First time getting my car serviced here and it was a great experience. I scheduled my appointment using the BMW Application which made it very convenient. I arrived on time and the check-in was fast and efficient. My service representative, Brandon, was very helpful and friendly and the service was excellent. My car was service complete in a matter of less than two hours which was awesome. Check-out was fast and off I went as a first-time, happy customer. Thank you for the great first impression.

Even though we didn’t buy a car from here (yet) everyone was so nice! Dan was great & it was one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve ever had looking at vehicles. Definitely go see Dan Leahy for all of your BMW needs - he was fantastic.

I am asking myself why I didn't purchase from Galleria BMW sooner. Never before in all my years of buying cars, have I had an experience quite like this one - one word... AMAZING. This was the first time I bought a car, sight unseen, without driving it. But I can honestly say it has been the best experience ever. Katie and the rest of the team at Galleria were so much fun and accommodating. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, I love my new X3!

My wife and I became stranded on the side of I-10 recently on a trip from Houston to the East Coast. The engine on our X5 had overheated and required service. Billy and Sam in Service rescued us provided fantastic customer service to help us continue on our trip with minimum disruption. They were outstanding in every way in not only solving our problem, but also in their sincere concern for our safety and well-being. Thanks to everyone at Galleria for such great customer service!

Buying experience was amazing! From start to finish. Sales was amazing and the financial services guy (Cody) was the best I’ve ever dealt with from knowledge to just an overall understanding of what the customer should and need to know. I’ve purchased several vehicles in my time and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I will purchase another vehicle from galleria BMW just to deal with the people! Thanks Again
