Wow, I was Really Impressed over my experience at Glenn E Thomas Jeep during my auto purchasing. I would like to start with Monica M, she was wonderful and helped through the complete process. I inquired about a Jeep, she verified it was on the lot, and she met with me by setting an appointment and was completely helpful. 2cd was Luke C. who worked out the deal and was totally up front with all the numbers ( No Smoke and Mirrors ). 3rd was Kim in finance who got all the papers done, in a no pressure atmosphere and made us feel at home during this process. Finally, again was Monica who wanted to make sure we were all set and 100% comfortable before leaving. This was the Best Experience I ever had at a Dealership, and I was even in the auto industry for over 25 years myself. Keep up the Great Work Team and you will have customers for Life. Next Car I Buy will be from Glenn E Thomas.

My experience at Glenn Thomas was the best car buying experience that I have been part of. My rep, Anthony "Tony" was just awesome. He was non-pushy, calm, transparent, and welcoming. Even though he was selling another car at the exact same time as my appt. he never broke a sweat or stressed out. We brought our new Husky pup in with us, and they treated him with love offering water, pets, and treats. The bottom line is this. I walked into the dealership knowing what car I wanted and what i wanted to pay. Tony worked with me and we landed incredibly close, close enough for me to drive away in a brand new 2021 Wrangler 4XE Sahara. It's by far the nicest car I've owned, and I am now a Glenn E. Thomas lifer. Will be calling Tony today re: new steel bumpers. :) Do your research, let them know what you are looking for, and ask for TONY! You won't be sorry. :)

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. If I could return my vehicle and remove this experience from my life, I would do just that. It starts from Tom the service manager, to the service advisor, Dan. The problem is that my Jeep Renegade has a faulty capless gas tank, and something metal popped up and I was not able to insert gas nozzle into my tank from Friday at 7:30pm to Monday at 10:30am. I missed work so that I can take it to the service repair at 2100 Spring, you would think they would accommodate you by putting $20.00 worth of gas in your tank, since I purchased the car from there in January 2016, no they say that's your problem.... We can just order the part, and make you Wait for Five more days to install the part, and you can drive back to Long Beach for installation. I simply Hate Auto Repair People, they are the dumbest most inconsiderate xxx wipes alive!

I had to go there twice to order a new Dodge Challenger. The sales team is not that agile to help you. I recommend everyone to study their homework (learn the prices, payment plans) before going to this dealer.

This dealership has become a joke. Its sad when the customer knows more about the cars than the sales people. Sales people should know the product. There were multiple red flags telling me to move to another dealer but the final one was when the owner's son was working on a quote for me and he simple stayed in is office didn't come out and say hello and introduce himself. Hey buddy, I am about to give you 65K, you can't come out and say hello! That right there should tell you to stay away from this dealership. Glad I didn't pull the trigger yet. See the sales people on the floor don't make the decisions about pricing, the sales managers do (one of them is the owners sons). Since they will not talk to regular customers, you're pretty much wasting your time at this dealership.Its very evident the issue at this dealership is the sales management. The sales people on the floor are nice but their hands are tided because the owners son is lazy, doesn't understand sales, and doesn't engage with the customers.

About 10 months ago I bought used 2013 Dodge Challenger. I was having problems with this car first week I bought it, keyless door entry didn't work, and my steering wheel started squeeking. When I was buying this car, my sales guy was calling me "family". When the problems started, he never answered any of my calls... They took about two weeks to fix it. Now it's been about 10 months and my engine keeps coming on and off, and they can't figure out what's the problem.... DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE.

A good place to purchase a vehicle, but do service it here. It has taken 5+ hours to change a battery and still waiting. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service it takes 5 to 9 hours to do simple repairs. Word of advice take it some place else.

My family has bought countless vehicles from this dealership in the past,but it seems like the service center is a total joke. I got a recall notice in the mail for the rear end on my truck. I called in ahead of time and had the parts ordered. I never go a call back. Showed up a month later to get the work done being told the parts where unstick waiting for me. Late in the next day I get a call to pick up my truck. They said the rear end was loose and needed to order the parts so the tightened it up and told me I would receive a call in a week to let me know the parts came in. 3weeks go by and no call. I call up Frank to see if the gears he ordered 3weeks ago had come in and he told me that he had not ordered them yet. 2 more weeks go but and I called in to see if the parts came in and they had been there for a week, no one bothered to call. Bring my truck in for the new gears to be installed leaving it with Pat this time. Later the next day I come to pick my truck up and they claim "the nut was replaced!" I bring up my last visit and tell them they where supposed to change the gear set. They punch around on the computer and say Upps I didn't see that. 2 more days in the shop and the truck is finally done. Not only did they leave my truck water spotted to all xxxx they also neglected to mention a loose brake line and a hefty leak.Thanks Glenn Thomas Dodge, Frank and Pat both just lost my business.

I bought a Fiat. When I drove home noticed the check engine light was on. I took car in to be serviced. They called said they fixed it. The next day it was back on. I brought the car back and I had someone drop me off and I thought I would take their shuttle home. I live on the same street as dealer but like 3 miles away. It took them 3 hours to get me home. They call me and say they found out what was wrong and they would have to order part. It will take about a week to get if I wanted to come pick up car. They never called me to tell me part was in. I had to call them. I bring it back they call me said they installed part and its fixed. Two days later the light was on again. I got manager involved. He said he would get to the bottom of it. I brought it back, The manager calls me and said cable of the part they installed was loose its all fixed. I go back to pick up my car. I'm driving home I notice there is 14 miles more on my speedometer then when I dropped it off. And I look down and I see white dog hair all over my passenger seat. The technician was driving around with his dog in my brand new car. The manager said that a customer was given a ride home in my car with his dog. Incredible I never heard of such thing. I should of listened to the warning signs when we were buying the car. A lady was walking around dealership cursing out loud mad as xxxx. Now I know why. Don't do it!! I'm bringing my car some where else.

Have been a customer of Glenn E. Thomas Dodge for over 20 years and they are the most outstanding dealership I've ever dealt with. I have bought two different trucks from them over that period of time through a company fleet purchase program. When I came in to meet with the fleet manager she opened her books so that I could compare the information I had received from my company, regarding specifics and price, to the dealership information. No BS, no pressure, no bait and switch--and most importantly no difference between what I thought I was going to get and what the dealership said I could get for the price. As outstanding as my purchase experiences have been, the best part of my experience with this dealership has been with the service department. The mechanics are outstanding and the only service you get is the service you actually need. I currently have over 135K miles on the last truck I purchased from them and it runs like a top.

Leased a new Jeep Cherokee via the internet sales department. Easy, straightforward negotiations, no hidden fees/costs, all very straightforward. Friendly and fun experience test driving different vehicles from the large inventory. We selected a couple to choose between, then spent all the time we wanted going through the packages and costs of each one. The rebates were great, as was the Chrysler financing which was simple and quick. Drove away with a new Ram a couple hours after arriving. Thanks to Helio Medrano and Rafael Reynoso for everything.

Worse experience ever!! They don't care for customers. My car has had numerous problems within the first year. They don't care and are doing nothing about it. They told me the part would arrive in one week, a month later they never called to tell me the part arrived. I had to call the dealers general manager John Davis only to find out the part has been there. With all the problems and issues with the car, they still don't want to do a trade for me. They offered a trade in deal that would cost me money!. Would never recommend this dealer to anyone. It's horrible.

I've been shopping for a 4-5 months. I basically knew what I wanted. I've shopped over 7 dealerships so I became familiar with their models and options. I finally found what I wanted and other dealership couldn't believe the price. Steve is prompt with returning emails and he's upfront, sincere, professional and knowledgable, which are not typical traits of a sales person. Again I did my research and was very patient for almost half a year.I live 4 blocks away from Buerge Jeep dealership in Los Angeles/Santa Monica and I warn all patrons not to go there. I will be driving 60 miles to Steve's location to have my car serviced. I can't understand how Buerge survives other than taking advantange of people. Note new models do not require oil changes so often like older cars. However the Buerge Service guys insists I should come in every 3,750 miles. In the manual it even says 8,000. Obviously they do not know their own products.

Didn't have the color of Jeep in stock we were looking for. Sterling Williams was very helpful to special order the vehicle we wanted. Pointed out some options we were not aware of to get the right vehicle for our needs, such as 3.73 rear end gears which will be great when we lift the Jeep and install taller tires. Delivery time was ahead of schedule at 5 weeks instead of 6 weeks quoted. Very friendly and fast service at this dealership. Jim Henderson, the sales manager is also very knowledgeable and patient with the buyers needs. Many phone calls were made to us throughout the order process to keep us informed as to the progess of our Jeep's production.

I took my car back in after I had an oil change to have repairs or servicesthey recommended. Mind you I had to call to find out if my car was done. Also since they kept it all day for an oil change I thought they would have at least hosed it off. Two weeks later I attempted to make an appt online to bring it in at 8:00 a.m. on the following Saturday for service. I received no response so I called and they said "oh sorry, yeah go ahead and bring it in at 8". I showed up at 8 apparently i did not have an appt afterall but they were going to work on it anyway. I asked to have the transmission serviced and the cooling system flushed I do not believe that the majority of the current crew they have in the service dept bother to look at your maintenace/service records at any rate since they seemed surprised when I said I also wanted warranty work done on the tension struts they recommended I have seviced 2 weeks prior. I also asked them to look at my seat warmers on both the drivers and passenger side seats that had both ceased to work at the same time. At around 3:00 they called to say they had done the non warranty services and the tension struts, butwould need to keep the car until the following week to deal with the seat warmer issue which they tech found Open Circuits in the seat warmers and would have to takethe seats apart. We were leaving for vacation the next morning and would have to bring the car back when we returned. We drove the car 350 miles only to have the check engine light turn on! This is less than 24 hours after my car was serviced. No surprise here. Same problem weve taken it in for in the past that they supposedly cannot diagnose even though all over the complaint boards this issue is addressed many times. Needless to say with some fuel additive the light turned off. So today itake the car in to have them fix the seat warmers which were previously under warrantyonly to have the check engine light come on again. I was hoping since it happened on the way to the dealer they would take care of it once and for all. No more than an hour later I get a call that the seat warmer issue is not an Open Circuit issue but that it is now a Heater Element issue and low and behold not under warranty! In addition to that I am told that my EGR Valve has and open circuit and needs to replaced along with the valve. Also not under warranty. Seems very fishy to me. Unless the open circuits just move around.This was the first time in almost 7 years that i have used my warranty as I only have 60,000 miles on this 2005 Dodge Magnum RT with a Hemi.. by the way this dealership never checks to see if its under warranty unless you push the point. Seems unprofessional if you ask me. It isnt like the warranty was free to begin with. Also it wouldnt hurt if Jeff was the least bit friendly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT- Took car in for repairs, not until late afternoon when I call it was learned that the car would need be in overnight. They indicated that they would have someone pick me up to get a loaner. 45 mins later they said the person was in traffic and would be there shortly. 3 hours later I called said the guy went home and I would have to take a cab and that they were closing in 35 mins.I had to get a hotel room as I am not from LBO when I went to retrieve the car I waited for 10 mins went back the Cashier and asked how much longer it would be. She replied she forgot to tell the Porter.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
