I had an amazing experience with Fowler Toyota. Oscar, the salesman I dealt with, was knowledgeable on the car I wanted and was very helpful with my questions throughout the process. Keegan in finance was just as helpful, as this was my first car to finance myself and had a lot of questions. They also were able to offer me what I was hoping to get for my trade-in! The overall process was easy, I went on Kelly Blue Book first and didn't get an offer however, they helped point me into James and set up an appointment. James is a great employee there, he know what he wants to help and he was our best decision. Best dealership I have ever experienced. I like how they involve more of the younger side of employees to keep you engaged and not just typical older employees who could bore you in a story. James has passion for selling cars and he did his job by getting me my car. It was the first choice he picked and he picked a good one. I will certainly be using their service for a lifetime. Jacob Callaway was fantastic. Never felt pressured, if he didn’t know the answer he found it. Communicated with me as the deal took a week to finish (which was my own doing). I wanted to let you know about my experience at Fowler. First off, with the current market conditions, you all have a great inventory and your customer service is some of the best I have experienced in this business. I have bought and sold over 15 cars in the last 16 years. Secondly, Louis is a great asset to your team. He has a great attitude when it comes to selling cars based on my experience. I had my eye on a brand new Tacoma and then a few used. After I arrived (about 40 mins after our phone conversation, I live in Edmond) both of the ones I had wanted were sold. He worked with me and even helped me measure the truck since I knew that the long bed might have been a deal breaker. Next, Ryan the manager and Dylan were both extremely nice and cordial. Lastly, Lori was patient with me as I had to run the figures by my spouse and it was getting close to closing time on Saturday Night. Overall, as long as you all have the inventory I am looking for, you have gained a customer for life at this point in my journey.

We were not even planning on buying when we came in, just checking out options. We started visiting with Jessie after we looked at a Tundra. He took us for a test drive. We really liked it, so we began the process of purchasing. He had to search for one to get the color and options we wanted. Then in the middle of the search we decided to check out the Tacoma! Off we go for another test drive! We loved the Tacoma and decided to buy it! Jessie made the purchase so easy! He got everything rolling while we ate breakfast at the little cafe there. Next thing I know we are driving home in our beautiful new Tacoma!

I was looking for a vehicle to replace my Hyundai Elantra, which was totaled in an accident. I wanted another Hyundai, but was looking for a Santa Fe, Fowler had two on Auto Trader. I called Fowler and talked with Logan. She was very knowledgeable about your inventory. I told her I'd like to come down and look at them. She told me that she would be in the back and to ask for her or her manage,r Jay. I already had my financing secured at my bank and one other bank. I called my husband and asked him if he wanted to ride along, When we arrived at the dealership. Brad introduced himself. I told him I had talked with Logan over the phone. He took us into your showroom and went to get Logan. His manager, Jay, came out and told us Logan was under the weather, but Brad was one of his best salesman, had been with him for a long, He said Brad would take good care of me, He asked what I was looking for and was I looking to finance the vehicle. I told him I secured preapproval from two banks. When Jay heard one of the banks was First Fidelity, he told me Fowler financed through the bank. I really appreciated that both Jay and Brad recognized that I was purchasing this vehicle, not my husband. This respect was important to me. Brad was so professional. After I drove the vehicle, I knew this was what I wanted. H took me into see Dillon to finish up the paperwork. Dillon was great to us. As we got further along, I finally realized I was going to take "my" Santa Fe home that night. They had detailed it and filled up with gas. Dillon did not pressure me to add any "extras" to my purchase. I am so happy with everyone who helped us. I will definitely come back. I will also recommend Brad. It was obvious that your people enjoy working there. Great job!

We buy all our cars from Fowler Toyota. Every experience from sales, to service, to driving off the parking lot is positive, professional, low pressure and basically an excellent experience. Purchasing a car has never been on my top 10 list of favorite things to do! I drive my cars till the wheels fall off. My 2016 Toyota Camry has 220,000 miles. It's been a beloved car and served our family so well. So, buying anew car is stressful for me. Our work with Brandon alleviated most of the stress because of his calm, low-pressure, "how can I best help you attitude." I love our new car! Fowler Toyota is the best!

I called in well after 9 AM and was given a 10:30 appointment. I arrived on schedule and was out shortly after 12. They had checked the alignment, rotated and balanced the tires, completed the oil change, completed a full inspection of the van, and had even washed and dried the van. Really top notch service.

This was the fastest trade I have made. In about 1 1/2 hours, I traded cars and was gone. The sales & finance people were pleasant and everything went as I had planned. I knew what kind of deal I could afford, and they met it quickly. Facilities were very nice. Pleased with everything.

A bad word spreads faster than a good word does. One of the finance guys "Jay" that has been their for quite a long time, almost took advantage of my mother. The guy that tried to sell the vehicle obviously did not listen to what we were asking for. Overall really bad experience. We did NOT purchase a vehicle and will never purchase one from here. Service Dept Rocks though!

We went to Fowler after locate the Honda Pilot on the Cars.com and TrueCar websites. The sales person, Michael, was very courteous and helpful. Throughout the purchase experience, I did feel pressured to buy he car. They obviously wanted to sell it, but they did not try to move me out of my comfort zone. Overall, a good experience and I got a good deal on the car as well.

I went there because I saw a Lincoln MKX on the website that was like the one that I had been looking for. The salesman, Joseph, was very nice, respectful and honest. I told them straight up that I didn't want to spend a long time there, and didn't want to haggle. I told them what I would give, and asked them their best deal. I didn't agree with the offer and was going to leave, and of course the sales managers started to come out to play their games. One went so far to tell me that they had already sold the car to their other Fowler Honda dealership for more money than I was offering, so I said, no reason for me to be here, &I started to leave. Another guy came out and when I told him what I had been told, he said I don't know what he told you, but this is what we will do. We haggled back & forth and finally came to an agreement. Then the worst part come. The finance, which they push their extended warranty unbelievably, and get an attitude, and treat you badly if you don't take it. I told them straight up that I don't want the extended warranty, that I will get it myself for a cheaper price when the vehicle's warranty is over. He had someone else come and talk to me, and I again said no. He said what if I can get your interest rate reduced if you take the warranty, I asked why would that be. I am quoted an interest rate based on my credit worthiness, not whether or not I take the extended warranty. Then they started in with the gap coverage for $800, which I told them NO. I said I will get it thru my financial institution, they said it is the same price, and their gap coverage is much better, and if I sell the car, I get the remainder back. I said ok, and took the gap coverage, just to get out of there. Then they wanted to get me to sign the papers without an interest rate listed, I refused, left, and said I will come back, when you can tell me my interest rate. The next day, they said it was worked out and my interest rate would be 3,49%, I said I thought I could get it cheaper thru TFCU. They stated it was thru TFCU, however the paperwork showed First Fidelity. They changed it to TFCU, I signed the paper and left with the vehicle. My 1st payment was supposed to be set up on July 22nd, or farther out, due to my having to pay tag, title, and taxes. My 1st payment was set up for June 22nd, a month after the purchase date. I went by the TFCU about this, and they told me that Fowler wrote the contract that way, and I could have gone out 90 days for my 1st payment. It was too late to change it, so I guess it is my fault for not catching it on the contract. I asked TFCU how much their gap coverage was, and I was told it was a little over $300 which is $500 less than what Fowler said. Fowler's gap coverage is $800, and they told me it was the same price. They are liars plain and simple. I read the gap paperwork, and I had 30 days to cancel it, so I went to the dealership and cancelled it. They were rude and said it would take 6-8 weeks to get it refunded. I'm still waiting. They refund it to the where you have it financed, which is fine, but I am still waiting. Also, their gap paperwork listed 1st Fidelity, rather than TFCU, so I had to tell them to change it. I got 2 free oil changes which I won't use because I don't trust them, and I was supposed to get a $50 gift certificate for their gift shop, which I never got. I could care less, but it's just another example of their lies. I will never go there again, and would never recommend them. I've purchased many vehicles over my life, and this was by far the worst experience. Charla Smith

I went to the dealership to look at a truck I found online. I was greeted by Louis Parris. Very friendly. I asked about the truck and he took me to it. It was very accurately represented in the add with an amazing price. I looked it over, I drove it, I liked it, we went inside. I told louis where I wanted to be on the deal and he got me to Dillon in the finance department. Also very friendly. Dillon worked fast and got a great interest rate for me. Signed paperwork and got in my new truck that they washed and filled with gas while I was signing. In and out in about an hour. Four days later Dillon calls to tell me that the bank wants to raise my interest rate and I need to come back to sign new paperwork. I was upset. I went over all the paperwork I signed over and over. I signed a spot delivery agreement that clearly says that I understand the financing is not yet approved. But I also signed an actual finance agreement. Which makes a spot delivery form irrelevant since all the other required paperwork was done. I went back to see Dillon. He sent someone to fill up my truck for having to drive back to the dealership. I told him I didn't want to sign a new agreement and why I didn't have to. He agreed and I kept the original agreement. Even though I had to return to the dealership for no reason, it was still the best car buying experience I've had.

I had been shopping for a new truck for a few months, and finally decided to get serious about moving forward with the purchase of a new Tundra. I started my shopping on a Monday at Bob Howard Toyota, and found that the salesman had minimal knowledge and the manager seemed pushy. On Tuesday I visited Craig at Fowler and had a much more informative laid back experience.Even though I enjoyed my time at Fowler more, I decided to revisit Bob Howard due to its proximity to my home. This was a major mistake as they gave the the run around salesmanship for the rest of the week which lead to my frustration and the sales manager actually referring to me as a "difficult" person. Needless to say I moved on from Bob Howard and called my friend Craig and told him what occurred. He was able to get me the exact car I wanted for the exact price I wanted. I picked my car up the next day and I am thrilled with the purchase. The finance department was also top notch. I hadnt had to buy a car in 10 years and so we were very out of practice. I was worried I would get harrassed and pressured into buying something I didnt want. As it turns out I was never pressured at all. Tyler was a super star salesman and did everything he could to both HELP me make a decision about what would work for us and get me the price I wanted. I recently purchased a new 2016 Camry. All encounters with staff was very professional, in particular Bryan Mahan in sales and Jon in finance and Audie in online sales. Bryan greeted me as I drove into the dealership and addressed all my concerns regarding the purchase. Pricing of the car was important and Bryan worked with me to help me obtain the amenities I wanted at the price that I would accept. He even delivered the car to Oklahoma City to my residence. Nice! Audie step in to say hello while I was at the dealership . She was quite helpful as my initial contact. Jon in finance was professional and provided me with a suitable finance package. Fowler provides an in-service on the operation of the automobile that I plan to attend. This is a nice after the sale customer feature. I do have a question about a possible blind spot on driver's side that I will address at my first visit.

This was one of the easiest car purchases we have ever made. We visited the Fowler website and selected a couple of cars that we were interested in. We then scheduled a test drive appointment. We were met by our salesman J.C. who showed us the car we had selected and we were able to examine it thoroughly as well as talk about other options. We received the price that was quoted online. Found the Tacoma we were interested in through the dealers internet service, drove two hours from Texas and received great treatment and a fair deal. They were most accommodating and we left with a new beautiful Tacoma. They try hard to please, but of course that what we expect. Recommend highly. Stopped in to test drive a Highlander even though we had made our mind up about going with the Pathfinder. After the test drive we were both on the fence but what put us over the edge was the sales staff. The sales person and sales manager weren't pushy, they understood we didn't want to make a decision on the spot and were will to honor the deal they offered us when we returned. The next day they were accommodating of a few small changes we wanted to the vehicle. Afterwards the whole loan process was the fastest and most straight forward car buying experience we have had. Lastly we always felt like a valued customer, starting sales to parts and with the service department. Top notch, absolutely top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

I was pleased with my purchase experience on my new 2016 Avalon. I was at this dealership having routine service performed on my 2014 Avalon, which was also purchased at this dealership, and asked to speak with a sales representative while I waited. I was taken to Jessie Clark and I explained to him I would be interested in finding out what would be the cost of trading into a 2016 Avalon. He was very helpful with showing me what the dealership had on site and what they could get. We made what I thought was a fair deal for the trade and when I went back to pick up the new vehicle, Jessie had it ready to go when I arrived. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the new vehicle and how to customize the settings of many of the settings for those features. This had not happened with my previous vehicle when it was purchased and I had features I did not even realize, as I had not taken the time to read the owner's manual cover to cover. I appreciate the time Jessie spent explaining all this. I drive 70 miles to this dealership and will continue to do so as long as the customer service remains as it is.

My husband and I spoke with a salesman and used car manager on 5/20. We sent in pictures and specs on our trade. We were offered a 16k trade difference on a 07 dodge. We told them we would be in on 5/23 to test drive and get more specific on price. When we drove 2 hours on 5/23 they backed down on their trade value due to a dent and hail damages. (When we sent in the pictures we made sure to include a very clear picture and description of the dent). There is NO hail damage. Justin Ratliff does not agree though. However, Justin said they would "honor" the 16k difference. We left the store because at the time we were not willing to settle at that price. At NO time were we told that the vehicle price would be raised in less than 24 hours. We spoke with our sales person, JC, 4x throughout the day trying to work with them on financing, negotiating etc. but he informed us there was no room in price to negotiate from the 16k. 8am on 5/24 we called back to say that we would take the vehicle at 16k trade difference. It took JC awhile to speak with management but he called back to tell us the price had been raised almost $1500 and now the trade difference was $17,500. We spoke with JC, Justin, and Jay who all told us that this was the way the dealership business worked and we should have taken the deal less than 24 hours before. I just couldn't believe that a dealership the size of Fowler would back out on an offer that they made less than 24 hours before that their customer met 100%. It wasn't until we complained repeatedly and spoke to many different people with the dealership that Jay decided he would take another look at our vehicle to see if it was in as bad of shape as Justin told him it was. After he reviewed pictures he decided they could honor the deal they made the day before. I honestly don't think if we wouldn't have complained as much as we did we would not have been able to settle at 16k (the deal we were offered was than 24 hours before). We did purchase the vehicle and all went smoothly from there. However, I am still floored that a dealership of Fowlers size has a management team unethical enough to run the price up on a customer the way they did us.

We like Hybrids (not for gas mileage, but for drivability), and Fowler has had Highlander Hybrids in "Limited" versions that no other dealer in OK had in stock in 2006, 2011, and most recently April 2016. My wife wanted a Rav4 Limited, and they didn't have it in stock, but went out and found one for us the day we got serious about buying, and delivered in less than a week. Our experience has been that they deliver what they say, the price is what we agreed to, and the delivery occurs when they say it will. We have been buying Toyota's from them for 10 years, and we do not live in the Norman area. Primary sales person was Michael Waldon, he did a great job.

I would consider a trip to the dentist before walking into a dealership. I actually put it off for 14 years with my 2002 Tacoma but it was time for a new truck. Fowler was recommend by USAA and I walked in unannounced. The Fowler team welcomed me and I never felt pressured. I crawled through trucks and drove what I wanted. There was an air of pure quality and excellence. It was a "family" feel. I can't remember the name of our original Finance Guy, but he too was really pleasant and not pushy AT ALL. Hubby and I went in knowing how much Camrys were selling for in the greater OKC area, and Fowler had close to the lowest price. We went with them mainly because we live in Norman and wanted to get our servicing done somewhere in Norman. However, if we hadn't been treated well the night we purchased, we were prepared to walk out and go elsewhere.We have good credit so we got a great rate, and were very pleased with the options available for choosing specific warranties and not others. For instance, our auto insurance already covers windshields. Jon Hagan was extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas, but also about the competing brands and what made each one unique. He treated us like serious consumers, weighing all of the criteria rather than focusing exclusively on Toyotas. Dillon Harris did a fabulous job of handling our follow-up visits, including correcting a warranty mistake. He did so with a great attitude, and impressed us with his attention to detail.We will be back, and we have already shared our positive experience with friends.

My wife just bought her first Toyota at Fowler Toyota and see was super excited and the transaction went super easy. They were able to meet all of our financial needs and give us what we actually thought our trade car was worth. We also even had some minor issues with our 2016 Highlander, bubbles in the tent, and they are super willing to fix the issues and make it right with us! A++++ Highly recommend.

Thoughtriday I found a good car for the price, the finance department wouldn't give me even a small amount more for my trade in to help with my purchase, even though they offered me $350 less than blue book value, and over the span of my loan they will have made 6000 off me. Then while my car was being worked on, for what I was told was a minor rim repair ended up being a full axel replacement. They then kept informing me the parts would come in. First that Thursday, and that the car would be done Friday , well the parts didn't come in but they did not communicate that with me, told me they came in Friday and should be done late Saturday or Monday. Find out they still weren't in Monday , and finally came in the following Tuesday after I had to continually call them instead of them informing me about the status of my new purchase. Poor customer service, and when I called Monday before lets came in they finally started to communicate with me better. After all is finished late Tuesday, I get home and realize they didn't put a center cap on the new wheel , a small mistake but definitely just more to add to the frustration of it all. My salesman Robert was informative and nice to talk to and Brandon Craig worked hard for us, but overall experience was poor and frustrating due to delays, and that missing cap. I wouldn't assume this is a normal experience here, but glad I won't have to worry about it for a while, insure if I will purchase here again, won't rule it out completely but definitely will hesitate.

Craig greeted me as soon as I parked and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Financing was quick and easy. The only problem I had was waiting for the service department to clean my van. When I got home I noticed a bleached spot on my carpet. Overall experience was good except for that.

The kindness and expertise in getting my mother's new Camry was second to none. Every single individual we dealt with treated me and my mother with respect and answered every question thoroughly. We never felt rushed and never questioned the honesty of all the employees. Craig was outstanding working with my mother and that in itself knocked it out of the park for me. I came to Fowler looking at a Highlander for my growing family. Robert immediately started helping me With choosing the best one for me. He had me drive down gravel roads and rough roads to show me how it handled bumps and a not so great terrain. I drive to a living and wanted something that could handle the places I go plus hold my family comfortably. The Highlander XLE is the one I went with and am very satisfied with my choice! I got an amazing deal on it and I was only at the dealership for about 2 hours! Quick, fast and finished all before time to get my son from school. After I finished in finance I was taken around the dealership and met everyone I would need to know for service, complaints, questions etc. very nice dealership and customer service was awesome! Made me feel important ;)

Service advisors and managers daily face no-win situations. Nobody really relishes the idea of visiting the shop. When things fail, customers are inconvenienced and the stage is set for another stressful day for everyone involved. The service staff deals with this every day from the time they walk through the door.. When my 2011 Tacoma broke a ring gear, warrantability was questioned by higher powers. Ross Burk and Tim Ostwalt went to bat for me and a resolution was reached. The details are beyond the scope of a simple review, but suffice it to say that customer satisfaction is paramount at the Fowler Auto Group and these guys represent the brand very well. Thanks to Ross and Tim, and also Robert Nelson who helped facilitate communication even though I wasn't technically his customer on this visit, I am back in the saddle again. You guys rock.

I have been a customer at Fowler service since I purchased my vehicle in 2009. I have always received excellent service from all service employees. I make appointments each time for service and they get right to my vehicle and complete all service in the time frame they give me. They provide recommendations when needed and allow me to decide when to get things changed or serviced. Everything in the service department area is clean and comfortable.

Follow my advice and you will find welcoming leaders in there field new or used car buying. I went to Fowler Toyota of Norman with a friend first because he was buying a new Tacoma. Rad... i was so impressed at the way they treated him. I needed a vehicle, so I chose to look at there like new used selection. Wow. There used cars all look new. No realy. I've not seen anywhere, who had such a flawless selection of used cars. The Honda Cr-v i bought is imaculate. Calling i used doesnt seem fair. My service representative was Aaron Book, he went over each recommendation with a great deal of explanation as to why it would be necessary and how the service is performed at Fowler. He even took me to my car to get my things so I could be taken to my yoga practice while they installed the computer updates and introduced me to the young man working on my car (I forgot his name) but he was very pleasant. I am a nurse and spend a great deal of time time explaining to my patients the diagnosis they had been given and what that means for their life and how to regain the maximum amount of quality of life. bought a used VW, 2005 jetta w.81k. towed twice, have spent over $1200 in first year, engine light comes on and off, had 2nd free oil change...they didn't change the filter!!! car leaks terrible after a rain.... they wanted $2800 for extended warranty, I didn't do. 150 point inspection? a joke. buyer beware.

I happened to be heading to a buisness on I240 and I needed to get the 20,000 mile check before we went on a trip to Texas on the weekend. So I called just on the chance that they could work me in on my way back home. Sure enough they were able to work me in Less then 30 minutes after I got there I was on my way home after receiving outstanding service. When I got home I started to hang up my MarineCorps cap and discovered that I had left it at Fowler on one of the tables in the lounge. I called and they located the cap and I was able to swing by that afternoon and pick it up from the service manager. This may not seem like much, but to me, this is what outstanding service is about. Personnel very informative yet not pushy. I would rate the sales personnel higher according to your scale, but the scale drop down box only goes to 5 even though the scale key shows 1-10. Seems to be San error in your review document. The total process of trading a car and buying a new car took only a few hours. This is my second positive experience with Fowler Toyota. I have been involved in buying cars for my family for over 40 years. As a female this has been, at times, a very hard task due to the stereotype of women in maneuvering a car deal. Fowler is the exception! Not only did they make my daughter and myself very comfortable in car shopping task but the pressure to purchase was not there. That old saying "service after the sale" is so appropriate here. Of all my cars and my many visits to dealer service department one individual stands out as "THE BEST"........ that service advisor is Alvin "Brock" McKinley. This man should be the trainer for all service advisors. Always knowledgeable about the product, great to keep me informed of the progress of the repair. Always friendly, polite, he is a master of customer service! In fact, when I buy the next car, because of Brock, I'm totally sold on Fowler!

I went in to buy a hybrid and my salesperson showed me 3 wonderful options. I thought Toyota only had Prius. Oh no, they have two different sizes of Prius and hybrid camary or Avalon. My salesperson had extensive knowledge of all 4. I was allowed to test drive two I was interested in and was able through his knowledge figure out which one best met my families needs. He was FANTASTIC!

I should have known better...... I purchased a vehicle over a year ago and it went to arbitration. Well guess what I lost. So I traded the vehicle in and should have never went back, Yet I did. I went back because of the sales guy there he is awesome. Yet something funny was happening with this sale. I spent way more time in the finance room the EVER! I already had a loan so what is taking so long. Oh you guessed it messed up and it was mistake after another. At one point he tried to sell the the truck to me at a higher price and then argue with me. This shady character has been there for 15+ years and he is just pounding me away. Well I'm writing this because what I original wanted in terms of financeswas not done in dis this for a reason I'm working towards have a child via IVF and the situation I'm in now jeopardizes this. My term is different now and the amount that I requested did not process. This guy even wrote the amount wrong and we spent 15 more minutes figuring that mess out. ATTENTION please seek other Toyota arrangements due to the fact that these guys are shady and incompetent.

I bought a 2015 RAV4 on October 17th. My son had found a vehicle online that had what I was looking for...with the exception of electric seats...and I stopped by Fowler to drive it. Fowler had just received it and it took some time to locate it. Brent Baus was assisting me and let me test drive a RAV4 XLE AWD Limited so I could see how the car handled. When Brent located the specific vehicle I had come to see, I test drove it and I was ready to close the deal. Brent answered all of my questions except the payment-related ones, filled the gas tank and had the car detailed while I was signing the purchase papers. And even though it was after hours, he helped me get my cell phone and voice-activated GPS programmed through the Bluetooth system in the car. Dillon walked me through the paperwork that evening, and he called me the following Monday morning to tell me that he had overlooked a $1500 rebate and was correcting the paperwork which resulted in lowering my monthly payments. I appreciated the heads-up and Dillon's professionalism! The process took a while, but it was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Fowler Totota...and recommend that you ask for Brent! He'll take good care of you:)

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, considerate and NEVER pushy.They were all respectful of our preferences, pre-arranged price, and time.Louis Parris was extremely patient with us, gave us his full attention, answered every question.He even programmed my phone into the car before we left--we used it in a traffic jam on the way home!He even called the next day to thank us, and offered to blue-tooth our other phone, too, as we haven't had time to read the manual, yet.I never thought we would buy a new car, but Louis and others worked hard to make our dream a reality.They know how to do customer service right: Louis in sales, Zach, Dillon in finance, Steven Barrett in service, Aubrey in car care, and others, can't be thanked enough.Give these people a raise! I purchased my 2015 Toyota Camry at Fowler and knew that I would have excellent experiences all the way from the get go. Cameron, who I purchased my car from, was excellent and did not pressure me at all even though I was a first time buyer who didn't really know exactly what to do. I didn't feel taken advantage of and I truly appreciated that. For service, I left my car in the very capable hands of Stephen Barrett and Ricky Toumbs who took great care of it and let me know exactly what to expect and what was being done. I will continue to refer friends and family to Fowler both for purchasing and service on vehicles.

I bought a new Toyota Camry on 07/13/2015 since then I have not received my car title despite calling several times and requesting for help via their website. This is not a fair way to deal with your customers. It appears I will eventually end up paying penalties for late car registration starting tomorrow. Whoever is receiving this message from Fowler Toyota of Norman can you please help? Not sure what the delay is and why the dealership is holding my car title, this car was meant to be driven and not parked in the garage. I am attempting to solve this issue with Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. unfortunately!!!

Wow! This is what my wife, family and I were thinking as we left Fowler at 4:00 on Thursday, June 25, 2015. We were passing through Oklahoma City at about 1:30 when our Camry started to have troubles idling. We went to on dealer, the first one my wife could find in my iphone and they were absolutely no help. Not only were they busy, but when asked for another suggestion on where we could get some help, that person just shrugged her shoulders. My wife and I and my 2 kids went outside, sat down on a curb and prayed-literally! I got back on my iPhone and started looking. Fower Toyota was the first result to come up. I called and was greeted by a very helpful, cheerful individual who told me we could be helped at 2:30. We were 30 minutes and 27 miles away, but we had to give it a try. The Camry stalled out once at a traffic signal but we made it. Stephen Barrett listened to our story and said they would take a look. An hour and a half later, we found that a vacuum hose had come off and that the throttle body needed cleaning. It was ready to go! This was 1200 miles into a 1500 mile trip. We needed to get north of Amarillo for a job interview the next day and Fowler helped us get there. BUT...here's the best part of the story. They got us on our way with a handshake and "have a good trip" for FREE! Little did they know how much of a blessing this was. We don't have a lot of extra money. I was expecting to pay in the neighborhood of $300 for our time there. We were taken care of Fowler like we were good neighbors they had known all their lives. Thank you, Fowler Toyota for helping us out. If we get the job in Texas and need a new Toyota, we will make the 300 mile trip to buy it from you!

Terrible!!!!This dealership I am sorry to say I can never recommend to anyone. The process in purchasing our truck through them has been a complete waste of my personal time. Purchasing a truck is supposed to be an enjoyable experience...this has been far from that. Not only do they neglect to return any calls...but after purchasing the vehicle they made us drive 40+ miles back there because of paperwork that they neglected to properly fill out properly. We are still waiting on issues to be resolved due to their negligence I am loosing time, money and family time which I value to be precious. On top of all that the sales manager was extremely rude through the whole process. Honestly, I would be ashamed if this was my business! I have to also note that I never write complaints. I am an extremely patient person so for me to be this upset takes an exuberant amount of effort. I note... I am STILL waiting for my issue to be resolved all of which I note was Toyota Fowlers fault. 20+ phone calls in one monthLack of responsibility Rude and waste of time

I'm never there more than two hours and they keep me up to date during the wait. And every time I leave the dealership, they have washed my car for me! :D

I'm a 74 year old woman they just completely took advantage off. I trusted my salesman and everything that I was told. The car had BAD hail damage from a recent storm and the salesman assured me that he'd give me a great deal because they needed to get the damaged cars off the lot. I love the car except for the hail damage. Called a local friend who sells Fords and he said the hail damage would cost at least $1,500.00 to fix and I told that to the salesman. The Finance man showed me a "Blue Book" value of $11,500.00 so I thought the $9,800.00 price was fair. It was late at night and these men stayed PAST closing to finalize the deal which was very nice of them, since I had a 2 hour drive to get home. Imagine my surprise when I DID check the BLUE BOOK value and this car should have sold in the $8,000.00 range !! I told the salesman that my daughter could only spend $8,000.00 to begin with. We had been looking ALL day and found nothing in that price range which led us to the hail damage cars. I sure hope the car doesn't have any problems since we paid $1,500.00 -$3,000.00 OVER the blue book price.

I purchased my 2014 Toyota Highlander LE Plus AWD from Fowler in June of 2014. Right from the start I had a problem. Turning the key would spin the engine but it would not start. This was intermittent but embarrassing when you have friends in your new 36k vehicle. Returned it for service and they replaced the battery but that did not cure the problem. Brought it back a second time and the "could not duplicate" but it happened to me again and again. Finally got in touch with Stephen Barrett and the service folks had put their heads together trying to figure this thing out. They thought that since the remote starter was the only dealer added option that maybe there was a problem there. They contacted the installer of the remote starter who sent a representative over to meet me for the next visit to Fowler Service. The installer representative made a module switch (or something) on the Highlander in a few minutes and it cured the problem for good. My thanks to Stephen Barrett and the services staff for finally figuring out this annoying problem. It starts first time every time now Stephen, THANK YOU. This problem was a pain because I live 75 miles south of Norman but I am glad it is fixed right. We really like the Highlander for its power, ride and handling and the auto climate control and power hatch. Recommend the LE Plus model to anyone.

Made a deal on a car at the price I wanted. Go back to financing and they tell me that if I don't purchase their extended warranty and gap insurance, my APR rate will go up by 4-5 points. I say I don't want it and that I agreed to a price and that, aside from normal dock fees etc..., I wasn't interested.They put it on the contract anyway! $3200 for a warranty and $800 for gap insurance -- I NEVER AGREED TO PAY FOR THAT. Then they didn't explain the terms or truth in lending statements and had me sign for a deal that I would never have agreed to. I thought I was signing a declination of the extended warranty and instead it was a contract to sign up for it! Buyers: be warned. When they get you into the finance offices they do not want to take no for an answer and are even mean about it. They act like you are a stupid, bad person because you don't want to buy their extended warranty from them.The truth is that you have 3 years and 36K miles to PURCHASE THE EXACT SAME WARRANTY at a much lower price than the dealership is selling at.AVOID FOWLER TOYOTA IF DO NOT LIKE HIGH PRESSURE SALES

Worst experience shopping for a car here ,trying to to pressure you to buy ,BUMPER TO BUMPER insurance also GAP INSURANCE. When it is optional Manager in the used car evening shift was trying to trick me into buying another truck when I was already set for what I wanted , and tried to change the price there on the spot when I had already seen it for a price online. Also in the finance department Dillon Harris stay away from him as soon as you don't buy all the unnecessary extras he is rude. Try's to overprice vehicles( SHARKS). The only friendly salesman and he doesn't pressure you at all good job.

To the best of my knowledge, this is my interpretation of the events: I had no clue what I was getting myself into and the salesperson at fowler was fantastic. However, Corey Rucker our finance manager completely deceived me while closing the deal. I was tired and ready to get out of it. After the fact I read through the agreement and felt like a complete idiot. We agreed to a price that was between 19-20k and on the contract is about 2.5k higher than the paper we initialed with the lower price (which they never have us a copy of). I asked him about it and he told me that it was just a different way to arrange the numbers for office purposes. These cars are supposed to be no haggle pricing so I am not quite sure how he managed to do that and comply with Scion's price points. He also told me that the warranty was fully refundable, yet when I read through the fine print, about 1k was not. I have tried contacting Fowler at least ten times to speak with finance and every time I get a really nice person picking up my calls. The only problem is that its finance employees are "busy" and never end up returning my calls. I have left multiple voicemails and...nothing. All I really wanted to do was have them explain the situation and see what my options were for canceling the warranty. I read through the warranties and will cancel what I can through my own resources. As stupid as I seem for falling for Fowler's tactics, I find it highly unethical as a company to be so superficial on paper by sending letters of support, only then to lie during an important process and fail to return my calls. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." I will not make this mistake again and I will never do business with Fowler Toyota ever again. Thank you Fowler Toyota for making the decision easy to take my business elsewhere.

Fowler sucks!!!! They are rude. They just want to rub money from customers. I made the reservation for the car I wanted to buy. When I got there, they told me if you wanted to buy the color you want, you have to pay two thousand more. They said the price on its website is not correct! No reason. They pushed me to purchase the overpriced car without my consent. They explicitly said you have to buy it because you test drove it and you wasted my time. This is exactly what they said. I asked the manager's name. But he told me a fake name. Do not buy cars from Fowler!!!!!!!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! They are robbers!!!!!

Dillion Harris was the sales rep that I worked with and I was more than happy with him. I came in wanting to look at two cars- he brought them up for me, discussed the merits of each, test drove each and then he let me alone to look at the two side by side so that I could sort out my thoughts without his interference. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. Purchase negotiations went smoothly- of course I feel a got a bit shorted on my trade in, but you pretty much expect that when you go to a dealership. That's HOW they make money. Customer service has been great. Overall I am really happy with this experience.

I bought my corolla back in California and I recently moved to Oklahoma. I bought an extended warranty with it so it covers it bumper to bumper for 100,000 miles, and I get my oil changed for free with it. I took it in to the dealership a couple months ago to get the oil changed and had NO problems whatsoever. I went in the other day to get it done and when I came back the guy tried charging me $45 for an oil change. I politely told him that I had a warranty that covered it, he IMMEDIATELY cut me off and started talking about how I don't have one, there's no such thing as a free oil change, basically calling me a liar. Whenever I tried explaining to him that I did indeed have a warranty that I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR he cut me off, wouldn't listen to anything I tried to say. I then told him I had just gotten my oil changed a couple months ago at the location and then he RUDELY said: "well we didn't do it then". Wow. I was speechless. How am I supposed to know now that when I bring my car in that they will actually change my oil?! It wasn't until a supervisor came over did the issue get resolved. I work in customer service and I would NEVER talk to a customer how he was talking to me. Seriously considering not going back to that place. That was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a toyota dealership.

Are you ready for some good old fashion high pressure car sales techniques? High pressure car sales are alive and well at Fowler Toyota. On Monday, June 30th 2014I was treated to an exhibition of rapid fire interrogation style auto sales from John R. Crosby, Certified sales manager.I was there to by a used auto and was getting along with my salesperson named Sterling just fine. I told him I didnt want to buy today. Sterling handed me a paper with the total OTD price of $14,159. I saw the car for sale on the Fowler website for $12,500. He asked me to write down a number I wanted to pay on the paper. I did. All of a sudden, Certified Sales Manager, John R. Crosby takes Sterlings chair and introduces himself. He asked me where I got the number I wrote down and what did I base that on. I answered. He said the number was an insult. I barely talked to him 20 seconds and my number insulted him. Mr. Crosby is the type of saleperson that has a snappy comeback for anything you say. He can rebuttal, rebuttal, rebuttal with the best of them. He will make you feel guilty if you dont sign something now and buy a car. I grabbed the paper with the numbers from his hand and walked out and left Fowler Toyota.This is not the first time I felt uncomfortable at Fowler Toyota and had to leave. In 1983 I came in to look at a pickup truck, just looking. It was a horrible, frightening experience.In 2001 I came in looking to buy a new Toyota Echo. They scared me away again and I had to go to Edmond to buy my new Toyota. The Echo has always been maintained at Fowler. At Fowler, sales and repair are two different companies. I asked for free tire rotation and wheel balancing for life on Monday and was refused.I did learn on this trip from a salesperson who told me when he says I dont want to waste your time that really means go away, stop wasting my time. I have to sell a car. If you would like to buy an auto and keep your dignity and sanity, go to Toyota in Edmond or over in Midwest City. If you go to Fowler you may never leave without buying a car. And how did $12500 on the internet become $14159 in the showroom.not a friendly place.

I am happy with the car I purchased. After the sale was completed, sadly, customer service declined sharply. Immediately after I purchased the car I noticed the wheel lock key was missing. I contacted the salesman with whom I had dealt, he assured me that it could be replaced, considerable time passed, I again called him and left a message on his voice mail to which I have never received a reply. Next I went to the dealership and spoke with different personnel who assured me that my missing piece could be replaced and even ordered it for me, again considerable time passed with no resulting wheel lock key. Finally I went back to the dealership one last time and requested to speak with the manager of used car sales, after being ignored for over half an hour I left, firmly determined to refrain from spending money at this dealership from now on. Very poor customer service.

I spent over $25,000 on a new car with a full warranty less than six months ago. I was never told that my "full warranty" wouldn't cover a flat tire. So imagine my surprise when I take my flat tire in and am told a.) that it will cost me over $150 to replace one tire, b.) they don't even have the tire in stock for one of the best selling cars in America, and c.) I should have purchased an additional warranty from them because my so-called "full warranty" doesn't cover one of the most important components of the vehicle.Meanwhile, I can go to any other tire shop in town, pay half price, get the tire replaced in under an hour AND have it covered under its own warranty. Your greed in trying to sell me a tire or an additional warranty just ensured that neither I nor anyone in my family will be giving any Fowler dealership or Toyota a sale ever again.

To all you potential car buyers out there: FOWLER TOYOTA in Norman, OK should be your last resort. They sell cars to which they cannot produce titles for. They make promises during negotiations that are not reflected in the contract. The promises in question for us are; the promise of 2 years of service maintenance (ie: oil changes) but they wrote the contract to include only 2 oil changes. During the financing process even with descent credit, they try convincing you that the only way to qualify for the loan is to buy an extended warranty ($3000) AND gap insurance ($800). The extended warranty is supposed to be for the life of the 3 year loan, yet again the contract reflects only a 2yr/24000 mi. warranty instead of the promised 3yr/36000mi. warranty. When Fowler Toyota sells a used car they tell you the average miles per year is 17,000 mi. But when selling an extended warranty or trading in a car they tell you the average is 12,000 per yr (or in our case the average appears to be 8,000). Our original purchase date was March 25, 2014...it's now May 12, 2014 and still no title. Everyone do yourself a favor and take my advice, DO NOT BUY FROM Fowler Toyota!!!

I went to Fowler Toyota in Norman on Saturday, April 5th looking to buy a used car. They didn't have what I was looking for, so the salesman got his manager, and we discussed EXACTLY what I was wanting. A 2010 or newer Chevy Equinox, black with black interior, with as many features as possible, under 70,000 miles, and I named my price. He told me that later that next week he would be going to the auction and would be specifically looking for what I wanted, and would call me to let me know what he found. He also said that there was no obligation if by that point we found something else or if we didn't like it. That Tuesday, he had his assistant call to confirm what we had discussed on the specifications of the vehicle I wanted. By this point, I was very excited and thrilled that they were going above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. The very next day she called back, and said that he had found one. A 2011 black on black Equinox with 53,000 miles. So I made an appointment for that evening to come up there to test drive and take a look at it. She stated that it was priced about $2,500 above what I told them I wanted to spend, but that they would work on the price for me. So I agreed to still drive an hour to come take a look. I got there, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our salesman was nice too... in the beginning. He pulled the car up to the front and as I began to look over the vehicle my salesman kept stressing the fact that he had his manager do this just for me. I noticed a tiny dent, several scratches, a couple of door dings with white paint scuffs, a pretty big scrape on the back bumper, and then a dent about the size of my hand on the passenger side front quarter panel. I pointed them out to the salesmen and he said "Well, what do I need to do?" I said that I understand it's a used vehicle and that things happen, but the dent was a HUGE issue. He responded with offering me a couple tubes of touch up paint to fix it myself, a "dent pop", and to see how much it would cost to fix the dent in the front. His estimate was an extra $950 (he included the cost of 2 touch up paints). He added the $950 to the final price of the vehicle which ended up being $3,350 over my budget. Let me note that before I came in, I got with my lender and noted the below average, average, and good retail of the car, so I knew exactly what the vehicle was worth. It was in below average condition AND $3,000 over priced. I wanted to discuss the possibility in trading in my vehicle to put towards the cost of the one I was looking at. I told him what I wanted for it. And again, I knew the below average, average, and good retail on my car as well as the trade in value and what they could make off of it. He immediately began to point out everything that was wrong with my car (let me add that he made up "hail damage" and deducted that from trade in value of my car. There was ONE penny sized spot on the side of my car by the back window that was the same size as the dent on the Equinox that he said would just need a dent pop. There was nothing on the hood or the roof of my car.) He was more than willing to take that off the price of my car, but wasn't willing accept the fact that there was damage on the car he was trying to sell me. He was only willing to have it fixed at my expense. After discussing everything, he wasn't willing to come down on the price at all. Not even a dime. I left without purchasing a car that day. After I had walked out the door he followed me dangling my car keys at me because he forgot to return them to me after appraising it, AND I had to walk around the parking lot looking for my car, because it wasn't left anywhere close to where I had parked it when I arrived. He wouldn't tell me where he parked it. He just said that he left it over there, and turned around and when back inside. I finally found it on the side of the building behind another car. There was plenty of parking in the area designated "customer parking only" I had a very unprofessional experience, and quite honestly I don't recommend this dealership unless you're wiling to overpay.

i went into this store for a recall fix. They ended up having to keep my car overnight. All was well until I got my Car back and all my change in the car was stolen. I brought this up to management and they gave me a $20 gift certificate to be used on my service. I was like ok better then nothing. That was until I tried to use this on my next visit. It was not worth the paper it was printed on.. I was in the market to trade this car in and I was able to do so at Hudiburg toyota. Now I will not have to deal with the lying stealing people at Fowler Toyota in Norman.

Came in to test drive a 2013 Toyota Rav 4. I ended up also test driving a Volvo they had on the lot. The Sales Associate (Steve Wright) was pleasent, at first, until he kept insisting that I sign a piece of paper, which in his own words "really didn't mean anything"...if it didn't mean anything, why did I need to sign it? I told him that I was still "shoppingn around". He then brought in a "Manager" who couldn't seem to understand the term "loan to value" on a vehicle purchase and spoke to me like I didn't know what I was talking about...sort of strange for a Car Dealership Manager (I thought). Long story short, when I told him I thought he could do better on the price of the car he grab the papers off the desk, said have a nice day and stormed off. His behavior was completly rude and unprofessional. As it turns out, the next day, I went to Bob Howard Toyota and purchased the exact same vehicle at a much better price then what was offered (turns out I was right in regards to the price, but nice try "Manager"). Needless to say, I will never recommend or return to Fowler Toyota...unfortunately the "Manager" blew the deal...good job!!!

I had initially given Fowler Toyota a very poor review but chose to amend it with regard to this used car purchase (I have left the original comment for understanding). I felt it fair to dramatically raise there score and comment positively instead because of the response and corrective action taken by the dealer, especially Steve Butler-Internet Director Fowler Toyota. The response was to immediately remedy the problem and follow up with complete integrity. That kind of service actually speaks very highly of the dealership and its integrity. Thanks to Mr. Butler and the General Manager he worked with, I now recommend Fowler Toyota and would personally deal with them again. The actions noted below from the first review appear to just be an unfortunate experience due to actions or mistakes of some or one but certainly not the entire dealership. Well done and Thank you for your professionalism and integrity.(BUYER BEWARE. Was told I would be given a ride to the dealership at 10:30 a.m. for delivery, never contacted and after making contact was put off for hours. Was told he overslept. Eventually had to make my own arrangements later on. Vehicle was delivered un-prepped. Gas tank close to empty though I was told it would have a full tank of gas at time of delivery. Battery obviously had to be jumped by dealer to start the car----know this because the battery cover was left loose in the engine compartment the entire ride home (was wondering what that noise was) and the hood closed on it damaging the battery cover---it is broken and needs replacement. Vehicle had a bad battery since it had to be jumped by dealer resulting in damage to the vehicle prior to delivery. Replacing at own expense. Very disappointing. Have always owned new Toyota products as primary vehicle but would certainly not go back to Fowler for next new car purchase (or any purchase or service for that matter). Night of delivery was treated indifferently. Do not recommend Fowler Toyota. Will be posting negative review on Yelp.com as well.)

First let me start off by saying that I bought the car out of state online from Fowler Toyota and after this buying experience will never do it again. At first the customer service was great and they would return my phone calls in the buying process all the way until they delivered the car and I signed the paperwork. After that the customer service there has been absolutely terrible! It started with a warranty issue that took 6 days and consistent calling for someone to get back with me with the information I needed only to found out the repair was not covered by the warranty. Next since I bought the car out of state I was waiting for the bill of sale & title paperwork in order to get the car register in my home state. When I bought the car I was told that if the paperwork didnt arrive in time that I can call the dealership to get an extension of my 30 day temporary tags. When I call two days before the temp-tags expired to inform the dealership that I still havent received the paperwork they told me that its against the law to reissue or extend temporary tags. In which I informed them why they have employees giving customers either erroneous information or flat out lies. Next they couldnt believe I still hadnt receive the paperwork and told me how they show in their system it being mail on Nov 5 but what they fail to realize is that when they mail off correspondence its time stamp on the envelop with the date which had the date Nov 14. They try to smooth the problem by refunding me for the repair that was not covered by the warranty the first week I had the car along with mailing me the warranty service contract paperwork copies that I still hadnt received yet. It has taken them a whole month to refund me the money and I am still waiting on them to mail me the warranty service contract paperwork. What started out as a smooth transaction has become a headache and a horrible buying experienced.

Wait until you get all your paper work before you rate this dealer. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the sales department when I purchased my son a used car here. But after signing the papers, which was also pleasant, it all started to come apart. I had them tint the windows for me on the car. I called and made an appointment for the following week. When I arrived for my appointment, they acted like they had never heard of me. And then when I was passed to another advisor he thought I was there to have work done that was on an old repair order. So then they told me that they wouldn't be able to get the car doen by the next day, and that since they had promised me a loaner that is was just all okay. Thankfully for them they got the job done by the next day and it turned in to a non issue. But it marked the beginning of my bad experiences. Fast forward to almost a month later and I have still not received my paper work on the car. I have called my salesman several times and he has taken to not returning my phone calls. My wife stopped in the store to check on things and they told her that they could not give her an answer as to where the paper work was, nor could they give us a new tag. So I moved up the chain to the sales manager once my paper tag had expired and he promised to get back with me the an answer by the next Monday. Well guess what? No phone call. And when I asked him about the tag he stated that the penalties weren't very much and they would reimburse me if I felt it was neccesary. And that if the car was impounded due to the expired tag, that they would just take care of it. Now how would you feel about your 16 year old son driving around in a car that may be impounded? I for one am not comfortable with doing that. So I have a car that can't be driven, and no one who will call me back. Who knows how long it will take before we can drive the car again. Disappointing end to what was such a promising start. All I can say to future customers is take your chances.

Very pushy to get you in to the finance office. Forcing you to buy extended warranties. Never returning phone calls, not helping resolving issues and took 2 months to get title and all paper work cleared. Still working on things and I am not very happy that no one is very efficient in making sure that things are taken care of. Very bad service in the area of purchasing and getting the car into your name. Horrible. Will never shop here again.

I went into this dealership looking for a very specific model, they found it on another lot, we made the deal, done the paperwork and all was good. The problem they then just dropped the ball and did not get the vehicle. I called after 8 days and the told me the vehicle was no longer available, but it was when we made the deal. They dropped the ball, no attempt to make it right, just sorry the deal got lost and we missed it.

We have bought all our cars from Fowler since 2004 and have always had good service, but this time was the best. After some issues with the finance we ended up talking to Joe Brown and he made sure we were well taken care of and that his best finance person helped us. Catie(?sp) was absolutely wonderful and we will not let anyone else handle our account no but her!Bruce in sales was also great. After having been through the recent tornado he made sure we found the right car for us without any pressure. He understood what I was looking for and even made some suggestions. The best though was the non-pressure sales he gave and the continued help after the sale when a few issues arose.

We went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle that we saw online. Allen was the salesman that greeted us and proceeded to let us view and drive similar cars, he was very pressure free, but willing to answer any questions at a moments notice. We were able to make a very confident decision on the model that worked best for us. Allen presented a very good price which we accepted. The financing was handled by John, in which the process seemed streamlined and hassle free. The actual purchase of the vehicle was relatively quick. I would highly recommend these salesman and dealership based on our experience.

Went in for a a recall repair on brake computer system and a repair to the aux jack. Cruise control worked on my way to the dealership, I used it on I-35. On my way home afterward, I discovered the cruise control wasn't working. The button was making a clicking noise it did not make before taking it in for service. They also left my fuse door open. When I went back the earliest I could (three days later) they informed me the cruise control failure was unrelated to the work they had done. It just happened to fail while it sat in their service bay. They made me pay for the repair (with a 10% parts discount, to soothe me, I guess). I will never return. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We went to the dealership to test drive a used car and ended up purchasing it. The headlights didn't work when we purchased it, but didn't realize it until it got dark on the way home. Luckily, the fog lights worked, so we were able to get home. The dealership repaired the lights when the technician that could work on non-Toyota vehicles was available.The description said that the car had floor mats, however, there was only one floor mat which was in the trunk, which was for the back floorboard. The dealership did not offer to replace the front mats with new ones. We have ordered a set through the Infiniti dealership for $150.I still consider the overall service good, had it not been for the above listed items, would have considered it great.

Let's start at the beginning, I had to walk back to the dealership because the car I was test driving ran out of gas. Second, I spent my whole morning in the dealership, because of trying to get me financed, and now I can see why; you double the price of the car that I bought. I could have swore I said no to the extended warranty, that was a whopping $2462.56. I agreed to pay $4129, with the halo crap that you sold me, that I did not know about, for a price of $1149.25. I was thinking how hard is it to get $4129 financed, little did I know that the price was $7634. What happened to a little honesty? Is Fowler that desperate for money? I am going to be in the market for a new truck, and I like the product that Toyota puts out, but I think of another brand if that's what I get from a Toyota dealership. I would tell you who I dealt with but they did not give me a card. Maybe working Fowler, they can not afford with business cards.

I paid an ok price for a used car and the sales experience was generally good. However, I paid $17K for a used car and went to the trouble to extra keys and a satt radio receiver for my trade-in and when I asked about floor mats for the car after it was detailed they just said it didn't have any and they didn't provide them. That's a policy you might want to rethink - it's exactly the kind of cheap attitude you that keeps people from coming back to car dealers or recommending them.Note: Fowler did reimburse me almost all of the cost for used original floor mats and review is updated accordingly.

From the moment we exited our car for the first visit we were treated exceptionally nice by all the salesmen. We ask for Cory Rucker, who we had talked with last October. He show us the prius and was very informative. We ended up purchasing a Ford C-Max, however, my wife had an accident and the C-Max was deemed a total loss. Cory informed us he was no longer selling but in the finance department. My wife is a principle in the Norman Public Schools and I own a Coffee & wine bar cafe called Michelangelo's here in Norman. Cory came in for coffee. I like doing business with people who do business with me. We were fortunate to to be paired with Bryan Roberts. He to was very informed on the Toyota line of cars. When we purchase cars, believe me we do our homework. Bryan came into Michelangelo's and had lunch...I was impressed. Not one of the other salespeople except fat the Ford dealer came by my business. You know as well as I do running a business is often a challenge, especially a small business in a small town.Cory did help us with the financing and we left feeling we could not have been treated more fairly. Cory knew his "STUFF", made suggestions we didn't even think of. I "popped in" to see if someone would set-up my new smart phone with the car phone and I was met in the service pit with a very friendly and helpful man who did not hesitate or seemed annoyed with my request. He said that he couldn't but he would call someone who could, which he did. This man was a salesman and he, too, was very friendly and set-up the phone. He also showed me how to use it and some other features. I wish both of them the best!

an hour after i left my battery toppled over pulling the negative cable off the post leaving me stuck in the middle of rush hour traffic with no power so the hazards wouldnt even work (very scary feeling to say the least) when i finally got in contact with them 3 days later (after leaving 2 messages on a machine with no call back) the service guy said the part must have been missing for a long time! was it gravity that held my battery in place for such a long time>? i am extremely unhappy as my truck is now missing a part(which they gladly offered to sell me) that was obviously there up until the day i took it in of it would have happened a long time ago in his words....he said the supervisor would return my call 2 days ago still no word....if that is how they take pride and care for there long time customers since 2006 im out!

I was so concerned about sneers or being judged by my sub prime credit , but Scott treated me great . Fowler gave me an awesome deal since the BMW I wanted had hail damage ! I went to this location when it was raining and my other vehicle broke down so I needed a new one pretty bad. I gave my price point and Craig was very helpful. They got me the price I was looking for and at the monthly payments I was comfortable paying. I asked them about it being a pre-owned Toyota certified vehicle and they told me that is was previous to the storms that came through the area, but they can no longer certify them due to insurance issues. I am currently working with the Sales Manager to remedy some confusion that has occurred.

I purchased a used pickup four years ago from this dealer. I was very pleased with the deal they gave me. Since it was used and I live over 300 miles away I have never had it to the service department. I was so pleased with the purchase 4 years ago that when I started looking for a new family van I went back to Fowler Toyota because they had what I wanted in stock and my local dealer did not. I was happy with the deal they made me, but now that I have dealings with the service department I am not so pleased. I had them install a remote start. They got it installed but could not get it to work, so I had to bring it back another day. Each day that I had the van in who ever worked on it left trim pieces undone on the interior of the van. The first day I was ten miles down the road before I noticed the trim piece not in place. I put it back myself. The second day the van was given to me as complete but before leaving I checked things over first and had to get someone to put trim pieces back in place. It worked out that I was in the area when it was time for the scheduled service. They did the service with no problems. While there I asked about having a broken cover replaced. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it and had it ready to install when I was back in town. They didn't have to take care of this but they did. I am very grateful that they went above and beyond on this point. However when I took the van in for them to install this piece I asked if they could fix the noise a side door was making. I was asked when I would be back in town because they were very busy. I told them it would be six months before I would be able to be back in town. They fixed the broken piece and told me they didn't have time for my second request even though I live over 300 miles away. Having purchased two vehicles, one being a new one, I felt Fowler Toyota could have given me a little extra time when I drove 300+ miles to them and had a set time to be there. Lesson learned: I will buy from local dealer next time.

I have nothing but good things to say about my complete experience buying our Sienna today. I found the can i wanted online. I was able to negotiate a fair price via email. I scheduled a test drive and the car checked out great. The dealer honored the email price without trying to renegotiate (which i find very rare in dealerships.) I drove up from Dallas to buy a car here and was nervous but everything went great. Dillon, our sales person was great to work with and i never felt pressured. This is a great dealership to work with and Dillon was a pleasure to work with as well.

We were greeted upon arrival and directed to the internet sales area. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable, no high pressure, very professional yet friendly, patient, and accommodating. We were granted permission to take the car to our mechanic to satisfy our peace of mind. That was a plus. Surroundings were good while we waited for finance. The shop and restaurant are a nice touch - complimentary water, etc. Everyone seemed to be concerned with keeping things orderly as I noticed a number of employees pushing chairs in and making an effort to keep things tidy. We had to wait because the finance people were very busy, but the waiting area was comfortable. When called, the financing was completed without hassle. When we finished, the car was cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go. The exceptional service included a number of perks which were above and beyond - gift card and complimentary servicing appointments. The one negative I had of the entire experience dealt with the keys to the car we purchased. I was provided with two keys and fobs. Neither fob worked and only one key would start the car. That will lead to an additional expense on my part. It made an overall great experience only good according to your scale, but we thank you for a pleasant experience.

They have always delivered highly competent sales and service and always go the extra mile to ensure that my cars are kept in top working order. If there has ever been a problem they have fixed it with a high degree of competence. Across the organization their staff has been no less than outstanding in each and every transaction. There are a few I would like to commend. 1st - Robert Nelson is an outstanding service advisor and in all my dealings with him he is a total professional and ensured that I understood the necessity of all repairs and answered any questions I've had, there is none better. 2d - Stephen Barret, is also an outstanding service advisor who has been equally professional and helpful when Robert has been absent. He goes the extra mile even when people are not his customers and delivers the same outstanding service as Robert does. 3d - The mechanic/technician that works on my cars is Larry Capps. Larry, like Robert, is one of the most outstanding professionals I've ever been associated with and will explain options and necessity for repairs. He works until the job is complete and like Robert also does his work to a high degree of competence and thoroughness not normally seen in this industry. I would also like to comment on the other subunits in the firm. 4th - Ross Burk heads up the service department and is an outstanding leader and manager and has been helpful to me and answered my questions. 5th - The rental division is run very well and I can always count of getting in and out very quickly when I need to get a care while mine is being repaired. 6th -The sales group is highly professional and it's a no BS group. They say what they mean and mean what they say and you can trust them. 7th - Finally, the management of this organization is no top notch and no less than outstanding, Jeff Spears is the GM and goes many extra miles to see that his customers are taken care of. In for the 20K maintenance visit (oil change, filter, fluids check, tire rotation). Brock indicated the vehicle's tires call to be balance as well, the price was nominal and consistent for the mileage as far as a "real" necessity. Chose that to be done. Additionally, the technicians recommended replacement of the air filter and cabin air filter. I thanked them for the advisory; but chose to replace them myself. The 4runner cabin air filter is by far the easiest, fastest, best designed access replacement of any vehicle I have ever owned. (Under $15 at O'Reilly auto parts) and took maybe 30 seconds. No glove box deconstruct required! Well designed and further affirms my pleasure in purchasing this vehicle.

After becoming disenchanted with another dealership, I showed up at Fowler one afternoon. Byron got me a cup of coffee and we talked. I told him I didn't want high-pressure. I wanted time. He called me every week, just checking in, like I asked, for several months. When my needs and wants changed, I showed up one day. I test drove a car. Several days later, in the evening, he'd gone home for the day. Without a word of complaint, he came back to the dealership and made me an offer I loved. We were there merely a couple of hours and walked out with the car I love now. Patience and an ability to hear what I really needed made this sale.

Justin was a great salesman to work with. You could tell he was excited about what he does which makes a huge difference. It was the first FJ he had sold but he already knew quite a bit about them and if he didn't know something he quickly found out. Let me say that this review is NO reflection on Keith Turner. He did an outstanding job answering our questions on the Prius and presenting the vehicle. We were ready to purchase tonight. It was the sales manager that blew the deal. On Monday when I was there, the sales manager said that he could get me into the car for $21,500.00 list price was $23,500.00. Tonight the sales manager had sudden onset amnesia and said that he could only take $1000.00 off the price. Told him what was said on Monday and he started with the amnesia. That is SO NOT how I want to begin a relationship with a car dealership. It just too bad. Fowler Toyota would have been extremely convenient for me to take my vehicle in for service, but after tonight, they will not be getting my business. I feel sorry for Keith, as he did a great job and deserved the sale, but the sales manager cost him a commission. Also, if someone doesn't ask about a hail damaged vehicle, don't show them one.

I had been to many different dealerships around Oklahoma when i was looking to buy a used car, but Fowler was by far and away the best. I felt like other dealerships were only interested in helping you if they thought you were going to spend your money there. If I told them I was just looking their attitude towards me would change. Fowler Toyota was NOT like that at all. The sales team was knowledgeable and worked hard to make me happy. The used Toyota 4runner I was looking at had a few things that needed to be fixed. The service center at Fowler was also great. They went over the parts that needed to be fixed with me and were very helpful at explaining everything I didn't understand. I never once felt like I was being jerked around. That IS extremely important to me. I can tell when someone thinks "Oh... he is young (I'm 26) and probably doesn't anything". If you like helpful service, clear and concise answers, and not have the feeling of being jerked around, then go to Fowler. You will NOT regret it!!! (They even have a cafe, gift shop, and play area for your kids while you shop!). If the things above are not important to you and you don't like saving money by having dealerships mark up prices then by all means don't go to Fowler. But who out there doesn't really like saving money? TLDR: GO TO FOWLER!!!!

Saw a used 4 runner online with all the options i wanted and at the price i was looking for. Went to go see it and it actually had some issues with it. The Manager was not comfortable selling it to me as is. So they performed the necessary work on it and sold it with out raising the price. Service was fantastic they kept me up to date on everything that they did to the car. Didn't pressure me into anything and were very friendly. I will for sure be going back to them for my next car purchase and i am referring all my friends.

Everything about my and my parents experience at Fowler Toyota was great. I lost my car in the May 31st tornado, so was looking to replace a car that I had loved. But I was not looking forward to new car shopping.Louis Parris was our salesman. He was friendly and informative about the Prius C I was interested in. There was only question he did not already know the answer to (how to change the speedometer back to miles per hour instead of the kilometers per hour someone had set it to), but he quickly looked up the answer. He was not pushy about getting us into the office--he let the great car sell itself. He made the whole experience very comfortable for us.After we agreed to purchase the car, Scott Tang was our finance person. He was incredibly patient with my mother, who asked a million questions about extended warranties and finance options. He got a us great rate in the end (0%)! What I expected to be very stressful was actually a pleasant experience.When it was time to get the keys to my new car Louis took the time to explain all the detailed features of the new menus and even paired my cell phone for me over the bluetooth system. I would buy another car a Fowler without any hesitations.

This was the best car buying experience that i have ever had. Bruce is a TOP notch salesman. I contacted Jay Haider by phone who in turn put me in touch with Bruce. When Bruce & I spoke, I was straight up with him & he was the same with me. I had a pretty good idea of what truck I wanted. Bruce didn't waste my time by trying to show me every truck on the lot except the ones that I was intrested in. I was in & out in just over 3 hours! He never made a promise that her could not keep. Like when He told me that there was a second pair of keys to the truck I was purchasing even though He could not find the second key He stopped at nothing to find and track down the other keys(which he found and did get to me!). I've always found buying a car to be just a little less enjoyable than going to the dentist. While I still find the back and forth on price to be beyond annoying, I found Dennis and the folks at Fowler made the experience a little less painful. It's the first time that I've bought a new car and didn't feel like I needed to take a shower afterward. I actually have a good feeling about the experience and that has never happened before. Whether I got the best deal possible no one ever really knows but I feel I was treated fairly and that bodes well for how things will work going forward with service on my car.

I was impressed with the friendliness of sale professional and the fact he did not try to puss a more expensive vehicle on us. We were able to purchase our 2013 Corolla with very slight hail damage at a fair price in a short period of time. There was none of that going back and forth to sales manager for never ending haggling after we had defined our target price and payment. We had to have a cruise control installed and that took a very little amount of time in shop,. Our overall experience was extremely positive and I would recommend Fowler to anyone who asks. We are actually return customers as we purchase our first Corolla 12 years ago ther and our son is now driving it with no problems.

My wife needed a new automobile. I was in the market for a one to three year old sedan. I had been to two dealerships and felt like I was being taken advantage of from the sales manager manipulating the numbers to get me into finance to another dealership not showing me the Carfax on a Lincoln that had been wrecked three times until I was in finance. I was fed up with the tactics so many bad dealerships use to sell an automobile.I was looking for a dealer that did business the old fashion way...where your word is your bond. I found it at Fowler Toyota. I called and spoke with Ruby Dailey in the internet sales department. I told her what I had been through and that I didn't want that experience again. I specifically wanted to look at a 2010 Camry with 37,000 miles that they had in inventory. After speaking with her for several minutes, I agreed to come in. Unlike the other dealership, the person I spoke with on the phone came to meet me when I arrived. Ruby then introduced me to Jeremy Hale, whom she had briefed about my needs. Jeremy took me right to the car I wanted to see and told me everything about it. I knew I was in the right place. He didn't stand there and let me look at it and say. "Well, do you want to buy it?" He educated me on the car completely and then we drove it. I had a 1996 Camry that I put over 300,000 miles on it when we got rid of it and it was still going strong in 2005. I was sold almost immediately on this car. Jeremy then told me about the rebates and discounts on a new Camry and suggested that I look at one before making a final decision. He said the payment could be similar with adding twelve months to the note. I worked my way through graduate school selling cars at an excellent dealership, so I know that he could potentially make much more selling me a used car than a new car. I knew that he had integrity and now he had excellent credibility with me. He let me select the new Camry I wanted to look at and then he explained all the differences that three years had brought to the new model. I knew my wife would love this new Camry as I had already made up my mind. Driving the Camry was amazing. It has a very European feel to it. When we returned from the test drive I told Jeremy to write it up. The whole sales process was very professional; something sorely lacking at the previous two dealerships I had been in. Scott Tang handled the financing and also got me a much lower rate than the bandits at the other two dealerships. From start to finish, the whole process took less than three hours. I also met Jeff Spears, the GM, and had a very pleasant visit with him. Every person I interacted with at Fowler Toyota was friendly and professional. They were all concerned that I was taken care of in every way. All of the above was enough for me to give Fowler and Jeremy a shot at selling me a car in the next six months to a year, but the story doesn't end there. Three days after I drove the Camry off the lot, I received a call from Scott Tang, the finance man who took care of me. Scott told me I needed to drop by the dealership and sign new paperwork on the loan. I couldn't imagine why and asked. He said that he had worked on the deal the last couple of days and had be able to get the bank to lower the APR by 4.4%. This lowered my payment by over $50.00 a month. This deal was done and their profit made. They did this strictly to help me out and lower my payment. On Saturday, when I asked the finance manager and the general manager what kind of dealership would do this after the deal was done and profit made, they both said the same thing; the kind of dealership that wants customers for life. I have not stopped bragging about my experience at Fowler Toyota. When I was asked this morning how my weekend was, I told the person about Fowler. I forgot that Friday night, I had attended the Jerry Jeff Walker concert. I have seen Jerry Jeff numerous times and never miss a concert. That should tell you where I rank my experience with Fowler.

I found Fowler Toyota via USAA. USAA recommends this dealership and recognizes it as a platnium dealership. I read a ton of good reviews about the dealership so I decided to go. Once I arrived Bryan intorduced himself and let me breathe, unlike most car salesmen. Once I had a question or comment he was there to answer my questions. I purchased a vehicle there in 2011. Jay, the sales manager disregarded my no haggle USAA price.CHECK THE CARFAX THEY GIVE YOU! ASK FOR A CURRENT ONE! The one they gave me showed a clean report. After I owned the vehicle I did another one only to find that the tires had been replaced, and some other stuff that wasn't on the "CLEAN" Carfax they showed me.I purchased the car and was told afterwards I needed to grade them all FIVES otherwise they would get fired. So I didn't fill one out at all.SOMETHING I HAVE LEARNED LATER: Toyota will not fire an employee for not getting a FIVE-but what they WILL do is pay HUGE incentives to a dealer that gets all fives on their surveys-we are talking 100 thousand dollars or more for excellent surveys and meeting their sales goals-DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR HIGH PRESSURE "GRADE ME A FIVE" TACTICS.Additionally, the bumper to bumper warranty covers paint. it is good for 36 thousand miles. At 29,000 miles I took my vehicle into a Toyota dealer to have the clear coat redone. THe dealer inspected it and told me it couldn't be covered under warranty because it WAS PAINTED ALREADY. The issue here is that I bought the car new...how could it have been painted before and also have voided the warranty? Well, guess what? it had to have been Fowler-they did something to that vehicle and did not DISCLOSE IT before I bought it. SEEMS FISHY TO ME.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE-THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES and pull EVER TRICK IN THE BOOK.

I didn't even consider Fowler when I was looking for a truck, but after pure frustration with the big "truck" dealers, I asked a friend and co-worker for advice. He told me about Matt Perkins at fowler, I called Matt, and met him up there. I felt special from the start as I guess Matt told the General Manager because he was waiting for me when I got out of my old truck. Matt Took me to 3 trucks he had in mind, I had no idea they had that many trucks and he and I picked out my dream truck an F-250 Lariat. I tried to make a deal on one just like it at another dealer for alot more cash, thank heavens I didn't I saved a ton at Fowler and they had a better truck selection than the big truck dealerships. John Crosby the pre-owned manager was a pleasure and didn't have a bunch memorized word tracks like the other managers at other places. Went to trade 2 vehicles and buy a new Prius V. Made clear how much I needed to get for the 2 trade-ins and what my drive-out TT&L price needed to be. Took a couple of weeks but finally we appeared to have reached an agreement.Got the vehicle, traded the other 2 in, applied trade-in to new vehicle, financed the loan through the dealership and drove the car away. Waited to receive the documentation so I could go get the new license plates. That came in the mail about 3 weeks later so went to the state tag bureau. Imagine my surprise when it turned out that the price I paid did NOT include tax, title & license: the bill I was presented at the state tag bureau was over $ 900! Not only was this not included in my loan nor talked about at the dealership but I was expected to just pay cash for the unpaid taxes, etc. Perhaps I was naive at not checking the paperwork more closely. But never in 30 years of buying vehicles has a dealership ever deceived me in this way...I'll never recommend Fowler Toyota or any other Fowler dealership. CAVEAT EMPTOR...

I dont have experience with the sales department but I will NEVER use this dealership because of my experience with the service department. I dropped off my Tacoma at 3:59 p.m. I was told they would call me and let me know when they are done, or if they figure out anything else. After waiting by the phone thinking they would call, I never heard from them, knowing they close at 9:00 p.m. I went to the dealership, and the service person that handled my Tacoma was already gone, the only guy there looked up my name and he said that they never touched my truck. They had my truck for 6 hours and didnt even look at it. I understand serice gets busy, but to have my truck for 6 hours and not even give me a courtesy call to tell me anything about it is wrong and bad busniess. Luckly I was able to pick up my truck before they closed otherwise they would have locked it up over night without even telling me. Like I said I will NEVER use Fowler Toyota again!

My husband & I arrived at Fowler Toyota on Saturday, 8-11-12 about 12:00. Justin Ratcliff came by and started showing us new & used Tacoma trucks. We test drove two vehicles, one used and one new. We liked the new one and wanted to talk about the cost. He brought out Jay, a Financial person, and we negotiated the price. We filled out pre-paper work and Justin turn them in and told us 'you're next in line'. (If I heard that statement once, I heard it a dozen times not only to us, but to other customers waiting) this was at 2:30. He told us it would be about 20-30 minutes. We waited until 4:00. We never saw or heard from Justin, so we paged him. He reported to us, 'you're next in line'. We waited again until 5:15, again not seeing or hearing from either Justin or Jay. So we paged them again. Jay came out and told us, 'you're next in line'. My husband asked how much longer? Jay responded 20-30 minutes. We told him, you have 30 minutes and we won't wait any longer than that. So at 6:00, we walked out, without a word from anyone and without a vehicle.We didn't hear from anyone all the rest of the evening, or Monday. So on Tuesday afternoon, I wanted to know if the General Manager, Jay Spears, knew what had happened to us on Saturday. I called him and he said yes he had heard and told me they were very frustrated about it. He never apologized, just stated his frustration.So I told him his customer service 'sucked' and that I couldn't understand why you leave a customer, ready to sign papers to buy a vehicle, waiting for 3 1/2 hours, and never check on them or tell them what was taking so long. I thanked him for his time and hung up.

had vehicle service there after purchase every 5000 miles, on 15,000 mile change, they left the oil dipstick out, and i found it a week later laying on the engine. At the 30,000 mi oil change, had appt set up, took 4 hrs for that, requested synthetic, they put in regular, had to change it out again. Got home and noticed the a/c wasn't blowing air very hard, pulled the cabin air filter out and it was plugged full of dirt. Checked the repair order and it shows they checked it, but apparantly they never. Contacted service dept to complain about it, and they could care less. Paid $95 for a oil change when they didn't do there job, wonder what else they didn't check!!!!

I just got my new 2012 Highlander from Fowler Toyota in Norman OK. First off the people at Fowler Toyota were friendly,knowledgeable and there was pressure put on me to buy. The new facilities are first class which makes it extremely nice when you are buying your car. I must have visited a different Fowler Toyota dealership than the other people that have ranted and raved about them. In my dealings with Fowler Toyota of Norman, OK the finance and sales departments have always been very helpful and straightforward. My most recent purchase included a 2011 Tacoma that was a pleasure to buy and has been a pleasure to drive. As far as finance department goes, John Crosby actually gave me .5% lower interest rate than was agreed upon with the salesperson. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people that are interested in purchasing a vehicle.

My daughter needed a new car and being fresh out of college she didn't know how to deal with sales people. We are out of state so I called the dealer and made the deal for her so all she had to do was go in and sign the papers. The deal was set, but when she got there the financial guy (William) intimidated her into buying $4000 worth of extended warranty on a brand new car. She didn't know what to do and he made her cry so she signed the papers. After consulting me she went back the next day and asked them to remove the extended warranty. They would not, told her she needed it because in 4 or 5 years her radio might break. Now she has a car payment that is above what she can afford because of the extended warranty. I do not think they would have done this with a man. They should be ashamed that they treated a young woman this way. In this economy one would think they would try to fix it but they will not. Do not buy from these people, they are not honest or nice.

Chris Marritt helped me find my pickup. When went in and asked for him. He never appeared. A oriental guy helped me. Then when got taken into fiance guys office first name of william, they screwed me out of my tag, overcharged me a fee, said that he couldn't find my previous car which I still owe 3,000+ on. Refused to cancel my Gap on my previous car, I was so upset that I just wanted out of there. Figured out that they were removing my tag, because the oriental guy was staying gone for a long time. I have never been so yanked around by them. My first experience was verily decent. This time it just made me want to puke on his desk and on him. I never want to go back to that dealership as long as I live.

The people at Fowler are terrific! I purchased a 2006 used Prius in November '09 in another state and visited Fowler Toyota for an initial check. I have been extremely pleased with the way I have been taken care of since then. Jay went out of his way to show me specs for the car that I didn't even buy from them and also did a very detailed check on it to make sure that there was nothing that could indicate that the car had not been taken care of by its previous owner. I wasn't expecting this since I didn't buy the car from them and was pleasantly surprised by this treatment. They take pride in taking care of not just their customers, but of all Toyota owners.They also gave me three complimentary oil changes and tire rotations for my car. I never have to book an appointment, I just drive in and am out of there within 40 minutes with my car been completely taken care of. Each time, I have never waited more than 30 minutes and their dealership has a very comfortable waiting area with TVs and magazines and a cafe. The reps are very friendly and make sure that you are well taken care of. They also let you know if there is an issue that might need taking care of sometime soon. Brian was the service rep who helped me and his knowledge about the engine and all the other details about the car is amazing!

I am a previous customer of Fowler. I do all of my svc work there. I came in to have routine svc work performed. I had thought Of the idea of trading for a new rav4 with 0%. Clarence was very helpful and jay haider made me a deal that i could not refuse. My finance guy was John and he was the nicest young man. He was very easy to work with and really helped take the stress out of buying a car. I do not agree with any of the negative reviews I have read on here. The people that can not get along with the guys at fowler probably do not get along with anyone in life. I will continue to recommend fowler to anyone I know. Thanks guys.

I purchased a 2010 Highlander from Fowler Toyota on 12-11-09. During the high pressure sales attempt to purchase the extended warranty, finance salesman, John Crosby informed me that I would be financed at 4.9%. Advertised internet financing was 2.9%, however, that did not include the model I selected (my fault for not reading the fine print). When I objected, to the rate was lowered to 3.9%. Based on the fact I know and was told by John that my credit rating is 800+, two days later, I decided to finance through my personal bank because of the attempt to deceive me into paying a higher % rate. When informed of my decision, the finance department (John and Finance Manager Mike Ferguson) stalled and failed to provide required paperwork to my bank for 3 days. Fowler finance personnel claimed they faxed it, however, I was on the phone multiple times with my bank representative and told they had not received the information. When the bank finally received information they needed, they cut a check. According to followup with Customer Relations Manager, Henry Siegler, the check did not arrive until 01-07-10. Fowler failed to file title paperwork until 1-11-10,- at which time they should have mailed the paperwork I needed to title my vehicle. When I contacted the dealership via e-mail on 1-15-10- they agreed to hand deliver it to me when I made a special trip to the dealership the next day,- ie. they never mailed it. I attempted to address this and numerous other issues (ie: their backhanded methods of trying to make a buck) with New Car Sales Manager Jay Haider (1-16-10)as well as Mr Siegler, and resolve this. However, their idea of honor and respect obviously have different meanings (only one of my complaints was resolved). The sales tactics displayed are indicative of shady salesmanship in which they choose to make money. That said their deliberate failure to provide my bank and myself with required information in a timely fashion is clearly an attempt to force me to finance with the Fowler company and when I did not back down, they intentionally held up the MSO required to title the vehicle. While it is well known that buying a vehicle needs advance preparation (and obviously a male present), the shenanigans played out after this deal are indicators of unfair sales practices that need to cease. I initially believed this was a singular event, but based on Fowlers failure to respond to my complaint, it apparently is an every day sales scam used to put more money into their own pockets. Shame on you Fowler. When I spoke with Mr Haider on 01-16-10, his resolution was an offer of three free oil changes. I did not accept. At that time I informed him, the manner in which Fowler chose to do business was not one that would receive any additional patronage or money. I also told Haider to determine what he felt was appropriate to resolve the (numerous)issues and gave him a week to resolve the issues. I have not received any response to my concerns as of this date. Please inform Fowler the matter would have been resolved with an apology letter, however, at this point in the process, there is nothing they can do to change my opinion of their organization. Whenever any person asks about my vehicle, I will be sure to relay my Fowler experience and insist it would be a mistake to buy from Fowler, because they will be as disrespected as I was.

The sales guy, David B., was great. The finance people are there to RIP YOU OFF. They made me wait for about 1 1/2 hours, and in retrospect I feel as if they did it simply to wear me down and make me sign anything to get out the door. It's my own damn fault for signing anything when I was tired, but BEWARE -- Do NOT agree to any additions to your agreed-upon sales price. The finance guy said, "For an extra $8 per month, you can get all this coverage." He was LYING. It turned out to be an additional 35% over the sales price, and I feel as if I was totally screwed. I have a graduate degree, and I'm an intelligent person, but I was tired and felt like I was completely taken advantage of. I had bought three previous cars from Fowler, but it is NOT the dealership that it used to be, and I will NEVER return. The moral of the story is, do NOT believe them when they say it's just a few extra dollars per month. They are going to rip you off and make you pay hundreds for extras that do not make a lick of difference in the quality of the deal -- it is totally a case of "additional dealer profit." I will never buy another car from them again, and they are no better than the slimiest bad-suit-wearing, corner-parking-lot, lemon-selling rip-off joints on this planet. FOWLER TOYOTA SUCKS!!!!!

I have already submitted a review about Fowler Toyota, and the car they sold me with the bondo all over it. I really need to add this information. Especially to the people that will only buy certified cars. Fowler sent some of their people to look at my car (with the bondo all over it) to the auto body shop. They were very rude to my auto body man. Then they told him "You know there are ALOT of GREY AREA'S to work around when it comes to a certified toyota car. You can have damage to at least 3 sides of the car, and it can still be a certified car." So who knows what else they allow. I just had to write this to make people aware of what they might be buying!!!!!!!

I have purchased 4-5 cars from this dealer and never have had a bad experiance till now. In 2006 I bought a 2005 toyota solara. I was kind of talked into going over my budget a little, but that was OK. Recently my car was hit in the front end. To my surprise when I took it to an auto body man, the headlights were GLUED into the body. There were screws holding the front end together with BONDO over the screws. This was a certified toyota used car. No one could have taken the time to go over this car. SO IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A GOOD USED CAR BEWARE!!!!!!!! ANY ONE CAN MAKE ANY THING LOOK GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

I read the last review about Fowler and wanted to say that my experience there was a complete opposite. The internet dept. was very informative and they were able to answer all of my questions about these vehicles. They got me the best price and helped me with everything. They got me straight with the new car manager and he helped me pick out the perfect car for my wife. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will be shopping there for many years to come. Called to inquire about a deal on a 2006 used Toyota Highlander. I specifically asked if the vehicle I was looking at on the internet actually did have the side impact airbags as advertised because these are difficult to find on the 2006 model. I was assured that the vehicle had the side impact airbags as advertised. The internet salesperson I spoke with on the phone even said she went to check to make sure it did. The next day when I got to the dealership and looked at the vehicle in person it did not have the side impact airbags and the vehicle had 2500 more miles than was advertised on their website. They then offered to show me the new 2007 Highlanders that have the side impact airbags. I thought the old bait and switch went out of style years ago. Guess I was wrong. Left the dealership and will never go back.
