First off I am a 32+ year veteran of the automotive Industry with multiple dealership and manufacturer experience. So I know a great dealer when I see one.Before going to Tufankjian Hyundai I spent time with 5 other Hyundai dealerships trying to put a deal together. To my amazement they all are still implementing the "smoke and mirrors" and slight of hand tricks with the numbers trying to fool me but it didn't work. I became more and more frustrated as I had a specific vehicle in mind and most Hyundai dealers did not have the car I wanted in stock. I had to endure this 1980's style slimy car salesman tactics for two weeks before contacting Tufankjian Hyundai. I assure you this wont happen again.When I called a friendly voice answered the phone and put me right in touch with Carey Worrall in sales. Her phone etiquette and willingness to listen to my rant of how I have been treated to this point was kind of like therapy. She was very pleasant and truly wanted to earn my business. Well she convinced me to drive the 1-1/2 hours out to the dealership so they could evaluate my trade. She welcomed me and we got right to work on getting some base numbers put together. I also met Bruce Szumita the GSM/GM and we talked shop for a few minutes and he gave me a ballpark number on my deal. His ballpark was way below all the other dealers I visited so I did have some hope that I would be able to put a deal together and get the car I wanted. Not once at any time did I ever feel the need to be on the defensive or to have my guard up because I felt I needed to. They both made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and honestly that is the atmosphere you feel at this dealership.To my pleasant surprise I received 4 calls from Carey the next day as she was working my deal and I really felt like she was doing her best to get my deal done. On the last call I pulled the trigger and accepted the offer they gave meI left right away to take delivery of my new car. I knew I would have to wait a little bit because it was the last day of the month. Carey checked in on me frequently even getting me some water while she was working other deals... I felt that was exceptional customer service/caring for your customer!!!!I was able to take my car home and I cant thank the sales team at Tufankjian Hyundai enough for their efforts!!!I give Tufankjian Hyundai the highest of recommendations for anyone looking for a new or used Hyundai!!!Steve Richard

I was a bit apprehensive when I first entered the showroom as I had not purchased a vehicle in many years. Sam Brandt guided me thru the process in a thorough and professional manner. Great experience! Carey was welcoming, helpful, kind, and genuine. Never made me feel pressure into anything and I even hugged her on my way out with a new car! Being a younger woman and not knowing too much about cars, I was dreading this day because of all the stories you hear about car salesmen but she completely proved me wrong! She honestly felt more like a friend than anything. She jumped at any opportunity she could and was running around doing the job of 3 people all because she could. She made every chance to help me, her coworkers, and even her manager! She was wonderful and so was the dealership itself, I highly recommend going here if you're interested in Hyundai.

I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime but this purchase was by far the easiest, quickest and most pleasant experience ever. I had my doubts I would buy a car today but Carey Worrall was a pleasure to deal with. Carey comes across as pleasant and knowledgeable with no pressure and listens to your wants and needs. It took a total of 90 minutes to trade my old car, test drive a new vehicle and process the paperwork and I drove home in my new 2016 TUCSON !!! I would recommend Carey and Hyundai of Plymouth's staff to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. You will not regret it !!!

My husband and I shopped around for a leasing program that would work for us. We were sold on the 'no money down' for a 2016 Sonata and Sam was our salesman who helped us through this process. He was more than helpful and knowledgeable with answering our questions. We would definitely return to this dealership and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to talk with him. We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase any add ons and overall we were very satisfied with our entire experience.

We've purchased many cars over the years, whether they're new or used the dealership experience always seemed to be a tense transaction. Not at Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth. From salesperson introductions through the financing and the paperwork phase of a sale, all was calm and very genuine. Our salesperson Carey Worrall was very knowledgeable concerning the car we were interested in, she was very pleasant to deal with and throughout the process was with us, By this I mean that we were never in the dark pertaining to the bargaining and pricing. Many times at other dealers, a barrage of data and numbers fly past you and we've found ourselves in the past having to ask what we actually being asked to pay. This is the second auto our family has purchased at Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth, the first purchase experience was the same. We wondered if it was a fluke instance of buying a car. This second purchase shows us it was not. Please visit this dealership if you're tired of the usual car buying experience, it doesn't happen here.

I prefer to shop online and go to a dealership when I know for sure what car I am going after. Many dealerships won't play like this, the only answer is "come to our place, we will make you a deal". But these guys were very helpful, answered all my questions over email and phone in timely manner, and offered a really great deal. When my wife and I stopped by to see the car they were attentive but not pushy. When we changed our mind about the car - they tried really hard to find and bring the alternative we wanted. At the end we didn't buy the car from them, but it wasn't their fault, just me being picky. But next time I am shopping for a new car - they will be my first stop.

Everyone knows that buying a car new or used is probably the worst experience of all time. Well, Sam Brandt changed that for my wife and I. From the minute we walked onto the lot to when we took delivery of our new 2015 Tucson Limited, his gentle and professional approach was exceptional to say the least. Sam's no pressure sales style and willingness to help and fulfill our needs was beyond pleasurable. Joe Marcus in finance was as much of a pleasure as Sam is. Joe was extremely thorough during the finance process and being sure to go over all of the options available to us. At the end of the evening when my wife and I left, we felt like we have known these 2 gentlemen for years. Both are tremendous assets to the Tufankjian organization and that is why we will not hesitate to recommend friends or family in the market for a new or used car to visit this location. Thank you both for making what was once a horrible process into a delightful one.

Always hated buying a car. This time I couldn't believe how easy and wonderful it has been. Professionalism has made the whole process pain free. Sam Brandt the salesman was wonderful never tried to pressure me into buying just any vehicle. We bought three vehicles last summer,one for my wife,one for my daughter and one for myself.every single transaction so easy. I can't wait to buy my next vehicles. Service department is fantastic! We live in Florida 6 months out of the year and always have a car serviced here when we are in Massachusetts. The service department handled our manufactuing recall in a fast manner. Hyundai of Plymouth is great!

We purchased a new SantaFe Sport 2.0T AWD from this dealership. The quoted price they gave for our vehicle was competitive and we were able to take advantage of the current loan offerings from Hyundai Finance. We were fortunate to have Carey as our saleswoman. She was warm, engaging and forthcoming throughout the sales process. She paid attention to detail and made sure she had answers to all of our questions. She was the main reason why the "atmosphere" was amicable and without the sales pressure one may experience with other sales people. Also, the people in the service department are great!

I cannot begin to express how happy I am to have gone to Tufankjian Hyundai. As soon as I walked in Carey had a list of vehicles that she thought were the right fit for me from the previous day's conversation. She took the time to find a payment structure that would work well for me. Most people dread coming to the dealership for fear of being taken advantage of. My wife and I just cannot say enough nice things about Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth. This is the first time either of us needed to buy a car in more than a decade and a half, and to be honest we were not looking forward to it at all. But Katie, Carey, Mike, and everyone at Tufankjian Hyundai made it all so easy, and made the whole process enjoyable and complete stress-free! They were so friendly and helpful and informative, and they never pressured us or rushed us in any way. They were able to answer every question we had, and made us feel really comfortable during the whole experience. We were looking at a few different cars at the time, and kept coming back to Tufankjian Hyundai not just because we really liked the Elantra, but also because we liked the staff there so much as well. Every time we went there, they just could not have been nicer! We ended up taking three different test drives before making up our minds (they let us take the last one on our own, which was great). In the end, the car we bought had 38 miles on it, and we had put on 22 of those miles during our test drives! The negotiating process was easy, straightforward, and fair. We were extremely satisfied with our final purchase price. And we just could not be happier with our new car - we love her so much! (We put 3,800 miles on her in the first month!) In short, we highly recommend Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth, and we will definitely be paying them another visit the next time we need a car.

After looking at other dealerships I was told I wouldn't be able to afford a 2014 hyundai Elantra until I took a 2 hour drive to Hyundai of Plymouth. Greg Sousa was able to give me my dream car and with the price I was looking for. Everyone was patience and kind with my decision and not once did I feel the pressure to make a deal. I will defiantly come back for a future car!

This dealership is a win in my book. i walked in and was greeted by Carey. She was the best. very friendly, absolutely no pressure, laid back experience, great to talk to. i even asked some very technical questions about the vehicle i was looking at ( i am a former mechanic) and she answered them with no hesitation. very impressive. not only that but i originally went there to just test drive and get a price. i have a relative at a different dealership (i wont name where) and i figured i would shop around a little bit to get an idea of prices. i went to my relative at the other dealer and he looked at the price and said he couldn't beat it. even after giving me a family discount he was still $2000 more expensive. Wow. so ultimately i went back to tufankjian and bought a car. everyone that worked with me was very nice, they gave me their best price right of the bat and they are just great people.

This is my first new car buying experience. I wasn't sure what I would face, but assumed I'd be on my guard, haggling over price, financing and everything in between. My experience was NOTHING like that. I sat down with Chris, who had been at the dealership only 3 days, but still knew his stuff. Anything he didn't know, he checked on for me. I had all my questions answered and was asked several times if there were any other questions I had thought of since my last one. Instead of pressuring you into the car that makes them the greatest profit, the dealership asks you a series of questions about your preferences and lifestyle to find a car that fits you well. They asked me what I thought of leasing (I know leases make dealers the most money) and I said I preferred to buy. They did not ask me again about a lease. ZERO pressure. I have never been so relieved to find an experience turn out so pleasant compared to my expectations. They got information about my credit situation and down payment first to avoid showing me anything I couldn't afford. Nice touch. Chris nailed it on the first car he showed me. I am used to looking at many options before making choices, so we walked the lot and he showed me the car in another color. After looking at the others available, it was clear he had picked the right car for me on the first try. I have credit issues, so Hyundai financing was the only option for me, which meant I had to buy new.They made sure I understood exactly why they showed me the car they did and went over the car's features with me inch by inch. Nothing was overlooked through the entire process. The staff worked as a team, with four different people helping me. No one had to repeat questions to me. They were all on the same page. I could have looked at other dealers and other financing options, but my experience was so pleasant, I went with the flow. I plan to refinance in a year when my credit improves and plan to go back to Hyundai for that because the staff was so overwhelmingly enjoyable! I was very impressed with the way Chris could acknowledge any negatives I brought up about the car without seeming put off buy it. He recognizes that no car is perfect and we discussed solutions (such as - the car has no spare tire, instead comes with a flat kit -- during winter I may need to add weight to the trunk). Because I did not have existing insurance, I had to wait until Monday to get an insurance binder and take my car. Chris drove me and my kids home and then picked me up on Monday, stopped by the agency so I could get the binder and drove me up to the dealership. If they had been busy on Monday, that probably wouldn't have been an option, but I'm glad they went out of their way to help me get there and back. They were able to issue the plates right there as part of the drive program. Another Chris at the dealership went over certain costs I can expect so I would not be unpleasantly surprised by them. He went over the cost of tires for the car, the cost of replacement keys (not cheap!), service and maintenance fees, etc. I thought that was a really nice touch. This Chris also sat and chatted with me when I was waiting for my salesman Chris to get the car inspected before I could drive it away. Very thoughtful to keep me company while I waited. Who does that? How nice! If you need a car and you don't want to haggle or play head games, go to Hyundai of Plymouth!

Best Car buying Experience by Far! Let me first start by saying. I found this dealership on Cars.Com.We drove from Rhode Island so we were hoping the vehicle price was as advertised and to our surprise it was. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sam Brandt. Sam was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we came to buy. Sam was very attentive to our needs, so much so that he realized that our 6 year old daughter was getting very hungry after being at the dealership over 3 hrs. Sam offered our daughter a sandwich from the catered lunch that was brought in for the sales staff. After getting our 6 year old's belly filled it was time to sign on the dotted line and drive away in our new Santa Fe Sport. Best Car buying experience I've ever had..by a mile.. I came in looking for a great deal on an AWD Vehicle and really nothing else would work as my 7 year old Hyundai Tucson still performed like new, but, alas was not AWD. I took a few test drives and found one that at right price would get me to buy in. We gave each other our best price/offer and were not able to make deal happen and with 0 pressure i was thanked for my time and the drive to Plymouth from the Cape and told if I changed my mind to come back. Upon getting home I took out calculator and realized we were only a few hundred dollars away from my target amount including payment/downpayment et al, and I e-mailed (not the Dealer pressuring me to buy) the Internet manager and pointed this out and suggested we split the difference since it was so close and make a deal. No more than a very few minutes later i get an E-Mail congratulating me on my new car at the compromised price i suggested and asked when i wanted to come in and close the deal. The following morning I came in and after the usual gut wrenching time between shaking hands and actually seeing the paperwork which usually has none of the same numbers discussed and ALWAYS seems to be a lot higher than discussed I was shocked to sign paperwork with either exactly the price/Dollars quoted or even somewhat more in my favor than discussed. They quickly and efficiently cleaned/prepped car, did all the paperwork and plates, Inspection sticker and I was quite happily on my way with brand new AWD 2104 Hyundai Tucson, thank you very much for first ever Pleasant experience in buying/leasing a new car! I will and in fact already have Highly recommended this dealership to friends , family including my 23 y.o. son who went from keeping his old ride forever to thinking about buying one of these now, as he is so impressed with ours. Great experience, Great Deal, "nuff said Thanks!!.SJS p.s. much like the 60 y.o. person above i bought my last car here under different ownership and it was a nightmare! 100% better experience this time!!

I have to say this is probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. I stopped at the lot with my son and was greeted by Carey Worrall. She was very helpful in helping select the car that was right for me. I'm 6'6" so finding a car I can fit in is difficult. Carey was awesome in showing me the features available for each model we looked at. Over two days they let me take home a Hyundai Sonata and a Hyundai Tuscon. I needed a bit more time to drive and ensure the model was right for me. Before I left Joe Lawlor and Carey both presented me with a price quote with no pressure what so ever. The team really stands up to their promise of Honest, Straightforward, and Easy. In the end, I purchased a 2013 Sante Fe from the team. Again the process was very simple the price was the price and nothing changed during the financing process. Carey and Joe are very personable and friendly. I had to wait at the dealership for an hour or so waiting for my wife to pick me up and it was great to just have some good conversation with both Joe and Carey about family, sports etc. The team at Hyundai of Plymouth is truly awesome and I'm so happy with the purchase of my Santa Fe. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle I believe Hyundai of Plymouth is a hidden gem. You should definitely check them out before any purchase

It had been 14 years since I got a new vehicle, and I have to commend this dealership very highly for the way they handle their customers. It was a perfectly pleasant experience dealing with them and I would very much recommend them to others seeking a new/newer car. No pressure, great information and they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Well worth the half hour drive to deal with these folks. I look forward to a long relationship with them!

The Tufankjian name is why we went to the Hyundai dealership in Plymouth, after hearing overwhelmingly positive reviews of their Toyota salesroom in Braintree. We were not disappointed. Greeted immediately out on the lot, we never felt rushed or pressured. The usual, aggravating haggling we have come to expect with purchasing a vehicle never played a part in our purchase of this vehicle. An initial offer was made by the salesperson, and we replied with a pretty narrow price range that differed from the offer. Within 5 minutes, we were met with a number in our stated range. The test drive was relaxing and the specs were reviewed in detail. We felt like the sales team was honest and accommodating in every sense. The scores of 5 across the board are definitely earned. Would buy there again and would recommend Tufankjian to anyone.

I went to them because the lease on my Mazda was coming to and end and I was unhappy with the dealership that I had leased it from.Sam Brandt at Hyundai made the leasing process so easy and explained it all clearly to me with no high pressure tactics to make me buy extras that I didn't need or could afford! everyone at the dealership was friendly and nice.I wish I could remember all of their names as most of them came over to welcome me to the "family" and thank me for leasing from them!! They also took care of turning in my leased mazda so that I did not have to go back to that dealership and deal with all their pressure tactics!! I will tell everyone I know who is looking to lease or buy a car to go see them!!

I have been reviewing and test-driving a number of cars for a few months now, trying to choose a somewhat sporty, but also economical car. I stopped at Tufankjian Hyundai just to test drive a Veloster and was immediately impressed by the lack of pressure put on me by their sales staff. Instead I was encouraged to take my time with the test and then to make up my own mind about the car. Further, I was told repeatedly to be sure that I would be comfortable with my choice, so much so that they also encouraged me to borrow it overnight and drive it to work the next day. In the end, I'm not sure what sold me more - the very good car I purchased or the very, very good dealership I bought it from. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone tired of the high pressure tactics of dealerships like Autofair Honda or Sullivan Brothers.

This dealership is so great. We love the way that they are upfront and forward. There was no pressure and no hassle to buy. Our salesperson Jake was fantastic. He showed us cars that were affordable and worked within our budget. He even personally delivered our 2011 Honda Accord right to my front door steps the next day with all the registration paperwork, and a full tank of gas. The best thing is that we will not have to pay for any oil changes for one whole year. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking to buy a use or new car.

Easiest car purchase ever, and we are in our 60's and have owned a lot of cars. Our last Hyundai purchase was not a good one, it took over 3 days with a lot of haggling back and forth and we didn't get what we wanted. Thank heavens the dealership changed hands and staff, because we would have left. Usually buying a car was an all day thing..awful. We would be shown a lot of cars that we couldn't afford and then the sales people would try to get us to put more down or up our paymens. This was not our experience at THIS dealership. Sam handled our purchase..first he LISTENED to what WE wanted financially and then he steered us toward the cars that best suited our needs. Our total time there was probably under 2 hours and that included financing and everything. Perfect. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
