Honestly the salesman was amazing. The finance lady not so much. My credit score being over 700 and making well above the median household I was asked for a Co signer. Saying I needed to buy a cheap old used car and pay on it for a year to trade it in at half what I'd be charged for it and add those remaining payments to my next vehicle. So to sell me 2 cars in a very short period of time instead of the one I wanted. She was openly surprised when I said "absolutely not" and left.

Mike G was fantastic to work with. He answered my extensive list of questions and helped me reserve my Yukon over the phone. The car arrived a week ahead of his projection. The car was clean and exactly as described. I wanted the front windows tinted and Mike had that done before we arrived. Ferguson is the first dealership we visited that we felt relaxed and taken care of. We could not be happier with our buying experience. We will be driving from Edmond for all service because we feel confident in the entire Ferguson staff.

Amazing dealership with friendly sales and service personal going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Hassle free/friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend speaking with sales associate "Michael Gallmore" super nice sales gentleman who was a pleasure doing business with.
