I highly recommend doing business here. I just want to say that Devan is a really great person.I appreciate him and his honesty. Even if he couldn't help me get out of my vehicle he was still a respectful and honest person to deal with. Honesty and respect goes a long way with me because there is very little of that left in the world. I believe if he can do something for you he definitely would and he does business in a kind manner if he cannot. I appreciate you Devan and all that you tried to help me with.

Amazing customer service! Had an issue with the check engine light on my F-150 and these great people got me in and fixed up the very same day. A different Ford dealer in Huntsville had told me I would need to wait for over a month to even be seen. Harbin has definitely won my business for all of my future maintenance or new car purchases!

O2 sensors had my engine light on. They told me I needed new catalytic converters. Wanted $2200 to fix. Avalanche LTZ has less than 90,000 miles. I believe they were upset with me due to me being upset the last time I had service completed there. They left my windows open and my keys in the ignition. I wasn't nice about it. Oh well there are other service companies here to service my Avalanche.

Found few cars we liked online and drove 1 1/2 hours to look at them planning to purchase one of them. Got to dealership and all three of the cars we were interested in had significant & noticeable scratches & dents on them. One even had center console coming apart on it. None of the online pics showed any damage to these vehicles (to me that is dishonest and should note the noticeable damage online). None of them were all that clean (paper, food, etc found under seat & in trunk). Wished I had made pics to post on this review. Vehicle with the least noticeable dents/dings/scratches, we decided to make an offer on but refused to pay full asking price. Offered cash money and was told they only financed and we couldn’t pay straight out for vehicle. However, we could make a down payment, finance rest and after 8 payments we could then pay it off. They do that so they make money off of the loan & car. For the price they are asking for these damaged cars (these were All 2020s), I can buy New.

Great service and help. Jordan was the best salesman. He was so helpful and had a great attitude even with helping us in the rain.
