My husband and I drove almost 2 hours away to see a car that we have been eyeing. Brian and his team (shout out to Steve and Patrick!) has been so helpful from the minute we arrived. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Brian went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of - making sure we had a good test driving experience, providing excellent information/details about the car, etc. Once we decided to purchase the car, the process was very quick and easy. We're so happy that we went home with the car of our dreams. Thank you again!

I wasn’t looking forward to buying a car, dealing with haggling, sales tactics, etc. Brian was exactly the opposite of what I was expecting. Very straight forward and worked with me to get the car I wanted. He also reached out to me about an issue regarding the sale of my previous car, it didn’t affect him or the sale of the new car at all, but he still took the time out of his day to let me know. Would definitely buy from them again if I’m ever looking

Nice friendly dealership with hometown vibe. I live an hour away but bought 2 new cars from this dealership in last 2 years. Alex is friendly, customer oriented guy. No high pressure sales pitches or the finance guy trying to hit you with a lot of extras. Bought nice cars/trucks at a fair price with no hassle. Defintely recommend Ford Newtown for new or used car.

Just bought a Bronco Sport with Dave Pierson and couldn't be more pleased! I really appreciated the straight forward communication to help manage expectations during times of COVID. It isn't easy forecasting when your vehicle might arrive, but Dave and the Fred Bean team did everything they could to provide updates as they arrived and explain the situation with as much detail as possible. I got the impression that the dealers here will give you the ol tip of the hat when they know a certain package or accessory might not be worth your hard earned cash which was refreshing - shows that they actually care about their customers. It also helped that working with Dave was an absolute joy and made the process of buying a new vehicle a stress-free, enjoyable experience. I even had a slight miscommunication from them and they immediately owned up to the issue and apologized by throwing in an extra package (which they didn't need to do for me personally but just a testament how seriously they take their customer service)! My family has purchased vehicles from this dealer over the year and there is a reason we give our business to Fred Bean in Newtown.

Very friendly service relaxed atmosphere no pressure everything explained to me .2nd time that I have serviced at Fred beans Ford. I am in the Automobile business but have never worked for Fred beans . So I know the treatment difference compared to other dealerships that I have worked for over the last 4 Decades
