Salesperson, sale manager, finance manager, and maybe a few people we didn't see did everything they could to help us get the car and we got it a 2016 torch red sting ray corvette (my dream car) sales person really earned the sale he hustled for it to the end he had to get the vehicle for me from another dealership in exchange for one of there vehicles because I had to have to torch red manual transmission =) it was an awesome experience especially because we had went to prime Chevrolet the same day looking for the corvette and Ryan Gates there online sales manager treated us like we where bothering him or asking him for money he turned us away real fast. But George Chevrolet gave us everything we where looking for in a car buying experience. We previously purchased a 2013 SS Camaro there same grate experience I would highly recommend George Chevrolet to friends and family especially to the sales consultant Givanni Vallero he really needs some kind of recognition because if it wasn't for him and his work ethic this sale would of never happened!

This visit was for the 2nd free oil change on my new Malibu.The first visit completed the oil change and I got a courtesy car wash, but other fluids were not topped off (wiper fluid ran out a few days later).This visit, the service ticket had notes in "red" requesting the fluid top off, so I assume that was completed. I did not receive a courtesy car wash.The length of time for both visits was similar (slightly over an hour), I'm still concerned about the inconsistencies.

The only thing I request is when I pick up my car I would expect it to be just as clean as I brought it in. I had just left the car wash before I brought it in and when I picked it up I could have written my name in the dust on it. Must have sat outside all weekend. I don't spend $28 to pick up a dirty car.

Well, I took my volt in because I had some issue when I charged my vehicle. Louie Cardenas the service representative was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He said that he would call me as soon as he knew what the issue was. He called me about an 1hr later to tell me that he was going to keep the car for a few days but he would give me a loaner car while my car was in the shop. To finish up, he kept me informed throughout the process, I picked up my car and now it's fixed. Thank you for your help.

I made the appointment online. Got my 9am choice for the following day. Showed up. Greeted by my assigned advisor Mr. Sanchez. Service set up. Shuttle took me home. Within 20 mins of getting home, my 2013 Tahoe is ready. All it needed was a new battery. Excellent service.Only quiver I have is, a new battery is needed for my Tahoe under 3 yrs old and 23,000+ miles? This is my 3rd Tahoe (2003, 2008 & 2013). More of a Chevy issue vs George's Chevrolet.

This is my third Chevy truck purchase and it definitely was my most pleasant car buying experience EVER. Alejandro's customer service was the best I've ever experienced with the 6 dealerships I visited recently. Mr. John Good was the most patient , understanding and attentive sales manager I've ever done business with. Both of these gentleman are an asset to your organization. On the phone, I communicated with Alejandro about the vehicle I wanted. Within five minutes he responded by sending me pictures of the trucks your dealership had in-stock. Upon visiting the dealership I did not know that he had to go across the street to obtain those photos. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!I tip my hat to both of those men for getting me the truck I wanted and the price I was looking for.

Made an appointment online for 9:40. When I got there I gave them the keys and talked with the service staff. Alfred was initially not sure of what would need to be done because they don't work on the Spark EVs all too often. They had to look up the service schedule and I was asked multiple times to confirm that my Spark ran on "no gas... like at all right?" Anyways we got it sorted out and they said that they'd fix the recall, and do all the other things on the (very short) maintenance schedule. I made sure to let Al know that the tires were different sizes on front and rear and asked if they could check to see if there was a software update. Signed some papers and got an estimated finish time of 12 noon, but they were pretty busy. So I took their free shuttle home (I live pretty close) and watched some NetflixGot a call about 11:40 saying they had completed the hood latch recall fix and that the car was ready. Got picked up by the shuttle and headed back. When I arrived I talked to Al he basically said that he was surprised by how little maintenance needed to be done. Aside from the hood latch they basically just inflated the tires and topped off the windshield wiper fluid. Since I had gotten new tires not long ago the side to side rotation wasn't necessary and quite frankly EVs are pretty simple. Cost for everything was covered under the warranty (it's a lease) and overall it wasn't too much of a hassle except for the time. Al told me he liked the compactness of the car and asked me how quick it was. I told him that he definitely needs to test drive one!When I got the car from the service guy he also thought it was a pretty slick little ride and said that he was looking into getting something like it. Pretty good experience. There was no software update though.

Called Michelle Knobler Sales Consultant on 3/19, agreed on the price, met her at GC on 3/20 at 11 30 AM, inspected the car Completed documentation, picked up the car on 3/21. Ms Knobler's service is highly appreciated.Michelle and Jeff explained the technical systems for almost 2 hours. Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Additional observation- all staff on the sales floor and the offices seems to be happy, it appears that GC treats the employees well resulting in good employee attitude.

All was great but after spending 40,000 for a car I asked the salesman to check into getting our lower grill replaced because your dealership drilled holes in it to place the license plate bracket on. Edwin was great> I made a same day appointment the courtesy shuttle was not available and Edwin made sure that my car was serviced in a speedy time frame in which i only had to wait about an hour. 45 minutes faster then the promise time. After a few trial and errors and needing to call the engineering team to figure out what was really wrong with my truck, and possibly having the service department guys think I was crazy for bring my truck so many times for a noise that most would ignore, it was finally fixed! Took my truck to George for leaking fluid, fuel filter and transmission filter service. When I arrived late Monday afternoon, Chris Julius meet me promptly. We discussed the work needed and he told me he would call me the next day to inform of what repairs are needed. I received replies from 4 or 5 area dealers all accept George with offers to sell me a car with a different color and different options than I was requesting. Love the dealership, love the people that work here, hard to find any negatives at all... The only issue I have had, and it's not really an issue, is that with my impala purchase I got 2 years of maintenance included. When I bring my car in for service I notice that those who are passing for maintenance get their cars back washed and pampered. I have been in for two services and both times no trip through the wash... not really a complaint but it would be nice to leave there with a freshly serviced shiny car...

I had a situation with my 2011 Silverado diesel while on the road.i called another dealer closer to me but after discussing the problem the service manager at that location didn't have a clue and it appeared he just wanted my business. Them I called george chevy.talketo chris.he was knowledgeable and reassuring and said no worries you'll be fine. Bring the truck in and he had a clear understanding of the issue and i felt at ease. When i returned home i called and took the truck in. Chris was there every step of the way. I told him he made me feel at ease and the fact i was pulling a trailer with very expensive show jumpers made me much calmer driving the rig. I will recommend george Chevrolet and especially Chris the service manager to all my friends in the horse world as well as all others. A big than you to Chris and George Chevrolet! David CWall

I loved your staff at the dealership. Although most of them were higly pressuring but i did like everyone, they were very welcoming. And as far as the car i bought with my trade in i'm having issues with the "mylink" it frezzes in the car at the screen.I am sorta upset that i got a new car and there seems to be signs of issues already..But my overall experience with Charlie went very well he's a nice sales man and a very dedicated worker.

My salesperson, Ernie was not at all pushy. When I got a close up look of the SUV that I thought I wanted and decided that it really wasn't right for me, he politely suggested an alternative, a red fully loaded Chevy Cruze... and it was love at first sight. I feel so modern with my XM radio and OnStar. I've been buying cars since 1971 and I finally got my sun/moon roof.. Thank you, George Chevrolet!

I've went to three prior Chevy dealerships before going to George. The general manager and sales consultant were extremely helpful and didn't try and take advantage of me as a consumer. They kept there word and educated me on the car buying process.

Searching online for a vehicle I showed my interest in the 2013 Chevy Malibu .....the sales associate Ernie Henderson contacted me by email and from the start to finish was very helpful and knowledgeable with my car buying process...he made sure I understood all the features and helped me with the Onstar ...and has kept in touch to make sure I was comfortable and acquainted with the vehicle. This is the third car that I have bought from Roger Stewart at George Chevrolet. I previously purchased a 1995 Suburban and a 2011 Grand Sport Corvette. I love my Silverado LTZ. I live 40 miles from George Chevrolet and there are a lot of dealerships that are much close. I would recommend Betty Murillo as the sales person to go too. She is the best! JJ in finance was spectacular too. I feel panicked at the thought of going to a car dealership, seeing all those salesmen waiting to pounce as soon as you get out the car. And then the long drawn out process in getting the car (hours upon hours). We filled out the short loan application online and sent it over to Betty to do her thing. Believe me it was easy getting us a loan. We had had a recent bankruptcy and only had $1000 down. It took Betty 24 hours to get us approved, but she did it. After we knew we had been approved we headed onto Georges, walked into the waiting area, and the receptionist paged Betty for us. Imagine that...Us having to wait for the salesman to come to us. It was painless and with very little effort, but a few places to sign the contract and pick out the which car we wanted. We already knew we wanted the blue chevy cruze, and had already test drove one. So we said "that one", and off Betty went to get it washed & gased up, while we were with JJ signing the paper work. It was a great experience!

As usual my experience at George Chevrolet is indeed a good one. I'm never hesitant about going to get my car serviced. Your establisment is super clean, and your staff are super courteous & nice. My service technician Chris Julis is GREAT! The Customer Service he provides is unmatched. He really knows his job & makes you feel very comfortable. You never feel pressured into getting extra things done. He is very honest and gives you practical suggestions that will assist your car running at its finest! Accommodating, no-pressure, knew the product, speedy delivery, sincerity in that they demonstrated that they cared for our needs, and a great deal. This is my second car from them and intend to buy my next one there. The dealership itself was clean and neat and helpful with the playroom for the kids. They had exactly the car we needed in stock and delivered the same night. The salespeople, Ernie and TJ were very helpful and the finance manager had our paperwork completed in less than 15 minutes. Great experience.

Great customer service George was real friendly and patient with me. Me and my wife went to the dealership to find a new car for our new family were starting. Gave me a good deal on the chevy cruze. I spoke with other dealers over the phone, but George was the only one that sounded friendly and nice, unlike the other ones. This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had with a car dealer. Charlie, our salesman and the rest of the team at George Chevrolet did an outstanding job for my Lady and I. We love our new Sonic. Build quality was impressive and from fuel economy to performance it s a great balance of both. Junior in financing was terrific. He offered us a lot of helpful items we hadn't thought about to help protect our investment long term and he got us a great interest rate too! Purchaseing a motor vehicle is suppose to be fun. fun and satisfaction is exactlywhat it has been. mrs. Betty Murillo at George Chevrolet made this all happen. Iv'e purchased 19 cars and this is the 1st time i left the lat George Chevrolet ot not asking myself. "what the heck did i just do"? Betty knew exactly what to do and met me more than half way in making this purchase happen fair and not a painful one. I checked out plenty of Chevrolet dealerships looking for the Silverado I wanted, but only George chevrolet had it. The coolest, most patient salesman you will ever deal with is Charlie. He always went out of his way to answer all my questions but the fact that he was so patient with me was an experience I will not soon forget. My previous truck was stolen from the Home Depot parking lot, but Charlie was cool enough to allow me to get settled with the insurance company. I promised him I would come and see him first, and glad I did. I even rode my bicycle from Torrance to get there!

I received the best attention and quality service at George Chevrolet from GE0RGE R0MAN the Internet Sales Manager. He went out of his way to ensure this was the right car for me and my family. He offered me to drive the car home before I bought it to ensure it was the right car for us. He spent hours with my family before we even agreed to buy the car. Answered all our questions and was very polite and patient. NOW THAT IS QUALITY SERVICE. Better than when I bought my BMW. What made me write this review is when weeks after the purchase George still called to see how we were doing with the car. CAR Dealers ONLY SELL YOU A CAR and forget about you. George is truely "THE KING of service" If you want quality service and want to be treated right go see George the Internet Sales Manager at George Chevrolet.
