I dealt with Mr. Neal Simon. His approach was a nice mix of friendly attitude and clear, useful answers. Mr. Simon is both very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and extremely attentive to the specific needs I expressed. Simply put, it was the fastest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made!

After still driving her first car since she got her license, just short of a decade later, it was time for something new. This dealership was very professional and upfront with everything. Michael Wills is a straight up guy who's best interest is with you, the customer. We found the car she wanted, drove it, went to eat to think about it, then came back to sign everything and drove it home. This place is unlike many dealerships I have visited and that's a good thing.

Marlon and Don, both helped me purchase my first car and it was a great and easy experience. Even along with all the confusing components including my credit, insurance, and adding a co signer. They both were very friendly as well. I would recommend this dealership and I would request Marlon as your sales guy and Don for finance questions!

I'm in the early stages of purchasing my next car. I went to Hamilton Mazda this morning and was greeted by Neal Simon when I walked into the showroom.I told Neal that I would be test driving different manufacturers before coming to a decision but that for Mazda, the Mazda3 and CX-3 piqued my interest.He did an excellent job of outlining the features of each and explaining which packages were available on the trim levels I was interested for both models. Then, to my surprise, let me test drive the 3 and the CX-3 by myself on the neighboring streets. Wow! Very cool that the dealership allows customers to test drive solo. I love the CX-3 and it is at the very top of my short list. I can easily see myself owning one.I want to give high praise to Neal - he promotes and represents the Mazda brand flawlessly. In my 22 years of purchasing vehicles, I have never before dealt with a salesman who is as accommodating, personable, professional and no pressure as Neal. I usually cringe at the thought of going into a car dealership, but not this time - thanks to Neal and his customer-focused approach. If I do decide to go Mazda (which I am heavily leaning towards) , you can bet I will be purchasing from Neal. Just an all-around great experience! I highly recommend this dealership.

Neil Simon, Sales, Don Calilap, Finance were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't exert any pressure on making a decision. But were helpful in explaining all the benefits. These two gentleman would be the reason I would return in the future and will give their names to friends and family members interested in buying or leasing a car.Denise

I recently shopped online for a Mazda 3 i Grand Touring model and got TrueCar price offers from four local dealers. Hamilton was the only one with the car actually in stock and they took a deposit over the phone to hold it for me until I could get in to talk terms. At my appointment the price was honored, I got a very fair trade-in price for my car, and was done with everything in two hours. My sales rep Marlon Lising was awesome - very quick responses to emails before my appointment and very straightforward to deal with. Sales Manager Mitch Selsky was very nice to offer assistance should my car need service in the future, as the dealership is a bit of a ride from my home. Finally, the finance guy Don Calilap was great, organized, and no pressure on the available extra options at all. Just straight talk from everyone involved, and they respected my busy schedule better than any dealer I've bought from before. I've purchased at least a dozen cars in the past and this was by far my best experience ever. Thanks!

Kevin Zanoni, a Manager worked so hard and went above and beyond to help me buy the car I really wanted. My salesman Dave was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. My wife and I came into Hamilton Mazda in January of 2016 looking for a new CX-5. We were greeted by Michael Wills, who despite being near closing time, offered to take us on a test drive. Immediately I knew this dealership was customer focused when Michael told me to drive the car wherever I want and how long I want. We came back the next day and to work out a deal for the vehicle. Michael and his co-workers gave us a great price and we signed and drove off with the car that day. This truley was the best dealership experience I've had so far. Michael was personable and definitely not your typical car salesman. Don Calilap, the finance manager, laid everything out clearly and easy to understand. This dealership should be a model for how others operate.

This is my very first car buying experience and it was excellent! I am from PA and made the trip to NJ because of how easy they were to work with over the phone. Don, the financial manager, and Marlon, a sales rep, were both great! They are extremely focused on having a great customer experience and are willing to work with you to find the best car at the best price! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car! I was very impressed.

This is my third lease with Hamilton Mazda, and I continue to be impressed with their service. They take the hassle out of dealing with getting a new car. Brian was pleasant, easy going and helpful to work with. I drove out the same day with my newly leased car, and I couldn't be happier. We drove out to Hamilton from NYC today to see Marlon because he had contacted us that he found the exact car we were looking for with all of the amenities. He was very busy today but nevertheless, very friendly, well informed, efficient and professional. We weren't sure if we wanted to get a new car yet, let alone lease or buy. He never pressured us to buy and was very easy to do business with. We really appreciated his service and we LOVE our new CX5

We were looking for a certified, pre-owned (but not too old) Mazda CX-5 for our daughter. Her first car purchase! She knew exactly what she wanted and we found it at Hamilton Mazda, a 2014white Mazda CX-5. My husband called and spoke with Brian Harris before we made the drive over from PA. Brian was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very busy with several customers but could not have been more pleasant and easygoing. After the test drive my daughter was very pleased and decided to purchase the car that evening. Even though Brian was busy he took the time to get the process started with the Finance dept. That process was straightforward, talked pricing, agreed upon a fair price and the application was completed quickly. We could not take the car home that evening, as our insurance company was closed and could not verify our coverage. This was not the fault of the dealership. My husband and daughter picked up the car the next afternoon. She is very happy with the car. We were very pleased with the service provided by all at the dealership and the no pressure atmosphere.

We went back to Brian Harris for our second lease because he is trust worthy and hard working with no pressure. We had the same pleasurable experience the second time around. The dealership also has a great service department. They are very accommodating and never recommend service that is not necessary.

We have been going to Hamilton Mazda for over twelve years and have purchased and leased many vehicles from one salesperson Mr. Brian Harris. He is a superior person first and salesman second. We have never experienced an issue with any of our vehicles and if any service related issues have occurred the service team has always made the repair and service pleasurable. We have also recommended Hamilton Mazda & Mr. Brian Harris to neighbor's, friends and other acquaintances.

We were in the market for a new sedan to replace an aging Mini Cooper (time to grow up). The Mazda6 was very appealing, and we were down to it or the Honda Accord Sport. As it happened, the Honda dealership had to push our appointment back, so we ended up at Hamilton Mazda, where Neal Simon had worked with my wife the previous day on Mazdas and VWs (they also own the VW dealership across the street), and then worked with both of us later in the day when I was available to test the ones she had decided were "possibles". Neal went out of his way to make sure that the cars were available, and explained all the various trim packages and offerings, without ever being the least bit pushy. So much so, that on Saturday morning, we ended up trading the Mini Countryman for a CX-5 as well - two Minis came in, two Mazdas drove out. We are delighted with the cars, and with the treatment we received from everyone at Hamilton Mazda, especially Neal!

I have now purchased 2 cars from the Hamilton Dealerships. Almost 3 years ago I bought a VW Golf from Hamilton VW. Rick Valnoski was my sales person and he was just great. It was an easy transaction with nothing hidden. If I wanted another VW right now, I would just call him up and make the deal. This time, I bought my dream sports car. I bought the MX5 Red Convertible. Hands down, another great experience. Brian Harris was my sales person and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. He went out of his way to work around my crazy work schedule and made this a very easy process. Don Calilap was the F and I person and like Brian, explained everything clearly to me and made the process painless. As much as I hate the car buying process, working with these fine people almost make me want to buy more cars. If I hand picked the people myself, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We both thought we should shop around longer, visit another dealer, etc but this car was exactly what we were looking for. Neil Simon was our sales person and he was great. I spent all day on a Saturday looking for a new car. I had gone to Dodge and Toyota, and I felt both times they were trying to get one over on me. After hours driving around and feeling a bit defeated. My uncle and I decided to go to Hamilton Mazda. I was impressed with not only their selection, but how understanding Brian the Salesman was. Brian Harris at Mazda in Hamilton NJ was absolutely amazing to work with. My husband and I were referred to him through a family friend and it's safe to say we will be using Brian again for cars in the future. I've had negative experiences in the past while shopping for a car and working with car salesman. Brian was a joy to work with. He's patient, calm, friendly, knowledgeable, and there was absolutely no pressure during the process. The ball was completely in our court! We felt comfortable asking him questions and we felt he was honest. In fact, all the staff we encountered at the Hamilton Mazda dealership were kind and relaxed, including Alex who helped inform us on warranty opportunities. I felt good energy at this dealership and it was unlike any other car shopping experience I've had. Overall, We highly recommend Brian. He's a great guy, who has been in the business for some time and knows what he's doing. We can't wait to use Brian and the Mazda dealership again in the future!

The dealership is great because the people are great. I just bought my 11th can from them. Brian is a true gentleman and the best salesman I ever met ..... ever! Mitch is a great guy running the show. When doing your final paperwork Dan is the man. And never forget the guys is service ... Ryan is always there for you. Like I said ... everyone is great and they treat you like family !!! Now they are my family and have been for 15 years.

Recently bought a 2016 CX 5, and I'm absolutely in LOVE! Very satisfied with how quick and easy the the process was. Marlon and Mitch were fantastic and made it a very pleasant experience for me. I needed to go back to get the remote start installed, and the cool thing is they offer loaner cars for you to use while your vehicle is being serviced. Makes it convenient for those who have to work etc. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you, Hamilton Mazda!!

I want to start off by saying I never write reviews. However I feel compelled to Praise the whole Hamilton Mazda team. I was in need of getting out of a vehicle that was very unreliable (only 2 years old) and was going to purchase a Jeep mostly because of the ridiculous deals they have going now. I have always loved the CX9 and it has always been just out of reach price wise I have looked at it on several visits before buying the death trap as we like to call it in 2013. My husband who was dead set against the Jeep suggested I go talk to Hamilton Mazda 1 more time. So off I go to Hamilton Mazda as soon as I get there I ask for Neal S who had helped me previously. He was off but came in quickly any way to meet with me. We talked I explained that I wanted (the Mazda CX9 Touring on the Showroom Floor Pearl White with Almond Leather interior with AWD) and where I wanted to be payment wise all the time thinking this poor guy is probably loosing this gorgeous day stuck inside with me on a deal I didnt think was possible. I also want to say the Mazda CX9 was well over $2000 more than the Jeep so I really thought I was wasting my time and Neals. He repeatedly told me it was fine and if there was anything he could do he would to make this happen so I could have the Mazda SUV of my Dreams. I have to say I was shocked when he came back with the numbers and they were so close to the other suv I was shocked. I saw right away this was possible and likely going to happen with a little tweaking to the deal running my credit and such. Within 30 mins we were under where I wanted to be and I was set to pick up my CX9 the next day since it was Neals day off and I could certainty wait another day. I called 1st this in the morning to add Automatic start which my husband reminded me when I got home that I cannot live without. I went back the next day did the paperwork which was painless and found out the deal got a little better since we already have a Mazda 6 registered in the house within 1 hour I was done with paperwork and synching my phone. I was treated with respect which any woman knows is hard to get at a car dealership. I was never talked down to as I was other places or dismissed and told to come back with my husband. I was not harassed to make the deal right that minute or it was going to be off the table. The whole Hamilton Mazda team was great and helpful and courteous. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. I feel like I got a great deal and feel when I return for service I will be treated with the same respect I received from the sales team. Again all this from someone who really doesnt write reviews Hamilton Mazda does deserve to have people know they are AWESOME to work with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The experience I had at Hamilton Mazda was excellent. From the first conversation to the final hand shake, I felt they could not have made the process any easier. Brian Harris was very accommodating to my schedule and was readily available to answer any questions I had. I knew what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and he provided the best options quickly. In 2012 I was assisted by Brian Harris and leased a Royal Indigo Blue Mazda 3 Skyactive. I had been in a car accident and wanted a car that was reliable and that I felt safe driving. It was the first time I had a Mazda. I drove the car for 40 months without any problems and with stress free maintenance and assistance from the service department. This month I am happy to say I am now driving a Soul Red 2016 Mazda6 with the assistance once again from Brian Harris. I have never had such a dedicated, impressive, and extremely good experience as I have had with Brian Harris. Brian is exceptional and goes above and beyond with all aspects from beginning to end. The experience with Mike Wills (sales) at Hamilton Mazda was a pleasure. He was able to identify a competitive lease rate for the 2016 Mazda CX-5 that other dealerships weren't able to match, all while speaking to me in a friendly and transparent matter. As this is now my second positive experience with the dealership, it is surely worth noting and taking the time to make others aware. If you want a Mazda, it's worth the extra drive to go to this dealership as opposed to others. You won't regret it.

I'm driving my third Mazda 6, which I bought with the help of Brian Harris. Brian is professional, knowledgeable and low key. Made the buying experience a pleasure. But although I love the cars, the service at Hamilton Mazda is what keeps me coming back. Felipe and Ryan are incredible. They explain everything throughly, have always helped me out and taken care of my car when I had an emergency and dropped in without an appointment and never recommend unecessary service. The whole staff treats you like family and will stop by when you are in the waiting room to say hello. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

I've been bringing my Mazda 3 to Hamilton Mazda for service for 11 years. The service has been reliable and friendly. I just replaced my Mazda 3 with a new one this Saturday and had a wonderful buying experience. They were fair for my trade and got me a great car. Brain Harris was friendly, patient, and hard working. You can't beat the 0.9% financing and $500 off for repeat customer. I was very happy and love the car. Rides a lot smoother than the old 3 which I loved.

Had an overall positive experience buying my 2016 Mazda 6 from Thomas Gingras at Hamilton Mazda. He is very easy to communicate with and very personable. From test driving to finding the right car with all the features I wanted, it was catered around my needs and requests. The other staff are friendly as well and the delivery process was straightforward with no hassle. Just about a week later, we bought a second car, 2016 CX5, from Tom G.Nothing to complain about, except the high invoice prices of Mazdas these days, but with the great driving experience and practical features, they are enjoyable cars and hopefully can withstand the test of time.

Hamilton Mazda has the right folks working for them. My experience at the dealership was nothing short of perfect.. I had spoken to Marlon a few times before I went to the dealership. Each time, he was very courteous and welcoming. He never once pressured me to visit the dealership first. The day I went to the dealership, we checked the car, marlon answered all the questions and it could not have been any smoother.. Dan explained all the paperwork encouraging to ask any number of questions and boy I did have a lot of them but he answered them all calmly But the best part was that I truly appreciate was Marlon's customer service .. My friend was supposed to help me out with bringing back my old car with me, but he was unavailable at the last moment. Marlin quickly offered to drive the new car home. That was awesome otherwise I would have to wait a week .. Marlon and teams the best. Give them a shot before u go anywhere else

This was my first time buying from a dealership and my experience couldn't have been better. From the test drive to my trade in and purchasing, the service was phenomenal. Went through the internet process to buy the vehicle. Everything was open and clear. After initial correspondence, I stopped by (unannounced) to take a look at a similarly spec'ed vehicle to the one I wanted. Brian Harris was immediately helpful and had no problems making time for a test drive even with the full knowledge that I would not buy the vehicle I was testing. After that, simple process of getting the right vehicle transferred and we were done. No surprises on pricing or fees at all. Everything was smooth.

I, like most people, typically dread going to buy a new car. The wait times at a dealer ship, the pushy sales people, and the uncomfortable negotiating. NONE of that happened at Hamilton Mazda! My experience was perfection from start to finish! I was not rushed up to and given a speech about their cars, I was left to take my time and get comfortable with what I was looking for! Brian, my salesperson, very calmly asked how he could help me. I told him the exact model (CX-5), year (2016), color (Soul Red), and package (Plain sport with Bluetooth added) that I wanted, and in 2 minutes the car was outside to be test driven. He let me and my mother take it alone and we loved it! When we came back, I was simply asked how it went, and we of course said we will take it. Brian calmly brought us to his desk, asked for some info, ran a few numbers, and the first monthly payment he came up with was what we took! No adding on the extra packages, no gimmicks. We got exactly what we wanted at an amazing price and payment! My trade-in value was wonderful and that whole process was smooth as ever also! I love this place and will be a customer for years to come! Thanks so much for making this process memorable.

I was shopping for a Mazda 5 and chanced upon Hamilton Mazda in my search. I also saw the dealerrater reviews but I was still on the fence about dealers. I emailed them on a Thursday, and Marlon Lising replied the next day with an initial quote. I replied with other dealer offers and Marlon was able to package a competitive deal, all by email. I came in on Monday, and he let me test drive and compare 2 models and answered all my questions and concerns on the car. Most importantly, Marlon never pressured me or my wife on any issue. He just answered our questions knowledgeably and let us decide on what Trim Level to get on our own. He helped us with all of the paperwork and detailed me the numbers line by line. Marlon even answered a registration concern I had on his personal day off after the purchase. He also gave a thorough walk through of the car and helped me with transferring my old plates from the old car. Other Sales Agent would not even look at you once you took the keys. Don Calilap, the Business Manager was also straight forward and diligently explained each document I had to sign or receive. He patiently allowed me to review each one. He also answered any question I had.As a comparison, I also shopped for a Toyota RAV4 before this and I could not even get a decent reply from Toyota dealers, even after answering their questions. The sales ethics of the employees at Hamilton Mazda are hard to find anymore. Their no-nonsense approach to car sales and treating a customer with respect made the entire car-buying experience so pleasant. Even my wife was impressed with them.I would not hesitate to recommend Marlon and Don, and this dealership to anyone considering a Mazda or Volkswagen. These guys and this dealer are top notch.

Found one quote online that was actually lower than Hamilton's, mostly because the car in their inventory had fewer options. When I went to that dealership, they snuck in over $2,500 in pre-tax dealer warranties and fees into the monthly installment that weren't listed on their quote. Coming to Hamilton Mazda the next morning was a world of a difference. Neal worked with me on price to bring it more in-line to the other dealer's offer. Jonathan went through the paperwork quickly, didn't push any unnecessary warranties on me after I declined and a short while later I left with a new car.

Purchased a new Mazda 6 grand Touring from Hamilton Mazda. Used a car buying service through USAA( military banking and insurance.) No problem using that price, atmosphere was relaxed. While waiting for the salesman to come back from an earlier appointment, had the chance to sit and examine a 6 they had on the floor with no hassles. Great test drive route, and efficient in preparing the paperwork/financing. Even sitting with the closer, Don, was a good experience compared to other dealerships that I've dealt with. Tom G was the salesman and a big thumbs up. Positive experience for all around( even for my wife who detests shopping for a car!!)

We first visited Hamilton Mazda just to explore all possibilities, and left with a strong intention of buying a car. Main reason: our positive and informative experience with Marlon Lising. In short order after that initial visit, we narrowed the possibilities to a new Mazda3 sedan; Marlons listening to our needs and checking availability was a big assist there. We drove away from Hamilton Mazda on Halloween 14 with a great 2015 Mazda3. Our meetings with Marlons manager, then the finance rep were both pleasant, and in the latter case, effectively handled. Possibly even more important since our purchase, Marlon has continued to be helpful answering our many questions about the cars features; we appreciate both his accessibility and savvy and those same features. In all ways, weve been very pleased with the dealership, particularly with Marlon Lising.

We can't speak highly enough about Hamilton Mazda and the staff they employ. We dealt with sales consultant, Brian Harris and felt completely at ease from the beginning . He never pressured us at any point. He was honest and really looked out for our best interest. The sales manager Mitch sealed the deal with his bottom line best price. The finance rep, Don was a pleasure to deal with as well. Extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. Great ZERO pressure experience. I went with my adult daughter to go through the process to protect her against the high pressure sales people I've dealt with in the past. I was pleasantly surprised with our salesperson Brian Harris. My daughter found a car she fell in love with and Brian offered less than the internet price without being asked. The internet price was lower then Kelly Blue book. They made the experience pleasurable. Brian took time to explain the features of the in detail. I would recommend others to the dealer and return there to purchase a vehicle for myself or my wife.

After being attacked by Sansone Mazda ("Are you ready to buy rght now" and "Let me call the owner")with the obnoxious BS. I found Hamilton Mazda online. The best decision I made was taking a ride there. Although the car listed on the website was not what I wanted (stick instead of automatic)the price was honored and I bought a 2014 Sport that day. What a pleasure to deal with honest men.

Everything about my car buying experience at Hamilton Mazda was pleasant. My sales consultant, Brian Harris, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He took his time, answered all of my questions, showed me car styles and colors, yet never made me feel rushed. I never felt like I was wasting his time which I have felt at other car dealers. When I switched to the finance department I sat with business manager Don Calilap. It was a very similar experience. He was very friendly and patient. He went over everything in great detail, explained all of the options for financing and other services offered. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I was not interested in. I felt that I received a good deal on the new car (Mazda 3) and my trade in. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

We dreaded the new car buying experience as most past interactions with dealerships had been, well, not so pleasant. I never understood why car sales persons come on so strong when it is such a turn off. Today, there are so many different buying options that it does not serve a dealership well to expect sales persons to pounce on their prey. Right before we purchased our vehicle from Hamilton Mazda, I emailed a different dealership to ask one simple question which turned into a struggle to get the answer--that was followed by sending me several emails which was just annoying. I would not have shopped there even if they were the only dealership with the car we wanted.Then, we dealt with Marlon at Hamilton Mazda. Every question we asked was knowlegeably answered--his customer service was excellent. It made the buying experience pleasurable. Coupled with the professional service from Don in Finance, we were on our way with a new car and smiles on our faces. Thus, we will always recommend this dealership!!!

Great experience. We had picked a car that needed to be obtained from another dealer. The car sent by the other dealer had issues and we did not want the car. Neal and Mitch worked to get another car for us from another dealer. We were not pressured to take the original car; they understood first impressions are everything. I received a call the next day and was told the new car was found and delivered to their dealership. The way they handled themselves when we rejected the first car allowed us to see their outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend Neal and the staff at Hamilton Mazda.

Last week I just picked up my new Mazda CX5 from Hamilton Mazda and I absolutely love it! I was in the market to buy a new car, specifically an SUV, so I did a lot of research. I typically am a Honda person and have only owned Honda's...until I saw the CX5- what an amazing car!!! I went to Hamilton Mazda and was greeted by Marlon Lising. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism exerted by Marlon from the minute I walked into the dealership. I did not feel pressured or uneasy during my entire car buying experience with him. Marlon was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle inside and out. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and even took time to show me all the various features of the car. His expertise on the Mazda brand reinforced my confidence that I was buying a great car. Marlon was also available to answer any questions that I had outside of working hours as well as on Sundays, which I found to be extraordinary customer service. Don, the Finance Manager, reviewed all the final paperwork with me. Again, i did not feel pressured to buy anything that I did not want. Instead, Don took his time in explaining all my options and made suggestions on what items would be attractive to me based on my personal situation. I've been to a lot of dealerships and Hamilton Mazda is by far the most comfortable, low stress dealership to work with. This is actually the second vehicle we bought from Neal; my wife recognized him right away even though it's been at least 6 years since we've seen him. Salesmen we've dealt with at OTHER dealerships will talk your ears off about why their brands blinker bulbs are superior, how their vehicles actually levitate while on the highway to reduce gas mileage, and they'll be sure to poke and prod at the wrong times with those uncomfortable questions you know they're using to gauge how deep you're willing to dig into your pockets. Not Neal and not at Hamilton Mazda... he stuck to the facts, explained the benefits of the vehicle we were looking at compared to the competitors based on our "needs" that we discussed, and was overall very pleasant to deal with. Want a test drive? Sure, here are the keys "go have fun". Don't have the right color on the lot? "hold on we'll check local inventory and help get you in the right vehicle if that's what it takes". And when it comes time to talk about price & financing, they're as straight forward as any sales team i've ever met..... talking numbers doesn't feel like you're trying to figure out a magicians card tricks. Nothing up their sleeves, just looking to sell you a car, not a car with an ulcer on the side. If put on the spot and had to come up with one idea that would have made this buying experience better.... I'd say the only thing they need at Hamilton Mazda is a full service bar; so I could buy those guys a beer after signing the paperwork (and have my designated driver wife drive me home of course!)Thanks again guys-Matt & Serena

After some visits to numerous dealerships around the area, I became quite hesitant to buy a car. I hate being pressured to buy such a high priced item. I was very surprised after my first visit to Hamilton Mazda. I found the exact model I wanted and we discussed purchasing. However a week later, I was still indecisive. I was shocked when Brian called only once to see if I was still interested. He didn't harass me and remained patient the entire time. I decided I wanted to make the purchase and came back to see Brian. He helped me get a great deal on my CX-5 Touring and I couldn't be happier with how straightforward the whole process was. (I must mention here that finance was also great) I can't thank Brian enough for being so incredibly patient. This having been my first car purchase, I questioned every little thing, but he handled my million and one questions with a smile. I couldn't be more grateful for the peace of mind that came with my purchase. There were no surprises and I have no regrets... oh and loving my new ride :-)

Brian Harris did a wonderful job in helping me find the 2013 CX 9 Grand Touring that I wanted. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a suv. He didn't try to push anything on me. Since it was the end of 2013, the dealership didn't have any more CX 9' s left. Brian checked around at other dealers. He kept in contact with me to let me know of any progress. He found me a Black 2013 CX 9 Grand Touring. He gave me an excellent price. Brian called me to see how I was doing with my new suv. I told him "Just Fine". Brian Harris was very easy to work with. The finance manager, Don Calilap also did a wonderful job in getting me an excellent rate with the bank. Don took time to explain each page of paper work. He also was not pushy.

After shopping around for dealers online through dealer rater and visiting their websites, I sent out some test drive/quote requests for a new 2014 Mazda 3 sedan. I did not immediately visit Hamilton Mazda (though they did respond promptly to my requests), mainly due to the fact that no sedan models that I was interested in were available to test drive. Other dealers were attempting to get me in the door by saying they had them readily available, though I knew this not to be true.A month or so went by since those initial requests, but Ronnie kept in touch with me through periodic e-mails to see if I was still interested in pursuing a Mazda for my next car. I told him I was and was waiting for a specific sedan trim levels to to come in before I visited for a test drive. As soon as the models I wanted to see were offloaded from the truck and prepped, Ronnie contacted me to let me know that he had them waiting and ready for a test drive. We scheduled a drive, but I had to cancel for another obligation.Later that week, I contacted Hamilton's online chat service to ask a question about some of the new accessories I saw in the sales brochure for the Mazda 3. Neal was the representative I spoke with, and he was very helpful and polite. I called him to discuss my inquiry further, and he was able to quickly and accurately tell me the answers to my questions after speaking with Hamilton's parts representative. He invited me in to test drive the cars that Ronnie and I previously discussed, so I decided to come in after work that day.Shortly after my arrival, I met with Neal who greeted me with a professional and friendly manner and showed me the 2 models (all setup and ready to go out front) that I had asked about. He took my driver's license to make a copy, grabbed the keys, and showed me around the cars. He turned one on and showed me some of the features with the command media system and then said the cars were mine to take out for a drive on my own. I wasn't expecting a solo test drive, but he told me a good route to take them on and to bring them back when I was done. No time limit, no restrictions. Just me and the cars. I drove the first model and came back about 15 minutes later. He tossed me the keys to the 2nd model and off I went again! I spent more time with the 2nd model as this was the one I was seriously interested in.Upon my return, he asked what I thought and was happy to answer any of my extra questions. I checked out the rest of the car (trunk, rear seats, etc.) before walking inside to talk about the ordering process. Neal knew I wasn't ready to purchase yet from our discussion over the phone (I'm in the process of saving up my down payment), so he just told me what the next steps would be when I was ready to place an order/make a purchase. ZERO pressure to try to obtain my business unlike some other dealers I had visited previously. I asked about the benefits of purchasing through Hamilton and what kind of price point they sell their cars at.I left feeling very excited about the new 2014 Mazda 3 and have decided it's the car I will purchase. Ronnie and Neal helped to make the experience of test driving it and answering my questions about the car a joy and hassle free. I definitely recommend them for a no non-sense enjoyable car shopping experience!

Traveled an hour to buy a used Infiniti G37. I searched the internet prior to buying and their price was very competitive. There was no scams like other dealers who add bogus costs to the internet advertised price. Neal, my salesperson, was very easy to work with and even contact the previous owner of the G37 to track down the second keyless ignition / entry key. I was very pleased with the customer care after the purchase. Neal followed through on promises that he made during the purchase. Too often other dealers forget your name after they have your money. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone considering an automobile purchase.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with the Hamilton Mazda dealership, particularly Sales Consultant Brian Harris and Sales Manager Mitch Selsky.First of all, I live in Delaware, about 1 hour from Hamilton, and was a little hesitant about purchasing my next vehicle from a New Jersey dealership, so far away from my home. I had been searching for just the right Mazda CX-7, and it looked like Hamilton had a strong contender...2011, certified, low mileage, loaded, clean-looking. I contacted them via their website, and Brian Harris called me back within minutes. That was an impressive first impression.I drove out the next day, met Brian, who was personable, professional, experienced and knowledgeable...a perfect combination.He understood what I was looking for, that I drove some distance to get there, and that I didn't want to spend more time than necessary.I took it for a spin...liked it a lot. Exactly as described. We discussed price, and reached agreement pretty quickly.I left a deposit, and Brian kept in touch over the next couple of days, making sure all was ready when I came back to make final payment and take delivery. The car was clean, perfect, and ready when Brian said it would be. Checking out was efficient and painless.We also kept in touch over the next few weeks, as the registration process in Delaware is a bit different from New Jersey. After holding on to my old Ford a bit past its prime, I was petrified at the thought of purchasing a new car. I visited other dealers, wasn't particularly pleased with the service or inventory, and then on a whim, I checked out the Hamilton Mazda website, immediately seeing a car I was interested in. I received an e-quote within minutes of my request as well as a phone call from the dealer inviting me to come take the car for a test drive. A few hours later, I was there purchasing that very vehicle. The service is excellent, the prices are competitive, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my 2013 Mazda2. Brian was friendly, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and inspired my confidence. He was very attentive but not at all pushy. I felt that he worked hard to find a creative way to meet my needs, both in the criteria for the car I wanted to buy and for the financing that I needed to make it work for me. I can't say enough good things about Brian, he is truly wonderful.John helped me with all the paperwork and warranties and financing, and I felt that he also worked hard to give me what I could truly use in a warranty at a really good price. His explanations of all the warranty options were clear and concise. I was impressed by what he was willing to do for me so that I could get the extended warranty that I wanted.

Hamilton vw is by fare the best dealer I had ever being to. I started out in PA looking for a 2010 vw cc and ended up right back home to Hamilton. I'm mad at myself fir not going to these guys first it would have saved me a lot of gas money and time. my sales representative Daniel dunn was simply the best she cute and friendly. thanks a lot guys for helping me get my dream car way below the price I was prepared to pay. image going to a dealer with a figure in mind of what you want your car payments to be then finding out that it's going to be 200$ less than expected. yup that's what happened when I got my pre loved vw cc.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to let Marlon know the specific vehicle type I was looking for. Between himself and a colleague, the located an approximate time that my vehicle would be available - about a month and a half later. After only a very brief conversation, Marlon remembered me and the vehicle that I was looking for. He gave me a call when it came in to let me know that I could take it for a test drive. Myself, my wife and two kids went in for the test drive, unannounced. While waiting for Marlon to finish, others checked on us to make sure that we were OK, and even made sure that we knew about heir family friendly waiting room - the Disney channel always helps my 2 yr old to be a little more patient.Why offer this rating? This was the smoothest car buying process I have ever been involved with, after buying a number of used vehicles for myself and family. I am not an easy customer, either - I tend to be demanding. I made the terms that I needed very clear. Marlon and the finance department worked to make it happen - in almost record time. I was in & out in less than 2 hours. I am especially impressed that my registration transferred smoothly and easily, as well as having the accessories installed..Marlon was everything that I could ask for - he was my point person even AFTER the sale, making sure that all my needs were met. I am looking forward to a very long and positive relationship with Marlon Lising and all of Mazda of Hamilton

I have to admit I do not have the greatest credit score, nor did I have much to offer down but that didn't stop me from driving away with a new (to me) 2010 Mazada 3 isport Sedan. Marlon haggled with the bank(s) and a few back and forths and one SWEET ride later this every day Joe(ette) is cruising down the highway. Two honks for Marlon Lising!! Thank you, Sir. :)

I have not gotten service work done here yet, so no review on that. I recently purchased a new 2012 Mazda 3i Touring. I went to look at a 2010, and was helped so much that I was able to buy the new one at a great price! I worked with Jamie on the sale- she was friendly, informative, patient, and overall a great sales person without being pushy. She offered her suggestions, answered my questions, and then accepted my decisions without taking insult or continuing to push. The sales manager Mitch got involved in the final dealings, and with his friendly attitude and jokes, helped even more to get me into the car I wanted. When in the financial office with the final paperwork with Don, he explained everything fully. I have never felt so confident every step of the way, and the people at this dealership really make a difference! I look forward to dealing with them in the future, and after visiting dozens of other car dealerships throughout NJ, I don't ever want to go anywhere else!

Visited all Mazda dealers in Central Jersey. Hamilton Mazda gave the best price, no haggling. No pressure from salesman Brian Harris. Left and went back a week later. Honored original price, no questions asked. No hiden fees. Exactly as was offered. Best experience car shopping to date. Thanks Brian, Mitch and Hamilton Mazda.

Initially, I wasn't exactly comfortable with committing to the purchase of a Mazda. Though consumer reports rated the 2012 Mazda3 highly in all categories, no friends or family of mine has ever owned one. Marlon Lising didn't merely persuade me to buy the Mazda3; he clearly knows and understands that car inside and out, and that confidence is what ultimately assured me that I can trust not only the car but the dealership as a whole. I do feel I am in good hands. I feel safe and comfortable with my purchase. Hamilton Mazda is not only willing to, but also dedicated to providing its customers with accommodating purchases and exceptional follow-up care and services. I absolutely recommend this dealership!

I gave Hamilton Mazda great ratings because they were professional, courteous, not pushy to buy a vehicle, and knowledgeable on all vehicles. Plus they were understanding of me loosing my vehicle in Hurricane Sandy, in which Mr. Harris worked with me to get the best possible price. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to do business with.

I was looking for an affordable barely used car and Marlon quickly found me several suitable vehicles for a good price. He was friendly and not too pushy and between Marlon and Mitchell I was able to get affordable financing when I had been previously denied based on my lack of credit history (I have only been in the US for 8 months).The showroom was well presented and had a friendly atmosphere I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a certified used Mazda especially if you have had financing problems before.

I have purchased many cars over the years. In looking for this latest car for my daughter, we visited many dealers. She and I had some very bad experiences and got turned off by one of the country's largest Hyundai dealers. She could not believe how poorly we were treated there so we decided to look at the Mazda 3. We went to Hamilton Mazda and met Marlon. From the very second we started talking our comfort level was high. We got answers quickly and he was honest. We will buy from HIM again!

Marlon and Don made the purchase of my new CX-5 easy. They also gave me a good price on it (Thanks Mitch). Marlon was friendly, honest, and diligent in getting me what I wanted in the vehicle. Don, one of their managers, finished up the deal by patiently going over the paperwork, and offered other options without any pressure. I've been taking my Mazda 3s (had 2 of them) there for service for years, as their service department is bar-none the absolute best with Felipe and Ryan at the helm. This is the first car I've bought from this dealership, but would recommend it to anyone as the experience was top-notch professionalism with kindness.

I went to Hamilton Mazda to test drive a CX-5 and to get an estimate on my trade in. My intentions were to possibly order a vehicle for delivery late August. I met with Marlon and he was very easy and pleasant to deal with. After only a little negotiating, I was offered a trade I was very pleased with. I ended up signing a deal right then. They had to locate a vehicle for me with the options I wanted, but that only took them a few days. The red zeal mica was my first choice, but they found me a sky blue instead, which I am now happier with! When I signed the deal I also ended up getting a large discount on an extended warranty and lifetime free oil changes. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!

Back in 2009, I purchased a used Mazda from an out of state dealer that needed transmission work and brought it to Hamilton Mazda. They let me have a loaner for the entire time that it took for the repair, which was a most unexpected surprise. Felipe Aquiles, the service manager, was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and concerns at my level of understanding. The mechanics did a great job. Felipe's manner and professionalism earned my respect and gratitude. I now bring all my cars to this dealer for repairs regardless of brand knowing that I will get the best service possible. I would have written a review back in 2009 if I had known about dealerrater then. For great customer service and reliable repair work, I highly recommend this dealership!

I was looking for a SUV with 3rd row seating. I met with a few competitors and the sales process was very frustrating. Back and forth with various offers but nothing that i asked for or wanted. A friend recommended the Mazda CX-9.I set up an appointment with Marlon for a test drive. Marlon was helpful and insightful. Didn't give me the high pressured sales talk. I told Marlon what I was looking for in price and trade-in value. Marlon was very honest and easy to talk too. The Mazda team was very easy to work and deal with. Overall a great experience. I would recommend Marlon and the dealership to friends.

What a great place to buy a new car. The building is new. There was plenty of parking, and the had a tremendous inventory. We were greeted by Jamie Sabine. She ask what she could do for us. We told her we were looking for a new CX-9. She took us to the one on the showroom floor and showed us all the features on the CX-9 and asked us what we wanted in our new car. We told her leather sunroof navi. She ask what color black is all we buy. She came back in 3 minutes with a Black CX-9 GT with navi and a sunroof. We took a great demo ride. When we got back they already looked at our 2002 Caravan. They gave us all the options. Cash deal. 0% apr and a lease quote. We went with the 0% and got 3600 off the MSRP and a great trade value. I have no problem recommending Hamilton Mazda to all my friends and family Ps we love the car

I wanted to get a new car recently. Research at www.edmunds.com solidly pointed to new Mazdas as a few top choices for a new car in 2011 and 2012. Hamilton Mazda dealership had quite positive reviews in multiple sources on the web, so I followed the trail there. Sales folks at Hamilton Mazda gave me air and time to quietly browse the showroom and parking lot without barging in on me. Marlon Lising stepped into the spotlight when I expressed interest and was ready to talk. Marlon was knowledgeable and eager to help. It's been late in the evening when I walked in, but he was patient and allowed having a good long test drive.When it came to negotiating a deal, the experience was respectful, balanced, and straightforward. My credit history was not ideal to say the least, but Marlon and the financial manager on duty that evening stayed engaged and interested. Hamilton Mazda team helped me to get a decent rate loan from a bank. The very next day I had the good news from Marlon about financing approval and picked up the car of my choice, - Mazda3 Hatchback 2012, - on my second trip to the dealership in the evening of that same day.Top [financial or general] manager was helpful too. I got a good deal for my trade-in car, and calm no-pressure-to-buy explanation of all additional options. I did buy some extended warranty package: the offering and the cost spread over the loan term just made good sense. All my questions about the financial and other documents were answered. Car was delivered spotless clean. Marlon Lising assisted with transfer of insurance and filed the paperwork for new registration.When my new license plates and registration came to the dealership, I had a timely phone call from a friendly Hamilton Mazda representative notifying me that I could stop by to pick up them. I called back to clarify the work hours and got answer in a friendly tone and professional way.When I stopped by to pick up the license plates and registration, Marlon has been briefly out of the office, so another sales person stepped in and found me my package, so that I didn't have to wait. All in all, I had spoken with the five members of Hamilton Mazda team in person and heard by phone from two more. When I had questions - they answered it. When I opted for communication by email I got it. When I needed a quick reply by texting from Marlon he did just that. I am overall very pleased with the buying experience, that took me two succinct visits in two days. Everyone one was nice and fair and not high pressure. This is my 3rd car purchase at Hamilton. Will continue to do so because I think that Mazda sells a great product and the people at Hamilton are super to deal with.

We had shopped for a car for over a week. We ran into the typical lying, slim ball tactics, and every other stereotypical reason you would rather stick a hot rusty nail in your eye than buy a car. Then we came across Hamilton Mazda/VW. WOW! What a refreshing change. We were promptly greeted in a friendly manner.All of our questions were answered honestly and we were able to make an informed decision.But the best part of the experience was we left with nicer car for less money.They beat every other dealers price by a significant amount and offered us more for our trade than anyone else. All in a friendly relaxed and professional manner. I wish more businesses would treat their customers as good as Hamilton Mazda/VW treated us.

I just leased my second Mazda 3 from Brian Harris at Hamilton Mazda. My husband has also leased two Mazda 3's from Brian. I had a great experience with Brian. Initial contact was through the internet and Brian Harris followed up with a correction on the initial auto generated quotation. Told Brian I would stop bye the dealership the next day, and when I first arrived Brian was with another customer but they set me up for a test drive in the MAZDA 3. By the time I returned to the showroom Brian was finishing up with his customer and then set me up for a second test drive in the car I was actually interested in and sent me on my way. When I returned we sat down and discussed the vehicle and pricing. Brian said the price was a good price but if I had an offer he would take it to the sales mananger. I gave him what I would be willing to pay for the vehicle and told him Iwas not looking to go back and forth with pricing. He took my offer into the manager and was back withing 5 minutes and said we had a deal. We started on the paper work and scheduled a pick up for the next day at 11:15. When I arrived at the dealership they were finishing up preparation of the car but I was introduced to the Business Manager and we started in on all the paperwork. By the time we were finished the vehicle was ready and Brian went over the vehicle with me and let me know if I had any questions to give him a call. Everyone at the Dealership was friendly and attentive and at no point that I feel that they were trying to pressure me into anything and explained everything very throughly. I would highly recommend this Hamilton MAZDA

I came in to test drive a car and had a quick chat with Brian whom my family recommended to me (previously bought a car from. Well a few quick emails over the next day and Brian gave me a strait price that couldn't be beat for the new mazda I wanted. SO good, in fact that even my father (the stickler!) admitted it was a really good price. So, I went in with no need to go back and forth over the price of the car and with little effort closed the deal. I recommend Brian Harris for sure and I suggest you use him as well.

My expieriance purchasing a new vehicle from this Dealership was just GREAT! The salesman Brian Harris was so Nice and easy to deal with .He gave a Great price without me asking for it or haggling for it.Brian gave me appsolutely NO PRESSURE to purchase Vechile. I purchased a 2010 Mazda3 for my daughter last year and had such a great experience that when my Ford Windstat got condemned for the subframe recall I went back to see what they had to offer. I told them what had happened and why I was there and they were very sensitive to my situation and didn't pressure me at all. I gave them an idea if what I was looking for and they immediately pointed me to a MazdaSpeed. I took it for a test ride and OMG I feel in love with the car, but I told them I needed to look at some other cars and they said no problem and put no pressure on me at all. Well to make a long story short I ended up going back and purcahsing the MazdaSpeed. They gave me a great deal with no real haggling. I had such a great experience that I ended up trading in another vechile and ended up purchasing a MazdaSpeeed and a Mazda 3 5-door...LOL Brain and John were both great and even my son who is 13 loved them and had no issues with going back to the dealership numerous time, actually he looked forward to going with me. I would higher recommend anyone looking for a vechile to check out Hamilton Mazda. I think they are a A+ establishment and tell them Rob B sent you...LOL :)

All staff were very courteous and helpful especially Mr. Brian Harris. The financial paperwork was conducted expeditiously by business manager, Mr. John Caines. Mr. Harris was very thorough in going over the options of the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions. Mr. Harris has a thorough understanding of the Mazda line of vehicles and its relative competitors. All staff made us feel comfortable.

I went into this dealership looking for a good quality used car for a good price. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a saleman by the name of Frank G. From the very beginning Frank was warm and friendly and easy to speak to about things outside of cars. What I liked about Frank was his honesty. He would be honest with me about which car he thought was a better buy or which financing agreement was better and why. Frank did not rush me at an time, get upset, or impatient he had a whenever you are ready attitude. I actually visited this dealer twice before purchasing this car with a few days in between and every time Frank greeted me by NAME. When it came time to purchase Frank did not mill around when I said give me your best price, he did just that the first time. There were no surprises or changes when I spoke with John about extended warranties everything was explained to the tee. I had an awesome experience with this dealer I would recommend them to anyone. I got a very good used car at a GREAT price and my car is the envy of all who see it. Thanks Frank and thank you Hamilton Mazada.

From the first day I step into the dealership Jeff was the most helpful and friendlist guy I've ever seen at a dealership. Although he hasn't been there long he knew exactly what I wanted when I asked. In comparison shopping for a Mazda CX-9, this dealership offered by far the best price, with the most options! Brian Harris was very resposive by phone, and stood by his excellent offer when we arrived. Everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly & a pleasure to work with. I would give this dealership and Mr. Harris the highest reccommendation. I absolutely love the car I leased, and was able to get far more options than I had expected based on my initial inquiries and negotiations with other dealers.

I would sum up my experience as straight forward and pleasant.Ask for Marlon. He is very professional - tells you what you need to know and is helpful without being high pressure. Both he and the Sales Manager Mitch are very open to working a deal, and it does seem that they will not be beat on price.Marlon had great follow up before the sale - he stays in touch but not in a pushy way. Mitch also is very helpful and has a geniune focus on customer service. I did shop around but came back to Marlon because of how he treated us - plus they worked a good deal. Don Calilap did a great job with our financing - very clear and very professional.A few of my coworkers also shopped for Mazda's last month - we've compared notes and all highly recommend this dealership.The focus on the customer continued after the sale - when I called with questions on the car or options these were promptly followed up and with the same great service.I'll go back again and am passing on that this is the place to go to close once you have shopped around.The service team seems great as well - this is my first Mazda and will be using them for care of the car.

This dealership is excellent. Frank quoted me a competitive price via email. He answered all of my questions honestly and in a timely manner. I never received the obnoxious hard press from anyone at this dealership as we researched our car. After exhaustive research, Frank had one of the best quotes so we visited the dealership. We had never imagined an honest car salesman, but Frank was it! Never a lie from him. He came down a bit more on the price and threw in some extras and we bought the car. Frank promised us he would treat us honestly and fairly throughout, and though we didn't believe him, he proved himself right! We had our first positive car buying experience! I am still a bit stunned, but wanted to encourage anyone looking for a mazda to visit this dealership and to work with Frank. I will definitely look to this dealership first whenever I am in the market for a mazda. Oh, and Frank called a couple of days later to thank us and to check on the car. Amazing.

My experience with Hamilton Mazda has been nothing short of excellent.After requesting quotations from our local Mazda dealership in Burlington County, I had finally given up after not receiving return calls. Its very frustrating when you know specifically what you are looking for, ready to make a purchase, and no one seems motivated enough to follow-up. For me, it was a bad indicator right from the start.I then decided to expand my scope of locating the Mazda3 Grand Tour model to other dealerships. This time, I did my homework and was impressed with the customer reviews I had read concerning the customer experience with Hamilton Mazda. I called Hamilton Mazda and instantly spoke with Marlon Lising, Sales Consultant. He was polite, enthused and returned my calls within minutes. No doubt, buying a vehicle is stressful for any consumer. Marlon not only returned my phone calls responsively, he also was able to quickly provide an excellent quotation and located the specific vehicle in less than a week. OK, well thats only one employee, right? Marlon then introduced me to his Sales Manager, Mitchell Selsky. Mitch was also courteous, enthusiastic and provided an excellent offer on my trade-in. The itemized billing was straight forward, without any hidden malarkey that Ive witnessed in past car purchases.While I would like to think that I am a trusting individual, the fact is trust is earned, not a given. From the interactions Ive had with the above mentioned employees, Hamilton Mazda has earned my trust and made this car purchase a positive experience. Mike, the mechanic, took care of a noise issue that another dealership (where I bought the car) was unable or unwilling to remedy. He took the time to drive with me until we heard the noise and was very friendly during the short trip. He explained to me what he thought it was, without being condescending, and was obviously genuinely concerned with taking care of the issue.

I have taken my 2008 Mazda 3 for sevice maintenance to Hamilton Mazda since I purchased my vehicle in northern N.J. I have been completely satisfied with every service. All the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. I met Samal recently at the customer service event, and he was very nice and informative. I have dealth with Felipe many times throughout my services and he is always very conscientious.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience of buying my new car today (well really for the last week while I had been working out this deal over email with them). I stated talking to Frank the Internet sales manager. I got an amazing deal on the car I wanted. They found what I wanted and brought it in from another dealer. I had been emailing with 10 different dealers almost all could not come close to this price or if they said they could they would not put it in writing. I had one dealer even tell me there was no way I could be getting this price and that I was going to screwed once I went to pick up/ buy the car. Not the case at!! Everything was great all the numbers were as we had emailed about and no bogus fees not that I was expecting it but I know some dealerships like the play the game and have no problem trying to screw people over. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to have a sense of humor. I watched a few of the sales people deal with customers they were not pushy or overbearing as most are. It was a pleasure to buy my car from them. I live in NY and the trip was well worth it in many ways the price & the customer service. My car buying experience is how everyones car buying experience should be, wonderful!

I had some questions about recent service and the Manager handled it in a quick professional manner to my satisfaction. Since I purchased my 2003 Mazda MPV I have always returned to Hamilton Mazda for service and they continue to show me why they want to keep me as a customer. I am convinced that while there is a tendency to think that dealers are more expensive for service issues, Hamilton Mazda has proven to me they have my service interest in mind when working on my vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in for some maintenance service recently, oil change, tire rotation, air filter and transmission flush. I waited at the dealer while my vehicle was being worked on, the waiting room has a nice t.v. to watch and they offer coffee for the customers. The service manager Felipe was very nice and explained everything that they did to my vehicle, they also performed a full inspection to ensure my vehicle is in good condition. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer for service. I will be bringing all of my family's cars to this dealer, they work on all makes and models.

Recently, I needed to buy a second car for my family. We're on a tight budget, living on a single income, and are price sensitive. I contacted about 10 Mazda dealers in north/central NJ in order to get a good price on a basic 2008 Mazda5 Sport.The professionalism, courtesy, and flexibility at Hamilton Mazda made this purchasing process the best buying experience of my life (this is the 6th car that I've bought). Our sales consultant, Scott Dalton, went above and beyond to help us get the best price, which was as good as or better than any other dealership in NJ. Further, he personally delivered the model that we wanted (the one with fewest options possible) from PA to the dealership in Hamilton, NJ.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, and no extra or hidden fees were added to the cost of the car. The detailing of the car was immaculate and Mr. Dalton gave a detailed explanation of the car and its features. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and happily recommend the dealership to others.

When I picked up my car after a scheduled maintenance, I was waiting for the representative while she was talking on her cell phone. After receiving the invoice, I was promptly asked for a credit card, and she made no attempt to explain the work that was done. When I asked about what was done, I was handed a photocopy of the "Service Recommendations" without any explanation. I am not the best judge of the quality of the work, but the people skills of this place needs a little more work.
