My mother & i got an amazing deal a month , and a half ago . She went through the bankruptcy a couple years ago & still managed to get a 9% interest rate on a 2013 Hyundai ! A million thanks to Rick & Don , also the car salesman - Will . We most definitely will come back !

I purchased a 2013 vehicle, which was nice. I had some problems starting out regarding my down payment but was able to resolve that without having to go to court. The problem that I have which is very disturbing is that I was told that after a year and a half I would be able to trade the car providing my payment history was good. I have never missed a payment or been late. I decided this month to get another vehicle. I have been to 6 dealers only to be told no. The last dealer finally said what they did to you is horrible. I currently owe $19000 if I keep until the end of the lease and then to buy outright it would cost me almost an additional $6000. Every appraisal values the car at less than $8000, so you do the math. I am so upside down in equity that even with $3000 down I can't trade the car because of the equity situation.

Went there with my daughter to buy her first car. I'm honestly surprised they got her approved even though she had no credit and can barely keep a job. Drove off the lot! Made us lifelong customers and when I'm ready to buy a new car I'm going there. Friendly staff ask for Ant he hooked it up!

As promised to Fairless I would update my review. Fairless because I know your reading this, and I received you message a few weeks ago, as promised I am updating my review. The truck you sold me is a lemon. Till this day I am still fixing problems with this truck. As you promised you paid to fix the struts, but the tuck still has so many issues. It was brought to my attention during the repairs that the entire bottom of the truck is rusted and many parts are dry rotted. The warranty wont even cover the repairs because of it. The popping/clicking sound that the truck made on the right that you failed to address has gotten worse, and again this Saturday I will be making a trip to Chevy. The bottom line is that you were completely aware of all the issues this truck has and yet you sold it anyway. From the date of purchase you were dishonest and deceptive. You only thought to make things right after I sought an attorney. The average customer you deal with may not be able to get an attorney to fight you, therefore the public needs to know that they need to be aware. So to all of you reading this review, know that, if you buy here and things go good for you, then great! But in the event that you get a lemon like I did, Fairless will most certainly try to screw you over. I have the ability to fight back. Fairless this has been a lesson learned for both of us. If you would like to make things right, you have my number.

This was my fourth purchase through Fairless Motors The quality of service from the sales peopleto the service department was first class and i would strongly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a used vehicle to make Fairless their first stop, you won't be disappointed. This is my third vehicle that I have purchase from here, my 1st was a BMW X5 that I absolutely love! My 2nd was a Infinity Qx56!! Each time I was treated as if I was a new customer. Everyone greeted me, explained all my question and concerns that I may have had about the vehicles, not only at the time of sale but even months later! So of course I'm back again this time for my Mercedes Benz Ml 350! I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point! I highly recommend Fairless motors

Bought a 2012 Escalade ESV from these guys and loved every minute of it. I live in NC and they completely made the deal effortless, even including the delivery. Rick and Danny are great. We love the truck and bought it "sight-unseen" and to our delight the truck is perfect and runs great.

Went there to get a car because my credit was bad. They put a damn tracking device on my car for my carnote to pay once a week it's horrible if u don't have it your car won't start, I've always made my payments for 3 years it's suppose to help you establish credit , it hasn't done anything but give me a headache. The car is horrible they don't go by their so call warranty. STAY FAR AWAY, just ride the bus until u can afford a car.

My credit was at 498 and I had just been in a car accident. My partner and I walked in, said we wanted a particular car and within three hours, I WAS DRIVING AWAY IN MY DREAM CAR!! A few days later, the financing fell through because I owed money to my landlord. The ENTIRE TEAM worked together and were able to get me better financing through another company!!!! I know for a fact they worked unbelievably hard to get me new financing as I was denied left and right everywhere else. It is nice to know that there is a car dealer out there that really takes the extra time to help turn the worst months of your life, into the best!! I walked in saw a car they promised will help me for being a first time buyer, I filled application. Then they asked for a co signer, brought co signer it was saturday almost 5 so they said, called Monday after 10 and we will give you and answer. Until that moment everything was ok. I called Monday and because the sales man I spoke to first was off that day nobody gave me an answer, they transferred my call between Christine and tommy, finally I decided to wait until Tuesday for Anthony (my sales man) to be back. I called Tuesday almost 5 times and they will put me on hold and then hung up, was impossible to talk to Anthony or anybody, cause they would alwAys do the same thing put you on hold and then hung up. They are completely unprofessional, rude, have no respect for the buyer. I don't believe any of the good reviews I read online about them, it's impossible that we are talking about the same place. I've waisted 7 days, I did all I was asked to do, they have all my information and I never got an answer or a car.

Although Fairless Motors did not have the vehicle available 2006 Expedition, the representative (Jay) did work to get me in a nice alternative vehicle (2007 Nissan Quest). I'm impressed with them being that my credit is not the best. The vehicle runs very well, however, if I can get the dvd player that I was sold on to work, I'd be extremely satisfied. I would definitely shop there again though.

First, I as so satisfied with Fairless Motors I am putting my personal email here. randyloraataol.com...u can contact me and i will confirm everything I say here. First of all, I was a month out of bankruptcy. NOBODY could get me financed....NOBODY. I had no vehicle. Is my 21% rate really high? Yea. Was my Jeep fairly priced? Yea. The point is, they got me into a great vehicle. The finance company I thought was going to be a scam is actually great. I deserve the high rate and after a year I can refi down to 12 ish. The vehicle is a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. It's perfect. I had a few problems with it....boom...sent it right to their mechanic...fixed! I will buy from them again...did they make money off of me? Sure. But as I said, I walked in there last and they got me a car. We all know if you don't have a vehicle, you are dead in the water. Any questions, email me. I have no reason to lie. They have no idea how important this cat is to me....oh, by the way...ive always hated jeeps. Now i will never not have one. I recently purchased an '06 Acura TL from Fairless Motors and to say my experience at this car dealership was excellent would have to be an understatement. I got the car for a great deal and the employees were more than willing to help me out in finding the right car for my budget. The car itself was an excellent buy, great condition and the minor problem i had (a cracked rim) was fixed and payed for by the dealership within a week of my purchase. The cars are 12 months guaranteed which took me by surprise because the previous dealership i made a purchase at had only a 30 day guarantee. All the employees here are really great; very nice and sincere people willing to help out in any way they can. You really can't find many used car dealerships like Fairless Motors. I will definitely continue going to Fairless Motors in the future and i highly recommend them for prospective car buyers.

I purchased my Nissan Altima from them two years ago. They were awesome, gave me good value for a tradein, got me approved with fair financing rate, and good reliable sound car. All of there vehicles are quality and dependable as I have noticed. Nice staff, not the most professional appearance but assertive to your needs and helpful, not pushy.

I bought a car from this dealer back in 2007 and I did not have a problem with them at all. Now in 2011 I just made another purchase and did not expect to be lied to so many ways. I was told by DJ if I refer someone to the dealership and they qualified and bought a car then the dealer would make a payment for me that month. Well I took a friend there and he dealt with DJ. They never made my car payment. When I kept calling and saw I wasn't getting any straight answer I went to the dealer and that is when Will told me, the only way they make the payment for every referral you bring in to them is by adding my car payment onto my referrals purchase. So in other words my friend would have to pay my car note not the dealership! Will also told me that they couldn't confirm the purchase because I wasn't there when he bought the car. I thought it was funny because when I spoke to my friend Christine told him that they were going to give me a $300 commission for his referral. When I asked to speak to Christine he said she was going to be out for 3months, the best they could do for me is give me a check for $100. Well my truck I bought their mechanic don't know how to work on it AT ALL! I could 1week after the whole ordeal with them not paying my car payment and I was shocked to hear Christine on the other end. When mentioned to her Will said she was going to be out for 3months she was confused about why he would say that when she only took a few days off! I took my truck back to their mechanic so he could fix my TPMS and Fairless Motors said for me to take it to the Audi dealer and they will pay for it, that's what Rick said and as an idiot I did just that and they DID NOT PAY to get it fixed. Luckily for me the Audi dealer was very nice and did not charge me! I will never go back there nor will I ever refer anyone to their dealership. Funny because I had a friend who wanted to get a car from them. But I talked him into going to another dealer a real car dealer! I also filed a complaint with the PA AGs office.

I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. They are a fraudulant company. First they told me that I had 2 years left on a factory warranty through Mercedes. They also told me that the car was checked out 100 % and everything was working. After taking the car home I discovered a number of problems. The windshield wiper pump not working , the front and rear driving sensors not working , oil light came on , tire sensor broke , trim coming off. I called them and they told me to take it to Mercedes. I took it there and was told by Mercedes that I had ZERO warranty left. To make matters worse , Fairless would not do anything and tried to sell me a warranty that they said would work at Mercedes. To be safe , I called Mercedes and the warranty that they tried to sell me could not be used at Mercedes. So after screwing me with the car , they tried to screw me more with the warrant......STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Folks, just stay away from this dealer. whatever they say is just lie. i made a deal on the phone and drove 2 hours to get the car. Guess what? They asked more money than we spoke. They were so pushy. Even though I told them the price they gave me was different than on the phone and over my budget, they kept saying the car is perfect, had that feature and so on. Also, they tried to fool me and acted like I had no idea about the car and financial things. If you ask them how much the car is gonna cost you in total, they will never say. The only thing they keep saying is you gonna pay this much monthly. They made sounds cheaper but at the end of the day they just trying to f..k you. After all, finally you get out of the store (if you can), they know that you are not gonna get they car, they just become so aggressive and you feel like they gonna beat you up.This is my first complaint about a company. That means they really pissed me off,trust me and stay away from this dealer.

I recommend this Dealer 100%. I bought many cars from Rick and the service was above expectation. They got me what I need and the payment I need it. I purchased a used Harley Davidson from them.From the first phone call to Will,to dealing with Mike,to driving off the lot was nothing but a great experience.Mike Daniels showed me the bike,no pressure applied.Told me everything he knew about the bike and why the previous owner traded it in.Mike treated my wife and I with respect and talked to us like we old friends.I got a great bike at a great price and I would recommend them to everyone!

I really needed a car a had credit problems. Fairless Motors was the first dealer to help me and treat me like person and with respect. The sales staff helped me all the way. I ended up with a VW Jetta which I love and I also got a really low rate with the financing even with my credit. I love my car and would buy my next car from Fairless Motors. Thank you. They corrected the problem with the broken sway bar,I was able to take it to my local nissan dealer and Fairless paid for the repair over the phone. I was pleased that they kept their word regarding the repair of the broken rear stabilizer SWAY BAR.

I went into the dealership as a first time buyer alone....terrible mistake! I told the salesman how much I could afford and they still put me in a used 2007 ford taurus that was listed on their website at $9900 but given to me for $13999! The payments were upwards of $400/mo. I told them I couldn't afford these payments and I was told by the same salesman the only other car I could get was a 2004 hyundai sonata with 87000 miles. They didn't have the keys to the car on the premises so I couldn't see if it had any problems. With a $2000 down payment the car was still $10080. I was told to bring the car back in 6mo and trade it in as well but I dnt trust them. I've had the car for less than a month and its already acting up! I regret the day I walked on that lot!

I would never recommend them. What the other folks are saying is true. They will lie lie and tell more lies. They cost us more money than we anticipated snd they claim they will rectify. Another lie. If they say they will do something don't believe them even if it is in writing. That's how much they lie. Try calling them with a problem and you are hung up on, left on hold for too long or told "it's your problem" even if you have a warranty. With the condition of some parts of the car I cannot believe it would pass PA or let alone another state inspection. I did some research and discovered they had a class action suit in 2000. over the same old things people still complaining about today. Just a crooked dealership.

I was desperate to get a car and they were the only one willing to help me but they made matters worse because now I can't get out of the car no one wants it. It's a 2000 durango high miles and it's priced higher than it's worth. They told me in 6mos Ican trade it in another lie went back they told me to wait till 8mos.

I purchased an Infiniti 130t I was told that the car had new brakes when I started to hear grinding I took the car back I was told the same thing over and over. I then took the car to midas and the brakes were on backwards the receptioon that I had received from the owner was horrible. Then just 4 months after purchase the check engine light came on I took the car back only to be told that I was responsible to get it fixed. Then just 11months after purchase it failed to start. I had to get a new starter.
