Needed a decent car quickly and left a message on Thanksgiving night with Faith's Toyota. Melissa from Faith's called me 8 am sharp the next morning and made it convenient to make a almost 3 hour drive without any rush or pressure. They were expecting me when I arrived and again no pressure to hurry up and buy the car so, I looked over the vehicle, asked a few questions, paid for it and was on my way back home within an hour. Every time we go there our expectations are exceeded and we are met with care and understanding that hasn’t been felt at any other dealership in our history. Thank you for the assistance. Tim in the service department is amazing! He was so helpful in explaining the issue with our car, what our options were, and the timeline we could expect. He followed up multiple times with us to make sure we knew the status of our repair and was able to get everything done quicker than expected! I would 100% recommend Faith’s Toyota Ford to anyone!

Tim and Wayne were wonderful. They kept me up to date on my automobile. And delivered same day enough though they were booked solid. I was an emergency Fit in. Thanks for not taking advantage of a women! I would recommend you to everyone!

All the people I met were extremely kind and helpful. They stayed open late to show me a car. I decided to purchase and there wasn’t enough time for them to ready the car for delivery that night. They brought the new car to my home an hour drive away the next afternoon! Thanks for a great experience!
