Made an appt a week in advance for oil change/tire rotation...was on time for appt. 3 men at service desk just looked at each other, one finally asked the other if he wanted to take me...to which he replied, "take her information, I've got this to handle." Xavier asked me my name and phone # and said some would come into waiting area to sign paperwork. About 40 minutes later, another service man came in to tell me my car was done...I asked if they did a courtesy wash, he sighed and said "I guess we could do that" and left paperwork at cashier desk. When I saw the charges, I asked if they rotated the tires. She said no and went back out to service area, where they completed the tire rotation. I told them when I dropped the car, I had a coupon for both, but the charges did not reflect, so the paperwork had to be done again! All the while, a Manager asked how my day was going. When I said I'd had better service, he replied "oh, I'll walk you out". Xavier was on the phone , pointed to my car and continued his phone conversation . I asked if the key fob was in the car, so the Manager said "well let's look, and proceeds to search my car...looking for the fob. I went back to the desk, where Xavier, still on the phone, handed me the fob. Sorry, but rude behavior and nonchalant professionalism, will not bring my business into this dealership. However, I continue to receive their advertisements, and solicitation for my business...really?

We had to bring our Suburban in for work back in February, then again today. Xavier drove my kids and me to pick up one daughter from preschool, then back home. He is a safe, courteous driver, and wasn't bugged or stressed out by my noisy kids. And of course, he helped me get out all the carseats.

My suburbans engine light was on and my a/c wasn't working. I called and they were able to work on it the next day and had it done by 1pm. There wasn't any confusion or back and forth with prices. Thank you!!!

I went in for my regularly scheduled Oil change and tire rotation. While checking my air cleaner they found that my rear washer fluid hose was pinched in between a bolt and washer. That was keeping my rear washer from working. They saved me a few bucks on getting it looked at somewhere else.

First time in for service at this dealership was not positive. 99 Corvette had a problem with the steering lock. The folks on the Corvette forums have found a $50 part which permanently fixes the problem (apparently common in this model). I mentioned this to the service guy when he called me with an estimate for a new lock ($700), and also requested that they fix the passenger door lock which was not working. When I picked up the car, they had installed the expensive new lock and the bill was $880. There was no mention of checking out the cheaper fix. Also, the door lock was not fixed, and for this kind of bill I would have expected a wash and vacuum. Even my local Hyundai dealer does this!In short, the car is fixed and runs fine, but I feel that nobody was listening. As a positive, the people at Ghent are friendly.

My husband & I have been driving an Escalade for several years. It was too big for just the two of us and we wanted something smaller with low miles. We walked in, we were met by Bob and Dannie went to get the SRX we were looking at. Test drove it....LOVED IT!! Walked out with the keys in under 2 hours. It was awesome. They introduced us to Service, Repair & Collision. Made us feel like we were very important. We would definately recommend Ghent!!

My husband and I were looking for a truck that was big enough for our growing family yet that was still in our budget. Jaime and Bob did everything they could to help us leave with a truck we felt was right!Definitely will be recommending this Dealership to friends and family

I want to state that this review is only for their service department. Their sales team was actually very pleasant to deal with, i raved and ranted about how great they were. I however am in the process of having been taken advantage of by their service department. I took my vehicle in to have a weatherstrip around the door fixed, after taking it home i noticed a lot of wind noise that had not been there before...i figured that maybe i was being too picky and over reacting, so i gave it a few days. On the 3rd day it rained and the water simply leaked in through the door...at this point i figured id take it back. My wife also noticed that the door was sagging and not closing right. I figured that these "nice" people would fix it, i took it back in and they called me about an hr later saying everything was fixed. As i got in the car i noticed greasy smudge marks on my car ceiling that they were too unprofessional to avoid or notice to clean. Ive taken the car in a total of 4 times now and nothing has been fixed. The "service" manager, Gerry, took a drive with me in the car and pretended not to hear any noise...after a few minutes he heard the noise and they said theyd fix it. I again left it to them...a few hrs later he calls me and tries to blame me for their mistake, after letting them know that my car was not this way when i took it in he said he would check with his gm/dm to see what he'd approve fixing. I am waiting to hear back from him since Monday June 6th it is now Thursday night, june 9th, and have not heard back from him, ive called and my calls have been avoided.Ghent went from having a potential loyal customer to someone who has lost trust in them, and they have single handedly made us despise driving our 1 yr old car that leaks when it rains or taken to the car wash, and it almost sounds the same with the windows up & down!Ill post on here again to update on what they do to make this right, lets see if they really keep their word, so far nothing.....so disappointing.

After 4 hours of waiting we finally reached a deal, They had us sign a sheet of paper that we doodled numbers on for the final out the door price, then we went in and finished the paper work, we should have known something was wrong as fast as they was talking to finish, we got home and realized they didn't give us the out the door price we agreed on they added dealer fees tax and registration fees this added up to 1,900. 99 and they also didn't honor their verbal commitment to fix some problems we found during the walk around and test drive. When we went back, we talked about it with Mr. F the man who reached the out the door price with us, he did nothing to listen to our side and talked over us every time we tried to say something, We asked him to get the paper my wife signed to prove it to him, it just happened to "disappear" and he said he didn't know what we were talking about. He said we negotiated an out the door monthly payment price, I laughed and said, "I didn't know he had power over the Banks to make up his own payment plans, He then got mad and yelled at us saying he wasn't going to sit there and have his integrity questioned and stormed off. When we walked out of the office everyone was looking at us due to his loud yell. I have to say that you are a car salesman, I found an error, so yes Mr F I am calling in your integrity. And being that my wife and I are ex military, I have to say that we have had high level officers treat us with more RESPECT than what this car salesman had, and do to this they have lost at least 4 new car sales from friends and family members who at the time were also looking for vehicles!

I bought a used vehicle from Ghent with their promise of fixing my sunroof and speakers, with a car to use. My car was taken to Denver to be fixed on my cost's of fuel and mileage. When I asked to be refunded, I was rudely informed that they did not owe me any reimbursement. When dealing with two managers, I was treated as if I was a stupid female and was wasting their time. I was not reimbursed for any costs. I was lied to about where my car was. I had to bring it back two times to tell them what needed to be fixed on a WE OWE YOU. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life and felt abused by both managers!!!
