Updating previous review upon end of sales transaction. I had a continued positive experience taking possession of my new Bronco Sport through Grieco Ford in Delray Beach, FL. My sales consultant, Jordan, who took over where Liz left off, was attentive and accessible throughout the waiting period. The pickup process went quickly and the finance professional, David, was pleasant and not the least bit pushy. All in all, a good buying experience here that I hope will transition into a maintained positive long term customer relationship now that the sale has been completed. Will provide feedback on future customer service if any changes noted. Ordered a Bronco Sport with Liz a few weeks ago. She has been responsive and easy to work with. Even saved me a trip to the dealership. Have been able to communicate by phone, email and text. Looking forward to a continued positive experience as first time customer. Thank you Liz!

I recently came into the dealership not knowing what I wanted but knew my budget and I Jazmin TOTALLY respected it and found me a vehicle that fit perfectly into my budget and vision- not the regular salesmen bump! She made the entire process so seamless and I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dealership. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

My wife and I came here to purchase a new vehicle. Liz Hernandez and Chris Molina were 2 employees who helped us immensely with our new purchase. My wife and Liz were working a deal out to get our price down to where we needed it to be over the course of the past few days and Chris was extremely kind and knowledgeable as to the vehicle I just purchased. I highly recommend Grieco ford to anyone in the market for a new car

Great experience at Grieco Ford in Delray! Jazmin Finley is a great salesperson and extremely knowledgeable! She's very professional and not pushy and aggressive like others I've dealt with in the past. If you want a great car buying experience I recommend you ask for Jazmin.

I've bought two Vehicles from Ford Grieco Delray - Last year my oldest daughter first new car and this year I have the opportunity one more time to upgrade my truck for a new model. This is a fantastic business that's been around for a while. I really had a great experience of quality, honesty and integrity. I have enjoyed doing business here once again! Pricing on my trade was more fair, the buying process was easy and fast, and I left with a great deal on my new F150. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Thank you Charlotte Major for the great work - you really know your product and you have a great personality to do what you are doing, keep up the good work! Thank you Todd Rizzo for bringing me back and personally making sure the vehicle was the right one for me and the monthly payments are exactly what I was looking to pay.
