We're big fans of this dealership and are now a two Hyundai and one Genesis family. Service prices are reasonable and the team is fast, and provides great communication. How often do you have a service department tell you that a particular repair isn't worth the cost and they would skip it (purely cosmetic)? Well, that happened recently and really added to my already great impression of this place.

Recently bought a 2020 Santa Fe and had a great experience. All of the staff was friendly specially Mudaser. I really like their up-front pricing they post on their website; I went to this specific location because of that.

Perhaps the best buying experience I have ever had. Over the years I have purchased a couple dozen vehicles and for a time I was a new car salesman. Hyundai of Chantilly is exceptional.

The Salesperson we worked with was nice, knowledgeable and willing to show, and let us test drive any car we asked about. The issue came when we went to talk price. They made it seem as though there was no room to haggle, and I know there is always room. Luckily, they aren't the only Hyundai dealer around, so we will still get our car.

Take a written estimate of servicing to be done. I recently did 60K service of for my Sonata at Chantilly Hyundai. The service person told me an estimate and then said they will give me a 15% discount on that price. They gave the discount but added almost same amount of "shop supplies" to the final bill. I was not told about the shop supplies earlier. I learnt my lesson to always take a written estimate going forward.

Purchased used Dodge Charger. Not notified the car had only one key fob until walking out the door and then found it only opened drivers door and didn't lock car. Salesman said owner had other but more than a month with numerous inquiries and no resolution. Upon inspection in State of Md needed $400 of repairs to pass to get tags things that should have been done as part of VA inspection (CV boot). Total to date $700 ($300 for key fob). Not great

Recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson....excellent buying experience. The entire team was superb......my sales rep Bishnu was fantastic......honest, professional, and not pushy at all. Very refreshing for a car dealership. He made us feel like family. The finance experience was hassle free......no surprises and a great deal ----Joe and Tinu were totally transparent......no games. I will surely recommend Bishnu and his colleagues to my friends and family.

Recently, my beloved 15-year old car was totaled by a negligent driver. What started as an extremely upsetting situation was remedied by Eric Cho and Vuong Bui at Hyundai of Chantilly, who helped me every step of the way. I never felt pressured to buy or uncomfortable during the purchasing process--Eric and V were knowledgeable, the dealership was comfortable and spacious, and we agreed upon a price without any awkward haggling. I left knowing that I got a great deal on a brand-new Hyundai Elantra, and I look forward to visiting the dealership for service on the car. Thanks for everything!
