Shop with RICH at Fair Oaks Ford. He will take care of you in a timely fashion. He will find a vehicle that will suit your needs and he will really point out the features of the car that you will want to know about. His attention to detail is on point. He directed my wife and I to the best fitting car for our situation and worked with us to make sure we were happy when we left. He really wants to help you get the right vehicle and he wants to leave with every customer satisfied. If I ever need another vehicle, I’m coming back to Rich.

Greeted by a very nice salesperson. Palestinian decent. I was dropping off my car for service and still he helped me find the drop box and answered my questions even though I wasn't buying. I'll definitely will return when I buy my electric pick up. Called the day before service writer explained the hours for drop off, understood my questions right away and explained what was going to happen regarding the recall notices. (All brands have recall notices.) Nice nice dealer.

I had a great experience here with Pam. I did my research and wanted a female salesperson. She was the only one and she was great! She was busy but got the job done. Very personable. I bought a used Mazda from here. My only real complaint is the car wasn't given to me with a full tank. I was told for used cars they do not do that. This was my first time buying my own car and Pam made the experience more enjoyable and comfortable than I've had at other dealerships. I also had to ask quite a few questions in the financial department to clarify some things and make sure I understood because they didn't go into a ton of detail. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would come to Pam again!

Lorenzo is the go to person for anything! He was super nice and kind and answered every single question I had. He made the car buying process easy for me despite not having any knowledge in cars myself. I will buy my all 4 of my children cars from him because I trust no other salesman. He makes you feel comfortable like you're at home and has wonderful character. My husband and I cannot thank you enough Lorenzo.

I just bought a Ford Fusion SE 2017 from here. Kevin Diaz set me up with the car by asking for what I wanted for a car and how much I was willing to spend on it. After looking and test driving a couple of cars, we decided on this one. He was incredibly patient with me as we spent a lot of time negotiating the price for the car until I was ready to buy it. Kudos to you for that Kevin. They were willing to give an offer of free four years of warranty which I liked. The place was nice and comfortable to sit while we waited for the paperwork to get done with. We were offered refreshments regularly and we definitely needed that as we spent half a day there for the entire process.
