Today was my first experience with this Dealership. It was a very pleasant experience…from calling and scheduling the service to the actual Service interaction today AND they washed my car, which is something that Byers Dublin never did in 3 years of me taking my car to them. Emma, my advisor, today at Germain Subaru did an excellent job communicating and seeing that my car concerns were addressed properly. I will definitely be returning here for all future service needs!! I highly recommend Germain Subaru service department!!!

Just bought our Forester a week ago and it was a pleasant experience dealing with them. I first called in the morning to ask if that particular car is still available and spoke to Benjamin one of the sales person. He checked and call me back and so in couple of hours we came there and the manager Clayton who my husband spoke with regarding the car was there too. They are very professional in dealing with and so far loving my new Subaru Forester. Kudus to this great peeps!

If you are a Subaru owner in the Columbus area and need service, Germain Subaru is the place to go. Royc Mix and Chris Carter and his team do honest work and provide what is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced when having work done on a vehicle. They don’t just treat you like another transaction; they listen, educate, and do what they need to do to ensure your loyalty. Undoubtedly, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

Absolutely peerless service. I was forced to limp my Subaru here after my transmission began to fail 200 miles into a 700 mile trip. The staff and technicians were able to get my car completely repaired and back on the road within 3 hours, thereby saving my entire trip. They had the parts in stock and were able to service my car immediately. Although it was expensive (as dealer service tends to be) I could not be happier with my experience here.

I pulled in and they immediately knew it was me! The waiting area was nice and Jessica took great care of me. She came in 3xs to notify what was going on and what they noticed on inspection. Great service and Great staff! If I could possibly be notified of my mechanics names next time I would love to show my gratitude by giving them a shout out as well.
