I hope to see Bill in three years when I return to buy another car. I am also talking my son into trading in his Dodge for a Hyundai. I want Bill to help us with this as he is the best. Bill understands peoples needs and works with them to get them the deal they need. I was impressed with his service as I said before. My wife also says Bill was the best in explaining all that we needed. He made us feel so comfortable with the buying of the car. He should be the sales trainer to teach other salesman how to sell and treat people. If i return to buy a car I will only deal with Bill.

Great service, overall. Terrific and Knowledgeable staff. The only minor advice I would suggest is that you have a little more organization out in the exterior car lots as to knowing where your inventory is located. I know this Dealership shares all of the lot space with each other. However, it seemed like we had to physically conduct a true 'search and find' for my perfect new car because all of your cars and other manufacturers cars are intermingled together and share the same lot space. This comment is not meant to be negative towards the sales person, whatsoever. Gabe was great! And eventually we found our perfect black on black new vehicle. We are very pleased and will be back as returning customers.

My experience was way more than I expected it to be to by hone step which is a good thing. I originally had an appointment with Bill, however when I got to the dealership he was busy with someone who walked in. He set me up with Mike who was phenomenal. I didn't expect to walk away with a car that day but I did. Mike went over everything with me from top to bottom and ensure I knew where the service building was. Bill came over throughout my process to make sure I was ok and also congratulate me on my new purchase. These two guys are an asset to your team. They now have a loyal customer

I went into look at new cars. I was leasing a Jetta volkswagen and it was due to be returned. I requested a vehicle with heated seats. Test drove it and like it. Decide on the Elantra, I wanted a certain interior and they found one with the color and heated seats.

Ryan Earle was a great salesperson and extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. He answered all my questions and followed-up on anything he wasn't 100% sure on. Ryan made the purchase experience very pleasant. At no fault of Ryan, I do have to note that I believe the sales manager could have offered me more of a competitive offer for my trade in, considering it was in very good condition and various car trade websites appraisaled my vehicle $1200 above what I received. Other than that, I highly recommend Hyundai of Turnersville. This was my second purchase from Turnersville, and I will return in the future.

This was the very best experience I have ever had when buying a car, and I have had many. It was straightforward without any dancing around. i worked as a sales consultant at Saturn of Turnersville for ten years. We won the Summit award , the CSI award from Saturn Corp. six years in a row. I thought I was back there. Best sales experience I have ever had! The Sonata is the most car for the money that has ever been built. Test drove, got trade appraised, and spotted the car. Mike did a stellar walk around, was very respectful to my wife and took control of the sale. He kept it moving forward and when he got enough yeses, he asked for the sale. He closed. The overall work of the dealer who attended me was on point. I wish that in the deal itself it should allow me to drive more than 2,500 miles a month. I'm an Uber driver and a student, and 82 miles a day just isn't enough to complete my daily needs, such as school, errands and work( UBER ).

I am a loyal Hyundai owner, but this was the fist time I had purchase a vehicle by myself. I had been anxious about having to face the gauntlet on my own, However, Mike was terrific to work with. Within literally minutes the folks there located the car I asked for with all the options I wanted. Buy the end of the day I drove off with my Hyndai Sonata. Each change from a larger trunk and navigation screen to more interior space, heated/cooled seats,automatic speed adjust/brake and blind side warning system was so impressive. I'm not an easy sell and I am very determined in getting the deal I want, and the salespeople are accommodating and fair and work hard to make the deal happen the way I require it. Great overall experience. No pressure. No hassle and my perception of the deal I received seemed fair based on my personal circumstances. Also, my sales person was very respectful and not overbearing or pushy. Good guy. Great vehicle.

I had my 2014 Sonata SE AT 7500 mile service just done. I used a coupon and saved $25.00. They were fast, washed the car and rotated the tires. I went over to the dealership for the service department. I didn't have a Bluetooth phone when I received the car a year before but they setup my new phone with the car. This is my second Sonata from this dealer.

Made an appt for 2/25/15 at 10:30 to have my Bluelink serviced. I arrived at 10:15. I asked how long my car would be or did I need to call to have someone pick me up and they said I should probably have someone pick me up that they didn't know how long it would take. I left and called few hours later and was told it wasn't in the shop yet. I called again at 3:30 and was told AGAIN it wasn't in the shop yet. My husband called at approximately 4:35 and a girl took a message and said someone would call us right back and they did not. He called again at 5:00 and finally someone came on and said our car was in the shop without any other explanation or information. They never called to tell us anything after than and then closed and now I am without my car and without any communication with ANYONE. Totally unacceptable. This is our 5th Hyundai and after this it might be my last when my lease runs out.

I had an amazing experience with Turnersville Hyundai. I was trading in a 2014 Chevy, and looking for a car more suitable to my financial position. I had a terrible experience purchasing my last car, and was not looking forward to having to do it again. I have a family member who has purchased 8 Hyundais now from this dealership and has had a very pleasant experience each time. I am now proudly leasing a 2015 Hyundai Elantra, and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Ashley was our sales person and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. No pressure, no hidden tricks. Straight to the point and got us exactly what we needed. Cari worked out our finances and was wonderful. I highly recommend Turnersville Hyundai if you are looking for a pleasant car buying experience.

My fiance and I were interested in an Accent we saw online and contacted the Online Manager (Michele Ruta). She responded with pricing and we set up a time to go in and check the car out. We had a specific car in mind, this was the car we emailed about (it was a manual transmission...), and this is the car we wished to see. A man named David called my fiance to confirm our appointment on the day of (May 6, 2014). No mention of specifics, just time and yes we'll be there...so we drive to Turnersville, meet up with David, and find out the car was sold the night before. We were very disappointed of course. Had we known, we would have never driven out there. Then David tried to push us on other cars but we knew what we wanted, they didn't have any other manual Accents, so we left. I emailed Michele to let her know our frustration with our experience. She had the nerve to email me back today and say that David told her that my fiance said we didn't have a specific car in mind and that we wanted to see all the Accents. Complete, outright LIE. I will NEVER go back to this dealership (and I was a repeat customer - had an 08 Accent from here that we intended to trade in). Needless to say, we went to Burns Hyundai in Marlton, got the car we wanted with no problems whatsoever. Don't even waste your time with these people in Turnersville. Typical bait and switch nonsense that you would typically expect from a buy here pay here...

Great car, great service! Tom greeted us warmly and introduced us to Anthony, who helped us view, test drive and decide on just the right car that fit my daughter's needs and budget. Anthony was very informative and patient with us as we considered our options and ultimately concluded our purchase. Tom and Anthony were more than helpful and friendly. Anthony did not try and sell me a vehicle that was out of my price range. He listened to what I said I was looking for and showed me the best options. Tom was instrumental in completing the deal and getting me the best interest rate. Overall they were extremely helpful and honest. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from them.

This is my fourth Hyundai purchase from Hyundai of Turnersville. Every time I go to the dealership the salesmen, managers and other staff are friendly and welcoming! They really take care of their customers by taking the time to explain the details of the car and answer any questions that they may have. Hyundai of Turnersville always has a wide variety of cars to choose from and stand by their name. I never felt overwhelmed or unsure of a purchase due to the comfortability of the environment. I won't go anywhere else and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car!

This is the 3rd Sonata that we have purchased from Tom C. and his team of professionals. They handled every step of the process from friendly greeting, to reviewing of their extensive inventory, to walking my wife and I through the deal paperwork, to finally sitting in the car that had the right color combinations and amenities we were looking for. Brian even programed my I-phone to match up with the Blue Tooth. During my scheduled maintenances, I enjoy visiting the sales floor and checking in with Tom and his guys to see what new things Hyundai is coming up with. Never have we been treated so poorly as a customer at any time, anywhere. While reviewing the paperwork for proposed deals, the salesperson Anthony made smart remarks and criticized what we said. When we informed Anthony that we were leaving, he literally stood up, while shaking the paper work in our direction, started yelling and walking away. He continued yelling as we walked out! We have a business and know that customers can be trying at times, but never were we rude to Anthony or anyone else at this Dealership!! This obnoxious behavior led to us walking out. Yesterday, we purchased a Hyundai from another dealer for less money; every person we dealt with was totally professional and courteous from the beginning to the end! If you want harrassment while you are trying to buy your car, Turnersville hyundai is the place to go. Even after I sent my complaint (when asked for feedback), NO ONE had the courtesy to respond to my email or call me.I guess they don't know professionalism or customer courtesy!!!!

I have had several bad encounters with the service department at this dealership. They don't ever seem to have parts on hand and have even managed to forget to order parts for my next scheduled service, twice! When you speak to the staff regarding their mistakes, they get an attitude with you. Beware, they will note your account if you don't give them a high rating and then when you need future service, they treat you differently. I wish their was another dealership close by that I could use. I hate having to go to them, but I refuse to pay for services when I'm still under warranty.

Brought my sonata in for service. They were honest enough to let me know I was a little early for my first service. I decided to have it done anyway as I was going on a trip. They also informed me of a minor software recall that they handled. Told me It would be about 1 to 1.5 hrs to complete. It took about 1hr 15 min and they came and promplty informed me service was ccomplete. No problems here waiting area nice clean and comfortable.
