I was greeted right when I walked in, by a very nice young lady Rosa mejia a sales consultant there. I gave her a brief idea of what cars I was looking at and a price range. while I was test driving the optima & fusion, she gave me great info about each car. I was having trouble deciding which vehicle I wanted more. Rosa being very helpful and patient with me on my decision she helped me decided which car i wanted. In no time I was signing and in my black on black 2015 Ford Fusion. Great service! Great team!

Hilltop ford&kia is one of the most organized and helpful dealers I have been to. I walked into the sales room, i was politely greeted by Rosa Mejia a sales consultant who worked there. I told her what I was looking for and a price range, she came up with two different models from ford and Kia. She gave me wonderful info about the optima and fusion while I test drove them. She helped me decided what car I wanted and was very patient with me, in no time i was signing and out the door with my beautiful black on black 2015 Ford Fusion. Thanks to the curiosity and help I got what I wanted without being stressed out! 5star dealer.

Hilltop ford & Kia is great place to buy your New or used car. They had such a wide Varitey of vehicles, I was looking for a certain vehicle and the team at hiltop ford told me any car you want we will take care of you. Rosa meija this very nice sales consultant greeted me and walked around with me giving excellent information about the Ford Fusion and Kia optima. These two vehicles where my two choices I had, she helped me rule out what I wanted and was so polite and ready to take as much time as I needed to drive and look at these vehicles. I came home with a beautiful black on black 2015 Ford Fusion I will be back for my next purchase.

I recently purchased a 2008 Cadillac CTS from HillTop Ford and left with the best experience I've had so far at any dealership. The sales consultant Rosa Mejia was more then helpful from the start. Not only was I approved in less then 15 minutes but she also helped me get approved for no first months payment!!! Even after having purchesed my car 5months ago I can still call Rosa for questions and advice on the car. I left HillTop Ford with the car of my dreams and a experience that will have me buying and refurring people to this dealership for a lifetime. Thank you Rosa Mejia and HillTop Ford!!!!

My name is Preston Garcia and i was searching for a car fast. I went to get my car service at another dealership. When i was overwhelmed with the news that my 2005 SUV that was still in good condition with about 100254 miles left on it. That my transmission just went out on it. As i stated i was in need for a vehicle and fast. I am a student i work a full time job with my mother running a foster home, as well as a part-time security job. With my luck i came across Rosa E. Mejia; the most important thing that i saw while working with Rosa was that she was very patient and made sure that we received a vehicle that met our needs. She also worked with me on the price give me a great deal with a down payment of a thousand dollars. In a few days i walked out with used but brandnew 2015 Kia Forte with 10382 miles on it. Hilltop Ford Kia YOU are the BEST!!!!!! THE BEST!! My experience was awesome, very easy, felt no pressure, respected my budget and listened to me needs and helped me find a great fit. My sales consultant Rosa Mejia took the time to teach me about all the features of my car, helped me setup 3 phones to the bluetooth memory. Rosa also introduced my to my service guy Manny, so if I should have any problems I know who to got to or when I have to come in for regular car maintenance. I left feeling confident in my purchase of my new vehicle and I appreciate Rosa for respecting my budget and helping me find a car that I am both happy with and comfortable to pay the regular payments. Usually we hate shopping for cars cause of some sales people are too pushy. She talked to me about the Rio Kia and she said everything that I wanted to hear about the car and was impressed by her knowledge. She made us feel like family and we were very comfortable talking to her. She was professional yet very sweet and nice and had a smile that would lit up a room. I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the excellent quality customer service provided by the General Manager (Leon Thomas) and office staff (Rosa Mejia) at Hilltop Ford/Kia/ Chrysler Auto Dealership stores on Friday, April 17, 2015. Often I experience bad service and people frequently fail to live up to my expectations. However, there are times, when I do experience excellent customer service and my needs are handled kindly and carefully. In such circumstances, I must acknowledge the services of the persons and the business too. I must say the correct and prompt support extended by Leon was appreciable. Thank you so much for your assistance. You and your staff really came through, proving what it means to be "team players". The extra effort you all put in to help me with finding the perfect vehicle was really appreciated. Leon answered all my queries and was very polite and helpful throughout the entire time of my decision making to purchase a new car. The owner should certainly feel proud of such resources, who can bring in goodwill for the company. I appreciate the way you have trained your office staff (Rosa Mejia), and the way she follows her duty and customer service perfectly. Shes extremely knowledgeable of the car inventory and any other questions you may have. I have never come back to a car dealership because of such great customer service as I have with Hilltop Ford. I leased my 2013 Ford Edge and everyone worked so hard to help me out especially being active duty military. I was so impressed and happy with all the services (financing, maintenance, sales reps...) I ended up coming back and purchasing a 2013 Ford C-Max. Again, another wonderful experince! Ron Cotton worked us another amazing deal for the C-Max and I couldn't be more happy with our purchase. Sadly today I am turning in my leased Ford Edge :o( It took me longer to drive here then it did to turn it in. IT REALLY WAS THAT SIMPLE! Tina was so friendly and flexible with scheduling a time to stop by. She had everything ready for me when I got here and really eased my mind about the whole process. If you end up purchasing a vehicle from Hilltop Ford I'm sure you will be very satisfied with your experience just as I have been.

My experience with Tina gave me the impression that she as well as the entire staff care deeply about thier work. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to service provided for an experience that was down to bussiness, without loosing the an enjoyable experience that makes one feel welcome. Most importantly, she knew her facts when it comes to the automobile industry. Our questions related to gas milage were answered completely and thoroughly. I originally went to Hilltop Ford Kia in August of 2014 looking for a 2nd car and was greeted by Rosa Mejia. She is very courteous and patient! We couldn't make up our mind as to what kind of car we wanted but she was patient enough to show us a few options, both new and used. That first time we didn't really leave with a car but because of the service that Rosa and the rest of the team provided us, we went back again in April 2015. Again, Rosa greeted us and was able to get us an amazing deal on our 2014 Kia Forte, which we love! Thanks to Rosa's attention and her being on top of things we were able to get a car that we wanted and came out with a very sweet deal, we're very happy with how we were treated and would definitely recommend visiting Hilltop Ford.

My muscle car broke down last week, and we all need reliable transportation... So a friend at work recommended Rosa Mejia, one of the sales representatives at Hilltop Ford. She was able to narrow down to three options that she thought would suit my needs; I was looking for a reliable, nice looking car that would give me great millage. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager worked with me to give me a good affordable plan also, all in the same day.

Today I went in to purchased a 2015 Kia Sol with my son. I was very nervous of purchasing a new car because I have heard so many horror stories regarding car salesman. However, I was very happy with the service I received with the car salesman Moe. He treated me and my son very good. He took his time and explains to us the financing and also took his time and showed us the features of the 2015 KIa. I also would also like to think the manager of Kia of Hilltop. I forgot his name but I was able to drive of with my new Kia and with a monthly car payment that I could afford. Once I again I really appreciate the great service I received from the Salesman Moe and also the Manager. Thanks again.
