Great service department. I got in and out for my oil change & tire rotation quickly, and Doug was super friendly. The multi-point inspection gives me peace of mind, knowing that my car has been checked thoroughly for possible maintenance issues. I always take my C-HR to Gray Daniels Toyota for maintenance and service. They do a fantastic job.

Friendly, explained every to us and after my engine light came on when pulling out of the service center Mr. Vernon took care of idly right away. The last 2 times I have brought in my vehicle service has not been questionable. One of the times I waited for around 3 hours and then had to ask someone about my vehicle. I was given no ticket and no explanation of the service for low air pressure. The last time I was not given a ticket. When I called about the reason for this I was given a viable explanation. Also when I purchased this vehicle, I was given a sheet of points that indicated that there would be a complimentary car wash with every service. My car has not been washed with any service.

I’m never disappointed by Toyota dealers’ service centers. But most of all, I’m impressed with Gray-Daniels’ because unlike their other brands, Vicki and crew at Toyota always go above and beyond. They call back when they say they will. And they always make sure my Tundra is well cared for whether I make an appointment or I just pull in unannounced. After owning just about every brand of truck. I’ve become a believer in Toyota. Even their parts are cheaper than aftermarket and they last so much longer too.

Sitting at 2 hours on having tires replaced. You can watch the service guys walk around like there isn't much going on. I stopped having my oil changed here because they were slow. I know they are charging me for x hours of labor. Do they really have to make me sit here that long? My grandmother would've been done an hour ago. This is the 3rd card I have bought here. I think this will be my last visit.

I purchased a Toyota out of town and brought it here to get serviced. After I found a nail in my tire, I was told I needed new tires and the tires would be in the next day at 2:00. I asked them if I should remove the nail, the tech said no because it wasn't leaking air. He said I would be safe driving one day until the new tires came in. At 1:00 the next day I called to see if my tires were in and they told me they wouldn't be in until the next day now. I asked why I didn't receive a call to let me know as I had scheduled my day around this appt. He said he just found out. So cancelled appt. No phone call to let me know. Oh and I told him I have to drive 300 miles now will my car be ok with the nail in it? The advisor told me he took the nail out yesterday and it wasn't leaking. What? Why didn't he tell me that yesterday? Very disappointed in the lack of communication and service.

2016 Highlander XLE-After nine months the touch screen on my Nav radio has a cracked screen. It was a very hot day (106F) the radio controls on the screen froze and I pushed the button in an attempt to make contact with the application and it cracked. This is a $3500. repair/replacement. I am in my mid 50s and have several Apple products and they never cracked. The dealer hid when the going got tough. No one has offered any effort in resolving my issue or helping me. Toyota customer care was no better. I was informed its was outside influences, whatever that means and even though I have a three year 36K warranty, the repair/replacement will not be covered. No one offered an alternative, repair, replacement or recommendation. I am left to my own devices. I have requested district managers to call me back, owners of the dealers, etc. Not one phone call. It is obvious that 40K for an automobile is not enough to concern anyone. I feel swindled, lied to and cheated due to all the hype I got from the sales person on this dealers integrity and service. Oh, the salesman quit by the way. Go elsewhere.

We bought a certified Highlander- and not only did I feel like we got a very fair price, but we were very well taken care of too! The next morning I was to bring it back in for some final detailing and a new windshield- and while these services took longer than expected, so Shadrick had me set up with a loaner vehicle for the day so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced. He was very prompt with answering any questions and issues that I had. Would definitely shop with Gray Daniels again.The finance guy was very friendly too. Everything went smoothly.

Everything with Gray-Daniels seems intended for customer convenience, and I've yet to experience any "hassle" ... from the sales process with I bought my Prius to the accommodations of their Service Department. I love my car, and I'm very happy with Gray-Daniels as a dealer.

I brought my 2015 Tacoma in due to a vibration and shaking in the floor and console. I was told that they would fix it by balancing the tires. They charged me 35.57 and gave me a receipt which I put in my vehicle. I left the dealership and realized that the truck was not fixed. I called and told them I was returning. I could not find Mr. Brister when I returned. Once I found him I told him the truck was not fixed and that Balancing the tires was not part of the problem. I also told Mr. Brister that he did not document the problem initially as I explained it... He failed to put there was a vibration and shaking in the floor and console. I requested that he document what I told him the problem was. I told him I was not happy about being charged for something that was not part of the problem and I wanted a refund. Later Mr. Brister came back and told me that They found that the Truck had a defective tire on it. These tires had less than 18,000 miles on them. They replaced the tire. However I was still charged the fee for balancing the tires which was not a part of the problem. When I left the dealership I looked for my first receipt. I found that it had been removed from my vehicle without my permission. I did not authorize my anyone to remove anything from my vehicle. I received my credit card statement and notice that the charges are still there. Gray Daniels staff removed or took that receipt out of my truck to hide the fact they failed to document what I initially told them the problem was. It also had the initial charges on it. Removing this receipt is a very shady practice. I called the dealership to talk to the Service Manger on the way home. My calls got dumped to e mail(It was not lunch time). I left a detailed message and requested that this be addressed and that I be contacted. I also sent an e mail to the service Manager. NO ONE RESPONDED. Later I noticed that 3 of the four Valve stem caps were missing from the tires? I called the service manager again thought the receptionist....yes you guessed it...voice mail again. I left all my contact information and asked them to call me... NO ONE RETURNDED MY CALL. I live in Yazoo City (what would have been the cost of a postage stamp, 3 valve stem caps and an envelope)? I will never buy any make vehicle from Gray Daniels and will be moving my service to another Dealership just as soon as the 25,000 mile service is done. I have contacted Gray Daniels again. I will be filing a formal Complaint to the Customer Service Center in California on June 2, 2016. I also will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint in regard to the above. I would never recommend Gray Daniels Service Department to anyone. NO RESPONSE, NO RESPONSE...Failure by Gray Daniels to follow up on Complaints. I have been a Quality Assurance Specialist for many years with a Company that is ISO Certified. Customer Service Evaluations and a speedy response to customer complaints are paramount to repeat business. I am very disappointed with Gray Daniels.

Everyone I worked with at Gray Daniels Toyota was helpful and friendly. Jerry went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and was straightforward with me about pricing and priorities. I appreciate being involved in the decisions and the way he explained the problems was clear and concise. He is great with customer service and juggling more than one customer at a time. It was a pleasure to work with him. He really took the headache out of vehicle repairs and a very nice guy. One of the best parts about my overnight vehicle repair was the complimentary shuttle service. Jimmy took me all the way to West Jackson to work and picked me up from Belhaven the next day. The shuttle was clean and Jimmy, the driver, was friendly. He was even so courteous that he opened the door for me when getting in and out. You don't see that much these days. Very refreshing to be treated so well. And of course, I have to mention out salesman, Dave Seaman. He is the reason we drive all the way to Brandon to get our vehicle fixed. He is always a quick phone call away and never minds answering any crazy vehicle questions I have. He always makes sure my vehicle gets the attention it needs to keep me safely on the road. We will be looking to purchase a second vehicle in the next 6 months to a year and you can bet Dave will have our business. He's a pleasure to work with. All around great service. Everyone is friendly, the waiting area is always clean, plenty of seating, tv's, a window to watch your vehicle being repaired, and fresh Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend Gray Daniels Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle and top notch service.

Recently I took my prius to get an oil change. It was an excellent visit, as always. So, my son was coming home from Southern Miss, and I took his truck the same day. Again, it was an excellent visit. They service advisor, Mr. Jerry Brister, is always an excellent professional advisor. I was a little late getting there with the truck, and he kindly took me in, and took excellent care of me. This is why I will never go to another dealership for service. I Love Toyota Service Department in Brandon, MS. Also, I have spoken with Mr. Lance a few times. He has been nothing be an excellent director toward me. Even when I ask him questions that may offend another, Mr. Lance handles me with excellent leadership skills. Way to go Mr. Lance.

When I purchased my used 2014 Camry in January of this year. It was a certified vehicle. Which to my understanding ment the car had all up to date services. Well after 2100 that I put on a maintenance required appeared so I looked up the code. Decide to call the dealer I purchased it from and I was told I need an oil change ask for a price she told me about 40ish. So schedule a service the the next day. Got there talked to the gentleman they assigned me to informed him that i received an email for an free car wash and a so many point inspection. He verify it and I left came back to pick up my car and when I asked how much he told me 67.00 I told me the lady I spoke with yesterday told me 40.00 so I paid and l left and the free car wash was a joke there was still caked up dirty on all my fender walls and it look like the guy took an old rag and washed my windows.

I have never been talked to like I was ignorant before. This lady makes you feel just that. Advising me that I didn't know what I was talking about as I was not a service tech, but they could have someone look at my car for me. How rude. The entire conversation was as if I interrupted her and completely ruined her day by calling. If you don't know how to talk to people, don't answer the phone. And definitely don't tell your customers that they don't know what they are talking about. The problem that I told you about is currently being fixed at Herrin Gear, who had no problem looking into the issue and knew exactly what I was talking about. And guess what...the problem that I thought may be going on, was just that. Maybe I do know a thing or two. After many bad experiences with this service department, my conversation with her today has topped the cake. I'm done. I hate that I every bought my vehicle from you all.

This is a very nice looking dealership..........that is where it ends. I went there looking for a new Tacoma . They were helpful with selling me a dream, it stopped there. Me and the salesman I was assigned picked out a truck and equipped it. I was told it was ordered and every time I called , which was once a month, also bear in mind I had to call them they never called me for updates or any thing , it took 3+ call transfers of getting the revolving voicemail that you finally hang up. Call the salesman's cell and would get his voicemail and would receive a call anywhere from 3 days to NEVER. The good thing from this is that it led me finding a really great dealership in Memphis,TN which is 3 hours drive for me. I will not "plug" that dealer in this review but I wrote a seperate one for them. They are the first Toyota dealer on I-55 in TN. Jason I am sorry you missed out but thanks for helping lead me to a dealer that made me feel like they really wanted my business.

Have been with you guys since 2003 and never experienced any problem. My Camry is getting older but running good. It may need major check-up though because of very high mileages but I trust when I come back for major thorough check-up to give me 100k more miles before I buy a new one, you will always give me stellar service. Since the day I drove my new car off of the lot in 2009, I have taken it to Gray Daniels for all of my service issues and have always been treated as if I were #1 on the list. I have no complaints. Took my Toyota truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Service attendant was very friendly and wanted to be sure I received the best treatment and complete service. He was aware of a recent recall on some model years of my truck and checked to see if my vehicle was part of that recall (it was not). Wait time was very short (I only had time for a cup of coffee and one half of a game of cellphone mahjong). They made me feel like I was personally important to them. I'll definitely be going back.

this was my second visit to get my highlander serviced. I made a 7 am appointment. got my highlander serviced and was driving out the door at 7:21 am. tires rotated and oil changed. Everyone was professional and nice. The facility was very clean.

I have taken my Camry to Gray-Daniels for three and a half years and took my Corolla there for two and a half years prior to that for regular service and repairs. On this recent visit on 11-6-15 I was treated very badly and when I tried to talk to the service department about it, they basically asked me not to come back. When I pointed out that other customers who were not there when I arrived were placed in front of me for an oil change. I was pressured to buy new filters. I was pressured to buy new tires, which I did not buy. I was pressured to buy a new battery, which I did not buy. When I arrived there I just wanted an oil change and some air in my tires so the low air indicator on the dash would stay off in cooler weather. My car was running fine when I arrived but after the oil change would not start. So I left after about two hours and paid $116.00 for an oil change and overpriced filters to go purchase a new battery with a good replacement warranty from a company I think I can trust for much less than the price I was quoted at Gray-Daniels. The service department never mentioned the recall issues that needed to be addressed on my car which I have received notice by mail but I'm sure they were just looking out for me.

I bought a 2007 toyota corolla from them 6 months ago. I was told there were no issues in the car and it had 4 brand new tires. All of this was a lie. I had to replace not only two tires but also the water pump, brakes, and two motor mounts. There is a vibration in the car that will not go away. It gets more severe each day. When I first drove it, I barely felt it since the air was turned all the way up. I guess this was done to hide the issue. I was scammed completely and sold a broken car. I would not buy a car from them again. The only reason I go there is because I have to get so many repairs done. There were also original floor mats in there when I test drove it. When they brought the car to me they were gone. I called Cedrique to get me some and he brought me 10 dollar ones not the originals. I am very unhappy about my purchase.

I bought my 2014 4 runner at this dealership about 2 years ago, the general manager at that time was Michael and he was wonderful! He made sure I was taken care of from start to finish! I recently visited the dealership to get my oil changed and do not have any complaints, I would recommend this dealership to everyone

I am now the happy owner of a 4Runner Limited. My experience at this dealership was amazing. The entire staff is great too. I am a Toyota fan of 9 years; and I purchased my vehicle from Gray Daniels Toyota and have always gotten my vehicle serviced there as well. The other day, I had a minor pricing issue with my service representative; however, the manager contacted me and rectified the situation, diffusing it immediately! For that, I am ultimately grateful and would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Service with a smile would be an understatement. We were greeted in a very friendly manner, all of our questions were answered, and when finished we were given a thorough briefing on all that had taken place. Although it was part of our new car service plan, we were treated as if we were paying cash and not as if it was something they just had to do. Not only will we bring our car to Gray-Daniels Toyota for all service needs during the new car agreement and warranty period, we will bring it long after the new service agreement has ended and the warranty is no longer in force. In fact, when the warranty is no longer in force, I will most likely return to Gray-Daniels that day and purchase another new Toyota from them.

My overall experience with Gray Daniels Toyota is Excellent. The only draw back is that on two different occasions the service guys in the jiffy lube have failed to put all of my lug nuts back on. I always take my car to them for my oil changes and have since I bought the car from my mother-in-law, who originally bought the car from Gray Daniels. Mr. Goff and Mr. Brister are excellent guys and very helpful. Thanks.

I came into your business on the 24th that morning to get a front end alignment a oil change and service my vehicle in doing so there was a problem arose about the front end that he was working on the guy worked on it for over 30 40 minutes they didn't say anything to me until when the sales guy came out and told me hey I need to talk to you in a minute and come to find out there's a problem going on with my frame and I had to do something to get it repaired because they told me they couldn't do the front end alignment so I left got that done then came back but I asked what are they going to do to help me with this because the guy worked on the vehicle over 30 to 40 minutes then you going to tell me somethings broken or missing I think he should have told me that before he started to work on my vehicle ,but he did not and he had been under their working for 30-40 minutes and then you going to tell me something like that ,I feel like they should have been courtesy enough to help me out with the cost I come there to spend $100 leave their and they're telling me I need to spend almost $500 on something that happened while he was under there working on it, I find it to be very poor service for customer service they didn't show any care or concern. I feel like it was something the technician did because he should have stopped and show that to me before he ever started because what he pointed out to me you can see as soon as you walk under the vehicle

I bought my Toyota Sienna last December 2014 and had to take it yesterday for the 10,000 mi maintenance check. What can I say other than Gray-Daniels Toyota is the best! I will not have any problem driving an hour in order to let their service department take care of my van and make sure it is in top-notch condition. The facility is very clean, the people are so accommodating and friendly and the service is excellent and efficient. They are very mindful of your wait-time, yet they get the job done proficiently and completely. Thank you Gray-Daniels Toyota.

I had brought my 2010 Tacoma truck in for service about a month ago. Philip called last Wednesdayand told me my headlights were in. I didn't even know they were ordered. He said you guys weredoing a courteousy warranty on them. You will never know how much I appreciate this, I have beenwondering what to do about my ugly looking lights on my beautiful truck, and he did this for me.I have a 2014 Corolla S (bought from Felix, another great guy) a 2009 Camry and this Tacoma andwith folks like Philip and Felix I'll be back.Bob Stringfellow

I am a teacher and he promised to bring all of his energies to bear in ordering the necessary parts and scheduling the required service so that I would not have to miss teaching my classes. I was online to check on trading my 2015 Dodge Challenger in on a new 2015 Tacoma, and as usual, I received a call about 20 minutes later on my cell phone. I tried to tell them that my was low mileage and hard to come by, and that I was not interested in spending 3 hours haggling at the dealership. I then had a Mr Kelly Miller call, and wanted the vin number of the vehicle that I was going to trade, so that I would not have to come in a have it low balled. I sent him all of the information, and to this day, he has not called me back. However, I have had numerous sale people call me from that dealership, wanting me to come in. This Mr Miller was suppose to be the assistant general manager or something like that, but he does not even have the common courtesy to call me back and tell me that they are not interested? I would Never recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone!!!

Came in for service 2015 Highlander, Met with Marc Bailey one of the service writers here in Brandon. Marc was very nice and helpful, called when Car was ready and followed up post service. In talking to Marc, he was a mechanic for Toyota for many years and had vast knowledge of Toyota mechanics which made me feel like he knew what he was talking about. Will be sure to add this guy as a contact for my next service.

Within five minutes of submitting an internet inquiry about a Toyota Rav4, I received an email reply from the dealership, quickly followed by a phone call from a very personable salesman, Zalias "Zae" Weathersby. I mentioned the model I was interested in, and without hesitation, he gave me a "ballpark" figure that was well both well below the sticker price and well within the range of what the Kelley Blue Book had listed as a fair purchase price. Without resorting to the"hard sell" tactics used by some salesmen, he covered financing options, special incentives, and the generous service terms provided by Toyota. His friendly, professional, and "no pressure" approach convinced me that both he and Gray-Daniels Toyota are worthy of my business and I'm looking forward to having them help me with my Rav4 purchase. .

I had a great car buying experience at Gray Daniels Toyota when purchasing my new 2015 Camry XLE. I had all but given up on buying a new car because most salesmen make promises that they cannot keep. I have purchased 13 vehicles in my lifetime, and this was by far the best overall experience from first contact to sales to finance. Mr. James Seaman was my salesman, and he did everything that he said he would. I received top dollar for my trade. They even came down on the price of the Camry so that I could get the car that I wanted for the payments that I wanted. Mr. Seaman got me into the perfect vehicle with all of the options I asked for like navigation, blind spot monitoring, moon roof, etc. I got a fair price (comparable to fair price on KBB.com) on the new Camry and a fair price for my trade. Even though it was pouring rain, he went out into the lot and brought me back vehicles to choose from. Once the financing went through, the finance manager Joe was excellent. He made the process fast and easy and was very friendly and engaged. Great customer service all around. I know my Camry will last for years to come, but when it is time for another vehicle; I will definitely go back to Gray Daniels Toyota! Mr. Seaman followed up with an email and phone call as well to ensure that everything was still good and to inquire if we had any questions. Great people who genuinely care about their customers.

My salesman, Adam Bollaert, had set up servicing for my new 4 Runner to have a couple of add-ons installed for me. When I arrived the day of service I met with Jerry Brister who already knew exactly what my needs were, had the work order ready, and got on it right away. Brittany Ainsworth assisted me with arrangements for a car so I could go out and do a bit of shopping while the work was being done. My entire experience with this service crew, and dealership, has been positive in every aspect. Hats off to a crew that is definately "on top of their game", take excellent care of their customers' needs, and strive to be the best!!

Made an internet inquiry with Gray-Daniels Toyota via a link texted to me by my son in Ms. who knew I was in the market to make a purchase. I immediately received a response from salesman, Adam Bollaert at this dealership. This young man stayed in continuous contact with me from that point on discussing options, colors, models/ packages, other questions I had regarding out of State purchasing, etc. and then sending me quotes on a couple different vehicles he had available in stock. Needless to say....He earned and received my business!! Beforehand, being a resident of Louisiana, I had also contacted 3 dealerships in my area. My husband's employer offers a Rewards Purchase Program and he also got information thru that plan and a quote from the NOLA location, but it could not beat the pricing that Gray-Daniels Toyota in Ms. gave us....even with employer discount program. That's how competitive their deals are!!! Needless to say.....Gray-Daniels Toyota has proven to be the most motivated, competitive, customer relations/satisfaction dealership that I have dealt with in this matter....and that's why they earned and gained my business hands down out of 4 different dealerships I dealt with !! My overall experience with Adam in sales, his manager Steve Jalbert, and Casey in Finance (who sought the most competitive interest rate for us) was great! really liked Freddie in sales and Charles in service is great. Have had a Toyota since 2002 and love the cars. Just bought a new Camry and the sales staff was wonderful until we had to deal with Joe Signaigo in finance. We paid cash but this guy never shuts his mouth. I think he thinks he is a comedian. Would recommend Grey Daniels but would rather not deal with Joe.

I wanted to buy local . But, It was not important . When got down to the brass tacks so to speak . Seeing the Toyotas team here was very passionate about selling me a car . I knew I wanted to keep my dollars in Brandon . The first car did not have Captains chairs for the second row . Kelly found one for me . Then I noticed the running boards were not on the car the night I came to pick it up . On the spot it was agreed to get the running boards installed . I think the Toyota Team came through for me . We saw a Toyota commercial advertising 0% financing on the Toyota Camry. We currently were making payments on a Toyota Camry, however not at 0% financing! We met Felix and he was confident he could get us into a similar Camry for less payments. Mark introduced himself and worked with Felix to "Make it happen!" I had an excellent experience this past Saturday when I bought my new Toyota Camry. I called the 1-800 number and was transferred to Vikki Johnston, the best car saleswoman in the world. She was so friendly on the phone and sent me an online application. Within minutes she called me to come up and pick out my new Camry. When I arrived Vikki greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable. Then her boss, Steve Duncan took over getting my information processed for finance. He shared information about the vehicle I chose that I was not aware of. Then I met "Cajun" Joe Signaigo, he is not only smart, but very animated! Vikki, Steven and Joe got me in and out so fast with the best service I have ever received buying a car! I even got some freebies for being a valued customer. When you open a dictionary to look up the word customer service there should be a picture of Charles Martin. I have bought numerous cars/Suvs and had them serviced at various dealerships. Without a doubt, Charles is the absolute best. A smile greets you and kind words are always there as he explains each step of the services to be provided. I work with over 225 sales people and work with over 35 customer service people each day in my job. Charles is the type person that each person in both sales and service should emulate.

Carried my son to look at the new FRS. He was debating between a Scion FRS .Talked to sales person and he went over details on the car and we took it for test drive. We were lead to believe that this car had GPS which was important. Couple days later I meet with same sales person and purchased the FRS for my son. He was going over details of the car after I purchased it. I pressed the map button to see what the navigation screen looked like and it said see dealer or gave wwwaddress. I asked him about this and he said it goes through the phone after it is connected now. Salesman said when my son hooks his phone up it would work. Couple hours later I brought my son up there to pick up his new vehicle. At the dealership we set up his phone and he tried the gps. Did not work. I spoke with the Scion manager and he thinks that is an upgrade but would have to check. He said he would talk to salesperson and call me back next day. Next day I called them back and sales person said he thought it had GPS but it does not. Said I could purchase it from them for $2500. I looked on Scion web site and it shows the upgrade for $1199. The dealership was friendly the entire time they mislead us. If there was another dealership that had the same car I would take that one back. They did not seemed concerned after the sale was made. I realize I am to blame also for believing the salesman instead of looking for myself, but they should know what they are selling. Will update later when I get managers name I talked to.

I have never before had such an experience as I did on March 25, 2015 at a dealership service department. Steven Duncan and Jerry Brister, went above and beyond with their service for my car. I was waited on immediately as I drove in and was treated with great respect. I can not express in words how the service department made me feel. My daughter has had great service on her Toyota and recommended them to me when I moved to town. Best recommendation that I have ever gotten.

My Highlander needed 10,000 mile service. I was prepared to wait at least 1 1/2 hrs. I was met at my car door by Jerry Brister and very politely shown to the waiting area. I got my 79 year old mother seated and tuned the TV to kid channel for my 4 year old grandson. Then I brewed myself a cup of your delicious Starbucks coffee and settled in for the long wait. Suddenly Mr. Brister appeared and told me my vehicle was ready! I thought it was a case of mistaken identity! But no, my vehicle was ready in less than 30 minutes!! I will continue to drive the 2 hours to have my vehicle serviced here and when the time comes to purchase another one, Gray-Daniels is where I'll come!!!

The Service team was very helpful and friendly. I'm a woman and went in thinking that I needed brakes because they were making an awful noise. Turns out that it was just a rock in my brakes. They removed it, checked out my car and didn't charge me anything. They could have taken advantage of a woman not knowing about cars and replaced my brakes & charged me for brakes and labor but they didn't. They were honest and for that I will always go back to them. I also got to talk with the service manager and he was very approachable and friendly as well.

After getting a "maintenance needed" message in our Prius, we drove in without an appointment. Charles Martin was greeting us just as we got out of the car. He was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. He directed us to a very nice waiting area (nicer than most dealership waiting areas). Service was fast and we were on our way with no hassles. He explained the reason for the maintenance needed message and wished us well.

Over the years I have purchased 7 new vehicles so I have had quite a variety of experiences with car dealers. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle we tried the Toyota dealership closest to us, but they were not willing to work with us to find exactly the vehicle we wanted. Gray Daniels Toyota not only worked out the vehicle specifications with us, but gave us a great deal on a rental until our new Highlander arrived. Throughout the process if we had any questions all we had to do was call or email Freddie Bankston and we got our answer quickly. In our opinion Gray Daniels Toyota is the best dealership we have ever dealt with, don't hesitate to go here to purchase a new vehicle or to rent a Toyota.

Awesome 1st time buyer experience!! I was home for Christmas break and decided I wanted a change before I went back to Alabama. I could not have asked for a better salesperson! Ryan made sure I test drove the 2 vehicles I had the most interest in and helped me go through all of the specs of each to choose the right one for me. I was a 1st time buyer and he made the entire process simple. Trading in my '06Sonata was the change I needed to expand into the Toyota family w/ a '15Rav4XLE.

I had a nice experience dealing with Gray Daniels Toyota dealership. I needed a new car pretty quick and they were able to get the job done. Ryan Tanner was very friendly, polite, and honest when it came to helping me find my dream car. He was very patient through the process and was able to find the perfect 4-runner I always wanted and got it shipped to the dealership before the date I needed it. We had a problem with our Avalon and on very short notice (also a Saturday) the service department repaired my vehicle on the same day. The wait was very reasonable. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was given the impression my business is appreciated. This is my third experience with the service department. All were very good. Our next new purchase we will most definitely attempt to purchase from Gray Daniels because of the way we have been treated in the service department. Thank you, Jerry.

I called 4 days ahead of time to have everything set up so I wouldn't have to wait like you always do at car dealerships. When I got there I waited 20 minutes before I was seen by a salesman. Then waited another 30 minutes before I saw my first vehicle. I finally got a new salesman. He was very friendly and accommodating. Overall a good experience once I got the right salesman.

For those of you wondering whether you should spend your hard earned on a Toyota I would think long and hard about it. They start off great when dealing with the trading of vehicles but afterwards they start to show their true colors. I had to stay on them everyday about paying off the car I traded in and kept getting the same answer "we will check on them and call them back." Well in the purchase agreement they agreed to put in leather heated seats in about a week after the purchase. After almost a month of calling about when they would be in l, I finally got them sort of. I left the car with them for a whole day and they didn't deliver what was promised. Upon pick up, I dropped off the loaner car and my car was pulled around for me. Driving off on my way to work, I noticed the seats I had been anxiously waiting for were only partly correct. Where was the button for the heated seats??? I'll tell you were it was non existent. When they were called and notified they stated well sometimes the button was on the side of the seats. It was not. Why did no one go over this on pick up of vehicle? Only answer I can come up with is that they don't care. My next question is why would they place the button on the side of the seat when there are clearly two blank spaces for the buttons on the middle consule. Again we are back to them not caring and not matterring to them if it's done correctly. Customer service apparently is non existent these days. It's just about how much money can they get out of you and to heck with if the work is done correctly.

It's a 2 hour drive from my home to the dealership, so I wanted to negotiate as much as I could over the phone before the trip. The salesperson worked with me so that I was willing to travel. Often, you leave a car deal thinking that some element could have been better, like a lower car price or higher trade value. This time, I actually left with a good feeling about all aspects of the deal. There were a few minor issues that were resolved prior to my leaving with the car. It was one of the better car buying experiences I have ever had.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2014.5 Toyota Camry from Gray-Daniels Toyota. We were very pleased with the experience. Upon making an online inquiry about the vehicle, I was promptly called by Ms. Kay Watkins. Later, I was called by the call center, and I was scheduled a VIP appointment. The overall buying experience was made very easy by multiple employees of Gray-Daniels Toyota. Ms. Kay Watkins not only sold us a great vehicle, but also went out of her way to give us the best experience buying our first car possible. Ms. Kassie Crook introduced me to my new car, as well as emphasized the usage of it's many features. In the future, my husband and I plan to further do business with Gray-Daniels Toyota.

I was recently reminded of the great customer service I have experienced thru the years at Gray-Daniels Toyota when I purchased another car from them. Mitch Sims, the sales associate who helped me, went to great lengths to accommodate my needs. Mitch is an example of the kind of person I want to work with when making a car purchase. The sales team, the finance team, the service team and the management of Gray-Daniels all provide a good customer experience. I was able to visit the dealership, find the vehicle I needed, test drive it over the weekend then negotiate an acceptable deal and complete the paper work in a couple of hours. He spend approx. 30 mins trying to sell us the ten year extended warranty when we kept telling him we did not want it. If we had not already sign for the purchase we would have walked out.

First, all car dealerships are the same. They want to make money, you want to save money. People that think car salesmen are rude are usually not well informed about the buying process and have not done due diligence in their research. Before you go you should know if you are going to trade in, how much you have to get for it and be up front. You should also know what the car you are interested in is worth. Research dealer costs involved that they had to pay to put the car on the lot. If you know these things then you should have no problems at all. Really when a sales person says they can't do it is because they cant do it. The days of high margin new car sales are over. Quantity is where they make their profit. I dealt with Kay and she was an extreme professional and we reviewed what I would be paying. She worked up a quote at for a car I told her I was most likely not going to buy, but I wanted to see the difference with the discount I had negotiated on the first to compare "packages". I was in and out in a couple hours with my new truck. Thanks Kay and Grey Daniels.

I was very, very impressed with the sales team at Gray Daniels Toyota in Brandon, MS when I bought my car on Friday, April 4th. They were so friendly and helpful in every way. I was made to feel very comfortable and felt like they had my best interest in mind. Have gone to this facility twice for service. first time was for a recall. while I was there the xm antenna cable was cut. came back to get it fixed. They did even fix it correctly and charged twice what they told me they would charge me. And on top of that other items were lifted out of my vehicle. I would not recommend going to this place for service.

I went to the Service Department on 3/27/14 for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. I was very pleased with the exceptional service I recieved. I informed them that I would be going out of town the following week, so I wanted to make sure thay checked absolutely everything in addition to getting my oil changed and tires rotated. They handled my service work promptly and assured me that everything was absolutely road ready. I was very pleased. Thanks guys!!

All I can say is I was bullied and lied to from start to finish. The salesman was never availiable. The sales manager all but yelled and pounded his fist when I dared disagree with anything he said. They agreeed to put new tires on my car and when I picked it up there was grease all over the interior. I also was told the car wad ready and sat for 2 hours. Even after I told them I was waiting so I could drive the car tonthe coast. And yes, they took away a day of my vacation. So many other things went wrong, there's no way I could get it all on here. Maybe because I wasn't buying a new car, I was treated like a second class citizen. But I will NEVER go near that place again! And I will warn anybody who will listen!

Took my 2011 Avalon for oil change and tire rotation and service was quick and efficient. Staff was courteous and helpful. Was greeted immediately when I arrived and notified when my car was ready. Very satisfied. I have purchased two cars from this dealership and have had nothing but great experiences. The automobiles have been problem free and great to drive. Great gas mileage too.

Service adviser, Keven Jenkins, was the most arrogant, impolite person who lacks every sense of customer service. I purchased a brand new pickup, returning home from Afghanistan in December, had problems with it and got zero help or courtesy from this xxxxxxx. I will never again spend a penny of my money or moment of my time at this xxxx hole dealership after the problem with my BRAND NEW truck is solved. This man, along with his service manager, and general manager have failed multiple times to call me back after attempting to contact them, and have not given much effort in assisting me and my problem. It's simply pathetic to say the least.21FEB2014: I go to pick up my truck from service. I walk in his door and am not greeted. I asked for my truck, he gives me NO reply, but walks out to get it. He pulls up in my truck, says NOTHING, and hands me my keys. I go back inside, ask if I need a service ticket. He says, "no, but we can get you one when my manager is back." I ask if he would have his manager call me tomorrow. He states "no, he can on monday." I said alright, and walked out.----- Horrible customer service. No, "thanks, have a good day, here's your truck..." nothing.

I found this 2012 Toyota Prius on Auto trader.com and it was listed as a Prius 5 with all most every option back up camera etc.This was one of the many Prius's that were listed as 5's from this dealer.I made the deal ,which was a good price with my sales person Marcus Byrd.He was helpful and can't blame him for the thing's that went wrong.I drove 3.5 hour's the next day to get the car and find out it is a 2 and doesn't have back up camera or the other options.I tell my sales person that it is suppose to be a 5 and have all this.He say's they don't have any 5's on the lot and it wasn't advertised right.1 week and a half later they still have Prius 5 listed on Auto trader?????????I've saw many 5's from this dealer in the last 3 month's or so listed on Auto trader.I shrugged it off since I drove so far and this was still a good deal for a 2.In the process of doing my paperwork and financing with Joe Signaigo Business Manager I incurred more fraudulent work.He added a $2900 OPTIONAL SERVICE PLAN and $715 OPTIONAL TIRE ROAD HAZARD Plan on my paperwork without asking me if I wanted it or not????He went through the paperwork and said here's your Road hazard on tires and paperwork showing your warranty and pointed out the price we agreed on for the sale of the car.I told him I was gonna get it refinanced when i got home by my credit union for a better rate and he said oh no i'd wait a few month's to establish credit with this lender????If i hadn't caught it quickly I wouldn't have been able to cancel the warranty.I called Toyota and filed a complaint .They are looking into the faulty advertising and poor Buissness ethics.I would not recommend this dealer.this is my first Toyota and a bad experience from a major dealer.

I was referred to Gray-Daniels Toyota by a family friend and decided to just take a look. Dealer happened to have a vehicle that I was looking for and worked with me on my trade. The process was painless and customer service superior. I didn't have the sales man telling me one thing and the finance manager telling me something else! Everyone was on the same page. No needless sitting around the dealership wondering what is going on or taking so long. Great job you guys. Keep up the good work! :-)

My wife and I are senior citizens on a fixed income and are seeing more of our money going for auto repairs and gas. We have children and grandchildren in San Antonio and Seattle and try to spend as much time with them as possible. We have owned GM, Ford, and Toyota products in the past and have been pleased with them overall, but this time we wanted something we hope will last and provide good service AND economy. After doing a lot of research and looking at various models, we became interested in a car with most of the amenities, durability, and economy of a Toyota Camry Hybrid. The salesman was very courteous and patient with us - never once did we feel under pressure or managed. For example, we drove 3 or 4 vehicles and took our time(3 weeks) before deciding. My wife and I agree that what sold us on the Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid was the ride, quietness, the room, color, and economy as reported in several national magazines. What sold us on Gray-Daniels was the Sales Consuntant, Finance Department, and Customer Relations. Whenever we walked into the facility an passed a stranger, they'd would smile and speak to us. This was refreshing. Now to see how durable and economic it is and how the Service Department responds.

My recent purchase experience at Gray Daniels was exceptional. My salesperson, Felix was very attentive to the car and features I desired. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. He made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond in sharing the many options available. I felt like his goal was more to satisfy his customer, rather than to just sell a vehicle. Mark was also very helpful and flexible in getting the price I was satisfied with. Tricia made certain I knew how to use all features in the car, even walked me through a setup over the phone. To my surprise, the financing process was even pleasant. Robbie explained everything thoroughly, sometimes even sharing his personal experiences. I'm so impressed with the level of customer care, especially the follow-ups after the purchase. I've now purchased two cars from Gray Daniels in the last 3 years, have had all of my service done there, and will continue. --A Happy 2013 Avalon Owner!

I just purchased a new Camry and a new Avalon from Gray-Daniels. It was an extraordinarily fantastic experience. I am 63 years old, and I have never been treated with such respect in a buyer-seller relationship. Randy Hudson, the salesperson, was a true professional. What impressed me with Randy was that he was concerned with finding the right vehicle, and not just trying to make a sale. He wanted to educate me with the different models, so that I could make an informed decision. And it was not just Randy, all the people that I came in contact with were both pleasant and knowledgeable with their product. Another thing that impressed me was the Ladies who supervised delivery. They knew that the electronics on the vehicles was overwhelming, and were patient with my daughter and me in instructing us about the "gadgets". They knew that it was too much for one time and so invited future questions. Even though the sale was completed, they were concerned with our future use of their product. Finally, there was the contract man, the closer, the money man. I wish I could remember his name, but he was great. He did not just rush through the paperwork. He wanted to be sure that I understood all the "fine print", and that is unusual. It has been a month that I made a fairly expensive purchase, and I have yet to feel any "buyer's remorse" at all. This is the first time in my life that I have spent this much money and didn't try to second guess myself afterwards. I made the right decision when I walked into Gray-Daniels Toyota, and I invite others to do the same.

My experience at Gray-Daniels during the purchase of my new Tundra was great! My salesman was Jim Thompson, and I must say he was the best salesman I have ever had to deal with. He helped make my new purchase so easy. Robbie Edgar was great from the financial side. He explained in great detail all the numbers concerning my purchased. My overall buying experience was great! I only hope this great service will continue after my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Went to trade in a 2011 toyota tundra got tried of the every week 85 worth of gas that I was putting in... So i called my salesmen David Kusiak and great guy, and told him the issue and was told to come in... I test drove many cars and was giving some great advice on each car.. Well I decided on the 2013 Camry great car and even great gas mileage... Customer service was great and friendly, they clean the car several times to make sure it was perfect. They even redid the tint that had less than an inch scratch in it... Gave me another free tank of gas for the trouble.. The staff was very friendly and Mary and also Cassie were the best and also beautiful ladies I may add ( Great idea Gray Daniels getting pretty women to assist) .. They went over the car with me and made sure that I understood everything with the car before I left. David Kusaik was great as well, had a great deal of knowledge about the cars and getting me a great rate and other rebates... They even help with getting the negative equal that I had in my old car so far down that it wasn't even a factor ( 8K to 2K)... I would refer everyone i know to this location... They went well beyond a great customer service, i was given EXCELLENT service..

I dread going to car dealers, absolutely dread it! This time was different and much more pleasurable. Both Mr. Wilson and Sims contacted and met with me, after locating the vehicle I had requested via email--it also helped that they were familiar with financing through USAA. Joe was friendly and efficient, while Ms. Brazell was fantastic in presenting my new Highlander to me. I am not a touchy-feely type of person, but I will admit that I did hug Ms. Brazell, because she saved me a lot of time in showing me the ends and outs of my new vehicle. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will definitely recommend Gray Daniels to friends and family members.

The sales and F&I people are nothing more than smooth-talking gangsters. If you let them finance your car you will end up buying more than the car by being misdirected and lied to. In fact, they even called my insurance agent and changed my policy over before I even signed the first piece of paper! If they have the car you want then carry your own pre-approved financing with you. If not, do not talk payments only bottom line otherwise you will get screwed. This is the worst car buying experience I've ever had and I am a three-time Grey Daniel buyer. I won't buy a fourth from this dealership.

My current Edge was having some superficial hail damage repaired. My rental car was a Camry and it drove like a dream, smooth, quiet and responsive. I decided to go trst drive a Venza as it was still not a compact car. I had no intention of buying a new car as the one I had was only 3 years old. I came to test drive a Venza only. Mr. Thompson was available to let me test drive. I immmediately fell in love with the Venza, but still did not plan on buying it. Mr. Thompson was so friendly and informed me of zero down, zero percent interest. I was still reluctant. When I turned my rental car in the next day I drove straight back to Mr. Thompson and drove home in my new Venza! He made it so easy and hassle free.

Bought a 2012 Toyota Camry and I m not sure if these people are complete morons or just don t know their products but nonetheless they lied about materials on the car. All I can say is do your own research on a vehicle prior to purchasing it. If you have questions about something, go to Toyota.com and find out for yourself because they won t be honest with you. When you find out that they lied about things on the vehicle after you purchase it, their attitude is, oh well, it s yours now and we aren t going to do anything to make you happy I will never buy anything else from this dealership!! They are big liars and the sales manager who should know about everything on a vehicle is a complete slime ball!! He laughed at me and got other staff to join in to tell me that I should have looked at the sticker! If it had a sticker I would have but it didn t. So I asked them very specific questions to which they lied so that they could sell me the car the day before the end of the month! I wish I could rate this business a big "0"

The dealership is outstanding and so is the salesman I worked with, Mr. Timmy Woo. There was no pressure and the deal went as smoothly as I could ask for. All are very knowledgeable of the Avalon line and I look forward to doing business with them again.

During my reason shopping experience I dealt with several Toyota dealerships and my experience with Gary Daniels Toyota was great. Jimmy Gaiennie exhibit good customer services and was very personal. I was very satisfied with the pricing was great.

Having "window shopped" on the lot and internet searched for a new Highlander , I contacted Willie, after picking out a model, and ended up closing the deal with him. The no nonsense approach to the pricing and Willie's personality and experience helped closed the deal. The total process from the hand shake sale to the financing was comfortable and not long and drawn out.Angel was a great help in showing me the "ins and out" of the new Highlander.

When deciding on which dealership I was going to use to purchase my new 4runner, my main concern was finding the lowest price. After shopping around, Gray Daniels was able to give me the best price with more MRSP value. Not only did they give me the lowest price, but they were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was completely happy/satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend using Gray Daniels for all of you Toyota needs....

We already own a 2004 Tacoma. We are so pleased with out 2004 that we purchased a 2012. We have had our 2004 serviced at Gray-Daniels for many years. We already know many of your workers. Every one was vey nice and helpful. They did every thing they could to help us get the new truck. We did have one very, very little mishap but my wife was able to work things out. Now we will need to learn how to work all the gadets on this new truck. You have a great group of people working at Gray-Daniels. Keep up the good work.

After another Toyota dealer failed to sell me a new Tundra at their written quoted price, I called Jimmy. Without ever going to the dealership, within two days we had a deal on a new 2012 Tundra, and they drove it over 120 miles to deliver it to my home, no charge. No surprises, just the exact truck that I wanted at a price I liked. If their follow-up service is as good as their sales, they have won me over.

I purchased a used vehicle from Gray Daniels Toyota...Only to be ripped off!! I had heard bad things about Gray Daniels but alot of times you can't just go on hear say...well things were calculated into my loan that were not suppose to be there and when questions arrised they were not able to be explained. In the past I have purchased new vehicles from other delerships but this experience was one I will never in life forget...on another note I advise anyone if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle please visit another dealership such as Herrin-Gear or someplace other than Gray-Daniels!! You really have to watch these guys trust me...a bought lesson is better than anything and I will never...I repeat never shop with anything affiliated with Gray Daniels again!!!!!! I am considering trading this vehicle I purchased a short time ago!!!

I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry in July, 2011. Took vehicle back every 4to 5,000 miles for rotations and oil change(under the Toyota care). Every time I had tires rotated, I would tell them that car had a shake to frontend only to be told"that is normal". After replacing tires 2 times(because of cupping) I was told after 4000mi that I needed new tires! 3 body shops have looked at my car and told me something mechanical is causing this problem.. Toyota engineer assured me vehicle is fine.. Very DISSATISFIED with Toyota!!! NO ANSWERS!! Engineer told me " to bring my body shop friends with me". Very rude and only hope Toyota corp. is aware of how customers are treated!!! I am a nurse and would hate to know that a complaint is not dealt with in the most compassionate way!! I bought a Toyota because I was told how dependable they were but will definitely let everyone know to run from them and Gray Daniels Toyota!!! Terrible customer service and do not keep their word when they tell a customer what they will do for them!!!!! Do not walk, run as fast as you can because I would hate for someone to have the experience I have had!!!!

Mr. Cedrique Kelly and Mr. Wayne Eldridge put the satisfaction in "customer satisfaction." Because of my physical disability, my husband and I took many test drives at Gray-Daniels to find the car that we wanted and that best suited us. They were very patient and understanding. They did everything they could to accomodate us and help us. Although it was a very busy day (the last Saturday in June 2012), they treated us as if we were their only customers. It has been a long time since we have experienced that kind of customer care in any business establishment. Mr. Kelly and Mr. Deon Bernard delivered our car to us, as driving it all the way back to our house (an hour away) would have been very difficult for me. They were friendly and caring and quick. Mr. Kelly, Mr. Eldridge and Mr. Bernard were all professional, courteous, and very kind. We will definitely be back to Gray-Daniels Toyota, and we hope to do business with these three again. Our 2012 Camry is exactly what we wanted, at a good price. Our family already has a 1998 Camry, a 2008 Camry, a 2009 Corolla, and a 1992 Toyota pickup. Obviously, we like and trust Toyotas, but this was our first experience at Gray-Daniels, and it was a very positive one. We will be back, and we recommend it to others. Thank you.

WORST EXPERIENCE BY FAR at a car dealership. I went looking for a bargain, talked down the price of the car I wanted. Slept on it. Made an offer the next day that they refused (which I was fine with). The salesman I dealt with this day (different than the one the day before) treated me like I was a complete idiot. The next day they called me back and accepted my offer. They said they would wait while I thought about it. I called back within an hour or so and said I was good with it, they said ok. Then they called me back and said the car was sold, after they had just confirmed with me that the car was mine. I called and talked to a manager expressing my frustration (the guy's name was Mark Mercury) and he could not acted more disinterested with the matter. He was a smartat$$ if I ever spoke to one. The salesman proceeded to insult my intelligence by offering me a different car well out of my previously discussed price range. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AND I SUGGEST NONE OF YOU DO EITHER!

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I was not sure what I wanted but had a Camary in the past. I went to Gray Daniels and first delt with Dion who was nice. When it got time to do the paper work I started dealing with Willie Thornton. Willie was a pleasure to deal with and made the process painless. I went to buy a car that I really loved. I saw it on the Internet! I knew how much the car was worth before I got there because I have a friend that sells cars for a living. Of course they would not give me the bottom bottom so the used car manager came out to talk to me. I told him what I would pay for it and the man told me it would be under his garage for that price and turned around and left me standing there! I was so embarrassed! I know that Noel would not have liked what he saw! My sister worked for Noel when he had one of his first businesses and he is a great person. I just hope he reads this.

We were trading in a fairly new Toyota Camry. After many months of use it was obvious that our family needed a van. We were reluctant to trade because the pay off for the car was very close to what it was worth. The team did a great job in making sure I didn't have negative equity in the car and getting us in the perfect used van. The quality of the van was exceptional and the price was great too. They did exactly what they said they would do. They knew what I was capable of and when I told them the price range of vehicles, they brought me to several that were in various ranges of that. I didn't even max out my budget since the van was in the middle of what I was expecting to spend. Thanks for a great experience.

I drove almost 200 miles to be greatly disappointed in this very large dealership. The sales person lacked knowledge of the vehicles and was not a good judge of her customer. The other staff was also of little enthusiasm, knowledge, and assistance. I left the dealership in a car I did not love with paperwork that was not accurate or complete. The dealership messed up the total price (after calling to verify 2 times) and my bank had to redo my financing. Then almost three weeks later they had to send a person to my hometown and get me to sign paperwork that they messed up. To top it all off when I never received my plates, I went to the DMV only to find that they filed the paperwork wrong several times and now I owed penalties to get the plates. I will never, never go back to Gray Daniels to purchase a vehicle and I am currently thinking of trading the car that they sold me just 7 months ago.

I really like the place, really nice and clean. Mr. Eldridge was very nice and went over all the paperwork. He made you feel welcome. Travis who works in the business office was very kind. I would buy another vehicle from there and also reccomend other buyers to go there too.

My husband and I looked to trade his truck for a van or SUV so that our family would have a spacious, dependable car. His truck was not paid for. We were very skeptical and unsure of how this would work. Our banker gave us a $10,000 limit and the vehicle we was required to have less than 100,000 miles. The $10,000 limit included any negative equity in our trade also. It seemed impossible! In a couple short days, we were in a great vehicle and spent LESS than our budget! Mitchell Sims and the used car manager at Gray Daniels Toyota Scion of Brandon were amazing and we will definitely see them for our next car purchase.

The finance manager did not give me the trade-in agreed upon with the salesman and (my fault) I was trusting and did not review the paperwork before signing. I was also supposed to be financed for 60 months and the contract is for 48 months.

I highly recommend Gray-Daniels Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We shopped the local dealership in Meridian but found that Gray-Daniels wanted our business. This is our first Toyota purchase but I don't think it will be our last. Our salesperson was Joy Luke and Heather Fain was our Customer Relations Manager, both were very nice. Heather explained all the features on our new Toyota Highlander and Joy gave us a tour of the Service Dept. I look forward to a long relationship with these ladies and this dealership.

Freddie was very nice and helpful with my purchase. He didnt give the run-around like most salesman do. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. They were very willing to make sure that I left as a satisfied customer. I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone. I drove 4 hours to finalize the sale and would drive 8 hours if I had to do it over again.
