to say I do not use foul language, I do know when around customers it is highly inappropriate. Secondly, the car was filthy. Our sales rep assured us the car would receive full maintenance and detailing prior to us picking it up. Upon picking up the car we found garbage still in the car, an ant infestation in the glove compartment and other debries. The so called maintenance was also no performed. Upon initially buying the car we noticed water in the tail light. Craig, the sales rep, stated the light and cover would be changed. Now we are two months into having the car and water is starting to collect in the exact same spot. The alignment is off, their are issues with the breaks and a weird clicking noise when the car is first driven in the morning. The car is two months old. We reported all of this to the dealer and brought the car back at their request. They stated that all issues would be resolved and the car would be full detailed. When we received the car back again no detailing was done except a car wash to the outside and we still have all of the same maintenance issues. At this point we are going to be reporting the dealership to the better business bureau and all online review sites. At this point we do not even want the car anymore. It has cost more time than it is worth.

Everytime I go into this dealership, I always deal with Carlos. I go to him with any service issues because he was the sale respresenative who helped me with the purchase of my Infinity. Carlos always assures me that he is available to me for any issue I may have. I have his number, and unlike some sales reps who do not keep in contact with you after a sale, I am always able to reach him. He is always joyful to work with and has excellent customer service skills. I have reccomended him to some of my friends and family already, and will continue to do so.

HORRIBLE! We went there with my family expecting to purchase my sister a new car and left the dealership angry and upset. The employee we were working with was very rude in every way. My father explained that we had found a similar car in another lot for cheaper than they were offering and the employee said "If it was cheaper then go buy it from the other dealer." What kind of business is that?! We were so upset with his response but we decided to give him another chance and asked him if we could negotiate a price on another car. This car's sticker price was around $20,000. When we entered his office he said he would have to look at the internet price to see how much it would be which we have never heard of. After putting some numbers in his calculator he told us the price was now $23,000!!! Our jaws just dropped. We thought we were being pranked or something. We asked why the price was much lower on the car and he said "that doesn't matter let's make a deal." We got up and left as he tried following us out of the building saying that he can lower the price a bit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE.P.S. There is a $500 fee which goes towards "getting the car ready for the customer" not meaning registration fees or taxes.

This infinity of englewood dealership run by fraud. This is how they cheat their customers - the internet sale geek Jason will make all the promises but never give you anything in writing (the miskate i made). If you don't have it in writting your are doomed and you will be signing up for something very different, the sale guy Jarret is interesed only in his bonus not the sales and he will bug you for excellent survey review, the wise guy sales manager Eddi will sing you up for things which were not been shared, all the fine lines, down payment, term and amount (the mistake of my life), illetrate but seem to know it all finance guy Craig will get any and every piece of document of your life and miss use (he ran the credit check for my wife without concent and she has nothing to do in this sale) I'm afraid whereelse they will missuse my personal information. To make commision the dealership is concerened only about hard sale by hook or by crook not worried about customer satifaction. If you want to do business go to infinity of manhassette they will sing to you, treat you like a king, legit and professional. This is where I do business now. In short, infinity of engleewood is a fraud run by uneducated people. Look at all the reviews there has to be some truth to it.

The dealer is keeping my license plates and registration hostage because they forgot to collect a stupid piece of document before sale (my business card). To make the sale they allowed me to drive the car out of their lot now 2 weeks later they are not giving my license plates which i had paid for out of pocket. Now they are harassing me. I'm not liable for any further documentation after sales. It's their fault for not doing their job. Absolutely no respect for customers spending thousands of dollars. They will trick you on the price what they promise in words and then demand more when you buy. I had to pay additional two thousand than what they promised. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone ever

My fiancee and I were driving around looking for a car for both of us. We walked into Infiniti, out of curiosity of the G37. Dennis Lutz greeted us and explained to us about the G37. We told him that we can't make a decision without a test drive. He made the test drive possible for us within minutes. I ended up deciding against the car, (not because it's a bad car, but because I wanted a prettier car than how it drives), but if I were to get an Infiniti, I would look for Dennis.

I went to buy an Infiniti G37X sedan. I go there and there is almost know one working. The salesman blamed it on the holiday party they had the night before. Of course the three G37X I wanted were already sold even though they were still on their website. I finally found a 2012 with 12k miles on it. The dealer wouldn't budge much off the price. They were demanding I leave a deposit for their workers to clean the car up.. I did leave a small deposit. The finance manager wouldn't even meet with me, apparently he was too busy for me chatting with his buddies. So finally, I went to see the car and it had dings on it, badly scratched front bumper. Then the salesman proceeded to drive the car of the curb, bottoming it out and damaging the muffler... Needless to say I went back and ripped up the contract and left. What a joke... The most un proffesional operation i've ever seen.

Leased a g37x coupe from them told them explicitly how many miles I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. When it was time to sign Craig printed out a contract with an amount 1000$ more than I had agreed to pay. I spotted the "mistake" and called him on it so he went to print out another contract with the correct payment on it and I signed. Big mistake! As I found out some time later he changed the alloted miles on the second contract by 6500 miles! In addition he added a fee so if I don't purchase the car at the end of the lease I have to pay $395. I beg all of you, for the sake of your wallets and for honest working people out there please DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Do not buy any car from these dealer. For some reason If you decide do buy the car from this dealer, get everything in writing what the sales man promises you. I bought a car from this dealer and they charged me excess taxes and registration fees. At the time of purchase, they told me that they will return the extra money I paid. But they did not refund me. No one replies to emails or calls. They also take too long to apply for registration. My temporary license plates expired and have not received permanent plates yet. They charge $350 for the processing of paper work. but do not do the work properly.

On September 17, 2012 I went to Englewood Infinity looking at care prices. I was given an offer and was persuaded to lease a FX 35. I must admit the offer was good. I was asked to make a down payment. After that it was hell. One month after i am still going back and forth for the car. I was told to bring many different pieces of document, including my pay stubs, my certificate and transcript from the school i graduated. The customer services is horrible, i kept calling and leaving messages and no one would return my call. For me to speak with the finance guy i had to physically got to the location. One month later i was still going back and forth and waiting on calls them. Then i went to the location and was told there have to find a car for me and i would received a call the following Wednesday. I was not looking out for the call because that was the pattern from the start, however , i called on Saturday October 20, And was told they can't find any more FX 35,(2012). If i want a 2013 its more money. So i ask for my down payment. I am waiting to see how long that will take, because i intend to take the media if my refund in not there in another 3 business days, i am not waiting for a month.

I normally don't take my FX to my local franchised dealership for simple things, like an oil change and tire rotation, but yesterday I decided to as it's in my neighborhood and I think that it's time to helping out the local businesses. It was everything I expected and more. From the comfy waiting area to the friendly service staff. They tried the usual up-sell tune-up etc. (of which I wasn't shocked) but I figured that while I was there, I should just get it done. As I waited in the waiting area, I jumped on the WIFI on my laptop and got some wok done, enjoyed a cup of flavored coffee from the Kurig machine and caught up on the local news. Things I never get while done while I'm at 'other' place.. Definitely made me think twice about where I get my oil changed.

I recently brought in my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told there were no loaners available as seems to always be the case at this dealership. I then inquired how long it would be for the service, I was kindly told about 1 hour, possible 1 hour and 15 minutes with the car wash. I then sat in the service room which had some very nice chairs and WiFi which was very nice. The only problem was, I sat there for about 2 hours before I was called to pay. I was then told to go outside and my car would be waiting outside, it was not, another 10 minutes I stood outside waiting. This wouldn't have been such a big deal, but the service manager came back outside to inform me that they scraped my car. The fender was dented and there was a fair amount of paint missing from the bumper.I was then informed that it was going to take about 2 to 3 days to fix this problem. I was not offered a rental vehicle, I had to demand it. The vehicle I was given was completely unacceptable. I drive a G37x and I was give an EX35, which is a small SUV that is awful. The loaner also had less than a quarter tank of gas, just about empty. I needed to stop and get gas on my way home. Overall working with this dealership has been a truly awful experience from purchase to every service. If Infiniti is going to label themselves a luxury brand, they need more than great cars. It must be an ownership experience that is stress free and enjoyable, think BMW or Mercedes. I have become so irritated with them that I will be selling my vehicle to move to a real luxury brand.

I decided to give this dealership another try. I was amazed and surprised at how smoothly my service visit went. I scheduled it online and when I went in for service everything was prepared for me including my loaner. I came in for an oil change and a check up for my G35. They took care of me pretty quickly and the loaner they gave me was a G37 Convertible, WOW!! I was so happy. They called me later on and explained that the vehicle was due for some fluids to be replaced and that they had found a couple of other component that needed repair. The great thing is that my warranty covered most of the repairs and I decided to go ahead and had them take care of the maintenance. Julio my consultant called when everything was ready. I was happy to see that my G35 was clean and they had taken care of my Infiniti. Prices are great aswell my oil change came out to $39.95. I have tried FETTE and Ramsey Infiniti but I am glad I gave Infiniti Of Englewood another shot, they won me over.

LEON LEON LEON....& Craig are amazing!!! Leon is such a great sales person. Right from the moment we entered this place small stuff like being offered water or coffee (it goes such a long way), people smiling genuinely and making a genuine effort to make you feel comfortable...this has been one of the best car shopping experiences we've ever had. There was none of that sneaky, shady, snake-like car salesman feeling that we got here. Leon was a very cool, positive, happy and honest guy who worked out the deal so well for us. He worked with us, he stayed focussed on what our budget looked like and worked out a deal for us on the used Maxima that we had come in for. Best of all there was none of that "oh we are an infinity dealership so we will treat you like crap just cuz you've come in for a pre-owned non luxury car". there was NONE OF THAT> Overall excellent experience right from start to finish. It was wonderful, they made us feel wanted and appreciated our business and did whatever it took to get us a good deal and even gave decent money for our trade in. Would DEFINITELY do business with them again. And sales people like LEON is what every car dealership should have.

I was looking to get out of my lease about 5 months early and was shopping around for an Infiniti or a BMW. After many test drives I decided to go with the Infiniti and followed up with some internet lease qoute requests. I had very strict guidelines regarding the deal that I needed and I wasnt sure that anyone was going to be able to come through, but ultimately I was willing to wait out my current lease and look for something in April or May of this year. The folks at Infiniti of Ramsey were less than helpful and tried convincing me that the better lease programs were on a G25x furthermore they were requiring money down that I was not willing to come up with. After speaking with Roy from Infiniti of Englewood he confirmed to me that the G37x was the better lease and I began to lay out the deal that I needed. Roy was very professional and assured me that if I came down to the dealership I would not be wasting my time. I was met at the front entrance by Roy and greeted along the way by a very pleasant staff. Roy set me up with a sales consultant named Chris who ironed out the finer points of the deal on a 2012 G37x w/premium pkg. In the end all of my requests were met (negotiated price of vehicle, residual value, money factor, term of lease, payoff of 5 remaining lease payments, 0 upfront fees/taxes and down payment and mileage allowance). The car is blast to drive and I feel good about the way I was treated. I have read some negative feedback about the previous ownership but I feel that has not carried over to the new owners.

When my husband and I bought our first Infiniti years ago, we struggled to find proper/attentive customer service from both the sales & service end of the business. Since the dealership has been taken over... the Service department at Infiniti of Englewood couldn't be any finer. The Service Manager has shown a tremendous amount of concern and interest in the customer's satisfaction. He has gone out of his way to ensure that we are happy with the service, cost and the timing of the service appointment. When a loaner is needed....the service department at Infiniti of Englewood will go the extra mile to make arrangements. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for an Infiniti in the Bergen County area! Thanks Carlos, Todd and Julio!

Recently I leased 2011 QX56 from this dealership.They told me they will match other dealership's offer.I had 2008 M45 with 2 payments left on my account, and they had infiniti lease pull out program with infiniti will pay up to 3 months your lease payment if you lease or buy another Infiniti.After I signed all those papers and recieved car, few weeks later I received a letter from IFS( Infiniti of Finance) about past due balance and they will send it out to collecition agency.I called this dealership and found out that they used 3rd party financial company ( Hann financial)to make more money out of my lease instead of IFS, therefore my balance payment won't be paid by IFS.I asked them to pay for the balance because it was part of deal and they asked me to approve them about this deal.So I retrieved deleted emails from hotmail account and sent them back.It took them over a few weeks to make a decision and they said they will pay for it.Meanwhile my credit score got affected and credit card companies canceld some previleages like over time payment and etc.Guess what happened if I couldn't find those proofs like emails.They sent that payment on June 1st ( I signed contract on 3/31) by REGULAR MAIL and IFS still haven't received it yet.Seriously, if you are looking for Infiniti, go to others.

I needed to trade in my Infiniti G35X that I purchased at this dealership location back in 2004 and was in the market for a new G37X. I was originally apprehensive going to Infiniti of Englewood since I purchased the car when it was owned by Park Ave. I have purchased several cars from Park Ave. and thought they would be more accommodating due to my historical relationship. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a good price for my trade-in and a very fair price for the purchase of the G37X. Dimitri Evstigneev was my salesperson. He was great to work with. No rush, no BS, straight honest conversation and we made a deal on the spot. The car was delivered in perfect shape, super clean. Dimitri spent considerable time reviewing the features with us and we walked out really feeling good about our purchase and experience. If you are going to buy an Infiniti; I suggest you look up Dimitri at Infiniti of Englewood.

This would be the second time bringing my FX into Englewood Dealer... And I have to say the service was excellent compare to the one in New York. The Advisor, Julio, was very helpful, quick to assist, and ensured me quality service. It had to be less than an hour and I was good to go, but considering it wasn't so busy since the last time I was there. Great service is determined by good people. And I would have to recommand this place to any infiniti car owner.

PRIOR TO NEW MANAGEMENT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE DEPT AND WAS GOING TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. WHEN I MET CARLOS, I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS A NEW WORKER AND THAT I APPRECIATED HIS HELP. CARLOS ADVISED ME THAT HE WAS INFACT A NEW WORKER AND THAT DEALERSHIP WAS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. FROM RECEPTIONIST TO SERVICE ADVISORS YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN WORK AND ATTITUDE. I had trouble with another dealer and this dealership before the new service management. What a difference. They bent over backwards to make me happy and did good work in a timely manner. In the past I would not have recommended them, but now it is a whole new story!!! This is a good example of how your can turn a business around.

I had used Fette Infiniti for service but was unhappy so I tried Englewood. What a difference. I called and they had a loaner avalable for the same day. I was going in for a recall and an oil change. They called me and told me I also need front brakes and tires. I told them I'd get back to them and called around. I was pleasantly surprised to find they were about the same as my Goodyear guy, so I let them do the repairs. When I picked it up the price was the same as I was quoted and I had no problems with the work done. I will return because I liked the service and the prices plus I was driving a free new Infiniti for the day.

I have been visiting this service center for over three years and have seen a large turnover rate of both managers and service staff. I must say that the new management, now under Carlos, is absolutely welcoming, attentative and reassuring. He is always available to answer any questions and has always responded to any concerns I've had with my vehicle. Julio is always patient, honest, and addresses all of my concerns. I no longer feel that I'm given a list of repairs or recommendations for service that my vehicle really does not require. I finally feel that I can place my trust where I bring my vehicle for service. The Service Team, under Carlos, at the Infiniti of Englewood definitely gets two thumbs up!!

I am a no nonsense professional that knew what he was looking for ... and I was looking for a dealership that would both respect and respond to this fact. That's code for - 'don't try to sell me something I don't want' if you're serious about selling me a car. In turn, I was direct with my requirements and made a very specific request of several Infiniti Dealers, regading the automobile I wanted - MX 37 - and the price I was willing to pay, based on my research. I committed to buying within 7 days if I found the right sales person who 'got it' - and reached out via the internet. While all the dealerships responded with their perfunctory internet coined responses, only one responded precisely as I requested - Roy, from Infiniti of Englewood.Roy was immediate with his personalized response - and precise in the offer he made me - and his no nonsense approach was just what I was looking for. He was fair with me - commited to delivering the car when I wanted it, and we closed the deal in one exchange. We hit a couple of bumps - what sale doesn't - and Roy handled them seamlessly; noeffort on my part. Importantly, Roy was professional, polite and had a sense of urgency (all of which are required in my world). He is also honest - not necessarily the car salesman stereotype, I know - and delivered everything he told me he would --- when he said he would. He stuck with me throughout the process - I don't like switching in the middle of things - and I shook his hand and thanked him for his efforts, I was so impressed with his professionalism. When I want another car - I know where I'm going.

Stay away from these guys - they are everything you have ever heard about Car Salesmem. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel. These guys should really be put in jail.Round 1Was in the market to buy a leftover 2010 G37x. Called around for prices and car availability, Englewood had 1 left (first lie, there was more but would only sell me this one). It was dark when we closed the deal and picked up the car. We did a quick look over, everything seemed ok. We did notice what looked like buffing rings on the car, which seemed a litte odd for a new car, but maybe it was because it was dark and the way the streetlight was hitting it. NOPE - the next morning under normal lighting it only looked worse, not only was the paint job and finish very bad but there was also a dent in the roof. The car was damaged previously and they tried to fix it and sell it as new!!! Welcome to Engelwood Infiniti - please come in so I can rip you off. Shysters - every last one of them in there - from top to bottom.Round 2Dealing with the Sales Manager - Spent hours with him arguing that I wanted my money back or another 2010 in NEW condition. Had to get off the phone with him, leave work and go to the lot to argue it out to force them to make right by it. He said he could only repaint the car to resolve it - a brand NEW car!! NOT! After spending way to much time on this already he agreed for me to go down to his other lot and look at another 2010 and the 2011s, however, he probably can't sell me the 2010 because someone has a deposit on it - unless I wait till 3 more days, maybe they won't show up. He also agrees to sell me the 2011 for $500 below invoice if I choose to take a 2011. I come back from the lot - I want the 2010 0 they say no because its been damaged and don't want to go thru this again with me (more lies). Its all about pushing me into a 2011 that I don't really want. My preference is to get my money back but the big press was on by them to ensur that wasnt happenning - many lies as to why that is not possible. At this point I am wearing down, and need to get to my wife over too her deathly ill mother. So I agree to move forward with the 2011 on the lot. Mistake number 2 for me.Round 3Doing the deal for the 2011 - I will keep this as short as possible. The car was sold for over invoice, even though it was agreed to be sold for, as the FInance Manager said for $1000 under invoice. You couldn't actually tell what the car was sold for due to the Finance Managers forms being so deliberately cryptic. When I asked specifically on the cost of the car he gave me a number that when I went home to decode the paperwork it turned out to be a lie. I also bought an extended warranty which he said was only $100 over cost and it wound up being $1000 over cost (I have since canceled this). The audacity of these guys continuing to try and stiff me after they wronged me in the first place. They just don't stop. They have no moral code or any recognizable business ethics at least. Its insane that Infiniti doesn't set a code of conduct for their dealers.Round 4After attrempting for days to address the price scam on the 2011, Craig agreed to provide me a Premium or Elite maintenance plan to make up for it (more like so I would stop calling and sending emails). Surprisingly, I did receive a plan in the mail but it wasn't the one he promised - it was the lowest plan out there to get oil changes done twice a year (6 oil changes). This in no way makes up for anything. Just another example of flat out lies and unscrupulous business practices.ConclusionIn the end, I wish I never stepped foot in the dealership. They are crooks to the core. Every time I drive the car it pisses me off that I even have this Infiniti now. I have bought a lot of cars over the years at dealerships and never was it ever this bad - never!

They offered terrible service and used pressure sales tactics to get me to put a down payment on a car I didn't want. I called 2 times to have my down payment refunded but they still have yet to. It's been about 3 weeks. I'm fed up with them. If you want an infiniti, go somewhere else.

Salesman Charles, was nice had a good experience. Tried to get over on me but once he realized how knowledgeable I was he changed completely. Financial Advisor: Craig Dotoli be warned read everything and fine print. WIll tell you one price and fee and change it and try to sneak charges in on your sale. Be WARNED!!! Make sure everything is in writing, don't believe anything you are told. They will cut every corner and lie to you blatantly, as long as they have your signature and money they got you and don't care. Horrible dealership.

We bought an EX35 from out of state. What a horrible experience we've had with Englewood Infiniti especially after spending over $30K. After the payment for the car was received from the bank, we could NEVER get a hold of the sales person (Charles Henry) who sold us the car.We rang and left messages and never heard from him so we had to ask the receptionist to page him. Only then could we speak to him....however at one point when my husband was talking to Charles Henry, the call got 'cut off' during mid conversation. Charles did not call my husband back and when we called back, the receptionist told us that he was with a customer and can't come to the phone. Little did we know, this was just a taste of things to come.Three weeks later when out temporary permit which was given to us by Englewood Infiniti, was about to expire we got to speak to Craig a finance manager, this is what he told us. After accepting payment for tax and license he had not applied for our plates with the MN DMV AND he was still in possession of our title. His poor excuse was that he found out what a lengthy process it was going to be and so he decided not to do it....and at the same time decided not to inform us of this. Because of his negligence and incompetence, we were not only owed that money but now our temporary permit had expired and we could not drive the car we paid for almost a month prior.Craig sat on the application and the title for over 3 weeks and did not do anything. We asked that our application/standard fee be reimbursed for all the trouble we've been put through. We were denied. I wrote to the GM (Pat Murray) and our complaint was ignored. He did not even acknowledge receiving our email. This is not the way to treat any customer, especially after spending as much as we did on a used car.The company is a circus. Don't make the same mistake we did. DO NOT deal with them.

I purchased a used 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Infiniti of Englewood on August 31. I had researched and hunted for this exact vehicle on-line for about 3 weeks. My whole "very fast" buying experience was pleasant. I don't like the "car buying experience" as a whole, but the employees here made it less stressfull. I had to return my vehicle today for some small service issues and they were handled by the service department completely. The service manager was very nice, and I felt like I was treated special, even though I'm not an Infiniti owner! I even met two very nice people in the waiting room. I am in love with Jeep Cherokee's, but would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Oh, a suggestion, put a bigger sign on North Dean to make that left hand turn. The existing one is easy to miss! Thank you!

I visited this dealer with the intention of checking out a new car. I was greeted by the sales manager and then a sales rep introduced himself to me. He offered a test drive and explained everything about the car and was very courteous. The sales manager also introduced himself to me and helped out with the paper work. I ended up buying a car that very day. Hopefully my future dealings with them will be just as smooth.

I had an extraordinarily pleasant experience in purchasing a new G37x here. There's really not much in the way of decision making when it comes to the G37 since pretty much everything comes standard, so Dmitri just let the car sell itself. He guided me through a route in NJ that highlighted all the capabilities of this car's spectacular ride. There were twisty roads that demonstrated the G37s smooth handling and short straight paths that let me feel the power of its acceleration. Unlike test drives at other car dealerships in either the parking lot or on a straight boring highway, I really got a sense of what this car could accomplish.In addition, Dmitri was impressively knowledgeable about all the interior features and helped me set up the car when I received it. Throughout the whole process, he was a pleasure to work with: he secured the color I wanted in a couple days, he faxed over my paperwork to the insurance company 3 times (they kept losing it) and he always helps me out whenever I'm in the area and feel like bothering him about anything at all.I'll be a long time customer here.

I had leased a G35x sedan from Ramsey in 2008 after owning a 2003 G coupe and was never happy with the process or the service I was provided. Finally, after a fender bender in early 2010 I went to Infiniti of Englewood for the repair work. Their service was excellent, and they even gave me a loaner car for a week(it was a week because of the appraiser, not the service department) while they did the repairs. In June 2010 I decided to upgrade to an M37x and immediately went back to Englewood. That was when I met George and Sonny, who treated me great, gave me a fair deal (considering they were taking me out of the lease on the G with 15 months to go), and made the entire process a pleasure. After driving the car off the lot and bringing it to my girlfriend, I noticed a scratch. I called George immediately and he set up an appointment with the detailer they use. Turns out my "scratch" was just some excess glue from the plastic used to protect the car, but George could not have known that at the time. He was going to pay to fix it even though I had driven it away without noticing. Given my entire experience, I brought my girlfriend Maria there today to lease an EX35 AWD Journey. They quoted a lease price that was equal to what we were quoted for a Honda Pilot and they helped us deal with a rude insurance company while we were trying to sign the lease. In my case and in Maria's, George spent significant time with us at delivery to make sure we knew all of the features on our cars. If you're looking for the total Infiniti experience, then the process begins with a staff that knows their cars, loves their cars and wants you to enjoy them as owners! I am on my 3rd Infiniti, and I can tell you that the best experience I have had, pound for pound was with their dealership. Their representatives more than provided the car of my choice... They personally delivered my New G37x to my door in Long Island from New Jersey!!! I went in to my TPMS reinitialized as I was switching wheels for the winter. I did not have an appointment and just showed up at 9am. I pulled into the dealer and up the service ramp to a valet area where I was greeted by a service advisor. It took 5 min because there were a couple of customers ahead of me but that was fine, I had no appt. A service advisor came out, greeted me, and I told him I tried to make an appt on Monday for today but they told me it was not necessary. No problem he said, I'll have them get it done for ya. We went inside, sat me down in his office, told me it would be $32 to reset the system and I could wait for it and it'll get done shortly. I took the time to go into the showroom and look around. I sat in the new FX35 and got myself some free starbucks coffee in the waiting area.I again saw the service advisor later on and asked him if I could turn in my lease here when its due. He told me sure and asked me if I was going to get an another FX. I told him no I had already bought a new car. When I told him what it was, we got engaged in conversation, turns out Todd my service advisor is a car enthusiast as well. Even offered a referral at a nearby BMW dealership for service if I mentioned I knew him, that they'd take care of me.10 min later, he told me my car was ready and that it had been washed. Normally I decline the service and it was raining today, but whatever, it looked fantastic, he walked me out to my car, thanked me and gave me his card. I honestly never had a more pleasant car experience since prior to having an Infiniti.

I went in there because my car over heated once. My husband had said that he thought that the termostat was sticking. All of a sudden it needed a new radator, 1,200$ worth of work when the car over heated just once! When my husband said no, we did not want the radator changed - just the termostat, they were not very nice. Turns out after all that my car did not need a radator.Very shady place - would not go there again.

Both Michael and Roy were exceptional throughout the entire process. The G37x that we leased from Infiniti of Englewood will be our third Infiniti. So needless to say, we are sold on the brand and our experiences have been favorable. I think the new management at this particular dealership is much better and more professional than the previous management back in 2007. I would highly recommend anyone interested in an Infiniti to make Infiniti of Englewood their dealer of choice.Roy is an excellent client specialist and was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the new G. The deal that we ultimately agreed to was fair and I was very satisfied with the terms.Overall, my wife and I were very pleased.

I contacted this dealer 4 months ago for G37, and I decided not to buy Infinity due to Fuel Efficiency. But they keep me posted even after 4 months later. That was the biggest reason I chose Infinity of Englewood after I experienced bad service from other 'Not Interested to Customer' Dealers. Only thing is that they guaranteed I would get under $450 installment and I have $480 now due to Credit issue. They were very friendly and quality of work was great. They also have facebook account and reply e-mail quick. I felt they'd like to communicate with Customer.

My wife & I were searching for certified g35, upon our entry into the parking lot from the valet parking to the receptionist who was very diligent in getting us assistance our overall experience was great. Our sales person Roy was very helpful and not too pushy. He was very patient and took care to allow us to see as many vehicles as we desired. He explained the pros and cons of the various vehicles on the lot. We were indecisive between two vehicles and he broke down the approximate figures and benefits of each. After making our choice, Bus.Mgr. Craig was very helpful and put together several financial packages that were not too painful and within our budget with an excellent warranty, which by the way was our reason for choosing Englewood above the other Infiniti Dealerships we researched on the internet. We left there satisfied and assured that we would have a good relationship with the kind folks at Englewood for some time to come. Darryl & Paula Footmon

This Dealership has proven me correct every time. I recommend friends and family members to this deareship, even when i see other infinity owners I ask them if they ever dealt with Infinity of Englewood. I find that the boutique type environment is much more attractive to the car purchaser, its not a mega dealer with multi brands.

Absolutely horrible and shady place. Never gets straight answers for questions and rude from top to bottom of the managment. Even the valet guy and the guy who bring the car from the lot were rude. When I showed up for the contract the manager showed me the contract that was $700 greater than what we discussed on previous visit and when I questioned about it the manager immediately changed the contract. When I asked to see the car before the delivery they gave an excuse that the car was in the detail shop. When I demanded to go to detailing shop the car suddenly appeared on lot. I saw the car on the lot and the car was dirty and had 80 miles in it. I asked for another car and they start to give excuses why the car had mileage in it. When I was about to walk out of the whole deal they finally produce a car with 9miles in it. I wish I would have read the reviews of this dealer before I went there.

Listen to the people posted here: DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I went there to do the regular mainentance for the first time. Then the door got dented, bumper got scratched. And do they use the proper tools? Guess not, all my wheels got the marks due to the improper use of the SCREW DRIVER. And it was a waste of time to complain to them. LEARN FROM US: DO NOT GO TO THIS stEALERship. Infiniti should shut down this place.

i had the worst experience ever at this dealer. these ppl should not be in business at all. really poor costumer service. that guy gregg is a lier. i got tricked with the whole deal. i used to own an infiniti lease and it was a mess. i love infiniti cars but because of them i dont think ill ever want one again.

Lied to me for a month that my g37 convertible was ordered and on a boat from Japan. A MONTH!! I visited a few times and even called a few times per week for updates and was lied to more than 10 times!!!!Worth going to jail for...Charlie told me something in confidence that I won't repeat but let's say that the lying rolls down from the top.

Leased a G37 from them and was quoted an "everything included" monthly price. When I went to sign paper work the price was much higher. Tax had not been included even though every other dealership I spoke with included it in their lease price. They're fast talkers.

I have had multiple problems with this place which is why I'll never trust my 08 G37S in thier hands again. They did more damage to the vehicle than good (damaged 2 right rims on curb inside of the garage). I was lied to multiple times about muffler replacements as well as body work estimates. One month the price is 600.00 for a replacement bumper cover, then a month later, the same exact place, repair, person, car, etc. now has risen to over 900.00???? I went around and around with the service manager, dealership manager, every manager under the roof. No one was able to provide me with the service/maintenance i deserve. It wasn't until i contacted Infini's investor website and wrote a long 3 page account of what i had went through. I submitted it to a long list of email addresses from the website and within 2 days, i received a call from a gentleman, who gave me what i wanted (650.00 dollar check to repair the rims they had destroyed). I never respond to these sorts of websites, but after reading the reviews upon setting my car up with Ramsey Infiniti, i became curious. Called Englewood Infiniti to ask about the cost of evaluating a service engine light on the dashboard. Was told by the service scheduler that cost would be estimated depending on what needed to be done. Went to an appointment, waited one hour, and was then told I would need to pay $115 to look at the car to figure out what was wrong. So if there was nothing found or a minor repair needed, I would have to pay $115 plus the cost of the repair. Doesn't make sense to me. Do you have to pay to perform a diagnostic? Also said I needed an oil change, but had the oil change the week before. Very fishy. Never had that experience with any other make of car I've owned.

bought a 2007 FX from this dealer with a trade in. Was told that they will pay off the trade in within 30days. well 30days came and went and not payoff. I have tried contacting them with phone calls and emails with no response. The sales department did what they could to push the purchase by meeting all my requirements however I am left holding the bag as I do know when they will pay off my trade-in. I wish I had did my research better before I went to this dealer. Please don't use them!

They gave me the lowest number,I asked for a lease on 09 G35,They gave me the nest number,I live in North jersey not far from Ramsey,but Engilwood had them beat by Thousands,,so i drove down to Englewood,thinking I got my deal,I got there,the salesman i spoke to was off,the manager came out and the story changed,I told him your salesman gave me these numbers,on this exact car,he said no way,tried to play around with the numbers,and start puting doubts in my numbers,i was there for hours,and what a waist of time,I drove back and bought my car at Ramsey,nice guys,even though I was dry and cold to them because of my experience at Engle wood,but the guys at ramsey were nice,trust me ,if you call Engelwood they will give you the best number on any car,even they do not have it,but when you get there ,every thing changes,I will never buy a car there,Bad business

Todd was very friendly and treated me well with follow up calls and all. Everything was perfect until...1. my first visit, i noticed scratches on my rear glass, door and yellow paint on my rim from the curb.- Todd was there to see the damage... But their manager took a quick look at the glass and just said "it's the tint" then tried to walk away... i stopped him then said ' who in right mind would get their window tinted from outside?' then he just looked at it again then just blurted out "we'll buff it"...yeah right... buffing the passenger glass? finally after few more nonsense talk, they told me they'll replace my glass... but won't cover the cost of the tint. 2. After few days, i went back to get my car back (by the way, it's '06 M35X) Todd wasn't there and my car was ready. Weather was horrible so when they brought my car in, it's was completely wet...so i couldn't get good look around the car. When i went back to tint shop to get it tint again, i noticed hugh gash on my fender... went right back to dealer, they said there's nothing they can do. They just told me to come back when their manager's in. i did then they took few pictures then told me they'll get back to me. two weeks later, not a single phone call. Every time i leave my name and message, nothing... not even "no we can't cover this..." i'm not saying they are bad people.. but i'm just afraid to go back... god knows what else they'll do to my car.
