Zach at Holly Kia was a awesome sales man, My husband works until 5pm everyday so it was late when we got there and he was not pushy, or rushing us, he was very pleasant and willing to show us what ever not caring about the time. Zack then came to my job the next morning to pick my car up to have all the plastic pulled off, put the carpets in and detailed it, that was just great service to me. I like Holly Kia at Felton, however is it really necessary to take an hour for a simple oil change. Plus the oil change does not include the car being vacuumed or the windows washed. I Can get that service at Jiffy Lube.

I recently bought my KIA Optima from the Felton location and I absolutely love it!! My sales person was Curtis and he went above and beyond to get me in the car that I fell in love with! At first I just came there looking to get into a base model Optima and I liked it but once I walked on the showroom floor and saw the fully loaded model I knew I wouldn't be happy with any other and Curtis did everything he could to help me get in it and keep it affordable! I had a great experience and I will definitely recommend Curtis to anyone buying a new or used car!

I came in to the dealership late on a Saturday looking to test drive the Optima after doing tons of research in the most competitive class of cars, mid-sized sedans. I had narrowed it down to either the Optima, Accord, or Legacy. I took a ride to go see them in person, starting with the Optima. A salesman (Chad Alexander) greeted me immediately, which I usually don't like, but he seemed friendly and not overbearing. We checked out the demo car and I liked what I saw. It didn't take long on the test drive to realize the car was well built. It checked all of the boxes for me: smooth and quiet ride, good acceleration with the A/C on full blast, and the styling inside and out was appealing. Because my experience was so good between my salesman and the dealership itself, I decided to take the great deal they offered me. I didn't need to go see the Accord or the Legacy, my mind was made up. Chad was genuinely helpful and not pushy, which is exactly what I look for in a salesman. I'm sure they made money on the deal, but it was also good for me and I want them to stay in business so I don't mind contributing to their profit. And Jim, the owner from the commercials, was the one who offered me the deal. I hope my experience with their service department will be as good.

I found the "Certified Product Specialist" Greg Phillips very friendly at the outset. But, this establishment is NOT very Honest or professional. The vehicle that I purchased was way overpriced! Not as nice in condition as viewed on their lot. Especially, after their service department damaged the driver's side upholstered door insert on a Toyota Highlander; doing their 1st and 2nd detailed servicing!! As an "Out-of-State" customer I would NEVER buy anything or recommend this dealership to anyone! Their service department put the WRONG Grade OIL in my vehicle too! I took my Toyota to a "genuine" Toyota manufacturer for this product and had them reevaluate the condition of the vehicle. I had to have my power steering low pressure hose replaced due to a major leak; that Stained my new concrete garage floor and carport concrete pads!! I tried to reach out to speak to JIM EHRLER (Owner) by calling both his locations and NONE of his employees would allow me to speak with him directly: although I have a letter from him saying "...Please feel free to call me personally at..." I suspect lesson learned as I feel as though I've been deceived from the very start.

This dealership is by far the best dealership I've ever been in. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They can work miracles even with not so great credit. From the salesman to the owner, the entire staff will make sure you are taken care of with the utmost respect and compassion. Greg Phillips is the salesman you will want to see. I've been to four different dealers in the past two days as soon as I told them I had bad credit they treated me like crap after being on the lot at holly Kia for like 2 minutes I was approached by salesman Lee Wilson he was very polite, I told him I had bad credit and he said don't worry that they deal with several different banks and can help most anybody. I was impressed with his professionalism and the way he treated me . I would recommend Lee and Holly Kia to everyone.

I was very reluctant to go into the dealership because I had a car that was broken down, it needed a new engine, and I owed quite a bit of money on it. I knew the commercial said they would take any trade, but I didn't believe it. So I called first. My salesperson, Lee Wilson, was very helpful (on his day off!). We bought a used Rondo from there and as far as my husband and I are concerned this is the place we will return to do business with. We had no problems with the purchase, to include an inspection by our mechanic within the 30 day warranty, they fixed everything he found wrong. ( which was very little) each time we returned to them everyone was so courteous. I did read all the reviews before the purchase and truly was prepared to get the usual "used car" treatment. It didn't happen. I was there to get my oil changed and rotate the tires. No Charge! Yes I would recommend them, they are good for their word, thank you all, Darrin our salesman and each and everyone, I wish I could remember all their names I would list them for you.

I would have previously recommended this dealership, but after the way I was treated today, I will never go to them again for anything. Their service department has no record of my extended warranty so I had to track it down myself even though the car was purchased at their dealership. After speaking with the warranty department (not part of Holly Kia), I was advised that I could receive a refund of my GAP insurance premium because of paying off my car early. I ended up speaking with the GM of new car sales who for some reason immediately had an attitude with me. Maybe he was having a bad day, but whatever the reason he had an attitude the whole conversation. He even hung up on me. When I called back, he lied and told me that I had hung up on him.

Sold me a minivan that broke down on the 3rd day. Minivan been back and forth to the service department numerous times. No one can figure out what the problem is and the sales team lies a lot!! They are xxxxxx and very rude. Even though I am a single mom with an autistic child they will not refund my down payment or even give me another vehicle that is operable they are forcing me to take a lemon. Do not go there!!!!

They asked me when going to do the finance papers to complete the tablet first thing, before the entire purchase was complete. I gave them a 5 of 5 because the people were pleasant to deal with, but as things progress, my attitude changed. As the lady sat there and had to get her manager, she never gave me an opportunity to change my review and neither did the manager. JUST MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE ENTIRELY BEFORE FILLING OUT THE TABLET BECAUSE YOU ARE GIVEN A CHANGE TO CHANGE IT IF THINGS CHANGE.

Today I went looking for a vehicle. The first and last stop was Felton Holly Kia! When I exited my car there was a nice man by the name Mark Randall there to welcome me. I told him exactly what I had in mind and could afford in regards to a "new" used car for myself. He wasted no time getting me started in the process. Mark was very nice and my family and I were comfortable with him from the start!! Mark never hassled me into changing my wants and needs, instead he gave me exactly what I asked for!! I am very happy with my 2012 Chevy impala! Also I want to add Holly Kia also has a nice area for children to spend time in, where there was also hot coffee! The customer service there was HORRIBLE. My car was towed in on a Thursady morning at 8 a.m. I called several time throughout the day. I left messages for the service manager and the cars sales manager. No one ever returned my phone calls that day. I just bought a new car and it only had 400 miles on it when the key got stuck in the ignition. It was on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend of course. When the car arrived at KIA, the service person called me and told me that they were able to get the key out without a problem. I was very upset as I knew there was a problem and I felt as if he was calling me stupid. I then explained that the tow truck driver also could not get the key out and the gentleman said "he didn't know to push in before taking out the key". I am fairly sure that the driver had driven many many vehicles and was able to take keys out of all of them. Eventually it was found that the car needed a new tumbler and the car was at KIA service for a week. I felt this was an awfully long time and finally on Friday, six days later, I called and it was explained why the car was there for so long. Isn't it good customer service to let the customer know what is happening with their car?? Then there was the issue of the replacement car. I had to practically beg for a replacement car, I was told that they don't provide those. How is that? When I did get the car, my salesman brought it to me, but then, on the holiday Monday, I had to drop everything and drive him back to the dealership. This has been a mess and all I wanted was a great new car. I seriously considered asking for a whole new car. Please let me know someone actually reads these. Thank you

My experience with my maintenance appointment was wonderful. I was offered a beverage as I walked in, the new service team and management was very helpful and nice. While waiting on my car to be serviced, I noticed that this dealership had "our daily bread" out on the tables.. this was very unusual. In most places, you would only find everyday life magazines. I found this to be very refreshing, sometimes we need to read something that will help us in being kind and courteous towards one another. Keep up the good work. Thank you.. Holly Kia.

My buying experience was wonderful. They made the entire process easy. I love my car! I really appreciated my salesperson, Bruce Perry, because he wasn't too pushy and made both my husband and I very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The rates to have my car serviced at the dealership are cheaper than most auto places including Walmart. Great dealership!

This is the 4th Kia product that we have purchased from Felton Kia, I brought the last one the Sadona in for a minor repair and returned a few days later to purchase a new vehicle. I was a little sketched out about the 5,000 guaranteed trade thing I will admit, so I only gave them 4 stars in that department, but Jason was super helpful and explained it's just numbers. We talk real trade and car numbers and he was able to get me in something that wasn't junk. My credit isn't real good so usually dealers have just been trying to put me on these used cars with like 100,000 miles. I am happy with my choice, I had money down so I'm sure that helped lol. Hopefully my interest rate is lower once I build my credit up next time.

I could not get them to give me a paint touch-up stick that worked. emails to the "contact site" were not returned. A call to the customer service center of KIA national yielded a rep who told me it was the dealer's problem and corporate headquarters had no interest. I can't believe it - to lose a customer for a lousy touch-up kit.

I worked with a woman named Heather and it had been the best experience I have ever had!! I have purchased many cars in my time but I have never come across someone who was so caring and interested in my needs in a vehicle. I am currently being treated for cancer and have had a rough go for a while and LET ME TELL YOU this woman brightened my day soo much! She found exactly what I wanted and worked close with the manager to get me the best pricing (as I had been researching for a while) and when I have problems understanding my phone and bluetooth system she always takes the time to help me. She is a godsend and she has been there the longest. I recommend you see Heather at Felton Holly Kia!

I went shopping for a new Kia Rio. Test drove one. I was trading a 2003 mustang. The price on the Kia was $16,565.00 on the sticker on the car and on the window. ( and yes, I had looked on line at many different places and the same price all over) After I was finished test driving my Mustang was appraised and he came back low, $1000. I asked what the price on the Kia was and he said $20,000. He was not interested in my credit, he was not willing to even check, he just didnt appear to care one way or another. I am a hard working professional with an excellent credit rating and was very excited to go look and purchase a new car. The poor attitude and rediculous increase in price of the car was extremely upsetting and I will never go back to that dealership. As you know, bad news travels fast and unfortunately whoever I have told so far, knows someone (or had the same experience) who went there and had bad results also. They walked out.

To start we were on a budget and gave the sales rep. our budget. At this time we found a car we liked that the sales rep told us would be in the budget. We sat down and crunched numbers and were given a payment that was what we were looking for. When we went to sign the papers the payment was 50 dollars HIGHER a month. Then when asked, the closing rep gave us attitude about having to fix it. They were extremely unorganized and committed multiple errors on the documents and had to reprint them 4 times. Their attention to detail was non existent. It took several months to obtain are primary registration for the vehicle. We had to call them just before the temporary registration expired to pick up our tag. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE... I still have headaches.
