I was in a really bad car accident and thankfully only received two metacarpal breaks in my hand requiring a cast. My car was a total loss. Never imagining that I would able to purchase a new car, I was approved and purchased a 2016 Forte just this week. Micheal the younger service guy was beyond great when it came to dealing with my fiance kis soul. We had/have troubles with a couple of the sensors throwing codes. Well I wasn't informed that the diagnostic test was $110 when I called and made a appointment. So he waved that. Well the codes they pulled up were history codes no recent. So the cleared them and changed my oil and air filter. Gave me a discount on that to. He told me that if the light came back on being it right back in. Well it did and I called he said bring it in now. When I bought it in. He took it straight back found the problem and ordered the sensor that it needs.

The ease of the sale from one KIA to KIA. Burt started the process for me over the phone but when I got to Dyer KIA Burt was not available so Roman stepped in and made my experience effortless. Without the help of Roman my trip and search for a new vehicle from Florida to Georgia would have been the waste of my time. As Roman as my salesman I would do it all over again. Service manager was courteous and very helpful. Over the phone he was able to schedule my service 1 hour later and allowed me to receive a discounted price on oil change service although I had left my coupon at home. Also the service technician(s) perform quality work servicing AND cleaning my automobile. Also I was able to wait in the lounge area and take care of personal business while I waited!

I was asked if I had an appointment and as I did not, I was told that there were several people ahead of me with appointments but they (Kia) would be happy to service my SUV and would work me in as soon as possible. I forgot my coupon but was allowed to have the advertised price anyway. The person behind the counter was very professional and helpful. After visiting multiple dealerships in the area, we purchased our car from Dyer Kia. I especially liked the fact that they treated me like I still mattered even though I was on a budget and looking for a car to pay cash for as I didn't want to finance. They did offer to finance but it wasn't pushed at me like with some of the other dealerships we had visited. We encountered a minor issue with the vehicle we purchased but I really wanted it and our salesman Trey bent over backwards to make sure that I had a peace of mind before making the final decision to purchase the vehicle.

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle and had already decided we wanted to purchase a loaded Kia Optima as the options and standard warranties were excellent. I am disabled and I needed a vehicle that would make it easier for me to enter and exit and would give me the creature comforts I needed to help control my pain (heated and air conditioned seats and proper support for my shoulders and neck). We searched Kia's official website and assembled a car which closest matched our dream car while still staying within our budget. My husband had worked near Dyer Kia a few times and had seen their advertisements on TV; therefore, he decided to visit their website. There he found a car that had the color we had selected with even more options than the one we had chosen at the Official Kia website AND for less money! We immediately made an appointment to talk to a sales representative there. We arrived at Dyer Kia and was promptly offered coffee, soda, water, and snacks. Everyone was very welcoming and the atmosphere felt relaxed. Jahmar A. Bingham, Sr. met us. We told him what we wanted and he took us directly to the car we had seen online. Once we were seated inside, Jahmar quietly (and patiently I might add as I was a bit excited) showed us the car's features, which quite simply blew us away. We have never owned a loaded vehicle and this was nearly everything of which we had dreamed. We went for a test drive and Jahmar began chatting with us in a relaxed tone as if we were old friends. He had a very likable personality - unlike many salespeople we have encountered in the past. It was refreshing and made the decision to purchase the car much more pleasant. Jahmar took a lot of time with us, showing us the building - specifically the Service Department and mechanics who work there - and explained all the amenities the dealership offers, which made us feel very confident and lucky. The finance officer at the facility was nice as well, although pretty much what we have encountered in the past (all business and showing us extra warranties we could buy on top of the awesome ones already offered by Kia itself) but the process was painless and definitely no worse than any others we have experienced. We have yet to use the Service Department as our car is fresh from the lot, but we feel very good about our purchase and our experience so far. If we have any new feedback, we will return here to let you know.

I was surfing the Internet to look for a new Kia for my daughter. I found some very attractive pricing on Dyer Kias Website for a 2015 Kia Forte LX. I initially contacted Jessica Porterfield, their Internet Sales Rep, and gave her the Out the Door price I was willing to pay including a trade of my daughters low mileage 2011 Kia Rio LX. She said they would work with my price and invited use to come to the dealership for a test drive. We arrived on October 21, 2014 around 5:40 PM. Amanda Rue was the Sales Associate assigned to work with us. She allowed my daughter to take a 45 minute test drive including Interstate driving. My daughter LOVED the Kia Forte. Amanda is a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable Sales Associate. She answered all our questions and did an excellent job explaining all the features of this brand new Kia Forte and even paired both of our Cell Phones to the Bluetooth interface built into the car. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Kia. Amanda then worked with us on available rebates and financing for the Kia Forte. Imagine my delight when she offered me a deal within $500 of my requested Out the Door pricing. I immediately shook her hand and we had a deal. We then worked with Misty, the Finance Manager. She stayed late to get the paperwork done so my daughter could drive her new car home. The owner of the dealership, Rob Dyer, was involved in the pricing and I got to meet this gentleman. I told him that my experience with Dyer Kia was the BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my 61 years, and I have purchased a lot of cars in that time and dealt with many Dealerships. I have bought 5 Kias and dealt with 3 different Kia Dealerships from Columbia, SC to Augusta, GA and Dyer Kia stands out among these dealerships. I will return to Dyer Kia for my future Kia purchases. I highly recommend Dyer Kia if you are looking for a quality car with an outstanding warranty. When I had My 2011 Kia Sorento Serviced at Dyer Kia in February i was overwhelmed with the Best Customer service I have ever experienced at a dealer! I didn't even buy the Sorento there! I promised the staff I would be back to buy a new Sorento when i could. Nine months later i just bought my second Kia Sorento, a 2015 Sorento EX. I have been to four different Kia dealerships for service. This review is going to sound like I'm too easy to please but that simply is not true. This dealership has been honest, friendly and very concerned about my time. They wash my car and today when I picked it up they had vacuumed it too! They even took the time to hook up my SiriusXM with my new radio. Before I found this dealership I was getting kind of frustrated with Kia, the service here has restored my faith... Way to go!! After four months of dragging my heels in getting my 2003 car replaced, missing out on many specials from local dealers, talking to strangers in parking lots about their cars, and having a pre-approved loan, I finally got to a dealer. Dyer Kia of Evans. Plan was to go to the two dealers in Augusta, GA then one in Greer, SC to get the best deal. Well, that plan was stopped by Amanda. Started at Dyer. Ended at Dyer. She came out to greet us and show us the Soul's on the lot. They had just sold the car I had seen on their web page, a nice red Soul with everything needed. Amanda showed us their "hottest" Soul, a nice Fathom Blue with the "Whole Shebang" package. We ended up getting it for the cost of the red one. Great deal. Amanda was never pushy, just very knowledgeable and professional. She had or got the answers to all our questions while we were there. We met mechanics and the manager (who had personally ordered our new car), and the finance officer. All were nice, professional, and fun. Misty, the Finance Manager, was fun, thorough, helpful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable of the process and product. What was planned to be "my" car became "our" car, as it had everything I wanted, and all the bells and whistles my husband "needed." We did not use our pre-approved loan as we got a better deal financing though the dealership (how often does that happen?). My experience did not go anything like the way I had anticipated it, or thought possible. No pressures, no sense of imposition, no inconvenience, no waste of time. I believe that is what everyone is trying to tell you, including myself. A super staff who are there helping you. I cannot believe it. What a feeling of relief. I was swept off my feet. Indeed, a wonderful experience and super pleased. Seamless.

This was our first experience with purchasing a car from Dyar Kia. Trey Morrison, our sales rep was very courteous, professional, helpful, and patient as we drove several cars before I made up my mind. The car I drove, although used, was very clean, runs extremely well. We used their website to look for a car we wanted and it was up to date and they had exactly what we wanted. The buying experience went well and their wasn't a lot of hassling. We told them what we could afford and they told us what they could sell for making sure it was within our means. The only complaint I have is we weren't provided a 2nd key to the car bought.

Husband and I had the best experience ever being in a dealership. Jahmar B. was very sufficient and down to earth. Not too many people in sales are "not just salesmen" He was very helpful and informative. I would recommend Dyer to anyone I know, Just keep Jahmar B. there.

This was my first new car ever and Jamar, the salesman, was an excellent salesman. Very insightful and helpful to walk me through everything on a new age vehicle. I had to come in for a recall and Michael Barrowman is excellent in customer service as he juggles all that is going on in the back with a smile on his face. Barbara Corrani at the front desk is always so helpful and directs you where you need to be whether on the phone or in person. I am very pleased with my 2014 Kia Soul and I look forward to buying my next vehicle from Dyer Kia! Thank you!

We stopped in Dyer KIA (Evans GA) just to look at a 2015 KIA Soul. Burt came out to help us and explain everything about the car. How we would not be sorry if we purchase this car. When we drove the car we knew then it was the one. Waiting to finish up the paperwork the car was getting wash, clean and filled up with gas. Burt came out to connect my phone via bluetooth and download the app for me. Burt went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. I think everyone was great at this dealership. I live in Florida, am here visiting, and decided on the spur of the moment to get a car :) I just recently filed bankruptcy...so I was not counting on getting a loan...but since I have been at my job for years and make decent money....I got approved. Thanks for giving me a chance...and I will be loving the gas mileage on the way home :) Burt was my sales associate...thanks Burt!! He knew I was nervous and made me feel at ease. I owned a Kia optima years ago...and it was a good car...the new optimas have come a long way.

I have brought my car in for service on 2 different occasions and both times I was given excellent service. Everyone was very pleasant. My car problem was diagnosed and taken care of immediately and I did not have a long wait. The 2nd time I went in I was greeted with a rose and a coupon for a free manicure! Now that's what I call service. The only thing better would have been a chair message on site! I always think that car dealers and service repair places should have Barber/Beauty shops, nail salons and Spas on site. Imagine how many more customers would be attracted to come in. It may even improve car sales!

I had a wonderful experience in purchasing a new vehicle after 10 years. Burt McDaniel was extremely professional, encouraging , and knowledgeable in regards to the Kia Optima I purchased.I had the impression that he genuinely was looking out for my best interest which is a rare trait anymore,, He went above and behind as to even transfer a few belonging that I had left in my trade in that I had forgotten. My mom went by one afternoon to look at a used car I had seen online (I live an 1 1/2 hour away), and she met Mr. Jamar Bingham. After discussng the size of my family (my 16 year is pushing 6 feet), Mr. Bingham explained that the car I was looking at wouldn't be a good fit. My mom called me from the lot, and as they were talking to me I was looking on the site. We discussed a 2013 Optima, and I was happy with that. We actually ended up with a 2015 Kia Optima. I bought the car before I had driven it - my mom drove it off the lot and met me. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. When my husband and I went back to sign papers, everyone made us feel important and we were so pleased!! I am so in love with my car!! And there is definitely enough room for my kids. I am so thankful for Mr. Bingham's help and direction. He is an awesome salesman and he cares about his customers. We were so pleased and have been referring them to everyone we know.

We stopped by Dyer Kia on a Friday afternoon just to look at the 2015 Optimas. Eugene came out to talk to us and tell us about the features of the Optima. He was great and made sure to speak to me rather than my husband since the car was for me. From start to finish we were only at the dealership for about 3 hours or so. After the papers were signed, Eugene sat in the car with me and showed me all the features, including connecting my phone via Bluetooth and downloading the companion app. On Sunday I noticed that I had run over a screw. Monday morning (Labor Day) we drove back down to the dealership and found out the tire would need to be replaced. We were given a few options and chose to order an exact replacement. Later that day we got a call from Michael in the Service Dept telling us that the tire had been ordered and would be replaced free of charge since the car was so new. Amazing! The tire came in today (Weds) and was replaced and my car was washed and vacuumed and returned to me in about 30 minutes. I am so happy with this purchase and will recommend Dyer Kia to everyone I know.

I went in with a pre approved loan. Their pricing for the same 2015 Kia Optima was almost $2000 less than Kia of Augusta!! I am a very happy customer. Jahmar was a great sales person. Ask for him or Mary!!

My wife and I went to Dyer KIA on Saturday August 23 to look at the KIA Optima. We found the car we liked what a great riding car, and a great price. Mary kept in contact with me for a few weeks and finally got a chance to go there on August 23rd. Kevin showed us the cars and no pressure to buy, but we did buy the Optima. The whole staff was great cannot remember all their names but it was a great buying experience, we were driving out in 2 hours with our new car. We have bought other new cars in the past at other dealerships and it was drawn out for hours, I was a repeat customer at one dealership and it still took 6 hours to get out of there. If you want a nice riding car get the Optima and come to Dyer KIA you will not be disappointed at all. I went back last night to get a few accessories put on the Optima and the staff greeted me and the ones I work with on Saturday remembered my name. After searching several local dealerships and becoming frustrated with the run a round elsewhere I came into Dyer Kia and met with Jahmar. We discussed all the things I needed and wanted in a car and he made some great suggestions! I came back a few days later and we picked out the perfect optima! It has everything I needed, wanted and more! Then came price- I didn't think I could get everything within my budget but not only did they give me a price I could afford but it was less than I had expected! Dyer had great incentives which just made everything better! I will definitely purchase with them again!!

I have always owned Acura until I bought this Kia Optima. I would recommend Dyer Kia to anyone and have already. Service department rocks! I get my car wash a few times a week no waiting service is fast as well.

The people at Dyer Kia are amazing! Michael Barrowman is great. I called him on a Friday morning because I had a flat tire and was late to work. He told me to bring my car in as soon as possible and I did. Once I got there he took my car and had one of the other guys drive me to work since it was like a few miles away. An hour later Michael called me and informed me that my car was ready to go and if i needed someone to pick me up. I have never been to a dealer where the people in the service department would go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend this dealer!

One word to describe these guys....INCREDIBLE!! I went in with poor credit and REALLY needing a quality ride to use to get me to work. I've been putting this off for months cause I didn't think it was possible to get me in anything. They jumped through hoops and not only found me a quality ride but something I could afford! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Dyer Kia of Evans GA All the staff was so pleasant, the facility was clean and organized. The salesman that assisted me in looking at cars was Mr. R.J.. He was so helpful and very detailed about each car I looked at. After I purchased the Soul Kia , he made sure I understood how everything worked to drive home. He just went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the car and knew how things worked.. He went through the handbooks before even getting in the car. Just a great experience. I ended up purchasing a Soul Kia and happy I did.

First I would like to say what an amazing experience my wife and I received at this place. We wanted to just obtain some information on the Sorento. This place is not you typical car lot. When we arrived we were greeted by a salesman, Mike Miller, he was not your typical pushy salesman he was super nice and gave us a wealth of information on the Sorento. He even gave us a tour of the dealership and we got to meet the owner Mr. Dyer. When we make a purchase it will be with Dyer Kia in Evans!!
