Love the customer service! Whether it is to service my vehicle or visiting ABRA Auto Body for a quick bumper repair. The whole dealership is very friendly and professional! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else or purchase a vehicle from anyone else. Honesty goes a long way and for that they have my business for life!

I have owned Toyota vehicles for over 25 years and have never experience a more professional staff of people as I did when I purchased my new 2015 Venza from Fort Dodge Ford Toyota. I was impressed not only with the staff but the facility itself. I feel Cameron Nelson was very knowledgeably of the vehicle and went out of his way to help in any way he could. The closing of my purchase with Tracy went equally well. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a new or used vehicle to give them a try. I hope the service department is equally as qualified and professional as the sales team.

Awesome place to get a car. I bought my wife a Sienna there and the transaction was quick and easy. Sidney in finance was super friendly and I was out of his office in no time.

My vehicle is only 6 months old and I haven't had service done yet but I have had to ask questions and they were very responsive to me. The sales people were very cooperative and understanding.

Recently purchased a 2014 Camry XLE form this dealership. Everything about this purchase was first class from this dealership. The salesman (Cameron), Sales Manager (Jesse) and Owner (Matt) all were very extremely friendly and were very down to earth in their approach. These guys bent over backward to help me find the car I wanted and for the price that I thought was fair. I liked that they worked with me on the price. Other Toyota dealerships ( four of them) that I had contact with were just trying to sell me something and would not work with me. They had the attitude "take it or leave it". I appreciated this dealership at Fort Dodge taking a different approach and working with me. Also, these guys were not high pressured at all. The dealership is as nice of a dealership that I have been in. Everything is spotless and very eye appealing. I would 100% do business with any of the three guys that I named above and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I posted a review three days voicing my displeasure with a sales manager at this dealership. One day after my review was posted I received a phone call and an email from Matt Johnson who is the General Manager and Owner (I believe) from this dealership. He apologized for the treatment I had received during my visit there in December. He let me know that the way I was treated was uncalled for and that was not at all the way he wants customers to be treated at the dealership. He let me know that he had addressed my issues with his sales manager. I felt that Mr. Johnson was very sincere when speaking with him and found him to be very concerned for me as to what had happened. He was first class! Because of his concern and reaching out to me about my experience I would recommend this dealership.

They really truely do care that you have a good experience there. Very fair no-haggle pricing. I felt great about the deal I got. GM Matt Johnson is a great guy. He saw to it that I left there with both the vehicle and the deal I wanted. I'd recommend them for sure.

Very friendly service with little follow through for customer service. Truck has been back for the same issue 4 times with a total of 3.5 weeks in the shop. Very willing to fix anything else not related to the actual issue it was brought in for. The last time they tried to charge me $450 for a part that did nothing to fix the problem although they said it would. Had to leave work to bring in my second key to replace this part the day that they were supposed to have it done even though they had known they were replacing it for three days prior and hadn't bothered to tell me they needed it, but gaurenteed it would be ready by the afternoon. Three days later they said it was done. Basically called me a liar when I brought it back in for the same problem and questioned the bill the next day. I have had to contact them multiple times to see what is going on with my truck as they are poor at following up with me when they have information. They also have installed two faulty factory parts (not sure if installation error). If I wasn't getting multiple parts replaceed for free (as they don't fix the issue) I would not go back for any other service needed. Also was quoted a price for changing a fuel filter, once the bill came it was $100 more than the initial quote. They need some big changes in the service department.
