Best service ever! As a car collector and enthusiast I’m very familiar with the car buying process. GRAG’s team made the process easy and fair. I want to give a special thanks to Max Clark, Lauren Hall, Samantha White, and John Hoekstra. They did everything from help with negotiations, financing, shipping, to registering my new vehicle. Beware, GR Auto puts money before reputation and I would avoid doing business with them. I worked out a price on a car last week and set up a PPI inspection this week which I was paying for. The sales person (Laura) agreed to deliver the car the following Tuesday to the mechanic and baring any issues, I would have purchased the vehicle that afternoon. Over the weekend, they accepted an offer on the car and sold it to another party without calling me or giving me the first right of refusal. They had all of Monday to let me know but instead worked with the out of state buyer who was willing to buy the car without an inspection. I guess I expect too much from them to act in an honorable fashion and treat a local customer with respect as opposed to doing what is easiest for them. Not the way I do business and I guess it's too much to expect them to operate with the same level or respect and decency.

Purchased a Porsche 911 Carrera S through Brendan Blanchard of GR Auto Gallery. Though I wasn’t initially comfortable with the Company’s security policy relative to forwarding my trade, title and cash before receiving anything from them, I completed the deal only after extensive research of the Company. I can unequivocally state that they were honest and forthright during the entire trade process and I would not hesitate to contract business with them again.

My name is Mike from Phantom sports LLC I have taken 3 cars to them for sale one car was a Mercedes E36 They allowed a brand new battery to be junk they never charged it and it and they let my car on a flat tire claiming that the tire had a hole in it which was not Not true Then I took another Mercedes to him and they broke my remote key Then I took my BMW 2M with brain new batteries in it completely they let them discharge now they're junk $600 They are rude in considerate simply put crooks
