Matthew Gray was are sale service professional. Matthew was very professional and polite. He is very knowledgeable in car sales and answered every question we had and if he didn't know he made sure to find us our answer. He gave us an excellent and speedy experience, we were in and out within 2 hours. Me and my husband appreciate your service to us. I had a completely positive experience. I was impressed with Eric Myers (my sales rep) and his knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was very professional and polite and when we were completing the purchase of the vehicle he took his time to explain in detail the many options the vehicle had. I also had a very positive experience with the finance person I had and he too took the time to ensure all the required paperwork was completed accurately and promptly. My only negative comment comes from the fact that the dealership could not locate the second set of keys for the vehicle I purchased. Hopefully I will be receiving a call soon telling me they were located or where I can go to have a set made. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends. Thank you very much for giving me a positive experience.

Bought a $60,000 truck here. Needed a minor vehicle part. Part guy coby provided the part number said it was $120. A 2 second search on GM parts website with the same part number revealed it was only $67. Wouldn’t budge, the difference of $53 isn’t life changing it’s the principle that the dealership attempts to up-charge people pretty much another 100%. So if you do need a part get the part number order it yourself then have it put on. Do your homework folks

Took my husband’s truck in to have the recall on the passenger side air bag fixed. We actually arrived a little early and they got the truck right in and was done in about 45mins. All staff we interacted with were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area and bathrooms were clean and accommodating with plenty of choices of refreshments if you wanted anything. Great customer service! 👍🏻
