i had a recall notice on my Jeep so I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed with Eddy's service department which was fast, easy and painless. I called another dealer prior, they had me on hold for 20 minutes, i hung up called back, they told me they didn't have the part they needed to fix and left it at that. At Eddys they were able to look me up pretty quickly, advised they also didn't have the part but could order it and will arrive within the next few days and got me all taken care of. they even provided transportation for me complementary of course which I appreciated. the time estimate was off a few hours but I was still completely satisfied and honestly my Jeep drives better than before. I definitely recommend their friendly/efficient staff and service department.

The service department here is a joke. I had my vehicle towed here almost 3 weeks ago, and they haven't even completed a full diagnostic in that time. When approaching the two week mark, after calling and being told on the phone that they still hadn't had a chance to start looking at it, I decided I would be proactive. So, based upon some googling of the problems I was having, I bought a new battery and took it up there to switch out myself, hoping that would at least cross off one potential problem if nothing else. When I arrived I was surprised to be informed that someone HAD taken a look at it, and thought it was a valve position sensor that had short circuited, and I was assured that it wasn't the battery so I returned the one I bought and waited, hoping for the best. Approximately a week later, I received a call informing me that the tech wanted to replace the battery in order to complete the diagnostic, and was told that the price of the battery would be about $400, almost twice as expensive as the one I brought up there the week prior. Instead of being obscenely overcharged, I again bought a battery and brought it up there for it to be installed. Now, several days after that incident, I'm being told that although the battery was installed, a full diagnostic has still not been performed on my vehicle. Throughout all of this, that has been the only phone call I have received regarding the status of my vehile, and have had to make the effort to call them anytime I should've been given an update on the status of the repair. In light of the exceptionally long wait time I have made several requests to be given a loaner car, and every time have been told that while they would love to help me, all their loaner cars had been checked out. So they suggested I rent a vehicle thorough enterprise, which because if the delay on even beginning to perform the first step of the repair, would have cost me several thousand dollars in rental fees alone. In summation, if you value your time, your sanity, and you don't enjoy being grossly overcharged, stay far away from this service (or lack thereof) department.

Service department has been awful to deal with. Dodge Challenger has been in for over 3 weeks. Khalid has failed to call with updates 9 out of 10 times he said he would call. He did call twice throughout the month and left no voicemail, since it was a “business number”. (Disclaimer- this business number has my name on the voicemail). It has been a full time job for me to call and get updates. I completely understand the work load and staff shortages throughout many industries but the lack of communication has been so terrible. When I call it also seems that I’m being a bother, I only call when I fail to hear from them which is frequent. Car was finally picked up. Vehicle was dirty, smelled like gas inside, but we were just glad to have it back. Within, a few hours the car had stopped completely on kellogg and had to be towed to our home due to them be closed, the next morning it was towed back to the service department. Due to the holiday weekend, Khalid mentioned they wouldn’t get to it until Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I have not heard from them. I believe we are going on more than a month now. The only reason it was towed back to this dealer was due to the warranty. I was understanding of the time delay due to part orders, work load, and warranty communication but the warranty department has been amazing to deal with and the overall experience with the service department is less than one star. This has been the worse experience I’ve had with any dealership and also, my first negative review. 9/9 update- I reached out to the service manager Chris. He said he would research and get back with. He did give me a call back and was very kind and took the time to explain and truly sounded like he cared.

I just recently purchased another vehicle from Eddy's CDJR. As always, they were professional, helpful, and gave me the best price without a lot of high pressure sales tactics. This is the 8th vehicle I have purchased there in the last 6 years, 5 were personal purchases and 3 were for the company I work for, and I have always had a positive experience! Greg Stone in particular has been a top notch guy to work with, and the entire staff have been very pleasant to work with. Whitney Grisamore and Vince in the Internet Dept. are top notch as well.

The deal started out great. I was looking for a used car that would fit my needs and my budget. I recieved a call from Eddy's after requesting information online. They found me a car I liked for a price I could afford. After a day of phone conversations I agreed to bring two old vehicles to trade in against the price of the newer vehicle.The next day my wife and I along with our four year old son loaded up the cars and drove the hour to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership at 1 PM. Our salesman met us at the door and sat us at a table.This deal goes down hill from here.We had to wait for the car to be brought around. (which is normal) I test drove the car which I liked but it was gross inside and out. The car hadn't been cleaned and the inspection hadn't been completed. After driving the car by myself I asked the sales associate if they could clean the car up and do the inspection before I take my family for a test drive. I was told it would take 45 min to an hour to complete the vehicle inspection and for it to be detailed. We were taken to the customer lounge to wait. After multiple visits from the sales associate, many explanations that it would be just a few more minutes, and four hours, the car was brought to the front of the dealership for us to test drive.THE CAR WAS NOT CLEAN!!! We waited four hours to see a clean vehicle and there were still chunks of fries and cereal in the seats. The cup holders were full of crumbs and some sort of goo made up from who knows what kind of liquids. The door handles and seat levers had nasty sticky gunk all over them and the backs of the seats had spots from some sort of drink splashing on them. We took the car for a drive and when we brought it back we showed the state of the vehicle to one of the managers. He gave us some kind of excuse about there being two lots that they pull cars from. The used lot and the wholesale lot. Ours came from the whole sale lot which they usually don't clean before test drives. At no point was that ever explained in the 24 hours I had been in contact with them. I was then told that they cleaned it for us only out of courtesy and it was not usually done. After another hour wait and excuses from managers and offers of money to get us to stay. They cleaned the car again. This time it wasn't perfect but all the slime was gone. I agreed to buy the car.The waiting continued.Finally after 10 hours at a car lot (with a four year old) we started the paper work. The finance officer was one of the only highlights of the day. This experience ruined any chance of me ever returning or speaking highly of this car lot. I should have walked out multiple times and I wish I did. If you value your time and your relationships with your family don't go to this lot. They did not "take care of us". They beat us down til everything else was closed and we had no other choice. The communication between departments and to us as customers was horrendous. We wasted a very rare day-off for nothing. Didn't even get to have dinner because they had both our old cars sets of keys AND the new car keys hostage. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer care!...no matter how many bags of popcorn they offer.They sound good on the phone and the offers they have can be enticing. They may even offer you money for your troubles. IT ISN'T WORTH IT. WALK AWAY!!!

I am highly disappointed at how David in service took responsibilities into his own hand. There were a lot of miscommunication between David and his staff and to me as well. They were rude and their customer service was poor. They took things too far when trying to put a police report on a load car that they said they were going to pick up then changed their minds. I also from the beginning told him when I was available but he disregard that. He thought his car was abused from the misconception that his car wasn't on his property when he wanted it to be, which made things inconvenient for the both of us due to my availability. I am disappointed because I thought this company was better than that but as I had to experience that they weren't.

I had a great time searching for a car here. I was not disappointed at all. Although the selection just didn't have what I was looking for, the sales people did their best to try and help me find an alternative without breathing down my neck or making me feel uncomfortable about not purchasing a vehicle. I was looking to buy a newer used car.Travis Wendt was my salesman. He took the time to drive me around the lot to look at everything that was available. It started raining, of course, so we trekked through the mud and rain to make sure I found what I wanted. He asked all of the right questions of what I was looking for and what he felt would be a good fit. I bought a 2014 Dodge Dart GT. It fits me perfectly! Everyone in the dealership was amazing, friendly and helpful! Will definitely be happy to buy my next car here and recommend anyone I know looking for a car to go to Eddy's.

my customer service express was awesome this is the first time I've visited this dealership hey young man named potter davis who assisted me.it was a very nice polite and respectable young man that seen the new a lot about the cars he was selling in the business my husband especially like them because it's such a great sense of humor this made our car buying experience very relaxed and comfortable considering I had to drag my husband out in the first place so it helped me with my husband out and ended up having a good time after allso thank you Patrick Davis. I was interested in a 2014 Jeep Wrangler- I shopped around Wichita for awhile but thought that no one was truly giving me a "good" deal on it. I heard that there was a new Jeep dealership on the west side right off of Kellogg so I went there and when you walked in the atmosphere was so much different! It was like they wanted to ask you the questions, not you ask them- in a good way of course. I told the salesman my ideal price point and he walked me around the lot and showed me a couple of different models and then when I saw the one I got on the lot- I just knew it was the one! They were the only dealership I saw that had some different exterior color options for the Jeep Wranglers so that made me really happy! When I told the gentleman my price and what 5 other dealers in the area were giving me on it, he said with 100% confidence we can you a better deal! And I was like, oh really? That's what they all say...but it was the truth! They got me a deal $4000 difference than the other dealers! I was truly happy with the buying and finance process! When I need to upgrade or purchase another vehicle I know where to go form now on Eddy's Dodge Jeep Ram!

This place has been in a major overhaul in the past 5 months and it is amazing how well the team has come together. I would highly recommend people to go to this dealership where you can get an honest deal made with people whom are ambitious to get you in the right vehicle, not just any vehicle they can get off the lot. My mother and father just bought a jeep from them, and turned around and traded in another vehicle on a 2nd Jeep. Let's be honest, what is better than the new 4 door Jeeps for summertime cruising and Wichita weather in the winters?

These guys are doing it right. They are young and fun and very knowledgable. I got a great deal on my new jeep and couldn't have had a better buying experience. This is a never ending nightmare, that is basically a combination of every car lot horror story. They never do the right thing up front. There is no such thing as service there. They do the bare minimum and count on people being busy and giving up before they are forced to do the right thing. I feel sorry for anyone who is unfortunate enough to do business with Eddys. I firmly believe that anyone who thinks theyve had a positive experience here simply didnt catch whatever sketchy injustice was committed against them. The list of grievances is so long, Ill try to keep the details out and give you a concise list: 1. Salesman cant find keys, so they show me a dirty, locked. Tries to strong arm me into putting a deposit down. On a car I havent been in. 2. On the floor: salesman quotes rates of 2.49, 2.99, and 3.49, promises to fix a ding on the rim, & to get the car certified as pre-owned (thereby resetting factor warranty). In the finance office: adds 3k in GAP insurance & warranties (without mentioning it) in addition to a 4.99 rate. Wouldnt have caught it if I hadnt looked at the guys screen. Have to force them to beat my CU at 3.25% & they refuse to fix the rim. 3. No follow up call for when my car will be certified & ready for pick up for 4 days . The loaner car they give me is a filthy Impala with less than a half of a tank of gas. 4. FINALLY get my car. Thats when they tell me they cant find the other smart key (pretty expensive oversight) & I come out to a car with change oil alerts & half a tank of gas. Then my power steering goes out day 1. 5. Fun fact: they dont honor the money back 7 day guarantee that is printed on every car. Once Im in there crying, they agree to fix it, give me a 2nd key, change the oil, & fill it up with gas. I get another dirty loaner car with less than a quarter of a tank of gas this time. I have to call them every day to get info on progress or ETA. When its finally fixed, they still dont have it full of gas & the key they give me throws low battery alerts. 6. Less than 3 weeks later, the headlights are acting up. I take it to Davis Moore because Im sick of calling/being in Eddys. They inform me that I have HDI after-market headlights that arent covered by warranty. WOULDVE BEEN PRETTY NICE TO KNOW when I picked it up after being certified. So I was forced to bring it back to Eddys. I make an appointment & come in, just to be told its up to the Used Car Manager whether or not they fix the headlights & he isnt in til after 10am & hell call me. Surprise, surprise he doesnt call. Ive called back to talk to him & had to leave a message. Again no return call. This will probably end up costing me another couple hundred dollars. When I took it into Davis Moore, they replaced my battery in the FOB Eddys gave me without me asking or paying a dime. If I could do it again, Id have spent a little more money and gone to Davis. I know now beyond a shadow of a doubt I wouldve saved myself a lot of time and grief. I dont know that Ive ever felt so taken advantage of and helpless.

First time car buyer and came to this place. I was told not to worry because they would 'take care' of me. After signing paperwork that was NOT explained at all I left the lot in a kia Rio which had the check engine light on. I asked to test drive the car but they had me in the finance office immedi felt iately afterwards! On the way home I felt like the car was going to break down! After having someone look at the paperwork I had was informed the put me at 26% interest rate, sold the car 1,000 more than what I was told and me paying 12,000 dollars for a car that's worth $4,000! After contacting my lawyer and speaking with them they put me in a new car which I was happier with!!!! Although, the finance Guy (again) lied about a warranty! The new car started jerking very badly and I took it in cause I was told it had a 3 month power Tran warranty. Yet again, guess who has to pay to have them look at it, ME!! Tried asking for the manager, Jake St. John and was told since he's the general manager he's too busy and didn't have time. Most horrible place to go, EVER ! they at first were GREAT! Until that paperwork is signed and you can't back out then are completely rude and unprofessional and tell you that the things they originally told you about the deal are not true! Liars and scammers! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I went for a diagnosis of my truck, and was told it was a simple fix, just labor no parts... 8 hours of labor to fix something that took 20 minutes at the place that caused it. Then the quote for said repairs was 840.00 dollars that's 105.00 an hour, a Commercial vehicle repair shop is close to that rate. That rate is overly ridiculous.

Went in to buy a vehicle only to find it was $2000 higher than advertised. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed fueled and ready, only to find a quarter tank and looked as if it had been ran through a drive thru car wash and called good. Very poor professionalism used at the dealership as the buying process was horrible. Our salesman was very good but upper management was less than satisfactory.

It has been several years since we purchased our 300 and it was needing service. I was pleased with the time frame for completion of the service and the attentiveness of the service staff. From Bryce who cleaned our car and Kerry and Chris in the service area everyone was nice and I was pleased that they kept us up to date in how the service was going and advised us of cost and time frame for completion of work. Appreciated Mr. Dillon taking me home and then again picking me up to pick up my 300 after repairs. They will be seeing us again. Thanks Nancy PS even Denessa in the office was great on phone and the completion to pay for the repairs.

The repair service is excellent, but the buying process is horrible! I have gone several times in the past and had no problems but things have changed and the advertisement is false. They put a price on a car you think is great but when you get there it's $2000 more then advertised!! They tell you that was their cost in the ad. WHAT??? We left right away.

My husband and I went in 2011, bought 2 news cars, a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a challenger. Great sales and very helpful as I had doubts about Jeeps and comfort. Was I surprised! We continue to have all service done here and have never had a complaint. They work with my schedule, which can be a bit of a "last minute" thing. Saturday service really helps.

our chrysler was in for a recall on the wiring. we dropped it off in the morning and they called us early in the afternoon. they washed it as i asked and the car was retuned fixed and ready to drive. the people were very friendly and knowledgeable about the job done.
