Gilland Chevrolet is the only dealership I would consider buying a vehicle from. I've been a loyal customer of "Team Gilland" for over 20 years and am thoroughly satisfied with their sales team, service department, and management staff. They have definitely "Earned my Business for Life"! My most recent purchase on 12/29/15 was a 2015 Chevrolet Impala and I am already in love with it!

We knew which vehicle we wanted. Overall experience was good. There were some slow moments related to having to return to sign papers and dropping vehicle off to be detailed at lunch time and had to wait for it that evening when I returned.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere. The building and grounds are very well maintained. Inventory is displayed in a customer friendly manner. The maintainence and tire facilities are also very clean and orderly.

I could not be more thankful for all that Sherman, Brooke and one other young man did for me this past week. I also am so thankful that God had Mr. Gilland(son) behind me on 231 when my 2012 Chevy Traverse would not hardly go and was smoking. Thank you for making sure I got to the dealership ok. Also thank you to Mr. Sherman and Brooke and the other young man that did everything to make sure I knew everything was going to be ok with my SUV. Also the loaner car a 2015 Chevy Malibu was wonderful I didn't want to give it back. It was more than enough room for my two kids and I and I loved the gas mileage. The tires were not evenly serviced with pressure. When rotating the tires they didn't balance them now they are bouncing when I go down the road

Anthony was very knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. He followed up with me on ordering and installing the running boards. The running boards were installed at the oil change shop in under 30 minutes. Overall a great experience .

The dealership seems honest and competent. It was recommended by several different people and it live up to the recommendations. I wish I'd gone there years ago.
