The service department were ready for me. They offered a shuttle if I wanted to go somewhere. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee and snacks, TV and quieter area away from the TV. Matt came out and explained what was wrong and what it would cost before proceeding. Everyone was very friendly.

We bought a used Toyota Venza from the used/discount lot. The belt made a squeal that they thought was silicone overspray but they said they would repair it for free if it did not go away. It went away but came back, and by the time we were able to bring it back for service it was two months after purchase since we live over an hour away. They still fixed it for free, even though it turned out to be a four hour job that is usually 30 minutes on a Ford. They also gave us a loaner car when the job went longer than expected.

Everything! Our service advisor, Dave, was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and made sure that all the work that we requested was finished in a timely manner. The waiting lounge was exceptionally equipped for customer satisfaction. There was coffee, bottled water and snacks, and an employee came by asking if any of us waiting customer's would like coffee or bottled water. Our total experience at Fox Ford, Lincoln dealership was excellent plus!! I wouldn't hesitate to tell others about my experience there and encourage people to use Fox for their vehicle needs!

After almost 45 yrs as a Ford Motor Co worker, my father is being treated like xxxx from this dealership. He brought his F150 - that he purchased from this dealership - for work that should have been covered under warranty, as well as car rental (that he was paying extra for, only paid for three days of rental) - it is now lawn ornament as he cannot drive it. When he starts it, sounds like it is about to blow up. And they insist that he is at fault, and as I repeat, the truck is no longer drivable. Matt (Fox Ford employee) told my father that call the next day with information and well over a month later he has yet to receive a call (which is complete xxxxxxxx, he has the phone records to prove he called with no return calls). Since Fox Grand Ford wouldn't fix the problem they caused, my father had to pay for his truck to be towed to his house, an hour from the dealership. If this is the way they treat a retired long time, hard working assembly worker - imagine how they treat their other customers. So, due to now paying for an un-drivable pick up truck sitting in his driveway - he had to go buy/lease another vehicle, from the dealership in Cadillac.

I live across state, and whoever I spoke with the day before driving over said I didn't need a scheduled appointment for an oil change. When I got there, the service department said for a Fiat, they always schedule ahead of time to get the required materials. The staff that was working, however, went out of their way to go to a different shop to get the right filter and oil for me since they knew I drove a few hours to come! WONDERFUL customer service. Also the fact my first oil change was free doesn't hurt either :)

A truck was available to test drive on a number of occasions. He was honest and sincere. He allowed me time to work out my plan (more than a year). Zak waited for me as I did not arrive due to traffic until 3:45 pm. Zak had the vehicle all ready for me to look at and take for a test drive. Zak stayed to obtain all the needed information to proceed with a purchase/trade-in on Monday morning. Tuesday morning the dealership delivered my car to me at 7:35 am at work and drove the trade vehicle back. The delivery driver was a pleasant man and Sue Perry and had all of the necessary paperwork clearly marked and made the transaction a breeze. It was a pleasure dealing with Zak & Sue!

We worked with Fred Seeburger. Very responsive to our requests to get exactly the car we wanted. Very friendly.Chip, showed us all the accessories on the car and explained them very well.Bill, the manager, very knowledgeable about the product and friendly as well.We had an excellent experience all around. We are from Houston and had looked at cars there but our sales person was not accommodating at all. He kept sending us literature and emails on the 2014 model which we told him explicitly what we wanted in a 2015 car.Since we live up here in the summer, we will most likely be purchasing our cars in the summer from Fox Ford.

Worked on my Mazda6 2003 while we were in California for a family wedding. Made repair to PVC system and alignment, Did scheduled maintenance. Contacted my husband about progress of repairs. Upon arriving back from California, my car had been washed and was ready to drive home. Dave was very nice and mechanics did a great job. The charge for repair was reasonably priced. Our salesman John Seeley has always gone above and beyond our expectations in order to make the transition into a new "used" vehicle. John, nor the dealership, has ever given us pressure to purchase a vehicle or an extended warranty but have educated my husband and I so much over the last 15 years that we automatically know what is the best decision in a loan, vehicle and warranty. Dave Cholger always goes above and beyond the call of duty. He rode in the vehicle with me so he could better understand the elusive vibration problem I was having. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and also stayed late so he could meet me when I came to pick up my vehicle at 6:15 PM. And Mike Messner was always on time for my shuttle ride and is always very pleasant to talk to. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a great job, all was fixed right the first time.

I'm a big believer that anyone can error, but it's how we deal with the error that defines the people or the company. After scanning the net for Toyota Sienna's, I'd narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles. Fox Grand Traverse had one. The salesman, Mark was quick to send requested photos of the van. The pictures looked perfect and I decided to drive the 4.5 hours to make the purchase. Upon arrival I discovered the rear hatch had a dent that I had not be informed existed. Both Mark and the sales manager Kevin were quick to explain the dent must have occurred while the van was on the lot and since the van had been backed up to the retaining wall they were unaware of the dent until they pulled the van out for my arrival. It was at the end of the day on Saturday and they offered to fix the van at their shop, but I didn't want to wait until Monday. It was their belief that the dent wouldn't need to be repaired in a body shop (an expensive option), but could be repaired by having the dent pulled out (a much less expensive option). I agreed to purchase the van and they agreed to cover the cost and coordinate the repair. Since the sale was made, I was a bit apprehensive to how sincere there efforts to followup would be. I needn't have been concerned, my salesman was very proactive in calling me and working to get an appointment to have the repair made. When I met with the dent repair guy, he said he could remove about 90% of the dent and the cost would be about $250, but to do it right it should go to a bump shop. Again, I was a bit apprehensive, but Fox agreed with the assessment and asked if I could get estimates. I took the van to two different bump shops and the estimates came back near $900. Now I was really apprehensive, but again, I shouldn't have been. I submitted the estimates to Fox and they immediately reviewed the estimates and approved the work. In a perfect world someone at the dealership would have noticed the dent and had it repaired before my arrival, but as I said at the start, its how they handled the situation that was impressive and motivated me to write this review.

I recently bought a used vehicle, they told me I would get a certain warranty and it was the BEST one they can offer. He would get the used vehicle certified pre-owned. They couldnt budge on the price at all because they were getting it CPO'd etc. When I went to sign the papers they told us they could not get it certified and that they could do a warranty but it was nothing like what we were promised! They told our bank it was a CPO but it is not! They promise u one thing and give you another.
