This has been the worst car buying experience ever. My husband and I bought a cargo van there and they took our down payment and let us take the van and said they would fix the check engine light and the side and rear door handles and scheduled us an appointment 2 weeks from the purchase date to take the van back in to the service center to have it fixed and told us to get the vehicle checked with in 15 days from purchase date and they will fix any issues. So we took the van to a certified mechanic and paid to to a full diagnostic and vehicle inspection and they would fix any issues. Long story short we had the van checked they gave us paperwork showing everything that needed to be fixed and the front & back brakes, rotors, ball joint bearings and it was missing one of the catalytic converters was missing. So we went to the appointment that they scheduled and the service manager had a very nasty attitude and was very rude and told us that we didn’t have an appointment and nobody told him and they were backed up so we had to bring it back the following week. We took it back they said that it was past the 15 days and they are not gonna fix anything and we had to call the sales person and the manager and argue that we did exactly what they asked and had to prove the date was within those 15 days and within the mileage. So they said they would fix the brakes and the check engine light. We left and an hour later the check engine light was back on and the van started shaking when we would come to a stop we ended up having it checked and it needed rotors. It’s been a month since we put the new rotors and the brakes started grinding metal to metal and they said they changed the brakes and rotors. They lied and we would rather not even deal with the service manager and all their BS and we fixed everything ourselves. They charge high prices and they are very dishonest and would do and say anything to get a sale and the service manager is just horrible to deal with and very very unprofessional and just nasty. I would not want anyone to have to go through what we went through or have the same horrible experience like we did so PLEASE BE AWARE!!!

27 April 2021 - I had previously purchased an ‘07 Honda Pilot in 2019 (still running beautifully BTW) so when I put my feelers out for a second car, I knew who to turn to. They literally know the cars inside and out and will provide you with superior customer service that will make you a repeat customer, just like me 😊

Clemente was FANTASTIC! Let us check several different vehicles before picking the Sequoia Limited. Darlin is SO HAPPY ....PROUD OF HER SHE DID IT ON HER OWN AGAIN (Bess was her first) WELL DONE CASSIE!!

I bought a car here one year ago it immediately had issues they ended up having to replace the radiator, the catalytic converter, and the throttle, just to get it to the point where I could get emissions done on it. Between the time I had emissions done and I finally got my license plate which they forgot to submit for so that took an extra month the Throwout bearing in the clutch went out and the car has been undrivable since aug 2020, can't afford the $2,000 repair while still paying them $220 a month for a non-functional car. Also the driver's window never went up and down when I got it they promised to fix it now it'll go down but when it goes down it falls forward into the door and you have to grab it with your hand to straighten it back out to get it to go up but this doesn't really matter since the car can't be driven

Had a good experience at heritage motors. Bought a nice truck and was pleased how Ruben handle the process. Was able to test drive a few rides find a nice one got the paperwork done all this in less time than I thought he was on point the whole time. No bs talk straight to the point and honest looking for a ride and help getting into one ask him.
