Brian did an excellent job of finding me the right vehicle at a reasonable cost. I understand the market is limited but he was able to work with me after my GMC Terrain needed significant work done to the engine. Mike and Anna also did a great job of taking me through the process. A week after purchasing the SUV, an oil leak surfaced from a manufacturing defect and I lost 3 quarts of oil within a week of driving the Buick Enclave home. Ettleson's service was able to find me a loaner for 24 hours and able to make the repair quickly. I have recommended the dealership to two different people in the past two weeks. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from Ettleson over the past 30 years. I will certainly continue the tradition.

Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 6:00pm. I have the confirmation email that my appointment was set. Went there and was turned away because the appointment time was already booked and they couldn't fit me in for a warranty oil change. Even though I have an appointment confirmation they still would not service me. Never going back there again. They lost a customer and many other customers as I will be telling other people the treatment that I received.

It started off not too good. I could not understand why I had problems with my anti-freeze leaking completely out when I had just had an oil change less than a month prior. The problem was a hole in my water pump. I still am not sure if this is something that would have been seen on the inspection. I am giving the grade because once the dealership was aware of the problem they took care of it right away. Most importantly they stayed calm while I expressed my frustration. That is true good customer service.

The experience in leasing a Terrain could not have been a better one. Ray Gandurski is AN EXCELLENT representative of the dealership. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I had never been to a Ettleson dealership before. The first thing i noticed upon entering was how clean and bright the vehicle drop off was. I was greeted right away and after some quick paperwork was shown where the waiting area was. This location was also very clean and comfortable. I was in and out in a very short amount of time. I been other dealerships and a routine oil change turned into a 1 hour ordeal due to lunches, back-ups etc. Ettleson will have all my business in the future.

In one word, Ettleson is "awesome." After my newly purchased 2016 Yukon was serviced for 2 repairs, one of the repairs was not completed to my satisfaction - a replaced bumper had 2 scratches on it. I notified Ettleson and spoke w/ their service manager, Peter, who offered to replace the bumper w/ another new bumper. Peter got back to me w/in 24 hours with a solution and an appointment for the service. As always, Ettleson has proven itself worthy w/ its customer service satisfaction. Thank you Peter and Ettleson!

I've been dealing with Ettleson Cadillac Buick GMC since 2003 and cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the sales and service they have provided to me over the last 12 years. I have found the service given my last car and my current Buick Regal to be exemplary. Everyone at Ettleson has always been courteous, helpful, and have gone out of their way to make sure that whatever service I need is done to the highest standards. My latest experience was having an oil change and tire rotation and the investigation of a noise I would periodically hear in the steering column while making turns. I was concerned that the car would not make this noise while at the doctor's but luckily it did and the noise was identified as the Harness rubbing on the Column and fixed at no charge. I wish to send a big 'Thank You' to everyone at Ettleson for everything they have done for me over the years.

Service was extremely great. I didn't have an appointment but they took the car in and provided me with a free loaner which completely surprised me since I thought this only happened when you were under warranty. The service advisor contacted me later than morning and gave me the details to needed repairs. He also informed me that an additional repair was required but would be covered by the factory since it was a design error in the engine. I was very happy with my service experience at Ettleson, however I always am. Keep up the good customer relations!

I was recently gifted a 2005 Cadillac DeVille, and after a few months of ownership was contacted by Ettleson Cadillac that this year/model had been issued a recall for an ignition resultant air bag error condition. I must say that Ettleson was tenacious in their suggested urgency that vehicle be brought in for service.I did, and from the moment I walked in was met with very courteous and professional people immediate in their efforts to assist me. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the waiting room and amenities very comfortable.As promised in initial notification, service lasted approximately 60 minutes, and they provided a complimentary car wash.I am definitely returning as a customer for further required repairs on my somewhat vintage Cadillac as I am assured I will be receiving the most honest and exemplary service.

Last time they put a dressing on the on the bottom black parts of the vehicle that really looked sharp. This time it was not done. It did seem like the car wash had used dirty water or something though when I received my car, as there was water streaks all over every window and I immediately had to get another wash.

My husband and I were looking for a safe crossover and went with the gmc terrain. Craig was great! No presure and very easy going. Frank also explain many routes on our payment options. They both took time and gave us a great deal. We would highly recommend them if you like cars but hate the "typical" car salesmen because these guys aren't those guys. Excellent service. Over time I've become familiar with my sales and leasing representative, Dan, at Ettleson Cadillac. And Dan has in turn become familiar with me and my needs and preferences. The options that Dan presents are consistent with the direction I want. Closing the deal is easy because I don't feel as though I've been talked into a vehicle and financing arrangement I would have never wanted. The reps are attentive and pleasant.

As I inquired of the repairs if my vehicle, the service advisor was very patient and provide me with a complete overview of the services and explained to me exactly what my repairs are, he conducted a complete 20 point inspection, and had a certified auto technician service the vechicle, the repairs were completed in a timely fashion and I was informed of any potential problems to look out for moving forward. They were very professional and coutousous.

My fiance and I planned to explore all options when looking for a new SUV for me. We made our first stop at Ettleson. I knew my price range and that I wanted a GMC terrain. We looked in a couple on the lot then Jonathan showed us a 2016 to look at. It was exactly what I was looking for and fell in love with the car. I took my 2008 DTS in for an oil change and did the multi-point inspection also. They found I needed a new air filter too. I've always brought my car to Ettleson for service . They've always an done an excellent job with what ever type of service I get done and inform me if there is something else that needs to be done. I've had no problems with my car because of always bringing it here for service. It runs great and expect it to for a long time.

My experience with salesman Dan Calandriello was extremely comfortable and pleasant. Dan went above and beyond...In a short amount of time, I felt he got to know enough about me to find the perfect car for me and my budget. I gave him a price range of what I could afford and he was able to meet that amount. I asked for several features (I especially wanted a moon-roof) and he was able to deliver all those features and MORE! Any questions were addressed promptly. I had my 2009 CTS towed to Ettleson on 8/12 after my car broke down while driving to work. It was a sudden event, the wheels locked and the car would not move. There was a grinding noise when I was in drive and no movement.Triple A came and towed the car.Ettleson staff were very nice and I had frequent phone call updates from the technician working on my car (Randy). He kept me up to date about my extended warranty as well as when he thought the car would be done.I was able to get a loaner car from the dealer for 1 week, which was wonderful. I was delighted with the personal and friendly attention from Anthony Wendling during my visit.I came in for a regular oil change, but had no idea of all the other service needs , such as wheel alignment, and water pump service needs.I was also recommended to have my suspension system serviced at another time, based on a diagnostic test by the service technition. This is not serious yet, but will need attention since he showed me how the rear wheel sensor had fallen off. I was not prepared for this huge repair cost, but Tony was able to give me some discounts which helped and showed me that you cared to keep me as a loyal customer. I will return because I trust your dealership and your excellent care for my business.Tony was also able to get me an estimate on the trade in value of my car which was very helpful.

It is so easy to either book an appointment online or call. From the minute I arrive, wait time is only moments until someone is working with me to get my car serviced and keep me happy. I appreciate there is a room to relax, where I can have a coffee and get some work done or just relax and catch up on my phone calls. All staff are always friendly and helpful. Once, I visited another Cadillac dealer, but I will always come back to Ettleson. At times, they post coupons online and send reminders for service my car has needed. And, they are open nights and weekends, conveniently located even though I am 25 minutes away.

Had a real good experience until I came to pick up my car. The problem with my car was promptly identified. I re u ever my quote. Brought my car in and conveniently received a loaner so I wasent inconvenienced without a vehicle. However when I picked up my vehicle a plastic cover was sitting on the drivers side floor. I asked where did it go and was told they did not know. We looked at the engine to see if it was the battery cover and it was not. Then another person and and took the part and said it probably was not for my vehicle. I don't see why it would be in my car if it wasent mines. I looked under the steering wheel and asked did it go there. One of the men came and looked them put the part on. It was the cover to some wires under the dash by the steering wheel. This was disappointing. That part should have been put back once completed and if you don't know don't try to tell me that it doesn't belong in my car. It's there for a reason and I would like every part to my vehicle back that it came with. That was just careless.

I have been coming to Ettelson for years on the service side as I appreciate their honesty and customer service. My old Cadillac served me well but it died last weekend. Peter and Randy were extremely helpful in towing and letting me know the options for repairing my old car. Unfortunately because of the age and milage, fixing it was unfeasible. I have never in my wildest dreams considered buying a new car but after talking to Ray, he talked me through all of the options available and leasing was the best option for me. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions and he made the car buying experience a pleasure. Ray told me that anytime I need anything (i.e. scheduling maintenance ) to call him. Rob on the financing side was extremely friendly and explained all of the paperwork thoroughly. He very patiently walks you through all of the forms that need to be signed and answers any questions you may have with ease.I really appreciate the great customer service I have received from Ettelson over the years.Now, if someone can get Ray some window tinting in his office...... :)

Tony is one of the best customer-oriented service based maintenance leaders I have ever seen. You should continue his training with more 5-star service by sending him to programs such as The Four Seasons Hotel training in order for him to become ever better. The service on the car was performed with care and timely as well but the reputation that Tony delivers for Ettleson is more important.

Had one of my tires starting too loose air, so I dropped in the service dept. and talked too Randy. He was more than helpful in fact said I my have a slow leek or a nail in the tire. They took the tire a found a small screw in it. They fixed the flat and loaded it back up NitroFill. Randy then did all the paper work and it didn't cost me a penny. Randy is the man.

I'm sorry, I can't remember the service individual who assisted me, but he was a Caucasian gentleman with tattoos on his arms. He explained to me the issues with my car via phone and clearly explained all the problems and options I had. I walked into Ettleson with my mind set on a used Cadillac SRX and walked out with a Luxury 2015 Cadillac SRX! I almost could not believe the miracle Ray Gandurski worked out for me, he is the best! I love my new 2015 GMC Terrain SLT. Drives great and easy to manage and lots of cool new features which is exactly what I was looking for. The staff at Ettleson is awesome and top notch, starting with Joe my salesman who was very attentive to make sure I picked the right car. He made it a smooth transition and also made sure to review all the new features with me before I left the shop. I appreciate all the extra time and effort he took, as well as the rest of the staff to ensure I received my truck in tip top shape. Their follow-up is also great, I've heard from them a couple of times since I purchased my vehicle and told me to stop by if I had any additional questions, which I plan to take full advantage off. We had a problem with the heater in our 2011 Enclave on a road trip. We were happy to find a GMC Buick dealer in Tupilo Miss to service the problem. However the problem returned after we got home. Not only was I called the day before with a reminder, I was greeted immediatwly by a service associate who immediately took care of the paperwork. As I drive an older model Cadillac, I find myself in need of service more often! Each time I have had a transaction with Ettleson in general and Randy Cronin specifically, I leave totally satisfied and very pleased with the level of service I have received. I purchased new srx and was convinced to purchase extra care pkgs. for interior stain removal and car fresh spray along with paying upfront for 3 yrs the turn by turn on star directions. My car was paid off in full within one year. I've called roadside more than I've called my mother because I kept getting stranded! Roadside replaced the battery free of charge but every morning my car would not start and needed a jump, roadside came back out and said car needed to go in to dealer (Ettleson) so I took it in and said I wanted everything fixed because I can't deal with this car any longer and need to trade it in. They try to charge me for battery replacement when I pick my car up and nothing else was done to the car! It rides so rough!!! Like a junker!!! The Money I spent purchasing cadillac was not worth it! Defiantly over rated! The 5 Star Ratings on here must be from Friends and Family!!!!

I am always very well satisfied with the service as well as the skilled counsel of Kevin Anderson. This visit was no exception! Kevin is exceptional in his expertise with the vehicles and, as importantly, his tremendous professionalism and customer service acumen. This is my third Cadillac serviced by Kevin and the team.An additional "10" to Mike Calemyn. During this service appointment I wandered the showroom floor. Mike, once again, was able to give me a tremendous deal; this time on leasing a 2015 XTS. I take delivery this Saturday, March 7th. This is the second Cadillac Mike is putting me in over the last year and a half. He also merits recognition for his knowledge of the Cadillac brand and client people skills. Everybody in the shop were very helpful and timely. All aspects of the maintenance were described to me in detail. My dad has always been a owner of GM product, and more specifically Cadillac's. One of the reasons is because of quality of the service like the one I had here. This is why i will continue to be a GM owner and continue that tradition to the next generation as my dad did with me.

The people here are very nice. We were greeted nicely as soon as we pulled over. The waiting/lounge area is nicely set up with nice leather seats, magazines, tv and snacks available. The time the oil change was done took about an hour but it was ok. They also offered a free carwash.

I have purchased cars from Ettleson for over 30 years. This time when I purchased, I made a phone call to Brian Kiehl, Sales Manager, on the coldest day of the year so far. I told Brian, I am looking for a crossover, 2014 with zero financing. He found 2 cars, I came in at 6:00pm that same day, saw the car, took it for a drive and purchased it.I have so much faith in Brian, service department, and the Mike Ettleson that I know I am in good hands. Mike, has an extremely good reputation here in the area. He sits on numerous boards and gives up his time and name. In all the years, and as a women I know they always have my interest at heart. The dealership has the best of everything. Giving Ettleson just a 10 is not enough, they go way beyond that mark.

The service AND sales staff at Ettleson are so accommodating. My husband works long hours, 6 days a week, so the only day we can drop off our Cadillac DTS is late Saturday afternoons. Even if there are no service staff, the sales staff will intake the vehicle, and have service staff contact us later. We appreciate the comfortable waiting rooms (the pastries are a PLUS!), and the receptionist/cashiers are pleasant and courteous.

Eleven years ago, I bought the Olds Alero from Ettleson that I just recently traded in for my new 2014 Buick Regal, that I also purchased from Ettleson. Even though Ettleson is 30 miles away from where I live, and there are plenty of dealerships much closer, I would never buy a car anywhere else. Everyone at Ettleson, from upper management down to new sales personnel, are just wonderful to deal with and I trust them all never to take advantage of my car ignorance. With my new Regal they made sure that I got the new options that would be useful to me and did not try to sell me those that I would never use. Plus, they gave me a great deal on the car. I can't say enough nice things about Ettleson Cadillac Buick GMC...they are great!

My wife and I walked into Ettleson just window shopping, and were greeted by a guy named Ray Gandurski. It was like running into a long-lost uncle. Ray is a wonderfully warm person, highly knowledgeable on his products, and laser-focused on what the customer wants-- nothing like the stereotypical car salesman. After shopping 6 other dealers, we returned and bought a new Cadillac from Ray. He gave me the best new car familiarization training I've ever had (which you really need with these complex cars). In the process we also met Sales GM Frank Amadeo and Bob Scumaci. All of them were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel right at home. This was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had, even with the amazingly greater amount of paperwork that is now required. I'll be back to buy my next car here.

Tony in the service department was excellent. explained everything to me. the time he told me it would take was right on. he said 8:15 and it was done at 8:15. very impressed. my car couldn't go through the car wash due to a busted up bumper, however i don't recall his name, wish i did, because he washed my car by hand and for the first time since the accident, one year ago, i can see my white walls again. would definitely recommend Ettleson to friends and family. the cadilliac dealer we purchased the car from was in oak park, il and has been gone for years, didn't know where to go and asked 5th Ave Cab company and they referred me to you. much closer than heritage.

It took way too long for an oil change. Having said that,I have been pleased with the quality of the service everytime I come in.I received a notice of a recall at least a month ago having to do with a leakin the door which can short out everything BUT the parts aren't in. This isa little disturbing. It's a great car but GMC needs to support it better.

The person that took care of us was fine. Knew what he was doing typing all the information he needed from us. Kidding about a glue they have to use working with the car keys. It can't come off your fingers. It took a little longer than we expected, but we knew there were a lot of Recalls to deal with. The car wash was fine, but I'm fussy about my Chrome rims and they were only surface cleaned, into the spokes the dirt was still there. When I got home I took care of that. I had a chance to look at the new Cadillac. Sticker prices should be hidden to prevent people from having heart attacks. Talking to our friend Mike Foster helped shorten our time there. I told him how I was not to happy with one of the Cadillac in the window. It has a shovel front end, or you could call it a wedge front, not for my taste. The Red one in the window was fine. Always a pleasure having work done at Ettleson Cadillac, especially when it's under Warranty. Happy trails to you.Louie

The young man Allen couldn't have been nicer. Very polite, helpful and accommodating.I called late in the evening to schedule an appointment because my headlights stopped working. He told me to come in the next day and he would see what he could do. Well, He did very well. He was able to get me a loaner and I then was able to pick my car up later that afternoon.I think he is a real asset to your dealership.I've been taking my car to Ettleson since I bought it and have never been disappointed.

I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation (oil at 20%) a week in advance, and arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:30 appt. The service technician approached me right away and showed me to his cubicle. He had some tests run on my car as we spoke and showed me a print-out of my car indicating the front wheels were out of balance and said I needed a front end alignment. Other matters were discussed as to what my car also needed done at this all important "20,000 mile" multi check point. Didn't expect all this, but, all Issues were handled that needed attention and my car was washed and ready for me 5 hours later. They took great care of my car.

The worst part of any transaction to purchase a new car has always been the aggressiveness and promises of a salesperson and the feeling of distrust they often present. I had never been to Ettleson Cadillac prior to January, 2013. I expected the same old gamesmanship to begin, always causing me to shop elsewhere when buying a car. The salesman assisting me was John Krystinak. I purchased a car then because I felt that John was truly wanting to satisfy me with the kind of car I wanted at a very fair price. Earlier this month(a year and a half later) I saw a car ad in the Tribune that caught my interest. It was an Ettleson advertisement. I decided to stop in. Naturally, I asked for John. We worked out a deal that sounded very fair. I told John I was interested but needed a day or 2 to make a final decision. Unlike any similar situation I had ever experienced in a car dealership, John did not "chase me out the door" and give me an ultimatum of "now or never" or "give me a down payment to hold the deal." The truth is that I trusted him to deliver the car at our agreed upon price and he allowed me the time to decide. I bought the car 2 days later. My experience with John and with Ettleson Cadillac was outstanding on both occasions.

Initially I was hesitant on buying a new vehicle considering I haven't had a car note in 14 years, but dealing with Byron Newberry, the salesman, made it easy. As soon as I pulled up to the service entrance, I was greeted by the staff. They were very efficient in getting all of the paperwork together and taking my car in for service. The staff was very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions and assist me with obtaining When I returned for the vehicle in the afternoon, they went through all of the details of the service and what was done to the vehicle. I set up an appointment to complete two recalls. The service Rep. Tony was excellent. However, after dropping off the car as scheduled at 9am, I was promised to be able to pick up the car at 4pm or sooner. After I called them at 3:45pm I was told the car was still not done yet. I got a call at 4:35pm that the car was still being completed and I should be able to pick up the car around 5pm. They had the car all day to do a 3 hour job. This lateness caused me to be stuck in 5pm traffic.

I am reviewing because their email asked me to. I have no complaints with the quality of workmanship, however it did take quite a while to be serviced. I drove in at 7:25am for routine service of oil change and an intermittent squeak in the right front brake, ATS at 14,000 miles, and they took me in immediately. About 30 minutes in they reported the brake issue was on their database as some moveable part in the caliper that needed lubing, and it wouldn't be long. I came prepared with some reading material, and glad I did as this basic service was completed at 9:08am. I checked the invoice and there was nothing special about the service inspections, etc that should take that long.

Picked out car and negotiated the deal That went okay.Then I was told the finance manager would do our paper work shortly.After waiting for almost an hour he came uot said he was sorry for the wait he would be with me shortly.Another half hour went by and Iwent to find my salesman.I told him I simply can't wait any longer I'll jusy go buy the car somewhere else.Then I got the paperwork done finally.The salesman gave me the keys said thanks and walked away.No run through or instructions or anything.The car itself is great and I am very happy with it.

I was in the market for a used certified Buick Lacrosse & just so happen to run across this dealership in my search for a dealers in Illinois. I came across a used 2012 Lacrosse that I liked but John got me a better deal on a 2013 brand new lacrosse with no miles on it. I was just coming off a total loss with my previous car. My wife and I recently purchased a Cadillac ATS all wheel drive turbo from Mike Calmeyn at Ettleson Cadillac, a very cordial gentleman, no problems there. I am very happy with the car, great power and acceleration, handling and breaking are fantastic. Cadillac has done their homework and gotten an A+. I am a young 60, with road racing experience. Cadillac has come a long way in the last few years in terms of style and performance. The car did not come with a CD player, I purchased a GM glove box CD player online and the service manager, Peter Engel, installed it at no charge. Can't complain about that. Still not in love with all the touch screen electronics, smudges are everywhere and are very sensitive, analog in some areas would have been the better way to go, but than again I am old school. It will take some time to get used to. Overall We are very pleased so far. Our last car was twelve years old and only had 54,000 miles on it, we don't drive a lot now that we are both retired. Needless to say this car should look good for a long time, we both feel good when we are in it. Once again we are very happy with our experience with the dealership. It is also a plus that the dealer is very close to our home. Cadillac, their not just for old people anymore.

service never does all you ask. example. I always specify 40 # air pressure for my tires . everytime they put in the normal pressure of 35#s. last time they put in 30#s!! I had to go to gas station to fill myself. porters also change everything in your car.... radio, heat settings steering wheel adjustment. I understand seat and mirrors but.............

I have bought my last 4 vehicles here with great success. The vehicles have been very good and reliable with little or no problem.. Every time I have had Service here, the crew is very professional and friendly. The scheduling of work has been quite accommodating and always completed in a timely manner with great care and detail. They always show me what needs to be done before they do it. Then the final touch , is a wash and clean inside. And, the cost for service has been reasonable .

My lease was up on my 2011 CTS Cadillac. I normally don't like car dealerships. They are usually very intimidating. Ray Gandurski made the whole experience comfortable and effortless. My new ATS was delivered and all paperwork was prepared and ready for signing. Nothing was ever complicated. Ray made me feel like a princess! Everything on the car was explained and off I went......so easy. Ray is simply the best salesman I have ever encountered...... ever! Thanks Ray for a wonderful experience. Purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful and going to Ettleson made the experience of buying a new vehicle a pleasant one. Ray Gandurski was so helpful and nice. When we came in to pick up our new vehicle.......Ray came racing over to us and was so excited........the first thing he did was take us out to see the Terrain. It was such a beautiful sight. Mike Schultz was very helpful getting the financing set up and explaining everything to us. It was such a pleasure dealing with both of these gentlemen.We looked at other vehicles and came back to Ettleson. Ray was friendly and knowledgeable and treated me respectfully. He found a pre-owned vehicle that checked the box for every feature I wanted. I kept waiting for the part where he would change the "deal" but he was honest and helpful throughout the entire process. I visited a few other dealerships on my car search and- while they were also friendly- some of them called incessantly to follow up. Ray gave me a little time to think about the purchase and come to a decision on my own. The only criticism I have is that when I would ask a question or request more details written down, he would verbalize the answer but not clearly put it in writing. Having said that, the vehicle, pricing and add-on options were all as promised.

I arrived at the dealership and was promply greeted by Mr. Ray Gandurski. Ray was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I arrived with my wife and he treated us as if we were guests at his house. I felt at ease and did not feel pressured at all to purschase a vehicle. I told Ray the type of vehicle i was looking for (2013 GMC Acadia) and Ray did not beat around the bush helping us in the process im getting a great deal. Loved the experience at Ettleson Cadillac, GM, and Buick. I worked with Rob Scumaci, and he was a young guy who did a great job selling me the car. He was very informative and flexible when it came to options and meeting with him. Very nice guy. Jason was the Finance guy I worked with, and he too, did a wonderful job. I've been looking for a cars for the past three months. I went To Ettleson Cadillac/Buick in June and talked with Ray Gandurski about the Buick Verano. He was very helpful, showed me a few models - we talked about the price and packages for the car. He also provided me with literature and gave me his number to call if I had any further questions. I explained that I want to test drive the car for a weekend and look around and at different makes and models. At the end of August, after completing my research, I returned to Ettleson to purchase the car. Ray was very straight forward, we talked about what I wanted in the car and he showed me what he had on the lot. We agreed on the price and the deal was done. I picked the car up this morning - Ray was very thorough about reviewing the invoice, the details on the car (he walked me through the entire dash board), and OnStar. We also talked about the service department. Bill Kendell was also very thorough as we talked through the payment process. I don't buy cars very often, so when I do I prefer to customer-focused business conversation. Both Ray and Bill were pleasant and, I believe, read me very well. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would strongly recommend the dealership.

This is my second purchase of a Cadillac from Ettleson with Mr. Ray Gandurski, and again I couldn't be happier. Ray's point of contact was immediate upon entering the dealership. His was direct and quick to discern the purpose of our visit and attended to our questions fully. Ray is very comfortable to talk with and had great eye contact equally with both of us while bringing us closer to truly considering a purchase. I had a very pleasant experience buying my Buick Verano at the Ettleson dealership. Everyone was very friendly & informative. They answered all my questions....and then some. There was no pressure at any time during the transaction. Mike Foster was very patient in handling all of my email inquiries for about 7 weeks. I appreciated the fact that Keith was able to secure the car from another dealership. Also, the follow up has been very nice. Chuck did a wonderful job in explaining all of the features of the car. He also followed-up with me to ask if there was any questions I may have. I've only had the car a week.....so, I haven't taken him up on it yet. I also appreciated working with Jason on the financial end AND he was very gracious to install the child car seat in my Verano!!! All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

Chuck Ahonen and Keith Kissane were beyond Great! They not only made thee experience easy They made it fun. The car was a surprise for my wife and they suggested that we take the concept of surprise to the extreme. Chuck personally delivered the car to our home on a Saturday morning with a giant red bow attached. Needless to say the wife was SHOCKED!!! I was referred to Keith Kissane at Ettleson after I was involved in an accident and needed to purchase a new car. This was my first car purchase "by myself" so I was worried about making such a large purchase. Keith was very helpful, helped answer my questions on the GMC Terrain compared to some other branded cars I was looking at and giving me honest answers. I live about an hour away from the dealership and based on such a great experience buying there, I still am bringing the car there for oil changes (even though it may cost me more there) and all maintenance (although still new so minimal routine maintenance only so far). When I bumped into Keith at a recent service appointment he remembered me even though it was nearly a year ago now that he had sold me the car and he asked how the car was doing. The service department is great too -- all the people there are so helpful and friendly. They help tell you what service should be done immediately and what could wait until the next visit so the charges weren't as much in one visit. Overall, great place and people -- I would recommend the dealership (and the GMC Terrain!).

My wife and I shopped several dealerships in the southwest Chicago area for our first family car. We started by emailing dealerships to get quotes and available inventory. Ettleson was one of the first dealerships we visited. From the start Ray was friendly, interested in our needs, and in no way demanding or pushy. He was a pleasure to work with and we truly felt a personal connection with him. After visiting the other dealerships in the area and seeing the different schemes they offered (fyi - free tires for life are not just free tires for life), we knew that we were going to get the straightest answers from Ray. We went back to Ettleson and in two days Ray found us the exact car we wanted (they did not have it in their inventory), had it delivered, we were approved for financing, and off with our new car. We found a 2011 Cadillac CTS Premium coupe (the "Coupe") on-line at Ettleson Cadillac. We were met at the dealership by Ray Gandurski, who handled every aspect of the sale. Shopping for a high-end car, our expectations were very high. Ray Gandurski met and exceeded our expectations. He was both friendly and completely professional. I had researched the market price of the Coupe and my trade-in. Ray's initial offer was completely acceptable, and we completed the sale based on the initial offer.The car suffered some body damage to the the left front the day that we went to see it. Our EXTREMELY careful examination revealed that the Coupe also had some VERY minor cosmetic imperfections elsewhere on the body. Ray assured us that the Coupe would be "perfect", and we took this to mean (only) the body damage to the left front. Not only was the body damage repaired very quickly - perfectly as promised - but the minor imperfections were fixed as well. When I noted this to Ray he said perfect means "perfect.!" Ray made sure that the Coupe was delivered in brand new condition.Ray gave us a comprehensive orientation to the Coupe, including setting-up the personal features. Ray Gandurski made every effort to make sure that we were completely satisfied with both the Coup and the purchase experience. Again, our expectations were very high, and Ray Gandurski met and exceeded our expectations.

All I can say is this was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I parked, walked around for a minute and Ray was right there to help me out. I knew right away he was a stand up guy and would work good with me. I told him what I wanted and it took him all of two minutes to find the perfect match. I had never been to your dealership before and was recommended by a friend. Ray was the most accomodating gentleman I have met while purchasing a car. It was a very pleasant experience and he listened very carefully to all my needs as well as my concerns since I had never owned a Cadillac SRX before.When I picked the vehicle up today, he spent a lot of time going over each option that was on the car. He made it very clear and precise if I had any additional questions, I was to call him. I felt very comfortable doing business with him and certainly would not hesitate to refer him to other people if asked. We went to Ettleson to test drive a Cadillac ATS. I had done some research on their inventory before we went to the showroom. I knew the car I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase. We were met by Ray when we looked around. Although I didn't have the PIN or inventory #, Ray was able to locate the car for us. My husband and I test drove the car and loved it. Ray worked with us on explaining the benefits of purchasing v. leasing. We told him we were going to think about it and would return if we made a decision to do either. My husband called Ray the next morning. The deal was set and I picked up the car that afternoon. Paperwork was ready for me to sign. The car was clean, gassed up and ready to go. Ray took the time to sit with me and get On Star going. He also explained all the bells and whistles on the car as well. I left the dealership confident that I knew how to work most of its' features. It was overall an excellent experience. We felt absolutely no pressure to do anything but enjoy the car. Quite a refreshing experience from other auto purchases we've made!

Our Review of Ettleson Cadillac Buick GMC: When we were in the market for a new Cadillac, we never would have thought of traveling all the way to Ettleson Cadillac, Buick, GMC, in Hodgkins, IL. In the past, we had only purchased used cars and went to Napleton Cadillac in Park Ridge, IL, which was far closer to our house.The first time we went there we met Chuck Ahonen, whom we frequently refer to as the most straightforward and honest car salesperson we had ever met. We were bummed when Napleton closed a few years ago and thought that we'd never again find a salesperson like Chuck.We decided to Google Chuck Ahonen's name and were thrilled to find out that he was still in the business. We were a bit disappointed to find that Ettleson was so far away, but we decided to travel there anyway so that we could deal with Chuck. We were not disappointed. Chuck was his usual friendly, outgoing self and worked with us to come up with what we felt was a fair trade in on our old car and a good price on a new Cadillac SRX. The other personnel that we worked with at Ettleson were just as friendly and helpful as Chuck.Unfortunately, we am not sure that we will be able to return to Ettleson for service on our SRX simply because it is so far from our house; but, rest assured that when we are in the market for another car, we will be traveling don to Hodgkins, IL to see Chuck Ahnen at Ettleson Cadillac, Buick, GMC. I did my initial search for a 2011 DTS online. There were very few of these models available in November, 2012 in the Chicago area. I looked at five dealerships and Ettleson Cadillac had four 2011 DTS on the lot. I was interested in one particular car.I went to Ettleson Cadillac on November 9 and met Ray Gandurski. Ray was immediately responsive and understanding of my particular goals as I searched out the right vehicle for purchase. His professionalism, candor, patience and cooperation is what sealed the deal as I could have simply purchased this asset at any other dealer. Mike (Mr Internet) Foster responded to my internet inquiry timely, with professional wording and efficiently set an appointment. On arrival mid morning October 7, 2012 he introduced my wife and I to Mr Chuck Ahonen.Mr Ahonen related well and proved a good match for we senior folks. During a test drive, he explained car features well while we drove. Afterward, he patiently helped us explore a number of options. Never pushy with sophomoric trial-closes we made an offer, there was a counter offer and our final offer was accepted.The original pricing, that I compared to like vehicles on the Internet was fair. And the final price was fair. We believe it was a win-win for all.Mr Jason Dulaney efficiently processed the paper work and we drove home with a fine piece of machinery. If their service proves worthy, we will be back to purchase Enclaves for the family.

Just stopped into the dealership to look at Cadillacs before going to Nissan to buy the car we thought we wanted. Ray talked to us for a while about what we wanted and quickly reccommended the SRX. He showed a 2010 model that was in perfect condition, had low miles, a great warranty. and in our price range. Bought the SRX and was out of there within an hour. Ray is one of the most friendly and knowledgeable salesmen I have ever dealt with.

I have just leased a 2013 Cadillac XTS From Ettleson Cadillac. Ray Gandurski helped me again as he has in the past. I have been dealing with Ettleson for over 15 years and have had nothing but GREAT service from everyone. My wife also leased a GMC Terrance in 2012 and is very happy also

We bought a new Buick (LaCrosse) from Ettleson in Hodgkins, IL It is the second car we have purchased from Ray Gandurski in the past 6 years. Both experiences were great. He is knowledgeable about the cars & extremely pleasant to deal with. When we are ready for another car we will go looking for Ray.

We went there only to browse the new Yukon's, and Ray showed us a used Cadillac Escalade that was just brought to the lot. It had everything we wanted and more, in terms of features, and the price and mileage were low. We ended up spending about 4 hours at the dealership as we worked through some missing title issues, and the entire time Ray was friendly and made us feel comfortable. At the end of the deal he gave us a great, thorough review of all of the features. We would absolutely recommend Ettleson to friends and would welcome the opportunity to work with Ray again in the future.

I walked into the dealership to ask about lease information and I ask for a saleman. Ray came to help me and he answer all my questions about leasing a 2012 cadillac SRX. the car was not in stock but he took his time to find the vehicle and the color we wanted.he was very curtious, product knowledge was excellent, he returned the calls as soon as we needed him to do.we came on 08/30/2012 and he promise to have the vehicle on 08/31/2012 and he delivered on time.I was a FORD owner for many years now Im hoping that cadillac becomes my favorite co. thank you.

Ray Gandurski was efficient and professional and made the process simple and easy. I pulled into the dealership in the early afternoon in a 2006 CTS and was home for dinner with a new 2012 CTS.

Ray Gandurski was the salesman that helped me with my vehicle. He answered every question that I had about any vehicle that I showed interest in and was extremely patient with my each and every request. He impressed me with his knowledge about the autos and I di not feel any pressure about any model. I have been to Ray for my past six cars and he has my respect and trust, making carbuying a bit easier. I would go back to him again when I am in the market again. I openly suggest Ray when my friends go carbuying and they are satisfied with the way he treats people. There are people who sell cars and there are salesmen, Ray is a salesman.

From the minute my husband and I arrived, the service was great! Ray greeted us in a very friendly manner and we told him how we had been communicating with someone online about a car we saw on the website. Ray then introduced us to that person. Ray is an outstanding car dealer and I would recommend anyone to him. Everyone was professional and made sure we received what we wanted in the car we chose to purchase.

What a great experience! My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and we thought we'd check out what Cadillac had to offer. We stopped off at Heritage first. Huge mistake! We walked around outside looking at cars for at least 20 minutes without so much as a greeting from any of the sales staff. When we entered the showroom to talk to one of the sales staff, they acted like we were bothering them! It was a Monday afternoon and there weren't any other customers... So we went to see what Ettleson had to offer. When we pulled into the lot, we not only had one, but two salesmen greet us and ask what type of car we were interested in. Once we told them we were interested in a SUV, Ray had a demo brought up right away for us to test drive. Needless to say, we fell in love with the SRX and the buying process couldn't have been smoother. No sales BS, or any of the typical "let me talk to my manager" sales tactics usually associated with buying a car. The biggest decision we had to make was what color we wanted. Ray was knowledgeable about the equipment on the car, straight-forward on the financing, professional and courteous. Great dealership and wonderful salesman = a very happy buyers.Jim & Nikki Payson

Everything was great. The help is excellent. I have no complaints. My salesman was great he knew everything he was talking about and I would recommend him to anyone. Everything about him and the dealership was great.

Mike (sorry I don't remember his last name) our salesman was great. He was very friendly, informative, and not your typical pushy car dealer type. Bill the finance guy was the same way. Bill made sure to explain everything clearly, including extended warrenty options. No pressure, no hassles. Only complaint is time. The whole thing from testdrive to purchase was over 5 hrs, which seemed really long to me. 2 hrs was just to clean/detail the car! Overall though I was pleased with the service and would buy a car from them again.

When we were in the market for a new Cadillac, we never would have thought of traveling all the way to Ettleson Cadillac, Buick, GMC, in Hodgkins, IL. In the past, we had only purchased used cars and went to Napleton Cadillac in Park Ridge, IL, which was far closer to our house.The first time we went there we met Chuck Ahonen, whom we frequently refer to as the most straightforward and honest car salesperson we had ever met. We were bummed when Napleton closed a few years ago and thought that we'd never again find a salesperson like Chuck.We decided to Google Chuck Ahonen's name and were thrilled to find out that he was still in the business. We were a bit disappointed to find that Ettleson was so far away, but we decided to travel there anyway so that we could deal with Chuck. We were not disappointed. Chuck was his usual friendly, outgoing self and worked with us to come up with what we felt was a fair trade in on our old car and a good price on a new Cadillac SRX. The other personnel that we worked with at Ettleson were just as friendly and helpful as Chuck.Unfortunately, we am not sure that we will be able to return to Ettleson for service on our SRX simply because it is so far from our house; but, rest assured that when we are in the market for another car, we will be traveling don to Hodgkins, IL to see Chuck Ahnen at Ettleson Cadillac, Buick, GMC. I went to two other dealers to buy a SRX. ETTLESON WAS THE ONLY DEALER THAT WANTED TO WORK OUT A FAIR DEAL. I had two cars to trade in for the new car. Michael Calmeyn was honest and direct and showed me what my cars were worth and how much was discounted THE SRX I bought three cars from Heritage CADILLAC and believed that they would give me a good price for a returned customer. However, Michael at ETTLESON showed me the deal I should have gotten . Ettleson Cadillac will have all my business from now on. It is nice to know a sales person that made my car buying experience a pleasure to deal with a car dealer. Also William Kendall made sure that I recieved the best rate on the car loan. Ettleson cadillac made me like I was someone special and I guess I was because I was now their CUSTOMER.

We had purchased a 2012 Regal from this dealership on February 23, 2012. At the time we thought the vehicle would save us money on gas. (We traded in a 2006 Renedevous.)After my having knee replacement surgery on April 17, 2012 my husband realized the Regal was too small.My husband made a trip to the dealership to see what we could do. Our salesman - Craig Westlund - brought my husband into see either a manager or one of the owners. They worked with him to give us options.We went back together and looked at the Lacrosse. It would have cost us an additional $5000.00 to purchase. That was out of our reach. So Craig offered we meet with Jason Dulaney to go over our lease options. Craig and Jason even searched out a "Demo" car to try to make our payments more affordable. They spent a lot of time trying to correct our error.We are happy with the gas mileage on the Lacrosse and it rides better than the Regal. Unfortunitly we lost the $2000.00 down payment that we had put on the 2012 Regal. We know that was our fault.My husband and I know that there is not much "wiggle" room on pricing on a new vehicle. Having said that, we still feel the price was high. But we did not feel that another dealership would have been as acommadting.Sincerely,Al and Marilyn Barcena

Although they were very busy on a Saturday afternoon, the car was purchased painlessly.Everything about the car was well explained and operational features were shown. Dan, the salesperson, had a great knowledge and shared some insight on features with us. Larry, the sales manager did not have to do the usual go back and forth several times to reach an agreeable price with us.

I had a great buying experience here. My salesman Mike was very professional and took the time to understand how I wanted to buy and made it a great experience. The ups and extras were offered, but on their merits, no pressure or tricks. I just can't say enough nice things about these guys.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I shopped on the internet first and sent emails to area dealers, primarily because I do not like the games that car salesman have played in my past experiences, such as doing the hard sell, holding on to the keys of your trade in, etc. I started shopping for my Enclave at another dealer first, primarily because the owner was a friend's relative. I told them exactly where they needed to be with the price. They weren't able to do it, so I left. Two days later they called me back and said they could work things out. I went back, fell in love with a vehicle on their lot, and made my best offer. They said no, didn't even counter, and told me to have a great day. I felt pretty deflated at that point since I felt that since I was a referral from the owner, they would provide the best deal. I emailed a few other dealers in the area. Many dealers sent misleading quotes or sent no quote at all. Mike Foster from Ettleson sent me a detailed quote with all the fees and rebates clearly spelled out. He respected me from the start and assumed that I am an educated individual who has done my homework on the vehicle. He was very transparent, which was not the case with other dealers. On top of that, his quote beat all area dealers.I made an appointment to meet with Mike to get my trade-in appraised. He was exceptionally kind and funny. He listened to me and understood our families needs, both on vehicle specs and price point, and told us the best time to buy a car is when we are ready. It was a very low-pressure environment. He quickly got my trade-in appraised, gave me back my keys prior to us talking prices on the new car and trade-in value, and provided me with a written quote that was easy to follow. He offered me what I was hoping to get for my trade-in. And then he arranged for us to get the very car we fell in love with at the other dealer as a transfer to his dealership the next day. We got the car we wanted for cheaper than the other dealer and received more for our trade-in. So exceptionally easy!When purchasing the vehicle, the finance guy was funny, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us into a number of additional add-ons. He explained the add-ons, told us the benefits of them, encouraged us to buy them, but once we expressed our lack of interest, he moved on. In the past, I felt bullied into buying things like extended warranties, rust-proofing, etc. It was painless.Finally we met with Ed, who demonstrated all the features of the new car and quickly got us on our way with feeling comfortable with all of the new unfamiliar features of the vehicle. Overall, this was a breeze. I will happily return to this dealer for any future car purchases and happily refer friends and family to these great people at Ettleson Buick.

Randy, our service adviser, has provided us consistently excellent care for our vehicles since we first went to Ettleson for service in 2003. He is very knowledgable, professional, friendly and helpful, and has always stood 100% behind their tech's work. In fact, we regard the service department so highly that when we leased a new car last month, we chose a vehicle that Randy could service for us.When we got that new car, we worked with Ettleson as a sales dealership for the first time. Ruben was our sales guy, and he did an excellent job, helping find the best vehicle for our needs and getting us a terrific price. He was very professional and friendly, and the deal was straight forward and fair. We'll come back when we need another car.
