The last time I went to your home for maintenance and repair of tires, my tires just got a nail. Your family asked me to change tires. There is no way. I changed a tire. This time I went to your home for maintenance. I pierced a nail and your family said that it could not be repaired, so I had to change the tire. When I went out and was opposite your house, I made a tire repair for me. It cost me 10 yuan to fill it up. Your family really can’t make money. If you see someone cheating your family, then cheat. I also introduced a lot of friends to your family to buy a car at your house, but your family still lied to me so I don’t blame my friends for saying that your house is special. Just lie to the Chinese.

I can't begin to tell you what a great Honda dealership this place is. The service department is Very friendly and Knowledgeable. Especially Daniel, one of the service advisors, went above and beyond to explain everything in detail before they worked on my Honda. I also had gotten quotes from 4 other Honda dealerships and Goudy Honda beat everyone else's price by a good margin. I highly recommend this place. Mike Avila was very honest and right to the point. No nonsense and very honest. Every time I have a question thru email. He respond right away. He make sure I understand everything before I made my decision. He explain every details on my new car. He is a very fun guy to talk to. I sure will recommend him. Goudy's selection was the best I found in So Cal with all my research. Our salesman, Allen, was very fair and his sales consultant, Javier, was polite, repectful, patient and thorough. He followed up regularly, including after our purchase, and explained all details of the car to my wife until she felt 100% comfortable driving off the lot.

i was a first time buyer and yesterday I made my first purchase. After days of browsing and searching dealerships, I found a car I was really interested in. Two days prior to purchasing my used car, I stopped by the dealership to check out a car that I saw online. I feared that the car might have been sold or had a defect. As I browsed through the used car lot I was approached by a man named Rico. He is amazing, and ultimate the reason why I came back. His approach was completely different than salesman at different dealers. He made it clear that his intentions were to assist you in any way you needed, which was refreshing. Many dealerships have that, annoying overwhelming, Shove it down your throat, I'm trying to make a sale, approach. He found the car for me, we took it for a spin. He was welcoming and worked with my budget. I went with no intentions of buying that day but planned on returning with my cosigner. he informed me of all the information I needed to make the purchase. I returned two days later and bought the car. The process was quick. I would definitely recommend goudy Honda to anyone. *side note* One of the great things this dealership has as far as customer service is eliminating commission for employees and paying them hourly. This ensures that employees sell the best car fit for a customers needs. Commission causes sales persons to sell the most expensive product because the employee will get a cut.

This dealership is very good for a first time buyer. They were very nice to me. They had prices on the cars along with carfax reports. I went to another Honda dealer and I asked for the price because they did not have them posted. The other dealership refused to give me a price unless I told them my tax returns. Needless to say I never went back there. Goudy Honda on Main street was filled with great and friendly people. They made sure I understood the price breakdown and tried their best to work in my budget. Overall I was extremely happy with my car and did not feel cheated. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Most of us fear/dread visiting a car dealership because of experience or stereotypes, but this dealership has proven otherwise. I didn't encounter the typical sales person. The transaction was smooth, reasonable, considerate and positive. Customer service was A plus. Javier Villagomez was definitely the exception and I recommend him to all car shoppers!

Last Saturday after having breakfast with my girlfriend we decided to go looked at cars.I had a Mercedes E350 that I wanted to sell on my own to get more money out of it because you know the dealers don't give you so much for your trade-in.It was between CR-V touring and the RAV4 Limited,So I decided to go to Cloudy Honda since there's also a Toyota dealership right across the street so can check both SUVs out.We walked in and was greeted by Stephanie (sale person) she was very personable,she was very knowledgeable with the CR-V questions I had about it, we took it for a test drive and I loved it but wanted to compare the RAV4 to it.Before I when to the Toyota dealership across the street Stephanie brought out the big boss Alan, he's a very personable and wanted to make a deal right then and there(of course). He asked me how much I wanted for the Mercedes,I gave him the price I wanted an he came very close to it (I was shocked).I told him I wanted to go see the RAV4 across the street to compare it, he was so sure of himself that I would come back so he said sure go head.We went across the street to the Toyota dealership, about questions about it and test drove it,let me tell you something about my experience at that Toyota dealership it wasn't good at all!The salesman that approach me barely spoke English which I have no problem with but he really didn't have any knowledge about the SUVs, I would ask him about the different models an his response was it's all the same but just a little bit different... I looked at my girlfriend and is smile at her.So guess what we did walk?..walked right across the street back to Cloudy Honda an Alan and Stephanie had a big smile on their face because I think he knew what I went through over there.lolSo we worked out a price and I bought the car plus they offered me 1.9% for 60 months or .9% for 72 months because I have good credit.All the cars/trucks that I owned before was Toyotas...until now!I am very happy about my purchase here at Goudy Honda.If anybody is looking to buy a car I highly recommend it.Have Stephanie Villages and Alan Lee help you..they are great people!I was not paid to write this post!!!This is my opinion!!!

We ce to Goudy Honda to buy a used Accord. Everything seemed ok at first. But then the games began. They offered us "better" financing than my bank. Expect the total on their loan was thousands more. Then we went for a test drive amd the battery was dead. I brought this up and they assured me the batterywas perfect and the light had been left on. These people are criminals. We ended up stranded in the middle of the night with a dead battery. They promosed a $100 gas card amd to pay for the battery. It never happened. Only co.e here if you want to deal.with complete crooks.

I've been there twice. Both time the sales associate Kristen had never disappointed me. Great selection of inventory. Kristen was really patient with my indecisive persoanlity. I mean it's not buying a pair of shoes it does take time to look. She was really nice and patient at all time. She does follow up as well. Didn't ditch me just because my first visit took a long time and didn't end up buying anything. It did took a while to negotiate the price though thanks to the financial team it was a great deal. Eventually after comparing the prices and models around the area. I went back and got a nice New Car from Kristen. It was a great experience shopping with Goudy and Kristen. i would definately recommend this dealership to my friends and family if they are searching for Honda.

It was such a pleasant experience dealing with our salesperson, Tina Joyia. She had been our go-to person whenever I need to get a new Honda ( 4 so far since 2011 ). It went so casually and smoothly, but also fast and efficient without the "pressured sales tactic" you typically encounter when buying a car. She was upfront with everything and gave me the best offer possible without the need to haggle. She is a trustworthy and honest car salesperson, who has a high standard in customer service.

Carl and Pete helped me out today and they were amazing. They didn't pressure me like other car sales person would. They had everything in order and oranginzed make sure that they were going to help me in any way. All the cars were set up nice and were clean. After becoming significantly irratated with the typical games sales staff use to separate you from your hard earned cash, while attempting to strike a deal at a dealership in Pasadena, in frustration my wife was on the phone talking with the internet sales rep at Goudy Honda. We set an appointment for the next day with David Chu, who was very sympathetic to our plight and promised he could make us happy. I am very pleased to say the entire staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. David immediately set to the task of explaining everything related to the vehicles form and functions, took us on a test drive and upon returning, working the deal. There were no games, everything was explained and when he presented the offer, we were very pleasantly surprised that the offer was better than we had hoped for. Without haggling. We struck the deal and were sent to the finance department speaking with Michael Nyguen. We completed our paperwork and enjoyed our time with Mr. Nyguen. He made this tedious part enjoyable. I am very pleased to recommend Goudy Honda as the dealership to seek out very fair pricing and quality of service when you are ready to move into your next car. This is the only dealer that did not try to bait and switch me out of the 20 or so that I contacted when looking for my new car. Once I arrived I had a very weird situation regarding my trade-in and they were able to work with me to get all of the proper paperwork done when other dealers may have just not bothered. Even though I live in Long Beach I would not has it take to drive out to Alhambra again for my next purchase. I would not has a Tate to drive out to Alhambra again for my next purchase.

We took a quick test drive and the whole "no pressure" approach is really the only reason why I'll be back. Toyota was pushy, and Kia was... Well, it left me with a weird vibe.

Every time I visit Goudy I always make sure to contact Mike because I know he will take care of me. Sometimes servicing isn't as quick as one would expect because Goudy can get busy at times but Mike always makes sure I'm attended to, not forgotten about and makes sure everything went well after I'm gone. I arrived at 7:00 am which is when the site says it opens. 7th inline... ONE working at service desk. Overheard that person say 2 were not coming to work that day. Waited until 7:30 until that person came to me. I asked if there was a shuttle...was told yes BUT NO GUARANTEE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK ME UP WHEN MY CAR WAS READY.I only needed the B1 service...was told it would be an hour and 1/2. I opted to wait.....at 9:00 am went back to the service desk...was told I was called earlier....I said I heard no call and was told SOMETIMES the loud speaker does not work in all the waiting rooms. I then waited another 10 minutes for them to get my car. I LEFT GOUDY at 9:30 am....2& 1/2 hours after arrival. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GOUDY for car service.

This is my first time purchasing a new car so everything was completely new to me. The guys at Goudy were very helpful and patient with my questions and hesitations. I actually didn't think I could purchase a Honda, so I was very close to go to Kia or Hyundai to get a cheaper car. I've always loved Hondas because of the quality of the car and its dependability. Dave & Parkson tried to work something out for me so I can get the car I wanted. Derek was one of the guys that helped us during our multiple visits to this Honda. He made sure we were helped right away and readily answered any questions we had. Parkson was the salesman that helped us with narrowing down which car I wanted and what to test drive. He was very knowledgeable and if there was anything he was unsure about, he made sure to find out right away. Parkson gave us some good advice, and not just to make the sale. He was honest and upfront about his recommendations. We test drove several cars and he was very patient with my endless questions. I actually called several times in between my visits because questions popped up. The salesman that we last dealt with was Dave. He was extremely friendly and understanding. I was really nervous during negotiations but he was very understanding. I was on the fence between financing and leasing the car. Dave explained both options to me and helped me understand what the 2 different options would mean down the road. We got a great deal and I walked away super happy! He even gave me a keychain! Super cute!

My wife and I just purchased a new Honda Accord EX 2016 on 20th February. This was our first purchase from Goudy Honda and our experience at this dealer was amazing. Mr. Javier Villa (Sales Consultant) and Mr. Allen Lee (Sales Manager) are very friendly, helpful and professional. They did an excellent job in introducing the features of this model, especially the lane-watch camera. Javier explained many features about the car during the test drive. Allen and Javier answered our questions and concerns patiently, and made a final deal to us with a very good price. The processing of the final paper work was quick and smooth. Javier did call us next day after the purchase for following up to see if we have any questions about the new car. STAY AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The only reason they even get a star from me is because I HAVE to give them a star to leave a review. I have bought 4 cars in the last 3 years for friends & family at other dealerships and this is by far the WORST dealership I have ever been to. Unfortunately, we DID have to buy from them because my friends daughter really wanted the car, but I have never felt more disrespected and upset at a sales manager (Yea Arthur Chan, Im talking about you man.) than I was here. Im actually baffled that more people havent complained about him, and how he got to his position is equally baffling. Let me start with what Goudy did well. Sy Phan (Sales) & Michael Nguyen (Finance) are awesome. I absolutely loved Sy & I wished he didnt work under such a rude manager. Sy saw how visibly upset we were by Arthurs words, but it was out of his hands and I do not blame him one bit for the actions of Arthur Chan. Michael Nguyen was an awesome finance guy too. He was thorough and also apologetic for Arthur. Positives points done; now let me tell you about the negative experiences that Ive had to deal with at this dealership. In Aug. 2015, I contacted this dealership to negotiate a car for my friends daughter, and over the phone they said this was fine. So I get to the dealership and I talked to the salesman about pricing for the 2015 Honda Fit EX because I already knew what price I was comfortable paying. After two trips of let me talk to my manager, he came back & said the manager wants to wait for my friend to come before they talk pricing since I am not the one paying for the car. This was annoying but whatever, lets just get business done. My friend arrives after work, and the salesman that was helping me was busy with another client, so I told him, dont worry, get your sale because I want him to get his sales. You know what I showed him? Courtesy. Something that is apparently lost at this dealership. When he finally made his way back to us, he went to talk to his manager and the manager gave him the same exact price they had been giving me. ARE YOU SERIOUS? You wasted all of our time just to say its the same price? You cant just tell me that youre sorry but you cant sell the car for less, instead of making my friend come and wait another 30 minutes? You know what a good dealership does? They give you at least 50-100$ for actually being patient and courteous to them and so we can get the sale done. We were pretty much done with the dealership at this point, but the CEO of our work says he knows a trustworthy fleet manager at this location and the sale will be quick and painless. So I contact this person and he tells me that they have a 2016 Honda Fit CVT LX coming in and he can sell it to me for $19,317. I told him great, call me when the car comes and well get this sale done. So fast forward to Monday, the fleet manager is on vacation so my emails were given to Sy to handle and make the sale. I was expecting to come, and just get the sale done. Oh how wrong I would be. When I get here, Im informed by Sy that unfortunately they installed a pro-pack on the car and it would cost an additional $495. He said he would try to speak to the manager (Arthur Chan) since that was not our negotiated price. Now let me explain to you something in case you didnt know about buying car. If you negotiate a price online, that is SUPPOSED to be the price you get, but I digress. I understand with the internet that dealerships typically sell cars much closer to invoice price than decades ago and some dealerships try to get more profit by adding packages which typically cost them a fraction of what they charge you and then they get a bonus from Honda or corporate for hitting quotas. Every business deserves to make money; otherwise, why would they waste their time doing business. But you know what you dont do? You dont xxxxxxxx the customer. Im not stupid Arthur, dont talk to me like Im a child. Im a 4 year graduate from UCLA and I do corporate marketing for a large hospital network. The point I was griping was that I dont mind that you put the package on, but when I have been in constant contact with your dealership in the days leading up to the cars arrival including a few hours before I came to buy the car, you should probably as a COURTESY tell me that it is company policy to install a package on the car & so the price has changed. Dont wait until I come to the dealership & tell me all these extra packages are added on. Now heres where he needs to get a firm lesson on customer service. He has the AUDACITY to tell me that all dealerships do this (they do not) and that I can contact any other dealership and when I arrive there will be packages added on (no. thats bait and switch) and thats the business of it. Additionally, Im buying a Honda Fit, where they make about $300 so theyre not going to budge on the price at all. He is talking to me like I am an uninformed child who just grew up. Im sorry sir but that is rude. You know how you approach a situation like this? Hi Ben L., I know we had quoted you $19,317 but I am sorry I cannot give you this car at that price. It is company policy that we had to add packages to the car and unfortunately we cannot adjust the price at all, I hope you will still give us your business and I am sorry theres not more I can do But no, that is not what he did, instead he CONTINUED his attitude. He mentions that they offer 6 free oil changes, to which my friend, seeing how upset I was that this man was so rude, disrespectful, and condescending, says the free oil change is whatever. He proceeds to respond with oh?! Its whatever? So you dont want it? I can tell Sy (points to Sy) to just take it out of the offer because its whatever right I simply told him Stop. That is not really necessary right now. No sir. No. You dont need to give us attitude right now. Why is that even REMOTELY necessary to speak to my friend like that? Does that make you feel better? Does it help you sleep better at night to speak that way to a lady whose husband passed away and so she asked her friend to help her buy a car for her daughter? I hope it gave you all that satisfaction. At this point, I simply just told him, can you just throw in the all-weather mats and well get this sale done. I wanted to at least have my friends daughter leave with a car that she really wanted and for Arthur to get out of our faces. I am sorry this is such a long post, but this type of customer service is ATROCIOUS.

From the time we met Stephanie at Goudy Honda, she had made a good impression on us, which was later proven to be consistent to her character. When inquired of something that she doesn't know the answer to, she remained honest, polite, & meek, & did not pretend to know something that she doesn't know. She never overstepped her boundaries but remained professional. She would not make decisions outside of her own sphere of position & responsibility but always informed us that she would ask her superiors followed by doing so when it was applicable. She was reliable & responsible, she called & followed up on the day after we first made our appearance at Goudy Honda. There is a stereotype about car dealers being with guile, using underhanded & deceitful methods such as subtle manipulation, giving pressure, & dishonesty in order to succeed in making sales. Such ones may become successful sales people & pass as good car dealers, but may not necessarily pass as good people. Contrary to stereotype, it is not so with Stephanie. She made us as customers feel she was not just only interested about closing a deal, but showing courtesy she was never pushy, manipulative, pressuring, nor deceptive just to make a sale. She was very welcoming, easy going, courteous, patient, attentive, & cheerful while remaining professional, wherein as customers we felt relaxed & comfortable about having her presence. We enjoyed her company as a person as well as her professional service as our sales rep. during the entire process. I believe she is a good sales rep. without having to resort to methods that violate the conscience & corrupt good character. A good sales person may not necessarily make a good person, but a good person always has the makings of a good sales person. Stephanie fits this category possessing the above mentioned qualities that are welcomed & applicable in all spheres of work & aspects of life, producing favor & success in all areas. Therefore, she is a "one-of-a-kind" rarity in that field of work. Surely increased favor & eventual promotion will pursue such a one, if persistent in that manner, on their course. I had a great experience with Angel Villapando today (11/9), my sales consultant. He was wonderful! He was honest, friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and had a lot of patience while I was on the phone with my insurance company. Before I drove in I spoke to him on the phone asking for him to check if he had the 2016 civic in the model and color. He called me back within 10 minutes to let me know he had the car in stock. I explained that NormReeves had given me a price and I was going to purchase the car with them but I did not want to drive in traffic. He was able to honor the same price. I went to a few Honda dealerships with my parents, and I found David Wang at Goudy Honda to be the most courteous salesman. My parents don't speak English, so we asked for a Chinese speaker sales, and many dealerships Chinese sales wasn't available or didn't really want to show us a car. But David Wang spend a lot of times talking to my parents and helping us find the right Honda for us. Because eventually the Honda will pass on to me. So thank you David Wang. We will see you again in a couple of years, when we need another car.

A year after buying my first car at Goudy, I came back again, twice! Brought my mom and mother-in-law. Javier helped us. He took his time and didn't rush us on making the sale on both occasions. I recently purchased a certified used vehicle from Angel. I had an excellent experience, Angel was very informative, patient, and kind. I mean really, that's all you can ask for from a salesperson. Before I settled with Goudy Honda, I looked at Norm Reeves, Nelson Honda, and Honda of Downtown. Each dealership had impatient and pushy sales people. However, I never got that vibe at Goudy Honda. Even when I was contemplating between buying a Civic and an Accord, Angel never pushed me and calmly informed me of the pros and cons of each vehicle.I really appreciate Angel's professionalism and would recommend him and this dealership to any of my family or friends.

Being a first time leaser, Stephanie Villegas is the most helpful and polite sales person. She was so respectful and had a very professional approach. I am beyond satisfied with her because she really took her time to explain to me in detail every aspect there is to know about purchasing and leasing a car. In a moment where a big decision needs to happen, Stephanie made sure I knew everything there is to know. She constantly made sure I understood and when it came time to showing me my car she really sold it to me. I am very pleased to know Goudy Honda has a worker like her. Nancy from the finance dept failed to file the paperwork for an extended warranty cancellation on 8/20/15! It's been 10 weeks and I had to call Honda finance directly to learn this! This woman was rushed, rude and obviously hasty and she's in charge of finance! Take your business elsewhere!! Goudy does not treat customers well!!

I love the way my salesman, Angel, served me. He was very patient and tried his best to get a good deal for me, and he explained to me carefully when I got my car. The thing I didn't like is that this dealer didn't accept check but wanted to cash out my money from my debit card which I was ok with. However, the amount that I put as down payment was so high ($7,000) that they couldn't cash out but asked me to call my bank. It was on Sunday, and the customer service didn't work. Then they cashed out $1,000 from my debit card and had to take my check of $6,000. After that, I couldn't drive my car home because I didn't have insurance, so I had to go back on Monday with the insurance to drive my car home. My friends and co-workers told me that the dealers must have the 48-hour insurance policy for their customers, but this dealer said they didn't have that. If you want to buy a car at this dealer, don't go there on Sunday, or you must carry cash with you. However, they did a good job, and I have recommended my friends to buy cars at this dealer.

My sales consultant, Tim, was excellent and made the process of getting a car very comfortable. He was personable, knowledgeable and honest. He was straightforward is what we should expect to pay and put forth his best effort to get us a great deal. I would not hesitate to refer a customer to Tim. Honda has always been good to me. Sadly enough I dropped my car off around 945 and didn't get any calls or notice on how my car was doing. Kinda upset my car didn't start get working on till late. Although I was upset, I talked to Jim the manager and he was able to listen and completely understood my point. He was nice enough to repatch a tire for me with no cost. He was probably the friendliest man there and I will definitely be going back.

1. I brought my car to your shop a few times to fix the deep knocking noises on the steering column. In the first time, the axles were replaced, the noises disappeared but came back in a week or so. I returned for the same problem a few times but was told nothing was wrong and the problem persists. I brought the car in again on June 11 and have it test driven by Rue for a couple minutes. Thanks to Rue's and Dane's good knowledge, the problem was finally fixed this time. Now the deep knocking noises disappear, the steering feel is very good and solid, the interior is much quieter and the knocking noises from the brakes that came along with the loose steering also disappear.2. The new keys are now very responsive.

The sales staff was very quick and professional. I'm not sure about the names -maybe Jerry? Michael the Internet manager was great, as was Art, who makes decisions quickly and fairly. Hijab in finance is a professional - quick and friendly. The overall experience was fast - I called ahead and they had the odyssey touring elite ready when we arrived for a test drive. Took in the car for paint issue. Had the car inspected and only selected parts are covered under warranty. That's fine. I ask them to call me to get a quote for additional paint for parts not covered under warranty. Instead I get a call saying the car is done (I wasn't thrilled). On inspecting, I noticed my front bumper was slightly off. I asked about it, and service guy said lets go look at the pictures. First he stated pictures are not clear, but he's just defending himself and says the issue was already in the pic. But I disagree. On further inspection when I pop the hood, the grill hinges are broken, which wasn't broken before. I said he would have noted it on his around the walk initial inspection, but says he didn't because he's just marking for parts that will get painted, but he noted all the dings that wasn't covered, hmmmmmm..... Took in the car for one issue, come out with another. I don't know what I can do about it, but I will never come back to this Honda dealer!!!!

Annika Jimenez was the Associate that assisted me throughout the whole experience. She did a great job calling me for follow up and scheduling my appointment based on my needs. Was very patient and friendly during my two visits. The two ladies at the rental car department could have been more approachable and friendly. I wanted minimal contact with either of them during my visit. Annika reassured me that I would have a rental available when I needed one. Something that the youngest rental assistant couldn't do. That was the only disappointing part of my visit.

Be careful dealing with these guys, they bait and switch and try to upsell.I had previously negotiated the price of a brand new Accord on the phone and via email and had received written and verbal confirmation from the internet manager that they had the car and price I wanted.When I showed up, they stated that they cannot honor the WRITTEN confirmed quoted price because that price was for a car without any accessories and they install mandatory accessories on all their cars. Thus I would have to pay a higher price, for accessories I did not want. Total waste of my time. Don't waste yours dealing with Goudy Honda.

I went to this dealer simply for an oil change. However, when I was there I realized that it would be a good time inquire about a sedan since I was currently driving a coupe and wanted something roomier. My friend was working there that day, Sothy, so she told me to talk to her director, Art. Art was very knowledgeable about the different features and the pricing was in my range. Art was very professional and I liked the way he was courteous and polite when he was explaining things to me. Sothy was the one who showed me the different models of sedan in different colors. She showed me the different features in each car and I was able to narrow down what I preferred and what I didn't really care about. I had to leave because I was hungry but I went back later that day. After speaking with Art, seeing the different models with Sothy-- I made up my mind to go with the silver accord ex. Jeffrey was the one who helped me with my paperwork. He was fast and knew what he was doing. I left with my new car very happy and satisfied. This trip to the dealer was very fast, easy and I felt as though they listened to what I needed and what I wanted.

I had a very good experience of getting my CR-V in Goudy Honda. By the time I was trying to get a quote online of the CR-V and the sales person reply me very fast and give me a good price. When I get there to see the car, they just show me all the details of the car patiently and explain all my questions. Anyway, they are very nice people and I'll go back for sure if I need to change my car in the future. Also I'll refer to my friends as well.

Be careful dealing with this dealership. I negotiated (via email and on the phone) a price on a new Accord with the internet manager and received written confirmation of the price and that they had the car I wanted. I was very specific that I do not want any dealer installed options/accessories. When I showed up, the dealership refused to honor the previously agreed to price. Stating that the price is for the car without accessories and that they install accessories on all their cars. Thus they do not have the exact car I want, and if I wanted to buy a car from them, I have to pay extra. It was a total waste of my time. If they did not have the exact car I wanted, then they should have told me upfront so I would not bother coming in.

Advisor estimated 1pm for my van to be ready for recall repair. Van was ready after 3pm. I was unable to reschedule to pick the same day. Had to pick the day. Secondly, my steering column is off centered after SRS repair. I will have to return another time to have it corrected. Technician needed to verify that steering column was put on centered.

I purchased a visor for the passenger side of my 2007 Honda Civic from the parts department for $65. Gus helped me. I asked if he can stall the visor because he mentioned it was easy to install & no other customers there. It seem like he just wanted t leave because it was 25 minutes to closing time. What can I say about their SERVICE DEPARTMENT, SCAMMERS, CROOKS, and IDIOTS! Do not bother with these people. If you are a Female, do not go there, they will sabotage your car and try to make you buy their parts and use their labor. My sister was there for an Airbag recall and they ended up breaking her starter and asking for 400 dollars plus to fix it. Now we are in the process to towing it to our mechanic to fix. AGAIN, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE.!!!

Honestly, I don't know how much easier buying a car can be. I took my old Lexus in to get an oil change and the mechanics told me there was this and that wrong with it. ONE week later, I found myself buying a new HONDA. I am 23 and it was my first big investment (after college). I couldn't have done it without the helpful, friendly staff at Goudy Honda! I will never go to another location for a Honda or part from the Honda, such an amazing car. It was worth passing 15 other Honda dealerships along the way; the 1.5 hour drive was way worth the quality at Goudy of Alhambra!

I was just getting my feet wet when I arrived to Goudy Honda. it had been 18 yrs since I stepped onto a dealership. I was expecting sharks! I was impressed by the treatment I received. Javier V. was nice, polite, and not at all intimidating. He knew I may not purchase from them given I had done some research for options, but he still went out of his way to get me started and offered me different options to consider wherever it may be. Before I left he introduced me to his supervisor, Allen. He was funny, friendly, and encouraging. I left with a positive feeling. I obviously returned and purchased a CR-V 2014 and I am loving it!! I was satisfied with their service and would recommend the dealership.

Like any car dealer you have to be ready to bargain. That being said, they gave me 5 star treatment from beginning to end. They were honest and the car is remarkable. Everyone raves about the 50 mpg Prius. You can't get any car better than that right? But a lot of people don't know the Accord hybrid base model gets 50 mpg in town and 45 on the road according to the EPA estimates. Well now that we have had the car about a month, those numbers are about right. Sometimes we get 45 mpg and sometimes 47.5 mpg. Really close. If you drive according to the hybrid rules we could likely reach the EPA estimates. We have the same experience with our Prius. But this car has a dashboard that reminds me of the deck of the Star Trek Enterprise on their new movie. The lighting, the gentle noises that come on with these bright blue, purple and white lights as you start this car. The dashboard is truly a computer with remarkable abilities. Even the side mirrors are designed to nearly eliminate the blind spots in a high tech way. If your going to buy a Prius at least drive one of these first. An Accord hybrid is like a high end Prius for another $4000 bucks. Definitely worth it. Thank you Mr. Guiterrez. A proud new owner of these high end hybrid, Roderick Stansbery.

Now that I have had my 2014 Honda Civic for 3 months I believe I am adequately able to discuss my car buying experience at Goudy Honda. Overall, I have no qualms. What is normally an extremely tense (and many a time awkward experience) at the car dealership was actually an enjoyably positive experience at Goudy Honda. My father and I worked with the sales team of Tito, Jessica, and Karl. All of them where extremely friendly, and even humorous at times. They went above and beyond their "sales positions" to get me the car I wanted with all the accessories and items I requested. Not only did they show me how everything operated within the car, but they sometimes spent hours just going over the many questions I had. Their professional attitude combined with their genuine care about the customer really made the experience enjoyable. Even after I bought the car whenever I had questions they did not hesitate to try and aid me directly. For example, when I thought my civic's thermostat sensor was frozen I immediately called Jessica - who rapidly answered. Not only did she try to walk me through some troubleshooting steps (even though this is not her main job as salesperson) but she went ahead and made a direct appointment with the service manager that very same day! The only reason I dock points in this review is because they have useless tablets on the desks of their tables which they do not seem to use - seems like a waste of money. So if you are in the market for a Honda, give either Tito, Jessica, or Karl a call and they will be sure to help you out. My complete recommendations (I am not sponsored by Goudy Honda).

I went to Goudy Honda to take a look at the 2014 Honda Accord Sedan. I wanted to compare it to the Mazda 6, which I was very intrigued about. I had no intention on purchasing this day. But, Jessica Saucedo, the sales lady whom attended me with a pleasant and positive demeanor changed my mind. She answered all my questions and informed me of more features that convinced me, there was no better time to buy my new car. So, I purchased my Honda Accord. I am loving my new car, all in part, due to the way my experience went. I thank Jessica for her great help and informative explanations.

Alfonso Cabral is the man to go to! He was extremely patient which was pretty important considering how indecisive we were. Patiently answered all our questions and concerns. Alfonso was also friendly and approachable and didn't pressure us to buy a car. We were able to drive out with the car we wanted by the end of the day!

What i thought was amazing though was the fact that they didnt pressure me at all. They were patient with me as i made my choice. I was so excited to be getting a brand new car after driving a 1999 BMW. I went in the dealership in hopes of trying to find the right car, but not necessarily buying it that day. I already had the 2013 Honda Accord in mind but as soon as I walked into the dealership, I was politely greeted by Jessica Saucedo and she took me to see the car I wanted. When I walked up right to the car, I didn't feel right and Jessica already sensed that this was not the car for me! She took me to see the Honda Civic SI and I fell in love. I was so amazed at how Jessica was so easy to talk to and I really appreciated her help in finding the right car. I was so surprised at how quickly Jessica and I clicked that we even exchanged numbers and we still keep in touch now. Whenever I have a question about my car, I am able to contact her right away and receive an answer in an instant! I'm so very grateful for meeting such a nice and helpful woman to help me find the perfect car and she exceeds all expectations of knowledge in Honda cars! I got a 14 accord sport model silver. I wasn't ready for a new car at the time, i was just browsing at the cars in the LAfitness lot on Fremont and she seen me while she was going crazy looking a customers new car. I was surprise she took some time to ask me if I had a question I had just one and it was to see if they could help me even though I had no credit. She was nice to take some time to help me out she gave E her business card and I called her 2 days later and somehow jessica and her manager Tito explain things to my mother and I that we decided to get a new car thank you jessica n Tito . I recently got my honda accord service at Goudy Honda. Jim S. came over to greet me. He is the most down-to-earth man I have ever met. I explained to Jim that my car was making screeching noises. I decided to take it into Goudy and have it checked. Being a mother of two young children, the first thing I think of is the safety of them riding in my car. Jim was very knowledgeable about explaining to me about the brakes. He reassured me that the mechanic would take care of it. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I really applaud Goudy Honda dealership for providing the best customer service. I purchased my car there and referred five customers. All five of them bought their cars from Goudy. They also have their cars serviced at the dealership too. Therefore I had plenty of opportunities to deal with everyone working at the dealership. Starting with the receptionist, sales, finance, and service department. They all work very hard day in and day out to provide the best service at Goudy Honda. I am currently in the market for a Honda S2000, and they had several for me to look at. I ended up not buying a car from them, because they had a couple that were cheap but too worn for my taste, and another that was pristine but beyond my price range. I have been going to Alfonso Cabral of Goudy Honda for years and purchased 4 cars from him already. He is an excellent salesman, not the kind that will pressure you to buy something you don't need or can't afford. He has helped us get great deals on our cars and he is someone we trust. We can't imagine going somewhere else to get a car. We moved to South Orange County and have a Honda dealership a mile away from us, but whenever we need a new car, we still make the drive out to Alhambra just to see Alfonso.

In the month of May I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord sport from the Goudy Honda dealership. My sales representative was Jessica Saucedo who was great help.She walked me through the entire process, she educated and me informed me on all the different options that I have so that I was in a position to make the right decision for myself. She was patient with me and not pushy at all. So I did not feel any pressure to buy. When I finally decided on the car that I wanted to purchase the sales process only took two hours. I was literally in and out. Jessica still frequently checks on me to ask me how the car is performing and if there's any other questions that I would like to know about the vehicle. I have bought two cars from Goudy, an Accord for my Mom and a Civic for my friend. Rather they paid and i just helped them through the process, helping them decide which car would be best for them. And I always go to the cute sales girl Jessica. Her knowledge and experience is getting quite good so she can help you decide which car is best for you. She is patient and very nice to deal with. And test drives are easily handled. We drove like six cars, both used and new before we could decide. I always like a place where women are given an opportunity. Not many car sales girls out there. The managers, at least the sales managers are pretty cool and easy going.The guy who did the paperwork was a bit of an old school shyster who at first said they did not have a Honda extended warranty that we could buy and only offered a third party warranty. Then when I said I will check with Honda, he came back and said that I could buy an original Honda extended warranty after all. But all the others are really great, including the parts department. Goudy is also building a new extension. It should look nice when completed. Some of the other Honda dealers are a little strange, but this dealership is an easy going place. For me that is important. But Jessica is your girl if you want a car.

From the moment I stepped onto the Goudy Honda dealership, I was treated with first class. I started walking and looking at the line of cars and was not hounded or bothered. When I was ready to talk to someone, it looked like everyone was busy, but Michael Avila came up to me and asked if I had any questions or need help with anything. I was assisted by Michael Avila; His superb service skill reminded be a 5 diamond hotels from across the world. He was less salesman -like and more of an auto-concierge. I was thoroughly impressed. I recently moved to SoCal from overseas and opened a business. I needed a cost efficient and economical auto. Mr. Avila approached me mid-morning in early June. His presence, attitude and hospitable demeanor made my auto buying experience less like me previous purchases and more of a beginning of a friendship. Its not often that large auto purchases can be handled, paperwork secured and all completed in such a timely and exceptional manner. I did feel like I was purchasing my auto from a German auto showroom. Michael made myself and my family feel so at home and in a hospitable atmosphere. Going to Goudy Honda was a wonderful experience, my sales manager Dave Chu was straight forward and answered all my questions perfectly! I went into the dealership nervous because this is my first car under my own name, but Dave defiantly eased my nerves. During my search for a new vehicle, I came across Goudy Honda. They offered me a great deal over the phone, but when I went into the dealership, cash in hand, ready to buy - they changed their story. Art was the most pompous floor manager I've come across. He was condescending and rude in the way he spoke to me. He kept touting that he was the manager and kept undercutting his sales guys by saying their word means nothing. Even though, obviously, they check with him before confirming anything with us over the phone. In fact his sales guys called me back a total of 5 times to confirm every detail. I have been to many a dealership but none as unprofessional as this. I had seen the reviews on dealerrater but ignored them - that was my fatal mistake. Don't follow in my footsteps - avoid this dealership!Sidenote: The sales guy, Dave, was nice and pleasant to work with. The only reason I gave them a "2" for friendliness. It's really not his fault that he works under Art.

Upon arriving at the dealership, I saw the car and I loved it. This can was for my 17 year old son and of course he would love it too. When going to the dealership we were told to ask charlie brown. We asked for charlie brown and boy when I met himI knew right away that this guy was going to be a pain. While test driving the vehicle, I noticed him turning the music up and saying this car has amazing speakers. Was listening to 102.7 for about 5 mins of driving. Keep in mind that this was the 10th dealership we visited so far. So I was pretty exhausted and the car was being sold for a fair price. While negotiation, he told us the price were looking for is not possible, but what he can do for is take away the warranty and make the car cheaper. I knew right away that was b.s . But as a father I wanted to make my son happy, so we made a deal. Ended up driving the car back home and my son loved it. But when I drove it to work, I noticed a bunch of noises. Let me list down the following items that were broken in the vehicle.-engine mounts-cv joints-right front door lock-rear right door lock-oil gasket damaged.-car was leaking oilAnd atleast five more problems that I cant remember right now.While heading to kolbe honda I remembered charlie jacking up the volume. He didn't want us to hear the noises, he wanted to hide it from us. Wonderful. This guy was just heading for his commission, no customer service whatsoever. And not to mention this car had 20k miles with a 7 year 100k mile warranty. Dont get me wrong, I visited goudy honda and they told they'll get my car inspected. Bs . They didnt inspect anything, car was sitting there for a good two hours and got a call saying the cars in perfect condition. And its funny, I saw Charlie brown and he ended up completely ignoring me, no hey nothing. Not surprised at all. Brought it back and kolbe honda found two more problems and ended up fixing it. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, ESPECIALLY CHARLIE BROWN, SAVE THE HEADACHE!

I intended to buy a car from Goudy because their internet sales manager emailed me a very reasonable quote for a 2014 Honda Accord. But when I arrived to sign the paperwork, Goudy raised the price of the car by $1193.00!! Talk about bait and switch!!! Needless to say, tempers were raised, words were exchanged, and I left. As a consumer, you have the right to be treated fairly and honestly. Goudy apparently has no qualms about lying and not honoring their own written quote. Stay far away from Goudy and buy your car from a respectable dealership like Sierra Honda in Monrovia instead.

I bought a used car there and they switched the advertised price that was listed. I didn't notice it when I was finishing up the paperwork, but the tacked up the price $950. When I went back a week later I thought that they would me more than happy to help out and adjust the price, but instead they were rude and treated me like I was trying to scam them, when in fact they scammed my. Michael DeVille was rude and condescending and he acted like a thug along with his sales associates shoe all stood around me as if trying to intimidate me. It was the worse car buying experience that I've ever had!! What ever you do, do not go to Goudy Honda!!

Visited the used car lot for a car advertised online. I found the car and it was in good condition with low mileage Unfortunately the middle-aged salesman that I met were not so nice nor friendly and little bit suspicious. I made prudent offer for the car but he was hesitate to pass the offer to his boss instead he was browsing the internet and tried to proof that my offer was no good. He also insisted that I disclose detail information about my financial information even though I told him that I will use my own financing from credit union. We finally left the dealership after wasted my valuable time there. I ended up buying a brand new car from other authorized dealer for the same amount of money. Luckily I did not buy the car from that dealer. Very poor customer service and need serious improvement in order to get customer's confidence to buy there.

Very detail to explain about car function / how it works and you can see him try his best to make his customer happy. Even though after purchasing a car, if i have a small question, he still answer the phone. Wow. From now on, if I have a friend want to buy a Honda car, I'll go straight to him. Pricing : negotiation deal its really depends on both party (seller and buyer). Any dealer want to make as much as possible :'( Do the math is very important. The price of the vehicle was great! However, be aware that they will try to sneak in an extended warranty package (service package) into your final price without you even knowing about it. They will use fast talk to imply that the service is included in your purchase, but when you look at the final price it will include the price for the service packages. They are a business trying to make as much money as possible like any other business, but the sneaky process they use to go about this is dishonest and charlatan to say the least. Don't trust anybody in that place and just make sure you get the deal you agree upon. And absolutely read everything they are giving you to sign, no matter how long it takes. Other than that the sales room is nice, used car lot looks ran down, but cars are maintained, the sales people act nice, but nothing but business here, don't trust anyone, and just get your deal and get out of there with your integrity intact.

Wonderful overall experiance. Was able to locate exactly what we were looking for which wasn't an easy task as we were looking for a manual Accord. We didn't require repairs on this purchase; however, we needed a part for another one of our Honda vehicles and were very pleased that the part was available, didn't have to be ordered, and Goudy set it aside as requrested, so that we could pick it up on a Sunday when parts was not open.

I came here a few months ago with my wife, looking to get a second car. She was pregnant at the time, and we needed a car that was safe, good on gas, and with enough room to handle a baby without going too big like an suv. After looking around for a few minutes, we were immediately greeted by Michael. He was such a nice guy, and not pushy like some of the other dealers we went before. We had a lot of questions, and he had answer for everyone (very knowledgeable guy). We test drove a few models, and finally decided to go with a Honda civc HF; perfect car for our little family. The finance went well, and Michael (again) :o) came in and presented us with our brand new car! He went over all the details (very articulate). Now, the car is the best purchase we ever made. If I ever need another car, I'm head back to Goudy Honda!

Leased my Honda Accord 2012 in August from Goundy Honda. The customer service alone was great. I've been shopping around for about two months prior to coming to Goundy and right away I felt comfortable dealing with their agents, no presure when I was looking at all their great selections. When I was ready with my selection the deal was done that same day. This dealership mafe me loyal to Honda. I recomend this dealer to all my friends.

I was so happy with the first car I bought for my daughter from Goudy Honda, I bought a second one for my wife. Honda makes great cars, so that was a no brainer... but choosing the right Dealership was the issue. I found a great deal on the internet and met with Jefferey to discuss the deal. He was really easy to deal with, absolutely no pressure. Never did I feel like I was being sold a car, it was truly a buying process. We test drove several cars, found the ones we liked and Jeffery very quick completed the paperwork, and we are now a two Honda family. I have all of my service done at Goudy Honda, they are fast and there are never any surprises or up sells. Check them out for yourself and ask for Jeffery, he will take very good care of you.

Drove all the way from San Diego to look at the car we saw online. The tires were worn out and they lost the floor mats. We made a reasonable offer considering the defects, but the dealer would not budge one dime on his price. Don't waste your time going to Goudy, they are totally unreasonable in price and service (or lack there of).

I have been there twice. In the first time, after I drive test on CRV, and I want to try accord, the dealer didnt let me drive test, and ask me pay cash at that time.... wtf.....Dealer sucks, and the price sucks... Can u guys image that they gave me a offer for leasing accord2013 with 7000 down payment and pay 300 per month..... Wtf.. Don't go goudy...... Otherwise u will spend a lot of money.

This review is for their used car sales department. After getting my car serviced here for months, I kept getting letters from them saying they wanted to buy my 2006 Civic. I finally went in to see what the car was worth. I was getting tired of it and was ready for an upgrade. I met with Johnny Hartanto who looked at my car, the title, the body etc. and said told me that because of the minor accident on my car and the fact that it had been repainted, Goudy wouldn't buy my car for very much. Fine, that's legit. He said Goudy cared too much about their reputation to buy a car that had been repainted. THEN he told me he has a side business in El Monte called "Auto Use Car Inc." and he buys cheap cars from auctions and sells them for a higher profit. He said I should go talk to his business partner there and sell my car. He said he'd give me at least $8500, which is the auction value of my car. That is TOTALLY shady. Why would a Goudy salesman be trying to recruit me for his side car sales business? Of course I went to see the guy in El Monte because $8500 sounded pretty good to me. This "business partner" told me that he wouldn't buy my car and that Johnny was not his partner. Huh? Okay weird but whatever, I'm not worse off than when I started, I just wasted an afternoon driving to El Monte. I was a little annoyed that Johnny lied but I got over it.The next day, Johnny called me back and was super rude. This is how the conversation went:Johnny: "So are you going to sell your car to Goudy Honda?"Me: "Excuse me?"J: "Do you want to sell your car to me or not?"Me: "You wasted my time sending me to your 'business partner' in El Monte and now you want me to come back to you?"...that last bit was a summary. I was pretty annoyed this guy was calling me back. I figured out he was sending me to that place so the other guy in El Monte would say no, then Johnny could low-ball me figuring I'd be desperate to sell. WTF. I was pissed and made it known to Johnny on the phone. He started stuttering and said he had another call and that he had to go. CLICK.What a SKETCHY dealership. Most dealers prey on unsuspecting consumers, no surprise there. But the back door deals? Sending me to random car dealerships in strange towns with grammatically incorrect/misspelled names? I was hoping to forget this whole situation but after that call from Johnny I was going make sure his boss knew about the situation. So within an hour of my complaint to the sales I got a call from Quien, who profusely apologized, told me that I was a VIP customer, blah blah blah, and that he'd love to buy my car from me. UGH. Gross but at this point I wanted to sell my car so I took it in and I shouldn't have been surprised at the bait and switch that happened. Quien's nice guy attitude disappeared and he was all business after that. Was really rude but finally offered to buy my car for a price I was satisfied with but was super duper rude to me. They didn't even come back to tell me the sale paperwork had been filed, just left me sitting in the office. The used car department totally gave me the run around when I sold my Civic to them but in the end, I got a check in the mail and it all worked out. I wanted to write out this whole scenario because I think consumers need to know the kind of sketchy deals Goudy Honda is involved in. After all my terrible experiences with Goudy Honda, I would never go back to them and suggest that you stay away as well. You just can't trust what comes out of their mouths.

My son's car was totaled while we were out in California visiting him from the east coast. We visited car dealers all overmCalifornia from Saturday until Tuesday when we went to Goudy. Our experience was quite pleasant. To say Art went above and beyond to find us the perfect replacement at the best price would be an understatement. Dave our salesman was outstanding. Chay was great also. I have to say it was one of the best experiences we have EVER had at a car dealership and with 3 adult children and ourselves, our experience has been extensive. Everything was wrapped up before we left to go home and we could not have been more pleased with Goudy Honda. Thank you for everything.

Hey, guys, I'm gonna share my horrible experience with Goudy Honda recently. I'm currently a college student and got my first new car in my life from them last month. They ripped off me so hard, sold a Honda Fit Sport 2012 A/T, no Navigation to me at a price of $19,120(the price is just for the car) and that's the price before tax. I was in a hurry so they took advantage of me. Salesman Tommy was pretty friendly and easy to talk, but his superior was pretty firm on the car's price(Tommy said that he could not decide the price unless got his superior's or manager's approval). After a long time of bargain, it ended at $19,120 before tax and his superior was attempting to add an extra of $1000 as a term of so called 'market value balance' earlier(such a scammer, totally BS). And such price offers no extra accessories for the car at all... Let's talk about how I signed up the contract. I was lead to a small room and the guy in there handed me the contract while kept his mouth shut, he didn't explain any necessary terms such as how much is for what, APR, monthly payment, etc. but instead he only told me to sign here and there. He's like the expect customers to sign now and regret later typed person. So I'd advice everyone to read twice before signing your names. Next I'll tell you my experience about the extra alarm system they recommended me to purchase and I did end up to purchase it. They charged me $495+tax for that piece of crap and its performance sucks!!! It's basically an extra anti-shock sensor for the windows, probably only worth 20 dollars at most w/ labor fee included. I have to knock the windows really HARD like a boxer in order to trigger the alarm, seriously? And after I finished pumping gas at the gas station and closed the lid, the alarm somehow got triggered and people were all looking at me, it was super embarrassing! Also, it gets triggered while I'm washing the car as well. If they ever attempt to offer you the extra alarm, don't buy it, it's non-refundable, it won't help you with the potential car theft issue, but only cause you troubles!! It's an anti-owner alarm! I told my story to my 2 room mates, they all shake their heads. One of them was actually about to buy a car and he swear that he won't go to this stealership for sure. Goudy Honda, maybe you think ur smart for taking advantage of customers like me, but you also have caused a significant reputation decline and rejected potential buyers or returned customers, that's a silly move! Again, to all the potential customers, please think twice before you buy a car from Goudy Honda!

I was in the market for a 2012 honda pilot ex silver, i have been searching everywhere around my house within a 50 mile radius and the dealers i went to said they had it then when i went there they had a black one... i called Goudy honda and spoke with phillip and he told me he had 2 silver ones so i went there and they actually had 2 silver pilots. he pulled up the first suv and i inspected it and he asked if i liked it and i replied i wanted to get the car that had the lower mileage and he walked across the lot just to check there mileages and told me the other one was lower and brought it to the front of the lot for me. After test driving we worked on numbers, this is why i gave the dealership 5 stars throughout the board they will help you get the perfect price you want on the car.

My car was recently totaled in the Santa Ana winds that hit the SoCal region, it turns out tress falling on cars do a lot of damage. So I was on the market for a new car, and I went back and forth on whether to buy new or used. cars.com and the dealer sites to search inventory helped a ton! My first interaction with Goudy was when I called to ask about a '08 LX Accord. That was when I met Charlie "Brown" who was more than happy to answer some questions over the phone about the vehicle. The guy was very down to earth, a seasoned salesman and wasn't pushy at all. He took down my number. About 2 days passed by and I was still not really sure what the heck I was going to buy, and I had plenty of other sales reps hounding me if I was still interested. Then I got a call from Charlie asking if I was still interested, it took me a second to remember Charlie, then of course the peanuts character came to mind and the light bulb went off. I wanted to test drive the LX I had asked about so we set something up for the following evening. I showed up late at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing time. Despite it almost being closing time he spent a good hour with me doing a test drive with my wife and my daughter and was overall a real nice guy, very patient and respectful. Plus he didn't mind my 4 yr old dtr talking his hear off about angry birds and santa. Eventually, I ended up leaving about 45 minutes after closing without buying anything! I apologized for keeping him, but something didn't feel right about the car. It wasn't Goudy...It wasn't Charlie...It was the car itself, and I just didn't realize it until I did some more research. Eventually I found the '09 Accord EX-L through cars.com using the inventory feature. (Admitting to myself that a car with a lot of bells and whistles was what I wanted narrowed the search, hence the EX-L) I called Charlie to set everything up, confirmed that the vehicle was still there today and went in with my wife and dtr again, took a test drive and we all fell more in love with the car. We went inside to Charlie's office and went through all the different types of scenarios regarding down-payments, my budget, how low I needed my payments to be, and did our negotiation with class and mutual respect. One thing that I think really sat well with me was that Charlie never interrupted me, making me feel understood. Heck it may have just been a good tactic, but it worked! I walked away feeling like I got an amazing deal. (Going in having done some research helps too, get some apps on your iphone/android like car loan calculators to keep up, and at the Cars.com mobile app is way better than the mobile site!) In the end, I spent a good couple of hours wrapping everything up. I didn't mind since I live nearby, but other buyer's should note that there's plenty of things to do in Alhambra while waiting for things to wrap up at the dealership. There's a Target, Costco, and Souplantation 2 blocks away, and plenty of other restaurants. TIPS: Be prepared(use cars.com), get some apps, plan to spend 2-4 hours there, and feel free to walk around and ask questions. I walked the lot with my cousin, who has special needs and loves cars, and everyone was very nice; answering his questions and letting us get in vehicles. He had a blast sitting in a tricked out civic si in the showroom. Overall cool people IMO.

I went in with a pretty solid mindset to buy a used car from another dealer. But I thought it's always best to do due diligence so I pushed on with the appointment with Brian Taing. True enough, due diligence paid off when Brian went to great lengths to not only match the other dealer's quote, but I also got a car that's in much better shape and with all the other cherries on top. After the deal was sealed, I was expecting the gas tank to be filled so I took it for granted and didn't check the gauge. When I got home, I saw it was already almost empty. I emailed Brian about it and he explained the situation and then went on to promise to give me gas cards instead. I think it's fair enough considering I bought a used car. I'm now waiting for the gas cards.

Went there after being told that I could come by and look at the 2012 Civic Si, came and was told that it wasn't there even though the day before the internet sells person said it would be there. After that we told the sales person that I would like to look at another vehicle since we were there, he said he would get someone else to help us out. Stood there for a good 5-6 minutes and no one came to help out. Walked to my car and just took my business across the street. To make it worst I lived about an hour away. Horrible customer service.

Back in December 2007, my dad and sister decided to go shopping for my new car. Our first stop was at Goudy Honda, we were greeted professionally and negotiated a deal with Chay and Art. Art told us, that was the best price and no dealership would beat it. Usually dealerships would say something like that to keep you away from other dealerships. We shook hands and agreed on the price and left to three other dealerships around the area. When we told the other dealerships about the price that was given to us, they were shocked and pretty much just gave up on us and didnt even bother to price match or what so ever. Not just one dealership, but all three. We came back to Goudy Honda, and was greeted immediately by Art and Chay. They gave me a warm welcoming back feeling instead of I told you so kind of feeling. We made the deal, easy transaction and picked up the car the next day.Since my family and I had such an great quality service from them in 2007. I decided to buy another car from them very soon from the same people that helped Chay and Art. This time though, I did my research and got quotes from 10 dealerships. One dealership actually gave me an breath taking deal that I couldnt pass, so I decided to called Goudy Honda and spoke with Chay. He told me he will get me the same price, when the car comes in December. The other dealership, got the car I wanted and was coming to their lot two weeks and a half earlier then Goudy Honda with the same price and all. Now comes the best part, even though its only an verbal deal that Chay is giving me, I am going to give him my full TRUST, and pass on the deal that was given to me by another dealership. I honestly hope he can pull through for me when December comes. I am only doing this because of the trust and professionalism that these two awesome guys given my family and I back in 2007. I will be writing another review soon, of course pretty much the day I buy my second car from them. cheers! for now.Kevin

The most painless car shopping we have done in years. Hugo Gonzalez, our car salesman, was very honest and personable. He completed our car purchase in about 2 hours even though we had our 10 month old son with us. We highly recommend Goudy but make sure you ask for Hugo to help you decide on the best car for you. Our next car purchase will be at Goudy Honda with Hugo and we hope to be out of there in 1 hour. Muchas gracias Hugo.

We went here to get my girlfriend a new, used car. It was our first stop of the day and should have been our last. We drove all around and I must say, these guys had the best example of the car we were looking for and a good price. I second the reviewer below that they wouldn't budge on price but it was good to begin with and they worked with us on financing to get a super low rate, which was lower than the pre-approved one she'd gotten from a credit union. We dealt with Charlie "Brown," who was friendly, helpful, and straightforward and the buying experience was relatively painless and easy, compared to how things can be when buying a car. We realized later that there was no manual in the glove box but they sent one out later that week.I'd definitely go back to Goudy.

Before going into all the details; I must say that Michael DeVille's decision making under time pressure was beyond any expectations, which resulted in another loyal customer. Charlie's knowledge and sincerity contributed to this as well. I came to Goudy Honda because I was interested in 2009 Honda Pilot and I met with Charlie Brown at the used cars lot. Charlie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere person; he answered all of my questions; however, by the time I was ready to buy the car; we found out it just got sold. I realized that was no dealership fault and things like this happen all the time. The problem for me was the budget. I picked up the cars.com pricing which was relatively low and difficult to find anywhere else. There were no other similar priced cars at this dealership; so I had to leave. To my surprise, Michale DeVille offered to price match a better car for me (certified Pilot EX with only 2/3 of the original car mileage)! What a surprise! He didn't have to wait for my "YES" for more than half a second! Michael, absolutely truly you made my day. THANK YOU!!!!

I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Goudy Honda...I had visited a different Honda dealer the day before and WALKED OUT because the experience became annoying/irritating and I left with a headache.Hugo is so wonderful when it comes to Customer Service. Goudy Honda has a real asset on their hands with him. He made us feel comfortable and very much appreciated. He explained things in "normal people terms" and we even shared a few laughs.You never know what you get when you're nice to someone. I consider myself lucky; I was searching for Honda Elements on Craigslist. I found Charlie Browns ad, He calls them Charlie Brown Specials at Goudy Honda. It was a 2007 Honda Element. I like the Element because, I like to take my dogs out and I like to bring my bicycle with me. The Element is perfect.I called Charlie and he told me that the Element may have been sold, but he would check and call me right back. I was a little disappointed because it was the best deal I could find. Well, he did call me right back and told me the Element is still available. I got a ride from my girl friend. When I saw the Element I was impressed, very clean, shinny, even had brand new tires.Charlie showed us around the car, and then took us for a test drive. After a great test drive he showed us how to use the CD player, Cruise Control, and what all the buttons are for.Now I was concerned, I love the car but my credit is kinda stinky.Charlie Brown was able to get me an interest rate, which was better than I felt I deserved.This Guy is Great!Before I left, he had the car detailed and made sure I knew how to work everything. Also he made sure I had the radio code. Then he walked me around the dealership and introduced me to all the Managers, Sales, Parts, and Service Managers. If I need anything, I know now, who to talk to. Charlie Brown made my car buying experience enjoyable.I would suggest! Give Charlie Brown a chance to earn your business.

Hugo Gonzalez is the guy to see for a used car. Great guy to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions, a real pleasure to deal with. The dealership has great deals on used cars and all of the staff is very friendly. I did a lot of price checking before I bought my 2007 Honda CR-V and they had the best deal by far.

They were very helpful to us-JUST LIKE THE COMMERCIAL.The tech found a nasty(dangerous)tear on the rear tire of our CR-V and the replacement won't be available til next week. But, being helpful, the service manager didn't stop till he found a solution to replace the broken tire. So 30minutes after, we left with a shiny new tire. Thanks Honda Goudy!

Just drove off with a new car from Goudy Honda! Excellent customer service from Victoria - she is knowledgeable and friendly, without being pushy. She answered all our questions and patiently waited while my husband and I discussed the details and made our decision. Mike Deville and staff treated us like VIPs. We have bought 6 cars in 20 years - all from Goudy Honda! We wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I got my 2010 accord coupe from Goudy Honda and was a little tough on the Manager. When I first called I confess I was rude and insulting, I asked him if he cold do 250 yes or no. He was honest and said no, I immediately hung up and called another dealer. I got to the other dealer and they lied to me to get me in. No need to tell the name but they are in West Covina. I call the guy back and apologized for my actions and told him that I just wanted a low payment, I did not get specifically what I wanted, but I did get a low payment. I liked the treatment and the Manager, so is 5 fair, it is much higher than the other dealer. I'll get my next car from Goudy and my friend got a white accord at my request that she go the this dealer. I'll go back, that's all.

My wife and I decided to buy a CR-V EX-L plus Navi. I contacted a number of local Honda dealers, specifying the EX-L +Navi. Goudy Honda came back with a terrific price and their Internet Sales department seemed very eager to sell us a CVR EX-L plus Navi. We dropped by the dealer and test drove a CRV EX-L plus Navi with the exact color/options combination that we wanted. We asked for clarification that this exact car, the EX-L plus Navi, is the same car on the quote I was emailed and the sales rep said it was and that he had gotten the price from his manager. We decided to buy and told them we would bring a cashier's check the following day - we were told the car we test drove, the CRV EX-L plus Navi would be cleaned and ready for us (do you see a pattern yet?). The following day, with cashier's check for the exact amount we had agreed upon the previous day in hand, we arrived to take possession of our car. While they were filling out the sales paperwork the sales rep discovered that the price they offered to sell us the CRV EX-L plus Navi for was actually the price for the EX package (no L, no Navi), and that the actual price for the ex-L plus Navi was about $6,000 more. The sales rep brought his manager over and the manager apologized and assured us that this was an "human error" and an "honest mistake" and he blamed the sales rep for being new and inexperienced. He said he wanted to make it right by us. I told him the only way he would make the sale is to honor the agreement from the previous day and sell us the CRV EX-L plus Navi for the amount on the check. After a little back and forth he told me that he could not come down on the actual price for the EX-L plus Navi. We got up and said our good buys. He offered to knock $2,000 off the new price. I told him the price on the check is non-negotiable. He offered another discount. We left. BUT, we had forgotten the registration for the trade in on the sales rep's desk, so we had to go back. The sales rep came out to the car and delivered the registration and another offer from his manager - an additional $800 off the new price. I told him we would never buy anything from Goudy Honda.I would like to add that we did end up buying a CRV EX-L plus Navi from Nelson Honda in El Monte. They were much more honest, and we got a descent deal without having to jump through hoops. However, if we weren't so set on the CRV because of its navigation system (we like the Alpine system more than the Toyota) and because we trust Honda to make a reliable car (my wife refuses to consider domestic brands but we like that our new CRV is made in Indiana) we would be driving a RAV4. I will clarify - Goudy Honda almost made us buy a Toyota.I am going to be forwarding this complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce. Goudy Honda is a disgrace and an embarrassment to the Honda Corporation.The sales rep's name was Brian Taing. I can't remember his manager's name.

After purchasing more than 15 cars over my lifetime, Quinn wins as the most unprofessional and unfriendly salesperson I've had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. I do not know how this man has ever sold a car before. I will not deal with any dealership that would employ such a person.

Bought a 2006 Honda Civic from Goudy Honda. The sales and service was quite good. Goudy's got a decent inventory to choose from so that was a plus. I was looking for a economical family car and that i found at Goudy. Also got a decent price on the civic. So far our civic has given us no trouble. Even took the car in for a couple of servicings and the express service at Goudy's was just that. Had to wait in the line for some time but once you get to your turn it went fast. But the best part was that i could take the car in on a sunday. sure saved me some weekday schedule juggling. The guys seem pretty upfront to me. Would not mind recommending Goudy Honda to my friends.

Beware the service department of this dealer. I took my 2003 Cr/V to them with an A/C problem, believing it to be a warranty issue. They held the car for a day, implied they took apart the A/C Unit and diagnosed a "internal A/C system failure caused by compressor failure, seizing with debris contamination" costing $3000 to fix. I complained as a warranty issue; they offered a 10% "good customer" discount... now cost $2700... I still believed it was a warranty issue but they wouldnt budge. I called Honda of America and they said they had to assume the dealer was correct and if they offered the 10% discount, that was about all they could do. I asked for my car back. It took another day to get the car back; I took it to my "neighorhood shop" - bad fan and freon leak. Cost $350 to fix and it has been working fine for 3 months. The trouble diagnosis from Goudy was explained as a seized compressor and broken parts, confirmed by taking the unit apart. Cost - $3000+The actual fix was replacement of the main cooling fan, an A/C valve to and recharging the freon. Cost = $350Those guys are either horribly incompetent or worse and I strongly suspect worse...

I am an older single female, leary of car dealerships where I HAVE been taken advantage of and lied to....I negotiated the price of a 2009 Honda Pilot Touring Edition 2WD with Chay Taing over the internet; and, once price was agreed we set up a time to meet the following morning. Despite the fact that traffic backups over the 60+ mile drive made me an hour late, Chay was friendly, respectful, and true to his word. The price remained the same, no dealer add-ons were sprung on me (I had told him over the internet that I did NOT want any dealer add-ons). Chay let my 5 year old who needed to accompany me (medical needs) sit in the display Odyssey and watch a DVD on the RES...she was thrilled!Richard in Financing also did not present any add-ons. The Honda Care Warranty was presented, which I expected. Richard also showed me how my payments would go down with a longer pay-back period (which I also expected, and declined).He was low-pressured, and polite when I stuck to my plan. This I DIDN'T expect, as I have sat through high pressure pushing of "mop and glow" and "rust-proofing" in other dealerships through the years, and gone home after hours of paperwork to find I was paying over 5 years rather than 4 (my own fault for not having discovered Edmunds.com sooner!)I am very happy with Goudy Honda, Chay Taing and Richard. They made my SUV purchase very enjoyable - absolutely NO "buyer's remorse".

Firstly, let me give you some of my own background so you understand where this review is coming from. I am the woman that other female and male friends call when they are ready to get a new car. I am the Internet Research Queen and ultimately the closer who goes with friends to deal with car salespeople, the dealership's "internet sales" department, the financing department, etc. My friends come to me knowing that they are coming to a good, honest source of information that goes into the dealerships to make sure all promises are kept.My suggested procedure for all my friends is: 1) price the car you want via the internet, get all the quotes you can in writing and clarify EXACTLY what you are getting for the price 2) pre-qualify yourself for a loan BEFORE walking into the dealership to have some ammunition and then 3) stick to your guns and to written promises made via email and don't be afraid to walk out with me when I feel they are not getting what was promised.All this being said, last year in April I found myself with a mistake. Somewhere along the line, Volvo ceased being what they are known for being and I was looking at a very upside down loan on a 3 year old vehicle I did not trust and had to pay out the wazoo every time I filled it up with skyrocketing 91 gas. I did my normal research, really wanted a Honda Civic Hybrid and mapped out the consequences of rolling an upside down loan into a brand new loan and being super upside down on the new car in addition to probably paying a higher interest on the gap loan between old vehicle and new according to my finance company.I got my quotes, Goudy was the cheapest and I "met" Art because he was wanted to make sure that one of my inquiry emails into one of the junior sales guy was being handled on a timely basis. I explained my situation to Art, knowing that Goudy had the best price and with the intention of having to suffer somewhat for being upside down on a loan.I know the whole process takes about 4 hours and Goudy was busy the day I went in, Art was busy, everybody was busy, but no one neglected me. When the important parts of the process came, the final price, financing, etc., Art came right back to me. Goudy have me exact Blue Book dealer value for my trade-in, they rolled my old loan into my new loan and gave me a flat rate of a brand new (cheap) Honda loan. This rate was so much better than the best one I found through research!This past Friday, I went BACK to Gaudy and Art Cheng a SECOND time to do a lease for my husband. I had Honda's special lease offer in my hands, but we did not even have to refer to it because Art printed the same ad and was walking us through the pricing process. We traded in my husband's car for a lease down payment and here again; the offer was absolutely fair for the condition my husband's car was in. Art already told me on the phone that the monthly lease price will be 8.25% of each monthly payment price and prepared me for the $14 difference BEFORE we even walked into Goudy. Our lease price was exactly as advertised: $169 + 8.25% and we decided to buy extra miles for $9 more.Financing historically sells emotional add-ons and Mr. Mogg did NOT even do that. He told us what was available to us but said that he will leave it for us to decide to take/not take. I had a very pleasant, non pushy experience with Art, York and Mr. Mogg.The only reason I saw this website was because I originally Googled Goudy Honda for Art's number. I am very surprised that anyone felt slighted or tricked by Goudy and/or by Art. Each time I have been here I have been given straight forward information that came to finalization in black and white on paper. I want to make sure that Goudy gets their fair shake in this. I consider myself an educated, realistic, experienced new car consumer and I give Goudy a 5 star.

Same old story: Called them with a quote to match from another dealer. "Yes," said Art director of Internet Sales. Went in (and despite my having leased 2 and bought one in the last 6 years), he "explained" that the other dealer had made a mistake and instead of $371/month I was looking at $429/month for a CRV. That obviously is not a price match as promised.A couple of salient points: I've been(past tense) a loyal customer of Goudy, have top credit and always have equity in my returned cars and this is how I was treated. Unfortunate. No wonder car sales guys have the reputation they do.

Hello all,This my first post. I would first like to say that I am finally able to afford an S2000. Sadly, I have experienced the most horrible fiasco to attain a 2009 GP White S2k. As trying to be part of your community, I would like to warn all of my new friends of this dealership....GOUDY HONDA = 1400 West Main Streeet - Alahambra 91801PHONE = 1(626)576-1114Salesman = Charles/Charley.They treated me like a dog. They gave me a price of 31,608 out of the door and even emailed/faxed me a copy of that quote. I had to take paid time off of work and my father had to do the same for us to make it over there. It is a 50 minute drive from Irvine to Goudy. During the drive, Charles called us a couple times and assured us that a GP white S2K was waiting for us. Five minutes before we arrive, Charley calls us and tells us that he sold it to a person that offered a lot more money than we did. He says sorry and then hangs up. Then we called him back and he said he would be able to sell us a 2008 gray s2k for that price....hell no, we agreed to the 09 for that price.This was a DAMN clear sign of BAIT AND SWITCH. Charles actually did not sell it to anyone...according to the customer service manager (Kurt) it is unsold and still on the lot....washed. As a lover of S2000 and of Honda, I pity this dealership. Please never go to them. Pass the word around. As a first time buyer, this is the worst experience one should go through.I would feel great if any of you give them a call and tell KURT (the customer service manager) what he did to Vijay was wrong. I bet he will sell me that car then. hahaha.I used this forum as a threat to Goudy Honda stating bad reviews will get them eventually. They actually knew of the people on this forum!!! He sounded kinda scared!Thanks for your help and comments guys, now i am scouting for a damn rare car to find.

The experience with them put me off so ended purchasing from Honda of Hollywood. First dealt with Tommy and his price qoute good and he said he is sure he can get lower with manager. I said I'll be back in a few days. Next 2 days I called Tommy and he told me he is off and I can go in to deal with his partner, I asked about the price again and he said sure it is the same he quoted. When I went in his partner did not want to deal so they get me another salesman but the price jumped right back up. After letting them know that I know what the invoice price is, their service and attitude became very rude.I also tried to contact their internet sales for quote but heard nothing back.

The sales manager Chuck (he is the manager for the internet division I think) was perhaps the most rude, unprofessional salesperson I have encountered in shopping for a car. He tries to bully you into making a decision about the car and does not show any basic courtesy. I had gone to Goudy after a deal fell through in a VW dealership, and I had basically made up my mind to buy a Honda at Goudy. The associate was very friendly, but Chuck took over and he helped me to change my mind. I'm glad I didn't do business with someone like him or a dealership that supports that kind of staff person.

After reading all the good reviews, I called Goudy Honda in search of a black Civic EX with navigation. The guy who answered, Edgar, said they have it in stock. I double checked to make sure it has navigation. He said absolutely, and they just got it this morning. After work, I headed over with my friend so he can help me pick up the car. I drove 35 minutes, only to find out the one they have does NOT have navi. He then tried to explain they can install aftermarket navi at a premium price. After that was unsuccessful, he tried to sell me an Accord. The guy Edgar was unprofessional, and his colleague, Chuck, who tried to steal our business at first, was also extremely unprofessional. They have tents in the parking lot with trailers because they were remodeling, and the place looked like a flea market. Don't be mislead by all the fake reviews written by Goudy's "Internet Division". Learn from my lesson. Save your time. Shop elsewhere. NEVER TRUST GOUDY HONDA.
