Bought a Bolt here earlier this year. Phil was great to work with. While we emailed a few times and he answered questions (and I had several given it was my first EV), my time walking in the door to the deal here was fast and efficient. I had initially started dealing with another dealer but ran into some surprises over inventory when I got there and I ended up with a better deal at Garber anyway. Also got my free service visit done today and it was quick and efficient. I'll turn to them again next time I need a car.

Had a great service experience at Garber Chevy in Webster today. The service rep who took care of my issue was proactive in ordering the part required for my job IN ADVANCE! No waiting or need to return for a 2nd appointment. And he LISTENED to me (a woman) when I showed him I had done my research about my vehicle's problem and how it was covered by my warranty. I'm very happy with my experience today. Thank you!

Great experience. Jeff Knickerbocker our salesman was super helpful. Bruce the tech specialist went over all the Blazers "toys" with us before we left. Financing was simple. All the people we came in contact with at the dealership were friendly and helpful. We'll be back and recommend to friends.

He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he always knows just what we are looking for. On top of that, he always works his magic to get us a great deal that fits our budget. Every step of the way, Len Ciotti and everyone I interacted with at Garber Subaru were kind, patient, informative, fun and professional. I never felt like a potential "sale". I felt valued and appreciated. I received a better deal than I could have hoped for, and I successfully bought my first brand new vehicle with the Garber family.
