I visited this dealer two times before purchasing a 2016 Tundra. The initial visits went fairly well. The Salesman wasn't very knowledgable but he was OK. He did get answers to my questions. I am happy with the vehicle and the price. When I picked up the truck I spent 3 hrs which was too long And the prep was just ok. The back seat still had dirt marks which I told the Salesman about prior to delivery. The problem was I transferred my plates versus new plates. I was told by the Salesman that DMV could take as long as a month which did not sound right. I called him after two weeks and them after a month because I still did not receive my registration. I finally went to the dealer and found out that the Dealer processes the transfer and prints the registration at their facility. I had to chase this down myself and the Salesman kept giving me lip service. I did speak to his boss and I received a half hearted apology.

If you do not know your product you should not be selling it. That is exactly the case with Hendrick Toyota. The salesman there do not know what features are their in a particular model, what are the optional features available and what sets them apart from competition. They just point you to your car and do not offer anything. Here is our experience in more detail.We arrived at the showroom around 7ish and was greeted by Mr. Anthony Cray right in the parking lot. Upon checking in at the reception I was told that I would not be meeting Shearise Huzenga(who I had appointment with) but they would hand us over to a salesman who would take care of us. This was perfectly fine. Mr. Cray was right there at the reception and he volunteered that he could help us, to which we agreed. So far so good but here on our experience turned to not so good.We told Mr. Cray that we are interested in looking over the XLE and LTD model for RAV4 (as already discussed with Shearise over phone) and if he could tell us what the difference is on both the trims. Additionally what are the optional items that could be added to XLE and LTD. Mr. Cray's demeanour was that of being inconvenienced and his answers very short and lacking in detail. I enquired if the dealership has some printed specs for XLE, LTD and optional features and he just told us it is all online and we can look it up there.He didn't offer to show us around and seemed to assume that this would be the end of our visit. He did not seems very enthusiastic when we suggested that we go and actually look at the vehicle. Once we reached the vehicles he simply unlocked the vehicle and stood aside without offering us any assistance in identifying what all features are in their and what sets RAV4 apart from competitors like H-CRV. He didn't even invite us to go on a test drive to get a feel for the ride and his demeanour was just of being inconvenienced. We were interested in park assist feature and he could not offer much help (or did not have much knowledge on the subject).Once we were done looking I asked if we can get some quotes for both XLE and LTD trims. He was not very enthusiastic in that either and pretty much gave the impression that we are wasting his time. He actually said "If you are not buying today I cannot give you the best price and cannot give you any printed quote.". Which goes on to show that haggling is the business policy at dealership and not fair pricing. At this point I mentioned that I came here through Costco Auto program(this was alos mentioned to Shearise) and have discussed this with Shearise and am interested in knowing the Costco price to help make me a decision. Now he was visibly upset and said I can only show you on the screen but can not print it, which I found very weird.Once we went in Mr.Cray went off for ever to look for the pricing. He was willing to give the pricing for only one (either XLE or LTD) and not both, which was again weird. As he left us there sitting he did not even showed the basic courtesy of offering us water. After a long wait when he did arrive with pricing on XLE he had it printed out (contradicting his own statement from earlier). He "generously" offered us to take the printed quote with us which he had otherwise mentioned was not possible (and this is not the best price since we were not buying immediately).Needless to say at a business where the paying customer is least important I am not going to be putting my money in and would advise similarly to others.Thanks,Rajat

I have always have a very good experience at Apex Toyota any time I get service, inspection, oil change, etc. when it comes time to buy a new car and I still live in the area - I will most likely buy it at Apex Toyota.

I have leased 2 Siennas from Hendrick Toyota, and the sales experiences couldn't have been better and I highly recommend the sales dept.! Both cars have been regularly serviced by this dealership. Initially, my experiences with the service dept. were excellent, but over the last year I've noticed the waits have gotten longer and longer. The last visit in August 2016 has made me consider having my car serviced elsewhere in the future. The 25,000 mile service appointment with no oil change took 2.5 hours! To top it off, I was handed a booklet at checkout and told that the results of the multipoint inspection were enclosed for me to read. Of course, it was apparent by that time that I was in a hurry, but nothing was ever mentioned about any issues with my car! When I had a chance to read the booklet long after leaving, I saw that my vehicle had failed several tasks and needed repairs. It said "deferred" next to the recommendations for each repair, even though I was never given an opportunity to approve or decline the repairs (I suspect they were simply too busy). As a result, I was left wondering if these were critical issues that needed immediate attention and no opportunity to ask. In my opinion, this service dept. has begun overbooking to the point that they are unable to offer good service, and I will be considering other options in the future. I was required to list names, and did so, but overbooking is a management problem and not the fault of the Service Consultant or Technician listed.

I went there over labor day looking to get a new car, found what seemed to be a solid deal on a used Honda accord, they of course claimed that everything had been checked out and that it was in great condition luckily I took it to a 3rd party mechanic to lift it up and look underneath as well as run diagnostics..turns out the bottom was rusted all to xxxx so either their "tech guys" are blind at the dealership or they knew full well they were trying to sell me what looked like a flood car underneath that somehow had a clean history report.

Today I purchased a Toyota Certified Preowned Prius at Hendrick Toyota Scion of Apex. The sales experience started out great. Bob Graham provided low-key but friendly and knowledgeable assistance. He showed me their inventory within the parameters I wanted and was responsive to my needs without pressure or pushiness. He helped me select the right vehicle and eventually to negotiate a fair price. He was respectful, friendly, and professional throughout, not trying to push options or treatments or coverages, but rather respecting my objectives and helping me achieve them in purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, that attitude did not continue into the "business office", where Dave Poole, a "finance and insurance professional", attempted a high-pressure sale of extended warranty coverage that I didn't want. When he'd explained the coverages and I'd declined, he asked in well-rehearsed astonishment, whether I was aware of how expensive repairs to the highly-computerized car can be. He asked, with the same affected air of shocked concern whether I knew how affordable the coverage is. I'd just turned down the $1K-$4K coverage, so of course I knew how (un)affordable it was. When I reiterated that I declined the extra warranty coverage, his tenor and demeanor became pretty icy. He looked at me like I was an idiot, and demanded to know what I planned to do if something needed repair. This whole schtick made it obvious that his objective was to sell the pricy warranty coverage, not continue the pleasant purchase experience that had started so well. After it became clear that he wasn't going to sell me an extended warranty, he wasn't particularly helpful or responsive; I had to ask three times that he give me copies of all documents I'd signed, and even then it turns out he only copied the page I'd signed of one of them, rather then the whole thing. The back room really tarnished what would have been a five-star experience, but I would still recommend Bob Graham to anyone wanting a new or used Toyota.

Recently I opened the driver's door of my 2012 Camry and the door handle came off. I was annoyed but stuff happens so I called Hendrick's and made an appt. with the service dept. Several days later I brought the car in and was told to have a seat in the waiting room while a service guy determined what it would take to repair the door handle. About 1/2 hr later the verdict was in. I was told the cost of the repair would be $498.90 for parts and about $200 for labor. $700 TO FIX A BROKEN DOOR HANDLE.They explained that the door handle repair was easy--$78 for parts plus labor. The real problem, they said, was that the "master switch" was broken and that part was $420.90 plus labor to replace it. They made it clear that it was all one repair related to the door handle. Apparently, the young man in service dept said, when the door handle broke off it broke the master switch. I refused to have the repair done and left.I brought the car to the garage that regularly services my car and one of their techs looked over the door problem. Turns out the door handle and the master switch are totally unrelated. The master switch worked just fine but it had come loose from its mounting. It needed to be reattached (screwed down) and did not need to be replaced for $421 plus labor! Ordered the door handle parts online for $53 vs $78 charged by Hendrick's. In short, they lead me to believe that in order to fix a broken door handle, I needed to spend about $700 when that repair could have been done for under $100. The balance was a repair/part replacement that was totally unrelated to the door handle and the "broken part" actually works just fine.

My Toyota Sienna's 2nd row passenger seat belt latch jammed with an object. Its pretty visible and anyone can guess latch needs replacement.Visit 1 - Drove to Toyota of Apex and waited in the line. A staffer (service adviser??) walks to the car and checked for appointment schedule details. She refused to take look at the problem and insisted to schedule an appointment and come. Appointment was scheduled by staff was done at the service center in the following week.Visit 2 - Waited in the line and a service adviser did paper work and didn't even take a look and told me that a technician will examine and tell what the issue is an repair will be in 45 min!!!!. waited in lobby for an hour and checked the status. It was found that the part needs to be replaced and $25 for part and around the same price for replacement. and will be done quickly. Waited in the lobby hoping that the car will be back soon. Few minutes later got an update that it will be 1.5 hours labor and $220+ estimate. Since it was critical for me, i agreed for all. Nearly after two and half hours from dropping off the car, after chasing down the service adviser , the update was part not available with them and ordering for it. I will be notified when the part arrives!! Offered free car wash as compliment for my wasted three hours on weekday and unpaid time-off.btw, I haven't got any update from dealership about the part and its already more than a month!! I ordered OEM and got in 3 days planning to do it myself or go to local mechanic..The most frustrating service experience.

I just visited this dealership for the first time after a recent move into the area. My 10,000 mile service appointment was easy and painless. Sure I had to wait longer than I wanted to but that's just testimony to the amount of cars and customers they see every day. I'm thankful for the courteous attendant who helped me and for the comfortable lounge I waited in while they worked.MCD

I purchased my Toyota Camry last year and I have always had the best service possible. Our son and his family were visiting us from New York City, and the A/C on his Toyota Sienna was not working. Having two small children, and the thought of driving around in the North Carolina heat without A/C was not even an option. I called Hendrick Toyota Scion Apex and they advised us to drop the car off the next morning as early as possible, and they would work on it as time permitted. Our Service Consultant was Sam, and he was courteous, helpful and responsive to any of our questions. He even called us to give us an update on the status of the repair. Well, in less than one day, the car was fixed and our son was thrilled. Toyota showed our son the same excellent service mentality that I experienced, even though our son had never visited this dealership. We were thrilled for all the help that they provided.

My wife had a 2:00 PM appointment to rotate tires. After 2-1/4 hours, my wife went to ask the service attendant how much longer. She said they were just finishing up. Still did not have car back at 5:00 PM, with no response from Service technician. My wife then called me, and I called the dealership. The lady that answered said the car was done. I asked to talk to the Service Manager. I was put on hold, then got Nick's answering machine. Left message that we were not pleased about the service we received. Just like the service, we didn't receive a call back ether. Also, Adrian, who checked my wife out, was very discourteous.My rating is a -1

I bought my tundra in 2014 at Hendrick toyota and have been servicing it there ever since. The staff is always friendly and helpfull. I have 75k on my truck and go there every month. Pete the gentleman who drives the shuttle is always punctual and gets me home and picked up in a timely manner. If you have to take the shuttle make sure you ask for Pete!!

This was a truly excellent experience. The salesperson was courteous, professional, and shared information with me that was down to earth so I had no problem with understanding what was going on from the time I arrived until I drove off the lot. I was at the dealership getting my car serviced for an oil. When I went to drop off my car, they told me it will take 1hr and 15 minutes so I decided to just wait. It ended up being 3 hours and I was beyond frustrated. If I hadn't enquired about it, it would have taken even longer. They kept telling me their service department got backed up. In such case, I would have expected them to inform me but they never did u until I decided to ask them after waiting for 2 hrs. When I did ask, I was told to wait another 10 minutes but even after that I ended up waiting 1 additional hr.

My service was fine. They offer a complimentary car wash. It was not good, the windows nor was the back of my Rave 4 touch. After service was done. I waited 10 minutes for them to give me my car back. Someone park it and didn't say we're it was. They can do better than that. No completely satisfied.

In the waiting area I watched a few minutes of news before opening my Ipad to do some work. Before I could get logged on to their WiFi, my car, serviced and washed, was ready to go. As usual, everyone was cordial and helpful. I was back home before 8:00 A.M.

My car was taken at appointed time. I had fresh coffee and muffins provide in the waiting room which was very comfortable. No surprises on check out and found a complementary car wash that had removed the pollen from the exterior as I got into my car to drive off. What a nice experience!Barry

Not only did they finish sooner than promised --- knowing I had to pick up small children from school --- but their shuttle took me where I wanted to go and quickly came back from me as soon as repair were complete. Every person I met was helpful and friendly. They even washed the car. I was totally pleased with the whole experience.

For the last two visits the advisors denied approval for published discounts. The discounts were very small but the advisors stood their ground. The discount was not honored the first visit but the service director corrected it by offering me discounts for future visits. I appreciate how he addressed and resolved the issue but on the second most recent visit, the advisor disapproved the service directors' discount until I asked to speak to the line service manager. I always feel like I'm going to have to fight for them to honor their published prices whenever I go there. That's unfortunate because I like the work that they do and the atmosphere of the service department.

John Desmond was our advisor and he made what is usually a not very pleasant experience very good. Was clear on timing, his availability, expectations. I had front brakes installed on my 2009 Tacoma. They also advised me of other services that should be completed and performed minor repIairs at no charge. I had the additional services complete and added no additional time to the service as I waited at the dealership. I was able to work with free wifi and complimentary drinks and snacks.

I stopped at the dealer to check tire pressure. They found a slow leak and agreed to repair. Service rep schedules repairs and checked for recalls and services.. Cheerful and pleasant service and found coupons to reduce the bil for the repair! I could not believe he prompt friendly service as a "walk in" customer! Cpaa Foster was a perfect sample of excellent service!

I recently brought in my 2015 Toyota Camry for the first 6-month maintenance check up. I was greeted by a friendly staff who quickly took my car and told me what to expect. They actually escorted me to the waiting room and offered a light breakfast. Since the waiting room was Wi-Fi connected, it was easy for me to use my personal computer to finish some outstanding projects on my to-do list. Before I knew it, the assistant service manager came to get me and told me that my car was ready. He told me to take my time and to see him at his desk when I was ready. The professionalism and courtesy that they showed me was outstanding. They presented me with a full description of the services that were performed, let me know what to do next, and shook my hand and wished me a good day. Doing business with Hendrick Toyota Scion of Apex, NC is a relaxing and pleasant experience. All the employees are customer focused and convey a complete level of confidence that makes a customer feel appreciated.

Service on my car was performed while I waited in the launge. It was excellent and prompt service. It was done within the promised waiting time of one hour. My car was received free diagnosis and wash. The sevice manager was very courtious.

I was only there for my 5000 mile checkup but the staff was courteous and professional. The only negative is they forgot to reset my maintenance warning but quickly rectified that once I brought it to their attention. The car wash is a nice added perk.

I arrived at 7 a.m. as my appointed time for oil change/tire rotation and waited for 10 minutes before my assigned advisor came to talk to me. They then assigned me to another advisor because the first advisor was busy. While I was waiting, they sent the third advisor because the second advisor felt ill. I finally got my car back at 8:40 a.m. as I was promised to have it done at 8 - 8:10 a.m. This is not the first time I have bad post-sales experience with this dealer. They have great sales representatives but several of their service advisors seem not to enjoy their jobs and do not have engineering concepts.

Had made appointment a week in advance. Was told it would be 1hr& 15 mins. After2hrs&15 mins. Car was ready. My other previous service apps. Never took that long. It was 30000 m app. For oil & tire rotation only. I do not have service writers name as he did not have receipt ready and said he would mail it to me. I did not leave Hendricks as satisfied as I have always been before.

My 2012 Prius was making a funny sound when the steering wheel was turned to the left and right. This scared me so I took it into the Hendrick Toyota service department. Al Gilmer assisted me. After the problem was identified, Al explained the findings as well as searched for options to help me with the cost to fix my vehicle. My confidence in this dealership gets better and better with each visit. Hendrick Toyota is awesome and the service department is stellar. Michael Person exudes professionalism and did a great job of explaining everything. I came in for my 20,000 mile service and informed them that I had a slow leak in one of the tires. They removed the two nails and repaired the tire at no cost. I would recommend Toyota of Apex to anyone in the future.

This was my first time taking our recently purchased 2012 Toyota Camry to a dealership for the repair of a recall item. I dreaded this appointment because I don't do well with large dealerships. But I made the appointment, arrived on time, and they checked me in quickly. Al Gilmer greeted me and everything was smooth sailing from that point forward. They said it would take about 2.5 hours so I dreaded the wait, but Al showed me the waiting areas - some for parents with kids, some areas for no kids, and free Wi-Fi, coffee/water, and breakfast snacks while you wait. I have purchased several vehicles, new and used, from Toyota of Apex.They earned my loyalty before they re-branded as Hendrick Toyota. Good thing too, because if I had known initially it was a Hendricks dealership, I would have gone back to Fred Anderson.I have had a number of terrible experiences at other Hendricks Autopark dealerships , and still would not go there if you paid me.Toyota of Apex, however, is a great place. I had my daughter's car serviced and Paula was my service advisor. She was extremely friendly, explained exactly what was to be included in the service beforehand and went over everything after the service was performed. When I scheduled the appointment, they said it would take approximately an hour and they were finished the work in less than an hour so I was able to continue my day without any delays. I was very happy with the service.

I was very disappointed yesterday when the oil was changed, I was suppose to have the fender on each side at the front fixed where screws had come out. The car is not old. It has less than 50,000 miles and it should not be coming apart where it is and according to them it is not under warranty to be fixed.

I showed up to the dealership thinking I was there on the day my appointment was for but I didn't, completely my fault. They immediately said they would work me in without me even asking. I bought my Tacoma at another dealer while this dealership was being built. When it came time for my first maintenance I went here, and have been back ever since. I wait for my vehicle in the nice waiting lounge they have, get a free bottle of water out of the fridge, eat some popcorn and either watch TV on the big screen TV or read a magazine or two I brought with me. There is a quitter lounge also, but I generally lounge where the big TV is. The folks there are courteous, and always come back to the lounge to tell me how things are going with my truck even before it is ready, or if there is anything I need to consider doing to the truck while there. I always get a free truck wash too, which is a nice touch. I will continue to get my service done here.

Overall I have found Hendrick Toyota fairly acceptable and they have repaired some issues on my Camry not repaired by Fred Anderson Toyota even when I informed the FA service folks of the problem.That being said I recently had the need to have a high beam headlight bulb replaced in my Camry. I went to Hendrick as opposed to Fred Anderson due to proximity to my work. The charge for bulb replacement was about $88. Hmmmm....I thought that was really expensive so I asked the women closing out my charges for that visit....Why so expensive? She explained to me that changing the light bulb labor intensive. Later I thought about this further and decided to look on YouTube. OMG, it takes no tools, no expertise and a total of one minute max per bulb. And I got the usual replacement bulb....nothing special. So go to the local car supply dealer get Sylvania Starlight Ultra high beam replacement bulbs and replace the standard issue high beams in one minute. No tools, no expertise, one YouTube view, and only $42 for the super great high beams and absolutely no intensive labor as I had been lead to believe by the Hendrick Toyota service person.So going forward....wound I purchase a Toyota from this company?.....will I return for further service? My response is "cautiously" at best. So my advice is don't trust but verify.

al gilmer was polite/courteous, capable, trustworthy, and customer-service centric. where he didnt know, he found out. porters were great. well-run, clean operation. now understand tire sensors. never solved why ipod doesnt work with usb cable. did solve that ipod could connect with aux cable, and hypothesized hum/hiss sound related to my ipod not other i-device.

When I moved to Cary, NC in 2009, I started using Hendrick Toyota to keep my 2007 Camry SE serviced every 5000 miles. They are the best auto service group I have ever dealt with. I'm 67 years young and hold my cars for long periods of time. We have a deal--they'll make sure mine hits 250,000. It's 145,000 miles now. I'm looking forward to more years of great service and confidence in their ability to take care of me by taking care of my car.

Hi My self Nagaswetha We had very bad experience in Hendrick Toyota Apex showroom. We bought CAMRY SE 2016 model. Before taking itself we told the credit score is 730. Sales representative Matthew Trexler and his manager said 3.5% APR is will be applicable on that credit score. But we were interested to go with DCU. unfortunately I didnt get approval because I dont have driving license. Now Manager and Sales represent Mathhew Trexler is telling 6% APR. If you are buying form this showroom be careful. Ask them write on paper all the promised ones. We realized that we came to wrong place.

Overall, they did a good job on the service. Being a stickler for detail, I noticed when I checked tire pressures with a digital gage the next day, after a night for the tires to cool down, (rotation was part of the 20k service) one tire was 1.5 psi lower than the others. Probably not a big deal but perhaps indicates "hurrying" to get the job done and makes you question if they really check everything. For example, I was told they topped off the washer fluid, but I know it was full when I took the car in. So, yes it was topped off, but they didn't do it. They did give me some suggestions on what to try on the Homelink that we have had some issues with it not always opening the garage doors (we carry the remote in the car just in case now.).

I've used Toyota of Apex for a number of years and have found the experience consistently professional and reasonable. Not the cheapest place you go, but the quality of work is very good and I've found the staff to fully stand behind their work. Also, the detailing service they have is consistently very good, as good or better than most places I've been to in the Triangle.

I scheduled my car for complete detailing last Monday, and was welcomed with a smile by Tom, who escorted me inside to meet Paula. Paula explained in detail what services would be provided, including the recall service plus checking the vents to see if I needed to replace the inside filters. She then arranged the shuttle to bring me home.I keep returning to Hendrick Toyota because I am graciously greeted and treated like a 'real' person, instead of some little old lady who knows nothing about her car. Admittedly, I do no understand a lot of the mechanical jargon, but your employees treat me with respect and courtesy, in addition to smiles, never hurried and I appreciate it.I would rate my experience last Monday, Sept. 14 as a 10.I will say that the odor inside the car (I'm assuming from the chemicals used to clean the upholstery) was off-putting to me the day I picked up my car. However, in two days it had dissipated.I love my car and believe in taking good care of it.Thanks to you and your staff for helping me in that endeavor.

I had an excellent buying experience back in 2012: invoice+0 on a new car (yeah, I know, they get holdback and do make money on the sale, but invoice+0 seems fair to me). Other charges and dealer add-ons are consistent with the rest of NC, and not egregious. The sales process, salesman (Brett) and closing process were all very good, and quick.Their service department is consistently 5-star. Timely and friendly greeting, efficient, and it's easiest to wait, because they're always very quick on routine servicing. The waiting area is large, has good tables (high and low) to work on, power outlets, and good free wifi. The coffee is surprisingly good! I serviced a car there yesterday, and they made a minor adjustment to the muffler free of charge; many a service operation would charge a "book time" of 15-30 minutes for that, i.e. $30-90, but they didn't. Nice. Service pricing is very reasonable indeed, even without the coupons that they regularly send in the mail.

I came in for 40000 mile service and the maint. required light was coming on and when I left it was still coming on now here is the problem. A trip to this dealer is 90 miles and now I have to return for something that should have been fixed the first time. If I did not have the extended maintenance pkg. I would not go back.

They gave me a great deal on my Prius. The salesman was very receptive to negotiations. The warranty and extended service agreement (free oil changes and maintenance for the first 50K miles) were reasonably priced. I easily paid more for full synthetic oil changes on my last car at Jiffy Lube or Wal-Mart. The waiting area when you bring your car in is clean with free snacks and tea/coffee. All the employees are courteous and helpful. I'll buy my next vehicle here as well.

First would like to say that my overall satisfaction with service department has been great. Always greeted promptly and service is done in a timely matter. However, the last few visits I have been dissapointed with quality of service from the technicians. Hood was not latched properly and discovered after leaving dealership and had to pull over and close hood completely. I have had to replace the stem caps on my tires because they fell off on the way home after service. Then most recently, the latch on the center console broke. My wife took the car in for regular maintenance and was quoted over $300 to fix. Apparantly, didn't take the time to check what was wrong because they wanted to replace the whole cover. Called parts department and was quoted $38 for a part that takes 2 minutes to replace. The quality of work has been a little "sloppy" and my wife felt like she was being taken advantage of because she was a woman.

Had my 2006 Toyota ramp van serviced at 90,000 miles. A $1,200 job. Very busy service dept. so I didn't get that customer service or appreciation I though I would get from such a reputable dealer. The guy who helped us did not seem happy in his work and didn't follow simple instructions that I asked of him which was to fax the estimate to a second party because they were paying for the work. When I came to pick up the van it had not been paid because he didn't follow through with my request. I had to leave the van and come back the next day. My special needs daughter was without her vehicle because of their error. No one apologized or admitted they were wrong. Poor communication. Too many people involved instead of dealing with just one person. No one acknowledged me when I came in to get the van. I stood there a few minutes before someone asked me who are you looking for. Very unorganized and chaotic. Lots of people working but no one helpful. I came one other time prior to this looking at used cars thinking of buying my teenage daughter a Toyota since we are a Toyota family. No one asked us could they help us. Most of the time dealerships are all over a potential buyer. Not here! They must have more business than they need. They won't have my business anymore! This should have been a red flag to me but I thought I could depend on a Toyota dealership over a mom and pop shop.

Danielle set up appointment. I was there a bit early and completed everything in 10 minutes.I got my loaner and was on my way. I picked up my vehicle the next day, went through the final paperwork and was extremely satisfied not only with Danielle, but with a minor problem, Carl came up and corrected the minor problem in 5 minutes. This team is incredible.

Staff is courteous, service is excellent. facilities are clean. Waiting area is reasonable comfortable.When I bought the car two years ago, the salesman was excellent. He demonstrated the features of the car completely and clearly. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the dealer.

Our service advisor, Al Gilmer is wonderful! He makes it easy for us to want to bring our car to the dealership work work instead of anywhere else. He has gone to bat for us many times in getting warranty work covered on our cars and generally taking care of us!

First impressions are extremely important. The building is spotless! I was greeted by Martin and quickly completed paperwork for a 20,000 mile check up on my Prius V. The service and car wash were completed within the time I was given. The waiting room was quiet and comfortable, water and snacks were available. All of the staff were extremely welcoming. Great service!

This is my second review of Hendrick Toyota of Apex. My wife and I have worked with the fine staff of this organization for the last 2.5 years, and a year or so ago we decided to have all our vehicles serviced by this company. We purchased a new Prius from the company in March of 2013. My wife and I have both owned countless number of cars over the last 50, or so, years that we purchased and serviced throughout the U.S. This is the first organization of any kind we have wanted to endorse.As perviously stated, and again repeated, the quality of service, honesty, and overall value obtained by us has been exceptional. The service group led by Service Manager Brian Flick has been warm and tremendously supportive in all of our encounters. They have provided quality service, but what is as significant is that they don't try to find and sell services that are not needed. They have worked with us diligently to provide discounts, alternatives, etc., that helps to keep the cost down. They are quite unlike any other dealership over the last 50 years. Recently an accident in the garage created a small ding in our new Prius. Dan Johnson, Ass't Service Manager, not only recommended a low cost person they use for such mishaps. The repair was done at the dealership and when it was time to pay a discount was offered by the vendor for a cash/check payment. Of course I had neither and home was about 40 minutes away. Dan coordinated with the vendor to have Toyota pay the dicounted amount so I could pay with a credit card. All of this was done without the dealership making anything on the transaction. Oh, the also offered a ride to the bank if I preferred. An amazing group of people, and no I do not receive compensation from the Company nor am a principal in the company. We have grown to know a great number of the service and sales staff, and they us. As I previously mentioned, Dan, Nat, Nick and many of the others have been wonderful and we do appreciate the service they provide.

Dan was effficient, thoughtful and thorough in handling my periodic maintenance. He noted that I was carrying a form for car inspection and included that too. He also noted that the car had a recall on it for a sensor on the passenger's side so he offered a shuttle ride to and from the dealers. That worked great.

I would like to thank Juan for my car service on June 19, 2015. My appointment was very early 7:30 am and I thought I would be late for work. Mostly because I live in Durham and I also work in Durham. Your presentation of all services that your dealership offered I had to make sure I returned to you for my car service. So that say's alot. Juan was great I do hope I have his name correct. Many thanks, I had my previous Honda for 16 years until the last two years my service experiences grew very bad. Felt so good to drive a new car and receive new service.

I have taken my Toyota 4runner to handrick for service three times, as I had switched my primary service from the dealer close to my work, to Hendrick, which is closer to my home. And unfortunately, I had issues with 2 of my 3 visits. I had a transmission service, and had noticed fluid on my drive-way the next day...I had to take it back, and they corrected the issue. I had then taken my vehicle in in for some trim work, and after they had taken the rear hatch apart, they discovered the part that showed in stock, was not in stock, so I had to once again come back for a follow-up visit to correct my issue. I did get an oil change done correctly once. ...but they are not baseball players....so 333 batting avg is not to good :(

I brought my 2012 Toyota Corolla in for service yesterday and was very pleased with their service department. A small issue was found with my brakes which was fixed at a reasonable price. Their service advisor, Tyler, was great and explained what they found with my car and it was repaired quickly. He was also great in setting up my Bluetooth with my car as I had to buy a new cell phone recently. He is a great asset to your service department. Their waiting areas for their customers was also very comfortable and customer friendly.

This was my first visit outside of the 55000 mile service offered by Toyota. I had purchased the Oil Change package from Danielle the last time I was there. Using this for the first time, my visit was great. Juan, my service rep, explained a little more about the package, what was usually performed in a 60000 mile service and offered up pricing for me to decide which to budget for on my next visit. I was very pleased overall with the service. Top notch as usual.

I took my car in for 30,000 mile service when it was discovered my car was on recall for a problem with the power seats. The 30,000 mile service and recall would take 4 hours to complete and I had things to do and couldn't wait for the car. Assistant Service Manager Al Gilmer got me quickly on my way by providing me with a car at no cost to me.Al really helped me out and I greatly appreciate it.

When it was time for my second regular service visit, I was called by the company to make an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for three days later.Juan from service in-take greeted me warmly and directed me to the waiting room. He stated that the car would be ready within an hour and 45 minutes later it was ready.It was a stress-free visit on a very hot day!

Warranty service has been good. Last visit, however, we asked for the plastic door molding to be repaired. Warranty was about up and we wanted to be sure it was repaired under the warranty period. The service order said they found a missing clip, replaced it and reinstalled the clip and the molding. When we got into the car, the molding was off, as before. My husband put it back as he had done several times before so we made no headway in the repair. We had dropped the car off the night before but still had to wait 40 minutes for the above 'repair' and a tire rotation. They weren't able to complete the car wash either. Just disappointing that the repair was not properly taken care of.

After my tires were rotated elsewhere, I was told I needed strut replacement -cost $2200. I called Hendrick Toyota Apex and spoke with Joel who suggested I come over same day to check the vehicle.The struts and suspension were fine, but the front brake pads needed replacement and the oil needed a change as the filter was leaking. Estimated cost $238.instead of $2200. 5 stars ro Joel and Hendrick Toyota. Apex.

My maintenance appointment was scheduled for June but I happened to be in town and had time last weekend. So I called to see if I could move up my appointment. Hendrick Toyota was able to give accommodate that. They even washed the car for this 'tire rotation' type of maintenance. Loved the ice cold water and pop corn too.

I had an 8:30 appointment for the first service of my new car. The service advisor took my car and told me I should be out in about one hour. I went into the waiting room, had some coffee, read the newspaper and watched some television. Before I knew it, the service advisor came to get me. He told me everything checked out and walked me to where my car was parked. I was very satisfied with the service.

They were so friendly. Unfortunately we got a salesperson who was new. promised us oil changes that wound up on his financing contract. They need to train salespeople a LOT better.The sales staff is great. The financing department needs a lot of work as far as openness and honesty goes. Their service department needs to do the right thing. They do not.There is a lot of paperwork to sign. By the tenth piece they started slapping down the big ones. NOT once did the guy say this is what you are paying for, check the totals. He just presented a monthly payment. he also never suggested he read the numbers. Just sign this way.IN A NUTSHELL. Stay away or bring a loan calculator program, someone who specializes in loans or a financial attorney with you. Also bring a tape recorder. Tape everything. If not, get tthe sales person to put in writing everything he says.My son was screwed. I am the one who prompted him there. Now he is stuck with 2100 in bills only owning the car for 24 hours.

Sevice Dept. changed my oil, filter, and replaced tail light which I didn't even know was out.I thought the warning light for bulb replacement on my dashboard was for a bulb on my license plate light - not the tail light. I'm happy service people discivered two lights were out!

We arrived fairly late on Saturday afternoon and they greeted us immediately. Checked out the car we were interested in from their website, found the battery dead, replaced it. Gave a reasonable price for our trade (not great, but reasonable). After a test drive we found some issues which they agreed to repair. Took the car back as scheduled a few days later and they were responsive and told us we could return on a convenient day when they had all of the parts which they replaced as agreed. Very good experience and would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Went to Apex Toyota with a problem concerning my hybrid battery. After spending an hour checking out my system they told me that everything checks out. There was no charge for the service and they even washed my car. I had use of their free wifi, could have also had coffee and a packaged muffin/fruit Danish. They inspected all systems and advised me of several things I have to have serviced in a six page printout. They even have online scheduling. Great service and very curteous too.

i received a letter from Toyota regarding a recall for a software upgrade and made an appointment. prior to the appointment, my check engine light came on, my 4WD light started flashing, and my traction control shut down. the folks setting up the service appointment were polite and efficient. i had to make some schedule adjustments mid stream and they had no problem accomodating me. their shuttle driver braved the heavy snow falling to get me and another customer home safely. the service staff was quick and efficient and resolved the issues with my truck much faster than i had anticipated. the service dept had to close early due to the bad weatehr and they were great about contacting me to let me know. When looking at the big picture, my only negative comments are relatively trivial: they did not put air in the tires even though the air pressure warning light was on and the truck recieved an overall inspection; they did not reset the clock after disconnecting the battery; and i wish Toyota had communciated that the flex fuel trucks are having software issues resulting in poor starting and various system warntings including a check engine light. Had they done, so i would have brought the truck in sooner and avoided unecessary worries of a major problem.

Since I bought a used Sienna a couple of years ago, I have had all service performed at Hendrick of Apex, based on my prior good experiences with a Camry I owned. Although there is a constant turnover in service personnel, there is almost never any variation in the quality of the service I get as a customer. Remarkably, the personnel I encounter are always extremely friendly and very helpful to me. I am also most satisfied with the work they perform and have never felt there was any attempt to convince me to get unneeded services, I never miss an opportunity to recommend this dealership to anyone I encounter.

I went to the dealership expecting an oil change during my lunch break. Because I also needed tires, but didnt have the time to sit and wait, Matthew (service person) offered me a free rental and I could come back in the morning to pick up my vehicle. He informed me of the rebates currently being offered, the price matching (I had already found the tire I wanted at a cheaper price) and coupon acceptance. All together this saved me about $200. I was very happy with this. Of course during the work the mechanics made recommendations of things to replace and fix. I was able to take care of most of that myself. Some things didnt actually need replaced they were still good, example being the PCV valve and rotors. However, I believe that was only manufacturer recommended changes based on my vehicle mileage. When I picked up my car the tire light was blinking. This was not brought to my attention as something that needed fixed. When I took the car in my tire light was on solid, but not blinking. They said the cause was a bad tire sensor, but they didnt know if it was only one or multiple. This would require me to bring the vehicle back in at a cost of a couple hundred dollars to fix per sensor. I would thought while having the tires off as I was getting new tires put on they could have checked this. The invoice said the light was blinking when I brought the vehicle in, but it was not. It was on, but not blinking. At night time the blinking is even more annoying than just the solid light. Overall the service was great and I had a good experience. The blinking light was just something small that I would have hoped the mechanics would have noticed. I do think the mechanic did some other small things to benefit the vehicle that wasn't documented like greasing my hydraulics on the back hatch. I noticed the door is opening a bit smoother.

I have always had good service here with my 2004 Toyota Sienna and the service personnel have always been helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciate and value the skill and workmanship of Aaron Moran.

First of all I would like to say I have driven from Fayetteville for every service and this is due to the awesome customer service that is always given at the Apex Dealership. As if it could get any better Danielle was the first person I saw and she was FANTASTIC! She was such a pleasure to deal with that I requested her for my next service. Joe the technician that I had that day was also FANTASTIC! I don't know what it is about this dealership but I find that they just do everything they can to make your visit with them one that you will remember for a long time. I told my wife that when I go there it is like being in a home away from home. That is just how they treat you! Thank you so much Toyota of Apex you ALL are truly exceptional !!!!!!!

Moved here from Iowa with our new Sienna, It needed its 10,000 mi. check. The dealer is about 28 mi. away from where we live. We had a 1:00 appointment but had an emergency so were not able to get there at one. I called and they had us come in that same day only later. I was so happy to have it done on the same day as it was the only day my husband had off. When we arrived we were greeted with hellos and smiles. The work was done in less time than we had been told leaving us more time to do something fun. Thanks again for ease tailoring to our needs.

From the service tech who filled my low tire showed me the puncture, to the staff member who made my service appointment at my convenience, to the Service Consultant (Albert Gibner) who wrote up the order (and later explained that the service would be done at no charge because I bought the tires at the dealership not so long ago), I was very satisfied with the way my job was handled. He even told me they noticed two sounds I need to have looked at in the near future.

Service has always been great. All the service writers have always been helpful, friendly and extremely courteous and with a great sense of humor. I usually use Danielle but have also relied on Nick for his expertise in some fields, especially electronics. They always go above and beyond what is necessary even to checking out if I have any recalls on either of my Toyota's. I could almost spend a day talking to any of the people there. I even spoke to Bob about a new Highlander. The only thing that I do not like about it is the donut spare. WHY????? with the platinum edition or limited?

This was my 55k visit. Tyler, a new employee, was great, as have been all the people I have met over the years since I bought my Prius. I bought another extended service plan. Everything is always top-notch. I'll go nowhere else (and will probably by my next Toyota from them as well!)

`Outstanding service experience for 30K inspection and oil change. Everyone was curteous and professional. Same experience for 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k, 25k, and 30k. Service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend Hendrick Toyota.

Came in for 10,000 mile service under Toyota Care Care. Was treated very well by everyone. I assume the service( oil and filter change tire rotation and fluid checks) I assume was done well, but it is a little hard to check. The car remains excellent.

Our service manager, Dan Johnson, was great. He was friendly, listened to our concerns and saw that they were all addressed. Dan called before any work was done to make sure we were OK with the price and he called several hours before I expected to say that the work was done. When we picked the car up it had been washed and was running like new!

My daughter wanted a new car but works a lot during the holidays. I live out of state so I called around to see what kind of deal I could get for her. I spoke to a delightful young woman named Delisa Fouchee and she gave me a price that was significantly less than any of the competitors... Way less. I asked her to confirm it in writing as an out the door price and she did, so I sent my daughter in after she got off work. As in life there are no free lunches, and it turns out that the price was indeed too good to be true... Even though it was confirmed and re-confirmed in print before she went in. As a father I would go to the end's of the earth for my daughter, so you can imagine that things did get a little 'heated' when they tried to back out of the deal. It took a few hours, but they chose to stand behind their reputation. We agreed on a slightly higher price and they ultimately sold my daughter the car. While I did not anticipate things working out the way they did, my daughter is pleased so I am I. I'm on my fifth Lexus, so it's nice to know that when a Toyota dealer's reputation is questioned that integrity wins out.

Made appointment va a phone call. Arrived the day of the appointment and Tech Al Gilmore took care of me with exceptional customer service. I was in for a routine 30k service. I took less than an hour for the service to be completed. Love the accost wifi, the free coffee, and muffins that are available during my wait. Highly recommend this dealership for your car's service needs.

Brought my one year old Rav4 for a check up at Toyota Hendrick of Cary and it was the usual great service plus extra perks like the freshly popped popcorn all bagged up and muffins and coffee. They had the most beautiful tree up in the front lobby and I got my husband to take a picture of me in front of it to show all my friends how great "my" tree looked this year! The exit sign in the background gave me away but it was fun.

We have been taking our Toyota Corolla to Hendrick for service for the last four years and have never been disappointed in the level of care that we have received. The last couple of visits we have dealt with Steven Graham, Assistant Service Manager, and he has provided outstanding, capable, and friendly service in every respect. Prices for service are reasonable and competitive and we have never felt that the service department has tried to sell us work that is not needed. During the last visit a minor problem of which we were not aware was found and corrected promptly after informing us, even though the original work for which we had come was already completed. Without doubt we will continue to take our vehicle to Hendrick for all of its service needs.

Got me in and out quickly. Check engine light came on and they scheduled an appointment quickly to put it on the computer to troubleshoot. While there, checked all fluids and battery and discovered battery was close to dead. Replaced, in and out in 45 minutes or less, including complimentary carwash!.

I have had incredibly wonderful experience with this dealership. The service staff is very accommodating and helpful. Twice I had to call and take my car in a frantic emergency on practically no notice and they treated me incredibly well, took care of my needs immediately, arranged appropriate transportation for me. The service staff is incredibly helpful, will get you in and out quickly and they have a great waiting area with internet connection, a live television, kids play area and even free popcorn. I have never thought twice about going anywhere else since my experience here has been so good. Mike in the staff is amazingly helpful and so nice to work with. So is Pete in Service. They will let you know what is needed and will help you all the way through in the process. I thank this dealership so much and commend them for their handling of matters. I hope they keep their courteous manner for always.

After purchasing a used vehicle, I found that there was no owner's manual. Multiple emails and phone calls to the salesman and sales manager elicited no response. This leads me to believe that customer service means very little once the car has been bought and paid for.

While my Avalon was purchased at another local dealer (where I had purchased a Highlander for my wife before Hendricks was opened in Apex) all my service work is done at Hendricks! I like the proximity to Hendricks to my home in Cary. I was offered all services offered by the other dealer,lifetime oil changes etc,! While this may not continue for my Avalon, I will remain as a Hendricks customer. I like the people there, Shimer Gradus, Mrs Chinn, to name a couple of them. These people are professional in their approach and represent your company well. My buying experience was nothing but superb. My sales fellow, George Bevier, was professional but friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, not pushy, will ask for him next time I need a car.My new Camry, uncharacteristically, was shipped with a defective torque converter. Hendricks of Apex took care of it quickly, and gave me a loaner [2014 Prius] for a couple days. The service department was again professional, helpful, made sure I was pleased with the outcome.Excellent marks for all concerned at this dealership.

Customer service is something not readily experienced in a car dealership. Hendrick Toyota is truly outstanding. It is always a delight to visit this dealership. From making the appointment until I drive my car out, every single person is friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I'm am never presented only the most expensive alternative. The service representatives always present all options available and explain in detail. I am also always confident their first concern is my safety in their recommendations. If you need to wait while your car is being serviced or repaired the accommodations are first rate! Free wi-fi, coffee, bottled water - even fresh popcorn - snack and soda machines available - and comfortable surroundings. Kid friendly, too!

By far Hendrix Toyota has provided the best service experience I have ever had. The process is incredibly user friendly make an appointment ( not necessary but always a help ), drive up, explain the need to a service rep, they I turn explain exactly what they will be doing with and to your vehicle. All of the interactions with the staff were more than professional, helpful, and friendly. The staff even helped us in finding the best deal when looking through a stack of coupons.

Received a verified Truecar quote, and was provided verification that the model and options I wanted were available. Received an email from the sales manager indicating that they were extremely motivated and would make me an even better offer. Arrived at the lot, and the vehicle I was told was in inventory, was not. I was asked to look at other models on the lot, and if I found one I wanted, they would make me a great deal. I found one, and the "great deal" was MSRP and sky high financing rates. They avoided any reference to Truecar pricing, calling it a "wish list". As it was closing time by that point (whole afternoon wasted), I was told "we don't have what you're looking for" and it was suggested they would follow up later. After my visit, I sent a complaint to the dealership - no response. I bought my car at another area Toyota dealer instead - great pricing, great service, great financing rates, and exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I do not recommend Hendrick.

..unlike a popular local tire store, Had both of my vehicles done here, at a reasonable price, and now my 'ride' is like a new car. My experiences with routine service have been excellent at this dealership. However, like most 'new' car dealers, they are eager to sell things that you maybe don't quite need yet...like air filters.But their work is good, the people are nice to deal with.

Went for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Appt was for 3:45pm. I arrived at 2:45pm due to my own change in schedule. No biggie, I will wait. At 5:15pm they tell me I'm all ready to go. Took that long for an oil change and tire rotation??I pay and begin to drive away.....BIG PROBLEM!!!! They didn't torque the lug nuts on my rear wheel (and lost one of my lug nuts!). The wheel was about to wobble right off of the car!!! This could have been fatal at highway speeds!!I asked the service advisor to get the tech and a floor jack and torque wrench. The Tech tries to drive the car back to the garage as the wheel wobbles badly!! I screamed for him to STOP and get the stupid floor jack and torque wrench! He finally did.My confidence is badly shaken in the service dept. I recently had them replace the timing belt and water pump. Now I'm wondering if this was done correctly! Yikes!

I made my service appointment online with ease. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted by 2 friendly, helpful representatives. Our appoint was confirmed, details confirmed and then we proceeded to the very comfortable waiting area. There are separate areas for adults, children a quite area and those that need to conduct business while waiting. The free Wifo and TV make to short wait fly by.

I went to this dealership looking for a highlander, the only reason i went in here is because is close to my house so is kind of convenient to do the oil change and schedule maintenance. The customer service is horrible, the sales man that helped me out was like he didn't wanted to sell, the sales manager gave me very low appraisal for my trade in even though i told him that in other dealerships offer me more, the salesman was in a rush he seems like he just wanted to go. So i left then 2 days later i got a call from the internet department asking how was my experience, after telling them they asked me to give them a second chance that they would give me more for my trade. So i decided to go the second time and i got the same kind of poor customer service. I got there some older guy was rude i think he was a manager he didn't even introduce himself no eye contact, he just said sit here and said i can give you this much more for your trade, like he was doing me a favor, not motivated to make a deal just like whatever. He went to get the salesperson that worked with, i just stood up and left. Very bad customer service. Would never do business with this dealership. There are better dealerships out there that have much better customer service and that are motivated to sale a car.

I was even reminded that my inspection was due soon - that was done so that I would not have to make another trip. I had serviced my Toyota corolla Le 2012 and the manager Steven Graham was very helpful in explaining certain things regarding the car.Sometimes i had diffuculties to understand him as he was too fast in explaining thing about the car problems. Maybe he had something else going on his mind or he was busy with another car or he wanted me to leave fast with car so he was basically in a hurry.However over all i am satisfied with his service and i will definietly recommend to my family and friends to check out Toyota's service in the future.

I had my 2012 Highlander in for the 30k service and inspection. They recommended an alignment and battery corrosion cleaning, which were at a reasonable price. All work was performed in a reasonable amount of time, and I was updated throughout. Waiting area is very nice and everyone is friendly. Only gripe, which is why I left out a star, is because the car should have been washed but wasn't. I was in a hurry when leaving and didn't notice until I got home. Cost me another $20 and time to have it washed elsewhere that afternoon.

Left an inquiry about a used Tacoma on their web site. A week and a half later their Internet rep, Paris, got in touch via email, said they had the Tacoma, and wanted me to come in to take a look at it. I said I would come that day, as I was very interested in the truck, but I was driving from over an hour away. She told me if I call ahead of my visit, she'd have it pulled up out front to look at.When I called a couple hours later to let her know I was on my way, she said great, she'd get it ready, and to look for Ken the sales manager. I drove the hour-plus to get there, met Ken, and he said he'd get the truck pulled up and Brian would be my dealer. Brian left me to get a folder put together, but Ken said he was bringing my truck right up. Ken left, and Brian returned, explained the truck was on another lot, but he had a few more he could show me. In my mind, this was unacceptable. I'd done my shopping online, I saw what they had and what I wanted to see was the truck I inquired about. They told me they had it and Paris knew I was driving from Fayetteville. I heard a lot of excuses from Brian, who I admit was in a bad situation Paris had put him in, trying to do damage control at that point. He said they'd sent a driver earlier, it was being negotiated on, etc... He offered to try and get it there in that moment, but I'd seen and heard enough. I was called at 0900 saying "we have that truck," I called back - a perfect opportunity to let me know it's not there - and heard, "we have that truck," which means someone there was dishonest. Honesty is everything in the "make a deal" business model the car dealers/manufacturers have created, so these actions were enough to lose my business. The sad part is had they had the truck, and been honest with me, I'd have bought that day.

I live in Fayetteville but prefer to go to Apex just because of the kindness and professionalism displayed at this location, something I hope never goes away. I am highly pleased with this dealership, from the sales staff to the service staff and management. If I were to choose one single thing that pleased me the most, it is that they actually have an option of a quiet waiting room with no tv or children so that you can work on a laptop or read! I have never seen any staff person there who was not pleasant, friendly, and competent. There is another dealership closer to me but the extra drive is worth it.

The service department at this dealership is excellent in several regards: their evaluation of the vehicle is trustworthy, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their actual repair work is unquestionable. However, I cannot recommend it because they take so gosh darn long to do anything. Oil changes take hours, and heaven forbid you need a problem examined. Appointments are meaningless on busy days; they give you a random time but only attend to your car when it's next in line, regardless of how long you've waited. The real problem with this is that they don't call you when the car is done or give you any estimate of when you can expect to get on with your life.Dealerships always have inflated prices, but they have told me that they will match a quote from another repair professional, so it's worth your time to call around before agreeing to any price.

I love Hendricks Toyota Apex! It is always a pleasure to deal with the Service Department. Always accommodating and attentive to details to make the customers experience good. Knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. I actually enjoy taking my car for service. When you get a new car, people always want to know what kind of "deal" you got from that dealership. Yes, we want to not pay more than we need to and I was completely happy with my buying experience but, what is most important to me is what's happens AFTER I have bought the car and bring it back to the dealer for service . It's the service AFTER the sale that makes a recommendation for a dealership 5-star! Always delighted to recommend Hendricks!

I have a 2006 Toyota RAV 4. I used to go to Leath and Fred Anderson Toyota before Toyota of Apex opened up. I'm glad they did because I was not going back to these other guys ever again. With Toyota of Apex things are always done right and in the timeframe they promised. The price is very competitive and the quality is high. Everyone I've worked with has been very friendly, knowledgeable and fair.

July 14, 2014, I called to make an appointment to have the 15,000 mile service check done on our 2012 Toyota Camry LE and to my surprise, they were able to accommodate me on the same day! Whenever the car was being checked in, the Service Representative asked for my cell phone number so that he could contact me once the service was completed. I waited in the Waiting Room ( had a cup of very good coffee) while the "Toyota Care" service was being performed; it took about 1 hour! The CS Representative called and informed me that my car was ready to go! He explained what the Mechanic had done to complete the Service Check and that they had returned the car completely washed and ready to go!What a pleasant service experience this was! Thank You!

I bought my truck from Leith Toyota in 2010 before Rick Hendrick Toyota opened up. I love Dale Jr and Jimmy Johnson and love the fact that Rick Hendrick motorsports hired Richie Parker {youtube it}and gave him a chance EVEN though he was disabled like me. I have 5 eight lb bass and one 9 lb bass on my wall and bass pro shops in Cary NC said I wasn't qualified enough to sale rod and reels because i was inexperianced. Im in a wheelchair go figure. Anyhow , Leith put a different grade and brand of oil in my truck on EVERY visit. I'm not a mechanic but the fill cap says 5w20 or 0w20. It aint hard.After telling this to Brian he said it didn't matter. My truck said Toyota on the grill. After 4 years, the center back rest which folds down to an arm rest just broke and completely locked up in the upright position on July 3 2014. Inside it were the keys to my boat, ATV and hog cooker. Guess what I did on July 4th. nothing. Even though my truck was out of warranty, Brian said he would fix it and pay for the parts if I paid for the labor. I said that sounded great. In the end,to my suprise, Brian fixed it for free. He simply said it should have never broken, kinda like a seatbelt. I was blown away. I had previously been a customer of another Toyota dealership. When I brought my 2010 Tundra in to determine the cause of roaring noise I was told the rear differential was bad. I had never towed anything nor hauled anything heavy. After some research I found a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) had been issued for the rear axle bearing for that year and model. Despite handing the TSB to the other dealership they refused to check the rear axle bearing and wanted to charge me $2900.00 to replace the differential. Although I had a ilfetime warranty on the drive train I had to present all of my service records and they had to be sent to the warranty company. They initially were not going to honor the warranty. After a number of phone calls and a face to face with the general manager they agreed to cover the cost of the differential.I still didn't believe the differential was the issue. I made a phone call to Hendrick Toyota Scion Apex and described the sound to the service rep without mentioning the differential or axle bearing or TSB. His first words were, sounds like an axle bearing. I dropped my Tundra off at the service center. I handed the number for the warranty company to the service rep and he picked up the phone and had the deal done within 10 minutes. No service records, no waiting for days to hear back. Hendrick Toyota Scion Apex replaced the bearing which remedied the problem and there was no out of pocket cost to me.I had bought 3 new vehicles at the other dealership. Needless to say, I'm done with them.Goodbye goofy TV commercials and Service Clowns.Hello Hendrick Toyota Scion Apex.

Had a bad experience before with them, but wanted to give them one more chance. Saddened that it didn't work out because this dealership is so convenient. Just wanted my 55K service done and they tried to sell me a $175 fuel cleaning which I doubt I needed. Plus they didn't reset my maintenance indicator on my dash and had to call up a mechanic to come up and do it. My previous bad experience was during a service visit with a leaky sunroof. They told me I would need a whole new sunroof for $1400. Luckily, my service advisor suggested an independent sunroof leak specialist. He came out to my house and found out it was just clogged drainage tube. Only $100 spent and leak free since. That doesn't say much for Hendricks mechanics knowledge and attention to detail. Never going back!

I bought Toyota Prius 2013 from Hendrick. The procedures wen fast and I got my car the same day. Then they keep up with the status of my car sending me all the service invitations right on time.People their are so friendly, helpful.Last time, a wonderful employee called Sam. helped me with servicing my two Toyota Prius 2013 cars fast and reliable.I would recommend buying form this dealer.

Quick, friendly service as always. Voluntarily looked up any recalls for my vehicle and offered extended warranty package, which was a bit pricey :-) I have been very pleased with my vehicle's servicing at Hendrick Toyota.

In for 5K service and NC state inspection. Very friendly service advisor and was impressed with speed of the service. Very neat and clean and nice waiting room and amenities. Service advisor was asked about a possible recall or problem regarding heated seats and would check on it and let me know. He failed to mention anything about it when I checked out and I forgot to ask him, but I did call back shortly after I left the service department and had to wait for him to call me later in the day to tell me he did not find any recall notice about my car. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Nicole was a friendly customer service representative. My only issue was that she provided my the Gold extende service plan at a price of $118.00 per month and I would have liked to compare the Gold plan to the Silver Plan which seems to better meet my needs. Otherwise very pleased with my service visit. I will continue to use your service department.

This appointment was scheduled for my 15,000 mile service. Other than the routine service, I requested that the alignment be checked due to car pulling to the right when breaking quickly. When picking up the car there was no mention of what, if anything, had been discovered regarding this matter. I had to inquire and got a very vague answer. I also had requested a car wash which was very poorly done. Both outside mirrors had a visible looking film coating each one. I pulled back into the bay and one of the service advisors took the car back to be cleaned causing me to have to wait additional time. I have owned my Highlander less than a year and have not once been impressed by the service department. Yesterday's bad experience was preceded by another less than satisfactory visit several months ago. My sales person and sales manager were fabulous but based on the service department at Hendrick I strongly wish I had purchased from another dealership. On a positive note, the service advisor that checked me in was very polite and friendly.

We drive a lot. We were not far over our mileage warranty but have only had our Camry for 22 months. The door actuator failed. We took it in and asked what could be done. It's not a part that should fail that quickly and isn't tied to mileage when you just drive longer distances than most. The team took care of it quickly and without charging us. They could have just said "stuff happens" but instead they called it "goodwill" and moved on. Thanks to Brian and team!

I had a scheduled appointment for 4:15 on Friday afternoon. I arrived almost exactly at 4:15, and was able to roll into the intake area immediately. I was greeted within 30 seconds of getting out of my car, I announced that I had an appointment, and a service representative invited me into the service reception area to complete some minimal paperwork while a tech representative drove my car off to be serviced.After minimal paperwork, I was escorted to the waiting area (an area especially designed to be quieter) where I was able to login to the wireless and work while I waited for my car to be serviced (a 15000 mile checkup and a NC inspection). I also enjoyed a complementary cup of coffee while I waited.The work was completed within an hour, and Matt came to get me, and finish paperwork. I was informed of what had been done to the car, given a hard copy of the assessment of the car's status, and shown to my car. Matt even pointed out a way to exit the lot sooner with fewer traffic complications. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience--friendliness, efficiency, and competence. Definitely a PLUS!

Al approached me as I was exiting our Avalon with such a pleasant attitude. He changed my less than positive attitude about having to be someplace I didn't want to be to, "Hey, this isn't going to be so bad after all." After our introductions he collected all the necessary information and we went inside the Service area for him to enter what was necessary to get the Avalon checked out. He surprised me by having me check our personal information for accuracy; he did the same when checking out. I was expecting to be waiting about 1.5 to 2 hours but it took about one hour. I grabbed some coffee and went into the waiting area to start reading a new book but I never got into much of the mystery. Service was quick and thorough as far as I could tell. Al was very professional and very pleasant. he's a terrific Toyota representative. I drove off the dealership property with a very pleasant disposition. The car is running as good as it ever has. Thanks!

For my 5k service I had an appointment at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. I was told it would take about 1 hour which was fine. After 45 minutes Sam came out and told me it was ready. I was shocked that it went that quick. Their waiting area is fantastic -- I loved the quiet spot, no TV! Definitely glad I bought my 2014 Tacoma there!

Took Camry in for 20k service and asked about Entune while there. Long story short, three people helped me get it running and explain the system so I could finally use it. Love the system, BTW. Had fried to get it running for traffic app but gave up. Simple fix it turns out. iPhone needs to be attached through USB cord which came with the car! The service department is very clean from the consultants area to the techs area where car worked on. Plenty of places to use my Ipad, drink coffee or enjoy a cold bottled water. Did I forget to mention the freshly popped corn? Am considering trading out another vehicle and consultant gave me a referral to salesperson with high praise for his customer care. This dealership is hard to best and we love our Camry.

First off, i just recently bought a 2000 Toyota tacoma from a lot that I probably shouldn't have gotten it from (not Toyota Dealer related). Turned out the truck had a single Cat Converter on there so within a week it trips on the check engine light. I've done my research on this truck and it runs on California emissions standards. Here I am going around looking at places to repair my trucks Cat issue. I'm the guy who is hesitant about going to a dealership to have it all done because of the fear of paying to much and swindlers. At this point it's coming close to the time to have my truck inspected and i know I'm screwed unless i give in and go to the dealership, so i do. As i drop off off my truck they assigned me to my service advisor Sam, I explain my problem and he tells me he has the Cat for the truck in the shop and said would be ready with in the next day or two. I go ahead and ask them to run an addition diagnostic on the truck to make sure no other fault codes popped up. After I left, about and hour later Sam gives me a call right on about closing time at Toyota and tells me some bad news. He then told me that my truck, since it runs on the Calif. Emissions standard needs two Cat Converters not just the one aftermarket Cat that was put on by the nut-job owner before me. Now, apart from the bad news given to me, He was on point, and didn't waste any time at all having some one look at the truck, and best of all he didn't wait till the next day to contact me about it either. The next day i called him again and told him to go through with ordering the additional cat to put on the truck, so he did and told me it would take to about the end of the week to get the cat and install them both. I get a call about two days latter and it was Sam telling my truck was already done and it was only thursday. I went from hesitant to all for the the dealership. Sam and the service team did a remarkable job fixing the truck and for the great on-point customer service. He was on top of it all and never disappointed me. I know for sure I'm going back there. Like the title says "Don't go anywhere else!" You all got my five stars!

Contacted service about ac not blowing cold in Scion TC (ac was serviced 11 months prior at this location). Sam took notice and order parts to do complete repair. He was very cordial and advise me on all items required to be work on and assured me that dealership will honor warranty. Service was completed at no cost and vehicle working great. Very nice to have faith in a service dealership that will honor its work and work to resolve issues quickly. I have greater trust in this dealership and will not hesitate to take vehicle here for follow up or any other service needs.

The service staff was very friendly and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I also asked and received information about other services for my vehicle that was not related to my visit, and if it were not for the location of this dealership, I would have my vehicle serviced by them. I live in southeast Wake County, and there isn't a Toyota dealership in that area. The brake work that I had done was very competitively priced, and am very satisfied with the work.

I brought my Carolla in for a factory recall. The internal computer had to be reprogrammed. While there I asked them to check the battery and alternator since the battery had died for no apparent reason. They returned the car to me in one and a half hours telling me that all was well. When I got home I found that the (red) positive (snap on) battery terminal cover was removed and not put back in place and the access door to the plug (under the dash) for the computer was hanging open! If the mechanic can't take the time to perform such simple tasks how well has he done the job????Previously I brought my Tacoma in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I found that one of the locking lug nuts was missing from one of the wheels!!!! It took two more trips back to finally get the nut replaced (another hour wait). The people who welcome you to service are very cordial. But I have serious reservations about the actual service technicians capabilities. I'm presently considering going to a different dealer!

Went in for warranty work, they found a few other things that really needed work, then charged LESS than their own estimate - very reasonable. Amber warned me that when they replaced the part under warranty, usually another part needed to be replaced, so I was prepared to have to examine that tissue, but they found the second part was fine. Great service with no pressure to up sale - like many garages do now.

I am very happy with the service that Danielle in the service department has offered to me. I have 2 Camry's and I have been taking my cars for service to Hendricks Toyota service center because of her services. I had a very bad experience with Hendricks auto body and was very concern when I took my car in for service but I was fortunate to get Danielle and she had changed my mind and I have taken my Camry to service there. I just bought a Honda and I spoke to her and she said that they can do general service on this car as well and I will take my Honda for it regular maintenance to get service at Hendricks. I give Danielle 5 stars and hope that she gets recognize for her hard work at the dealership.

From the friendly person taking my appointment, welcoming me back, and then the service experience, it all is very customer oriented. It is evident that Jesse Locklear (service adviser) and the mechanic care about their work and making sure I understand a problem they have found, if one exists, and how best it can be resolved. I received the facts with options. The final decision rests with me. I never felt pushed to make a specific decision. Great knowledge, experience, respect, courtesy. It is like visiting a family that cares about you. I recommend their service experience.

I took advantage of the complimentary car wash. I was in the service department for engine oil change and air filter inspection. After the service was done, I went back to Joel to show him what happedned to my vehicle tag. The tag was "warped" at both ends. It took us to figure why it happened. There was a consensus that the car wash equipment swirling motion caught the protruding portion of the tag and bent it. It took only seconds before Joel came back with another guy ( I forgot his name) and the guy took the tag out and straightened it out to my satisfaction. The "minor adjustment" took only few minutes but it was Joel and the guy's prompt actions that's worth sharing. Regardless of what happened to my tag, I considered that a very good service!

Every time I go to this location I always get the very best customer service from everybody in the building. They are very friendly here and every takes the time to acknowledge you no matter what. I often recommend everyone I know that may be looking for a car or even if they are not, to Rick Hendricks Toyota of Apex. I live in Fayetteville and will drive the mileage just to see these folks. If you needed and model store this would or should be the one. I have been there 3 times and have not had a bad experience at all with anybody in that facility. My wife was with me this time and has said when it is time for her to get a car Apex Toyota is where she will be going. You folks just need to keep the highest standards you have set for all to follow. Thank you for always being truly exceptional and I will see you all in 6 months!!!

Johanna took a personal interest in the unusual problem with my car -- a strange, intermittent noise -- that I knew would be difficult to diagnose. She had the service mechanics spend time driving the car. Although they weren't able to replicate it (and for all I know, it was caused by something I picked up on the road and that became dislodged along the way after making the noises that concerned me), she gave me her card and told me to contact her immediately if it happened again.She also followed up by phone to learn if things were fine with my car.I plan to keep her card handy and take advantage of her friendly, professional approach to customer service in the future.I'd give her an even higher rating than 5 (great) if I had the opportunity.

I was very unsatisfied by prior dealer service elsewhere in the Durham area. As we recently moved to Chatham county, I decided to try Hendricks Toyota Apex for a recall on our hybrid Highlander. I was given an appointment for service. Danielle met me when I drove in and completed all the paperwork. I was given a loaner Highlander for the day which turned out to be a no charge experience. The recall work was done in the promised time frame and our vehicle was returned to us vacuumed and newly washed. It's a 5 star experience. I have already recommended Hendricks Toyota Apex to friends with a Toyota hybrid.

Hendricks Toyota of Apex continues to provide our 2008 Highlander with exceptional service. On this visit, our car was scheduled for an oil change, etc and ended up with a rotten belt and the housing around the brakes being the culprit for the clicking noise I had heard when I came to a stop. When these two additional items were discovered, as always, Danielle came to the waiting room to find me, explained what they were, why replacing them was important and, on this service visit, there really wasn't any wiggle room about replacing them, it was just a question of when! I continue to feel comfortable with the respectful manner that she treats me, the excellent service that the Service Department provides me and the fast, friendly service I receive from the ladies who receive my calls.

I went in to get rid of a hesitation I've had for years in my 2004 Toyota Solara. It was supposed to cost $100 (same price as other dealers) for them to update the transmissions computer, a 1 hour job. Long story short, the dealership went through the proper procedures before updating the computer, but during the update, a cell in my battery went bad and like updating a bios in a computer, if you turn off your computer in the middle, it will render the computer useless and you have to toss it. This is what happened to my car computer. My bill quickly went up from $100 to $950. I will say that they were trying to get me to pay for the bill, but as you can imagine that didn't go over well. I then asked to speak with the Manager, Michael Chinn. I told Michael that I could understand having to pay for a new battery, but I was not OK with buying a new computer. I told him that I was not warned that this could happen and the mechanic who was standing there said they didn't tell me because this was one in a million, he's never seen it in 7 years. At the beginning of our conversation, Michael said he would try to get it taken care of and by the end of the conversation he said he would get it taken care of.This was a Saturday and it took several days to get a new computer to install, but they gave me a free rental car in the meantime. On Thursday they called at 6 pm to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, they told me that they got Toyota to cover it under warrantee. Not only did they pay for the new computer, but I got a free battery and they updated the computer for free too. It was way far and above what I expected. The dealership was very courteous throughout the entire process, I was very pleased. The only issue I had was the fact that they would have let me pay the $950 if I had not complained. No harm done, it turned out fantastic and now my car runs better than it every has in the 10,000 miles that I've owned it (it only has 42K on it), there is no longer an irritating hesitation.

Hendrick Toyota of Apex is THE place to buy your next new or used car. Why? Because they are friendly, fair and will NOT put any pressure on you what-so-ever. I just traded in my 2008 Dodge Avenger R/T for a 2013 Toyota Avalon XLE Premium and the process was as smooth as any transaction of this kind could be..... I've dealt with many new car dealers in my life (I'm 67 and my first new car was a '69 Nova) and I can honestly say this was the best new car buying experience of my life.Randy Adams is the "go-to-guy" and he made my wife and I feel welcomed and respected. Very little "negotiating" was needed because they offered us an amazing deal .... right out of the 'gate'. Service area tour (pristine shop), 6 detail bays, parts dept. and lounge area etc. make for an amazing state of the art facility. I was in for the 20,000 mile maintenance on my Prius. Service was completed when expected. The waiting room was comfortable and the wireless connection was good, so I could get a bunch of work done while I was waiting.

The headlight on my 2012 Prius burned out, and I called the dealership for repair as soon as I realized that I had a problem. The dealership arranged to fix my car the same day I called. The headlight was repaired quickly and properly, and I was on my way home in less than an hour. I have been more than pleased with the service I have received at this dealership. The personnel is polite, efficient and friendly and so far the repair fees have been reasonable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

very helpful and friendly service and customer service.i feel that, at times, there is an effort to sell service, very expensive service, when the service is not needed. the young lady that facilitated my service this time did not do this, but i have been there several times and had service pushed on me, e.g. the service tech found some minor signs of power steering fluid under my truck and wanted to repair it for nearly $1000. i did not have the work done and there has been no more evidence of the problem nor has this been brought to my attention again. being able to trust the people i hire to work for me is vitally important. that experience damaged the trust i have with your company. however, while there have been attempts to sell more service, i have not experience the degree of a problem that i described above.

A lot of folks hate going to dealerships to purchase cars do to the sales people. However, at Toyota of Apex, Randy Adams made buying a vehicle very easy. He wasn't the slightest bit pushy, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, & made my experience a pleasurable one. David Foster handled legal documents. David was also easy to talk to, & he explained everything in detail & knew the answers to all of my financial/loan questions. These two individuals are nothing short of an asset to Toyota Scion of Apex.

I arrived for a 5000 mile service on my Toyota truck at 7:30 AM. It took several minutes to get signed in and I was concerned about how long it would take, I was asked whether I wanted my truck washed as well as serviced and I said yes. I settled in the waiting area with a cup of hot coffee and my tablet to wait. I was pleasantly surprised when the service rep cam and got me in less than a half hour, my truck was serviced (and washed)! Great job, very friendly, very speedy.

Well, I must say that the moment I arrived with my car, I was greeted and welcomed immediately. Nick asked me all the appropriate questions and did my paper work speedily and readily. The car was also ready just as he said it would be. One last point on their favor, the wait was made comfortable by the free coffee and muffins provided. I appreciated the overall warm service.

This visit was for a simple 5000 mile service. The technician managed to undo what took three visits to get the tire warning light turned off and properly adjusted. I have no confidence that the technicians are properly trained or supervised!

I brought my Sienna in as a last ditch effort to try and remove the Oxygen sensor without having to replace the entire manifold. I had taken my car to two other shops prior and they were unable to remove the sensor (it was locked up). The mechanic was able to remove just the sensor, which if he hadn't would have cost by $1400!!! So they saved me $1K.Also, the service reps are awesome to work with. Very cordial and willing to go the extra mile to make you a happy customer.

I purchased my RAV4 from Hendrick Toyota of Apex in 2011. I can honestly say that was the most pain-free and most pleasant experience I've ever had during the process of buying a car. Since then, every time I've taken my RAV4 in for service, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of customer service, the efficiency with which Hendrick Toyota conducts its business, and the congeniality of the employees. I always look forward to the next service appointment because I know it'll be a pleasant experience. I do want to commend John Strawn, in particular. He is a real professional in the customer service department...! He's definitely an asset to the company.

I just moved here and was looking for a dealership to have my toyota serviced. Based on my first experience, Hendrick will be my new dealership and I will likely buy my next toyota from them. Attendant was very polite and friendly and professional. I wasn't pushed to have extra stuff done but was informed of what was needed. Great experience.

I always get the appointments that are convenient for me.The service is excellent. The technicians are always well trained.Even the shuttle service is praise-worthy - always willing to be accommodating to their customer. The lobby is comfortable, and the availability of tea, coffee, and water is welcome and appreciated. I can't say enough about Nick Pitts - he is the ultimate customer service guy.

The availability of the shuttle service to-and-from the dealership is an absolute godsend for anyone who needs to bring a car in for service. Even when I elect to stay at the dealership and wait, the car is always finished long before the original time estimate given to me. I can't be more satisfied with all aspects of the Hendrick Toyota of Apex experience, and will return again and again.

My Rav 4 was taken in for an oil change. The mechanic discovered an issue with my water pump. Thankfully it was covered under the warrenty. We were given a Rav 4 as a rental and my vehicle was repaired in 24 hours. I was very pleased with the attention and service we were given at the dealership. All the employees are always smiling and friendly.

I bear no ill will toward Hendrick, but I just want to let everyone know what happened with me.During the week of July 8, I noticed Hendrick had a good deal on a used vehicle that fit what I was in the market for. So I called them about the vehicle. The salesperson ("A") I spoke to said that they still had the vehicle and I could come by to see it in the next hour. I told her I could probably be there in 30 minutes, so we set up a time to meet. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door by a different salesperson ("B"), to whom I explained that I was a little early for an appointment with salesperson A. B took me to floor manager (I think that was his title) "C," who welcomed me and said B could help me out. So, I never met salesperson A. But I sit down at the desk of B, and he asks me which vehicle I'm interested in. I tell him, and he goes off to get the keys to it. He comes back and double-checks with me. I tell him again, and he tells me they SOLD IT THAT MORNING. That vehicle hasn't been on their lot for hours. I was disappointed, but B said they had a comparable vehicle to show me. I told him I was really interested in the one they had told me they had, and that I was planning to pay cash for it--in fact, I told him multiple times that I wasn't interested in financing. He said that's okay, they could get me a deal. We take a test drive and return, and they evaluate my potential trade-in. When B finally sits down to show me their offer, it's almost twice the price of the vehicle I'd originally been interested in, with several financing options. I told him again, no, I don't have the money, I can't finance, and you said you'd be able to give me a deal. He went back to speak with the sales manager to try to work something out, then came back, we talk a bit more, he went away again, then he came back with the floor manager. Together they tried to play the game of getting me interested in a totally different vehicle than either the one I'd originally come to see or the one I'd test-driven (I've been in sales before, so I recognized some of the little tactics salesmen do). I had to say again, no, I came here ready to pay cash for the vehicle you'd told me on the phone that you have. So, for those keeping score:Friendly people met: 2.Total time of my life wasted: 2 hours.Promises kept: 0.To make matters worse, that night I received a phone call from salesperson A, asking me if I'd liked the vehicle I had come to see. When I replied no, it wasn't there anymore, A said they can't hold vehicles and they sell a lot every day. I said, in fact you had sold it before I even called and asked if it was still available. A got a little indignant, because apparently it hadn't been registered as sold when I asked about it. But that's not all. For four weeks I continued to get "follow-up" emails from Hendrick, asking if I had any more questions about the original vehicle I had inquired about. I replied multiple times saying, no, I never got to see it, and I've purchased a different vehicle, so I don't need any more follow-up. Finally I think they may have gotten the message and will discontinue asking me if I'm interested in a vehicle they'd already sold to someone else. So, like I said at the beginning, I have no axe to grind with Hendrick, and I guess no one I spoke with had bad intentions, but in my experience Hendrick is an unprofessional dealership with horrible communication between employees, and also between salespeople and potential customers. I mean they seem like they're kind of trying hard, but they really complicated my search for a decent automobile. Not recommended.

Your dealership is real easy to work with. You pull in and someone takes care of you right away. Your staff is friendly and helpful and you do provide tea which I like to drink while waiting for the service to be completed. Service was completed on time and you have lots of magazines to read while waiting.l

First service on new car with an appointment no oil change, just checking under hood and rotate tires. Should have taken 30-45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. Not acceptable. If I had not paid in advance for the service agreement, I probably would not go back.

I live in Fuquay Varina. This was my first time visit to Hendricks Toyota of Apex, which was not in its present convenient location when I initially purchased my vehicle, a Corolla XLE in June of 2009. Mr. Steven Graham, Assistant Service Manager, met me when I drove my vehicle into the service bay. He is very professional and knowledgeable and I would rate his performance as being outstanding in every respect. I am especially indebted to him for retrieving and calling me regarding my cell phone which had fallen out of my pocket in the customer waiting lounge.

I have always had good service at this dealership, however, on July 8, 2013 this following occurred: When I request service for oil change including filter, I emphatically have them highlight on service order that "Customer has their own oil for use in oil change" When this service was done on July 8, 2013, I noticed the technician had ignored my request and used Toyota's bulk oil. I told the service writer to take my Highlander back to the technician, have them drain bulk oil and replace with my oil. That was done but instead of just putting 6 quarts (Since the filter wasn't changed again), my engine was overfilled with oil and I had to take it back the next day and let Patrick (Who was very understanding and nice) drain some oil out back to a normal level.Other than this one bad experience I would highly recommend this dealership.

Service department is prompt, efficient, and polite. They take appointments, which helps reduce wait times. I had a 7:30AM appointment for routine maintenance and was done and out the door an hour later. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, with free coffee. The car is too new to have needed any major maintenance yet, so both of my experiences are with routine maintenance, but so far everything has gone well. I decided to pay for the first few years of maintenance up front (that's an option when you buy the car), saving quite a bit of money.

We purchased a new Sienna from Toyota of Apex in late May. The vehicle is wonderful but had an annoying, but intermittent rattle. The service technician, Corey (I believe), road with me until the rattle was Howard. Then, he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Finally, he had me drive it with him in the car to make sure it was fixed. I could not be happier. To some, the rattle would not have been an issue. I was never made to feel it was unimportant to anyone in the dealership. I am impressed with everyone there! Thank you.

Despite the dealership calling to report my service completed, I had to wait and an inordinate amount of time to pick up my car. There were nine employees within my view in the service department wearing red shirts with name tags and only three customers; yet, I waited more than 10 minutes before checking out and receiving my car. Even then, the replaced part (cabin filter) was not in the car as promised, causing further delay. I was disappointed with this encounter. I hope you are better next time.

A huge thank you to Steve Graham and everyone in the service department; I needed my 15,000 oil change and thought that while it was in, I'd have a tow hitch attached. My fiance called and spoke with Steve, who offered to take my car that evening and get me a rental. As always, when we arrived at Hendrick Toyota, we were greeted within 15 seconds of being outside of the car and were immediately helped. Have enjoyed the services of this Toyota dealer for my old Lexus several times over the past few years. My key consideration in evaluating the repair services is the honesty and knowledge of the service staff. They have been superb, recommending services and differentiating between what needs to be done now and what can wait. If something is not right after the service, they will go the extra mile to make it right. Steve is a very knowledgable service advisor, who will work hard to earn your trust. Time and cost estimates have been fair and accurate for my visits and the waiting area is very modern and comfortable. Well worth a visit for Toyota and Lexus owners in the area.

I went to the dealership for routine service and was told that I had several things that needed to be replaced including an axle oil leak, a drive belt, etc. I approved the work and the total bill received was over $700. I did not mind paying the bill, but was a little surprised to find that the labor rate has increased to $96/hour.The worst thing about the experience was when they brought my car out to me, it had a large scratch underneath the driver door handle and after showing them, one asked if it was existing when I brought it in. They almost lost a customer at that point. They took it to the back and buffed it out and said it was most likely from a guard that they put over it to protect it.The service people are friendly and nice and that is one the best things about the dealership. The pricing for repairs is fairly costly, even for the routine work.

Brought my Camry in to have the floor mat recall and the power window recall taken care of. Also, I experienced problems with very rough idling once I left the dealership. This happened once before a couple of weeks ago. I turned around and drove back. Patrick diagnosed the problem to be dirty throttle. I left my Camry there and he and the service people cleaned the fuel injectors. Now it runs fine. Got all of this done in one day. Patrick is very professional and I would trust your service team again for any repairs.

Had my air conditioner repaired, major effort. I had requested that my A/C unit be tested previously due to a poor level of cold air. When checked previously the result did not verify the actual cause of the slow leak of coolant. It was decided to delay a costly repair without solid proof of what the actual problem was. I was very impressed with the honest efforts of the service department. Last time in the tests confirmed the problem and the problem was corrected. I was told my car would be ready early the following day following a routine service check and it took TWO days longer than I was told and NOTHING was wrong with it. Someone "closed" the ticket and no one noticed my car was just sitting in service, not being taken care of. When they called to say it was ready, I was told it was being detailed. I got it back as dirty as when I dropped it off. These folks do not know what the word "service" means. Guess, I'll go vacuum out my car...

I visited multi car dealers looking for a hybrid car. I started out thinking I wanted a Ford cmax or GMC Acadia and drove both of these. Neither quite had "it" for me. The cmax has REALLY uncomfortable seating, especially for the front passenger. The Acadia has NO left armrest for front seat passenger ... Wouldn't that be uncomfortable for much time in the car?? But, finally, the Prius was "just right". Seats fold down FLAT for great cargo space; nice, roomy, comfortable seats WITH armrests, great displays with tons of options, and mileage is fantastic. But the best selling point for us was our salesperson, George Sevier. If you want to know about a Prius, George is THE MAN. He drives one himself and he can quickly orient you to all the bells and whistles and how to best drive your car for maximum return. George Knows Prius. Ask for him when you go to test drive a Prius. AND... Watch out for other cars that no longer have a spare tire! Prius has a spare and it doesn't infringe on your cargo area. The whole experience with Toyota Apex was just, well, SUPERIOR. If you want a pleasant buying experience, and a salesman who will go the extra mile for you, visit Toyota Apex and ask for George. (And, no, I had never met George, The Man, before this experience).

Toyota of Apex,very impressed with Jamie, as she educated me on preventive things I could do for my Sienna. The staff ensured I worked with Jamie as I was just at this shop 2 weeks ago, and rather then give me another service rep. who I would have had to retell my situation they kept service with her. I felt that "down home feeling" with the staff although in the Wake County area, as I usually will go to smaller toyota spots in Wilson or Goldsboro, although I reside in Apex.... so its good to get that "friendly service in my backyard". Do I expect this service every time.....well ...why not I am a customer who if satisfied will proudly boast to others.Thanks again for the good service and keeping my mileage down ..as I will now get service in my backyard. Thomas of Apexps: hope you guys will read as it was thought out.

The staff at this dealership have all been excellent for me to work with. Nick has been my rep for the last three occasions and has provided an excellent level of attention to help keep my car operating great. I also want to thank the telephone receptionist as well as the service tech's that perform work on my vehicle. The all have been outstanding whenever I have brought my car in for service.

This is just one of the several service visits that I have had with Toyota of Apex and all of the service people have been very helpful. This time was especially impressive when they pointed out that my license was out of date. My renewal was due 10 of 2012 and it was now 3 of 2013. the offer was made to do the state inspection so that I could renew. Actually at my last visit the state inspection was made and my renewal had been sent in but the sticker had not been returned to me. The state inspection was cancelled and but was inadvertently charged to me. The next morning Patrick Stoll called me to tell me that my bill had been adjusted to remove the over-charge. This has been just one event that I have experienced in dealing with my service visits.

First, I like that I was able to make an appointment the evening prior for a belt repair. The morning of the repair I was pleased to see cheerful people waiting on me at the dealership. Jamie was my customer service rep and she was awesome. I appreciate her thoroughness and attention to detail. She walked me through the entire process and even pointed out that I needed a recall fixed. She was able to make a bad situation much more pleasant. I can not thank her enough for her patience and understanding. I will come back again...

Made an appointment to have my car serviced and waited in line 25 minutes for peeps to sign in that didn't have appointment. All the car that were registered before me got service before me. Why did I make the appointment????? Service person didn't care and when I explained they should take peeps with appointment online. He just said this the way we do it.

had to return my car as they did not fix original problem but charged me for a part that did not fix the problem after they replaced it. charged me for tire rotation when i had my tires replaced and alligned (did not need rotation). after repair engine light came on because mechanic failed to connect hose. proceeded to charge me after i paid total when service rep failed to include part on price list. spoke with service manager who removed the additional charge. service manager was not happy with the srevice i was provided. quality issues and systemic problems.

First, I brought my car for the maintenance. The first time I brought it, the mechanic did not fix his job properly. Then I called the dealership and Johannah at Service Dept helped and she did an extra mile for fixing the mess the mechanic did last week. Now I feel comfortable because of the excellent service that Johannah did for us.

To get straight to the point, Ms. Christie is the reason I now have my Tundra serviced at Hendrick Toyota--I swear, I think she knows my truck better than I do, and I'm a greasy-handed, do-it-your-self, motor-medic, spark plug-chewing, shade mechanic kinda guy! If the sales department is as good as the service department, my next truck will be another 'Yota--and I'm a Ford guy!

I give Toyota of Apex truly exceptional ratings because my service representative was so incredibly nice and service was delivered in a timely, high quality manner. Every aspect of my experience at Toyota of Apex, from the moment I drive up my car in the garage, to the moment I leave, I am taken care of and made as comfortable as possible while I wait for my car. This week, I had a recall ( CAMRY Hybrid door lock mechanism) performed and Jeff made sure it was done quickly and efficiently. He even had the car washed ! Upon mentioning to him that my 2012 Tundra was hard to start when cold, he offered to have it repaired immediately. I returned home, drove the truck back and left it overnight. The next morning Jeff informed me that the truck had a computer re-flashed and that methanol had fouled up the injection system. Repair was done and the truck was ready. It runs flawlessly now. Truck was washed as well !

Service was excellent. Just the waiting time to start the service sometimes takes a while. I wish once the car arrives, someone would immediately assist so customer could have a seat inside and not wait outside for so long. Other than that everything was fine.PS. Hope you serve pop corn or something (like the other service center across the street).

Every time I've been there, I leave being very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone, and the overall efficiency. I took my second Prius to the dealership for recall work. Everything went well except when I went to pick up my vehicle. The work had been completed but it took 25-30 for the staff to get the car, wash it and get it to the service bay. It made me late to my next stop. If I had known it would take almost 30 minutes to take it through the car wash, I would have declined. I really appreciate getting the car washed, i just can't understand why it isn't done after service rather that having to wait on it when I get there to pick it up.Whit was my service advisor but a new guy (1st day) chatted with me while I waited the 30 minutes on my car. He was pleasant.Thanks for listening and I am just providing some feedback.

First time I tried this dealer/their service center as it is more conveniently located to me. It will probably be the last time as they could not deliver on basic customer service - they never called me when the service was completed. After 3 hours (for an estimated 2 hour work time), I finally got impatient and went to the dealer to inquire about the status of my car. I then discovered that the work had been completed for over an hour & no one called me to advise it was available for pick up. Further, Jeff (the asst. service manager) did not seem phased by this poor customer service and did not even apologize. Thanks but no thanks, back to Fred Anderson Toyota of Glenwood for me.

I made a 30K service appointment online. In the notes portion, I noted that the coin compartment needed repairing. When I dropped the vechicle off the evening before the scheduled service, I was completely ignored. I waited approximately 15 mintutes without anyone acknolweging that I required assistance. I went inside and asked for assitance and the service rep was very nonchalant and unapologetic about my wait. Instead of looking up my name and pulling the record for my appointment, I had to repeat everything to include making note to talk about the coin compartment repair. I provided a cell phone number to call once completion of the service instead of the home number on record since I would be at work. I did not receive a phone call on my cell (or work number that is included in my appointment information). I did have a message on my home phone later that night that my vehicle was ready for pick up (I had picked it up). Upon picking up the vechicle, I did receive an apology for the previous day reference my complaint about being ignored. I was offered the dealership coupon book (actually I saw the advertisement and asked questions about it). The coupon book did save me money on my service. However, I left the service department after paying. My son took the vehicle home. Upon returning home that evening, he noted that the coin compartment had not been repaired and when he asked, the service rep said he would have to make another appointment for it. I was livid. What is the point of me filling out the servie request online before going to the dealership and still having to repeat my servie requirements once there if they aren't going to do it? I think the service provided was poor at best. I am a toyota and lexus owner and will drive 50 miles out of the way if this is the service that I can expect to receive here in the future. I do not have time to make service appointments weekly or montly for the same thing.

Johnathan Honey in service was great! He went above and beyond!! We also talked with finance about purchasing a extended warranty but we were not please with the finance person and not answering our questions directly and honestly. Unfortunately my husband is in heavy machinery sales and caught on to his trick quickly. However, we will continue to use this dealership for service outstanding :-)

I took my 2007 Prius in to have the HV water pump replaced under a recall campaign. When I called to see if they were done, I was told that the other water pump (the one on the engine) was leaking and should be replaced at a cost of about $350. Tyrone said that when the technician had the car on the rack, he noticed a line of dried sludge leading back to the water pump. I thanked him for the info and said I would consider it. As my wife drove me to pick up the car, we browsed a Toyota owners forum online and found dozens of posts concerning this same coincidence - when replacing the HV water pump, the service department recommended replacement of the engine water pump. When I got to the garage, I asked Tyrone if he would show me the evidence. He indicated I would have to make an appointment to return the car, so they could put it up on a rack for me. I asked him whether he added any coolant to the engine and he said no. I asked him if the reservoir was indicating low fluid and he said no but he was sure it was leaking just the same. I asked him why I hadn't observed any puddles of coolant where I park and he said it was only leaking out as I drove but not when I'm parked with the engine off. I told him I had just had the car inspected 2 days prior to this at Firestone and they had not indicated any low fluids. I checked it myself when I got home and the fluid level is normal. End of story. I will find another garage for my Prius, as I cannot trust these guys!

The driver side back door window tinting is pulling away apparently from the lock box that was there. We'll contact the service department.

My visit was for 20,000 mile oil change and routine service. This has always been a hastle to get done except at Hendrick, where I can wait for the vehicle in the comfort of the waiting room, with TV, wireless internet and a cup of coffee or bottle of water. I also appreciate getting a free truck wash during my visit.

This dealership has genuinely service-oriented staff and in my experience works to make the service or sales experience as inviting as possible. I bought my 2012 Toyota Cmary in June and was in for my first srevice. Their attractive show room and waiting area has good coffee, real cream, and tea. My service advisor Tyronne was both knowledgeable and solicitous. I can recommmend this dealership so far unhesitatingly.

I have never been treated so well by any auto dealership before. I usually hate leaving my car at a dealership. I have had the employees take my car for lunch jaunts leaving the inside full of trash and the radio tuned to a station I would never listen to. Not so here. I enjoyed the visit and talking with your employees. My vehicle was repaired and cleaned. Everyone was polite and made sure I was satisfied. When I purchased the vehicle, 2008 Scion XB, I also purchased an extended warranty. When they discovered the water pump leak,during a recall procedure, I couldn't find my copy of the warranty but when I asked if they could find it Nick did. Therefore the warranty took care of the majority of the fee. Thanks again and when we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will definitely vist your facility..

Had attempted to get wife's Prius inspected on a free weekend in Pinehurst, where she bought the car, only to find the NCDOT was having computer problems and they could,t do it. Autopark honda, where I go, gave me Hendrick's name. I called from the road and a young lady said come in, she would start the paperwork and that their computer link WAS currently working. I was promptly greeted and Mr. Gower handled the inspection even autorizing some minor bulb replacements to get me on my way in as short a time as possible. I think just over an hour. This morning I was able to get her registration handled with the DMV electronically. I think I found a new home for her service.

When I arrived at Toyota of Apex on Tuesday evening, I parked my car near the service department and walked over to the door. I stood there for quite a while as the employees made sure that they looked too busy to ask if I needed help. Finally, someone asked if I had been helped. When I told him that I was there to drop off my car he told me to pull it around and someone would take care of me. I did as I was told and eventually, someone came over and took care of me. I told my husband in the car on the way home that next time, I would be sure to come after they were closed so I could use the after-hours drop box.We told our service associate that we would like to pick our car up around noon. About 12:30, we had not heard from them, so I called to see if the car was finished. The phone rang about 10 times before a woman answered. I told her that I was just calling to see if my car was ready. I slowly spelled my name. (My name is Schlieper, I always slowly spell my name.) All of sudden, I hear the person on the phone yelling military call signs at me. By the time I figure out what is going on, I hear ECHO, ROMEO, is that right??? I respond, uh, yeah. Her response, Theres nothing here. I spell my name again. She asks who my associate was when I checked in. I didnt remember his name, but she asked if he was bald. I said yes. Oh, here it is, they misspelled your name in the system. They spelled it Schlieper. I responded, that is what I said. I heard an exasperated sigh and she told me it was ready.My daughter drops me off to pick up my car. It doesnt take too long for my associate to acknowledge me and offer to call for my car. He sends me across the breezeway to wait for my car. I wait, and I wait. Finally, a nice gentleman asks to see my paperwork so he can track down my car. After a little while he comes back and asks what shade of blue my car is. Then another employee ambles by and asks if my car has stickers on it. He tells me that it is over on the other side of that Sequoia . I told him that I didnt see it. He pointed and told me its RIGHT THERE. And, yes, there it was down the driveway, behind a huge SUV. I asked where the keys were. Theyre in it he replied. As if I had just asked one of the dumbest questions he had ever heard. Im walking over to my car, thankful, no one took it since it was sitting there with the keys in it and wondering why I had to bring the car to them and they didnt bring it back to me. And to add insult to injury, there was bird poop on the windshield.

On several occasions, they figured out quite complicated issues with my prius and fixed it at reasonable price. One time they figured out a problem with my A/C that one other toyota dealership had been unable to find anything wrong with over several visits and multiple YEARS. Just the other day, on another visit, I told them I was hearing a strange noise, and they had somebody ride around with me in my car until they heard it, and immediately diagnosed it. This dealership is doing everything that a competent and supportive car repair shop is classically supposed to do, but so few do nowadays.

Service corp is very cordial, but be careful of "service charged" tacked on. Previously I was asked to pay $75 for Avalon windshield wipers, which I got down to $55. Yesterday I took my car in and after I had initialed the work request, there was a $19.55 Service Charge.

My husband and I visited this dealership this past weekend, and our experience was the WORST. Simply put, our salesman was having us sign paperwork BEFORE we had even test-driven the car!!!!! He was nice to us at first when we were looking at vehicles outside (although he tried to argue with us about our decision to lease), but when we came inside to discuss numbers, he kept disappearing and not telling us what he was doing. Before we knew it, he kept shoving papers in our faces, not telling us that we were already in the process of buying the car!! When I spoke up and said something like, hang on a second, we're not ready to make a decision tonight, it was like a switch was flipped and he got upset and loud with us saying "that ain't how you do business!!!!!" He made it sound like he had pulled so many strings for us, which may have been true, but of course when you express hesitation, they make it sound like the car is going to explode if you don't buy it that second. I realize people have sales goals, but this was absurd. My husband and I were completely shocked at how we were treated when we basically said we needed a little bit more time to make such a big decision. He was so immature and volatile. Two sales managers came over to us after he left the desk to tell them what we were doing, but by that time we had already made up our minds and stood up to leave. I swear, even if he was going to give us a 99% discount on that car, we still would have walked away because of how shady, rude, and non-communicative he was. The sales managers claimed, well there must have been a miscommunication, but it was not a "miscommunication," there was NO communication.... We never said "ok, let's go through with the process." I don't know many people who go into a dealership and walk away 45 minutes later with a car that they have never driven unless they are made of money, which we are not. Most people say "I need to sleep on it" or something like that, and most GOOD salespeople are understanding with that concept, but not at this dealership apparently. We are now happily purchasing a Toyota from Fred Anderson in Raleigh, where we were treated with respect, kindness, calmness, and support in the whole process.

Originally I went in looking for a used Camry, but my sales person Ryan Jorgensen told me about the warranty that this dealership offers on new cars. The price wasn't that much different between a gently used car and the new ones so I went for the new car. This dealership offers lots of different models and options so I could see what the best deal for my money would be. I am extremely happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone!

I checked into the Service Area on time for an appointment and was greeted immediately there. All 3 of the service people who talked to me were very friendly and polite. I was checked in quickly and the service rep who took my request made a diligent effort to ensure that what I wanted to be checked was described correctly so the tech could reviw it accordingly. I had scheduled to pick the car back up 2 hrs later and was called approx. 1.5 hrs later to be informed that the car was ready. When I arrived, I was informed as to what was done to address all of my service requests and was processed out quickly. I was happy with how I was treated there my all the service folks and with the service provided which was done correctly and on time. The service area and parts ordering area were also very neat and clean which provided a good impression to me. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Hendrick Toyota of Apex. I had the best experience ever! The dealership is beautiful! I worked with Thomas Wood. He was friendly, professional and highly knowledgable. He was also very patient with me as I tend to ask a lot of questions!! The entire process was stress free. I would def recommend working with Thomas Wood at Hendrick Toyota of Apex :-)

I am giving this review because this was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car.Great experience. Very friendly.Very clean showroom & grounds. Took my 3 grandkids with me. They had a nice place for the kids to play. Bought them pizza for lunch. Kids loved George. When I go there for a car wash or service, they always ask is he is there. I would recommend Toyota of Apex to anyone. And ask for George.

GREAT Experience with George Sevier and Hendrick Toyota of Apex. He helped me find the perfect Prius at a great price. This brand new Dealership is huge! Best selection of Toyota's that I have seen any where! Everyone was friendly,helpfull and I was in and out in under an hour!I am looking forward to the free lifetime Powertrain Warranty and 2 years of free service and roadside assistance! The Prius C is a top saftey pick this year. While it may be a little slow the over 50 mpg rating will hopefully help me save $100 a month in gas... you need to drive to Apex and check this place out.

George Sevier was friendly and informative. Not too pushy- such a turn off when buying a new vehicle. Took his time with me, and let me make up my own mind. I will definitely recommend George specifically to my friends and family. And will shop there in the future fir a new car. Hopefully I will be working with George again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! Our encounter with Hendrick Toyota of Apex is by far the worst car buying experience of our lives. Hendrick Toyota advertises that they will beat any written offer so we went to check them out on new Tundra. During the initial visit, we had no written proof and were told in many ways, that we were not getting the price we told them. We were told at nauseam how many more cars they sell over Leith and how Leith just cannot compete with them. In fact, Ash Bhattarai, the new car manager at Hendrick laughingly told us if we indeed are getting the new Tundra for the price quoted by Leith that we need to go buy the truck from Leith. That evening we got written proof of the offer from Leith Toyota and went back to Hendrick the next day. Hendrick could not beat the deal and tried to add additional costs onto the final price for window tinting and door film, which were already on the truck. Again, Ash Bhattarai, told us we need to go buy the truck from Leith so this time we obliged. We drove immediately to Leith Toyota on Capital Blvd. and signed papers for the truck which had to be located in Wilmington, NC. Right after we signed the papers to purchase the truck and have it shipped to Raleigh, Ash Bhattarai, of Hendrick called my husbands cell phone and said they were going to help us out and take an additional $400 off the truck and order it in for us. Even with the $400 the deal was better at Leith. We told him no thank you and that we had given him a chance and we had already signed the deal with Leith. After the phone call to us, Mr. Bhattarai or someone at Hendrick Toyota of Apex contacted Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington and ordered the truck we wanted. This was done for only one reasonto keep us for getting the vehicle from Leith. Leith Toyota cannot trade vehicles with Hendrick Toyota of Apex, but can with Wilmington. We were told by Hendrick that this was not a malicious act, just a mere coincidence and that the Wilmington store needed one of their cars. They also said they wanted to sell us the truck. Why would they assume they were going to sell us the truck when we said no and they told us to buy from Leith? Coincidence, I think not. Hendrick Toyota is acting like a spoiled child who did not get their way. We did not get that particular truck, but Leith found us another identical truck and we ended up getting even a better deal than initially quoted. Hendrick Toyota is NOT to be trusted. The lifetime power train warranty is not worth the extra money you are going to spend on a vehicle from this dealer (read the fine print). Do yourself a favor and buy an extended warranty on the vehicle you buy from Leith when and if you keep the vehicle past the manufacturers warranty period. Hendrick Toyota gives good car dealers a bad name! They do not care about you; they only care about winning at any cost. Mitch Hart at Leith Toyota is the man to see. He is honest and will give you the best price the first time.

Although we got off to a bad start when a pushy salesman jumped on me as soon as I stepped out of our car door, Andy, the manager, responded to our request for someone who wasn't pushy by connecting us with George Sevier. George was great-- not pushy at all! Thanks to him and uber finance guy (official title, Business Manager) Bill Kistler, we drove home in a new 2012 Toyota Sienna Limited. Bill really went above and beyond to get us financed with a reasonable down payment and at a good rate. He totally surprised me with his kindness and sincerity, which was not at all what I expected from a car dealership Business Manager. I highly recommend George and Bill to take care of your car buying and financing needs. Just skip past anyone acting like a vulture outside and ask for George and Bill by name.

I have not yet experienced the service department, but the sales experience for purchase of a used car was very satisfying. The internet price was honored without question and there was no excessive sales pressures to purchase options.This buying experience was very satisfying and I am satisfied that I received excellent service from all members of the "front" staff.

My son took his 97 Camry in for a trimming belt. He had a 10:15 appointment. At 2:00 we called and the car had not been look at. Then there is the matter of the price. When he arrived, they quoted a price of $497.00. My son explained that he had gotten a quote of $250.00 at another dealer. Then the service person said that the $250.00 amount was ok. What is the difference? The Camry also had a problem with the head lights turning off for no reason. They explained that there was a problem in the switch and quoted a price of $360.00. How am I suppose to know that this is a fair price? Having had the Camry for so many years, we had to go to either Raliegh or Durham for service. We were so happy to finally have a dealership close to our Cary home. After this experience, I think we will continue to go to Ralieght or Durham. Oh did I mention the person in front of me in the service line. She was calling all day to see if her car was ready and no one would give her an answer. She had to go to the dealer herself to find out that it was not ready!
