I just purchased my first car from Jessica. She was incredibly kind and helpful texting with me for almost a week before my test drive. She answered all my questions as they trickled into my brain and she was not at all pushy. It seemed like she really wanted to help me find something good for me. Overall, such a nice experience and much better than I expected from a dealership.

I changed my brake fluid here last month. When I picked up my Q50, I saw at the first sight that its bumper was badly hit, and its fender was bent (P1 & P2). I brought it to the service manager’s attention immediately, but he said they noticed the wound when we came. The fact is they tunnel-washed my vehicle 30 minutes before I picked it up (recorded by dash cam). But the dust between fender and bumper is intact (P3 P4). The inside of the pierced bumper was dry, and no trace of water was found (P5). Clearly my car was hit after the wash. I asked the manager for a proof, but he didn’t have. I wanted to check the security camera, but he said it is managed by another vendor and won’t be available until 24 hours later. He promised to reply with the footage, and as expected, he lied. Btw, as always, they left a huge footprint at driver side pedal.

Fantastic customer service and dealership. Would recommend anyone to check them out before buying elsewhere. Sean my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I wanted, but was not pushy and just truly wanted to help get me what I wanted and explain my options. He and Brooke in finance were very helpful and efficient in getting me a better finance rate than I expected. They are the best.

This was the BEST experience ever buying a car, it was all done professionally and speedy. Brandon and Brandon were awesome putting everything together and done with in about 60 minutes.👍🏼thanks to all at Infinity of Bellevue!!!!
