Had a great experience on buying my Honda, great price, Mr. Rigoberto did a great job on answering all my questions accurately and having all paper work ready on time so I could go get my car all the way from San Antonio . would definitely recommend it.

Hello Hertz Family I have been a Hertz Gold Member for 5yrs. I'm a huge fan of Hertz & their cars and staff; however, there's is one policy change that I'm not happy with. Unfortunately, I can't rent the dream car locally. I have to have a returning flight. After years of writing to Hertz's marketing department to get more dream cars in the Houston fleet and now that they do I cant rent one. I'm extremely sad about it. Best wishes!

In my way to Beaumont from Austin, i stopped at this dealership. Really nice cars and I received a great deal in comparison to what the Austin dealers were willing to do! My only complaint was the service was a bit slow but everyone i dealt with was pretty friendly!

I bought the vehicle warranty and GAP when i bought my 2012 rav in November 2014. I signed cancellation form in December of 2014. Up to now the warranty and the GAP ha no been cancelled yet. I don't recommend any body buying vehicle warranty or GAP from this car sales location.

Best car buying experience ever. I priced all of Houston and the Katy Hertz had best price and best service. The manager was so helpful and courteous and the car was exactly the way it was described. I recommend Hertz to all my friends and family.

Glen Fletcher went above and beyond to facilitate this sale. I purchased a 2012 White Jeep Liberty for an amazing price. The process was seamless and we are VERY happy with this purchase. I was worried about purchasing a rental, but I can tell you that this vehicle is in amazing shape and the price is even better!

Upon my arrival to the dealership I found that the car that I had selected off of the internet was NOT pulled up for my test-drive? I had been in contact with a CSR for a few days. I called and spoke to the CSR and asked if he could pull the car out as my wife and I were en-route to the dealership. His reply was I am busy with a customer, and I will try to get some-one else to assist you when you get here. We arrived and another salesman asked if he could be of help, I said yes---He too had a customer waiting. I presented him with the Car stock number and we went out for an "Easter Egg" hunt. We finally located the car behind another car over against the Fence-line. I told him that I would return later to maybe drive the car? I left drove over to Westside Chevrolet, and drove off in a used car.....Incompetence could have a home here??????

Was shopping for a certfied preowned car. Time to trade in mine. After visiting 4 dealerships and searching the internet, I found Hertz on line - spoke to Joe - who was very nice and educated me on the Hertz process. Nice selection to choose from, friendly folks. The cars are priced very fair, based upon my research. They also gave me a very fair price on my car to trade in. Drove home the same day. They had my new purchase all shiny and nice and FILLED the gas tank for me. If you want to buy and certifed preowned car and don't want the drama - give Hertz car sales - Houston a try.

I purchased a car on 1/6/2014 and traded in my car. It took almost 4 weeks for them to pay off the trade in after allot of phone calls and aggravation. Also, per the State of Texas they have 30 days to register the vehicle and it is now 40 days and that has not been done which is delaying my refinance. When you purchase a car they only wash the outside and they give you the car on empty. My steering wheel was sticky and the cruise control buttons had stick stuff on them. I requested the steering wheel to be cleaned but wasn't. I have purchased used cars before but they detail them and they feel new. This time I purchased a used car and the inside feels and looks used. For the money I spent I expected more. I don't think I will ever buy from them again or refer anyone to them.
