Friendly Chevrolet is AMAZING! Lili, our sales lady, was the best! She went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. She kept the line of communication open, sent pictures, videos, and really put our mind at ease especially since there was quite a distance between us (1,250 miles). Greg, in finance, made it super easy for us to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle and to get the funds wired to secure the sale in a timely fashion. This was extremely helpful to us since we were unable to actually make it into the dealership until the day of delivery. Devin, in the sales department, welcomed us in before store hours, allowed us to sign the paperwork, handed us the keys, and had us out the door and on back on the road in a record setting 10 minutes. This was incredible for us since we had a 19 hour drive back home (not including time zone changes and necessary stops along the way). The team at Friendly Chevrolet is like having your best friend there with you car shopping giving you honest, helpful advice from start to finish. We cannot be more happy and pleased with their customer service and outstanding price!!!

Our family is growing so we were in the market for a larger vehicle, I contacted Friendly Chev based on some online work and Davey was the sales associate who took my call. He was very knowledgeable, well informed, listened carefully to our requirements and had a potential vehicle at the ready. He even went above and beyond to bring it out to our place so we could look at it! We were not expecting to buy, we were really only evaluating our options but from the first contact we could tell it would eventually be Davey who we would (and would WANT to) work with. He made the ENTIRE process easy, seamless and comfortable. Very NON pressure sales. And...he continued to be amazing after the sale and through some of the other details of the purchase. HIGHLY recommend Friendly Chev and Davey especially!

My time at Friendly was phenomenal. My service advisor Tyler kept me informed and also explained what they were/would be doing and possible causes. When needed he helped me get a rental and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He was also very considerate of being timely because I had my daughter with at times!

Ronnie was excellent to work with and the whole team at Friendly Chevrolet. The process was quick and seamless. Loved how they told you what banks they were running your credit with, and how they didn't run your credit more than needed. The process was seamless and I also love the warranty's they offer. We also bought a certified vehicle and we noticed a few paint chips in the vehicle and the tunnel cover of the truck wasn't latching. They had me come in and they fixed it for free. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from this place.

I showed up in the evening hoping to look at a 2021 Tahoe knowing they only had one on the lot and that they are a hot commodity. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the dealership that it was still there and was not yet spoken for. Davey and others at the dealership were very helpful and made the buying experience one I won’t soon forget
