Mike is the mechanic who apparently does the difficult unusual repairs at the Hatch service department. On a recent experience to have a repair on my aging vehicle, Mike stayed past his shift to finish a repair so I could return to my home.

I'd like to thank everyone at Hatch Toyota for an AMAZING car buying experience! It was worth the 490 miles :) In particular, Jamison. You answered every question I asked you right away. Every email was replied to, most of the time faster than I could take a break to read it. You were transparent and delivered beyond our expectations. What's most important to me is that you were genuinely respectful to my family and our needs. You showed a more than willing attitude throughout the entire process. You've earned a customer for life. Everyone we interacted with was positive. Your establishment is super clean and so are the cars. Thank you so much for ending the car buying nightmare.

I have never had a better experience at a dealership than with Hatch Toyota. It started off by emailing and getting information about a certain vehicle the dealership had on their lot. It was the exact vehicle I was looking for. I intended to make this a month or two long process for several different reasons. Before I knew it I was making a 3 hour long journey to look at the vehicle. When I was up there I was taken care of immediately. Everyone was friendly (not pushy). I was in and out of their with a new vehicle before lunch time. I cannot say thank you enough to the entire staff, their professionalism, the courtesy, everything. I didn't feel like a customer but more of an investment. I plan using this dealership for future vehicles.

Part 1: I bought a brand new 2014 Toyota Tacoma from Hatch Toyota on January 25, 2014 that has a clutch defect. It sounds like an old barn door. I am from Oklahoma and found the vehicle online from a military car buying service. I flew in to pick up the car after being assured it was in perfect condition by the sales representative. I arrived at the dealer and test drove the truck. That is when I noticed the clutch noise. I brought it to the attention of the sales agent and she had the truck taken back to service for repair. I was then told that it was a quick fix and not to worry. The finance manager ushered me into the finance office to sign the paperwork while I was waiting. After signing the sales agreement, I was escorted to the truck and told it was repaired. I got in the truck and it made the same noise. I was obviously upset at this point and advised the manager that I wanted it fixed. He said they didn't have parts to repair it and I had to take it to my local dealer in Oklahoma to repair it. I've had the truck in for service several times and it is still not repaired. Hatch Toyota refused to assist with the repair process and has requested I not contact them. Here is the text from the email I received from the owner: "I do not make the vehicles only sell them. Again Im sorry about your current situation. I trust your authorized Toyota dealer to remedy the problem. This is an official request to stop contacting me and my team. Have a great weekend! Chaz Hatch" Part 2 involves vehicle registration. I went to my local DMV here in Oklahoma and was advised that I could not register my new Tacoma because Hatch Toyota did not give me a title to the vehicle. I called my lien holder and they advised me that Hatch Toyota had registered the vehicle in Arizona instead of Oklahoma and Arizona is a electronic title state only. Oklahoma is a paper title state. I specifically told Mike in Hatch's finance office that I would be registering the vehicle in Oklahoma and to send all paperwork to them, but they failed to do so. Long story short is now I have to wait for Arizona to release the title and send it to me which takes 30 days. Oklahoma law says that all new vehicles must be registered within 30 days. If not, there is a $1 per day penalty for all days over 30. So now I can't register my truck in my state thanks to Hatch Toyota's incompetence, and I am going to have to pay all these late fees because of them. You couldn't even make this stuff up if you tried. This car purchase has been a complete night mare.

I bought a 2014 new Tacoma through Hatch's internet service and flew in 800 miles away to pick it up after being assured nothing was wrong with it. I showed up to the dealer to pick it up and the truck had a clutch malfunction causing a loud creaking/clanking noise.....BRAND NEW TRUCK. I am livid. You would think they would have driven it for me to make sure everything was 10/20 standard ok as a courtesy since I was traveling so far to buy it. They offered me no service to help with the issue other than to say I had to take it to my local dealer to fix it back in Oklahoma because their Service Dept. was closing. Also, they promised to call me Monday to assist with the repair, and they never called. Thanks for screwing me over HATCH TOYOTA. You ruined my Toyota experience. BTW, as I write this I have no truck because it is in the shop. Thanks Heather and Jameson.

Tod Clift is undoubtedly one of the best salesman I have had the pleasure of working with...he was very proactive in letting me know if the Tundra I wanted was in stock. He went so far as to text me a picture! It was a pleasant surprise. He was straightforward, honest, and without any nonsense. He represented the truck accurately. Within just a few hours and a very informational phone call, Tod had my deal all sorted out exactly to my requests. He was very accommodating and I will always be thankful. Great truck at an unbelievable price! Thanks Tod for the great work on my Tundra!

I had been driving a Toyota 2005 Avalon for 8 years which I purchased at Hatch's! I loved that car, it took me safely everywhere I wanted to go. The brake system was fantastic they saved me from several misshaps. I spend alot of time going up and down Salt River Canyon and last February a Rock decided to total my Avalon, mind you it was totalled in Salt River Canyon, but kept on running long enough to get me home. I was faced with a choice to make, and of course I went to Hatch Toyota, there was not even a thought of any other vehicle but Toyota for me. Bob took care of everything for me, he had the insurance people there, sent me on test drives with the most knowledgable salesmen who spent time highlighting all the impressive components in each vehicle. I drove most all of them, the Avalon (my personal favorite) the Camry, the Highlander, the 4Runner, and FJ, Venza, Land Cruise, Sequoia, even the Prius and a Tundra. After checking them all out I decided that my heart was still in love with the Avalon, and the NEW 2013 model was a beauty! The service was awesome, everyone was so kind and helpful, the price was beyond fair and I am loving my 2013 Avalon! I hope if anyone has had bad car experiences in the past, please go to Hatch Toyota! I will not buy anywhere else! Thanks Chaz, you have a great team at Hatch Toyota!

I recently was blessed to be able to purchase a new Toyota Tundra from Hatch Toyota. My salesperson John Krumwied was so kind, helpful and informative, I had so many questions as I have always been a Ford girl and he never once made me feel like it was a competition, he said " I'm not selling you a name I'm selling you a solid reliable product you will never regret having" and I must say he was so right. The whole process was actually a good experience, no a great experience, the finance man John Sweeney was so helpful and informative and took the time to go over every fee, tax, interest rate, everything so patiently and never rushed me once ( I took a lot of their time ) even the owner Mr. Hatch came out to congratulate me on my purchase (and not the cheesy thank you we consumers usually get) He was sincere and even sat down not standing over me making me feel small and asked me questions about how I felt with my experience, I was shocked at the sincerity and pride in the happiness of the customers experience from the owner to the car cleaning kids that thanked me and congratulated me when they brought my truck around. I can not say enough how happy I am with this decision, they even made sure I knew how to work all the perks before I left. There is NO better dealership I have ever found EVER. Even my dad was impressed (who works for a Chevy dealership) he called and was asking them questions too to make sure they were doing his little girl right, they were friendly with him and thanked him for showing an interest in making sure I got a good truck and a good deal. His words "my store doesn't even do that for customers" he will be buying his next car here too. Please make sure everyone knows if they need a car, any car Hatch Toyota will go above and beyond for their customers, any Joe blow that goes in leaves feeling like you have a friend at that store. I have told everyone even if your not sure about the product you will be sure Mr Hatch will take care of you and you only get the best there. Thank you Toyota and especially thank you John Krumwied, John Sweeney and Mr. Hatch, I'm so excited and happy with my truck, no buyers remorse here :) I wish everyone could have the experience I've had.

We heard all the radio ads and decided to give them a try. We used to be Chevy people. This is our first Toyota. The process was smooth. They followed through on everything they said they would. The Camry now has 5000 miles on it since April - it's no wonder they are the #1 selling car in America every year. We just had our first service (on Toyota's bill by the way!!), Service got us right in and right out. I can't imagine buying anything else, anywhere else!The people were great, the facility is great, the product was great!!

She worked with us very professionally answering all our questions. We thought we were not going to be able to qualify for a new truck but surprisingly she helped us see that we could in our price range. She Was good at giving us many options that the dealership provided to. We are very excited for our new truck and would look forward to doing business there again.

I bought my brand new Toyota Tacoma from Hatch Toyota in Show Low, Arizona. I drove almost four hours to buy my new truck. The Toyota Dealers here in Phoenix, Arizona could not come close to the deal Chaz and his team gave me on my trade in and on my new truck. They gave me the highest trade in value and the lowest price on my new Tacoma. I would highly recommend Hatch Toyota for all your automotive needs even if youre looking for a pre-owned car, truck, or SUV. They have acres and acres of inventory. Thanks again Chaz and team for the great deal on my new Tacoma!

Recently I purchased a new tundra pickup truck. The salesperson I dealt with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the product. I got a great deal andn saved a lot of money. I really appreciated the honesty of the sales staff.I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Hatch Toyota is the best dealership I've ever stepped foot onto. They are so helpful and frienly every time I go there. I feel like they're female sales person sold me what was best for me instead of what was going to make her the most money, she was very honest...especially since I had SEVERAL bad experiences at two of the other dealerships up here in the area. Thanks!
