What a great experience to deal with the whole team at Echelon Ford. Knew the answers to all my questions on my purchase of a new 2017 Exploer. My sales rep Eric, treated me with upmost respect thur the deal. General sales manger Chris let me know about updated innicntives that occurred from the time I ordered my Exploer to the time it was delivered ,saving me more money. This is the fourth car in a row that I have purchased from Echelon and it was another great experience. The dealership overall was very nice. Russell was great to work with, listened to what we said and asked. Julie only cared about selling the car; she did not listen to what we were saying. She told us that things couldn't be fixed that were able to be fixed and she told us the car was not on the lot very long, but the carfax told us otherwise.

I am a 20 year customer of Echelon Ford. Sales, service, body shop...their customer service is legendary! The 2016 Escape represents my first lease and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I went in to get a tire fixed and ended up trading in my car! I got a great deal on my trade, and they worked with me to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with every aspect. At this point I guess I'm a life long Echelon Ford customer, because I can't expect any other dealership to give the same level of service that I've become accustomed to from Echelon Ford. I leased a ford explorer from bill kensler here in November, we told them where we wanted to be number wise a month and they made it happen, found an f150 that I was interested in and went to look at it, i spefically asked for bill again and he worked to give me the best number they could on my trade in and were right in line with book value, I told them where I needed to be monthly for the f150 and they worked to do it without the typical back and forth nonsense at some dealers, they were honest and when the lease for my wife's explorer is up we will be back at echelon ford to lease another one.

My 2013 Explorer lease was coming to an end. After much review, consideration and consultation, I decided to keep the same type of vehicle. I had been researching online and had been contacted from a number of other dealerships. Even the Ford.com site was sending me to another dealership - due to my zip code. Echelon is about 1.5 miles from my home (closer by far from any other). I decided to stop over on April 9th. Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted by Jeff. We discussed my situation and reviewed options that were available. My 2013 was a Limited edition and Jeff suggested a Sport edition as it had many of the features that were in my "must have". Jeff explored many options and offered suggestions that would keep me within my price point and ultimately get me what I was looking for. This is my first buying experience with Echelon. I had used them for service in the past. Friendly staff, I felt like they were trying to get me the best deal possible. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Took my truck in to be serviced. I have a warranty. The wipers didn't work and they said they weren't covered. Total cost $354.00. All they did was retape some wires. I won't be back. More reputable dealers in the area. Also better service garages. I would stay clear.

Micheal Schultz was very helpful with getting our truck. From the moment he got our e-mail right up thru the buying process. This is the 3rd car we have brought from this dealership and 3rd time we have used Micheal. We have never brought from a dealership more then once but with the service and all the help Micheal has been with all our purchases we will keep coming back. He helped us every step of the way and making sure we understood everything that was going on. He even made sure the truck was set up to come back to put a bedliner in. I just leased a 2016 Ford Fusion after leasing a 2013 Ford Focus. My salesperson, Chris Cole made the process a very easy transition. He worked to get me what I needed and could afford. I just purchased a 2016 Escape to replace my son's 17 year old Explorer. The Explorer still had a lot of get up and go but my son will be traveling a lot over the next 2 years for medical school and I thought it was time for the upgrade. To start my review, I really felt like a little background would help,, so it's a Monday night, husband up at 5am to work, I worked all day and our 10 year old had a magnitude of homework (plus trying to get dinner started, showers, bedtime), walk through the door and husband says "we are going to Echelon Ford". We are in lower Cape May County so we were looking at an approximate hour drive and fast food dinner on the road. Fast forward to the smooth and easy purchase of our brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. From the minute Julie Thompson walked up to us, sat us down until the financing and finalization of our purchase, I was truly amazed at the professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and true concern for our family's needs in purchasing a vehicle. Although the dealership closed at 9pm and it was close to 10pm, there was not one sign of any annoyance that anyone had to stay late. The friendliness and professionalism of Julie as well as the finance team was beyond amazing. We came to Echelon Ford as our last option to purchase our new Ford Explorer Sport before finalizing a deal with another dealership. The deal they had offered was pretty good, and had to be negotiated to get it so going to another dealership seemed a waste of time to me but we went anyway. I'm glad we did. Not only did Julie Thompson, our salesperson, make my wife, daughter and I feel very comfortable at the dealership she went above and beyond to please us and get us a better deal than I was going to take at the other dealership. As they say "It pays to shop" and in this case it paid off big for us. We're very pleased with our new SUV as well as Julie, and will be back in the future for our new car needs. Big shout out to the guys in the finance department too for saving us thousands in finance rates, they worked hard to get me a better rate than I originally had.Thanks Julie and Echelon Ford for the great deal.

Because the recent total loss of my 2015 F150 Platinum I wanted a new one. I couldn't get one exactly like my first F150 because I had it built with what I wanted. However, I was shown a few leftovers which I chose one that was the same color. Julie was very help-full and professional.

Contacted dealer salesperson and manager regarding a specific used Mustang and indicated I would purchase with cash but that it would take over 1.5 hours for me to drive their - would have gladly given a deposit - but was told none necessary. More than 2/3rds of the way down I was advised that they had not held the vehicle as promised and someone was preparing to purchase. Finished the drive and waited to confirm deal did not fall through. Almost 4 plus hours of driving for absolutely nothing - and they di dnot even offer to see if they could locate something similar. As a MCA and local Mustang Club member - I have never experienced something like this in over 40 years of Mustang and Ford ownership. This was not how to handle business and Mustang collectors. I understand selling and not wanting to lose a sale - but when someone says they have cash and will take the car and start to drive down - you tell the subsequent person that they have to wait an hour for the person travelling to reasonable arrive.

I dealt with Chuck Rendall in Used Cars and had such a seamlessly perfect experience in buying a new/used car. Not only was the experience easy but the pressure to buy a car from them was not evident. Chuck listened to my predicament of needing a car that is great in snow and rain since I am a home care nurse but also not too expensive due to sometimes limited/unpredictable hours available to me. Chuck led me to a car that I am absolutely in love with. Unfortunately there was no owners manual available but Chuck had it ordered for my specific car for free. While waiting on the book the major blizzard Jonas hit and I was stuck going out in the worst part of the storm. Not only was the car phenomenal in the snow but I unknowingly turned off the traction control thinking the steady light meant it was on (incorrect). The car handled beautifully in the snow and ice seen in the first 3 days of the storm. I passed 4WD cars and such stuck in the snow and never got stuck once! The car had also above and beyond the features I even wanted, but the price of the car was by far the best I have seen in all of the dealerships I had gone to. No hard sales pitches, friendly service, and ended up in a car that I feel I got more for my money than I had expected! I highly recommend Echelon Ford but also Chuck Rendall!

From the moment my wife started the new car shopping, Echelon Ford and Julie the salesperson, supported by Chris was nothing but positive. We have utilized the team at Ford previously on several occasions. We also have a Toyota Van and have had great experience there. When Lynn started the process, she went independently to evaluate the replacement of her Escape or buy a Rav. What really sold her was number 1 the car and how it handled, but also how she was treated by Julie and Chris. Over a weeks period, between the two of us, we were there almost every night, test driving the fusion and escape or just working out "deals." That was key, as we never felt pressured, but always felt welcomed, all questions answered, various options discussed and a sense of friendship and caring developed. It seemed the read her correctly and made this the experience she needed, which I believe allowed her to make the decision.

My wife Lynn and I had an exceptional experience with the recent purchase of our Ford Escape. We were not in the market to replace her 2007 with only 70,000 miles as it has been an exceptional vehicle. However, we needed to gift this car to my son and daughter in law due to circumstances with their vehicle situation. Lynn started her search at the Toyota dealership, as we also own a Sienna Van, which we love. The Rav was a contender, but she also loved her Escape, so she headed to Echelon Ford, where we have purchased 3 vehicles in the past. From her first step in, she was fortunately greeted by Julie Thompson, who from the first moment worked with Lynn and listened to her thoughts, needs and seemed to immediately know what she was looking for. Her constant comment of "we will work with you to get you what you want and need" was an understatement. She worked effortlessly over the week, with late night visit from one or both of us, driving the Fusion and Escape with various features and colors and never once over the 4 days did we ever feel we were annoying Julie. She was always gracious and welcoming. She worked her fingers off, running to get cars, park cars, then the Escape, and back again. She continued to work with us and our budget and "must haves" in each car, demonstrating lease options, purchase options and financing available. On Saturday, Lynn decided on the Gray Escape with exactly what she wanted with extras, not needed, but nice and at the price she felt comfortable with. Julie Thompson has not only become our salesperson but a friend. She knew the business, worked hard to get us what we wanted and never once talked down our other vehicle we were comparing, which was the Rav Toyota. She was always the professional with us and in her explanations. She is to be commended and while she admitted she was new to Ford, she will be highly recommended by Lynn and I to all our family and friends in the future.

Julie Thompson made a very difficult decision, despite our frequent visits, test drives and conversations, in the end, easy to make. From the support team of Rich, Finance, (who I apologize to for calling him Chris and he never corrected me) to the exceptional Julie Thompson, we cannot thank you enough. We have purchased many vehicles from Ford, as well as Toyota's. In comparing the Rav to Escape, never once did Julie down Toyota, but in a very professional way, gave the attributes of the Escape and continually "worked with us to help us finally make the decision and payments that we could live with. Julie Thompson was the right salesperson for Lynn, they connected immediately. Lynn is not one to make quick decisions, but Julie never pressured, always there, answering phone calls, doing test drives late at night. Rich was very helpful with our finance questions and was excellent on our final visit when we purchased our Ford Escape.

This was first experience with looking at a Ford Dealership. Derek Zimmerman made our experience wonderful. He was very knowledgable about the brand. He walked us thought the entire process with no pressure. He arranged the repairs of a minor issue within days of purchase. The other staff was also a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I recently bought a car from Echleon Ford . I'm happy to give a review about my over all experience with them. Everyone that works at echleon ford is very friendly and welcoming. What started out as just having a oil changed turned into a test drive and new car. They know how to deal with customers and also well aware about buyers needs and above all they give priorities to their clients. Furthermore, Julie Thompson was my sales person who helped me to get my new Ford Escape. I'm not hesitate to mention here that, the she knew her job responsibilities and she does what should be done first in order to attract a new customer. SHe has great abilities that definitely convinced me towards my car. I would say she is very competent interns of, everything. Because of her great knowledge about the product strongly convinced me to get a new Escape from Echleon Ford . My new car because it drives smooth. Thanks for the help Jukie to get me a new car. My 11 year old jeep was having continuius problems. Brought it in for service. They gave me a complete run down of what was wrong and what it would cost to have fixed. After weighing the pros and cons I decided it was time to consider trading it in. I wound up buying a 2013 edge for a great price without any hassle. Couldn't be happier with my decision.

The service I received at Echelon Ford was beyond five star! Julie Thompson and Russell Juelg made my car buying experience the best one I have ever had. What turned into a visit to test drive a few models turned into a purchase. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Instead, Julie made us feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. Thanks to her the day was actually fun, which is not an adjective I would have ever used to describe my car-buying experiences in the past. Julie is not only extremely personable, kind, and caring, but very knowledgeable about a variety of different vehicles. She spent a great deal of time going over the features of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee with me. Since my old car was a lease that I needed to turn into Chevrolet, Julie drove my old car to my house the next day so I could drive away from their lot in my new Cherokee. That's what I call service! Russ and Julie are honest, hard-working people who will do their best to get you the greatest deal they can. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Julie and Russ!

We have been using Echelon Ford since 1990 to purchase our Vehicles, 1990 Taurus, 1998 Explorer Sport, 2004 Eddie Bauer Explorer, 2007 Edge SEL Plus, 2011 Edge Limited, and in October 19, 2015 our new 2015 Edge Titanium. The entire Sale Staff, has always been extremely helpful especially Joe Zielinski, Rich Elkins, Chris Costello and Chip Santos. We also want to thank Ryan Wilson for his help in setting up the systems in the new Edge. All of our aforementioned vehicles, have had regular service and warranty repairs, exclusively at Echelon Ford. The service department staff, have always correctly completed any repairs in a very timely matter. Pat Regan has always gone out of his way to help with any problems or questions, that we have ever had, including getting a loaner vehicle when necessary. The Body shop manager Frank has always promptly addressed any issues we ever had. We have brought family members and friends to Echelon Ford to purchase their vehicles, and happily continue to do so. Because of the friendship we have developed over the years with Echelon Ford, we always look forward to our visits, no matter what the reason. Because of the staff at Echelon Ford, we are always treated as good customers, friends and like a family member. In all the years of leasing and buying cars, our experience with Evelyn at the dealership was the greatest. We initially told her exactly what equipment we were looking for in a new Ford Edge. Within 2 days, she found the vehicle and had it brought to Echelon Ford. When we arrived, it was sitting right in front and was perfect. I had a 2013 Ford escape that was riddled with recalls and problems. I called the original dealership to fix the water pump on the vehicle that only had 11,000 miles on it. That dealership was not willing to work with us to get us a loaner during the repairs and wanted me to pay for towing..hello- warranty item here. I called Echelon Ford since they were only a few more miles away than the original dealership- they told me they would help us out in any way they could and actually fixed the car in one day including the latest recall. The dealership is very modern and clean- unlike the original dealership. Instead of bringing my escape home I traded it in on new focus- Jeff , our salesman was courteous and knowledgeable and thanked us several times for our business, something our old dealership as never done and we bought 2 cars from them in the span of one year. I am very happy with Echelon Ford and they will continue to get our business.

A friend suggested we talk to Chris Costello at Echelon Ford because we wanted a family truck that could easily pull our horse trailer. Chris listened to our needs and had Erik Szustkiewicz help us out. Erik is very professional. He does not get in your face trying to oversell. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered our many questions. For a couple questions he took the time and looked up the answers. No pressure sales - so refreshing! We looked at the trucks over two days taking two out for test drives, finally buying a 2016 4x4 350 crew cab. We have been back to add a bedliner and check out additional accessories. Kyle, the other parts department employees and their service department were very helpful and pleasant. We definitely will recommend Echelon Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I got the SUV that I wanted with all the Features & Color that I didn't have in my 2013 Edge SE. It is a Beautiful Color Platinum White with Dune Leather Interior! I took my mother car shopping with me. We gone to a couple of dealerships and my mother kept telling me to go Echelon Ford because thats where she had purchased twice before. We went to Woodbury first and I was not impressed with the salesman even though I found a car I wanted. So we went to Echelon Ford. We told the salesman Derek up front that he might not want us back by the time we were done with him. Derek stuck with us and answered every question we had and even got me the deal I wanted. Derek and sales manager Joe were the best. I will be going back to lease from them again and again.

We purchased our 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. This car has everything we wanted and so pleased. The sound system/surround sound is fabulussssssssssssss. The Escape has a great look, handles well and we love the black Escape with metalic specks add a great effect to a great car. This is our fifth Ford staying with ford each time lease up. Our salesman Emelio G. was great. Took the time we needed, answered any questions we had. I know when this lease is up we will be back to Echelon Ford it pick a car.

We went to look at a newer car. Chris Cole has sold us about 4 cars. I tell everyone to go to Echelon Ford and ask for Chris. This time Chris had Ameilio help us. He was very helpful and we found a car we loved. I will now recommend Chris and Ameilio to everyone I know. Echelon Ford makes me feel at home and everyone their treats me like a VIP. I spoke to other salespeople on our visit and they were all great. Joe handled our paperwork and he couldn't be nicer. Always a great experience.

This dealership has changed since I was last there in 2003, I walked out. What a turn around. I bought a new car; the salesman Chris Cole was great. He seems to be the go to guy in the dealership. He needs to be employee of the month. I wonder if the owner knows how great he is. I did not have the best credit. If Echelon Ford keeps up with this service and employees of Chris Coles ability I will be back.

I have to tell you that my sales rep Kyle Wilson got me in the car I wanted for a great price. Great young man and a Veteran. Well done. You feel like you are at a family function. Everyone says hi, they get you coffee while you wait and smile all the time. They do their very best to let you know they want your business. The best part is they want your business over and over. They understand the value of the repeat customer and do everything in power to keep you coming back. Service is also second to none. You get greeted by Matt, Steve or Mark and they dont let you leave unless you are happy and ready to go. I was in the market for a vehicle and decided to take a peek at Ford. I scheduled to test drive after work. From the minute I walked in the door, I was helped and greeted by the Manager, Chip Santo. He then lead me to the hands of my salesman, Erik S. who showed me several vehicles. This was the quickest I have ever experienced purchasing a vehicle. Normally, it takes hours for approval and signing paperwork. The day of the purchase, they had all the paperwork for me and the vehicle was ready to go. In addition, the Manager was involved throughout the whole deal. That night, we got there at 6pm and drove off the lot in an 1 1/2. This was my first purchase of a Ford. I went to this dealership to lease a new FORD so I would have no concerns and have a safe, reliable car, however it was nothing but a nightmare. After 1 month of dealing with this car the car started jerking, hesitating, rolling back at any incline and leaking from the sun roof. Ford looked at it multiple times where they told me there was nothing they could do. At one point they told me the gutters were clogged only after having the car 6 months and said I had to pay to get them cleaned out. I never heard of this but since then my car has leaked. I have mold in the ceiling all the vents are dry rotted and after a hot day when the windows are up the car is moist inside and smells like a dirty shoe. The car is still jerking and hesitating and Ford now denies me a rental car and told me they can look at it but do nothing. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to ANYONE! This dealership is horrible in customer service, they get you into a car then forget you. I have 10 more months on my lease and have to deal with this xxxx until then! BUYER BEWARE stay clear from ECHELON FORD!!!!

I have called about the vehicle I wanted numerous times and never received a follow up. I called and spoke with the sales mgr and he and the sales rep never called me back. It was a huge waste of time. This is not the only ford dealership that has lackluster customer service... however I did go to miller ford and was wow'd by everyone there. Today with the money we are spending we want to be wow'd and echelon ford leaves a lot moreto be desired...

Pete Diantonio was the salesman who I thought treated me great. He made buying a new car fun again. Rich the owners son, was also good people. I have no complaints, the place is run by pros. I felt I got a good deal, and I feel they will stand behind me thoughout my vehicles life. They were honest, and very transparent in their dealings. I went to a couple of Ford dealers before I went to Echelon and was not impressed at all. For me, Ehchelon Ford was a good experience.

Home to my 2002 Ford Focus. Price was ok. owner waited until the signing to tell me that I wasn't getting an advertised rebate. highly pressured into getting the extended warranty. When I bought my car and found an extra piece of plastic laying in the sunroof with a ford emblem and part number on it, these guys said that a bird dropped it in while flying by. Really?Service department was laughable. Routine work was ok, but when I took my car there for accident repair, paid for by insurance, different story. Didn't renegotiate with the insurance company to pay for all of the work, and tried to skip out on repairs to save them money. Keys were handed back to me with the cars: antenna missing, door guards missing, glove compartment carpet ripped (their access to the ECM), lugnut covers missing, and hubcaps missing.
