Recently purchased a new F-150 from Boucher and my salesman, Dave, was fantastic. No pressure, found exactly what I was looking for, and made the process painless and the financing manager definitely worked hard to get me the best deal. They also gave me a fair value for my trade-in, which isn't very common these days. i would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

I was in the market for a pre-owned Ford F-150 truck. Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls had a nice 2011 Lariat Super Crew in stock. Called to inquire about vehicle. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. I visited dealership to look at the vehicle and was met by sales staff Joe Jubran. He welcomed me and made the process of reviewing the vehicle and eventually taking it overnight for a test drive effortless. No pressure. I did eventually purchased this vehicle and felt the price I received as very fair. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your next auto or truck.

I have dealt with multiple dealerships over the years, and after being jagged around for the millionth time, I walked into Gordie Boucher Menomonee Falls, six years ago. Right off the bat, I felt welcome and knew these guys were straight shooters. I did not feel as though someone was trying to pull something over on me, which I felt at other dealerships. I leased a new Ford Explorer six years ago and there wasn't a question in my mind where I was getting my next vehicle. I just turned my Explorer in and I leased a new Ford Expedition. I will never go to another dealership, as long as the staff continues to treat their customers with respect. Kudos to all!

Absolutely HANDS DOWN the worst experience I've ever had a dealership! After 7 repairs in a few months, the dealer said they had my front end fixed. After using the truck's 4 wheel drive for the first time - my ENTIRE WHEEL assembly fell off the truck and the service department refused to cover any repairs! The service manager Mike Schultz compulsively LIES and makes constant excuses for the multiple visits, lost parts, damage to the vehicle, etc.Some other issues with this dealership;They damaged my hood and front of the truck - then tried to cover it up with a dab of touch up paint. The actual repairs needed to fix this cost over $600! They made up excuses as to how this happened and to why they 'touched it up'The mechanic FORGOT to tighten the bolts on my driveshaft causing the entire shaft to FALL OFF the truck while driving. I'm lucky I was not injured or didn't cause an accident. Complete lack of quality control.4 TIMES - they lost wheel covers after doing repair work on the wheels. How hard is it to make sure they are properly snapped on?Multiple repairs for the same issue - it takes a minimum of 3 visits to get any repair done - again the service manager makes nothing but excuses!There are plenty of good honest dealerships out there - PLEASE AVOID GORDIE BOUCHER!!!

Searching for a car can be stressful, espcially for teenage drivers. The entire process was smooth, everyone was so friendly and trustworthy we really felt as though they wanted our kids to be safe driving and helped us find the perfect fit. In fact we left with a Ford Escape which was initially not even on our radar. Our boys were thrilled with the purchase and we feel 100% comfortable with our decision. The staff are liars and do not honor the prices they print. We even called the dealer before driving 25 miles to buy the truck. We asked if they would still honor the expired news paper article and the price for a 4 door truck 4x4. They said we will talk to management. Management said yes. We then had another person call and they got the same information. When we got to the dealer they said it was a misprint and that was for a different truck. DUH!!! We knew that, that is why we asked if you would honor the price on the truck YOU advertised. In the end they tried getting us into a truck that we did not go there for. I even expressed to the dealer that I did not want to waste mine or theirs time. They still lied even though they knew it was not correct. In the end we ended up buying from another dealer for much better price and service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

Morally bankrupt is the only way to describe this dealership. In April I purchased a new 2013 f-150 from them. I worked with several dealers and finally found the truck I wanted near the price I wanted. I have an email string with my salesman accepting my detailed offer and asking when I would like to pick it up. In my offer i listed what I was willing to pay plus tax, title and license. No other fees. Of course, when I arrived, the deal had changed. I pointed out that we had a deal. (It was very similar to the scene in the movie Fargo). They did not care. There was no way they could possibly waive the documentation fee. This is pure crap. The second I threatened to give them "1" on the Ford survey they could not negotiate fast enough. I turned down the refund of my doc fee and in the end gave them the "10" that they begged for because I did not want to see my salesman punished. That changed today. I was told during the sales process that the F-150 with Ecoboost received free oil changes and tire rotations every 7500 miles from Ford. I was assured that I could have the service performed at any Ford dealer. I called to schedule my first oil change today. You guessed it, they have never heard of this program from Ford.Lessons learned1. If a gordie Boucher salesman is talking, he is lying. His manager is ten times worse.2. Use the survey as a negotiation point. If they want a 10, make them earn it.

My sales rep (Terry Illion) was so knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, it was a "no brainer" to choose Gordie Boucher! My questions were answered by showing me how things worked! AND I got a great price that fits my budget! It's the second time in eight years that I've bought a new car at Gordie Boucher after really shopping around. It IS an "award-winning dealership" and I highly recommend them. I couldn't be happier with my new Fiesta!!

Drove THREE hours for a scheduled appt to see a car, several phone calls and emails with Julie & Terry to confirm. We arrive and are told that they sold it ten minutes before we got there. They knew we were coming from a long way and couldn't have cared less. They'd be happy to help us find another car. Yeah, I'm sure they would. Told them no thanks, won't be giving them our business. Then to top it all off we get an email later that day from Terry about what a pleasure it was to meet us and thanking us for the opportunity to help us find the right car. He enclosed a brochure with all the details of our new car. Um, buddy, you might want to send this to the guy you actually sold the car to not the people you screwed! Says a lot about the integrity of the business and the salesman, rather than wait for us they jumped on the sale, didn't even call us, and had little to no reaction when we showed up. A good saleman would have had a list ready of different cars for us to look at but Terry acted like he was doing us a favor by offering to find another car. Stay away from Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls!!

My wife was shopping in Menomonee Falls when our 2005 Ford Escape broke down. She managed to get it to Gordie Boucher Ford before it completely died. This was on a Saturday and she was 2 hours from home. These people had no obligation to do so but they gave her a loaner car to use at no charge. We had been planing to trade our Ford Escape this summer. When we found out what the repair costs where I decided this was the time to trade. They treated us very fairly and we bought a 2013 Ford Edge Limited AWD from them. We where very pleased with the friendly service and just love this new car. Given this experience I would definitely give them the opportunity to sell me my next car even though they are located 2 away from me.

Joe was great to work with and I would not hesitate in refering him and Boucher Ford to anyone. Our schedule is very hectic with limited free time, and it was great to be able to work around the availablity of myself and my husband as we were not able to get to get to the dealership together.

I normally do not participate in these types of reviews, however my experience at Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin on Saturday September 22, 2012 was so outstanding, I was compelled to let others know so they too could have the same experience. Nor would I normally give complete highest scores possible, but Walter Zawadzki in sales and Kris Alter in finance worked so hard for me. Actually, everybody I had contact with there was courteuos and helpful. I have never been treated this way at any car dealership in the past. The last few years have been rough for me financially. Thinking I would not be in the financial position to purchase a vehicle, I was there to see if I could lease a vehicle. Walter and Kris worked the numbers to the point I was able to purchase a new vehicle. There was absolutley no tension in the process. They made it happen for me, so I highly recommend seeing them. I recently had my truck in for service to boucher ford in Menomonee falls wisconsin. They told me my alternator was bad and my battery was bad along with several lights burnt out. I didnt understand how this could be since it was a new alternator and a brand new battery (less than 4 weeks old) I reluctantly agreed to a new alternator and battery and declined on the rest. When I picked my truck up I requested I get my bad battery back. I then took the so-called bad battery back to where I bought it from and they tested it and found nothing wrong with it. I then went home and checked my truck for burnt out lights and found all light are working. If this is how ford and it dealers do business by lying to loyal ford owners then I will not be buying another ford ever and I will discourge all family and frends to do the same. When i contacted the dealer they pretty much told me to get a lawyer. (Just bad business in my book)This dealer will out right lie to you and tell you parts are bad when they are not! Buyer beware!

Visted MANY dealerships, ended the search with John Gooding at Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls. Great price on first offer, best trade in deal and was treated PERFECTLY. John was all over my requests, with perfect amount of communication and didn't pressure...easy choice. Noticed bumper damage from transport few days after...no problem taking care of. Highest regards of dealership and John...left Chevy and Holz after 20 years without a thought.

During the past few weeks in my search to many dealerships seeking a specific price on a Ford 150, I can honestly say Mr. llion at Gordie Boucher was a breath of fresh air in comparision to other salesmen at different dealerships. Not only was he professional but courteous and very helpful in my finding the right vehicle. Other salesmen were also professional but Mr. Llion took an additional approach by being suggestive, helpful and very trusting. With the Ford incentives for the Memorial Day 2012 weekend, I decided to price a 2012 Edge Limited with AWD. With no pressure at all, General Manager Jeff Samp quickly provided a price better than I expected. Finance person Kris Alter was extremely thorough explaining all options and incentives on the financing and offered other available services with no pressure to purchase. Kris completed all paperwork including the required Wisconsin registration and plate transfer and was very personable. Salesperson Joe Jubron spent a great deal of time explaining the SYNC, MyFord Touch, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring system, navigation system and other features. It was obvious that Joe was going to spend as much time as needed to satisfy me and even connected my IPhhone. I have never owned a vehicle with so many fancy features and drove away knowing how they all worked! Thanks so very much to the crew at Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, for your efforts to create one very satisfied customer. Nick was very helpful in helping me find the right car. I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to push something I knew I didn't want (was great). I found a few things I wanted fixed on the pre-owned not only did he arrange to have it fixed, they had a loaner for me to drive. Kevin from service, and the other workers - AMAZING!!!! Friendly and great service. It was a long drive for me to go there, but well worth it!!! All dealers should be like this one.

Found the entire experience to be very positive. Worked with me to find the type of vehicle I was interested in. They gave me a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. Thoroughly explained the vehicle and its features to me. Had vehicle ready when promised, waiting inside after a snowfall. Everyone at the dealership was professional, from the Tom in sales, the sales manager on duty, and Aaron in finance. I will recommend them in the future.

After doing research on the 2012 Ford Fusion. I knew exactly which dealer and sales person I wanted to work with. Last spring my husband and I purchased a brand new 2011 Ford Explorer from Paul Johnson at Gordie Boucher of Menomonee Falls. His sales etiquette was excellent,he's very personable and after explaining exactly what we wanted in our Explorer we walked out of Gordie Boucher with a new Explorer and a repeat customer because I just purchased my 2012 Fusion from the same person. Again, I must say I am pleased with the all around expierience from priceing,knowledge of the car and the fact that when I called Paul again he remembered us and told me he had the perfect car in mind for me. He was right!! I love my car and would send friends,family and co-workers his way. Great Dealer/Great salesperson. Our 2nd great Expierience!!! Thank you!! :)

Not only did they hold the car I wanted for 4 days, they sent a driver to come pick me up 3 hours north of the dealership when my car broke down.
