Came in for just a test drive, but the very helpful and honest people over at Hilario’s helped me drive away in a new car at a fair price. I’d recommend them 100%!

The rental car was clean, the ac worked.the radio worked. The check Engine light came on The change oil message cam on. The tires needed tread The windshield wipers were old, poor visibility. The passenger window would not go down After 1hr of driving it made a noise sounded like metal being dragged. Unsure about the brakes. The felt off. And at the end thy took no responsibility or offered any apology.i will Hladky never use this company in the future, WORST customer service. Words can't express dissatisfaction of this place.

Ranfy is an amazing honest and helpful salesman! This is a place that promises to keep their word and not sugar coat anything....they keep it 100! My car was detailed with in the first week as a free gift! This is the only place I will go to buy any car...honest salesman are hard to find! Hilario's is a place that treats you as family and that is hard to find!! Go check them out you wont be mad...promise!

Best place you can purchase a vehicle. Customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you fulfill your purchase needs. Been buying my cars there for over 10 years and the service has never changed. You may always speak to the owner and they will make the process smoothly and prompt.

I went in search of a vehicle being open about my credit history & with a down payment. Jose made me feel ashamed of what my history looked like. Pressured me into finding a cosigner & never followed up after we both applied.

I bought a car at Hilarios in Worcester, a 2001 Honda Accord Ex back in 2004. I still have that car today. For 9 yrs. I have had this car and can say I have been extremely satisfied with it. Because of the duration of this car I am currently looking for another Honda Accord. Unfortunately it is time to change this car, but I got my money's worth. I'm not sure if it's the same owners, hopefully they are. I might just go by and see them again. Thanks Hilarios.

The people at Hilario's made the car shopping experience incredibly stressed free. After taking the car on a test drive, I was able to take it to an independent mechanic to have it looked it. While there they found a few problems with the car (lights needed to be changed, brakes needed to be done, and the back routers were a nit bad but could have lasted several more months) The people at Hilarios fixed these problems without any complaints and I am happy to say I was able to buy the car without any problems at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
