Absolutely the best customer service period. When buying a new or used car, you want to feel that you are not being taken for a fool and that you are getting a good deal and they really work with your expectations. We went in a bit late and they never changed their great attitude (even though I'm sure they wanted to go home) they kept cheered and outgoing at late hours helping us with finance papers etc.. Made our first car buy a great experience. We loved Allan and Roger and everyone that helped us out. Recommend

I came here a few years ago to trade in my car. I chatted with someone online about a Nissan Rogue or Nissan Kicks, but was more interested in a Nissan Kicks. When I got there he told me they sold out of the Nissan Kicks. When I was trading in my car it was in my brothers name and he didn't have to be there,he didn't even sign anything, I kept asking the sales guy he said don't worry. I did end up getting the car in my name, which was my plan. I was here for a very long time, like 6 hours. This is my first car in my name so I expected the interest to be high. I read the contract (afterwards at a later time) and all I can say is I was ripped off with my trade in. My fault for not reading beforehand. About a week or two later I also had issues with my check engine light coming on. I did come in a few times to get it resolved but it did turn off and they said they couldn't scan it. It was eventually fixed and I haven't had a problem with that. I was told to come back in 8 or 9 months to refinance it. I did and they said to come back after a year of payments. I ended up not refinancing it. The service department is good. I would get my oil changes and the appointments were convenient. I wouldn't purchase a car here again I know what to expect from a dealership and I will take it as a learning experience.

Buying a new car has never been easier. I had the best sales consultant his name is Jose and I’m definitely going to be recommending him to all my friends and family. He was super informative and let me know about all the cars and the features of them. If you are going to this location, ask for him and he will definitely go above and beyond to get the car you need.

I just got my first ever brand new Nissan Sentra 2021 & I give a lot of thanks to Roberto who helped me find a brand new car! They were so patience & very nice & funny. It was a while that I was signing paperwork but they made my experience super easy & answered all my questions I had. I’m so happy with my new car! Thank you all sooo so much!
